The sex isn't a major part of it, nor is it graphic. If you're looking for masturbation fodder, look elsewhere. There will be many slow times in this story, just like there are in life. Other times, things will fly at you too fast. There will be boring days, and exciting days. It's just how it's flowing.

*********************************************************************************************

It was just after 3 when we landed at Bangor International Airport. Ted taxied the Phenom to the FBO and we were met by a man who introduced himself as Beta Trent Osborne. For a Beta, the man was very nervous, refusing to make eye contact with any of us. He could scent that Marcus was an Alpha and he, of course, knew I was. He knew Billy was my Beta, and as such, outranked him, and his senses told him he needed to show respect to Joshua too, though I doubt he had any idea why. When I asked about Alpha Martin, his answers were short and only gave away enough information to answer exactly what had been asked.

I learned that Alpha Martin had phased shortly after World War 2, with the return of many vampires from the war and the growth of the shipping industry. He never referred to Alpha Martin as anything but Alpha, and he seemed almost fearful of the man. When I pushed him, he admitted that Alpha Martin was an old fashioned man who had adopted a very conservative view of the world based on his Christian beliefs. Pack members were required church attendance and he held his members to a rather high moral standard.

"Trent, you've danced around issues quite well, and while I hate to do this, I'm ordering you to be honest with me. Does Alpha Martin treat your pack well? Do you look up to him or do you fear him?"

"I can't answer that Alpha, forgive me but I can't be disloyal to my Alpha." Then he got a sly grin and added "Though if you ordered me to let you feed from me, you'd see for yourself, and I'd still not be disloyal Sir."

I understood what he was doing, and I had to respect his loyalty. Until today, I had only fed from three vampires to learn their secrets. I decided Trent was going to be number four. I asked him to pull over somewhere private, and when he did, he joined us in the back of the limo. I asked for his wrist and it only took a few seconds for me to learn what I needed.

"As Alpha of this pack, and a Prince of the Council of Nine, I relieve you of all bonds of service to Alpha Martin. You directly serve me, and my pack, until I say otherwise. Do you accept my judgment Beta Osborne?"

A tear fell from his eye as he said "I understand, and accept Alpha. Thank you."

"Good, now, take us to this restaurant, and act as if the last few minutes didn't happen. Can you do that?"

"Of course Alpha." He replied, as he pulled back onto the road.

Five minutes later we were walking into an upscale restaurant and being shown to a private dining room. At the table sat an overweight man who looked to be in his 50's and a small thin woman in her 40's. Alpha Martin barely acknowledged us as he waved at the chairs, indicating we should sit.

"I've taken the liberty of ordering for you and your friends Greg. I'm hoping we can deal with things quickly and you can be on your way."

I normally didn't care about formalities, but his assuming it was ok to call me Greg set the tone. "That's fine Jon. I'm hoping I can deal with things quickly as well." I reached out to shake his hand and he just stared at it. I nodded at the others to take a seat and I sat opposite Alpha Martin.

"I'll get right to the point. I've run the pack in Maine for almost 80 years and I've done fine without any interference from outside. I plan to continue that, as it suits my lifestyle. You can call yourself my Super Alpha, or whatever you like, or you can have the Council approve my status as a separate pack, but I'm not going to follow orders from one of your kind."

"You have me at a loss Jon, what do you mean `one of my kind'?"

"I can smell your Beta's scent on you kid, I know the things you do with him in bed. And I've heard about your other unnatural mate too. I don't go for that kind of sinful life and I can't allow my pack to be led by someone with no moral foundation. The only reason I'm even meeting you is to get rid of those horrid pups. Somehow, they've been tainted, and they're like you. You're welcome to them, I'll not have them in my house another night."

I heard Billy's growl and I put my hand on his leg to calm him. "I'm sorry to hear about pups that aren't welcome Jon. Of course, I'll provide a home for them, as it seems they're orphans already. Are they here somewhere?"

"Not on your life! I won't be seen in public with them! They will be at the airport waiting for you. And do try to show some respect. I'm Alpha Martin, I don't remember saying you could use a shortened version of my first name."

"Forgive me Alpha. I was just following your lead. You called me Greg so I assumed it was a casual meeting. If you prefer, I'm happy to call you Alpha Martin for the rest of your life." I added a bit of Alpha to my voice and continued "And I would appreciate it if you would address me as Prince, for the rest of your life. I'm certain you're aware of that title?"

His eyes met mine and there was nothing but contempt as he almost spat "Of course, Prince. I won't be saying it often, as I hope to be done with this tonight."

"You can count on us being done with this tonight, Alpha Martin. On that, you have my word."

The food came and it was a shame there was so much tension between us, as the meal was wonderful. We ate in silence, and as the server was clearing the last of the plates, Alpha Martin stood.

"If you'll follow us out, you can be on your way, Prince."

"You can have Beta Osborne take Marcus to the airport. You and I have business to settle so Billy, Josh and I will ride with you so we can get things finalized. I hope to settle all our issues before I get on my plane." I said with a smile.

"This Alpha can Uber to the airport. I don't want you in my car. My wife and I will just ride with you and Trent. My car can pick us up at the airport."

Marcus spoke up "I don't mind riding up front with Beta Osborne my Prince, with your permission?"

"I think that will work Marcus." I turned to Trent "I think I dropped my cell phone earlier when we stopped, could you stop at the same place on the way so we can look for it please?"

Beta Osborne looked at me, understanding what might be about to happen "Of course Alpha, if Alpha Martin doesn't mind?"

"Whatever Trent, just be quick about it. I don't want to spend more time than I need to with these deviants." Alpha Martin said as he almost shoved his wife into the limo, quickly following her.

I had shared my plans with Billy and Josh through the bond, so Josh sat with Mrs. Martin while Billy and I sat closer to Alpha Martin. When the car stopped, we got out to search for my phone. We had been searching for a few minutes when Alpha Martin climbed out of the car and basically shouted for us to give up on the stupid phone. He would be happy to pay for another, just to end this evening.

I turned to face him and said "This evening is over for you Alpha Martin. I find you guilty of being an unlawful Alpha, and a rogue. My judgment is death for you and your mate, sentence to be carried out immediately."

He didn't have time to scream as I shifted to my full King form and grabbed him, ripping into his throat with my fangs. As I drained him, I had hoped his last thoughts would be of his wife or his pups, but sadly, his last thoughts were of regret for not having killed us to protect his power and money. When I dropped his lifeless body to the ground, his wife calmly got out of the car and knelt. She didn't ask for mercy or forgiveness, she just asked me to be quick about it so she could be rid of those deviant pups. Billy and Josh quickly drained her. When they stood, Beta Osborne stepped out of the car and knelt at my feet.

"I am at your mercy Alpha. I am as guilty as they were. I made no effort to stop him, and even helped him over the years. I await your judgment."

"I know of your involvement, Trent Osborne, and I absolve you of all guilt. I have seen your heart and I know the man you are, even if you don't. Help me rebuild this pack and help me help this pack to heal. I don't know if you'll help as the Alpha of this pack, the Beta, or just a repentant member. Only time will tell, but for now, take us to the airport so I can meet these pups. I'll have to return here tomorrow to sort things out with the pack. Can you dispose of this trash, or should I?" I asked, pointing at the two lifeless bodies.

"I can if you wish Sire. Or I can turn my back and pretend to know nothing of your power."

"We will talk of powers when I come back Trent. Lucien will be with me. I'm sure he'll be happy to see you again." I said, then I turned and burned the bodies to ash with a thought. The wind picked up, and as we were driving away, the ashes of two selfish, evil vampires scattered across the Penobscot River.

We pulled into the airport parking lot and parked in an almost empty corner. Billy, Josh, and I were in shredded clothing, and mine was covered in blood. Marcus ran to the plane to get us something to wear while Trent went to talk to the drivers of the two cars waiting to meet us. I listened as he told them they were free of the tyrant. Once we were cleaned up a bit and dressed, both came over to thank me and both swore their loyalty to me and whoever was put in place to lead their pack. Then Trent opened the back of the sedan and two boys slowly got out and came over. They were identical from the straw blond hair that matched Scotts, the sky blue eyes, slightly turned up noses. I finally noticed the slight difference in their freckles.

"Prince Warnick, may I introduce Jesse and Jeremy Martin. Boys, this is Prince Warnick. You're going to live with him now."

"I heard what Beta Trent told the drivers Sir, is it true? Did you really kill Father and Mother?"

I knelt down so I was face to face with the boys and said "I will never lie to you boys, ever. Yes, I killed them both. I hope someday you'll understand why I did it, and forgive me. I'm going to take you two with me and we'll find someone to care for you until you're grown, ok?"

The second boy looked at his brother and said "I told you he wouldn't want us after Father told him what we did."

"Nothing your parents told me affects my feelings boys. I just assumed you wouldn't want to live with me because I killed them."

The first boy spoke up again "They were evil Prince Warnick. I shouldn't say it, but we're glad they're dead. Father told us no one would want us though, because we're an a-bon-i-ma-shun."

"Abomination." The second boy corrected his brother.

"You are no such thing. I don't know the details, and you don't have to tell me, but I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with you boys. Now, how about you tell me which of you is which? So I know who I'm talking to."

The first said "I'm Jesse, he's Jeremy, but Mother and Father never could tell us apart, so it don't matter really.

"Well I have my ways." I said with a grin. "We can talk on the way to your new home, OK?"

Jeremy looked hopeful "You'd really let us live with you? No matter what we did?"

I glanced at Billy and when he nodded I looked both boys in the eyes "Would you boys like to be my sons? You'd have 3 older brothers, a brother your age, 3 younger brothers, an older sister, and our mate is about to have twin girls. Can you handle a family that big?"

Jeremy's face fell and his eyes filled with tears "They won't want us as brothers. Mother said we're deviants."

I pulled both boys into my arms and held them as they cried. "Your mother is gone now, and anything she told you is wrong. You're not deviants. You're sweet little pups, and you're now mine. You have a family that is going to love you exactly as you are."

Their sobs slowly subsided so I pulled back to look into their faces. I pointed to Billy and said "This is Billy. He's my Beta, and he's also one of my mates."

They looked up at Billy in shock as he said "Our other pups call me Papa, but you don't have to if you don't want to."

Jesse and Jeremy looked surprised, then Jeremy asked "Did you say one of my mates? How many do you have?"

Josh smiled and said "I'm Joshua. I'm one of your big brothers. You've met Dad and Papa. Pop and Mom are back home. Do you want to go meet them?"

Both boys smiled and nodded their heads eagerly. I stood and took Jesse's hand as Billy took Jeremy's and we led them to the plane. We got the boys buckled into seats facing Billy and I, and in no time we were in the air, headed home.

As we were approaching Butler airport, my phone rang. "Hello George."

"I'm waiting to meet you when you land. Something's come up and I need your help."
