Chapter 118

Jolan dropped the bags he'd been carrying, Justin holding the door open for him, the two smiling at each other.

Justin set Hayden down from his arms, the boy making a beeline for the living room couches, Jennie and Lonnie following the giggling boy.

"Home sweet home number two, my love." Justin said, pulling Jolan into his arms.

Jolan smiled, the two exchanging a tender kiss.

They parted, Jolan closing the door behind them.

It was the twenty-sixth of February, a little over three weeks after Justin's birthday.

They'd just walked into Justin's condo, arriving back in New York.

It was Friday evening, just after six, Justin having meetings the next week with his clothing firms and other investments.

Rachel had flown in with them as well, the young woman leaving them at the condo, heading to see Daphne.

Jolan, as well, was meeting with his publisher's upper brass, Leo flying in with Ally on Sunday.

His book was steadily climbing the book charts, number seven on the New York Times Best Seller's List as of last week.

The new listing would be out tomorrow, Leo thinking it could go to number five.

Justin's arm went around Jolan's waist, his man smiling at him.

"Yeah, it is our second home. But it's home anywhere you are, sweetie." Jolan said.
Justin smiled, kissing his lover again, the two walking into the living room.

"In New York for my man's birthday! Awesome! And our Jennie's!"

Jolan and Jennie both smiled, the two sitting down, Jennie sitting at Justin's side, Hayden climbing up into his father's lap.

"You gets party, Daddy?"

Jolan smiled, his son snuggling in his arms.

"Daddy and Auntie Jennie just want dinner with you and Poppa that day, my angel."

Justin smiled, he and Jolan already having had this discussion.

Since Jolan was born on leap day, they'd decided to celebrate on February twenty-eighth.

What mattered most to Jolan were the three seated around him.

His Justin, Hay and Jennie.

Lonnie smiled at Jolan and his son, Jolan smiling back.

"Two days without your Ally, Lon. How will you survive?" Jolan said lightheartedly, the large black man smiling.

"Our love transcends distance, Jo. Plus we have our cells. Your connecting our hearts makes our love solid, Jo."
Justin smiled, looking at his lover.

"My Jo connects everyone's love. As the last few weeks have shown." Justin smiled, Jolan smiling, Hayden playing with his toy truck in his lap.

The day after Justin's birthday had seen all their friends together one last time, they then parting.

Jolan had invited them all for breakfast the next morning, planes scheduled out for that evening.

Sitting around him that morning Jolan had seen and taken in all the love--old and new--surrounding him.

Tyrone and Mathias were seated together, their smiled matched in happiness.

Mathias had stayed up for hours after the pool party ended with his brothers and Sid, the four hearing his words of happiness.

How Mathias had instantly been attracted to the rugged black youth, seeing a beauty of emotional love.

Archanians had a sixth sense in regards to soul searching truth.

He'd instantly been drawn to Tyrone's courageous, loving soul.

Love at first sight had captured both.

When they'd returned from the gazebo--their hands together--Jolan and Jennie had seen the love shining in both of their eyes.

Everyone had seen the newness of their love, both young men smiling widely.

Tyrone had gone home with his Uncle Usher when the party ended, Mathias kissing him on the cheek goodnight.

Nick had left at the same time, Jolan sensing his happiness equaled with Usher's.

Jolan's eyes had gone to those two at the breakfast table, seeing their new love shining as well.

He knew it hadn't reached the higher level, both men wanting to slowly heighten that deepness.

And so that day their friends--and families--had departed, the foursome of family left to settle back into their life of happiness.

"How about Chinese for supper, my love? I just want to veg tonight."

"Sure, Jus. It was a long flight. Let's just stay in."

Everyone agreed, tiredness seeping into them all.

Hayden climbed down from his father's lap, Lonnie chasing him into the kitchen, Justin following to order the take-out.

Jolan smiled, his sister moving from her seat, sitting down beside him.

"Your man just wants to snuggle all night, brother."
Jolan smiled, his arm going around Jennie.

"That suits me just fine."
Jennie smiled, Jolan looking into her blue eyes.

"Okay. Out with it, my angel. I sensed your feelings on the plane."
Jennie smiled, knowing her brother had a connection to her mind and her love.

"I just have a feeling of impending truth, Jolan. I sense our coming here now was destined on the path."
Jolan's eyes met hers, Jennie seeing the concern laced within his grey eyes, the young woman patting his knee.

"What do you feel, Jennie? Is it danger?"

Jennie leaned over, kissing his cheek.

"I don't know, Jo. But I do feel a deep strength within our bond. As if it's centering itself."

Jolan nodded, his eyes going over her face, etching her beauty in his soul.

" 'And they of the beast shall join with him. And an evil shall perish in the place intended for him.' "

Jolan stared at Jennie, the words she'd spoken making his eyes widen.

"That is part of the Oracle's prophecy, Jennie!"
Jennie nodded, her blue eyes meeting his.

"For some reason it came into my mind. I think it is part of what I'm feeling."
Jolan's arm tightened around her, the young woman smiling at him.

"I have no fear, my brother. Of beasts nor intended places. I know you will protect me, your love the only protection I need."

Jolan smiled, Jennie kissing his cheek.

Justin walked out of the kitchen, Hayden in his arms, the boy smiling, Lonnie following them.

"The food's ordered, babe." Justin said, sitting down beside him, Hayden climbing into Jennie's lap.

"You need to get out of these traveling clothes, Hay. Time for shorts and tees, right?"
The boy grinned, clapping his hands and nodding, Jennie getting up, carrying the boy down the hallway, Lonnie following her with Hayden's suitcase.

Jolan felt Justin snuggle against him, a smile coming to his face.

"I love you, Jo. I'm happiest in your arms."
Jolan smiled, both of his arms going around his Jus, Justin's head now on his chest.

Jolan's eyes looked towards the hallway, his grey eyes softly glowing yellow.

"How about these, Jo? Anything catch your eye?" Justin said, the two smiling at each other.

The woman behind the glass case smiled at both men.

"These selections just arrived from Europe, Mr. Timberlake. They are classical pieces, very old." she smiled, Justin smiling at her, Jolan's eyes staring within the glass case.

The two men were in Tiffany's jewelry store, selecting a gift for Jennie's birthday.

It was Saturday afternoon, the two out shopping, Lonnie standing near the door, his eyes scanning everyone.

Jennie was out shopping herself, with Daphne and Rachel.

Jolan knew she was probably shopping for something for him, the young man smiling, his eyes scanning the jewelry.

"Likes dat one, Daddy! Auntie Jennie woulds wuv it!" Hayden said, his small finger pointing, the boy in Justin's arms, the woman smiling at the child.

"Which, Hay?" Justin said, the boy leaning down, pointing to something Jolan's eyes hadn't seen yet.

Jolan's grey eyes stared at the piece Hayden had zoned in on, the piece surprising him.

He stared at it in silence, Justin looking at him.

"That piece, the last one on the lower left tray. Could I see it?"
The woman looked surprised, unlocking the back side of the glass case, pulling out the bottom velvet tray, bringing it up onto the top of the case.

"It's rather an unusual piece, Mr. Dragos. Our jewelers were surprised by its design, and the stones' clarity. Its center stones are yellow diamonds, very rare indeed. The outer design is twenty-four karat gold." she said, Jolan leaning forward, gently picking up the piece, staring at it.

Jolan turned it over, seeing a small marking on its back's center.

Justin's eyes met Jolan's, Justin seeing the surprise in Jolan's grey eyes.

"It's the perfect design, miss. My sister will love its symbolism and beauty. We'll take it."

The woman smiled, looking into his grey eyes.
"It is very expensive, Mr. Dragos." she said, Jolan listening as she told him the price, Jolan nodding.

"My sister deserves this, at any cost."
The woman smiled, lost in the beauty of his handsome face, her eyes scanning the young man standing before her.

"She's very lucky to have such a loving brother."
Justin looked at her, his hand going in Jolan's.

"And I'm lucky to have them both." he said, the woman smiling at him, softly blushing.

"I'll wrap it up for you, Mr. Dragos. It will be just a few minutes."
Jolan smiled, handing the woman his credit card, the woman smiling back, returning the tray to the locked glass case, walking away with the piece.

Justin smiled at Jolan, Jolan leaning in to his lover.

"Your softness of jealousy stokes the fires of my heart, my simmering angel."

Justin softly blushed, knowing Jolan had sensed his feelings towards the woman's obvious ogling of Jolan's beauty.

"Your beauty entices everyone, my Jo. How shall I ever handle that?" he softly said, Jolan smiling at him.

"By knowing it is yours alone."
Justin beamed, Jolan lightly kissing his lips.

Jealousy would always be a concern for him, knowing his man's shining beauty would attract gazing eyes.

He knew his man wanted only him, no others would ever change that.

But still Justin felt he'd always have a little jealousy deeply hidden within him.

Just as he knew his lover--as he now had just done--would wash those concerns away.

He also loved the fact that they now could be tender and intimate in public, the man seeing several people looking towards their showing love, his heart filling with pride.

Pride at the man standing beside him, and the love he now showed openly for him.

The two walked around, Justin's eyes scanning several other cases, Jolan walking up to Lonnie, Hayden now in his arms.

Justin stopped at a case, staring at something that had caught his eye.

Another employee walked up to him, Justin still staring into the case.

"Anything else we could help you with, Mr. Timberlake?"

Justin's eyes raised, their blueness looking over towards Jolan, his man's back to him, talking to Lonnie.

Justin's eyes returned to the clerk, the man staring at him with a smile.

"Yes, that item laid out on the black velvet. I'd like it, please. It's perfect for my Jolan."

The man smiled, beginning to open the case to show Justin the item up close.

"No, it's not necessary for me to view it, I know he'll love it. Can you please charge it for me discreetly, and have it wrapped? I don't want my Jolan to see it. It's a birthday gift for him."
The man nodded, his eyes going towards the young man by the door.

"I'm sure he'll love it. He's very lucky." the man said, Justin's eyes meeting his.

"No, I'm the lucky one. I'd like it engraved as well."
The man nodded, handing Justin a small notepad.

Justin quickly scribbled out what he wanted, the man smiling at him.

"Thank you, Mr. Timberlake. I'll have it ready in moments. And I'll discreetly give it to you."

Justin nodded, the man taking the piece out from the case, grabbing Justin's note and his credit card.

His face wore another enticing smile, the man's eyes briefly scanning Justin.

The man left, heading into the back to engrave the piece, Justin smiling to himself.

The man's obvious flirtatious eyes held no concern for him, his thoughts on only his Jolan.

Justin smiled, sensing he'd just found the perfect gift for his Jo.

Lonnie smiled, his driver's door closing, his friends now in the vehicle with him.

They were in the underground garage of Justin's building.

It was now close to seven o'clock, the group heading out for a quiet dinner at Dominoso's.

Daphne and Rachel had returned with Jennie, a half hour after her brothers had returned to the condo.

Daphne had invited them all to her grandfather's restaurant for dinner, Jolan loving the idea.

"Grandfather's cooking always brings joy to my heart." he'd said, his sister kissing his cheek.

"We'll meet you there for seven then, Jo." she'd said, Rachel's arm around her.

They'd all changed, the family of three now seated in the back of Justin's SUV, Jennie in the front seat with Lonnie.

Carlos had greeted them all in the garage, opening the vehicle's doors for them.

"Wonderful to have you back, Justin and Jolan." he smiled, Justin smiling at him.

"Thanks, Carlos. Have all my arrangements been made?"

Jolan looked at Justin, his man smiling at him.

"I'm buying a new car, Jo. For running around New York."

Jolan looked surprised, Carlos smiling at him.

"Another car, Jus? You have two here already!" Jolan said, looking at the SUV and a Mercedes-Benz parked on its other side.

"I love cars, Jo. You know that."
Jolan shook his head, Justin laughing.

Carlos smiled at both, waving to all of them as Lonnie drove the SUV out of the garage.

He stared after them, his cell phone in his jacket pocket going off.

He answered it, surprised at the voice on the other end.

"Hello, sexy. It's surprising to hear your voice."

"I'm back in town. Let's meet."
"Isn't that risky? What with you on the run?"
Brandon Diablo's voice sounded seductive on the other end.

"I'm safe. I've got some good friends hiding me."

Carlos' tongue went across his lips.

"Friends? More of your beautiful friends?"

"Yes, Carlos. And they're anxious to meet you."

The Hispanic attendant smiled to himself, feeling his center hardening.

"Okay, Brandon. I'm game for more fun. I don't care if you're hiding. I plan on hiding my dick in your ass."
Carlos pulled out a notepad, writing down an address Brandon gave him.

"I'm done at nine, I'll meet you there. Is Natty there as well?"

"Yes, he's got something wonderful to give you."

Carlos smiled, remembering the tightness of the young man's ass.

"I've got something for him as well, he loves its hardness already."
"See you soon."
The phone disconnected, Carlos smiling, rubbing his center.

"Fun, fun, fun." He smiled, looking at Justin's other car, his smile now lustfully widening.

"Your on my list, Timberlake. You're going to enjoy me as well."

Lonnie parked the vehicle just down the street from Dor de Casa, the restaurant visible, his eyes going to the entrance.

He sighed, looking back into the backseat.

"Looks like they know you're in town, Jus. Leeches, front and center."
Justin's eyes went down the street, seeing several people waiting outside the restaurant, cameras around their necks.

"Part of our life now, my love." Jolan said, kissing his cheek.

"I know, Jo."

Jolan nodded, Hayden smiling up at him, the boy between them.

"Sees Gampa Domo, Daddy?"

Jolan smiled, unlocking his son's seatbelt.

"Yes, Hay. Dinner with Gampa Domo."
Hayden climbed into Jolan's lap, Justin smiling at both.

"Let's go, Jus. The sooner we're through them the better."
Everyone smiled, Justin's eyes going to Lonnie's.

Lonnie pulled out his phone, dialing the restaurant.

He hung up after a few words, looking back at Justin and Jolan.

"Domo's at the front door and ready. We go straight through, focusing on that door." he smiled, Jolan nodding.

Lonnie got out of the vehicle, walking around it, opening Jennie's door, then the back door.

Everyone climbed out, Lonnie smiling, his eyes looking forward.

Jolan had Hayden in his arms, Justin at his side, Jennie right in front of them.

Lonnie walked beside them, his eyes going forward.

The group crossed the street, walking towards Jolan's grandfather's restaurant.

The surrounding paparazzi finally saw them as the group walked towards the entrance.

In a flash they were surrounding the six, cameras going off, reporters shouting questions at them.

"Are you in New York to get married, Justin?!"

"Jolan! Jolan! Is Justin adopting your son?"

"Jennie! Are you and Justin's brother engaged?"

The group ignored the questions, although Jennie seemed surprised by the question directed at her, Justin's arm going around her.

The next question stopped Justin in his tracks, his eyes going to the reporter whose voice echoed above the others.

"Word out of L.A. is that Jolan is becoming a bigger celebrity than you, Justin. Are you threatened by that or his hotter looks?"

Justin stared into the blue eyes of Tim Baxter, the reporter smiling at him and Jolan.

Jolan's eyes had already drawn out the man from the pack, his arm going around Justin.

"Don't stop, Jus. Dinner awaits." he said, Justin's feet beginning to move again.

His eyes were still on the reporter, Lonnie putting himself between the man and Justin, the group slowly walking forward, the door of the restaurant opening.

Domo stood there, two of his waiters and the bartender at his side.

The group smiled, the three men forming a line behind them, facing the reporters, the group walking into the restaurant.

They stood inside the entrance, the last man closing the door behind them, Jolan thanking them, all three smiling and returning into the restaurant, Jolan then hugging his grandfather.

"Welcome back, my grandson and granddaughter. And my great-grandson Hay!" the older man said, kissing all of them, Justin included.

Justin smiled at the older man, Domo winking at him.

"Come my children, love awaits!" Domo said, Jolan smiling at him, the group walking from the front doorway into the restaurant, Jolan and Jennie stopping in surprise.

"Happy Birthday, fellow Dragosans!"

The two stood in shocked surprise, all their family and friends standing before them.

Jennie screamed with happiness, rushing forward, enveloped in her father's arms, her mother kissing her cheek.

Jolan tearfully smiled, seeing before him his family, his eyes going to Justin.

"Hey, wasn't my idea! I totally was in on it, but it wasn't my idea!" he grinned, Jolan tearfully looking at him, Justin seeing his surprised emotions.

Jolan was immediately pulled into his mother's arms, Melina smiling at him.

"Happy Birthday, my son. "
Jolan softly began to sob, Justin's hand going to his back.

"I. . .I never thought I'd hear those words again. . .not after the last. . ."

Melina arms were joined with Joel's, their son wrapped in their love.

"This is the birthday you'll remember, Jolan. This birthday is surrounded by love, as have all the others been before that horrific one." Melina said, Jolan's tear-stained face sinking into her chest, Melina smiled, gently guiding her son into Justin's waiting arms.

Justin held him as Jolan gradually calmed down, everyone in the room wiping their eyes, knowing the depth of emotion in the young man.

Jolan calmed down, his head raising, looking around the room.

"Okay, who's idea was this?" Jolan said, wiping his teary face.

Morgan Dragos walked up to the family, his face covered in a wide smile.

"It was mine, Jolan. Now as patriarch of the Dragosan family, I felt a celebration of our lives was in order. We are all celebrating a birthday."
Jolan smiled, remembering that all the Dragosan lineage was born on February twenty-ninth for some ritualistic reason.

"Happy birthday, Uncle Morgan." Jolan smiled, Morgan smiling at him.

"Happy birthday, Father." Jolan smiled, Joel's arm still around his son, the man kissing his cheek.

Calen and Simus walked up to them, Krayos and the three Archanian youths walking with them.

"Happy birthday to you Uncle Simus and Uncle Calen as well. And to you, Krayos, Athos, Isaiah and Mathias."

"Happy birthday, Jolan, and Jennica." they all said, Jolan hugged by all of them, Jennie receiving hugs as well, all exchanging birthday greetings, Justin standing beside Jolan and his father.

Everyone else in the room surrounded the birthday celebrants, Jolan smiling at hugging friends, kisses exchanged.

All their inner circle was there, as well as other dear friends and relatives.

The boybanders, Britney and her boys, Chace, Nick, Usher and Tyrone, Leo and Auntie Gee, Kelly, Briahna, Bill and Sid, as well as Ally, Rachel, Daphne, Jordan, Deidra and Juan Defalco with Benjamin in their arms.

Trace, Cindy, Shelly, Henry and Vera and Elijah Fontaine filled out the gathering of friends.

"If everyone will take a glass, I believe a toast is in order." Domo said, everyone's eyes going to him.

Everyone smiled, Daphne and Rachel walking around with trays, everyone taking a glass of champagne, lemonade for the kids.

"Your eminence, you have the floor." Domo said, bowing his head in respectful honor to Morgan.

Morgan Dragos bowed in return, his grey eyes going around the room.

"Please everyone, allow me to propose a toast. This day means so much to me. For today I truly feel that I am the head of my family once again. This time guided by love."
Krayos was tearfully smiling at his father, Eli's arm around him, Jolan smiling at his uncle, Morgan smiling at his son and then around at everyone.
"Today we celebrate the birthdays of the Dragosan clan. The ten souls of heritage, truth and love. No greater love have I ever received than the rejoining of my brothers' love. I owe that to one man, my loving nephew Jolan, the last to join this celebration. Your love connects all of us, Nephew."
Jolan smiled, Morgan's tear-filled eyes staring at him.

"You have made us a family again, Jolan. Today we celebrated our days of birth, but we also celebrate our days of rejoining love. Happy birthday to all of us. And thank you for your joining love. We carry it now in all our hearts. A toast to your love, and to our love surrounding us!"

Everyone cheered, raising their glasses, Jolan smiling at his uncle, his lover's arm going around him, the group tasting the sweet champagne and lemonade.

"The celebration continues! Food, drink, happiness and love!" Domo said, everyone smiling, hugs and kisses exchanged with everyone.

Jolan smiled, Morgan putting his arm around him.

Jolan smiled, Justin's arm now around him, the two chatting with Krayos and Eli.

Dinner was over, everyone pleasantly filled on Domo's rich cuisine.

A large cake had been brought out, Daphne's creation; Lonnie, Josh and Trace carrying it out for her.

The ten Dragosans had surrounded it, smiling at the icing-decorated words of love written on top:

                       Happy Birthday

                   To a Family of Love

May Its Warmth Brighten Our Days

The ten together blew out the ten candles circled around the writing.

Jennie stood in their center, her smiling face bringing happiness to all her family surrounding her.

Jolan's eyes wore tears of happiness, Justin guiding him to their friends, the young man making the rounds around the room.

Here now he stood with Krayos and Eli, the two young men smiling at him.

"Father's never been so happy, Jolan. It's like he's been given a new life. I've never known him to be so happy." Krayos said, Eli's smiling face watching his man.

"He has himself back, Krayos. He's finally free of the evil that surrounded him. You have your father back, right where he should be. We all will now bask in his love, strength and guidance. Our family has its champion once again."

"And that family now has its love, as we all do."
Jolan smiled, Vera Fontaine walking up to the four men, Eli smiling at his grandmother, her arm going around him.

"Hello, Vera. The day finds you well?" Jolan said, the woman leaning forward and kissing his cheek.

"I am better than I have ever been, Jolan. You have given me the gift of sight, and I have seen so much!"
Jolan softly blushed, Justin smiling at his lover's usual shyness around thanks.

"That's wonderful, Vera. I hope you're enjoying New York?"
The woman smiled, her face radiating happiness.

"I was born and lived all my life in a small English village, Jolan. Here now I stand in the heart of this gigantic city. But still the essence of all is love. Love surrounds us and makes us happy."
Everyone smiled, Jolan smiling as his grandfather walked up to them.

"The music is starting, my friends. May I have the first dance, Mrs. Fontaine?"
Vera smiled, the man smiling back at her, she offering him her hand, the two walking to the dance floor.

"Wow, Gramma dancing? I've never seen her do that!" Eli said, Krayos' arm going around him.

"Love makes us do wonderful things, Eli." Jolan smiled, his hand going in Justin's.

"Care to trip the lights fantastic, my dancing stallion?"
Justin grinned, pulling Jolan onto the dance floor.

The night had been a wonderful event, everyone enjoying themselves immensely.

Jolan had talked and chatted with everyone, Justin not far from his side, seeing the happiness on his lover's face.

The earlier moment of remembered emotion had been destroyed behind the love and family happiness Jolan had been plunged into.

The smile on his face said it all.

Jolan had his family again, his life was fulfilled.

Hayden had run around, followed by his three friends, the boy screaming with happiness, his happiness bringing smiles to everyone.

There had been no requirement of gifts, the ten happy with the love they had been given.

Towards ten o'clock, the music had died down, Josh and Chace walking into the center of the room, asking for quiet, everyone quieting down.

Chris, Joey, Lance and Justin had joined the two men, their smiles widening.

"If we could have everyone's attention, we'd like Jolan to come up here." Chace said, Jolan smiling, standing up.
Jolan had been sitting at a table, his arm around his mother, he and his father chatting.

Hayden climbed into his aunt's lap, Jennie smiling down at him.

"Daddy gets wuv." he smiled, his eyes going to his father.

Jolan smiled at the six men standing in front of him, Chace walking up to him.

"Tonight you are surrounded by family, Jolan. But the core of the love you feel in this room shines brightest from the heart that you own. From your Justin. This here now is a gift he wants to give you. And he wants the four of his musical heart to sing with him. The five together give you this song, your Justin's love entrenched within the words. Listen and celebrate your own happiness and his in these words. Happy Birthday, Jolan. From your Jus and your friends of musical love."
Jolan stood in silent surprise, soft music beginning to play, his Justin walking up to him slowly, his four friends of music at his side.

"This song we didn't write, Jo. But the words sung are words from my heart."

Jolan nodded, his eyes on all five, a group of once-joined musicality singing now for only him.

Justin's voice began, the other four joining in the choruses, everyone surrounding them hearing their unbroken harmony.

It's hard for me to say the things
I want to say sometimes
There's no one here but you and me
And that broken old street light
Lock the doors
We'll leave the world outside
All I've got to give to you
Are these five words when I

Thank you for loving me
For being my eyes
When I couldn't see
For parting my lips
When I couldn't breathe
Thank you for loving me
Thank you for loving me

I never knew I had a dream
Until that dream was you
When I look into your eyes
The sky's a different blue
Cross my heart
I wear no disguise
If I tried, you'd make believe
That you believed my lies

Thank you for loving me
For being my eyes
When I couldn't see
For parting my lips
When I couldn't breathe
Thank you for loving me

You pick me up when I fall down
You ring the bell before they count me out
If I was drowning you would part the sea
And risk your own life to rescue me

Lock the doors
We'll leave the world outside
All I've got to give to you
Are these five words when I

Jolan was in tears, every beautiful note echoing in his soul, their voices joined in their love for him, tears flowing down his cheeks.

Justin's hands joined with his, his blue eyes staring into Jolan's grey, their love flowing.

Thank you for loving me
For being my eyes
When I couldn't see
You parted my lips
When I couldn't breathe
Thank you for loving me

When I couldn't fly
Oh, you gave me wings
You parted my lips
When I couldn't breathe
Thank you for loving me
Thank you for loving me
Thank you for loving me
Oh, for loving me

"Happy Birthday, my love." Justin said, Jolan falling into his arms, the love and happiness within his soul moving him to tears.

Everyone in the room surrounding the five, the five singers beaming with happiness, Jolan in their center, their love his.

The evening ended, hugs and kisses exchanged, Jolan and Justin inviting everyone to their place for brunch the next day, everyone leaving in smaller groups, the paparazzi still evident outside the restaurant, the group of gawkers seemingly having increased.

Justin had looked out the front doors a couple of times, seeing the press still steadfastly waiting outside.

"Lonnie's going to bring the car right up front, my love. We'll be in and out in moments." Jolan said, Justin smiling at him.

Jolan had known that Baxter's presence had upset him a bit, that fact not made known to their friends, Jolan knowing well Chris' and Joey's stance in regards to that man.

The last thing Jolan wanted was a confrontation with that man.

The groups left in smaller numbers, the restaurant slowly emptying, Jolan hugging Domo goodbye.

Jolan's parents were coming back to the condo with them, Justin insisting they stay with him.

"I love you, Grandfather! Thank you for your food and your love!" Jolan said, Domo hugging his grandson, Joel and Melina smiling.

"See you tomorrow, Jolan." he said, wiping his eyes, Melina kissing her father's cheek.

"Goodnight, Dad." she said, Joel smiling at the older man, Hayden sound asleep in his grandfather Joel's arms.

The group heard the horn blaring outside, Justin looking through the glass window on the door.

Lonnie stood on the passenger side of the SUV, his arms folded, the surrounding paparazzi glaring at him, seeing the defiance and determination in the large man's stance.

"Through the looking glass, Alice." Jolan said, Justin laughing, Jolan smiling at him.

They joined hands, Jolan opening the door, the group walking out into the flashing cameras.

They walked towards the SUV, cameras flashing, voices around them reaching a crescendo.

Joel's arms were around Hayden, Melina at his side, the boy's head laying against his grandfather's chest.

Jolan and Justin walked together, Jennie between them.

Lonnie had walked forward, the large man having already opened the passenger doors.

A reporter stepped out in front of them, a cameraman beside him.

Jolan and Justin stopped briefly, staring at Tim Baxter.

"Are you happy, Justin? What with Jolan's newfound success and overshadowing intellect?"

Justin's face tightened, Jolan looking quickly at him.

"Jolan and I are equal in our success and happiness." Justin said, staring at the man.

The man grinned, his eyes going between the two.

"You really are blond, Timberlake. You haven't heard the news? Jolan's book just hit number one today!"
Justin face now flushed with anger at Baxter's comment, Jolan's hand squeezing his.

Baxter moved forward, his hand going to Jolan's shoulder, leering at him.

"Gay and famous! And with your own boytoy, Dragos!"

Jolan was surprised by the news, suddenly sensing the man's hand leave his arm going lower, squeezing his left butt cheek.

The surrounding reporters weren't aware of the man's advances, only one other person zoning in on it.

"Congrats on both counts, Dragos." Baxter grinned, his face turning towards Justin's, a fist meeting his gaze.

The reporter fell backwards, the force of Justin's punch knocking him flat on his ass.

Jolan focused on the scene before him, his arm wrapping around Justin, pulling him back.

Lonnie was at their side, Jolan's eyes meeting Justin's.

"Let's go, everyone." he said, Lonnie moving them forward, Jolan pushing Justin away from the man laying on the ground, cameras going off throughout all the drama.

They reached the SUV, everyone climbing into it.

Jolan's arms were around his Justin, Justin's head lowered.

Lonnie pulled the vehicle out, reporters surrounding them, Lonnie building up speed, leaving them behind.

"Oh, Jus. Why did you do that?" Jolan said, his arm tightening around his lover.

"I saw where his hand went, Jo. He was touching you! I will never let anyone hurt you like that!" Justin said, his blue eyes meeting Jolan's grey.

"My hero, my knight in shining armor." Jolan softly said.

Justin softly smiled, Jolan leaning forward kissing his lips.

"I'm sorry, Jo. I shouldn't have hit him, but I just couldn't stand the thought of him touching you."
Jolan nodded, looking into his blue eyes.

"I know, my love. You stood up for me and I thank you for that."
"This is going to explode, Jo. What have I done?"
Joel leaned forward, seated behind the two men, Hayden buckled beside him.

"You stood up for your loved one, Justin. No one will ever fault you for that. I, too, saw what the man was doing. I'm just sorry you got to him before I could, or he'd be unconscious."

Jolan smiled, hearing the protective fatherly love in his father's voice.

"It's so nice to know so many would stand up for me." Jolan said, everyone in the vehicle smiling at him, Lonnie and Jennie in the front seat looking back, Lonnie's eyes in the rearview mirror.

"We all love you, Jolan. All of us would fight to see you safe." Lonnie said, Jolan smiling at the big man.

"Take us home, Lon." he said, Justin snuggling beside his man.

Carlos was in a bad position, and he knew it.

Things hadn't gone quite as he'd expected.

In fact they'd gone terribly wrong.

The man lay on a mattress, his body aching from the onslaught of what he'd walked into.

He'd left work after nine, going to the address Brandon had told him over the phone.

It was a relatively upscale New York apartment complex, the building very luxurious.

He'd been buzzed in, taken to an elevator and had risen several floors before exiting the elevator.

He'd walked down a hallway, rapping on a set of double doors, the doors opening.

Standing in the doorway was Nathan Livingstone.

Nathan smiled at the Latino man, Carlos' eyes going up and down his body.

"Hello again, Nathan. How's our slut?"
Nathan's face was covered in a soft smile, the man opening the door for him, Carlos walking into the room.

His eyes scanned around, seeing the opulence of the room, the place indeed luxurious.

"So where's our friend Brandon? Or do I have you to myself for a while?"
Nathan smiled, pointing to a couch, Carlos sitting down, Nathan sitting across from him in a high back wing chair.

"Why so far away, Natty? Get over here slut!"

Nathan's eyes changed, a soft yellowish hue glowing in them.

"I believe you're sadly mistaken, my young friend. It is not I that tonight shall be the slut."

Carlos' eyes stared at Nathan, the man's eyes staring back, a striking determination in his eyes.

"What the hell are you talking about? Brandon invited me for fun with some of his new friends."

Nathan smiled, the man's smile widening.

"Oh, Brandon has new friends. He's been entertaining them all week. Why don't you look in that room behind you."

Carlos' eyes turned, seeing a room behind him, its door closed.

The young man stood up slowly, his eyes going to Nathan, the man still seated.

Carlos walked around the couch, slowly going up to the door, looking back once at Nathan, then slowly opening the door, looking into the room.

He stood in stunned silence, staring at a scene right out of a lecherous porn movie.

Brandon Diablo was hanging from a leather sling in the middle of the room, the young man surrounded by at least twenty men.

All around the young singer men were engaged in lewd acts of sexual depravity.

And the singer himself was in the center of a four man debacle.

His ass, mouth and own cock were being used.

A young man sat on top of him, Brandon's center inside him, another man behind him, a bearish large trucker type, deeply embedded in Brandon's ass.

Brandon's mouth was full of another large black man's lengthy phallus.

Carlos' eyes scanned the whole room, seeing young and old in the acts of man love.

Nathan's hand went to Carlos' shoulder, spinning the man around.

"As you can see, our Brandon isn't quite the man you knew before, Carlos. He's lessened in his dominance. It didn't take long for me to break him in."

Carlos' brown eyes stared at Nathan, the young man's hand going to the man's throat.

"I remember every moment of the last time we met, Carlos. Every hurtful moment. I should now take my revenge out on you, making every inch of your body ache."
Carlos struggled, not believing the strength in the man's hand.

The young man smiled, releasing his grip on the young attendant.

"But the past is the past. I have a different perspective on life now.  I am focused on only one thing. One thing that you're going to help me with." Nathan said, the man rubbing his throat.

"What do you. . .what do you want from me?"

Nathan smiled, his eyes going to the large black man standing in front of Brandon, the man grinning.

He pulled his cock out of Brandon's mouth, the young man gasping.

"Please. . .please Nathan! Make them stop! I'm so sore. . .I'm numb!!" Brandon pleaded, Carlos staring at his friend.

"I'd like to introduce you to someone, Carlos." Nathan said, his body turning, Carlos' eyes following Nathan's gaze.

Standing in the living room was an older man, strikingly handsome, in his mid-thirties.

"This is my once guiding truth, Carlos." Nathan smiled, the man walking up to the two men.

"Hello, Carlos. It is a pleasure to meet you finally. Our Brandon has finally guided you to us. For you are a man of venerable worth."
Carlos stared at the man, the man's green eyes staring at him.

The man leaned forward, kissing Nathan on the lips, the young man smiling at him.

"This is my former master, Carlos. I'd like you to meet Richard Thornton."

Carlos' eyes widened, the man smiling at him.

"Ah, I see the man's heard of me. Yes, Carlos. I am whom you think I am."

Carlos backed up, his back going against the door frame.

"What. . .what do you want from me?"
Richard grinned, his hands going out, going to Carlos' shoulders.

"I want you to give me what I need."
"What. . .what's that?" he said, staring into the green orbs of madness before him.

"If you give me what I need, I shall give you what you desire."

Carlos' eyes looked confused, the man's hands releasing him.

"The true master feels your fantasies, Carlos. I know you want Timberlake. What if I said I could get him for you?"
Carlos' eyes widened again, looking at Nathan.

"What do you want from me?"
Richard smiled, staring into his brown eyes.

"I want only one thing, Carlos. Your providing me with it shall get you what you want."
Carlos looked confused.

"You bring me her, and I'll have him. Then the other is all yours."
Carlos still looked confused.

"Her? You mean Jennie?"

Richard smiled, patting the young man's shoulder.

"You're very smart, Carlos. I do indeed want her. And you'll get her for me. And having her, the other one will follow. Then I'll have them both again."
"I. . .I can't just take her! She's surrounded by all of them!"

Richard's eyes changed, looking towards Nathan.

"Tsk, tsk. I don't like someone questioning what I demand of them. I think we need to show you that we mean business, Carlos. Donovan, come here."

The large black man who stood beside a sobbing Brandon smiled, walking towards the three men.

Carlos stared at the large man, his erect phallus swaying before him as he walked up to them.

"We have fresh meat for you, Donovan. But this time I think I'll join you."
The large man grinned, Richard starting to open his shirt, Carlos moving out of the room, Nathan's hands grabbing him.

"Nathan shall not touch you, Carlos. Something else shall give you the focusing truth you deserve." Richard smiled, Nathan's eyes bright yellow now.

"Please. . .Nate! I. . .I don't want this. . .I'm sorry!"

Nathan's hand went to his throat again, staring into his brown panicky eyes.

"Do you think I wanted it that night?!" he said, his face covered in anger, Carlos' eyes widening seeing the man's face changing.

"What. . .what are you??"
"I am going to be your master, Carlos. As I now am Brandon's and all of these servants of lust." Nathan said, his face changing quickly, the wolfen soul coming out of him.

Carlos screamed, trying to fight the beast now revealing itself before him, Richard and Donovan's arms holding him.

Nathan's clothes ripped, his hairiness revealing itself.

Carlos' eyes widened in fear, the beast moving forward, ripping off the man's clothes, pulling the man down onto the floor, Carlos' screams muffled by the large black phallus disappearing into his mouth.

Here now it was the dawning hours of the next morning, Carlos laying on a mattress in the corner of the room.

His tired eyes slowly looked around the room, seeing men still fornicating, small groups and twosomes still moving in thrusting motions.

Brandon lay beside Carlos, the man sound asleep, exhaustion having taken its toll on him.

Carlos had taken his own turn in the sling, every man in the room having a session with him there.

But nothing had been as painful as the monstrous wolf that had leapt upon him.

Carlos had never experienced such mind-numbing pain as the largeness of that beast's center entering him.

The monster that was Nathan had truly claimed him as his own.

Carlos moaned, hearing two sets of feet walking up to his bed, his brown eyes looking up, staring up into Nathan's yellowish eyes, the hairy beast standing above him.

Beside Nathan stood another man, his form large and domineering.

His eyes were the blackest Carlos had ever seen.

"Hello, new child of Badenwolf claim. My name is Fagin."

Carlos stared up at the man, seeing his eyes changed.

"Please. . .please don't touch me. . .I can't. . ."

The man smiled, leaning down and patting the man's naked shoulder.

"I'm not going to hurt you, son. I'm going to own you."

Carlos stared up into the man's now red eyes, becoming lost in their dominance.

Behind the man Nathan smiled, staring down at his new vessel of worth.

Good, Carlos. I now lay claim to you in my master's name.

And I'll use you for my benefit as well.

You shall take her, but you'll also bring me what I need.

I am coming Lance, I am coming.

The man smiled, Fagin Greymount standing up, Carlos now standing up at his side.

Fagin smiled at the Badenwolf in front of him, Nathan's yellow eyes changing, the man now returning to his youthful muscular form.

"Good, my servant of beastly beauty. Your master is pleased. You may use him for your purposes as well as mine. I am happy that someone has ignited the lust in my Badenwolf's soul. He shall bring you much happiness. I like my pets happy."
Nathan nodded, the older man smiling, looking around the room.

"A wonderful party, Richard." the man smiled, Richard Thornton smiled at him from another mattress, two young men between his legs.

Fagin's eyes went to Carlos, the young man laying down on the bed, his hand going to Brandon's shoulder, shaking him.

Brandon's blue eyes opened, looking up into Fagin's black eyes.

"Welcome home, Brandon. It has been a long time since I feasted upon your beauty. Come Nathan, taste your Latin beauty, and I shall reacquaint myself with our lost friend."

Brandon screamed, the man upon him, Nathan staring at the two.

He felt a man's hand going to his own center, Nathan's eyes looking down into Carlos' blank brown eyes.

"I am yours to guide, master."
Nathan smiled, his thoughts on what this man would do for him.

For him and his Lance.
