	When they pulled in Jay looked at the time noticing they had about
an hour till dinner time Jay had the boys jump in his cart. He invited Paul
to come along, but he said he needed to do a few things. So Jay raced
off. Well race is a strong word as the speed limit on club grounds was
15mph.

	Still within a few minutes they stopped outside the family
center. The boys were out of the cart almost before Jay had stopped. He
followed them in at a much more leisurely pace. Jay was not prepared for
the sight that found in the building. There must have been about a hundred
kids either painted or being painted. The first thing he noticed was none
of the mothers used any kind of brush except for detail work.

	It didn't take long to find his boys thanks to a few colorful
heads. As he walked up to them, he noticed all his boys were painted the
same. They looked like they were wearing tuxedos, the only difference was

	As he sat in a chair next to Mandy, Betty came up and handed him a

" I agree the others are already making arrangements. We should be good for

biscuits in the oven and got out a large skillet and dumped the sausage
in. He heated the meat for a few minutes before he started adding milk.

	Before to long the first batch of biscuits was done and a second
batch went in. He was constantly stirring the gravy as it thickened. Just
as he removed it from the heat, Mandy appeared. She used the last of the
coffee to fill her cup, so she refreshed the grounds and added new water
and started it brewing.

	As Jay pulled the last batch of biscuits, Mandy went to collect the

all dished up and sat around the cabin where ever they could fit. As they

outside.

	As he stepped out on to the porch, Paul pulled up. He told him his
friend had time today to move Matt's trailer and car, but they had to hurry

boys what Paul told him. He also promised that if they missed the
activities today, they would do them before they went home. Promising that
if those things wern't available during the week, they would stay an extra
day and leave Saturday afternoon.

	He went to the bedroom and put on his club hoodie and grabbed his
wallet. On his way out the door, he gave instructions for the boys to bring
all of their stuff inside and collapse the tents for the day. He figured if
it was a bad storm they might all end up in the cabin. Jay and paul
unhooked the utility trailer from the van and took off to meet the man at
Matt's old lot.

	As they pulled in, they noticed 2 men loading the car onto a
trailer. One man was older, probably 40, the other was about Jay's age
maybe a few years younger. Paul told him that was Jim and his nephew
Rodger. They got out of the van and walked over. Quick introductions were
made without the two men stopping their work. Soon they had the car on the
trailer and strapped from underneath.

	Jay was turned to look at Matt's trailer and say they could use the
van to pull it, but as he turned he noticed a truck attached to it
already. Jim said they were ready to go and Rodger would bring the car
while he brought the trailer.

	Soon they were pulling back into the valley and they all came to a
stop in front of the cabin. The men all got out and while Jay explained
where he wanted things. First was the car that he just wanted out of the
way and kind of hidden behind the cabin. Rodger jumped in his truck to go
park behind the house. Jim told him he hadn't used that trailer in almost a
year and the car should stay on it so it was off the ground. It would also
be a favor for him, so it was off of his lot for a while.

	Happy with this Jay told Jim how he wanted the trailer
parked. After listening, Jim walked over to the cabin and looked at the
roof line on the left side of the porch. He looked between it and the
trailer a few times and then came back telling Jay that he could do it
there should be about a 4 inch gap. Happy Jay cave the go ahead.

	 Jim got in his truck and pulled up alongside of the cabin as close
as he could without making contact. Jay, Paul, and Rodger took up positions
to watch the parts that Jim couldn't see. It turned out Jay was the only
one needed as he was the one to say stop when the door to the trailer was
almost touching the railing of the porch. Completely satisfied Jay
approached the men as Jim was unhooking his truck for the trailer, while
Rodger lowered the stabilizers for the trailer.

" Thanks for your help what do we owe you?"

" Moving the trailer was a welcome to the club gift. And the car, if you
keep it on the trailer for now and store them both here we can call that
even with a request. Paul said the boy is going to restore it, when its

" Deal. He would love to give you a ride I'm sure. I do have a few

" I have about 20 minutes before I have to be on the other side of the club
so I have like 5 minutes to chat.

" Great. But I don't think it will take that long. Paul said your the shed
guy around here."

" Sure. He already told me you wanted the one of that lot. Rodger and I can
have that moved here in one day."

" Perfect. I'm also looking to have more added to store our toys in. I'm
sure you saw them on the other side of the house, and we will probably get
more overtime."

" I have some drawings and photos I can bring by later in the week and show
you what I think would be best."

" Sounds good we should be here till Friday. As for payment, One of my boys
inherited a full set of power tools and wants to offer them in part for
trade. Does that interest you?"

" Depends on the brand, I'm the maintenance guy around here and I just
hired Rodger as my assistant. We have been trying to convince management to
buy another set of tools so we can get twice the work done, but getting
extra money from them is like pulling teeth."

" They are over in the utility trailer right there. Lets go take a look."

	The 2 men walked across the yard to see the tools. Jim was happy he
said it was the same set he used so they could definitely work them into
the deal. They flagged the other 2 guys over and they started loading them
into Jim's truck. Noticing the sky was starting to darken Jay had one more
thought for Jim.

" Jim, you seem like the guy to ask. Do you know where I can get some
firewood? I didn't realize we were running low till late last night."

" Sure, I have more than you can burn. I have an old trailer that holds
just over a cord for $300. And I can drop it of in about an hour and
tomorrow some time after the storm Rodger can stop by and stack it for you
and pick up the trailer."

" Deal." Jay said as he pulled $400 out of his wallet.

" I said $300."

" I know that for Rodger stacking it tomorrow."

	With all current deals settled. Jim and Rodger took off to get
things done before the storm. Paul said he had to go too, he needed to make
sure Betty was okay, and the office was locked down. Not wanting Paul to
wreck his scooter Jay begged him to take one of the carts. Reluctantly,
Paul agreed. Before he left, he told Jay he should cover the carts and
bikes with a tarp.

	Jay hadn't even thought of that. Remembering they had some at the
club store, he got in a cart and headed for the General store. He rushed
inside and found them. When he did find them, he noticed he wasn't the only
one. Hoping what they had was enough he grabbed the 3 10'x20' tarps of the
shelf. On his way to the register he grabbed some rope, a large pack of
bungee cords, and some ratchet straps.

	He quickly paid and headed to the cart. Before he got in, he
decided to unload his arms and grab a few more things. Back inside he
grabbed a basket and started going up and down the isles. He grabbed some
candles, some decks of cards, a couple board games, a few food items, and a
bunch of batteries. Again he went to the register to check out.

	As the girl was ringing everything up, Jay saw a portable projector
on the shelf behind her. He added that a larger blanket for everyone and a
second hoodie with sweat pant this time. With way more than he intended he
left again this time getting in the cart and heading back to the cabin.
