Summary: In the ALL NEW 87th episode of 'Scent of a Girl: Sophomore Year', Cally's day of proposals includes one HUGE one from her Dad, when he offers something as motivation to get better grades, and from Paige Nash, who has one of the 'Indecent' variety. Also, Chi and Cindy are the recipients of a very 'decent' proposal that could have them on a nationwide summer tour. Later, Chloe's baby daddy finally pops in for a visit and Hana quizzes Macey about her summer plans.

Cindy sat in the corner of the main lobby crying into her hands over the huge blow-up out front. I'm not sure what she was more worried about: me being mad at her (she apologized to me), Mindy being hurt (she apologized to her) or Shelby finding out. I felt so sorry for her despite the bruise now forming on my stomach as I stood by the office door and watched Maggie fill up a bag of ice and put it on Mindy's shoulder with the assistance of an ACE bandage to hold it in place. Holly sat on the couch and watched silently as I took a long slow deep breath and walked over to Cindy and sat down beside her.

"Yo!" I said as I pushed her shoulder and she looked over at me. "You OK?"

"Why would you care?" she asked.

"Because despite your stupidity on this day you're one of my best friends," I said as she smiled.

"I am?"

"Yes you are, Icey," I confirmed as I held my fist up and bumped hers with mine. "But if you do this again..."

"I won't! I swear I am staying out of Mindy's life," Cindy declared.

"How about instead of making claims you know you'll never live up to you just get the whole story next time?" I asked. Cindy simply nodded her agreement. "Mindy was not sleeping with Chloe."

"Then it was with you?" she asked with alarm in her eyes.

"Me and Chloe," I admitted as I whispered to her. She gave me a questioning look for a moment and then grinned knowingly as I blushed. "Chloe wanted to do it and after a while I warmed to the idea."

"Then why did Chloe get so mad?" Cindy asked.

"She caught me and Mindy together," I said. "And for whatever reason she didn't just join in."

"OK, I'm confused here," Cindy said. "She wanted you to do it and then got mad when you did?"

"Not exactly," I said. "It just worked out that she thought I was cheating on her. Even though she was about to come and join in when her family called with the news about His Richardness."

"So you've talked to Chloe since then?" Cindy asked as Ted (the KMH resident kitty) appeared from behind the love seat and came over for a visit. "Between her non-stop yack sessions with Dakota that is."

"We're taking a break," I said as Cindy simply nodded with a tired look as she petted Ted and scooped him up into her lap. "I don't guess you've heard about anything that happened to her once she got home?"

"No," Cindy said. "Dakota won't tell anyone anything. Just so you know I think she has a thing for Chloe."

"What makes you think that?" I asked in surprise as Ted started biting at Cindy's fingers playfully.

"Chi told me the night Chloe left that she came by to get Dakota in a panic," Cindy explained. "Well after they talked Chi said Dakota came back in with the thought you were gonna kick her ass."

"Why would I beat Dakota up?"

"She kissed Chloe!" Cindy said as my eyes opened in shock. "According to Chi and Laney too."

"WOW!"

"I hope you're not gonna jump Dakota or something..."

"No, no, no, don't be crazy," I said. "I always knew she loved Chloe so this...it's just confirmation."

"Yeah she has," Cindy said. "Best friends and all."

"Like me and Mindy," I said.

"Was that out front the first time you told her you were in love with her?" Cindy asked me.

"I don't know that I am..."

"You are!" Cindy said with a smile.

"I am just so unbelievably confused about everything lately that I don't know anything for sure," I said as Cindy set Ted down and he went off to play again.

"You are!" Cindy repeated as she giggled. "Wait, you said something about what happened when Chloe went home..."

"Chloe's pregnant!" I said as Cindy's face showed her shock as she turned ghost white. That was quite an accomplishment considering the great tan she still sports to this moment. Cindy's head shook back and forth as she mouthed "No way!" to me. "Yes way. That's why she's not coming back to school actually."

"You should be fine," Holly said as she came out of the office with Mindy.

"Might go lay down for a while," Mindy said as I hopped up to join her. "You OK, Molly?"

"I'm fine," I said as she smiled and hugged me.

"Cindy you want me to look at your eye?" Maggie asked as Cindy shrugged and got up to come over and let Maggie look at it. "I think it's just a bruise."

"You gave Cindy Sullivan a black eye," Mindy whispered to me as I giggled. Maggie and Holly got Cindy to sit down on the couch in the office.

"You hush," I said as she grinned and kissed my cheek. "Stop that!"

"You love me," Mindy said as a smile crossed my face. "Don't deny it you said it. You love me."

"I was scared..."

"Admit it," Mindy said with a poke to my forehead.

"I'll admit you're delirious," I said as she giggled. "Probably hit that pretty head of yours too hard."

"Well even if you won't say it I will," she said before she kissed me. I offered just a bit of resistance. "I love you Molly Harris."

"OHMIGOD!" I said in amazement as some of the fog seemed to be clearing from my brain and I saw Mindy in a whole new light. "How can I not love you?"

"You can't not love me," Mindy said as she kissed me and both of us broke up laughing at the silliness. "That's fucking retarded."

"Well this is new!"

"What?" I asked as I turned to see Shelby standing in the doorway. "Always knew you guys were hot for each other but this confirms it. Kind of explains why Chloe got the fuck out of dodge."

"Not really," I said. "How about we explain it to you?"

"That'd be nice," Shelby said as she joined us as the three of us sat down on the love seat.

The 'I love you' stuff was now on the back burner...for the moment.

"Hey Momma to be your baby daddy is here," Hayden (my older sister) said with a smirk on her face. I gave her a dirty look as she grinned victoriously. I put away my MacBook where I had been working on my homework and followed Hayden down the front steps to the front porch where Tommy (Newman) stood looking rather...terrified. "Now you two kids don't do anything I wouldn't do."

"We can't cause you've already done everything with everyone," I said to Hayden as the smile disappeared from her face and she glared at me with an evil look and stalked off into the house.

"Hi?" Tommy asked.

"Finally decide it was time to come and visit?" I asked Tommy.

"You know I've been in Springfield and Independence touring for the past few days," he said. "I got home an hour ago and mom starts screaming at me about you being pregnant."

"Maybe you should get a cell phone so someone could reach you," I said as I folded my arms across my chest.

"And maybe I should make enough as a musician to be able to pay my own bills," he said.

"You said you'd been touring in the Pacific Northwest," I said. "How the hell can you go on a Western tour and be broke?"

"I lied about that," he said. "I wanted to impress you."

"Why?"

"I always had a crush on you," Tommy said as I smiled. "And when I saw you at the airport it was like I wanna impress her so maybe she'll go out with me. Finally."

"Well congratulations! You lied your way into a date and being a future deadbeat Dad," I said as my stare turned cold.

"OK, first, are you absolutely positive it's mine?" he asked in a barely above a whisper voice as he stuffed his hands in his pockets nervously. "Absolutely certain?"

"Yes I'm pretty sure," I said as I sat down on the porch swing and he joined me.

"So you were a virgin? Please say no?" Tommy asked.

"Why would that matter?"

"I don't want your first time to also be your first pregnancy," he said.

"No, I was not a virgin," I said.

"Good," he said in relief. "I wasn't either."

"I could tell," I said as we exchanged mock dirty looks and giggled.

"So ain't been with no one in a while I guess?" he asked.

"Actually I have," I admitted.

"Then how can you be so sure the baby is mine?" he asked pointedly.

"Because two other girls can't get me pregnant," I hissed at him and watched his mind clue into the fact of what I had just admitted. "Unlike you."

"OK, you're gonna kill me for saying this but..." he started to say and moved to the other side of the swing before going on, "...that is sooo hot."

"You have no idea how hot either," I said as he swallowed hard and I knew his pecker sprang to life with that knowledge. "You're gonna have to be a good boy and I might just tell you about it."

"By good boy you mean getting a job and supporting you?" he asked. I simply nodded my head.

"My Uncle has been dogging me about joining the crew of his pest control service," Tommy said. "I'm gonna call him when I get home and I'm pretty sure I've got a job."

"That'd be nice to know someone is there for me," I said. "Cause the one person in this world that I thought would be there if something ever happened is suddenly not such a viable option."

"That Molly girl you told me about?" he asked.

"Bingo," I said as he slid back over to beside me and put his arm over my shoulder casually. "What are you doing?"

"If you need a shoulder to cry on I'm here," he said with a dorky smile.

"I've already got a shoulder to cry on," I said. "Her name's Dakota."

"One of the girls in that threesome?" he asked.

"Get off me," I said as I pushed him away and he laughed.

"Dakota is my best friend in this world," I said. "She's the person I count on now more than anybody else."

"A new girlfriend?" Tommy asked seriously.

"No," I said as if that were a silly question. Though in the next 5 seconds when my phone rang and it turned out to be her, I couldn't wipe the smile off my face. "Hey!"

"Hey, wassup?" Dakota asked.

"Tommy finally came over and we were just discussing some stuff," I said. "You?"

"Thinking about you naked," Dakota said as I blushed from head to toe. Tommy grinned widely even though he didn't know what she'd said exactly. "Did I make you blush?"

"Yessss!" I hissed as she started laughing out loud. I swear...one of these days.

"Hello?" I asked as I picked up my cell phone just as I came out of 2nd period on this day before finals were to begin. "Hey Dad."

"Calista I have good news and a proposal," Dad (David Thornton Oliver) said.

"Like an indecent proposal?" I asked as he laughed and I stopped at my locker.

"My ever witty daughter," Dad said. "Now listen. I'm on my way to campus at this moment so if you wanna see me come by the Administration building after school."

"OK," I said as I traded books in and out of my locker. "And the proposal?"

"I'm hoping you've been studying for your final exams," he said. "Cause if you have and you do well enough I may be persuaded to buy you a car now that you're 16."

"Sure, Dad whatever you say," I said sarcastically "Any other imaginary offers I can get?"

"OK miss non-believing smartass I tell you what, if you manage to pass all of your finals and get at least one A and two B's you can do better I'll buy you any car you pick off the lot," Dad said as my lip dropped in shock. "How's that sit with you?"

"Fine I want an all-electric Tesla Roadster 2.0, grey please, and it only cost 105,000 dollars," I said with a smirk.

"I am not gonna buy you a car like that for your first," Dad said.

"Of course you're not," I said sarcastically "What am I getting? The Mercedes I threw that brick at?"

"We'll talk about it this afternoon," Dad said sternly as we hung up.

"Yeah you're gonna buy me a car," I said to the phone. "I'm so sure."

"You're a getting a car?" Paige (Nash) asked as she came up behind me. I turned and smiled but saw someone with her I didn't immediately recognize. "This is my friend Alexis from the Spirit Squad and you're getting a car?"

"Nice to meet you," I said to Alexis as she smiled. Alexis was a stunning latina with long black hair and a skin complexion that looked very tan without any effort. "And no my old man is just fucking with me."

"That's mean," Paige said.

"Not really he just wants me to do better on my finals than I did last year," I said. "So he figures he can motivate me with a car."

"I always wanted to take a cross country road trip," Paige said randomly. "If you actually do get a car we should do that."

"She's always been a dreamer," Alexis giggled.

"Did you need guys need something?" I asked as I finished stuffing my bag full of books, "I got class in like five minutes."

"Yes we did," Paige said as she slid over to me and kissed my lips. "I finally decided what you have to do before you can do your favorite thing."

"What wrestle a mountain lion?" I asked as I put my bag across my shoulder.

"Me and her," Paige said as she pointed to Alexis and then to herself. "Can you handle that?"

"In a heart beat," I said as my pussy started tingling in anticipation. "That's all?"

"We're the second part," Paige said as she seriously confused me.

"Then what's the first part?" I asked.

"A threesome you're gonna have with Laney and Randi while we watch," Paige said.

"Paige just made Cally's day it looks like," I said as Macey giggled with Cally passing by us on her way to class.

"Well Cally's Dad kinda made my day," Macey said. "I just got a call from him."

"Why?" I asked as I gave her a questioning look.

"He said he has a friend in Utah that was able to get me a hearing about me being emancipated," Macey said. "It's in a few days. Will you be there with me?"

"Of course," I said. "But I can't fly to Utah."

"No it's a conference call," Macey explained. "David said his attorneys will represent me and my family already has their own attorneys on retainer."

"Why do they have them on retainer?"

"You've talked to my mother and know what kind of a mouth she has on her?" Macey asked as I nodded. "Well with a mouth like that your bound to be sued a lot. And she is."

"You are so mean to her," I said as Macey grinned. "She can't be as horrible as all that."

"She's actually worse," Macey said as I laughed.

"What are your plans for the summer?"

"I'm staying on campus, I already signed up for the summer program," Macey said.

"Did you tell your Mom?"

"Nope," Macey said. "Figure I'll tell her at the last minute that way her meltdown won't matter."

"Like when?"

"When she goes to the airport to pick me up and finds out I didn't come home?" Macey asked with a dorky ear-to-ear grin. I laughed as I rolled my eyes and we headed off to class.

/\ {* ~ *} /\ MOLLY'S PERSPECTIVE /\ {* ~ *} /\
~ (THE HUMPHREY CENTER) ~

"Hold on for a second I'm about to find out where the ants in my locker carried my lunch off to," I said as I dug in the bottom of my locker for something and heard someone giggle behind me. I knew just by that much evidence it was Dakota. "Oh hey."

"We need to talk," Dakota said as she dat down by me in the hallway. It didn't take me long at all to figure out what was on her mind. "I have something to tell you that you're not gonna like and you may wanna beat the stuff out of me. And by all rights you probably should."

"You and Chloe had sex the night she left?" I asked as Dakota's eyes sprang open in shock. "Right?"

"God no," she said in a horrified voice. "Who told you that?"

"Chloe!" I said and trying to keep a straight face.

"Molly I swear I...you're just fucking with me," she said as I started laughing. "Ha Ha."

"That's what you get for kissing my girlfriend," I said with a finger point. Dakota rolled her eyes and smiled now. "Why did you do that for?"

"I honestly don't know," Dakota said. "I just wanted to tell you face to face."

"Then why did I have to hear it from Cindy first?"

"Because I figured Chloe would have told you," Dakota reasoned. "But I guess not since I heard from Cindy that she told you after you blacked her eye."

"I got one lucky punch in," I explained. "Do you honestly think I could whip Cindy?"

"If you had enough incentive," Dakota said. "Like protecting Mindy?"

"Haven't you got another class to get to?" I asked as she laughed and shook her head no. "Then go find something to do and leave me alone."

"OK, OK, just one more thing. You come to the games tonight and bring Mindy?" Dakota asked.

"If we win out we host the first round of the sweet 16 tourney," Dakota said. "Be there?"

"Even if I'd rather watch it on TV Mindy will make me go," I said as Dakota grinned. "I'm there."

"See ya tonight," she said.

"Bye," I said as she walked off down the hall.

"Mr. Woods wanted to see me," I said to the secretary (Clarabell Lansbury) in the main lobby as Chi stood next to me looking ever more nervous.

"Let me see if he's in," Clarabell said as she dialed out.

"What do you think we did?" Chi asked me

"You can go on up," Clarabell said with a friendly smile.

"Thanks," I said as Chi and I boarded the elevator. "And I have no idea what we did. It could be over me punching Molly though."

"She did give you a nice shiner," Chi said as she pointed to my eye. "You afraid of her now?"

"Fuck you," I said as Chi laughed. "Molly and I are still friends."

"How does that work?" Chi asked as we got off the elevator on the executive floor.

"Your friends forgive you even when you make an ass out of yourself," I said as Chi shrugged as if she were unsure. Seeing the secretary's desk was empty I wondered aloud, "I guess we go on in?"

"I guess," Chi said as she followed after me as we poked her heads into the main office.

"Ladies come in," Mr. Woods said as he stood to greet us. "Have a seat there's someone very important I'd like you to meet. This is Mr. Grover L. Alexander."

"Are we in trouble?" Chi blurted out.

"Far from it," Mr. Woods said. "Grover here wanted to talk to you about an exciting opportunity."

"Opportunity?"
"How would you ladies like to spend the next 6 weeks visiting the biggest cities in the country playing with and against the most elite high school players in America?" Grover asked.

"Yeah that'd be great," I said nervously. "But how can we do that?"

"I represent Triple Crown Sports based in Fort Collins, Colorado," Grover said. "We're putting together a touring tournament for the summer months and we'd love to have both of you."

"Us?" Chi asked. Grover smiled as he handed us a folder full of information. "I understand why you want Cindy but why me?"

"We carefully scouted every member of your team and you two were the consensus picks," Grover said.

"This is so cool," I said. "We'll really be visiting Orlando, Charlotte and Sacramento?"

"Among many other fine cities," Grover said. "It's an all expenses paid tour to showcase your talents for the college scouts that will be coming calling next year."

"Does that mean we get paid?" Chi asked as I groaned and slapped my forehead.

"Are you stupid?" I asked Chi.

"I don't know I haven't had an IQ test in a while," she said as everyone laughed.

Of course we didn't get paid but did get such perks as a cell phone (with unlimited text, web, email and calls) that we could use anytime we wanted till the end of the tour. Grover also explained about how we'd be on the road non-stop for the six weeks. He then brought us back to reality with the news that we'd need parental approval. Not that we didn't know that but it certainly made my mind go into overdrive thinking about how I could possibly convince my parents to let me go.

"My Mom is not gonna like this," Chi said as we rode down in the elevator with our packets of info and new cell phones in hand. Grover told us before we left that we had 48 hours to get back to him. "She was planning on me being home this year for traveling to see family."

"Well you could still be traveling just not with your mom," I said as Chi laughed and we exited the elevator.

"Funny but not very helpful," Chi said as we left the admin building on our way back to the Humphrey Center for the last class of the day.

So I bet you can guess what was on my mind for the rest of the day? Paige's offer! But I hadn't yet had an opportunity to put anything into motion as the school day dragged on endlessly. So when the school day finally did end I breathed a sigh of relief and planned on taking a break by the picnic tables to the side of the building. Which just so happens to be the exact place that Randi and Laney had picked to relax for a few. I smiled and stopped for a moment to admire the two hotties. Just so you know, and I don't think I've mentioned it, these two are my favorite fantasy since I caught them discussing ME on MY bed. So after a few moments spent to get my nerve up I walked over to join them. I plopping down between them and asked rather bluntly, "So are you guys ever gonna invite me to that threesome you wanted so much?"

"Huh?"

"We've been dancing around this for months now," I pointed out. "Randi was the first to invite me. That day I fought with Alisha in the hallway."

"Good memory," Randi said as she grinned at me in a whole new way. "We've talked about it since then too."

"Shut up," Laney said to her girlfriend.

"No," Randi said as she beaned Laney with a french fry. "You want to just admit it."

"Can you give us a couple of days, till after finals cause that's gonna be crazy, to decide?" Laney asked me with pleading eyes.

"A few days?" I whined (pretending). "I'm horny now."

"So am I," Randi said as she rubbed her hand up my arm and smiled at me.

"Stop that," Laney said as she dragged Randi over to beside her. "A few days?"

"And to be clear I only wanna do this is if it's a mutual decision," I said as both smiled. "Just call me."

"We will," Randi said with a finger-wiggling wave as Laney laughed and pulled her along as they left.

"Those two are so hot it kills me!" I said to myself as I watched them round the corner of the building and disappear. Randi's tanned, very toned legs was my last sight.

"Did you talk to your Mom or Dad about the tour?" I asked Cindy as she came to the bathroom door where I was playing with my hair in the mirror.

"Yeah and they weren't exactly excited about the idea," Cindy said. "But we do have some games close to home so they can come out and see me play."

"Probably good you'll be on the road this summer with Molly in L.A.," I said as I put my hair into a ponytail and instantly hated it.

"Why is it good I'll be gone?"

"Well with your track record of stupidity you don't wanna chance pissing her off again," I said. "Look what she did to you last time?"

"Ha ha ha," Cindy said sarcastically as Amy joined her at the door. "You ever gonna forgive me?"

"I already did," I said as Cindy smiled and came over and kissed my cheek.

"AWWWWWW," Amy said as she grinned at us.

"Oh yeah did you call that Cleveland guy back and tell him you could go?" I asked as I piled all of my hair on my head and hated that look too.

"What I would do without you?" Cindy asked as I smiled and kissed her lips before she ran off to make the call.

"Probably be lost," Amy said as she came in and joined me as she sat down on the toilet.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"We'd be lost without you," Amy said. "You take care of us."

"No I don't," I said as if that suggestion were silly.

"Yes you do," Amy insisted as Maxie came through the doorway with sodas in hand. "Max, don't you think Shelby takes care of us?"

"Of course she does," Maxie said as I gave up on my hair and turned as Maxie gave me my soda. "I got that juice you like Amy."

"Thanks!" Amy chirped as she took it.

"So you two are saying without me it'd be chaos?" I asked.

"Pretty much," Maxie said as I smiled. "You keep us in line Shel."

"I guess I am sorta the mother of the group," I said as Amy and Maxie both laughed.

"Mama Shel," Amy coined as she hugged me as I groaned.

"I am not your Mama," I said as I tried to push Amy away but instead got squished by Maxie as she hugged me too.

"What the hell is going on?" Chi asked as she came into the room and saw us. "Group hug!"

"Oh god!" I complained as Chi joined in the group hug as the giggling started. "Get off me."

"Shel don't love us," Maxie said as I pushed by the three and left the bathroom.

"Thank you Mr. Cleveland and my Mom said to fax the forms she needs to sign," Cindy said into the phone. "OK talk to you soon."

"You already got your parents approval?" Chi asked Cindy as settled in on the sofa.

"Yeah," Cindy said.

"My Mom wanted to look over the website that Cleveland guy gave me," Chi said. "But she pretty much said yes."

"Phone call!" Maxie announced as she stopped by the ringing phone and looked directly at me. "You gonna get that Mama Shel?"

"Call me Mama Shel one more time and I'm gonna throw you down the elevator shaft," I warned Maxie as she laughed and the phone rang a second time. "Answer the god damn thing."

"I have to do everything," Maxie complained as Chi laughed and joined Amy for a search through our book shelf. "Hello? Oh hi Uncle Harold. Yeah she's right here. Shel it's your Dad."

"Hello?" I asked as I took the phone and Anisha, Randi and Laney came back into our room from down the hall, giggling non-stop.

"Shelby is Laney around?" Dad (Harold) asked.

"Right here, why?"

"Well I wanted to talk to you before her because I got some disheartening news about Captain Bryant's condition late this afternoon," Dad explained. "His recovery is not going as well as hoped and he may need to spend several more months in Germany recovering."

"...and then Laney goes, Duh, but did you find it?" Randi finished as I clued into the last part of it.

"OK, you want me to tell Laney?" I asked as the giggling stopped as Laney looked to me and sensed something was up.

"No, I will because I have to ask her what she wants to do for the summer," Dad said as Laney joined me.

"It's for you," I said as Laney nervously took the phone.

"OH hi, Uncle Harry," Laney said as she looked directly at me.

"Stop calling him that!" Randi said as everyone laughed as I blushed.

"Yeah I'm fine..." Laney said and then paused as she heard the news. "...yeah I'll call him later this week. OK. That actually sounds like fun. You sure? I'd rather be here with you guys too. Bye."

"Be here with who?" Randi asked as soon as Laney hung up.

"Shelby and Uncle Harry," Laney announced as I smiled in surprise.

"All summer?" Anisha asked as a huge smile crossed my face as Laney hugged me.

"If you'll have me," Laney said as she rubbed her nose against mine (Eskimo kiss). "So?"

"I'll think about it and let you know in a couple of days," I said as Laney groaned and pushed me away in protest as everyone laughed.
