Date: Fri, 20 Aug 2010 03:03:34 -0400 From: Cole Angicent Subject: PS238 Part 1-1 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The following story is fan fiction set in the universe of "PS238: The Comic", by Aaron Williams, covered by Fair Use as a parody work provided without financial benefit. I not only read the comic, I also play the RPG, which is actually how some of these stories came into existence and just ached to be shared. The main category of the story is sci-fi, but it's secondary categories would go back and forth between adult-youth and young-friends, so if you're not comfortable with child involvement, well... hell, I still think you should read it anyway, since there won't be a /ton/ of sex, and most of the central plots won't be sexually oriented. But if you're looking for something more adult-oriented - heh, literally and metaphorically - then this probably isn't your story. Don't worry if you know nothing about the setting, I'll take care of a lot of background in the first few chapters. And if you /do/ read the comic... the events in this story create an AU after Issue #22. :) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Episode 1, Chapter 1: Three New Students "I can tell you're worried about me, y'know. You don't want me to go just as much as I don't want to go." Cynthia Hammond sighed, running her fingers through her ten year old son's auburn hair. "And that's exactly why you're going. Besides, aren't you excited to be with other kids like you?" Jake's eyes widened slightly. He hadn't fully considered the ramifications of that until this moment. "You mean... I mean, none of the other kids can read /minds/, right?" Cynthia laughed and smacked her son's butt. "It'll serve you right, young man. You'll finally understand why the /rest/ of us get so uncomfortable sometimes." She had a few choice thoughts afterwards, but didn't express them. Not that she needed to. "HEY, it's not like I /want/ to hear you thinking about boning Mister Michaelson either," Jake quipped, a mischievous grin on her face. Cynthia rolled her eyes and put her hands on her hips, standing up to emphasize her extra foot and a half of height over her little boy. "You are impossible, child." She started picking up dirty clothing that had been scattered around his room. "I hope you're not going to keep your dorm room like this? I doubt your roommate would appreciate it." "ROOMMATE?" Jake asked nervously, eyes cast briefly downward toward his zipper. Any male could easily guess what thoughts were running through the boy's mind. The freckly redhead and his boyhood pride and joy had just become best friends, and now they were going to be denied any alone time together! Unlike her son, however, Cynthia was neither male nor a mind reader, and thus mistook the objection completely. "Don't worry, I'm sure you'll get along with him just fine as long as you don't make him live in your /filth/." She dropped some of his dirty clothes in the bin and sat on her son's bed, really appraising the four foot, three inch hazel-eyed child looking nervously back at her. His flannel shirt hung open on his frame, revealing the blue t-shirt against his smooth skin, and his black jeans were already ripped in three places, the victim of a few tree-climbing hazards over the last few months. "My, how quickly you've grown up." "Mooooooooom," Jake whined, his cheeks reddening. "Stop that. It's not like I'm /that/ grown." "Yeah, well, you're not the little baby I held anymore," she replied affectionately, getting up again and rubbing his cheek. "You know I'll always love you, right?" "Better than most kids ever could," Jake reminded her, with a tap to his own noggin. Cynthia turned away from him and started down the stairs. "Yes, well... you better prepare yourself for a few new experiences, Jake. One of the things I've always worried about is that you never get to be surprised like ordinary kids. It's such a relief to me that you'll get to experience a LOT of surprises today, without any danger." "You sure there won't be any danger?" Jake asked earnestly. Cynthia shrugged. No, she wasn't sure, and with his abilities, she knew he already knew that. So she simply told him the exact same thing she kept telling /herself/ to make her feel better about it. "Superpowers or not, it's still an elementary school, right? How bad can it be?" ------------------------------------------- Across town, a similar morning ritual was taking place in a very different household, where a boy sat on top of the bathroom toilet's flush tank talking to his father, who was using a particle laser to "shave" by disintegrating the molecular structure of his hair follicles, which were unfortunately so resilient that no razor blade (or ginsu knife, or bullet, for that matter) could hope to slice through them. "And I'm told Coach Rockslide's gym classes are like advanced combat training!" he said, giving his son the same winning smile that graced the cover of Metahumans Monthly last June. "Awww geez, Dad..." The older man tugged on his cape momentarily, giving his son a stern look. "Now remember, Alex, everyone at PS238 is required to keep a secret identity, /including/ you, so you'd better get used to calling other people by their codenames. With my uniform off I'm 'Dad', but with my uniform /on/ I'm 'The Unstoppable Force'. Got it, slugger?" Alex sighed. "Yes, D.. Unstoppable, I've got it." "Good, good," The Unstoppable Force replied, patting his son on the back (it's an interesting side note that, were his son not also gifted with superhuman strength, the force of the impact would have been enough to break every bone in the boy's body, and indeed, the poor ceramic toilet bowl on which the boy sat cracked down the middle). "I envy you, son. They never had a superhero's elementary school when /I/ was growing up. You're going to make friends there who'll be with you the rest of your life. Maybe even become the members of your own Superteam! I heard Atlas' son has been going to that school for a year now!" That made Alex grin. "Really? Captain Clarinet is in my class?" "See? THAT'S the spirit!" The Unstoppable Force clamored approvingly. "Now, there's a present in your room waiting for you. A special gift for a special boy on his first day." Faster than a speeding bullet, Alex bolted to his room and returned with the white, red-ribboned box. He didn't bother unwrapping it, of course - he merely used his x-ray vision to discern the contents. "WOW, my own cape?!? THANKS, Dad!" The Unstoppable Force grimaced for but a single moment before deciding not to comment on the 'Dad' thing again. "That's right! Made from particle synthesis, too, so it can't get scratched up or dirty!" Now Alex ripped open the box, swinging the cape over his spandex outfit and attaching the clasps. "Now I look a little like you, don't I?" "Sure do, son!" He leaned over. "Though still a little pint-sized, I think. We'll have to call you the Stoppable Force for now, until you get good grades!" Shaving finished, the old man started up the stairs towards the roof, his son in tow. "Hey Dad?" Alex asked, glancing over his father's costume, particularly in the crotch area. "When is my spandex going to bulge out like yours?" His father let out a hearty laugh. "Well son, I don't know when, but you can be sure you'll be due for a NAME CHANGE when that happens!" With a smirk, he kicked off the roof, his cape flitting in the breeze as he levitated above the house in defiance of gravity. After a moment, Alex joined him in the air. "Fly to school now, son, and keep it under twelve thousand feet! I don't wanna hear about any more jetliners changing course, understand?!" Alex smirked. "You got it, Pop." =================================================== Vashti Imperia and Christina Kyle were sitting in the PS238 Teachers' Lounge, reviewing their student files for the incoming year, particularly the ones of the new students. Jake's and Alex's had been thoroughly examined, but neither boy had anything particularly unusual in his file. The third boy, however... "Did Mister Cranston inform the parents?" Ms. Kyle asked. Vashti shook her head. "No. He didn't see much of a need." "Much of a /need/...?" Ms. Kyle repeated incredulously, eyes widened. Vashti answered with a shrug. "Sex education forms were already signed by each parent upon enrollment, so it's not like any response on our part would be unexpected. It's hardly a surprise to any of them that their children need to know the facts of life eventually. This will just... cause us to push up the lessons, so to speak. For the boys, at least." Christina gave the caped teacher a disgruntled look. "You wouldn't /dream/ of making this a boys only problem. His powers are going to affect the girls as well, and it's not like Harold can follow him around suppressing his powers every half-hour. As is he can barely keep Lyle this side of sanity." "Which is exactly the point," Vashti remarked. "First slip up, the boy's powers would start impacting his classmates and we'd have to deal with it anyway, so why not deal with it now? It'll do the little buggers good. They learn to deal with raging hormones when it's the result of someone else's power, they might be better prepared when the raging hormones have a more /internal/ power source." "It's still not a boy only problem." Vashti smirked. "They're the ones who're going to be /physically/ affected by Dylan. We may have to loosen the 'costumes only' dress code this year, all that tented spandex is going to cause a lot of very /obvious/ discomfort." She snickered. "Maybe we shouldn't tell them. It'd be far too amusing to watch them puzzle it out themselves." Christina picked up Dylan's file and swatted her co-worker with it. "Oh, /Vashti/." "Some of them might even start to question their sexuality when they realize Dylan's presence is the reason for their one-fingered salutes." Christina rolled her eyes, putting the file back down. "I don't understand why we're even taking him as a student. Makes me VERY glad I'm not the Rainmaker teacher, I'd be far too uncomfortable working with /those/ powers." Vashti snickered. "Mmmm. I suppose prepping him for a brilliant career in the adult film industry /would/ seem reprehensible, to /you/. But I'm sure you can agree that letting him develop his abilities /without/ any kind of supervision would be far more detrimental to society." Christina picked up her mug of coffee and sipped it, grimacing. "Mmm. I can't wait to see how Jenny and Dillon take it." "Republiboy and Democrigirl?" Ms. Imperia teased. "If they follow their political roles, I imagine you can expect a long tirade from the boy about our denigration of family values, but I'm sure the girl will taut the virtues of diversity and sexual liberation. Just spend the entire time enjoying the irony of the gender role reversal and you'll be fine." Christina shrugs. "Well... I suppose the rest will be Mrs. Oberon's problem, most of the time." "The part I'm looking most forward to," Vashti Imperia remarked with a chuckle, "is waiting to see if she encourages him to develop a code name. Anything they come up with is guaranteed to be a perfect porn star name." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And so it was that, when the three hundred normal students at the Excelsior Public School and the sixty-two not-so-normal students mingled in the courtyard to salute the American flag, there were many whispers about why one particular fourth-grade section had been divided into male-only and female-only homerooms. "Computer generated coincidence," Ms. Kyle explained to Ambriel Valentine, the young girl who saw fit to ask about it, but Jake Hammond gave his new teacher a funny look and a blush as he overheard it. "Then how come the Rainmaker kids are with us and not in their own homeroom?" Ambriel insisted. Ms. Kyle scowled slightly. "Because it's time you kids weren't so clumped together. This year there'll be more diversity in each classroom." She glanced over at Jake. "Excuse me," she said to Ambriel, working her way over to him. "Don't worry, I won't tell," he remarked at her approach, and when she looked back at him with an approving, relieved smile, he started to realize what his mother meant about surprise. "You're not shocked or scared?" Ms. Kyle kneeled and placed a hand on the boy's shoulder. "You'll hear me say this at orientation downstairs, but suffice it to say we have very gifted and talented children of all types, and no, I'm not shocked or scared. If anything, it will help us get along better because you'll know that I'm only here to help and guide you." "You really are," Jake remarked with a smile, resisting the urge to hug this nice woman. Then his brow crinkled. "But you're still going to find a way to block your thoughts sometimes?" Ms. Kyle grinned. "Young man, you're not going to be getting As by getting the test answers out of /my/ head. We're going to teach you to earn them like everyone else." Jake's eyes widened. "Wow. Did you read /my/ mind for that?" Ms. Kyle chuckled. "I didn't need to." Flag properly saluted, the children worked their way into the school building and soon all the boys were sitting in Ms. Kyle's homeroom. "Good morning, children," she greeted. "For those who don't know me," and at this she mostly nodded at Alex, "my name is Christina Kyle and I'll be your teacher for Homeroom and History of Metahumanity. Now, our actual school facility is three miles underground, so please stay in your seats while the classroom moves downward." As she spoke, Ms. Kyle typed some commands into the computer at her desk, and at the tap of the Enter key, several seperations made it clear that the area around each student desk, as well as her own, were coming away from the rest of the room and dropping downward. To Jake in particular, this seemed a surreal and scary experience, but he could detect the calm coming from the minds around him - apparently for these kids, it was old hat. Once the classroom reached the bottom, Ms. Kyle announced, "As usual, those of you with holographic projectors can turn them off. Since we're seperated by gender this year, you don't need to worry as much about discretion changing into your school costumes." She smirked. "Though I'll just turn my head for a few moments," she added, which caused several of the boys to giggle nervously. Jake was somewhat curious, both about the other boys' bodies and also about what they thought of all this, but he was shocked to realize that he could only read the thoughts of a handful of his classmates - some, like the boy whose shirt was pulled off to reveal a big C emblazoned on the chest of his spandex costume, were completely unreadable, while others, like the boy who was already in his entire superhero outfit (a large plastic green visor and a teal spandex suit with a yellow W on it, shaped like four crossed lightning bolts) were only leaking out unintelligible whispers. Few were easily readable, although the ones that were certainly had thoughts that Jake would have found more interesting, were he not so busy trying to break into others. One unreadable boy in particular, a kid in a floating wheelchair pod with mechanical arms and an oversized cranium that had just looked like a geeky fat kid with glasses before the hologram had been turned off, returned Jake's stare with an annoyed one of his own. "What's /your/ problem, new kid?" "I can't read your mind," Jake admitted, not seeing any point in deception at school. The boy smirked. "You read minds, ey? Here, take this." He handed Jake a piece of paper. "'Application for Minionhood'?" Jake wondered, reading the title aloud and looking up at the strange boy. "Absolutely," the boy replied. "When I rule this CHEESEDOG planet, it'll be useful to have a mind reader on staff." Jake raised a brow. "Cheese dog?" he repeated questioningly, earning him an annoyed grunt from the wheelchair boy. "The teachers won't let him swear," the caped boy with the C explained, wandering over to Jake. "They put some kind of chip in his head to make him say different words." "An injustice they'll pay for so GEARSHIFT hard they'll have to put pillows on their HAMSTERS for months," wheelchair boy grumbled, pushing some buttons on his device that made him levitate away towards the only desk in the classroom that didn't have a seat behind it. "I'm Captain Clarinet," the boy with the C explained, holding out his hand to shake. "Ron, when we're aboveground." Jake smiled, taking the boy's hand. The physical contact seemed to open the boy's mind to his a bit, as he was now able to at least get a sense of pleasant joviality and goodwill from him. "I'm Jake," he responded. "I guess I don't have a codename yet." Ron seemed about to ask something, but at that point Ms. Kyle cleared her throat and turned around. "That should have been enough ti..." She stopped, flushed slightly at the sight of a boy with blond hair who was still naked. "Sorry, Tyler, you'll, ummm.. have to be quicker next time." The blond, Tyler, turned his front away from Ms. Kyle as he continued dressing in his costume. "Yes, ma'am," he responded sheepishly over his shoulder. Ms. Kyle turned towards the other students. "Alright, since this is our first day and we have a couple of new students, when I call your name for role, please stand, tell everyone your code name and what your powers are." She glanced at her computer. "Jimmy Archer?" A dark-haired boy with a metal backpack and a black and white costume stood up. "Hi, umm... I'm Kid Arachnio. Some of you probably know my dad, Dr. Arachnio, from the news if you, umm... watch news from Detroit." "My, Detroit, that's a long way from here," Ms. Kyle commented, in that high-pitched, 'I'm making a super obvious comment just to make the kids think about something' kind of voice. "Do you go home to Detroit every night?" Jimmy shook his head. "No, I live in the dorms here with Marvin." He smirked, looking over at a dark-skinned kid who smiled back at him. "Which is great, never any problems sleeping." Apparently a few kids got the joke, because there was a giggle all around. "And what... special talents are you working on with us, Jimmy?" Ms. Kyle prodded. Jimmy tapped his backpack, and four metal spider legs shot out. "Well, umm... my hands and feet get sticky like a spider's, and I can climb walls and stuff. Coach Rockslide has been working with me on staying on the ceiling with only four arms so I can catch and throw stuff while I'm up there." Ms. Kyle waved her hand down. "That's great, Jimmy, go ahead and take a seat." She glanced at the computer again. "Bernard Brenner?" A blue-skinned boy with rippling muscles and no shirt on, one of the hologrammed kids from above, jumped up and down eagerly. "ME! ME!" Ms. Kyle offered Bernard a grin, though Jake could tell this one wasn't quite as genuine - teacher apparently got fairly impatient with this one, even if she'd never admit it. "And what do you do, Bernard?" "BERNARD SMASH!" the boy cheered, grabbing two apples and smashing them together, causing apple sauce to fly around the room. "This is why we have a hard time convincing him 1 + 1 = 2," Ron whispered to Jake conspiratorially. "He keeps doing it and coming up with 0." Role continued that way for the next few students. There was Uther Brown (a kid who could make any object edible and control it's flavor and nutrition content), Kyle Curtis (a kid with laser beam eyes), Tom Davidson (a kid who could apparently travel through time at will), and Dillon Fillmore (codename USA Patriot Act, a self-styled 'Patriotic American doing his civic duty to embody the Republican party's ideals'). Then Ms. Kyle called out, "Alex Forvisto," and Jake had to gasp at the sight. Alex was hardly the only spandex-clad boy in the classroom, but to Jake, it seemed that he made it clear /why/ spandex was the garment of choice for metahumans. His hair was blond, like Tyler's, but his head was more of a vertical shape with a double-chin whereas Tyler was more of an almond with puffy cheeks. His eyes were the deepest emerald green pools of confidence and unwavering strength. His mind was blocked, and Jake found he suddenly cared about that more than he had earlier, because he /really/ wanted to know what kinds of thoughts lurked in that amazing body. "Umm, hi everyone," Alex greeted. "Well, umm, this is my first year here, my family moved from Sacramento so I could go home after school every day... ummm, and my Dad's The Unstoppable Force, so a five hundred mile flight to work in the morning isn't a big deal for him, heh.." "And have you inherited your father's powers, Alex?" Ms. Kyle asked. Alex nodded. "Umm, yeah... y'know, the standard package. Flight, Invulnerability, Speed, Strength." "Heh, 85," Tom murmured in the back. "What?" Alex asked. "You're number 85," Tom remarked. "The 85th known person with those powers. Wait til Julie meets you, she's 84." Ms. Kyle offered an almost conciliatory pat on Alex's shoulder. "Remember, the most ordinary of the /extraordinary/ is still pretty special, Alex. And none of the 85 FISS heroes on record is completely identical. Captain Clarinet, for example, lacks some of the speed of his cohorts but can seem to manipulate his musical abilities in superior ways." "Well, I do have X-ray vision," Alex pointed out, causing a couple of the kids to whisper to each other. "See? That's great," Ms. Kyle remarked, and Jake smirked as she made a special note in her head to start wearing lead undergarments to future classes. "Greg Grifton?" Ms. Kyle called out, and the class met a boy codenamed "Backblast" who could manipulate energy in order to fly and form protective bubbles. And then it was Jake's turn. "Jake Hammond?" Jake stood up and offered a terse wave to his classmates, wincing at the stray 'that's lame' thought he picked up from a boy in the back. "Ummm, hi. I'm Jake. I'm also new here, so I don't have a code name yet. I can read minds." There followed a moment of dizziness when the excited whispers around him mingled with the various, mostly nervous thoughts he detected from his peers. Clutching his forehead, he explained, "And strong thoughts make it kinda hard to focus, so as long as you all stay panicked like that, you've got nothing to worry about." The class laughed at that, and more than one classmate thought 'He's pretty cool', so Jake smiled broadly. After that, the remaining introductions seemed to go by quickly. Stanley Harrison, codename Bullet. A power-armored kinda kid whose dad took him out on real crimefighting gigs. Marvin Hazelwood, "The Sleeper", able to put other people to sleep. Kevin Kramer, the Emerald Gauntlet. A strange goth-type called Malphast. Tyler Marlocke, the blond kid from before, was interesting because he claimed not to have any powers at all, and was only in the school because his parents, the great Ultima and Sovereign Powers of the Earth Defense League, insisted that his powers would one day manifest themselves. Vern Mcintire, a healer. Steve Newdeck, codename Soundtrack, a boy who could broadcast any music he's ever heard. Ron Peterson, who, of course, was Captain Clarinet. Then came Prospero, a three-fingered alien kid, who spoke in a language that no one, even Ms. Kyle, seemed to understand. "We're not really sure who he is or why he's here," Ms. Kyle began to explain, but Jake didn't need to speak the kid's language to understand him perfectly. "Ummm, excuse me, Ms. Kyle?" Jake offered, raising his hand. After receiving a nod of acknowledgement, he stood up and reported, "Prospero says he's from Galactic Cluster A-73, where his colony was wiped out. His aunt told him to come stay on Earth with us for twenty years until she could get a long-range ship to come pick him up." The entire class stared at Jake in shock. "You can /understand/ him?" Vern asked curiously. Jake shrugged. "What he says out loud? No, not a clue. But his mind's really easy, it's like he's pushing the thoughts out at me. He says his helmet does that, makes the thoughts he wants to share come out easy, but no one around here's been able to pick them up til me." He grinned at Prospero. "My pleasure, dude." "Well," Ms. Kyle said with a grin, "We're going to have lots of questions about that at recess, but... let's get through the rest of role, shall we? Zachary Shipman?" Zach was a digger, who hadn't chosen a name yet, though a lot of friends called him "Gopher". Then came Takahashi Shiro, codename Shadow, an impressive martial artist. Harold Sigridson, a boy with self-reported 'mystical' powers. Franklin Springer, the teal-clad boy with the W on his chest, was called the Whiz because he was the fastest thing under five feet on the planet. Alejandro Torres could talk to insects, and was thus called "The Flea". Victor Mycroft Von Fogg insisted that he was the 'future Overlord of the Earth', and that no computer on Earth was beyond his ability to control. Adam Woods, 'The Animator', was able to bring small inanimate objects to life and order them around. And lastly Zodan, the censored boy in the egg-shaped wheelchair device. "There are two other students in our homeroom," Ms. Kyle told the class, "but the first, Lyle Sutton, won't be with us very often because his talent is the ability to see complicated patterns, and it literally hurts him to be around too many people and things at once. And the second... we need to talk about a couple of things before you meet him." Jake let out an involuntary gasp as Ms. Kyle's thoughts made it into his brain. "Oh, wow," he said, leading the class to a fever of whispers as they wondered what Jake had detected. "What is it?" Ron asked him. Jake blushed slightly. "Let's just say I understand why we're all boys in here now." Ms. Kyle gestured towards Jake. "Yes, Mister Hammond is quite right, it's no accident that you were seperated by gender this year. You're all well aware that boys and girls have a few key differences, and that these differences can sometimes make us feel a little unusual?" Greeted with twenty-six blank stares, she glanced at Jake. "Are they getting any of this?" Jake shrugged. "A lot of them I can't read, but from the ones I can, I think you should probably go with your Plan B." Ms. Kyle nodded. "Alright, let me introduce him first and we'll talk about the... results when he comes in. I want you all to remember no matter what you start to feel or, well, what you /feel/ about what you feel, that this boy is another metahuman kid like you who still cares about friends and fitting in and learning to control his powers, so I expect you all to be as nice as you can to him, understand?" "Yes, Ms. Kyle," came the standardized, sing-song reply of twenty-six elementary school students. "Alright." Ms. Kyle pushed a button on the intercom. "Miss Curtis? Please send Dylan to his homeroom now." After a few moments' wait, the door to the room opened and in walked a very nervous-looking brown-haired boy, standing four foot five, with a birthmark on the left side of his neck, wearing a casual pair of jeans and a T-shirt proclaiming 'Ninja monkeys are plotting my demise.' The effect on the classroom was subtle, to everyone but Jake and Ms. Kyle, the former sensing it mentally and the latter expecting it from her briefing. "Okay, class, this is Dylan Zeroni." Dylan offered the group a shy wave before looking expectantly at Ms. Kyle. "Find a seat over there on the left, Dylan." As the boy wandered over to his seat, Ms. Kyle took a deep breath, closed her eyes a moment, and braced herself for one of her most difficult challenges as a teacher to date. "Okay... now this is going to be an embarassing topic to talk about, but try to handle it..." She bit her lip, sighing. "I mean try to /approach/ the topic as maturely as possible." She gestured forward with one hand. "Now, the overwhelming majority of you have probably noticed some swelling in your groins. This is called an 'erection', and is caused by a boy's penis filling with blood and stiffening. Raise your hands if you've experienced one of these before." There were several shy moments as some students adjusted themselves and others glanced around the room at each other, waiting to see who would be the first to bravely raise his hand. Few people were surprised when it was Ron Peterson's hand that went up first, followed almost immediately by Tyler Marlocke and Franklin Springer. Then, with only two or three exceptions, the rest of the boys raised their hands as well. "Now, during puberty, when a boy is going through the changes that make him into a man, these erections can happen for no reason without warning sometimes, but usually they occur when a boy has become.." Here Ms. Kyle hesitated only a moment before forcing herself to push onward. "..sexually excited, by an idea in their mind or the sight of an attractive person." She gestured towards Dylan. "Dylan's powers act as an amplifier for those kinds of feelings. Until Dylan learns to control when and how he releases these energies, anyone in the same room with him is likely to feel far stronger... /feelings/ than normal. It's important to remember that these feelings are neither good nor bad, but they're not meant to be as strong as they're going to be and you should all diligently refrain..." Again she paused for a moment, this time noticing that two of the boys in the class, Greg Grifton and Stanley Harrison, were already stroking themselves on the outsides of their costumes and one aptly-named Adam Woods had already reached inside his underwear and taken hold of his boyhood, his eyes closed and massaging his member lightly. Under ordinary circumstances, she'd be mildly appalled, but of course Dylan's powers were affecting her as well, and she briefly entertained the notion of what Adam might look like naked and sprawled across her desk, stroking himself to orgasm, before she managed to pull herself together, clearing her throat. "Diligently... refrain from taking any actions based on those feelings. We should keep control of ourselves." She sighed. "For example, some of you seem to have forgotten that playing with your penis is NOT something you do in a public classroom." Thankfully, Dylan's aura wasn't so strong as to override her other students' fear of discipline, and the three students in question stopped touching themselves, looking sheepishly at their teacher and classmates. Ms. Kyle was amazed that the students weren't filling the air with embarassed giggles and purile immaturity about the whole affair, but she supposed that the obvious effect Dylan was having on them was keeping them somber. "Umm, sorry everyone," Dylan piped up, speaking for the first time. "I'll figure out how to control it fast, I hope." Ms. Kyle smiled at the boy. "You have nothing to be sorry for, we all know you'll do your best." She cleared her throat. "Now.. those of you staying for first period history, get out your textbooks, and those who are heading aboveground for first period science, please prepare your desks for transport back to Excelsior..." -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
