Thank you for taking the time to read it. Comments are welcome. sam@gamermail.net The following is fiction. Any resemblance to real people, places or events is coincidental. This is a romance story in many parts. If you are looking for a quickie, this isn't it. From Chapter 23 The next morning Marty asked me what I wanted to do for my birthday. I said I didn't know as I haven't really celebrated my birthday since I was 21 as getting a year older after that didn't matter. Well he said being 11 I needed to do something. So I said why not have a small combined New Years Eve and birthday party. He said that seemed good and asked who I wanted invited. I didn't know many kids that liked me so I figured just Dennis and his brother. He said ok and would make the arrangements. Friday Dennis stayed over and we had lots of fun. We went to the movies during the daytime as school was out then to the mall to hang out before going back to my house for bedroom fun. I was very happy and satisfied when he left the next morning. Tuesday night Dennis and Alex came over. Marty also invited Tanya over as it was New Years Eve. It was fun and we all watched the ball drop in Times Square on TV. When it was midnight I kissed Dennis and Marty kissed Tanya. Alex looked left out so Dennis kissed him. I laughed and Alex was shocked and I thought he would punch Dennis but he didn't and laughed along. Alex gave me the present his dad sent with him. It was the board game Life. I thanked him. Dennis gave me his. It was a silver promise ring with a painter's pallet imprinted on it. The engraving read "To Sam, you have my heart always". I got a little teary eyed and put it on. I kissed Dennis again and thanked him. Marty brought out a cake with 12 candles on it and started singing Happy Birthday. Everyone joined in and I'm glad Dennis has sports cause he wouldn't make it with his singing ability. After cake and ice-cream the party was over. Alex headed home, Dennis was staying with me to give me more presents in bed, and Tanya was staying with Marty. School started back up the next Monday and everyone was talking about their holidays. I'm not sure how many people noticed both me and Dennis wearing silver promise rings but nobody mentioned it. I guess everyone is over worrying about the gay couple. Friday was wonderful. Dennis won his game Thursday so I got plenty of victory love making. On Saturday Dennis went home after breakfast with Marty and Tanya. I went to my room and sat up in bed with my new sketchpad and pencils. I wanted to see if I could sketch Dennis and use the different colors to match his skin tone. It was close to 11 and I was deep into my work and it was starting to look really good when Tanya burst into my room. Young Again - Chapter 24 by Sam This startled me. Marty always respects my privacy and never enters my room. She just burst through my closed door without knocking and was standing in my room. I didn't see Marty with her. "Uh. . . Can I help you?" "I sent Marty to the store to get stuff so I could make lunch so I figured I'd have a chat with you." "Ok?. . . What about?" "Well I don't like all the noises I hear coming from here when your little boyfriend is here." "Oh, I'm sorry. I can see your point, I am a bit loud sometimes." "Well I'm not going to put up with it in my house." "Your house?" I was confused, this wasn't her house, it was mine. "Well me and Marty are getting close so I'm going to marry him and when I do this will be my house so I'll have to set some rules for you." "I wasn't aware you were marrying Dad. He hasn't said anything." "Well I haven't told him yet but we will. And when I do I'm gonna have to put a stop to some of your shenanigans." Yes she said shenanigans, I hadn't heard that word in years. "Ok, like what?" I was curious what she was thinking. Not worried. "Well first your little boyfriend won't be allowed to stay the night. I think you are too young to be doing what you two do and I'll put a stop to it. Also I think you do far too little in the way of chores so I'll have you cleaning every day. I also think you should be in your room unless you are at school or working." "Well I could just stay over at Den's house then." "No I won't allow that either, you will have to be here in your room unless at school." I am having the best time. This crazy person thinks she will have so much power if she marries Marty. I can't tell her why she wouldn't, but I do know. First, Marty doesn't own this house. It is mine. Marty can marry whoever he wants and it doesn't change who owns my house. Second, Marty is acting as my guardian but is not legally my guardian. He is an employee of my guardian who signs and does actions in the name of my guardian. My legal guardian is the federal government. If Marty gets married it doesn't change this at all. She wouldn't become my guardian and therefore wouldn't be able to set rules for me. So Marty can marry whoever he wants and they do not gain control over me. I can still come and go as I please within reason and have whoever over I want. So since I know this, this conversation is fun for me. "I think I should ask Dad about all this." "Marty isn't going to listen to a little twerp like you, I'm the love of his life." You've known each other for a month so I doubt it. "I think I will though" Just then Marty knocks on my door but stays out of the room. Like I said, he respects my privacy. "What's going on?" Marty said, confused. "Just having a chat with your darling son", laying it on thick I thought. "Yeah Dad, can you and me also have a chat in private?" I was smiling at this point. "Sure" Marty still sounded confused about what was going on. Tanya insisted on staying. I decided to agree as long as she didn't interrupt. "Dad, can Den move in with me?" "Um... Well we'll need to ask his Dad but I guess if he agrees." "Wait Marty, you're going to allow your 12 year old to have his boyfriend move in with him?" Tanya didn't stay silent. "If that's what he wants and everyone agrees." Marty was having a hard time. He knows it is weird to have two 12 year olds move in together but it is my house and I can have anyone move in that I want. I'm sure he is hoping Mr. Peters doesn't allow it as he can't refuse it. Tanya, still in her little dream world, shouts out, "Not in my house!" "Who's house?" Marty replies. "When we are married this is going to be my house and he is going to follow my rules." Marty looks at her as if she has come unhinged. "Um. . . When were we getting married? Also, even if we were, you can not tell my son what to do. He will operate under my rules, not any of yours." Tanya is shocked that anyone would stand up to her. "Well if that's how it is then I'm leaving" "Ok, Bye" I say grinning. She storms out of my room and we hear the front door slam. "Um, Marty, I don't actually want Den to move in." Marty smiles. He's figured out what I was doing and is cool with it. "And Marty? . . . Stop putting your dick in crazy." I giggle. That over, Marty leaves my room closing the door behind him and I go back to sketching Dennis. It really is looking very realistic with the color pencils, I'm gonna do a nude of him next. The next two Fridays were awesome as well. I like it when Dennis wins his games, it always puts him in a good mood which gives me a good time. Tuesday Dennis is unloading his cock into me (well inside a condom) and it is feeling amazing today. All the practice we've been doing is really paying off. I'm totally screaming my head off before I even hit the edge of the cliff, it is feeling so good. As I cum I feel Dennis do the same. That was the best yet. We clean up and head out to go to school. Alex is grinning, he must have heard us this time. Oh well, as good as that one felt Dennis could ask me to do it in public and I would. On Thursday I'm at the game watching Dennis play. He's done really well this game. So far he has made 5 baskets and we are winning by 3 points. I'm just watching my man play his game while chatting with Susan. Since next week is Valentine's day she is all excited thinking about what Eric is going to do. She says he has booked a table at a fancy restaurant. I thought that sounded great and maybe I should do it too. After all, while I love the mad passionate sex we have, a little romance is good too. I'm thinking about what restaurant I want to take us to when I see Dennis fall down. Young Again - Chapter 25 by Sam I thought that was weird. There was nobody close enough to him to push him down. I thought maybe he tripped but he wasn't getting up. One of his teammates went up to him to check on him and called the coach. A timeout was called and the coach went over to Dennis and checked him over then he called the ref. Dennis still hasn't moved in all this time and I'm starting to freak out. Three minutes later, but it seemed like much longer, an ambulance arrived and the paramedics checked Dennis out and put him on a stretcher. I ran to the ambulance as they were loading him in. I wanted to go with him but the ambulance driver said only one passenger was allowed and one of the assistant coaches had to go with him as a representative of the school. I asked what hospital they were going to and they told me St. Mary's. I called Marty. I was in such a panic at this time that I wasn't being coherent and Marty tried his best to calm me down so he could understand what I was trying to say. Once I managed to calm down enough to be understood Marty rushed to the school to pick me up. When I got in he drove me over to the hospital. Once there I tried to get information on Dennis but they wouldn't give it out because I wasn't family. I was upset but didn't argue. Marty told me he already called Mr. Peters and he was on the way. Two minutes later Mr. Peters and Alex show up and come to us. I tell him that Dennis collapsed at the game and was taken here but I couldn't get any information. Mr. Peters went up to the counter and was told someone would come out to talk to him. A few minutes later a nurse comes out and talks to Mr. Peters. The nurse tells him that Dennis has been rushed into surgery as he had a heart attack. After this I started crying. Marty put me in his lap and hugged me tight to him. It felt nice but my mind was on overdrive. Dennis was the bright spot in a very dull life. When I was turned into this 11, now 12, year old I didn't know what to do. I was bored at home with nothing made for someone so young. I was forced to go to school which was totally boring as I already know all the information the teachers want to give us as I'm a college graduate. I was bullied, harassed or shunned because I'm gay. But then there was Dennis. When I was crying after being bullied he held me and comforted me. When I was harassed he stood up for me and caused them to back down. When nobody wanted to be around me, he sat with me at lunch and walked with me to my class. Without Dennis, my life is just one big pain. If there was a world without Dennis in it, I didn't want to be in that world. I just sat in Marty's lap, weeping as I stayed lost in my own mind. Eventually an older gentleman, I guess a doctor, went over and talked to Mr. Peters. After talking to the doctor for a long time Mr. Peters came over to us. "The doctor said Dennis just came out of surgery. Apparently he has a heart condition called Myocarditis. The doctor said he got Dennis stable and they implanted a defibrillator to keep this from occurring again. He said it was a tiny device that will sit close to his heart and if his heart tries to go out again it will supply an electric shock to bring it back. They are putting him in a recovery room where they will monitor him for a couple of hours to make sure he is alright post-surgery then he will be put in a room where he will stay for a few days for observation. We can go see him when he gets a room." I wanted to see him now but didn't want to risk his recovery so I stayed put. I was however relieved that he was out of surgery and still alive. After a couple hours of waiting I'm tired. It is about 10pm but I don't want to go to sleep. I want to see Dennis to make sure he is ok. A nurse comes out and goes to Mr. Peters. Dennis has been put in a room and we can see him now. Mr. Peters has us all go with the nurse to the room. When we walk into the room Dennis is on a bed with many machines around him. There are wires coming off his body to the machines so he can be monitored. There is also an IV to deliver medicine to him. When I spot him I freeze. To be continued...
