Attention: Anyone in the year 2015 that receives this notice you must take action to prevent a change to mankind that is irreversible. Date this notice being transported in Time is November 06, 2016. (yes, with Quantum Computing digital messages can now be sent through time)
On January 03, 2016 there is a meteorite that will strike about 50 miles north of Topeka Kansas. The source of this EIO (earth impacting object) is uncertain as no tracking system identified the object until it showed up on NORAD's Radar above Seattle Washington.
This EIO carries a virus that has been dubbed S3NR1 and is spread by infecting food supply and is also air-born. The importance of this virus is that it attacks the XX bonded chromosomes aka females. Within 1 weeks of infection the female is sterile. At 3 weeks from infection they female is dead with the body dehydrated as if it were mummified. No females have been found immune. There is a sterile facility in Norway that houses the last 1,500 females on the planet. Their eggs are harvested and fertilized (with sperm donated in a sperm bank) in a lab and grown in an artificial womb. The lab is keeping the fetus in a virus free zone. It is the hope that sperm will be harvested from XY males until the age of 18 before being removed from the sterile environment while females will remain till menopause. Rather than releasing females to death they are to be trained to run the Human Continuation Farm so that mankind can survive.
In XY bonded chromosomes, aka Males, the X is destroyed and replaced with a new chromosome labeled R. Once infected males develop a fever that last 3-4 days then a coma that last up to 2 weeks as their DNA is rewritten to the YR Chromosome pattern. No on over the age of forty has survived this process. The results of this change are as follows. Sexual drive has increased by about 8 times. Males that do not relieve themselves sexually within 8 hours develop blue balls at 24 hours rupture of the testis. For some reason masturbation will no longer result in ejaculation. In addition there is a new protein in semen that is needed by males at least once a week before malnutrition starts taking affect. Thanks to an advance in nanotechnology men have been able to receive a nano-bot injection that is able to destroy standard STD viruses. The biggest advantage of the virus in males is an increased IQ. The new IQ average is 360 and climbing.
There is also a mutation of the YR dubbed Y1R2. It seems that Y1R2 males can become pregnant though as of this notice no one has delivered as the first impregnated is only at 4 months. We are still not sure how this will be achieved. The S3NR1 virus seems to have only affect humans. Some speculate that it was specifically created by some advanced life form as it is too tightly codded to Human DNA to simply be a chance evolution. Others believe that in the creation of all things there is a counter item also created like matter and antimatter. Most lean toward the first option though.

Notice of event status change. It seems that positioning the Hubble Telescope as a shield over the point of entry (47.6204° N, 122.3491° W) was ineffective but has provided some additional intelligence. It appears that a micro singularity opened at this location at an altitude of 613,517 feet, Time code 2016JAN03 23:10:48 UTC and Closing at 2016JAN03 23:11:01 UTC . The EIO seems to have come out of said singularity.

While attempting to intercept the afore-mentioned EIO a new singularity opened and it disappeared. This time the EIO impacted in Time Square in New York. It would now seem that the impact is a deliberate attack (of an otherworldly intelligence) against humanity and as you can see from the above contact log. It has been unavoidable.
At this point USAF Brig Gen Jessup has requested that Sterile Facilities be set up to house females, every fertile female should be required to donate eggs to cryo storage facilities. Every male should begin donating sperm as well. Cryo facilities should store as many embryos as they are able. Forward message to Gen. Sharps, Karl E. to request that US President Obama initiate Directive 143-76c (emergency moon colonization).
