It's readers like you who keep this sit up. This is a setup story part. Sorry no sex, but there's plenty in part 10. Where should I begin. We kept a tight lid on the secret of Clear Town. We had a full-time team dispelling the rumors of Clear Town. Some were; fountain of youth here. Some were a sex romp. Some were free love take whoever you want. There was a clear Mandate of consensual sex. People were free to say no. Some did. As Clear Town grew so did some of the crazy stories. We did our fair share of dispelling all of them. Even the ones that were true. There were from the beginning clauses in the contract that residence had to sign was not talking about the place to the outside world. We sort of had to have secret police. We had to protect the place from some groups that thought it was wrong. It turned in to a wild place; but on the flip side it was a wonderful place. We did become quite technology smart. He had drone blocking and stopping tech that prevented anyone from spying on us. We also did a background check. We mostly were keeping out people who were clearly criminals. We had to protect our little slice of heaven. As time went on everyone felt the same way protecting us so we could live like we did. No information about what went on got out. The contract lease charter was clear about non-discloser of the goings on in Clear Town. No one wanted to leave once they got here. I went to a few of the clubs. I found the couples club fun. Its part of what I do; just to show myself around town. I also went to gay club. I was so surprised at the stuff going on in that one. I liked most of it. But the rules were clear that edgy stuff was to stay in the club or in a resident. it sometime became too much. It was stopped and the people were asked to go home to finish. We just kept a lid on things to protect those who weren't quite ready for the overly adult stuff. We didn't want kids seeing something they might not be ready for. I'm not sure I want to say what that kind of acts it was. Let's just say it would make most people blush even in Clear Town. This was still a place of families, so people were careful about what they didn't do in the open. I still loved the beach. It wasn't uncommon for me to have 5 or 6 people around me talking. I also took calls and did delt with business as I could. I hated working, but I did my part. There was more staff than there used to be. We had to deal with more people now. I often delegated. Everyone helped keep things moving. We had more businesses' that did on line. More products were now made in Clear Town. The exports brought money in to our local city. It helped a lot to in local government. They even had to admit how we were helping with our products. And they didn't mind the state sales tax either. It soon became a bit of money we paid out in sales tax. But in it all. We tried to keep it friendly and such. I had requests to build an all adult community. I wasn't quite so sure. I had bought a lot of land in other areas. I had also bought enough land to keep us growing. But we ran into a problem with the expansion. Any building more than 4 stories high had to have darken windows; 5th story and higher. That was the height when people could see into our buildings. We were able to protect the town as we had farming on the edges of town to keep people out. Security was always an issue. But it was clear to everyone that entry into Clear Town, was important. Every month we had to add people to the waiting list of a few were rejected. I hated to make people wait. I hated more any rejected. Incurable diseases were sad. A few each month. Considering how fast the town was growing. We now had 280k. We had to refurbish some areas. Security had to be beefed up. We didn't want to turn people away. But we only did it for two basic reasons. Criminal background and incurable diseases. Even if what the person had a crime for and they would be allowed to do the act in Clear Town. We didn't need us accused of harboring criminals. That was just as frustrating as sickness that was uncurable. Ok that all aside Clear town was a great place to live. I going to present a different point of view from a new resident. Next time Tony La Maza will be telling his point of view. I had watched them all 8 of them as they went thru the 2-week process of clearing quarantine. Sorry no sex just set up in this part.
