Enjoy In Time It was 3:50 p.m. Martin and Alex were at Martin's house, sitting in the den intently watching a television show about alternative energy. Both boys had a passion for science, and loved talking about new innovations and other things that they were learning about and thought were cool. Still, despite enjoying their discussion about the show, Martin had other topics he wanted to discuss. "So Alex," he said hesitantly, scooting closer to his friend. "I want to know something" "Umm...sure what's up?" "Can I see something ya wrote please?" Martin asked with a bright smile. "Ok sure" Alex replied, not sure why Martin was asking. He pulled out a piece of paper he had taken some notes on and handed it to Martin. Before Alex could guess what he was doing, Martin had pulled out the poem and was looking at Alex's notes to compare. That's strange...they look so similar but at the same time not really...it's almost like it's the same person...but it's like he used....the other hand. A huge mischievous grin spread across Martin's face. His eyes shifted to Alex. "Alex...are you ambidextrous?" Martin asked in a curious tone. "Sort of...why?" "Well, I was just looking at the mystery poem that someone in school wrote to me...and...well, it looks kind of like your handwriting." Martin paused and considered whether to go on. Alex didn't seem too upset, so he moved even closer and blurted out, "Alex is there something you want to tell me?" Alex felt his heart race, adrenaline pumping through his veins, and his mouth turned dry. He knew that his scheme was about to be exposed, but he didn't have the courage to reveal his true feelings and admit what he had done. Martin continued to stare at him with his mischievous smile, but Alex didn't know if he could entirely trust him just yet. He couldn't bring himself to say it...so he lied. "I mean not really," he fumbled. "It's possible that it's coincidence...like I know a few people who have similar handwriting to mine. You're just guessing 'cause you can't stand not knowing who wrote it. But it wasn't me." Alex said, surprised at how smoothly the words had come out of his mouth. He had stuttered some, but it was hardly noticeable. Alex felt confident that Martin would drop his suspicious questioning. Damn it...he's just way too shy Martin thought I know you wrote that poem for me Alex...and I want you as mine...If only I could get one piece of damming evidence, you would be mine...but honestly I kind of like this game of cat and mouse...it just makes you that much more adorable so I guess I'll let you off the hook this time cutie, but slip up again and you're mine, he thought to himself as he scanned Alex's face intently. His smile weakened, but retained its mischievous look. "Ok, well I guess you're probably right Alex. Hey you want some soda?" "Sure, Mr. Pibb please," Alex replied feeling relaxed, as though he had slipped past Martin's attack. "Sure thing....Mr. Edgar Allen Poe," Martin said, the last part just under his breath so Alex wouldn't hear. I know it's you Alex...and I'm going to make you mine. Jacob stood next to the kitchen counter talking to Corey about the first day of school. "So what did you think about Ms. Tara?" Jacob asked, trying to keep the conversation light "The math teacher?" "Yea." "She seems alright...A bit dry though, so it might be a long semester in her class." "Yea, I heard that from a lot of the upperclassmen. She's good at teaching, but she's not all that fun." "Yea I could tell." Jacob moved the fork around in the pasta he had made for Corey and himself. He decided that he needed to bring up the topic that had been on his mind most of the day. "So Corey I was wondering....that picture you had drawn...what was it supposed to be?" Corey's eyes widened as he felt his adrenaline increase. He hadn't been expecting this question, and had hoped that Jacob would simply forget about it...but he was wrong. "I mean...I just enjoy drawing...it doesn't matter what it is honestly...I just want to draw. That's all," Corey said, trying to keep himself from stuttering or sounding nervous. Despite Corey's efforts, Jacob could sense that he was uneasy. I just know that had to be me...but I don't think it would be a good idea for me to keep bothering him about it....But I still want to know why he drew that picture of me Jacob thought as he leaned back against the countertop. There was an awkward moment of silence, both boys tried not say anything and looked away, blushing. Not able to take it any longer, Jacob quickly looked over at Corey, just as Corey looked at him. They locked eyes for a few seconds...and both could tell the other was asking the same question. Before either even had the chance to say anything the front door suddenly burst open. "Jacob I'm home!" shouted from Alex as he bounded into the kitchen. Jacob and Corey turned to face the exuberant twelve year old. "Hey Alex. So how was hanging out with Martin?" "It was fine...oh hey Corey," Alex said with a smile, as he opened up his laptop and sat down on the couch in the living room. "Hey Alex...well I should probably head home. Night Jacob, I'll see ya in school tomorrow," Corey said as he placed his hand on Jacob's shoulder. Jacob suddenly felt a shock through his system as Corey's hand slid down his arm. It almost felt as though electricity had gone through him, and it felt amazing. "Ok, well.... I'll see you later Corey," Jacob said as he waved to his friend. He stood watching him until he shut the front door and headed home. Jacob let out a sigh of relief and leaned against the countertop again. Alex noticed that his older brother seemed preoccupied and a bit relieved, so he raised an eyebrow and smiled. "I'm guessing something happened?" Alex asked, his tone showing how obvious Jacob was being. "Yea...I think he drew of a picture of me shirtless with him behind me holding me and whispering into my ear," Jacob said, not even realizing he was speaking so calmly. Alex's eyes grew huge and he stared at Jacob for a second. "You think or know? Because if you know, then he's definitely interested in you," Alex said, incredulous that Corey would be so blatantly obvious about liking Jacob. "Well I don't know, he gave me the picture by accident, and I didn't get a long time to look it over." Jacob paused in thought. "It just looked a lot like me...but honestly I don't know, and I really am tired so I think I'm going to head on up and just get ready for bed," Jacob said as he turned around and walked toward the staircase. He did feel physically and emotionally exhausted after the day's events. He walked into his room and looked over at the clock 10:33 Yea I guess it's a good time to sleep...I just really wish I knew more about what Corey's thinking...I really do want him. Jacob stared out of his window and watched as the moon levitated far above the desert floor. The stars shone down, the light illuminating his room, and the lake looked like a giant mirror reflecting the heavenly bodies. I need you Corey...please The wind blew against his hair and dark storm clouds filled the sky as rain poured down upon his face. He was standing on a hill looking down on a vast plain that reached to the end of the horizon, without a single hill in his line of sight. Then, just on the other end he saw him standing there. His eyes shone and his hair blew in the wind, but it looked dry despite the rain. He stood there with a smile radiating from his face. "I love you, and you are to be mine." "I love you as well." "But...you are also here to save me from the event." "Wait...what event....what do you mean event?" "You will see with time but you have to be honest with me. Stop staying so far away, because if you don't become mine, and I don't become yours, then you will lose me." He stood, watching this boy speak, and felt fear strike his heart. He couldn't stand losing him, and he didn't even have a relationship with him yet. There was no way that he would let it happen, never in his lifetime. He reached his hand and placed the other boy's in his own. "I swear to you...no matter what...I won't let you leave me, and I will be yours, just as you will be mine, and we will be this way forever." "I know my love....and I know you will do this for me." The wind picked up and the grass in the fields moved violently from side to side as he felt the earth rumble from the thunder. The rain broke free from its heavenly bonds and fell to the earth in an even greater cascade. He pulled the boy close and pressed his lips to the boy's as they kissed passionately for what felt like an eternity. "Be mine." He looked off to the distance and saw beams of light radiate down through the storm clouds to light up the darkness. He saw the blades of black become a vibrant green, and the boy's face illuminated like that of an angels. I won't ever leave you....I swear to god I won't let you go The clap of thunder startled Corey as he suddenly awoke from his dream. What the fuck...oh...ok it was only a dream...thank god. Corey looked out his window and saw the rain pouring down. Sitting up in his bed, he looked around the dark room for several seconds. Corey reached out and found the lamp and set it to low as he picked himself out of bed and walked to his bathroom. He lifted the toilet lid with one hand, fished his dick out of his boxers with the other, and peed, still in a daze from having woken up in the middle of the night. As he passed back into his room he looked at himself in the mirror. Even in the semi-darkness, he could see that his muscles were becoming more defined now that he had started working out again in preparation for competitive sports at his new high school. His tan had also grown deeper since he was now outside even more often, and it was still summer in America. His shoulders remained narrow, but they looked more developed than they had been, and his leg muscles were also growing. He walked back into his room, opened up the drawer to his desk and looked at the picture he had drawn, the one Jacob had accidently seen the other day. It showed him holding Jacob across the stomach as he lightly kissed him on the cheek. He had since completed it, and now showed them both in detail, standing naked in his room. While he was finishing the sketch, he had tried to remember as much about Jacob's beautiful body as possible. He had seen his friend naked once, during the day at his pool, and then only for a few moments while he walked to get a soda. Corey remembered that Jacob was uncircumcised, and had a small patch of light brown pubes, but was otherwise hairless. He had included these details in his drawing, but had also looked at his own body in the mirror to make the sketch as accurate as possible. Corey wished for this vision to become true, so badly that it almost hurt just to think about how much he really did feel for Jacob. It had only been a week, but already he felt more connected to him than he had ever felt with any other boy who had been in his life. The feeling of meeting someone so amazing was liberating and invigorating. He placed the picture back in the drawer and looked at the clock 12:37 Corey slipped back under the covers and turned the light off. I don't know what I'm supposed to save you from Jacob...but I know I love you...and I won't let you go...ever. Corey was sitting at his desk in 1st period English honors looking around the room. He felt a bit tired since he had woken in the middle of the night after the mysterious dream. I really wonder what that was supposed to mean...Well I guess it just means I really like him...I think, Corey mused as the confusion swirled through his mind like a million bees buzzing in his head. He turned a bit to the right and saw Jacob entering to room. He looked exhausted and he could see that he hadn't slept well either. "Hey Jacob...are ya ok, you look exhausted?" Corey asked as he got up so he could move a bit closer to Jacob. "Hey Corey...and I'm fine, just reallllyyy..." just then he let out a yawn "Sorry, but I'm just a bit tired." "How come?" "Just had a weird dream that woke me up in the middle of the night. t was because of that huge bolt of lightning," Jacob said as he placed his books on his desk and his book bag next to him on the ground. "Oh yea...that woke me up too," Corey said. "I had a weird dream as well...It was like I was in the middle of a field with a huge storm swirling around," he added, not giving it much thought since he assumed that Jacob probably just happened to have a bad dream as well. But just as Corey had finished his sentence Jacob eyes suddenly became large and he sat up as he looked back at Corey. "Really? That actually sounds a lot like my dream....Did it become bright at the end when the storm clouds broke?" he paused. "And was there another person in it?" Jacob asked slowly as his eyes locked with Corey's. Corey stared back at Jacob, his face wide with surprise and confusion. He doubted that Jacob had even had a remotely similar dream...but his description of the dream made it sound nearly identical to his own. "Actually...yes that was ex..." but before Corey could finish the teacher walked in. "Good morning class. Please take your seats and we will begin the first lesson of the year," the teacher said as she got up and began to write on the dry erase board. Yet Corey and Jacob's minds were both already at a faraway place. They kept glancing over at each other and would on occasion lock eyes, both asking the same question. Is he....is he like me? The document was in his hand and he stood looking down the expanse. At the opposite end he saw his objective clearly outlined with the numerical marking indicating where he was to drop off the document. "Good luck Mr. Alex." "Thank you." And with that, he was off. He sprinted down the first quarter of the length but before he could continue, one of the guards came out of the door way. He immediately rolled into a side passage and got up against the wall. His breathing slowed, and adrenaline rushed through his veins. He heard the guard walk down the hall in the opposite direction. He waited until he knew it was clear for him to continue moving. He kept low and looked side to side to ensure that no one else was around. The security cameras were watching and if the guards caught him he was dead. He was nearly there when he suddenly again heard a door open into the passage. He made a jump and leaped underneath a storage rack. The person passed by, not even noticing the person directly under the chair. His combat clothing felt heavy and was making him hot. Sweat slowly moved down his face and dripped silently onto the floor beneath. He used his watch to reflect the image of the hall. All clear. He jumped out and got to the drop point. "Ok....now just place it into the slot and you're good to go." "Placing into the slot now," he said as he carefully placed the document past the grated slot. He slowly pushed it into position and let go. "Document secure and at its destination...It's all good he..." But just then he saw a person standing right there in front of him. It was a guard. "EVASIVE ACTION I'VE BEEN CAUGHT!!!" He screamed as he started to run, but the guard grabbed him by the arm. "Alex....what are you doing in the hallway during class?" the teacher asked quickly, effectively shattering his illusion of being a secret agent dropping off a secret document. "Ummm....using the bathroom?" Alex said slowly with a huge grin hoping that she would just let him on his way. She looked down at him and rolled her eyes. "Ok but get back to class quickly you shouldn't be out here," she said, letting him go. He turned and ran. Alex was half way down the hall when suddenly she realized he didn't even have a pass. "Hey Alex where is your pass?!" she yelled down the hall. "Don't have one!" Alex yelled back as he turned the corner and entered his classroom. She let out a sigh as she turned around to return to the teachers work room. The kids these days and their crazy imaginations...oh well better than some kids I guess. Martin and Corey sat in the den watching a TV show, but in reality they were hardly paying any attention to it. "Wow...and you're sure he wrote you this poem?" Corey asked as his eyes scanned the piece of paper that Martin had handed him. "Yes...I'm almost 100% sure that he did. He keeps denying it but the handwriting is similar and he's the only person I know so far. I think he even wrote me another one today. Here..." Martin said as he pulled the piece of paper out of his book bag. He had found this latest note in his locker earlier that day. Corey read it over. "Awww...that's adorable," Corey said in a mock cute tone. "Oh shut up! Well, ok yea it is cute, but I just need some for sure evidence." "Ever thought of asking?" Martin's eyes lit up at this question. He seemed to be taken aback by Corey's suggestion. "WHAT! No....I don't know if he is or isn't even interested....I'm just going to keep applying slow pressure and see how that works, but I'm not asking him straight up unless I have some for sure evidence, period." Martin said as he lay back on the couch, wondering what he could do to figure out Alex for sure. "Well I think Jacob may like me as well..." Corey said, trying to seem disinterested in talking about it, but really he just wanted to get Martin's attention. "Really...and why do you say that?" "Well I don't really know how...it's just how he acts around me...and it's a feeling I get from him every time I look at him...it's....it's almost like he's trying to tell me he likes me," Corey explained as he let his imagination wander to all the interactions he had ever had with Jacob. "Well like I said, one for you one for me," Martin said joyfully as he looked back at Corey with a twinkle in his eye. Corey pondered Martin's words for a few moments and leaned back. A smile came to his face as he lavished in the thoughts of being with Jacob as boyfriends. "You know what Martin...ya may just be right about that one...just maybe....." Corey said as he looked into the distance at the now dark lake. A feeling of warmth overcame him as his imagination took him to all the amazing places he wanted to go with Jacob. He realized how much he needed Jacob Stewart...and soon. "Ok boys, dig in," Mr. Stewart said as he set the dinner on the table. He had returned home only a few hours ago, and had a little free time so he had decided to make dinner for himself and the boys. "Thanks Dad" Alex said as he started wolfing down the grilled chicken. "Yea seriously thanks, I was starving" Jacob said as he too engulfed the chicken in what appeared to be one swoop. "Well I don't get a chance to cook much so I wanted to be able to while I had some free time," Mr. Stewart said as he ate his food, a bit more slowly than his sons. He really did enjoy time with the boys and wished he had more to spend time with them, but the demands of his job required him to limit it. He had even been considering early retirement, since he already had a fairly large amount of money saved away, and made a lot off of interest in projects he had invested in, so it was a possibility. "Hey Dad..." Jacob said, a bit hesitantly as he looked up from his dinner. "Yes Jacob?" "After dinner...could we maybe talk for a bit?" Jacob said...still a bit hesitant. "Well ok sure, we can talk in my office," Mr. Stewart replied, now a bit cautiously. He wasn't sure why Jacob seemed upset and hoped it wasn't anything too serious. The three finished their dinner within minutes and cleaned up the kitchen. Alex said he had some work to do for school so he quickly went up to his room. Jacob and his dad walked into his dad's office where Jacob took a seat in the armchair on the other side of his desk. His dad took a seat in his usual chair and turned towards him. "Ok Jacob, so what's up?" his dad said as casually as he possibly could. He didn't want to make Jacob uncomfortable by having a pensive tone, and knew if he spoke in a casual and less serious voice that it would be easier for Jacob to discuss whatever it was he wanted to speak about. "Well Dad...it's involving a boy at school....and I think I like him....a lot" Jacob said slowly, still a bit uncomfortable talking about this with his dad. His dad put his hand to his chin in a thinker pose. "Ok, and what's the problem with this?" his dad asked, not really sure why Jacob was upset over this. "Well Dad...I don't know if he likes me or not...like I think he might but I don't really know," Jacob said, suddenly overtaken by confusion as he remembered all of his interactions with Corey. "So what makes you think he might like you?" "Well...I think he drew a picture of me, and it was kind of...sensual...and well just the way he looks at me and how he acts around me...I just feel like that he likes me," Jacob said as he again thought back to his interactions with Corey. "Hmmm....well son, really I can't do very much since I'm not there and I can't see how you two act around each other. What I can say is this though. First try to give him hints as well....if you show him you like him, and then if he likes you he will respond. You can also try just bringing up subjects that you two have in common and see how enthusiastic he is about it, because if he likes the subject and the person he talks to about it, he might be a bit more enthusiastic about it than he would be otherwise. And finally if all else fails...and I know this is the hardest route....just be honest and tell him how you feel about him. If you tell him and he likes you he will come out to you about it, otherwise you two can still just be friends. Beyond that son it's really up to you, but figuring out the person is half the battle. The other half is the relationship," his dad said with a smile, remembering back to his own days with his wife. Jacob thought intently about the dropping a hint part. So far he had only been taking them from Corey, but he really hadn't done anything to show him he liked him as well. "Well, I think you're right Dad...I just need to give him a hint. Thanks Dad," Jacob said as he gave his father a hug. His dad held him in the embrace and gave him a pat on the back. "Any time son, you can always come to me if you need advice ok?" "Ok, night Dad," Jacob said as he walked towards the door of his dad's office and began to head towards his room. "Night Jacob, sleep well," Mr. Stewart replied as he leaned back in his chair a bit. I wonder who this boy is...well whoever he is I just hope he makes Jacob happy. It was Thursday afternoon and again Martin and Alex were sitting watching television in the Martin's den. They had the TV volume on low since they were having a light conversation and weren't paying much attention to the show. "So what did ya get on that math quiz we took yesterday?" Martin asked as he sat watching the person on the TV explain something about how to make computers. "I got a 92, what about you?" "Actually the same grade, did you cheat off me?" Martin said with a sly smile as he looked over at Alex. "AWW...HOW DID YOU FIND ME OUT?!" Alex said in mock surprise. Martin loved how Alex would play along. It just made him that much more attractive. "Well you're not very hard to read...I guess you'll have to be punished again" Martin said, with the exact same look he had the last time he had said those words. Alex decided to be a bit bolder and play along with it, instead of just backing away in fear. He held his hands out with a puppy dog look on his face. "Ok, Mr. Martin, but just be careful to not make it too painful," Alex said as he pushed his lips together and made his eyes huge. Martin's eyes grew wide in response and his face flushed. He felt his cock growing stiff in his shorts as his heart fluttered. Alex thought he looked as though he was in shock. That was unbelievably sexy....I swear to god if he doesn't wipe that inviting look off his face in the next few seconds...then I'm doing him right here, fuck it if my parents see me that was just too damn inviting, Martin thought as he used very last ounce of restraint to keep himself from jumping onto Alex and tearing off his clothes. Just the phrase "Ok Mr. Martin" turned him on beyond belief. He was about to speak up, when he heard his mom from the kitchen. "Alex, your mom called and you need to be home for dinner," Ms. Lee called from the kitchen. Alex looked back at Martin, disappointed that he had to leave so soon. "Sorry Martin...but we'll talk more at school tomorrow. Hey, maybe we could even sleep over this weekend?" Alex said with a huge smile. Martin looked up for a second and began to act like he was questioning it. "I don't know....are you sure?" Martin said in mock uncertainty. Alex smiled his lopsided smile and punched Martin in the arm lightly. "Later dude, see you tomorrow" Alex said as he got up from the couch and headed to the front door. "Later Alex," Martin said. Just as he heard the front door close, Martin began to think of a sleep over with Alex. He began to imagine all the naughty and amazing things the two could do if they were alone in his room for the night. Alex...you will be mine by this weekend, that I promise you. Alex sat at his desk, it was Thursday night, and he was preparing to write the fifth poem. He had decided that if the poems suddenly ended then it would seem even more suspicious that they stopped right around the time Martin was beginning to question him. As a result, he felt that if he did what was opposite of what was expected, and kept writing the poems, then it would reduce Martin's suspicions. He got up from his desk, but just as he did his leg knocked against the front of his desk and sent papers flying everywhere. "DAMN IT!" Alex shouted as he quickly re-organized all his papers and placed them back on his desk. He hadn't taken very much time to sort out the papers or see what was on them and had more or less placed them in random order. Now where was that blank sheet....oh here it is Alex thought as he grabbed a piece that was face down and placed it on his desk. He looked back over the rough drafts and started writing down the final draft. After about five minutes, he had finished writing everything down as neatly as possible. He looked over the poem and felt pride in what he had written. Golden locks of blonde with eyes of emerald green You posses my imagination and all I see Don't deny me please Be there waiting for me I will wait for you till the end For it is you I wish to be with Until then rest easy my prince I wonder if I seem too girly or corny with this....Well he seems to like them and talks about all the other ones I wrote him so I guess its fine, Alex thought as opened his binder for school the next day and folded up the piece of paper. He slipped it into the front pocket of his binder and placed it back into his book bag. Well tomorrow is a Friday at least....Well Martin...I'll see you tomorrow, Alex thought as he slipped into his bed and placed his head on his pillow. The poem rested in his binder, the paper concealing the innermost thoughts of this love struck boy. Deep in the folds in the paper, clearly written in red ink on the other side of the poem, were only two numbers: 92 Authors note: OHHH....it looks like Alex may have just gotten himself exposed. That is if he doesn't catch his mistake...will he catch it....well that comes with part 7. Jacob and Corey also seem to be getting closer, now sharing dreams, classes, and soon they may be exchanging even more (hint wink). Anyway I hope you all have enjoyed this part as much as the others and I hope you all continue to read and enjoy the part.
