Nick opened his eyes, and at first he saw Sam with all his sleepy eyes, he was hugging Nick having their faces so close that Nick just couldn’t resist he close the gap between both of them and kissed him tenderly and sweetly.
Sam after receiving this beautiful kiss from their lover woke up and with a small yawn threw himself at Nick hugging him even more saying still asleep
“Good Morning Nicky”
“Good morning buddy how did you sleep”

Nick knew the right place to take Sam breakfast that day, there is this small area around Woodlands, Houston called The Marketplace with a lot other restaurants and various shops to pass the time, inside there was this small french restaurant called Le Madeleine where they served all kinds of breakfast and for a reason Nick knew that Sam would love that place.
They dressed up and left to the restaurant where in the car Sam would just stare into Nick’s eyes, dreaming in bright eyes which bring his life a meaning, Nick was his only friend, he was the only person who cared about him, not even his parents cared about him,they wanted to kill him, how would his son be a fag, however Nick cared for him, he defended him against bullies even though he was a total stranger.
Tears were falling down his face, he was happy that he met Nick, now his life had a meaning now that he had him.
They arrived to the restaurant and Nick and he immediately noticed how tears were falling down his lover's face, he turned down the car and panicked watching Sam crying in front of him.
“Are you ok why are you crying”
“Nothing is just that I love being with you, you are my only friend and I am afraid of losing you “

They got down the car and ate one of the best breakfasts both of them had eaten, having the best coffee, and the best bread.
After talking for a while Nick noticed that Sam clothes were kind of used and torn apart, weird this was the first time he noticed his clothes were like that, he was so focused on seeing his cute angel like face all the time that he didn’t even notice that.

Sam was on the verge of tears but after feeling Nick’s hand in his shoulders he raised up his head and said almost dying of happiness

They left the restaurant and headed to the Woodlands Mall where they would start this new adventure around the shopping mall in search for new clothes for Sam.
They first started on a department store called Macy’s which by their surprise everything had discount, from shirts, to underwear, sock everything you could imagine had discount.
Sam was in shock and tried his best to make Nick expend the least on him however NIck was on a mission, he was filling every second his car’s trunk with more and more clothes.
They spent all morning and afternoon shopping, going to different stores at incredible speeds, Nick was falling more for Sam every second it passed, seeing him pose for hi with new and exciting clothes made Nick really happy, he had always dreamt of having a boyfriend who loved him more than anything in the entire world and just be like this, going to the movies, going shopping, and anything you could imagine.
They looked at the clock and it was already 6:00 p.m, they had spent all day shopping and not only they were tired but also hungry, Nick could see Sam fainting of hunger every second trying to keep standing up so he just came with an excellent idea both of them where going to enjoy a lot.
“Hey Nick I don’t want to be a burden for you but can we go eat something”
“You have never ever being a burden for me little buddy in fact I want to go celebrate us being boyfriends to a special place I know you will love”
Sam was on the verge of tears, he was so happy he had found Nick that day on the arcade, without holding back he tackled Nick giving him a kiss of pure love right on his lips.

Sam jaw just dropped to the floor when he saw where Nick had taken him, he just couldn’t believe it.

They ordered a prime steak and pasta to go with it along with non-alcoholic wine and a delicious dessert, they ordered a coffee both and stayed there talking about life.
“So tell me Sam why did you say that you are worth nothing” asked Nick to Sam determined to find out the reason of Sam thinking like that.
“Nobody likes me, everybody in my school hates me for being gay, my parent and grandparents reject me and only take care of me because they think they have an obligation of taking care of me, I am kind of alone in this world with no friends and no family “
“Sam just shut up, you are not alone you have me and please believe me when I say you will never be alone as long as I am here”
Sam was crying and with a little fade voice said “ Thank you Nick, Thank you “
They finished their coffee and returned to Nick’s department where they just took out their clothes and went to bed or at least that what is was supposed to happen.

Having no other choice Sam grabbed and packed all his stuff leaving his own house, with nothing left and no one else to go with Sam searched his phone in the hopes Nick would allow for him to stay up with him, however in that moment of desperation and anxiety Sam couldn’t find his phone.
Nick was already halfway home after leaving Sam at his house but noticing how careless the boy was and how he had left his phone under the seat decided to deliver it to him personally to his house this way he could chat the boy all day long telling each other how much love they felt for each other but after arriving to the boy’s house he found another out how cruel life can be to some people and how we should value our own life so much.
Sam was sitting on the streets crying and drenching his new shirt with tears searching desperately for his phone , Nick immediately parked and got down and without a second thought he grabbed Sam and asked.
“What happened why are you here sitting on the streets crying with all your things”
“They fired me from my house” Sam said stuttering himself he couldn’t even talk properly and to top it all off I can’t found my phone “
Nick gave Sam his phone back and told him almost crying.
“Pack your things inside my car you are coming with me “
Sam gave a quizzical look until he understood what was happening”
“No you can’t mean”
Nick grabbed Sam and with all his strength kissed him and keeping all his emotions to himself told Sam the following.
“Look buddy you are my boyfriend and I love you so please come with me”
Sam after seeing he had no other choice he packed all his things inside Nick’s car and both of them to his house.
After arriving and settling up Sam grabbed Nick and with a small kiss he started crying with him drenching them both in tears until they were no more and slept waiting for the next day to come.
This was a like a nightmare for Sam,his own parents firing him from his house because he was gay, what’s the problem of having such a lovely boyfriend in his life, at least he had him , his angel taking care of him saving him from falling into utter darkness.
The morning arrived for both of them and compared to the usual tackle, hug and kiss they experienced after waking up these weekend they just hugged each other where it could feel all the sadness in the air.
Nick decided to miss school that day to fix some things he needed with Sam.
“Sam may I ask you something I didn't notice yesterday “ asked Nick with a worried voice

Nick face was drenched in tears after hearing this how could his parents do this to him, how cruel of a person you needed to be to do this to your own son, Nick saw other choice at the moment to do that “

“To where” asked Sam with a quizzical look and confused

Nick asked sounding very serious on this one

Nick had already a plan to protect Sam forever but if he wanted to do it he would need to drive all the way from Woodlands to Sugar Land which was an hour long road but it would definitely be worthy.
They arrived to Sugar Land to a small set of mansions each and everyone with his own basketball court and pool.
Sam was amazed by this and it should be, this where the houses you would see in movies where big and famous stars lived on.
“What are we doing here” Sam asked still confused about all this
“Just wait and see “
They arrived to the biggest house of them all and after parking Sam asked sounding more confused than before.
“Really Nick what are we doing here”
“I already told you just wait and see “
They got down and after reaching the door Nick rang the bell of this humongous mansion

Nick tired of hearing Sam say this over and over again just kissed him to silence him up and whispering said

And old but beautiful lady opened the door and with a nice smile greeted Nick
“Nick how have you been”
“Fine Mom sorry for coming without telling you”
“It’s ok after all this is your house and it will always be but you shouldn’t be at school”
“I know MOM but this is really important”
“And who is your friend “
Sam was in shock without moving , without making any expression at all.
“Can we come in“
“Sure son “
Nick grabbed Sam’s hand and took him to the living room where they would wait for Nick’s mother to arrive with some quick but tasty appetizers and drinks for everyone.
While they waited they heard the door open and a tall handsome man with green eyes appeared in front of them greeting Nick with a big fist bump.
“Son what a miracle what are you doing here “
“Nothing Dad I just need to speak with both of you very quick”
“That’s quite a surprise but anyway who is the handsome boy behind you “
“A friend of mine his name is Sam “
“Well I’m gonna go help your mother and we’ll be right back”
Sam and Nick had a brief moment to talk about all what was happening while both of his parents prepared the quick snacks and drinks
“Was those your father and mother, is this their house!!!!” Sam said in a shocked and panicked voice.
“Yes they are and you will see very soon why we are here” Nick said sounding nervous but at the same time secure of himself.
Both of Nick’s parents arrived with various fancy snacks and wine and soda for everyone, after both of them have sitted down with them the most important and decisive talk in Nick’s life started.
“So tell me son what did you wanted to talk with us” said Nick’s mother with a sweet voice
“I don’t even know where to start “ said Nick panicked and almost crying luck for him Sam already knew what was going on and grabbed his hand giving him support to continue this fight.
“You can take your time don’t worry we will never judge you “ said Nick’s dad
Nick turned his head around and after seeing Sam’s eyes it gave him the energy to move forward and to keep fighting for his angel “
“Dad, Mom, you know how I never had any girlfriend before, well I have b-e-e-n g-g-g-gay since I was 14 and well I wanted to introduce you to my boyfriend Sam”
Nick said with a face as red as a tomato with tears falling down his face, tears of fear of rejection by his parents however the answered he received was completely another one he expected.
“Ha told you, you owe me a trip to Hawaii” said Nick’s mom to Nick’s dad laughing
“You are not angry “ Nick said stuttering himself.
“To be honest we already knew in a way, how you looked at your friends when they came here, how you looked at them every time you swam with them , among many things.” said Nick’s dad while he tried to contain his laughs
“So you are not angry “
“Of course not darling, I am more interested in meeting your first boyfriend so Sam my name is Melanie I am Nick’s mother how are you “
Sam grabbed Nick’s hands and after inhaling and exhaling several times he introduced himself to Nick’s parents and after an hour of talking with each other Nick’s parents already considered Sam his own son
“He is a good boy Nick and handsome too” said Nick’s mother
“Thanks mom, however the real reason we are here is a completely different one” added Nick
“Really ??!!!, then tell us why are you here”
“We had a favour to ask “
“Sure anything sweetheart”
“Sam I also need a favor to ask you , can you please show them all your bruises “
Sam silently and more confused than before took out his hoodie and showed Nick's’ parents all his bruises.
“What happened to you !!!!!” Nick’s mother said exalted and scared of how bad Sam’s skin was.
“This was done by his parents and is not the first time he does it, just because he is gay, Sam I know I haven’t talked it with you but Mom you are one of the best lawyers in civil rights I have know in this country or maybe in the entire world , I want to become the legal tutor of Sam , could you help me.”
“NICK ARE YOU SURE I MEAN REALLY WOULD YOU DO THAT FOR ME “ said Sam shouting and hell surprised he just met him a few week back however he was willing to take care of him just to see him happy , this is true love the willing to give for your love one anything in the world to see him happy “
“I can help you with that but I need to verify two things first, Sam do you accept having Nick as your legal tutor.”
“YES, YES, YES OF COURSE I DO” said Sam crying of happiness, he was finally going to spend his life along the boy he loved so much.
“Okay I’m glad to hear that, second thing I must make sure off it first is, Sam do you have evidence of all the torturing you parents have made to you, such as video or something similar”
A lighting struck Nick, did Sam have them on video just in case something happened.
“Yes I have a few tapes on them just in case one day I needed it “
Sam showed them the few videos he had and luck for them they clearly showed the domestic abuse suffer from his parent showing some very traumatic scenes.
A tear fell from Nick’s mother and with his voice breaking in half he said
“Don’t worry right now I will present charges, I just need Sam and you to sign these papers and that’s about it”
They both signed the papers and after that the mom left the living room in order to work in the case
“You both should stay here all day while your mother works in this case, you can go swim so you could enjoy each other’s view” said Nick’s father
“DAD COME ON “ Nick and Sam just blushed and laugh knowing they both had tasted and saw each other in their most private parts.
“I’m just joking son anyway I am going to rest to my room a little bit meanwhile you should show Sam around”
“Yes I should let’s go Sam I’m gonna show you around the house”
Nick carried Sam to his room in his parent’s house and after leaving him in bed he went and rested with him until reaching dreamland one more time with the words “thank you Nick” drifting him with love and happiness
