Jackie told Luis to leave the boys a note telling them what was going on.
Pulling up to Wayne's place, Luis broke into a huge grin.

They followed Hector through the woods to a clearing where a huge square was marked with stakes and yellow ribbon. Inside the machinery was busy grading the land and getting everything level for the concrete trucks.
"The cement company just called me; the trucks should start arriving in about 15 minutes" Hector told Luis.
While Luis and Hector were talking Jackie dialed up Wayne.
"Hey Jackie, so how's it going?" Wayne asked,
"Tell Remy the guy y'all hired to do this job is his cousin Hector" Jackie said.
"No shit?! I didn't know they were related" Wayne said, then related the information to Remy who could be heard in the background saying "tell him we want a real discount, not that `family discount' shit!"
"My point in calling was, I don't think we'll have to babysit this job. It's all in the family" Jackie said.
"True" Wayne said "me and Remy will call and talk to Hector and make sure he's clear on what we need. Thank y'all for going over anyway".
"No problem" Jackie said hanging up. "Ok Luis, we have been relieved of our duty. Wayne and Remy will be calling you in a few minutes Hector. By the way, Remy said no family discount bullshit, they want a real discount." Hector laughed.
By the time they left Wayne's place it was getting lunch time so they stopped by Benton's to get a bite to eat. Sitting in the dimly lit back booth were the two boys sipping on a huge milkshake with two straws.
