Date: Tue, 14 Dec 1999 18:03:02 EST From: ANGinJAX@aol.com Subject: The friendship of Lovers This story contains detailed sex between two females. If you don't like it, don't read it :o) You have been warned. Slowly, she moved from room to room, lighting candles. The storm had caused her electricity to go out again. Being hurricane season, it was common and she had taken a liking to the temporary power outs. It gave her an excuse to relax and have time to herself without the distraction of TV or E-Mail. After lighting all candles, she decided that nothing would be better at this moment than a nice glass of wine and something to nibble on. With the flashlight in one hand, she opened the refridgerator and shined the light in. Perfect-a large bottle of white wine and some fruit left-over from her dinner party the other night. She sank into her leather recliner, wine in one hand and fruit in another. Her warm brown hair was pulled on top of her head and fastened securly with a hair clip. The day at work at been so stressful, she walked straight to the bathtub when she arrived home, and soaked for over an hour. She had only emerged from the tub when the electricity was knocked out after a loud boom outside her house. She was still wearing her robe, and it fit snuggly around her seductive body. She was certainly not a thin woman, but she had all the right curves in the right places, and it gave the impression of being blessed in all the right areas, and not overweight. Her bosom was larger than average, verging on DDD and she was proud of it. It came in handy for moments like this when she needed a mini table for things, as she did now for her plate of fruit. Taking a sip of her wine, she raised her right leg slightly to admire her new found tan and she smiled at the progress she had made. She had previously been uniquely pale, giving her a china doll look, but decided one day she wasn't happy with being a china doll, so she began to lay out in her back yard to darken. The fruit and wine tasted wonderful together and she was thoroughly enjoying this moment. She felt herself warming inside from the wine and knew if she didn't get up soon, she would find herself asleep soon in her chair. She closed her eyes and listened to the rain chiming on her windows when her doorbell rang. The noise shocked her out of her blissfulness and caused her to panic a little-who would be out in weather like this? She never had visitors that just popped in. And at 9:30pm, it was rare any of her friends were out and about. Getting out of the chair and setting her wine and plate on the dining room table, she made her way to the front door, pulling her robe tighter around her with one hand, and feeling the hair piled on her head to make sure it was still in tact. Looking through the peep hole, she saw her best friend, soaking wet, trembling and holding herself tight with her head bowed. She immediately opened the door and rushed her in out of the bad weather. "What's going on?! What are you doing out in weather like this?" she said quickly, as she pulled her friend inside, closed the door and wen to the linen closet to try to find a towel to dry her friend off. Renee was a well rounded woman also, with shoulder length red hair that was naturally curly. Olivia pulled her shirt over her head and wrapped Renee in the towel. Renee was shaking, and Olivia tried to comfort her, but she knew it was going to be a long night. She must have had another arguement with her live in boyfriend, which was common. They argued like arch enemies rather than a couple that was in love. Olivia helped her shed her shorts and went into her bedroom to get something light for her to wear but something to warm her. She found a worn wool gown that she saved for Florida's cool nights and brought it to Renee. By the time she had returned to her, she had shed her panties and her bra and trying her best to cover herself with the small towel. Olivia helped her pull the gown over her head and took the towel from her to dry her hair to the best ability. They moved to the living room and sat side by side on the couch. Renee was crying and Olivia was holding her and gently rocking, pulling the hair away from her face and kissing her forehead. She knew that she should let her cry before she asked again what had happened. So she sat with her, holding her for almost 15 min. before Renee caught her breath and was able to speak without crying. Olivia left her to go to the kitchen to put some hot water on for tea to soothe her nerves. As she turned back towards the living room, Renee began to talk, her voice raspy from the crying. "I don't know how it happened, I never knew. I never knew" She rocked herself and wrapped her arms around herself, trying to block out the pain from what she had just seen. It was impossible for her to picture her boyfriend with another man. She had come home and walked in them. She assumed they had lost track of time and he was still embraced in his lovers arms, half naked, as if they had started to end the rendez vous and stopped for a moment for one last kiss before they parted. In total shock of the situation, she dropped her drink she had got when she stopped for a hamburger. To see the look in her boyfriends eyes, that look of happiness that he had never shown when he was with her. That look of being so in love. She never saw it and now she knew she never would. Not with him anyways. She had turned around and left. Left the door open and the spilt drink of the floor. And she ran. Ran as fast as she could, drowning out her boyfriends calls in her sobbing. She ran until she couldn't breathe anymore, her heart pounding, her eyes red and blurring her vision. Her ears were thumping, hard. She let herself fall to the ground and sat there, and cried more. She paid no attention to the cars and the people around her, and they avoided her like she was one of the homeless people you pretend not to see. And then the rain came. And it came down hard. She didn't hear it, but felt the cold drops on her legs, arms, and eventually her face as she looked up to the sky. Trying to get control of herself, she looked around and recognized the area she was in. She was only about 1/2 mile from Olivia's house. She couldn't go back home, not now. She couldn't bear to hear him try to explain what she saw. She knew what she saw, knew what it meant, and knew the effect it would have on her life now. She got up on shaky legs, and headed towards the direction of Olivia's house. She would stay with her, and Olivia would take her in with loving arms and try to make everything better. And in a moment such as this, all she wanted was for someone to tell her that everything would be alright. That's what she wanted to hear, even though she knew it wasn't true. "Olivia, Damon is having an affair. I walked in on them..." Renee managed to get it out. She said it matter of factly, trying to stay strong and not cry. And the look on Olivia's face would not be easy to forget. She showed her the love she felt for her, and the pain she would endure with her. In her eyes, she saw someone that would never do her the way Damon did her, and would always be there for her. "Renee, did you know her?" Olivia was hesitant on asking much; she didn't want her to start over with remembering the pain and crying. But by the look on Renee's face, she found she was too late. She began to cry, and mumbled that she didn't want to talk about it anymore. So they just stayed there, and Olivia cried for her because she knew the pain she was going through all too well. And she would be there for her. As Renee fell asleep in her arms, Olivia backed herself away from her and layed her down on the couch. She found a warm blanket for her and a small pillow to ease under her head. By this time, the electricity was back on, and she blew out all the burned down candles, and turned on her computer. She was going to email her office to let them know she was taking a week office for personal reasons, and emailed her employees with the tasks that they must cover while she was absent. She also let them know that Renee would be out and not to expect her back for two weeks. No one could complain or insist on reasoning for any of this since she was the owner of the business. She ran a counseling business for low income families and Renee was one of the counselors there. The office knew that if anything happened to either of them, they would be there for each other, no matter what. They knew of their strong friendship and never questioned situations such as this. Renee woke up about 4am, a little confused with her surroundings. She had to think to remember where she was, and then she remembered. Her head was pounding and she sat up and held her head in her hands. Easing herself off the couch, she went into the bathroom to get aspirin and then to the kitchen to get something cool to take them. She noticed she wasn't wearing any clothes, and knew she had removed them in her sleep. She had a hard time sleeping in clothes, and anyone who had slept with her in the same bed knew she shed her clothes in her sleep. As she stood there, nude, with the light from the fridge reflecting onto her smooth skin, she thought about what had happened. It was probably for the best because she was so vulnerable and nieve, she may have never left Damon on any other reason. But this caused her to awake from her fantasy world that she shared with him, to see him for who he really was. And it was funny how life had a reason for everything. Including pain. Stopping in front of her make shift bed on the couch, she turned to look in the direction of Olivia's room. The couch was comfortable, but she didn't want to sleep alone, not tonight. She had slept with Olivia before in the same bed, but she didn't want to wake her. But if anyone knew Olivia they knew she could sleep through anything. She slept through her ex-lover moving all of her things out. So, Renee went to her room, and slowly opened the door. She heard the heavy breathing of Olivia and she knew she was sound asleep. She made her way to the side of the bed where she wasn't sleeping and climbed into bed. This was better than the couch, and at least she would be sleeping with someone she loved and returned the feelings for her. Olivia woke to having someone wrapped around her, and was startled. She had almost forgot that Renee was over. But she didn't remember going to sleep with Renee beside her, so she was a bit confused when she recognized the figure in the dark to be Renee. She was sideways draped over Olivia's front, her hand on her right breast. Her leg was curled around her left leg, and she felt the wetness of her crotch pressing against her thigh. This was awkward and she didn't know what to do. Olivia was gay and Renee wasn't. To have her best friend laying with her like she was one of her lovers was hard to absorb. She had always dreamt of this moment, but Renee had made it clear at the beginning of their friendship that she could never have a friendship with Olivia if she ever hit on her or ever indicated an interest in her. And here was Renee, wrapped up in her like it was the most natural thing. So, she put her arm around her, smiled and began to fall back to sleep, content with what she could have. She knew that Renee was probably confused, thinking she was Damon and positioned herself as she normally would when the two of them slept in the night. But she put that thought in the back of her head, and pretended for those last waking moments that this was natural for them, that they were together. And as soon as she drifted back to sleep, Renee stirred, and felt a large breast in her hand. It took her a couple of seconds to register the surroundings and what she was doing. Had she cuddled up to Olivia thinking she was Damon? This felt so comfortable, but Olivia was her best friend and she was a woman! She had never had feelings for another woman, but had to admit that she looked at Olivia at times and felt a tingling between her legs. But she never imagined herself to be in this position. But, it felt good. It felt right.. She began to massage Olivia's breast, feeling the softness of it. To her amazement, this was exciting to her, and she enjoyed the way Olivia's breast played back with her. Her nipple respond to her gentle pinching and she felt it hardening to her touch. It was so different than her own. She took Olivia's left breast in her mouth, teasing the nipple with her tongue and she heard Olivia softly moan and wondered if she was awake or in a light sleep. Her nipple felt great in her mouth and she played there for a long time. Slowly, she moved her hand down Olivia's stomach and on top of her crotch. Not wanting to wake her, she was hesitant upon touch, and finally just did it. Olivia kept herself well trimmed with a small patch in place of an unruly bush. She rubbed her hand over it, feeling the texture of another woman's lips, and how they separated at her touch. This was all new to her, and she was feeling so overwhelmed but very sexual about the situation and took full advantage of it. She moved herself closer to Olivia's mouth, while her hand lingered, playing with her cunt. She was so wet, and slippery. She felt her hips began to move while Renee played in the wet area. She began to kiss her, softly at first, until Olivia responded, then she stopped. She froze, unable to know if she was doing the right thing. Then, Olivia moved to meet her lips in the dark and kissed her harder, passionately. She knew she was awake now, and they were holding each other, wrapped in each other. Olivia probed her mouth with her tongue and kissed her with so much more love than she had ever felt. Their hands began to explore each others body, and soon Olivia was rubbing Renee's crotch, moving her face to it, kissing every inch on the way down. She began to kiss her, tease her with her tongue, parting her swollen lips with her tongue. She began softly, testing the waters, making sure she wasn't moving too fast for Renee. But when Renee put her hand on the back of Olivia's head and moaned, she knew she could bring her to climax, and it would be just fine. Renee was bucking her hips while Olivia inserted two fingers inside her, moving them in and out. Renee was moaning so loud, and it surprised Olivia. Out of all the women she had been with, Renee was the first to respond with so much passion and love. She played with her clit with her tongue and sucked on it, knowing that Renee was loving it. And then it happened. She made Renee come so hard, that she thought she was having a seizure at first. Olivia kissed her lips softly, calming her and loving the scent she gave off. Olivia moved herself back into a vertical position, laying next to Renee, and wiped the hair away from Renee's forehead with one hand, and fondling her breast with the other. And she was asleep. Sound asleep! But in her mind, it was alright because she finally had her dream fulfilled. She was with the only woman that she ever truly loved and she didn't have to initiate it. Soon, she fell asleep right along with her, with her hand on her breast. She knew the morning would bring a lot of confusion, so going to sleep was the best thing to do at this time. Sunlight broke through the bone white curtains in Olivia's bedroom, lighting up the room and waking Renee. Groggily, she extended her hand over the opposite side of the bed, reaching for someone, anyone. Disappointed, she found nothing but crumpled sheets and pillows. Squinting her eyes and looking around she recognized the room-Olivia's. And then she remembered. Oh God, what had she done? What kind of monster was she to take advantage of Olivia when she was sleeping, knowing she would accept her touch. But she couldn't offer Olivia the relationship she wanted, and now Renee had to face her, tell her that it was all an accident. But she didn't regret it. Didn't regret receiving the love and touch of Olivia. She sat up and felt so confused, so resentful of Damon. He forced her into this situation and she was so angry with him. But what she shared with Olivia last night wasn't his fault. Now she felt really confused. She decided to get out of bed and find Olivia, to see what her reaction was, to see if she can offer support for this. And then she looked at the clock. Oh no! It was 9:30am and she was due at work over 2 hours ago! She grabbed the sheet from the bed, wrapped it around her and rushed out to the living room, where she found Olivia. "Olivia! I'm late! Do you have something I can wear? Oh God, my appointments!" She was rushing around, running from the bathroom to look at her messy hair and back to Olivia. "It's okay. We are officially on personal leave. I have already taken care of it. I emailed the office last night, so you have nothing to worry about. Just sit down, and have some breakfast with me." She looked up at Renee and smiled softly. Olivia was so calm, almost a sleepy calm, but she moved gracefully to the kitchen to fix Renee a plate. Renee just stood there, watching her, and grateful to have a friend like her that took such good care of her. And Renee was useless. She would have never thought to take the precaution as to contact work, to make it easier to deal with the pain she was going to go through. She took a seat at the dining room table, sitting on her right leg and positioning herself to accept food and coffee. Just like on que, it was delivered, just the way she liked everything-her eggs soft scrambled, her bacon still tender, and toast buttered with honey on the side. And her coffee was sweet and light from the creme. Raising her head to Olivia she smiled a thank you and quickly looked back down at her food, not wanting to confront her about last night. Not now, she wasn't ready. "Renee, I know you don't want to discuss this now, but I think we need to while our feelings are still fresh. I want to apologize- "No, it's not your fault! Olivia, I took advantage of you while you were sleeping, knowing you wouldn't reject me and used you for my own comfort. God, I feel terrible! I am so sorry! (Pause) But I don't regret it. I don't want you to get the wrong idea." She managed to get it all out in one breath, not wanting Olivia to interrupt her and make it harder than it was. Even as she said the words, she found herself even more confused and wondered if what she said was true. Then there was silence. Neither of them said a word. Neither of them broke eye contact. And then she did it. Olivia leaned over the table and kissed Renee, kissing her more passionately than she had earlier that morning. And Renee responded, taking Olivia's head in between her hands. They kissed for well over a minute, both beginning to feel the wetness between their legs. Finally, Renee broke the kiss, and pulled back and just stared at Olivia. "Don't tell me you don't want me to get the wrong idea, because I think I have the right idea." Olivia said almost in a whisper with a serious look on her face. She knew that Renee was interested in her more than she claimed to be, and didn't want her to be ashamed of it. She didn't want her to deny the way she felt, but welcome it. How she hoped her hunch was right and that she wouldn't run from the house crying the way she had from the home she shared with Damon. But she didn't. She rose from her chair, and took a step Olivia hadn't expected. She walked over to her, took her hand, and led her back to the bedroom. "I want both of us to be awake, and be fully aware of what's going on. I want you to show you my love for you. I want to know every inch of you. I want to know that being with you is the right choice, and not a mistake." A little dazed, Olivia walked with her to the bedroom. This was definitely not what she had expected to happen, but she welcomed it.
