As you may have noticed, I don't usually write these things but I've received such a positive response from all of you, I figured that I should. I want to start out by thanking everyone who has sent me an e-mail about the story, or even just read it and enjoyed it. I appreciate all your kind words. As you may have guessed from my name (Katherine) I am not a male. Just your typical teenaged straight female who writes gay male romance stories. Notice how I say romance instead of erotica. I highly doubt this story is going to have a chapter where Brandon and Mike have a big orgy with the football team! =) But, it does have homosexual content, so if you are offended by that, please don't read it. Also, although I haven't received any negative e-mail yet, please don't send it to me, as it would crush my fragile ego and send me into a deep, dark depression that I would never be able to pull myself out of. Again, thanks to everyone who has enjoyed this story. If you want to contact me, feel free to send me an e-mail at *+*+ katp@worldnet.att.net +*+* or through my AOL Instant Messenger *+*+ Demonfairy5885 +*+*. So, without further ado, here is the next chapter! *+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+* As soon as he hung up the phone, Brandon did a quick check in the mirror and forced his mom to give him a ride to Mike's house. All the way there he told himself to relax, but to no avail. By the time the car pulled into the driveway he felt like his heart was beating a mile a minute. It got even worse when he climbed the steps to the front porch and rang the doorbell. But, when Mike opened the door all the fear and anxiety left him. Mike, looking perfect as always, was wearing a small Abercrombie & Fitch shirt, khakis, and a huge smile. Brandon was glad to see that there was still no one at his house. Mike ushered him to the couch, where he sat down. The first thing Mike said was, "Here's food," as he shoved a bowl of chips into Brandon's hands and walked into the kitchen. So much for romance, Brandon thought as he slowly nibbled away at a chip. When Mike returned to the living room, he was carrying a can of Coke and another bowl of food, this time a candy mixture. "Better eat now," Mike mumbled, "The other guys eat a lot, fast." With that, he left the room again. Brandon was getting pretty disappointed. He had expected at least something to happen, but apparently Mike had other things on his mind. "Can I help you with anything?" he asked, not wanting to seem too lazy. Mike dropped something in the kitchen and Brandon ran over to help him. When he reached the kitchen, he found Mike sprawled on the floor trying to reach a bunch of miniature Snickers bars that had fallen under the table. He couldn't help but laugh as Mike desperately groped for a Snickers that was halfway across the kitchen. Brandon picked it up and put it in the bowl, and gave Mike a little grin. Just as Brandon was about to return to the living room, Mike got up off the floor, walked behind him, and wrapped his arms around his waist. Brandon practically melted. He was so warm and comfortable in Mike's arms, and wanted to stay like that forever. He slowly turned to face Mike, and returned his embrace, resting his chin on Mike's shoulder. They broke apart briefly to look into each other's eyes, and Brandon noted a look of yearning, as if Mike wanted so badly to have someone that he could trust. He slowly moved towards him, just like that morning, but this time there was no interruption. Brandon met Mike's lips, and gave him a shy kiss, not wanting to linger too long for fear of... everything. Brandon knew that he should stop with that one kiss. But at that point he couldn't. He knew that if they continued, he would never be able to leave Mike, and that he would never want to be apart from him. He knew he would want to tell the whole world how much he loved him! And that scared him. How could he love someone, and have to hide it from everyone. And how was he to know whether it was actually love, or just lust. One more kiss, this one prolonged and filled with passion, pushed all his doubts aside. Brandon leaned against the cabinet as Mike kissed him again. This time, they did not stop after a few seconds. Brandon pulled Mike closer to him and slightly opened his lips to allow Mike's tongue to pass through, doing the same with his until their mouths were locked in an open-mouthed kiss, both of them exploring the other. They continued with this, stopping only briefly to breathe or kiss each other elsewhere on their faces. After several minutes, Brandon led Mike to the living room where he laid him down on the couch and positioned himself on top of him, making sure they were both comfortable. He began kissing and gently nibbling on Mike's neck, then moved up to his lips with a trail of kisses. All the while, Mike was returning his kisses and pulling him close, wanting to be as near to him as possible. Brandon showered Mike's entire face with kisses, often returning to his mouth to give him a passionate kiss. Before long, they were lost in each other, kissing and hugging and caressing until both of them were exhausted. They took a minute to recuperate, lying in each other's arms, when Brandon happened to glance at the clock. "Shit," he said in between breaths, "There's only seven minutes until six!" "You've gotta be fuckin' kidding me! I still have so much to do! I have to make food, clean, set stuff up..." Brandon interrupted him with a kiss, which seemed to calm him down, but only briefly. "Come on, I'll help you," he said reassuringly. "Okay, yeah... but I don't want to leave this, leave you." Brandon gave him a hug and stood up. "You know I don't either. But now there's even less time now. Come on." Mike reached out and Brandon helped him up off the couch. Together, they got everything ready in what must have been record time. By the time the first guest arrived all the food was made, the house was spotless, and everything was set up and ready to go. A steady stream of guests arrived until everyone was there. Although Brandon wasn't the focus of attention, he did feel that he was genuinely accepted as one of "the guys", even getting invitations to go skateboarding with a few of them. He didn't feel as intimidated as he thought he would, and all the guys turned out to be pretty friendly. And he had a lot in common with all of them, so making conversation was really easy. Mike was an excellent host, not letting the party get too out of control, but still making sure everyone was having a good time. There was good music, good food, and a lot of interesting conversations and all the while they were working on Mike's campaign. At ten, all but three guys (including Brandon) had to go home. Brandon and the other two, Joey and Eric, were spending the night so they could work on the campaign more. As soon as everyone else was gone, Mike stuck in a DVD and they all crammed onto the small couch. They barely got a chance to watch the movie, though, because they were talking so much about stuff like music, skateboarding, and of course, girls. Mike and Brandon exchanged glances as Joey and Eric discussed which girl had the nicest ass, chest, etc. After about forty-five minutes of pure, unadulterated hetero male talk, Mike suggested that they get some sleep. Joey and Eric, eager to continue their discussion about who they would like to fuck, elected to stay downstairs and sleep on the couch leaving Mike and Brandon to Mike's room. Since he had bunk beds they would be sleeping nowhere near each other, but Brandon didn't mind since he would at least be alone in the same room with him. Brandon and Mike hurried up the stairs, leaving Eric and Joey to their inane little conversations. As soon as they got into his room, Mike closed and locked the door and surprised Brandon with a kiss, then took a step back and looked him in the eyes. "I have something to tell you," Mike said in a serious tone. "What?" Laughing, Mike yelled, "I call top bunk!" and with that darted towards the bed and jumped onto the top. Brandon, always up for some good, old-fashioned fun hurried over to the bed too and with a smile said, "Not if I can help it!" as he climbed onto the top bunk and began playfully wrestling with Mike. After a few seconds of though, their wrestling turned into another full-blown make-out session, with both of them kissing and caressing the other. It only took several minutes, however, until there was a loud knock at the door. Hoping they hadn't been too loud, Brandon jumped off the top bunk and hurried towards the door, straightening up his hair and clothes on the way. When he unlocked and opened it, Joey was standing there in only his boxers. "What were you guys doing in here? It took long enough for you to answer the door." "Nothing, just talking," said Brandon as he glanced back at Mike, who was pretending to be asleep. "So, what do you want?" "I need a blanket or sleeping bag, cause Eric's being a prick and won't let me borrow his." "Okay, here," said Brandon, thrusting a blanket at Joey. As soon as he left, he closed and locked the door, then returned to the bed. He was about to return to the top bunk to continue where he and Mike had left off, but was disappointed to find that Mike really had fallen asleep. He sighed to himself as he got into the bottom bunk, curled up under the blankets, and fell asleep with thoughts of Mike in his head.
