This story is for Jessie who helped me create our fantasy into this story. Mile High Love Story By Chris Kris entered the terminal wondering what the day would bring. This was the first official day of the new airline that was created when her airline, Caldwell International Air bought out a slightly smaller airline, Kings Airline about two years before, which created the second largest airline in the nation. It had taken those two years to get everything worked out but now the merger was completed and while this made the airline much stronger, it came at a price. Her husband was one of the casualties as he was one of the first pilots that was let go, as the merger had caused an over abundance of pilots. Since then, for whatever reason, her husband blamed her for being let go. He seemed to believe that he, as a man, should have been kept and she, as a woman, be laid off. It didn't matter that she was a better and more qualified pilot than he was. Their marriage had for the most part ended on that day and now there was just mistrust on his part. He called her constantly and it was always to complain because he was reduced to flying a charter plane at much less money and prestige. Kris wondered just what she was going to do about her marriage and also think about just how lonely that she had become. It was hard enough to be a woman pilot where most of her co-pilots were male, and with no support from home, she just felt like she was fighting the world by herself. She went on toward the airline office where she was to meet her new co-pilot and her flight attendant. Her new route started out at Charlotte, N.C. going on to Memphis, Tennessee, and from there they would go on to Phoenix, where they would have a layover then they would head to LA and on up the west coast to Seattle in a slightly larger plane. After a two day layover, they would reverse their stops on their return trip to Charlotte. Kris liked this route as it kept her away from home for about a week and that was just fine with her. As she entered the office, she saw that there were several flight crews standing around talking. She saw a lot of familiar faces but also several new ones. She looked around for several minutes before her eyes focused upon a new face. She was about five six with brown hair that had some blond highlights in it. She had a smile that would light up a room. She was talking to a couple of pilots and they seemed to be hanging upon her every word. The flight attendant then looked over at Kris and their eyes locked onto each other. Kris's heart skipped a beat as she suddenly felt an attraction to this woman. They both just stood there and stared for a moment before the woman broke the contact. About this time, a younger man came over to Kris and introduced himself to her. He said that his name was Bill and he was to be her new co-pilot. She got a quick read on him and she didn't like it. He was a typical over confident, over sexed male pilot which reminded her of her husband. He started to come onto her but Kris quickly put this to an end as she put her captain bars to use sending him off to check out the weather reports for the trip to Memphis. Kris slowly made her way over to the girl that had caught her eye. As she got close, she saw Jessie on the woman's nametag. She felt her heart skip a beat again as she knew that this woman would be her flight attendant. She wasn't sure why this woman was having such an effect on her but she was. Kris cleared her head of the strange thoughts that she was having, then she went over to where Jessie was standing. "Hi, I'm Kris; I believe that you are my new flight attendant." Kris said to Jessie as the two pilots made their polite exit, giving Kris a look that told Kris that she didn't make any new friends with them. "Oh hi, I'm Jessie and I do believe that that I have been assigned to work your flights." Jessie said as she reached out her hand. Kris took it in her hand and she noticed how soft it was and also how she held onto her hand firmly. "So how long were you with Kings Airline?" Kris asked to sort of break the ice. "About six years now, how about yourself?" Jessie asked and Kris could hear just a slight southern accent to her voice and she liked the sound. "I'm been with Caldwell for over ten years now, with the first five being a co- pilot and the last five I have had my own planes to fly." Kris told Jessie as she watched Jessie's blue eyes sparkle. "Sounds like I'm in good hands." Jessie said with a slight wink that Kris almost missed. "Me too, as I can't do my job unless I have someone to depend on to take care of the passengers." Kris replied. "Well not to toot my own horn, but I'm good at what I do. You won't have any problems with the passengers while I'm on your plane." Jessie said in a confident voice that Kris could see wasn't just a boast but the truth. "You're my kind of woman." Kris said with a smile. "I just might be." Jessie replied with another of those little winks and a broad smile. Kris was taken back for a second as she could see Jessie's bright smile and she thought for a second that Jessie just might be flirting with her but she wasn't so sure. She had seen her talking to those other pilots just a few minutes ago and they seemed to be eating up everything she was saying so she figured that Jessie was just that type of person who flirted with everyone and it didn't really mean anything. "Besides", she thought to herself, "I'm straight and not into women." But then her thoughts went back to her college days and the fun she had with several girls there. Then she realized that Jessie was still talking to her and she got her mind back to earth and to what Jessie was saying. "... and how long have you been married?" Jessie was asking. "Almost eight years now, though the last two hasn't been that great." Kris replied and then she realized just how open she was being to this woman that she had just met. "Sorry to hear that, you know I can listen pretty well so if you ever want to talk, then let me know." Jessie said and Kris could hear the sincerely in her voice. "Thanks, I might take you up on that one day." Kris said and then her cell phone went off. She looked down at it and saw that it was her husband calling. "Right on cue." Kris thought to herself. She excused herself stepping away to talk to her husband and he started off complaining that she was going to the west coast while he had to take a charter flight up to Cleveland with a group of senior citizens. He went on talking about them and all Kris wanted to say was "At least you are still flying as there are a lot of pilots out of work now with all the airline shutdowns and mergers." But she knew if she said that then he would go off big time. So she let him bitch as her mind went back to Jessie who was again talking to those pilots but she saw that Jessie was looking at her as often as she looked at them. Kris eventually got off the phone with her husband but by then it was time to get ready for the flight. So she went to the flight office and got her flight plans set then she went on out to the plane. She and Bill looked the plane over making sure that everything was right before going back in and boarding. Kris didn't get to talk to Jessie again until they were about ready to board the passengers. And even then Bill was there so she couldn't talk all that much. Bill had already started to put the moves on Jessie but Kris could see that Jessie wasn't interested in the least but she did humor him for a moment. Soon enough they had the plane boarded and Kris got them out to the runway. They were one of the early morning flights so they didn't have to wait long to take off. Kris was a perfectionist when it came to flying and she took pride in her ability to make each and every flight as smooth as possible. So when the time came, she eased the plane forward and she got them going down the runway. She could see Bill itching to give the plane the gas and head them up fast as if he was still flying fighters. But Kris liked to use the entire runway that was available to her so that if she felt that something was wrong, she could still abort the takeoff before they were past the no stop zone. This also made for a smoother takeoff. So she eased them into the air and she slowly made their way to cruising attitude. It was only at this point did she allow her mind to relax but at the same time, she kept her mind on what she was doing. The flight went well and she never heard a peep from the passengers. It was only when they got to Memphis that Kris overheard Jessie giving her report to the office that everything hadn't gone as well as she had thought. Kris was listening to the phone conversation as she always did when the flight attendants made their reports so she could tell what was going on with the passengers. Jessie was talking about a passenger that was being obnoxious and bothering the other passengers, however Jessie was able to get him settled down. She could tell that Jessie was indeed good at what she was doing and that made Kris feel better about the changes that had taken place with the merger. Before they had even taken off from Memphis, Kris had already decided that she was going to insist that Jessie worked all her flights. She had enough seniority to make some demands and have the expectation that they would be honored. And in this case, the airline wouldn't have any trouble granting her wish as they had to have a flight attendant on each flight so it would be no skin off their nose to grant her wish. The only thing that bothered Kris was whether she was making that request because Jessie was so good at what she did, which she obviously was, or because she had this funny feeling about her. Normally Kris got off the plane when they stopped in Memphis but just as she was about to depart the cockpit, her husband called her again, so she just had Bill bring her something back. She did want to talk to Jessie again but that wasn't to be the case. So she stayed on the plane and listened to her husband bitch some more. She wanted to tell him to get a life but he seemed to enjoy bitching at her and the bad part was that she let him, however she was beginning to think that she had been nice for long enough. He had been making her life a living hell for the past two years and that was way too long. But she had no one to blame for that but herself. The flight to Phoenix was also pretty smooth as far as the flight went with no one causing Jessie any problems and Bill kept the talking to a minimum which is the way that Kris liked it in the cockpit. She liked to talk and be social but not in the cockpit. Once the plane was emptied, Kris gathered her things up as Bill made a quick exit saying that he needed to use the rest room. Kris wasn't so sure about Bill however she was going to give him more time before requesting someone else. She rechecked to make sure she had everything as she would be flying a different plane tomorrow then she made her way out of the cockpit. As she opened the door, she heard voices from the back of the plane. She looked up to see Jessie and Bill talking. Kris at first started to leave so that they could talk but then she caught Jessie's eyes and she saw that she was having a bit of trouble. Kris put her case down and walked to the back of the plane where she heard Bill talking and he was trying everything to get Jessie to go out with him that evening. Kris wanted to tell Bill to back off but then she didn't want to have any more problems with Bill on their first day working together. She knew that it might eventually come to that point but they weren't there yet. She thought about how to handle this and she got an idea as she got closer to them. "So you ready to go get that dinner Jessie?" Kris said as she got to them. Jessie at first had this confused look on her face then the light went off in her head, "Oh yes, I was just finishing up here. See you tomorrow Bill." She said and Kris saw the relief on her face. "Where are you two going, maybe I can join you." Bill said not moving and obviously not taking the hint. "We haven't decided yet." Kris told him. "Well I'll just follow along. Having dinner with two lovely women would be any man's dream." Bill replied as he had this cocky look on his face. "I don't know about Jessie but I'm going to take a shower first and I don't think my husband would appreciate it if you were in there with me." Kris said as she gave a quick wink to Jessie when Bill had looked away and she saw that Jessie was about to burst out laughing. "No he wouldn't. Well maybe I will catch up with you both later." He said as he finally decided he wasn't going anywhere with either of them. "Thank you so much Kris. I wasn't sure how I was going to get rid of him." Jessie said as she leaned up against one of the seats. "It's cool. I think that Bill is okay but he is just a bit too sure of himself. But if he starts to bother you anymore, let me know." Kris said as she turned to leave. "Hey what about that dinner that you offered me to buy me; where are we going?" Jessie said stopping Kris in her tracks. Kris turned around and she saw that Jessie had a big smile on her face. This made Kris smile herself as she wouldn't mind having dinner with Jessie even though they both knew it was just an offer to get rid of Bill. "I guess I did offer you dinner didn't I. How about us going to the new Cajun restaurant that I heard has opened up here. I hear that it is pretty good, that is if you like spicy foods." Kris suggested. "Oh honey, you've just found your way to my heart." Jessie said as a smile filled her face. "I'll remember that." Kris said as she gave Jessie a wink of her own. "Is six fine with you?" "Sure, that'll give me plenty of time to make myself beautiful." Jessie told her. "You're beautiful enough already Jessie." Kris said as she smiled at her. "Why thank you, and you don't look so bad yourself." Jessie replied. "And thank you, and if we are done complimenting each other I'll make my way to the office and turn in my paperwork. I'll meet you in the lobby at six." Kris said as she started to leave. "See you at six and thank you again for your help." Jessie said. "My pleasure, besides it got me a dinner date for tonight." Kris replied as she gave a wave before exiting the plane. As Kris went up the walkway, she was thinking about the exchange with Jessie and while she had a dislike for Bill, he did serve a purpose as now she had Jessie to herself tonight. The only problem was, she wasn't sure why that was so important to her, but it was. She was actually feeling good about the day and how everything was finally going right for her. However her husband chose that time to call her thus was ruining her good mood. She thought about not answering it but then knew it was easier to do so now. Besides, she was thinking that she just might leave her phone in the room tonight. So it would be better to talk to her asshole of a husband of hers now. "Well you did make yourself beautiful." Kris said as she came up to Jessie in the lobby. Jessie was wearing a slinky dress with straps holding it up. Kris couldn't help herself but to look Jessie over and Jessie seemed to be content to let her. "And you did too Kris. So you ready to pig out?" Jessie asked. "Yea I'm starving. I didn't have much lunch so I am more than ready to eat." She said as they headed toward the doors. They took a cab to the Cajun restaurant and they talked the whole way. Kris found that Jessie was so easy to talk to and she found that she was telling her all about her marriage and how it had gone so wrong since the merger. She went through her whole marriage and Jessie listened without trying to tell her what she should do but offering any support that she could. After talking through most of the meal, Kris turned the conversation back to Jessie. She told her how she had originally wanted to go into marketing but after working in a marketing firm for a year, she decided it wasn't for her. So she said that she was talking to a friend who was a flight attendant and she decided to try it. She said she was hooked after the first flight and she thought of it as being her dream job. They did more talking than they did eating but Kris so enjoyed both the food and talking to Jessie. After dinner, they walked outside to catch the cab that was called for them. Then on the way back to the hotel, the driver had to swerve to miss a car that had cut them off. This caused Jessie to be flung against Kris who grabbed her and she held on tight as the cab righted itself. Kris held on to her a moment longer than was necessary and she found that she liked how it felt to have Jessie up against her. When she let Jessie go, Jessie looked up at her and Kris saw something in Jessie's eyes. Kris wasn't sure just what she was seeing but she could feel it down to her soul. The cabbie apologized to them but they both told him that it was cool at the same time which made them both smile. When they got back to the hotel, Kris wasn't quite ready to let the evening end. So she suggested that they stop by the bar and talk for a little longer. Since they had to fly out the next morning, Kris nor Jessie could drink so they both ordered cokes to drink and they continued their conversations. The talked for another hour before Kris knew that she had to go to bed. So she walked Jessie to the elevators which took them to their floors with Jessie getting off first and as she turned to walk down the hallway, she gave Kris a wink. This made Kris smile and she felt so good that not even her husband fussing at her on the phone could ruin her mood. The next morning, Kris was up early as they were scheduled to lift off at six-ten in the morning. She hadn't been in the office long when she saw Jessie arrive with the other flight attendant who would be flying with them today as they had a slightly larger plane to fly on to Los Angeles then up to Portland before stopping at Seattle. Kris caught Jessie's eyes and she saw Jessie give her a wink. This started her day off right and again, her husband's call couldn't stop that good feeling. They had a short stop at LA, just long enough to add a little fuel and to add some passengers as some had left the plane as LA was their destination. This time they had a longer wait on the runway before they were able to take off again. There was a bit of turbulence along the way but Kris was able to quickly get above it so for the most part the passengers had a calm flight. Again the stopover at Portland was short, so Kris barely had time to pee and grab a sandwich from the galley. Kris saw Jessie working in the back of the plane and she stood there for a moment watching her go from one passenger to another helping them store their bags and then get settled. Kris wanted to stay there and watch her but it was time to get the plane back up in the air and on to Seattle. There they would have a two day layover as another crew would fly the plane on to Chicago. They would wait for another plane to arrive and they would reverse their cross country trek. Kris let everyone get off the plane as she gathered her stuff together. She was hoping that she could get together with Jessie again that night as Jessie had quickly became such a close friend to her. However when she left the cockpit, she saw Jessie talking to Kitty who was the other flight attendant and to Bill. Kris wasn't sure what to do and she started to exit the plane when Kitty called out to her. So she went back to where they were standing. "We're all going out to eat and then out dancing, do you want to join us?" She asked. Kris glanced over at Jessie who gave a slight nod of her head, so slight that no one else noticed. "Sure that sounds like fun to me." Kris replied and she saw Jessie smile. A couple of hours later, Kris was getting into the cab with Bill, Kitty, and Jessie, unfortunately she ended up sitting beside of Bill with Jessie sitting on Kitty's lap on the opposite side of the cab. Kris found herself wishing that Jessie was sitting on her lap but at least she was able to look at Jessie who was talking and having fun. However she did make eye contact with Kris from time to time on the trip to the restaurant. When they got there, the hostess sat them at a booth. Kitty slipped in first and Bill quickly went to the other side and he sat down, slipping around so that he was next to Kitty. He did this to make sure that that he would be sitting between Kitty and Jessie who was next in line to slip into the booth. However, Kris decided to nix that idea as she touched Jessie on the shoulder so that she could get in next. Jessie gave her a grateful smile and Kris noticed that Bill was none too happy to be sitting next to her and not next to Jessie as he had obviously hoped. Kris wanted to let out a sharp quip about Bill's ruined plans however she held it in. The waitress came over and took their drink orders, leaving them to get the drinks as they looked over their menus. They all talked about their day and Kitty was a talker from the word go and she kept everyone laughing as she just seemed to be able to come up with all these weird and funny stories. Jessie being just as fun loving had her own fair share of stories to tell, so the evening started off great for Kris and she was glad she had decided to come along. It didn't take too long before their food arrived and that was about the only thing that could slow down the conversation. As the eating was ending and conversation began to pick up again, Kris felt Jessie's leg brush against her leg. She felt it for only a moment then it was gone. She had been talking at the time and the contact made her lose her place. She picked it right back up thinking that it was accidental touch. However a few minutes later, Kris felt it again, making her realize that it was an intentional touch. Kris glanced over at Jessie who gave her a little wink. Kris smiled back at her as she felt her heart beat quickening. Kris, while not as much of a flirt as Jessie, was not above doing a little flirting herself. So as Jessie got wound up in a story of her own, Kris slipped off her shoe of her left leg. She crossed her left leg over the right and in doing so; she let her toes rub against Jessie's calf. Jessie stuttered for a second then recovered. She glanced over at Kris who gave her a wink. So as the after dinner conversation, their legs made more contact as they began to flirt with each other. After they left the restaurant, they piled into another cab to go onto the night club. Again Jessie was sitting on Kitty's lap on the ride but this time Bill made sure that he wasn't stuck in the middle; only Kris worked it so that she was beside of him thus she was sitting in the middle. When they got to the club, Bill quickly got Kitty out on the dance floor, leaving Jessie and Kris standing there. "So you want to dance?" Jessie asked. "Sure but it has been a while, I'm a little out of practice." Kris replied as she hoped that she didn't embarrass herself in front of her crew and especially in front of Jessie. "Hey, it's cool. All you got to do is move to the music." Jessie said with a bright smile as she led Kris out to the dance floor. "That's what I'm afraid of... How I move to the music." Kris shouted over the loud music on the dance floor making Jessie laugh which was what she wanted her to do. While she was out of practice, Kris soon got her groove back and she got back into dancing. She kept her eye on Jessie and when Jessie knew that she was watching her, she would do a sexy or seductive move of her hips. Kris knew that Jessie was flirting with her and she returned the gesture as she danced. Much too soon, Kris found herself separated from Jessie as they both were bombarded with requests to dance. Kris did notice that Bill was able to get Jessie out on the dance floor but before the dance was over Jessie had worked herself away from him which pleased Kris to no end. She didn't like Bill trying to get close to Jessie which seemed strange to her but that was something that she decided to think about later. That later came sooner than she thought as when she was in bed that night letting her mind relax as she tried to fall asleep. She thought about the little flirting that she and Jessie had begun to do and she wondered why it made her feel so good. It just seemed like everything that Jessie did made her happy and she felt good inside. "I'm married for god sake." Kris said out loud as she talked to herself. "Okay, so my marriage is on the rocks." She went on to say. "Okay, I'm married only in name only." "And besides I'm not into women." Kris told herself, "Ah... but there was Danielle and Judith in college and you very much enjoyed being with them. You had your best orgasms when you were making love to them. And you did love them both dearly, you have to admit that." "Damn!" Kris hollered out as she put a pillow over her head so that she could scream without waking up half of the hotel. It was all becoming much too confusing to her and then her cell phone rang. She picked it up, seeing that it was her loving husband on the phone. She let out another scream out into her pillow before answering it. The next day, Kitty had dragged Jessie off shopping. They had offered to take her with them but Kris had to decline as she needed to go to the airport and finish up some paperwork and also to put in to have Jessie assigned to her flights. While she loved to have gone with Kitty and Jessie but this was more important. There would be other days to go shopping with Jessie. So she put her request in then she took a few minutes to talk to the manager there at Seattle. That evening they all again went to dinner, this time they were joined by another crew. So any chance that Kris had of getting to talk to Jessie alone went right out the window, however that didn't stop Jessie from flirting with her a bit but then she also flirted with some of the pilots but those flirts seemed more casual than the ones she gave to her. This left Kris talking to herself again when she went to bed that night. They were scheduled to fly out early the next morning and the plane was packed. Both Jessie and Kitty had their hands full as they made their way down to Portland. They had an hour and a half layover there to refuel so Kris made her way out of the cockpit and back to where Jessie was standing by the door. Kitty and Bill had departed the plane to go get them all something to eat. "So how you doing?" Kris asked as she came up behind of her. "Tired but pretty good. How about yourself?" Jessie said as she gave Kris a smile. "About the same, this is a good old plane but she does demand your attention at all times." Kris told her. "So what do you have planned for tonight?" Jessie asked as she looked up at Kris. "I was thinking about going out to dinner. You don't know any pretty flight attendants who would like to tag along do you?" Kris asked as she looked at Jessie whose smile got just a hair bigger. "I believe that I know of one who would love to." Jessie replied. "Well, tell her to meet me in the back lobby at seven. Maybe she and I can sneak out before Bill decides he wants to tag along." Kris told her. "What should I tell her to tell Bill if she should get cornered by him?" Jessie asked as she kept playing the game. "I'm going to tell him that I'm going to stay in and talk to my husband as he is expecting me to call him. Maybe she could tell Bill that she is going to stay in and have a long talk to her boyfriend, who misses her so much. Does she have a boyfriend that messes her?" Kris asked not knowing why it was so important to her why she needed to know this. "No she doesn't have any boyfriends or... girlfriends... waiting for her back home..." Jessie said and she let that statement lie there for a moment. Kris thought about what Jessie was telling her and she had to smile as she realized that Jessie was telling her that she was not into men but women. For some reason this knowledge made Kris very happy. Then she looked at Jessie who was biting her lips and she looked very nervous. "I don't know any reason for Bill or anyone else to know that. As far as they are concerned, you have a very sweet man waiting for you." Kris said as she put her hand on Jessie's shoulder, giving it a squeeze. "Thank you." Jessie said then she hesitated for a second before asking, "Does that bother you, that she is this way?" "No it doesn't bother me in the least, in fact, I kind of like that about her." Kris said with a wink. But before they could continue with the conversation, Bill and Kitty arrived with their food, so they stood around talking as they ate their food. Then after an hour's delay waiting to take off, Kris got them back in the air and heading to Phoenix. She again ran into some turbulence however she was able to quickly get them above. As they departed the plane, Bill, of course, asked Jessie about going out some place that night however Jessie had the fallback of her "Boyfriend" so she made her excuses. Bill not deterred in the least, headed off to catch up with Kitty. "I see you made it without the cocksman of the year hot on your ass." Kris said as she came up to Jessie. "Yea, I think that the boyfriend got him off my case for the moment but he seems to be determined to get into my panties." Jessie said with a laugh but Kris could see that she was being serious. "Let me know if he becomes too much a pain, then I'll say something to him." Kris said as they started for the door. "I can take care of myself but thanks for the offer." Jessie told her. "Of that I have no doubt, but all the same tell me if he starts to bother you again." Kris replied. "Sure, so what do you want to eat tonight?" Jessie asked changing the subject. "Why yo..." Kris started to spit out before her brain caught up with her mouth as she was about to say "Why you my dear." She glanced at Jessie who was smiling from ear to ear as she had obviously figured out what she was about to spit out. Kris got her brain working overtime as she tried to cover up what she was about to say. "Why... what do you want to eat?" Kris finally spit out but she knew the damage was already done. "I do believe that I want the same thing as you." Jessie said as she winked at Kris again causing her to blush. "How about some Italian? I think I would like some good pasta tonight." Kris said trying to change the subject back to what food they wanted to eat, as they slipped into the waiting cab. "Italian works for me." Jessie replied and Kris was relieved that they had gotten past her slip up. They talked mostly about the day's flight on the way to the restaurant that the hotel manager had recommended to Kris when she had called down to find the best places to eat. She had gotten luckly when she had suggested the Cajun restaurant as she had heard about it from some other pilots but other than that she didn't have a clue where to eat as she had normally stayed in when she was in town. They were seated at a table near the back of the restaurant and they ordered tea as they were flying back out the next morning. Kris kept the conversation on their day for a while as she was, for whatever reason, a little tense and she could see that Jessie's face was showing that she was feeling a bit of tension herself. Kris wasn't sure just why she was tense as this was just a dinner between co-workers. The more she talked though, Kris began to feel her muscles relaxing and the lines on Jessie's face had disappeared. By the time that their dinner had arrived, Jessie had gotten Kris talking about when she had discovered that she wanted to fly planes. Kris told her about how her father had taken her up on a little plane when she was about twelve and she was hooked. She had taken every babysitting job that she could find, saving all her money so that she could take flying lessons. At the young age of fifteen, she took her first solo flight which scared her mother half to death and if it hadn't been for her father's intervention, it never would have happened. She told Jessie that she had her pilot's license before she had her driver's license. Jessie seemed to be eating up her stories about flying when she was so young so Kris kept talking about it all through dinner. "I don't know about you but I'm not ready to go to bed yet." Kris said as the cab dropped them back at the hotel. "Me either, may I suggest a stroll before we retire." Jessie asked. "I think that would be wonderful. We can let our food digest as we walk as I ate like a pig tonight." Kris said. "Yes you did, a real pig." Jessie said so very seriously. Kris was taken aback by Jessie comment as she looked at her closely, then Jessie burst out laughing. "You should have seen your face." Jessie said as she laughed. "I'm sorry, I know that was mean but I could help myself." "That's okay but just remember that she who lives by the sword, dies by the sword." Kris replied as she put her hands on her hips. "You know I too have a quick wit." "Hit me with your best shot." Jessie dared her. "Oh I will, don't you worry." Kris said as she hooked her arm through Jessie arm and she started to walk out toward a park that was by the hotel. "I'm sure you will." Jessie said as she smiled up at Kris. "Since I bored you to death with all my flying stories during dinner, it's your turn to talk about yourself." Kris told her. "I'm afraid that my life's story isn't nearly as interesting as yours is." Jessie replied. "Let me be the judge of that. So start talking or I'll turn us around and we can go back to the hotel." Kris said as she stopped walking. Kris could see that Jessie was hesitating so she started to turn them away from the direction of the park. That seemed to have lit a fire under Jessie who said, "I was born in a small South Carolina town called..." Kris smiled as she turned them back toward the well lit park and she listened as Jessie talked about growing up and about her brothers and sisters. Kris could tell just how close that Jessie was to her mother, more so than to her brothers and sisters. Kris let her talk only replying when it is was appropriate to do so and she would interject some things about her own family. So they made several trips around the small park only heading back into the hotel when the air became cool. Kris ended up getting into bed much later than she meant but she was feeling so good that she didn't care. She so enjoyed Jessie's company as she had learned a great deal about her and while Jessie said her life was very boring, Kris found it to be quite the opposite. She only wished that they could have just continued to talk but they both had to get up early and they needed their sleep. When the phone rang at four AM, Kris groaned into it as she answered it. The person didn't seem to mind as she obviously got that response when she did the morning wakeup calls. Kris got on up, going to the bathroom to pee before turning on the shower. As the water ran across her body, the image of Jessie came into her mind. She smiled as she thought of her, then another image flashed into her mind. This was of a more erotic nature involving a naked and alluring Jessie. Kris shook her head trying to get that image from her mind however it didn't seem to want to go. Kris went on with her shower and as her hands went across her breasts, she felt her nipples hardening. They hadn't done that in a long time as they had no reason to. Kris moved her hands down to her pussy and she felt a shock as her fingers touched her clit. It was already aroused and wanting attention. That too hadn't happened for a long time. Kris knew where this arousal was coming from; she just didn't know what to make of it. Kris so want to just stand there and make love to herself, the only problem was that she had no time to do so. She had to be at the airport soon to get ready to fly home to her husband. That thought ruined the arousal that she was feeling, making her feel sad that this trip would soon be over. "Something wrong?" Kris heard Jessie from somewhere behind her. "Oh no, everything's fine now." Kris said as she started to smile again. That she saw made Jessie smile, "That's nice to hear. I hope that you mean now that I'm here." "I see that not only are you pretty, you're modest too." Kris said with a grin on her face. "Oh yes, I'm very modest." Jessie replied. Then Kris could see her thinking for a second before she asked somewhat hesitantly, "Do you think I'm pretty?" Kris didn't even have to think before replying, "Yes I do." This, she saw, made Jessie blush for a moment. Kris wanted to say more however Bill decided to make his appearance which of course ruined Kris's chance of continuing the conversation with Jessie. Kris was almost glad that Bill showed up as she just didn't know where she was going to take the conversation or what she would say next. "God I'm going crazy!" she thought to herself as she got Bill away from Jessie who gave her a grateful smile. The trip back home was very uneventful and Kris hated every second of it. For her, it seemed like she was going away from home and not to it. She didn't get any time to talk to Jessie on this trip as the plane was packed all the way and they were both kept busy. And when the plane landed in Charlotte, Jessie felt so fucking alone. She barely got to say goodbye to Jessie before she had to take off for home as her husband was already calling asking when she would be there. Her husband barely talked to her when she got home except he did ask when supper would be ready as he was hungry. Kris wanted to tell him to fix it himself but she didn't want to start a fight, she just wanted to think. That evening, when it came time for her to go to bed, she thought about her husband up in their bed, as he had gone on ahead of her, and she found that she had no desire to join him there. It wasn't like anything was going to happen if she did; nor did she want anything to happen. That was something new that she was feeling and she knew that Jessie was the reason she felt this way. She turned off the lights before going upstairs where she passed up the bedroom where her husband was sleeping, going on to one of the spare bedrooms. She lay down in the bed, not thinking of her husband or of their marriage that had fallen apart but of Jessie. The next morning, her husband never once mentioned anything about her not sleeping in their bed, he just ate his breakfast that she had made, and then he said that he was going out. Kris never said a thing as she was glad that he wouldn't be around, leaving her free to do as she wanted. The first thing she wanted to do was to call Jessie however she didn't. She decided that she needed to get out to do some shopping and to think about what she really wanted from her life. Three days later, Kris yelled through the bedroom door to her husband that she was on her way to the airport. She heard a grunt from the other side of the door. Kris grabbed her bag and headed for the door humming a song that had been going through her head these past few days, an old song that she had loved sung by Karen Carpenter. It was called "We've Only Just Begun." The tune just kept playing through her head as she drove to the airport and went into the airline's office there. "I see that you're a Carpenter's fan too." Kris heard as she turned to see Jessie standing behind of her. "Afraid so, I'm a sucker for a love song." Kris replied as she looked into Jessie's smiling eyes. "Me too, I love to listen to them." Jessie said as she smiled again. "So how were your days off?" "Long, I couldn't wait to get back to work." Kris said somewhat sadly. "Yea, normally I love being off but for some reason, I was looking forward to getting back to work this time." Jessie replied which made Kris feel good to know but then Jessie said, "I bet your husband was happy to see you home." This made Kris feel sad for what was no longer true. "Yea, he couldn't wait for me to cook his supper." Kris said. "Oh... sorry to hear that, but I'm sure he was happy to see you..." Jessie said. "I believe that ship sailed long ago." Kris said and she saw that in a way Jessie appeared sad for her but yet she could almost see that Jessie was also happy to hear it. Kris wasn't completely sure until Jessie made her reply. "Well maybe there is something better ahead for you." She said as she had this pensive look in her face. "I think there may be, at least I hope so." Kris said as she knew that they were both talking in code trying to say something without saying it. Just as Jessie was about to say something more, Kris's phone rang. She looked at it and frowned as it was her dear husband. Jessie stepped back, giving her a quick wink, as Kris answered her phone. The whole time that she was home, her husband barely talked to her but as soon as she left, the son of a bitch wanted to talk. She listened to him bitch about having to sit at home while she got to fly around the nation. She started to tell him that if he didn't like flying charters then to quit complaining and get out to the other airlines. However she didn't do that. She tired that right after he had been laid off and he went off on her so since then, she just let him bitch. She listened to him as her eyes followed Jessie around the room. She saw that Jessie would also glance at her as she talked to some of the pilots and the other flight attendants. By the time that Kris was able to get off the phone, she had to get to her plane to start the preflight check. She wasn't able to talk to Jessie again until they arrived in Memphis. "So what did you do while you were off?" Kris asked Jessie as the stood by the cockpit door. "Oh I visited my mom one day and then just relaxed the other two. I told you that I lived a boring life." Jessie told her. "That sounds like a nice couple of days off. I'd trade with you in a second." Kris told her. "Things still not so good at home?" Jessie asked as her face showed her concern. "No same as always, I don't know what to do anymore." Kris said. "Well maybe we can get together and talk while we are away from home." Jessie asked hopefully. "I'm looking forward to just that thing." Kris said and she saw Jessie smile. "How about Cajun tonight when we get to Phoenix?" Jessie suggested. "You like that Cajun food don't you?" Kris asked. "Oh I love it. I just love spicy food for some reason." Jessie said with a smile. "Spicy food for a spicy girl." Kris replied. "Don't you know it. Spicy is my middle name." Jessie said with a wink. "I'll have to remember that. So we're on for tonight?" Kris asked. "Yep and I'm looking forward to it. Think we can find a way to sneak out without anyone seeing us?" Jessie asked. "Yea, we'll use the back door again." Kris said. "So what you two talking about?" Bill asked as he entered the plane carrying their food that Kris had volunteered him to get. "Oh we were talking about Jessie's boyfriend. I believe that he is about to pop the question soon." Kris said as she gave Jessie a quick wink who blushed appropriately but not because of the boyfriend comment but because Kris had slid over against Jessie, placing her hand on Jessie's lower back giving it a little caress with her fingers. Kris could just see Bill's ego deflate as another woman was being taken off the market for him. "That's nice to hear." Bill said as he gave them their sandwiches before heading on into the cockpit. "I almost feel sorry for him... almost..." Jessie said as she stifled a giggle. "Me too, poor boy but there is lots of women out there just dying to get in bed with a pilot." Kris said. "A pussy in every port." Jessie said laughing. "So they say." Kris said smiling then for some reason she thought of her husband. "So how's the weather heading west?" Jessie asked as she saw Kris frown. "Pretty good, there's not much of a head wind, so we should get there on time assuming that we can get out of here as scheduled." Jessie said as she took a bite of her sandwich. "Good, I can't wait to get to Phoenix." Jessie said smiling. "I can see that, tell you what, get the passengers onboard and I'll see what I can do to light a fire under the traffic controllers." Jessie said as she put her hand on Jessie's forearm and their eyes made contact that they held for a moment before Kris broke the contact giving Jessie a smile before heading into the cockpit. Kris tried her best to get to the head of the line but the controllers weren't having any of it so she had to wait her turn. And then to make things worse, the jet stream had suddenly moved south so she had to fight through that ensuring that she couldn't make up any time. So once she realized that she wasn't going to get there any sooner, she relaxed and just let things be. She knew that she would have plenty of time when they were in Phoenix and then Seattle to talk and be with Jessie. "Did anyone see you coming back down?" Jessie asked as Kris came up to meet her after getting off the elevator. "Nope, I heard Bill say he was going to hit the hotel bar as there are always women hanging around." Kris said with a smile. "Well I hope he gets his pipes cleaned tonight, and then he will lay off me tomorrow." Jessie said laughing. "He probably will. So you ready to go eat?" Kris asked. "Oh yea, I've thinking about a good bowl of gumbo all the way from Memphis." Jessie said with a laugh. "My spicy girl, you got to love her." Kris said as she put her hand around Jessie's shoulders, giving her a quick squeeze. Then after she realized what she had done, she blushed hoping that Jessie wouldn't notice but Jessie was looking right at her so she knew that she did. Kris kept her hands to herself on the way to the restaurant, not trusting herself not to touch Jessie again as that seemed to be what she wanted to do the most. When they were seated at their table at the restaurant, Jessie chose not to sit opposite of her but to the side. This did make Kris happy as Jessie was closer to her. They ordered their food when they got their drinks as they both already knew what they wanted. So they talked as they sipped their tea. Kris was enjoying the conversation and just being able to talk with someone that she knew she could trust. The food soon arrived causing the conversation to slow a bit but it didn't stop it. They just talked between bites of the gumbo. Once they had their fill, they sat relaxing as they finished their tea. Kris was talking when she felt something against her calf. She saw Jessie smiling as Jessie's toes went up her calf and back down. Kris smiled as she moved her leg over letting Jessie know that she liked what she was doing. So they talked and drank their tea until it was gone then they got up to leave. When they got back to their hotel, they walked around the block so that they could talk more and just enjoy the night air. However the desert air soon got cool and it was time for them to head back to their rooms as they had to fly out the next morning. They again got Kitty as their other flight attendant which made everyone happy, including Bill who now had someone to flirt with. After they had touched down in Seattle, they decided to go out to a restaurant and then a night club. When they got to the restaurant, they were placed at a table rather than a booth. This time it was Kris who was the first to shed her shoe, placing her foot against Jessie calf. She saw Jessie jump at the first contact and then there was a slight smile that appeared on her face. Kris let her foot go up and down Jessie's calf as they all talked and joked around. It was fun meal and while Kris would rather have Jessie alone, it was also nice to see her interacting with the others and having a good time. When they left the restaurant, they went to a different night club. This one had a dance floor and a bar downstairs then there were tables on the second floor there were tables that you sit at while looking down and watching the dancers below. So after a couple of dances, Kris grabbed Jessie's hand and they snuck their way upstairs where they got a table so that they could have a drink and watch the dancers. "I hope that you don't mind me dragging you from the dance floor." Kris said as she took a sip from her drink. "No, it's cool I was thinking the same thing, you just beat me to it." Jessie replied with a smile. Then she placed her hand on top of Kris's hand. Kris looked into Jessie's eyes and she saw her staring back at her. She knew that Jessie was wondering if she would take her hand away but she didn't want to do that. She liked the feel of Jessie's hand on hers touching her in such an intimate way. Kris let her hand stay face down for a moment as they talked then she turned her hand over so that they were touching palm to palm. Kris could feel the reactions her body was doing as they touched and talked. It was only when Kitty came up, to take a break from dancing, did their hands part and Kris immediately missed the contact. After Kitty had her rest and a drink, she dragged Kris and Jessie back down to the dance floor to dance for the rest of the evening. On the way back to the hotel, Kris was able to work things out so that Jessie ended up sitting on her lap in the cab. She put her left hand onto Jessie lap where Kitty and Bill could see it, but her right hand she slipped up placing it on the center of Jessie back. She felt Jessie lean back against it and she saw Jessie give her a wink when no one was looking at them. Kris let her hand move up and down Jessie's back and she saw Jessie close her eyes for a moment just enjoying the feeling. Kris wanted the cab ride to go on forever but like all good things it ended as they were soon at the hotel. They all plied out and Kris wanted to hang back so she could spend a few moments more with Jessie but that wasn't to be as Kitty had Jessie heading up to their room by the time that Kris got out of the cab. The airline always made the flight attendants double up when they could and obviously Kitty was in the talking mood and Jessie was elected to be the listener. Kris saw Jessie looking back at her and she just shrugged her shoulders as she disappeared into the hotel. Kris went on up to her motel room alone and feeling it. As she sat down on the edge of the bed, she pulled out her cell phone seeing that her husband had been trying to call her. With the loud music in the club, she had never heard it ring. She knew that her husband was going to be pissed at her for not being able to get in touch with her and he would accuse her of having an affair. She was getting more than tired of hearing that from him but for the first time since she had gotten married, she was thinking of straying; only it wasn't with another man but a woman that her heart desired. She called her husband, putting her phone on speaker then she started to get undressed not paying attention to what he was saying, only waiting for a pause then she would give him a 'Yea" for a response. That seemed to be enough and he would go on. She had gotten completely undressed and had the shower warmed up before she finally ended the call. Kris snapped her phone shut and she went on into the shower, not thinking about him for the rest of the night. However her mind wasn't blank as Jessie filled it as she tried to go to sleep and Jessie filled her dreams as she slept. The next morning Kris woke up late as they had a free day before flying out early the following day. Since she didn't get to talk to Jessie the previous night after they had gotten back, she didn't know how to get a hold of her. She wanted to call her room but she was afraid that Kitty would answer and she didn't have a good reason to be asking for her. So she got dressed, going down to the hotel restaurant hoping to see Jessie there. She wasn't so she ordered herself some breakfast and a cup of hot coffee. She got a morning paper, reading it as she enjoyed her coffee. She stayed there until she had read every article in the paper. She left it there on the table, going on out into the lobby, trying to think of a way to get a hold of Jessie, when Jessie and Kitty walked out of the elevator. Kitty was talking away as always as Jessie was scanning the lobby. It made Kris smile as she knew just who Jessie was looking for, that was confirmed when Jessie's eyes made contact with her eyes. Jessie held her hand out where Kitty couldn't see it. She had all five fingers spayed out then she pointed to the back of the lobby. Kris knew what Jessie was meaning; she wanted to meet her at five at the back entrance to the hotel. Kris smiled real big then nodded her head. Jessie gave her a smile back then she went back to talking to Kitty who hadn't caught any of the hands signals that Jessie was exchanging with Kris. "Did you miss me?" Kris heard from behind of her then she felt a hand on her arm. "Yes I did, how was your day with Kitty?" Kris asked as she turned to see a smiling Jessie. "She talked my ear off. She is so sweet but she doesn't know when to stop talking." Jessie said smiling. "Yea, she does like to talk. So what did you two do?" Kris asked. "She dragged me from one store to another. I like to shop but she shops like she talks going from one thing to another. I never got to really look at anything as she would look for about thirty seconds in one store and go to the next one." Jessie said. "Thirty seconds?" Kris asked with her eye browns raised. "Okay, forty five seconds." Jessie said with a laugh. "I like to take my time and look through everything while she can look through the whole store and make her decisions before I can get through one rack of clothes." "Poor baby, such torture..." Kris said as she put a sad look on her face. "Well it wasn't that bad, Kitty is fun to be with... but I would have rather spent the day with you. I just figured that it might be better if I went with her today and that way I could get out of doing anything with her tonight. Besides it seems she has a date with a pilot tonight." Jessie said. "Bill?" Kris asked. "Afraid not..." Jessie said with a little laugh. "Poor baby already struck out with Kitty." Kris said. "I wouldn't say that yet, Kitty just likes to play the field and she figures that Bill will be around for a while and she can go out with him anytime." Jessie told. "But enough about her, what did you do today and what do you want to do tonight?" "First question... Nothing much, I went for a long walk in the morning enjoying the morning air then I caught up on some of my paperwork in the afternoon. Second question... How about getting a bite to eat then maybe going to a movie? I haven't had a dinner and movie night in a very long time." "It's a date then." Jessie said as she hooked her arm in Kris's arm, leading her out of the hotel. Kris put her hand on top of Jessie's hand as they walked out to find a cab. She liked walking that close to Jessie and she was getting those weird feeling inside that you get when you meet someone new that you find yourself attracted to. It was just weird that the person that she found herself attracted to was a women. She had thought that she had put that behind her after she left college but now she was wondering if she had made the right choice back then. Maybe she had made a mistake in getting involved with a man. She had just thought that dating women in college was just her exploring life and her sexuality. With Jessie standing there beside of her and leaning in close where she could smell her perfume, Kris wondered if she hadn't been a lesbian all the time. They quickly caught a cab, going to a Chinese restaurant this time, and then they took another cab to the closest theater. They discussed the various movies that were showing trying to decide which movie they were in the mood to watch. They had a number of genres to choose from as there was a horror movie, comedy, drama and a couple of animated flicks that were playing. Jessie was wanting to see the drama but Kris kept going back to one of the animated movies as one of them was suppose to be pretty good, one that both kids and adults could enjoy. They talked for a while and Jessie eventually gave in so they went to the movie that Kris wanted to see. It was later starting show during a weeknight so the theater wasn't very crowded. Kris guided Jessie to the back center of the theater where there was no one sitting. They settled in their seats talking about the movie they were about to see as they waited for the lights to go down. Kris had really wanted to see this movie but her husband wouldn't go with her and she didn't like to see a movie by herself. So she was excited to have someone to go to the movies again and it showed in her voice. Soon the lights did go down and Kris quieted down as she got ready to see the movie. As the movie started, she felt Jessie's leg against her leg. Kris smiled to herself as she gently push her leg back against Jessie's leg and she saw that there was a smile on Jessie's face too. Normally Kris would lose herself in the movie but for the first time in a long time, not all of her concentration was on the movie. Her mind never forgot who was sitting beside of her and she very much noticed when Jessie's shoulder pressed against her shoulder. About a fourth of the way through the movie, she happened to have glanced down and saw that Jessie's hand was laying on her thigh. Kris looked down at the hand taking her mind off of the movie for a moment. She had her own hands lying on her lap as she thought about what to do about the thought that was going through her head, then she decided to act. She moved her hand over to Jessie's thigh slipping her hand under Jessie's hand. Jessie looked over at her and Kris saw that Jessie had a hesitant smile on her face. Then Jessie smiled bigger as she entwined her fingers with Kris's fingers. Kris lost all her concentration on the movie as her mind was on Jessie's hand holding hers and the look in Jessie's eyes as they stared at each other in the dim light of the theater. Kris wanted to lean over and kiss Jessie at that moment but she hesitated for too long as Jessie broke eye contact with her, letting her eyes go back to the movie. Kris chided herself for both wanting to kiss Jessie and also for not kissing her. Kris felt Jessie squeeze her hand making her feel better about things. Kris was sort of hoping that she would have another chance to kiss Jessie but the movie seemed to have grabbed Jessie's attention so she let her mind go back to it, though she never let the movie completely take over her mind. When the lights came back up, Jessie let go of Kris's hand as they stood up though she did give her a cute little smile that warmed Kris's heart. They didn't say much as they walked out of the theater. There were many people hanging around outside of the theater as they waited for the cab to come and pick them up. Then on the way back to the hotel Kris did reach over tasking Jessie's hand back into her own hand grasping it firmly and getting a warm smile for Jessie in return. They didn't think about telling the cabbie to take them to the back entrance so she stopped out front. Just as Jessie was about to get out, she spotted Bill with a woman out front. Jessie whispered to her about Bill being there before quickly hopping out, leaving Kris in the cab. Kris had the cabbie take her around to the back where she got out. Again she lost the chance to say goodnight to Jessie and by the time that Kris had snuck her way back to the main lobby, Jessie was gone. Kris cursed her bad luck as she made her way to the elevator and on to her room. It wasn't until she got to the airline office the next morning that she saw Jessie again. Then she had to wait for Jessie to finish talking to another flight attendant before she could maneuver her way over to her. "I enjoyed last night." Kris told her. "I did too, I'm sorry that I didn't get to say goodnight last night but when I saw Bill I thought that it best we not be seen together." Jessie said. "No, its fine and you're right. Besides it's not like this is our last trip together, we'll have all of next week to talk." Kris said. "Yes we do and I'm so looking forward to it. I almost wish that we can just leave back out as soon as we get there." Jessie said and that made Kris feel good to know. "I feel the same way but I guess they feel we need a few days at home. It's in the labor contracts that the airline has signed with the union." Kris informed her. "Fuck the union." Jessie said and Kris couldn't help but to let out a little laugh at Jessie's passionate response. "They would like that, you are beautiful." Kris said and she saw Jessie blushing. "Well thank you but the union isn't who I want to fuck." Jessie said. "And who do you want to fuck..., Bill?" Kris asked arching her eyebrows. "Yea right, he wishes." Jessie replied smiling. "Well then who... Kitty?" Kris asked. "Nah... I think she's straight and she wants a pilot." Jessie said. "Well who is it you want to fuck?" Kris asked hoping for the right answer. "Oh a very nice pilot that I have gotten to know real well recently." Jessie said coyly as she gave Kris a wink. Kris blushed as she felt her body respond to what her mind was thinking. Unfortunately Bill picked that time to appear thus ending the game that Jessie and Kris were playing. So the long day began as Kris had to go with Bill to their preflight checks before taking off as Jessie went to get the passenger list. Kris had to get her mind back on what she was supposed to be doing. So she went to work getting the plane ready for takeoff and then she got them headed for home. When they stopped at Memphis, it was Kris's turn to go get their food, thus she didn't get to talk to Jessie but just for a moment and even then, Bill was there with them. When they got to Charlotte, Kris barely had time to talk to Jessie before her husband was calling her wondering when she was going to be home. Jessie left her to talk to her idiot husband and Kris didn't get to see her again. Kris spent the next three days trying to fill her time while at the same time avoiding her husband as much as possible. She again chose not to sleep in the same bedroom as her husband who again didn't seem to notice or care. The days she spent around the house catching up on the laundry as her husband refused to do any when she was away. Then the evenings after supper, she would go for a long walk waiting for her husband to either leave for the evening or to go on to bed. She knew she was going to have to do something about her marriage but she just wasn't up to doing so right now. At night, she would lay awake for hours thinking about Jessie and about the last conversation that they had. She knew she was the pilot that Jessie wanted to fuck and she was the pilot who wanted to fuck Jessie. Kris wondered what it would be like to be with a woman again and that brought back fond memories. She felt like that maybe Jessie was the one whom she could finally be happy with. It was almost like the fates had brought them together and now it was up to them to make something happen. Kris was determined to not let the fates down. She had passed up her first chance to kiss Jessie; she wouldn't pass up that chance up again if it should come her way. "Did you miss me?" Was the first thing that Jessie said as she came up to her when Kris had gotten back to the airport. "Nope..." Kris said as she saw a sad pout come to Jessie's face. "How could I miss you when I was thinking about you the whole time I was home?" She then said as Jessie's pout turned into a bright smile. "Well in that case, I didn't miss you either." Jessie said as she winked at Kris. "So what did you do while you were off?" Kris asked. "Oh I spent some time with my mom then I had to host a baby shower for my little sister." Jessie said. "That reminds me. I got something for her while I was off." Kris said as she reached down and pulled out a bag from one of her bags. "It's so cute. How did you get it so quickly? I know none of the stores around here sells Tennessee stuff." Jessie asked as she pulled out the orange sleeper set that had a big UT on the front of it. "When you told me about the shower while we were in Seattle, I went online and ordered it so that it would be in by the time I got home." Kris told her as she smiled knowing that she had pleased Jessie. "Since her husband is a Tar Heel fan, I don't know if he will let his future daughter wear orange out in public." Jessie said smiling. "Tell him that he will have to answer to us if he doesn't." Kris told Jessie. "I'll do just that." Jessie said as she put her hand on Kris's arm making a shiver go through her body. As Kris was about to respond, her cell phone went off. Kris looked at it, seeing that it was her husband, whom she had just spent three days avoiding, calling her wanting to talk now. His timing was still perfect it seemed. Jessie smiled as her let her hand fall from Kris's arm as Kris frowned. She opened her phone and her husband began to talk. Jessie slipped off to get to work leaving Kris holding the phone to her ear and she couldn't hate her husband any more than she did at that point. She let him talk as she went about getting her paperwork together. She didn't get to see Jessie again until they were all back on the plane just before the boarding of the passengers. The flight to Memphis went well through Kris seemed to feel that the engines didn't have the power that they should. She asked Bill about it but he said he couldn't tell anything different. All the same, Kris had this weird feeling in her stomach and she always listened to her stomach and her ass as they had never led her astray when she was flying. So when they landed at Memphis, Kris requested that someone check out the engines as she looked on. The mechanic said that he could see nothing wrong but all the same Kris felt like there was. She almost decided that she would refuse to fly it until there was a complete overhaul. She had that right however she also knew she had to be right or she would piss off a bunch of people at the airline and also the passengers that would be stranded. So she didn't listen to her gut and something inside of her told her that she would regret it. Again she didn't get to talk to Jessie as she was so busy with the plane. She barely had chance to wolf down a sandwich before it was time to taxi out to the runway. When it was their turn, she pushed the throttle forward and she felt that same sluggishness but the plane took off fine and went on into the air. There was a thunderstorm ahead of them so she got permission to veer south to avoid it. As she got over Texas, she felt the plane give a shutter then a red light and an alarm went off in the cockpit. Kris scrambled to see what the light and alarm was, finding that it was the right side engine. She quickly shut off the fuel going to that engine and she adjusted the plane so that they could fly with the remaining engine. Bill was on the radio finding them a place to land as Kris didn't like the way the plane was feeling and she wanted it on the ground as soon as possible. Bill was talking fast and he got them cleared to land in Dallas. This wasn't where her airline normally flew but this was an emergency. She called back to Jessie telling her what the problem was so she would be prepared when she announced it to the passengers and they started to ask questions. Kris tried to appear calm as she talked to Jessie but she sensed that Jessie could feel her apprehension. But being a great flight attendant she knew that Kris had her hands full so she didn't ask any questions. She just went on doing her job. Kris gave Jessie a moment to get her thoughts together then she made her announcement stating that there was a minor problem with the plane and she was diverting to Dallas. From there they would help the passengers get on to Phoenix. Kris started their descent as she kept an eye on the remaining engine. She was wondering just what was going to happen next. One shoe had dropped and she was waiting for the second shoe to drop as it always did. They had declared an emergency to the tower so there were emergency trucks waiting for them on the runway that they had cleared for them. When Kris had the runway in sight, she was starting to feel better. She backed the power to the engine and when she did another alarm went off and she felt the plane drop. She fought with the controls as she ordered Bill to hit the switches she needed turned off or on. It felt like she was flying a lead sled. She used all of her skill to keep the powerless plane on track. She was glad that the engine has lasted this long or they would be picking up tiny pieces of the plane and the passengers from the hard Texas soil. She used all her strength to keep the plane on track and then the wheels hit the runway, with Bill doing all he could do to help her. Since the engines were out she couldn't reverse them to slow the plane down. She had only the flaps and the brakes to get the plane stopped before they ran out of runway. The controllers had at least put them on the longest runway so she had lots of room to work with. She only hoped that it would be enough. She applied enough braking so that the plane would slow without blowing out the tires. However as she saw the end of the runway approaching, she knew she had run out of time so she put the brakes on full force and she felt the tires give way just as the front tires went off the end of the runway and the plane stopped. She ordered Jessie to deploy the slides and get the passengers off the plane as she didn't know what had happened to the engines so she wanted everyone as far away from the plane as soon as possible. She sent Bill back to help her as she shut everything down. She was still going over everything that had happened trying to figure out what went wrong when she heard, "What the hell you doing in here?" "I'm making sure that everything is shut down, you need to get off the plane. I don't know what will happen with the engines. They may catch on fire or worse explode." Kris said not turning around. "The firemen already have the engines foamed up, they can't catch on fire. Now you're getting your ass off this fucking plane now." Jessie said then Kris felt Jessie grab her forearm in a death grip pulling her from the seat. "Hey let me unbuckle myself first." Kris said as Jessie let go of her arm but she stayed right by her side not allowing Kris to even thinking about staying on the plane. So she undid her seat belt then she got up. The only problem was that her knees had decided at that moment to go completely limber and she almost fell. Jessie seemed to be expecting this as she was at her side in a second holding onto her until she could get her knees working again. "Thanks," Kris said as she steadied herself. "Hey, that's what I'm here for. Now let's get off this damn plane and you can let me know just what the hell went wrong." Jessie said as she held onto Kris's arm as they made their way out of the cockpit and to the door. It was only then that Jessie let go of Kris's arm as they were a number of people, mostly firemen, around the plane and the passengers were being bused back to the airport. "You go first." Kris told Jessie. "Oh hell no, we're both going." Jessie said as she put her hand to Kris's lower back and pushed making her jump onto the air slide or fall face first onto it. Jessie jumped with her and Kris got to the bottom a fraction of a second before Jessie did. "Remind me to be pissed at you later on for doing that." Kris whispered to her as the fireman came up to them helping them to their feet. "Will do as soon as you tell me what happened." Jessie told her. "I'm looking for Captain Cox, would that be you?" A man in a suit came up to them saying. "Yes, that's me, what do you need." Kris asked already knowing who the man was or at least who he worked for. "I'm Howard Brady from the FAA, I need to debrief you on what happened up there. Your copilot is already on his way to the office to be debriefed and I need to talk to you." He said as he used his hand to direct Kris to his car. Kris looked over at Jessie who said, "I'll wait for you." Kris thought for a second then she looked directly at the FAA agent and said, "She's coming with me." Then she leaned over to Jessie and whispered into her ear "Get me a cigarette." Jessie arched her eyebrows but said nothing, she just nodded her head. Kris walked slowly to Mr. Brady's car as Jessie left her side for a moment. Kris saw her going from fireman to fireman until she saw her stop. Kris watched as Jessie got the fireman's cigarettes and his lighter before running to catch up with her. Mr. Brady got into the front seat as Jessie and Kris got into the back. He drove them to the FAA office that was located in the same building that the controllers were located. Once he had deposited them into a small conference room, he left to go get the things that he would need. "Give me a cigarette." Kris told Jessie. "Here," Jessie said as she got one out, giving it to Kris whose hands were shaking so hard that she couldn't hold it. "Let me do it babe." Jessie said as she took the cigarette back and she put it to her lips. Kris could tell that this was something that she had never done before and had never planned on ever doing it but she was now. She lit the cigarette, sucking the smoke into her mouth though not allowing it to get to her lungs yet she still gave out a little cough. She put it to Kris's mouth allowing her to take over from there. Kris inhaled deeply letting the smoke into her lungs and she felt herself begin to relax. She didn't say a word as she reviewed what had happened in her mind trying to get down all the details. Jessie got up and got her a cup of water from the water machine to drink then she got another cup and half filled it so Kris could use it for an ashtray. She sat back down beside of her placing her hand on Kris's arm and that made her feel better. She needed Jessie with her for the moral support that her near presence brought to her. Kris smiled as she inhaled again letting the nicotine do its work. It didn't take her but a couple of minutes to smoke that cigarette. She reached down and picked up the pack, getting a second cigarette out of the pack and she was pleased that for the most part the shaking of her hands had stopped. She was getting herself back under control which was what she was after. She looked at Jessie to see if she was going to say anything about the second cigarette but Jessie just smiled at her and gave her arm squeeze. Kris smoked this cigarette just as fast as she had the first one then she pushed the pack of cigarettes back to Jessie who placed the pack into her pocket. Mr. Brady came in at this point. Kris was waiting for him to say something about the smoke in the room but he didn't. He just placed a tape recorder on the table turning it on. He then opened his note pad. He asked Kris to go over what had happened. Kris was ready for him now so she started at the beginning of the flight from Charlotte continuing on to when the plane stopped there in Dallas. Kris noticed that Jessie's eyes went wide when she got to the point that the second engine shut down. She didn't have time to tell Jessie about this as she was busy with getting the plane onto the ground safely. As she finished, she looked over as Jessie again and saw that she was as white as a ghost. Kris then reached over and squeezed Jessie's arm telling her it was alright now. Mr. Brady asked a few questions then he made Kris go over the whole thing again to see if Kris could remember anything else. Once she had completed her story a second time, he again asked a few more questions then he said he would be right back. "You're my hero, you know that." Jessie said as soon as the door shut. "Why, I was trying to save my ass." Kris said off hand. "Bullshit, you were not thinking of yourself when that second engine went down, you were thinking of your passengers. You weren't about to let them die. I know you better than to believe that you were just trying to save your own ass." Jessie said as tears began to roll down her cheeks. "Hey baby, we're safe now. And I'll never fly a plane that I don't feel right about. I screwed up when I didn't trust my gut but that won't happen again." Kris told her as she leaned over and pulled Jessie to her holding her tight for a moment then letting her go. "Thanks I needed that. But you're still my hero." Jessie said smiling which caused Kris to smile. "By the way, I didn't know you smoke." "I don't." Kris replied as Jessie arched her eyebrows. "Well I haven't smoked since college. I put them down and hadn't picked them up again until tonight when I needed one real bad." "Well I guess if there was any time that you deserved a cigarette it was tonight. Do you want another?" Jessie asked as she pulled them from her pocket. "Yea, one more, as it's going to be a long day and night. They will want to go over and over what happened until they know for sure that they have heard everything. It is just their way to investigate an airline accident and then tomorrow the airline will have their turn at me. They have to know what happened and I want to know what happened." Kris said as she took the cigarette from Jessie, lighting it and inhaling deeply. "God this taste good." "Just don't get to use to it, you're quitting tomorrow." Jessie said smiling. "I'm quitting tonight. Throw the rest of them away." Kris said as she quickly smoked the cigarette. Just as she put the cigarette out, Mr. Brandy came in with Bill and another man. Jessie was asked to leave at this time and she did, but she gave Kris a wink so she knew that Jessie would be waiting for her somewhere. So now Kris and Bill with through the whole thing several more times as Bill did have some things to add that she had forgotten so it was good that he was there. They went through it several more times before both Kris and Bill were given out. Their brains had become mush and they just weren't able to think anymore. They were both taken over to the airport Hilton for the night. Kris looked for Jessie as they left the conference room but she was nowhere to be seen. So she went with the FAA agent and checked into the hotel then went on up to her room. When she got to her room, she stripped off her sweaty clothes letting them drop in the middle of the floor. She then went on to the bathroom to take a shower. About twenty minutes later she came out of the bathroom with the hotel towel wrapped around her body and she felt half human again. She tried her husband but she got no answer as it went directly to his voicemail. She wasn't surprised at this and for the most part she was relieved. It wasn't her husband that she wanted comfort from. She knew who she wanted to talk to so she picked up the hotel phone and asked for Jessie's room. They rang her through but there was no answer. She figured that maybe that Jessie had gone on to bed and turned off her phone. She missed her so much and she so wanted her by her side. She sat on the edge of the bed wanting to cry when she heard a knock on the door. She sighed as she got up, going to the door and looking into the peep hole. There standing was Jessie who was looking around nervously. "How did you find me? I just tried calling you." Kris said as she opened the door pulling Jessie into the room. "I told the manager that I was the flight attendant on the plane that had just crash landed at the airport and that I needed your room number so I could check on you before going to bed. And she actually gave it to me." Jessie told her. "Well I'm glad that she did. I didn't think about trying that." Kris replied as she followed Jessie on into the room. She sat down on the edge of the bed with Jessie sitting beside of her. "So you done for the night?" Jessie asked. "Yea but the airline people will be here tomorrow and I know that I will have to talk to the FAA a few more times before I'm done. I hope that they'll keep you around for as long as I am here." Kris said as she looked to Jessie. "I will be, even if I have to take a few days vacation to stay. I'm not flying anywhere without you piloting the plane." Jessie told her. "I don't know if that is such a good idea, the last time I flew, I crash landed." Kris said with a small smile. "Any landing that you walk away from is a good one." Jessie reminded her. "True, very true." Kris had to reply. "So how you feeling?" Jessie asked and Kris could see the concern and sincerity that was in her voice and eyes. "Stressed and sore or is it sore and stressed, I'm not sure which I feel the most. Fighting to get that plane down was rough, then having to go over everything a hundred times worked my poor brain over." Kris said as she stretched her arms and she felt her muscles in her shoulders and back protesting. "You know what you need?" Jessie asked. "What do I need pray tell?" Kris asked her. "A massage," Jessie said smiling. "And you know of a masseur that works this late." Kris asked. "Yes I do and she is sitting right beside of you." Jessie said smiling. "Ah... so you have hidden talents." Kris said as she looked over at Jessie and she so wanted to have that massage but... "I couldn't ask you to do that. It is late and you have to be tired." "You don't have to ask anything of me. I want to do it. Besides I owe you for saving my sorry ass." Jessie said with a laugh. "Sorry is the last thing your ass is." Kris said as she blushed as she realized what she had said. "Mmmm so you've been watching my ass. I like that." Jessie said as she flirted back. Kris wasn't sure what to say next, usually she was good at this but her mind suddenly went blank on her. Lucky for her, Jessie came to her rescue. "Now lie down on your stomach and let me at those shoulders and back. I'll have you feeling better in no time." Jessie said as she got up, taking Kris by the arm, helping her up before helping her to lie down on the center of the firm bed. Kris could feel the towel ride up on her ass a bit and she realized that she was naked under the towel. Jessie didn't say anything as she was busying helping her get into position. Kris had put her head on the pillow but Jessie took that away from her making her lay flat. Jessie pulled Kris's arms down to her sides. Then she went to the bathroom, getting a bottle of baby oil that Kris always brought with her. "This isn't exactly the normal massage oil that I use but I believe it'll work in a crunch." Jessie said as she came out of the bathroom. "Now close your eyes and try to relax. I will take over from there." Jessie told her as she got up on her knees to Kris's right side. Kris was watching her to see what she was going to do. "Now I thought I told you to close those pretty brown eyes." Jessie said as she reached up, placing her fingers tenderly at the top of Kris's eyes making her close them. "Better, now keep them closed." "Yes ma'am." Kris said as she smiled but she kept her eyes closed this time. Kris felt Jessie pulling on the towel that was wrapped around her and she stiffened for a second as she felt the towel come undone in the front. She felt Jessie pulling the towel off her shoulders but she left it covering her ass. Kris relaxed, then she realized that she had hoped in a way that Jessie took the towel completely away but then again she wasn't sure if tonight was the right night for them to start something as she was so worn out that she wasn't sure that she could give her all to Jessie who deserved her best. She heard Jessie opening the baby oil bottle then she heard Jessie rubbing her hands together. The next thing she felt was Jessie's hands on her shoulders. Jessie's small hands began to work her muscles in her shoulders and Kris let out a groan as she was so tight that Jessie's hands and fingers almost hurt. However the more Jessie worked her shoulder muscles, the better she felt. She began to relax as Jessie rubbed and probed her muscles. Kris had a few massages over the years but none of the professionals that she had used had felt as good as what Jessie was doing to her. Soon Jessie worked her fingers up to Kris's neck and again it hurt at first but soon it felt so good. Jessie took her time as she slowly worked her way down Kris's back. She would work the main muscles for her back then work her way to her side. Kris just concentrated on the hands as they did their magic. Kris soon felt her eyelids getting heavy. She had figured that she would be up all night but now she was having trouble keeping awake. As Jessie's hand got down to her lower back, Kris let out a sigh as she felt the last of her tight muscles relaxing. Kris wondered if Jessie would go on down to her ass but alas she started to move her hands back up her back. Kris was slightly disappointed however Jessie's hands did feel so fucking good. She told this to Jessie but she was so relaxed by this point, no actual words came out of her mouth. She was getting lost in a dreamlike state. She felt Jessie's hands back at her shoulder and then she felt nothing else as she was asleep. When she awoke the next morning, she found that she was lying under the covers naked. She opened her eyes and she saw that Jessie was asleep on the other side of the bed. Kris couldn't help herself as she pulled the covers up and she was disappointed to see that Jessie was wearing a pair of panties and the little top that she had worn under her uniform blouse. Kris saw Jessie start to stir so she looked around for her towel but it was nowhere to be seen. She figured she had to work quickly. She slipped from under the covers, making a mad dash to the bathroom. She was almost there when she heard a whistle. Kris felt her whole body go red as she looked back at a smiling Jessie. Kris ducked on into the bathroom and she saw how red her body was but she was also smiling as she felt good that Jessie had actually whistled at her. She peed and then brushed her teeth before brushing out her hair. She then realized that she still didn't have anything to wear. She saw the hotel robe at the back of the bathroom door so she put it on. "It's all yours." Kris said as she walked on into the room. Jessie got out of the bed and as she passed by Kris, Kris reached down yanking down on the back of Jessie's panties revealing most of her cute tight buns. "Hey!" Jessie yelled out as she turned and smiled at Kris who was grinning to beat the band and also staring at that cute firm ass. Kris kept that image in her mind as she went to get dressed in clean clothes but then she realized that she had none. Her bag was still in the plane wherever that was now. She hated to put on dirty clothes but she didn't see that she had an option. So she reached down and picked up her panties and put them back on, hating it but doing it all the same. The first thing that she was going to do once she got back to the airport was to ask for her bag. She needed something clean to wear. "Hey you got any clean panties I can borrow?" She heard Jessie call out from the bathroom. "No I just put the ones I had on yesterday back on. I'll make sure we get out bags today. I hate wearing the same clothes two days in a roll." Kris called back. "Me too, if nothing else, we'll go shopping tonight and get something clean." Jessie said as she came back out wearing her panties which were pulled back up and her little white top that just seemed to show her breasts so well. Kris couldn't help but to stare and Jessie didn't seem to mind that she was staring. She even took her time putting her pants and blouse back on. "Well I'm ready for some coffee and breakfast, how about you?" Kris asked. "Definitely," Jessie replied, "Lead away." Kris started for the door and as she got to it, she remembered that the card that opened the door was still on the table by the window. She turned suddenly only to find herself up against Jessie who had been following her to the door. She grasped Jessie by the shoulders to keep from knocking them both to the floor. She looked down into Jessie's eyes which were staring up at her with this far off look in them. She could feel Jessie's eyes probing deep into her soul. Kris glazed back into Jessie's eyes doing the same probing. For Kris time seemed to have stopped and all that she could hear was their breathing as she just stood there looking deeply into Jessie's pretty blue eyes. She slowly began to move her head just as Jessie started to lean in against her. She felt Jessie's body pressing against her own body. At the last second, Kris closed her eyes as she turned her head slightly to the side. She felt Jessie's lips touch hers in their first kiss. Kris felt like her body was on fire and she felt Jessie's hands grasping at her shoulders. The kiss just kept going as they just stood there with their bodies pressed together. Slowly they both pulled back so that they could look at each other. "Oh my," Was all that Kris could think to say. "That was sweet." Jessie said as she gave Kris a slight smile. "I think I could use another one of those." Jessie then said. "Me too," Kris said wishing that she could think of something better to say. As they started to lean back in, the phone rang. "Damn!" Kris said as the moment was broken. She just wanted to let it ring but she was afraid that it would be the FAA so she knew she had to answer it. "Sorry." Kris said as she slipped aside of Jessie, going to the phone. She answered it and found it wasn't the FAA but it was Bill wanting to meet them for breakfast. She said that she would meet him down there then told him that she would find Jessie and bring her along. She smiled at Jessie, as she said this, who was trying hard to stifle a laugh. "So how are you ever going to find me?" Jessie asked as Kris hung up the phone. "Beats the hell out of me, but I'm sure you'll think of something before we get to the lobby." Kris said as she retrieved her card key. "I'll think of something?" Jessie said as she again followed Kris to the door. "Yes you will." Kris said resisting the urge to stop at the door again so that she could kiss Jessie one more time however Bill was now waiting for them so they were on the clock. She opened the door glancing back at Jessie and seeing the slight pout that she had on her face, which made her feel good to see as it meant that Jessie was wanting to kiss her as much as she wanted to kiss Jessie. When they got to the restaurant within the hotel, they saw that Bill had already gotten a table for them so they went over to join him. Jessie didn't have to come up with how Kris had found her as Bill never asked. Instead they talked about the having to land the plane without any engines running. This was also the first time that Kris had to tell Bill how grateful she was to have him helping her land the plane. Bill seemed to appreciate Kris doing this and he complimented Kris on her getting the plane down in one piece. Then once the compliments were out of the way, they went back over what had happened and what the FAA and the airline would be going over today. They all three knew that it was going to be a long day which it turned out to be. They were summoned to the airport at nine that morning and didn't return until well after seven. The FAA did at least provide them with a good lunch and supper but that was about the only good thing about the day. They didn't treat them like the whole thing was their fault, they did make them go over the whole thing over and over again just to make sure they had ever piece that they could. Then when they got back to the hotel, with their bags, they all went to their rooms to shower then they were going to meet back at the bar to share a drink. The first thing that Kris did once she got to her room was to get out of the clothes that she had worn for the past two days. She then headed to the shower to get the day's sweat off of her skin. The time alone gave her time to relax and getting her mind straight. The first thing she dealt with was her husband. He had finally called her back while she was eating breakfast with Bill and Jessie. She had excused herself so that she could talk to him. She had hoped that he would show her some sympathy and show her how proud he was of her for getting the plane down safely but she had barely gotten started on telling him what had happened when he launched in about how she should have been home last night and would have been if she had been as good a pilot as he was as he would have done things the right way. That just ran all over her so she did something that she figured she should have done long ago. She hung up her phone then put her phone on vibrate. He called her back several times but she just ignored it. She went back to the table trying to put on a happy face but she could sense that Jessie wasn't buying any of her act. She decided right then that when she did get home, she would hire a lawyer and start the process of getting a divorce. She wouldn't tell anyone, not her husband and not Jessie though she was the one person she really wanted to tell. But she wasn't sure just how much Jessie was playing in her decision and she didn't want Jessie to feel like she was the one responsible for her getting divorced. She felt better about things having finally gotten around to making this decision. Next on her list of things to think about was just what the FAA would come up as the cause of the crash landing. She knew that she had done all that was possible to keep the plane from crashing but did she do everything possible from it happening in the first place. She kept going back to feeling that there was something wrong with the plane long before the engines failed. The last thing she thought about was Jessie. This was where she stopped her mind from working. She had always thought and dreamed about any relationship that she was in and they never worked out as she had thought or planned. So she decided that she would try her best to just let whatever was going to happen with Jessie to just happen. The fates had brought them together and now it was up to them to take it where they wanted it to go. She did say one last prayer to the fates that they would blow her way if she was about to screw up. Then she exited the shower to get ready to meet Jessie and Bill downstairs in the bar. She did decide to help the winds of fate along as she put some of her favorite perfume between her breasts and behind her ears. She then pulled on her favorite sweater that formed to her breasts making them look slightly larger than they really were before slipping on a mid length skirt. She looked at herself in the mirror and while she did feel sexy in this outfit, she still wasn't anywhere close to a beauty queen. She just hoped that she was close enough. As she walked into the bar, she glanced around until her eyes lighted upon Jessie sitting in a booth in the back of the bar. She smiled as she saw that Jessie had done up her hair and the blond highlights that were in her brown hair seemed to be alive. As she got closer, she saw that Jessie had put on a white knit top with small straps going over her shoulders. She looked very pretty and when she stood up she saw that Jessie had also put on a skirt that went to her mid thighs. The skirt was loose that seemed to move as she moved. Kris could feel her body responding to how beautiful that Jessie looked. As she came close to Jessie, she looked around her and when she saw that no one was paying them any mind, she leaned in and gave Jessie a quick kiss on the cheek. "You look beautiful this evening." Kris told Jessie as she sat down. "Thank you and may I say that you look stunning. That outfit is all you." Jessie said with a sweet smile that warmed Kris's heart. "I'm glad that you approve. It was just something that I threw on in a hurry." Kris said and she saw that Jessie wasn't buying that for a second. But she let it pass. "So what you drinking?" Kris asked. "Miller light, you want one?" Jessie asked as she waved at the cocktail waitress. "Nah, I think I need something a bit stronger." Kris answered as she ordered a rum and coke when their waitress got over to them. "I wonder when Bill will get here." Jessie wondered aloud. "I don't know probably soon. Maybe he will be tired and not stay long." Kris suggested not really believing it for a moment. "Yea right, that man could party all night and be ready to go in the morning." Jessie said with a laugh. "And how do you know this?" Kris asked arching her eyebrows at Jessie as she took a sip of her drink. "I've heard it from some other flight attendants. How did you think I knew?" Jessie asked acting like she was hurt by Kris's insinuation. "I don't know, I was just checking." Kris said smiling at Jessie who acted hurt for a bit more before she let out a laugh. Jessie then leaned over against Kris who leaned back against her. They were slowly getting close to kissing when Kris happened to see Bill come into the bar and they separated so as to appear to be just talking. Bill saw them, coming on over to the booth sitting opposite of them as he ordered a beer. As they talked, Kris could see that Bill was eyeing the women in the bar. Kris was hoping that he would find one he liked. A few moments later, Kris let her right hand slip under the table. She placed her hand on Jessie's thigh and a moment later she felt Jessie's hand covering her hand. Bill seemed to be oblivious to them as they held hands as they all talked. They talked and nursed their drinks for about an hour before a young woman came into the bar sitting at one of the stools at the bar. Bill eyed her a moment giving both Kris and Jessie hope that he would leave. He offered to get them another drink then got up going toward the bar before they had time to answer. "Think we'll see him again?" Jessie asked as they watched Bill go sit by the young woman. "Hopefully he'll get lucky tonight." Kris said and then out popped from her mouth, "And maybe we will too." She wanted to take the words back as soon as she said them, that is, until she saw the look in Jessie's eyes. Those eyes told her that that the words that she had uttered just might be close to the truth. She tried to think of something to say but nothing would come to her mind as it was going into a thousand different directions at once, so there was no way that a single coherent thought could come through. So instead she stared at Jessie who was busy staring at her. They stayed there for a moment until the cocktail waitress came over offering to get them another drink. That broke the spell and they looked away from each other. When the waitress came back, Jessie took her hand away from Kris's so that she could pay for their drinks as Kris had paid for the previous round. Kris left her hand on Jessie's thigh as Jessie got into her purse. Kris began to lightly caress the top of Jessie's thigh just as Jessie was opening her pocketbook. Jessie promptly dropped it onto the table. Jessie gave Kris a dirty look as she picked up her pocket book; she opened it and started to count out her money as Kris let her fingers slip down between Jessie's legs. "Shit" Jessie said under her breath as she had to start again. The waitress was giving her an impatient look as she began to tap her toe at Jessie whose face was now a slightly red color. Finally Jessie pulled a twenty out of her purse and handed it to the waitress not caring that the drinks were only eight bucks. "Damn you girl!" Jessie hissed as she finally turned to Kris. "What?" Kris asked innocently. "Your hand." Jessie said. "What? This hand?" Kris asked as she moved her hand up Jessie's thigh a couple of inches, pulling Jessie's skirt up with it, then she gave it another squeeze. "Yea that hand." Jessie said smiling as she opened her legs just a bit. Kris started to lean toward Jessie when she felt Jessie pushing her away. She was hurt for a second, thinking that Jessie was rejecting her for making too bold of a move then she heard Jessie whisper, "Bill is on his way back over here and he has that woman with him. Kris straighten back up however she kept her hand were it was. Bill came to the table and introduced his new friend as Karla. She didn't look like she was old enough to buy a drink but obviously she was. So Kris figured that she was twenty-one or twenty- two at best. Kris gave Jessie a look as she knew they were both thinking the same thing, this girl was after a father figure and Bill fit the bill nicely. So Kris and Jessie talked to her as Bill just looked at Tanya. Meanwhile, Kris's hand had moved further up Jessie's leg, exposing more of her thigh though no one could see with them being in the back corner and in a booth. Kris would just let her fingers caress Jessie's inner thigh, as she was still a few inches from Jessie's panties but she could already feel the heat coming from that direction. Bill and Karla stayed for about an hour, at which time Karla had a good buzz on and Bill figured that the time was right so he suggested that Karla join him in his room. Karla giggled as she leaned over and gave Bill a kiss on the cheek. Bill took this as Karla agreeing to his suggestion, so he quickly got up and escorted Karla out of the bar. "I think Bill hit the mother lode with Karla." Jessie said with a laugh. "I just hope that she doesn't wear him out, we still have to meet with the airline again tomorrow." Kris said. "Oh he is a big boy; he can take care of himself." Jessie said. "Yea I guess he can." Kris said as she turned to look at Jessie who was staring at her with her pretty blue eyes. Kris turned away for just a second to see if there was anyone around. She found that they were pretty much alone now in the bar. The cocktail waitress was sitting at the end of the bar talking to the bartender. Kris eased herself around in the booth so that she was sitting in the center where no one could see her, Jessie seeing what she was doing followed along with her. She had kept her hand on Jessie's thigh and once they got situated, she gave Jessie's thigh a squeeze as she leaned in again. This time she didn't stop until her lips were touching Jessie's. Kris let out a soft moan as their lips touched lightly. She could feel how soft Jessie's lips were and she could feel how right this was. She took her right hand from Jessie's thigh, putting it around Jessie's shoulders, pulling Jessie closer to her as she opened her lips. She slowly let her tongue enter Jessie's mouth. She let the tip of her tongue go along the edge of Jessie's teeth before letting it go deeper into her mouth. Her left hand slipped under the table, alighting on Jessie's thigh where her right hand had recently been. She felt Jessie sucking on her tongue and she felt Jessie's tongue pressing against it. She eased her left hand inward as her fingers continued to caress and tease Jessie's thigh. She could feel Jessie's breathing quickening as her fingers got closer to Jessie's panties. It had been a long time since Kris had felt such a desire that she was now feeling. She wanted to explore all of Jessie's body. She wanted her so badly. She let her fingers get closer to Jessie's sweet spot, pulling the hem of her skirt up as her fingers went closer. Jessie had now pushed her tongue into Kris's mouth so she began to suck on it as the tip of her tongue circled the end of Jessie's tongue. Kris could feel the heat coming from between Jessie's legs as she let her fingers get closer. Then her fingers touched the silky material of Jessie's panties. Jessie broke off the kiss as she grasped almost silently, "Oh fuck." Jessie then put her hands to Kris's face as she kissed her again. Kris could feel the wetness that had seeped through the crotch of Jessie's panties. Kris slowly moved the ends of her fingers up and down the front of Jessie's panties. Jessie was panting as she tried to kiss her but Kris's fingers were doing a number on her. Kris pressed her fingers harder against Jessie's panty covered pussy. The wetness was rapidly growing as her fingers rubbed harder. Kris kissed Jessie harder as her fingers went up to Jessie's clit. She could just barely feel the nub as she started to rub it harder. Jessie now had her hands at Kris's shoulders gripping them hard. Kris used her fingers to press and rub against the hard nub as Jessie gave up trying to kiss her. She just rested her head against Kris's right shoulder as Kris rubbed faster and harder. "Damn you!" Jessie hissed as she body shook from the orgasm that coursed through her body. Kris kissed Jessie hard as she hugged her close. She could feel Jessie's girlcum flood onto her panties. Jessie just shook and panted as she slowly came down from her orgasm. "If you don't take me to your room right now, by god, I'll kill you." Jessie panted out as she finally got her breathing under control. End of part one To be continued...
