Chapter 165

Justin’s voice filled the late afternoon’s quietness, everyone standing at their seats.

Everyone smiled, looking towards the ends of the aisles

We've only just begun to live

White lace and promises

A kiss for luck and we're on our way

(We've only begun)

Before the rising sun, we fly
So many roads to choose
we’ll start out walking and learn to run
and yes, we've just begun

Everyone smiled, seeing a small girl dressed in white walking down the central aisle, Rosa Sharon smiling, carrying her basket, the girl tossing rose petals ahead of her, people taking pictures of her beaming face, the small angel smiling widely, continuing to create a flowery path of love.

On the left aisle, Joey’s daughter Briahna walked, she with a basket as well, cascading flower petals ahead of her.

Joey and Kelly both smiled, taking in her youthful happiness, she in a white dress as well.

On the right aisle, Trish walked, the young woman in a slim white gown, Andrew’s eyes locked on her radiating beauty.

She was throwing rose petals as well from a basket, the three young women beaming with happiness.

Josh smiled, playing a guitar beside Justin, his eyes on two violet pools at the end of the central aisle behind Rosa Sharon.

Lucas walked the central aisle his arm in Adam’s.

Adam’s parents stared at their son from the front pew, his mother wiping her eyes as he walked with Lucas down the central aisle.

Josh smiled, seeing the look of total happiness on his soulmate’s handsome face, it only matched by the happiness shining on Adam’s.

Behind Trish on the right aisle walked Nick and Aaron, the two brothers smiling with overjoyed happiness, Aaron guiding his brother to his loving destiny.

Behind Briahna on the left aisle walked Gio, his parents at his sides, both beaming with tearful happiness, Gio a vision of black muscled beauty, his tuxedo of black matching Nick’s black suit.

Nick’s eyes were on him, his blue pools tearfully staring at his coming love.

The couples walked to the front of the aisle, the grooms kissing their parents’ cheeks, they smiling at them with giving love.

Lewis smiled at the younger men, his voice filling the music-filled air.

“Welcome, ones of searching love. Stand ready for the beginning of your heart’s voyage.” he smiled, Nick smiling at Gio, the three folding their hands in front of them, stepping up onto the white wooden altar in front of the boulder.

Nick and Gio moved to the left side, Adam moving to the right of Lewis’ dais.

Aaron joined his brother at his side, Nick’s hand going into Gio’s.

Lucas smiled, the young man bowing to his friends, turning and walking back down the central aisle with Rosa Sharon.

Trish and Briahna smiled, walking back down the aisles they’d just walked.

Justin continued to sing.

Sharing horizons that are new to us
watching the signs along the way
talking it over, just the two of us
working together day to day
together

And when the evening comes, we smile
So much of life ahead
we'll find a place where there's room to grow

A few moments later the three flower ladies began a second walk, more rose petals filling the aisles.

Adam’s eyes widened in surprise, taking in two visions of white beauty.

Nick and Gio’s eyes were on a vision of stunning black romance.

Gideon walked the central aisle, Colton’s arm in his, both walking behind Rosa Sharon, Gideon’s beauty wrapped in a black tuxedo matching Nick’s and Gio’s.

Both men teared up, taking in his handsome ruggedness.

Adam’s eyes widened in surprise, taking in two visions of white beauty walking down the left and right aisles.

On the left walked his Usher behind Briahna, the dark man wearing a complete tuxedo of white almost identical to Adam’s save for a soft blue cummerbund.

Usher’s brown eyes were locked on Adam’s blue, Lance at Usher’s side arm-in-arm, smiling and guiding the handsome black man forward to his Adam.

Justin smiled at his lover, Lance having disappeared from the bandstand moments ago, uniting with Usher at the bottom of the hill for their walk.

Adam’s eyes turned to the right aisle, Pierce walking down it behind Trish, his arm linked in Lucas’, the young man wearing an all-white tuxedo, identical to Adam’s.

The singer teared up, watching the two of his heart coming towards him.

Nick and Gio squeezed each other’s hands, seeing their third walking towards them.

Justin continued to sing as they made their voyages.

And yes, we've just begun

Sharing horizons that are new to us
watching the signs along the way
talking it over, just the two of us
working together day to day
together

Forever

And when the evening comes, we smile
So much of life ahead
we'll find a place where there's room to grow
and yes, we've just begun

The second three grooms walked to the end of the aisle, Usher and Pierce joined Adam on the right side of the altar, their eyes glowing with love and happiness, their hands joining.

Gideon walked up on the left side, Colton smiling and following, Gio joining hands with Gideon, the three staring at each other with deep love.

Lucas smiled, standing in front of everyone, the audience behind him.

Justin’s song ended, the man smiling and sitting down beside Josh and Joey.

“Welcome second of a triad of love. Your friends of love have walked you all here to join as one of three hearts. Together in love and friendship. Standing before us is your guiding angel. He guided all of you to this moment. His love echoes in all the beauty we see before us, in all the love we feel around us. He’d like to open this ceremony for all of you.” Lewis said, Lucas smiling and walking up beside the minister, Lewis smiling and stepping back from the dais.

Lucas smiled out at all of the families and friends before him, his violet pools looking into the eyes of all six of love surrounding him.

“Welcome, everyone. To a showing of love. Six of two hearts have now joined before us to unite as those two hearts. As two triads of love. Perhaps in small ways I did have something to do with all their uniting. But the greater doer in those deeds of love was their own love. Each of these six has a heart of unending love. Today is only the joining of that love with the love it needs. Let us all bask in its new beauty today. Let’s all welcome new love.” Lucas said, the young man smiling at the six, all showing tears, shaking their heads at Lucas’ reluctant beliefs.

“I have always seen love as colors. My magic perhaps part of that. Today I’ll give each of these six a gift from my heart. Today we’ll all see the colors of their love. It will amaze us, but not them. For they see it in their hearts. Now let’s unite that love. You have the honors, Good Reverend.” Lucas smiled, the young man moving from the dais, walking to Adam’s left side, the man staring at him with friendship.

Lucas’ arm went around Rosa Sharon, the two standing slightly behind Lewis.

“Thank you, Lucas. The colors of their love will be no doubt beautiful.” Lewis smiled, his eyes looking out at the people before him.

“We gather here today in God’s evaporating sunshine to unite six of two souls. Both sets of three have weathered some paths of hurt and emotion. The greater path now lays before them. The path of united love. What happens here today knows no legality in the real world. It only knows the reality of their own souls. What can be written on paper holds no reality to what is written in their souls. Love. Love is the essence of all life. To be loved is to live. I and we all see the love surrounding us in these six. They hold fast to God’s unending love, to life’s unending truths. We need to be loved. I have talked with each of these six in the last few days, and in each I find a soul of needful love. Each needs to be filled with love. It is a new sensation for all six. And each set of three finds that greatest need in the other two of their hearts. It is no different than any couple that finds love. Perhaps it is something more. A greater happiness and a greater beauty in one’s soul. The path begins for each three. A path of judging reality in the world’s light. But the love in their three hearts will always make the path real. We all here lay witness to their love for each other. Let us now join that love as it was always destined to be.”

Lewis smiled, the two sets of three smiling at him.

“Who stands here behind these six of love? Who gives them each to the other two, and welcomes the other two into their hearts and families?”

Adam’s parents rose, smiling at their son, then at Usher and Pierce.

“We give our son Adam to the other two of his heart. We welcome Usher and Pierce into our family and our hearts.” they both said, Adam tearfully smiling at his parents, Usher and Pierce smiling at them as well.

Usher’s mother stood up, smiling at Adam and Pierce.

“I give my son’s love to these two men. I see in his eyes his happiness. I welcome both into our family.” she said, smiling at her son, Usher softly crying, Pierce rubbing his back.

Lucas stepped forward, smiling at Pierce, then Adam and Usher.

“Pierce’s parents have passed into God’s life. I now welcome him as a brother. He today is surrounded by close friends and my family. We all welcome Usher and Adam into our circle of love.” Lucas said, Pierce tearing up, Lucas smiling at him as others waved their love.

Lewis smiled, looking towards the other three on his left.

Gio’s parents stood up, his father smiling at his son.

“My family welcomes Nick and Gideon into our family. They will know of our son’s traditions and his heart. We see his love for both. We see their love for him. Welcome all of you to the Benitez family.” he smiled, his wife crying into his chest.

Gio tearfully smiled at his parents, Nick and Gideon both squeezing his hands.

Nick’s mother stood up, her ex-husband at her side.

“We see our son’s happiness, in his eyes and his smile. These two young men fill his heart with happiness. We welcome them both into our families.” Nick’s mother Jane said, his father smiling at his son.

Nick teared up, Aaron smiling beside him.

Colton smiled beside his uncle, the young man moving forward a bit from his uncle’s side, Rosa Sharon joining him, she having been standing beside Lucas.

“We are Uncle Gideon’s family. We have seen their love grow from its moment’s beginning. We welcome Nick and Gio into our family.” Colton said, the two men smiling at him.

“Love you both new Unkies of love.” Rosa Sharon beamed, Nick and Gio both lightly laughing, others joining them, Lewis smiling.

“Well said, angel.” he smiled, Rosa Sharon and Colton returning to their spots.

Colton’s eyes met Jonathan’s from the second row in the middle, the young man smiling at him with love.

His eyes had followed the young man on his voyage down the aisle, his heart scanning his stunning beauty.

Lewis smiled at the six, then out at the gathered families.

“They are welcomed now into new families of love. For that is the foundation of life. One has family, one has love. Today we unite both and their new paths begin. Let us now hear their words of love to each other. That will be the pact that will seal each to the other two. A devotion for love and for life.” Lewis smiled, looking around at the six grooms.

“God sits upon his throne and looks upon all of us with his love. In his right hand he holds life, in his left he holds love. Let’s begin with the love.” he said, the three grooms on his left smiling, walking forward and standing before the minister, Lewis having moved out from behind the dais, now standing at the front of the altar.

“Who would like to begin?” he smiled, Nick smiling at him, Lewis nodding his head.

The three joined hands, a triangle of love standing before the minister.

“I love both of you, my Gideon, my Gio. In you both I have found love and I have found life. I was so lost on my path. Our friend guided me onto a greater path. He guided me to your love. In each of you I see so much love. I need that love. Today I offer to each of you, and to both of you, my unending love. I will love you forever.” Nick said, his blue eyes filled with tears, Aaron staring at his brother, his eyes wet as well, his blue eyes going to his Craig, they sharing a moment of love.

“You speak from your heart, Nickolas. They hear your love.” Lewis smiled, nodding at Gideon.

“I was lost also, Nickolas. I was lost in life’s realities. I couldn’t see the life around me. Our friend showed me that life is about living. About seeing what surrounds you. I see what now surrounds me. Your love, my Nickolas, your love, my Gio. In each of you I see life. My life as I want it to be, as I need it to be. I need your love always. Today I offer my love in return. I will love you both forever.” he said, people in the audience crying, the emotions heard in the quietness of the moment.

“You speak from your heart as well, Gideon. And they hear your love.”

Lewis smiled at Gio, his brown eyes meeting two sets of blue love.

“I’ll be more direct. You two do it for me!  I love both of you. You are both my life. Your love is my life. In your beauty, in your love, in your unbelievable emotions I find all I’ve ever needed. I am yours forever. And I’ll love both of you always.” he smiled widely, the other two smiling at him, Lewis lightly chuckling.

“We see the heart of your desires, our friends. His youthfulness will stoke your souls for years to come.” he smiled, Gio blushing but smiling.

Light laughter filled the clearing, Gio smiling more.

“You speak easily from your heart, Gio. They hear and see your love.” Lewis smiled, the three smiling at each other.

Lewis smiled, looking at all three.

“I only need one answer to one question from all three of you.” he said, the three smiling at him.

“Will all three of you love each other, protect each other, listen to each other, be faithful to each other and trust each other for the life ahead?”

Nick smiled at his two soulmates.

“I will.”

“I will.” Gideon replied right after him.

“I will always.” Gio grinned, the three smiling widely.

“In front of your friends, in the beauty of God’s nature, and in the sight of God’s love, today you are three of one soul. You are married in God’s and your families’ eyes. You may seal that commitment with a kiss to each other.” Lewis smiled, Gio grinning, pulling Nick close, their lips meeting.

People clapped, Gideon’s lips and arms now met by Gio’s, everyone smiling at the young man’s emotional happiness.

They parted, Nick kissing Gideon more tenderly.

“Three of love, three of one heart. Welcome to life and love.” Lewis smiled, the three joining hands again, returning to their spot, Colton and Aaron hugging all three.

Lewis smiled, looking to his right.

“Step forward, second threesome of life.” he smiled; Adam, Usher and Pierce walking in front of him, their hands joining, standing together.

“Who would like to begin?” Lewis smiled, Pierce nodding his head.

Adam and Usher smiled at him, the young doctor smiling at both.

“When I first met you both I instantly saw the deep love you had for each other. You were united by Lucas’ love for both of you. And you two in turn welcomed me into your love. You said that both of you believed that your love for each other wasn’t enough. That I was what was missing from your love. Today I can say with all of my heart that the two of you are what’s been missing from my life. You both are the second half of my soul. Today I offer you all I have. My love, my life and myself. I will love you both forever.” Pierce said, his eyes filled with tears, Adam and Usher both showing wet eyes.

“They feel your love, Pierce. It reflects upon their own.” Lewis smiled, nodding at Usher.

Usher smiled, his hands squeezing Adam’s and Pierce’s.

“I was lost in a life of one-night moments. Of brief glimpses of what love’s shadow was. It was only when I walked onto the path of your love, Adam, that I saw what real love is. It is a commitment to another soul. A joining of one soul. And then one day I stared into another set of blue pools and saw what life is. Life is total love. I wear today a blue cummerbund around my waist to match both of your eyes. It is the only blue I shall ever show. For your two souls and love have wiped the blueness out of my once lost soul. In both of you I have found total love. You both--with myself--complete our one soul. I am yours forever. In body, soul and love.” he said, his eyes flowing with tears.

Adam and Pierce were smiling at him with tearful love.

“They feel your love, Usher. It reflects upon their own.” Lewis smiled, his eyes going to Adam’s blue.

“You’re the last, Adam.” Lewis smiled.

“But not the least.” Usher smiled, Lewis lightly laughing, others laughing as well.

“Levity, it is the balm of the nerves of life.” the minister smiled, Adam staring at his soulmates.

“My loves. Your love for me is the last thing I ever thought I’d ever feel. I am the one who perhaps was the most lost. My life, as many know, wasn’t what you’d call stellar. I hurt a lot of people in my callous disregard for their feelings. I always put my own needs before anyone else. A dear friend--and we all know who that is--showed me that that path would lead to only one end. And then he showed me what a true path of love could lead to. It leads to the happiness I feel today. To the love that now surrounds me. They say that God forgives sinners. I have sinned more than most. Today I feel his forgiveness. Earlier I felt it from one man. And that man in turned guided me to you standing before me. I love both of you. In every way, in every emotion of my soul, my body and my heart. I need your love so much. I can only offer you myself. My re-birthed self. I am on a better path today. It is the path of your love. I love you now and I’ll love you always. Please love me back! I love you so much! I am yours forever!” Adam said, the man now crying, the two before him pulling him close, the three wrapped in each other’s arms.

Lewis wiped a tear from his eyes, smiling at all three, Adam regaining his emotions, wiping his eyes.

Crying could be heard in the pews, those on the altar wiping their eyes.

Lucas softly smiled at the singer, seeing the love shining in his blue wet pools.

“A soul bared in love is a soul filled with life.” the minister said, smiling towards Adam.

“We see before us three white angels of new love. The past is gone, the future begins. The one question I shall give to you three as well. Will all three of you love each other, protect each other, be faithful to each other, listen to each other and trust each other for the life ahead?”

All three wiped their eyes, staring into each other’s loving pools.

“I will.” Pierce said, smiling at his soulmates.

“I will indeed.” Usher said, Adam smiling at him and Pierce.

“I will forever.” Adam smiled widely, Pierce beaming, moving forward, Lewis’ hand going against his chest.

“Calmness, young man. It’s not a competition.” the man smiled, Pierce blushing.

Lewis laughed, releasing his hand from his chest.

“Kiss them both, young angel!”

Pierce grinned, pulling Usher into his arms, their lips meeting.

Clapping began again, Pierce’s lips then meeting Adam’s, Usher smiling at both.

They broke their kiss, the three snuggling close, Usher’s lips meeting Adam’s.

The three parted, their hands going together again.

“In front of your friends, in the beauty of God’s nature, and in the sight of God’s love, today you are three of one soul. You are married in God’s and your families’ eyes. Your kisses of love have just sealed that commitment to each other.” Lewis smiled, the three walking back to their spot, Lucas hugging all three, Lewis smiling at the two now joined threesomes.

“Today six young men have walked onto a path of God’s love, and their own. Two threesomes of love stand before us. God’s love continues.” Lewis smiled, looking towards Gio, Gideon and Nick.

“The first threesome can join me at the table, commitments in writing given by all of you to each other. It will be the parchment that seals your own souls. Unroll it later in life and read its words to reignite your love.” the man smiled, walking towards the table on the other small platform, the three black suited grooms following him.

Gideon sat down at the table, beginning to write in the book before him.

The band began to play again, Lucas moving onto the bandstand, Josh and Justin smiling at him.

The threesome at the table smiled, continuing with their writing.

Lucas’s voice filled the quietness of the moment, everyone staring at him.

You with the sad eyes
don't be discouraged
Oh they realize
It’s hard to take courage
in a world full of people
you can lose sight of it all
and the darkness inside you
Can make you feel so small

But they see your true colors
Shining through
they see your true colors
And that's why they love you
So don't be afraid to let them show
your true colors
True colors are beautiful
Like a rainbow

The first three finished, Lewis waving over the other threesome, they moving to the table.

Adam sat down at the table, the man smiling at Lucas, then beginning to write.

Lucas smiled, continuing his song, his violet pools softly glowing but not noticed by anyone.

Show them a smile then
Don't be unhappy, can't remember
When they last saw you laughing
If this world makes you crazy
And you've taken all you can bear
You call them up
because you know they’ll be there

And they'll see your true colors
Shining through
they see your true colors
And that's why they love you
So don't be afraid to let them show
Your true colors
True colors are beautiful
Like a rainbow

The second threesome was finished, everyone moving and walking back onto the larger platform standing in front of their families, all their eyes on Lucas.

The young man finished off the song, smiling at all six newly married friends.

If this world makes you crazy
and you've taken all you can bear
you call them up
because you know they'll be there

And they'll see your true colors
Shining through
they see your true colors
and that's why they love you

So don't be afraid to let them show

Your true colors
True colors
True colors
shining through

They see your true colors
And that's why they love you
so don't be afraid to let them show
Your true colors
True colors are beautiful
Like a rainbow

Lucas’ hand moved, everyone following its pointing motion, their eyes going to the waterfall behind them.

The two threesomes turned around, their eyes widened in surprise, Lucas’ beautiful voice ending the song behind them.

Your true colors are so beautiful
like a rainbow

Of love

Everyone stared at the waterfall; its surface now many colors, its waters cascading in a rainbow of bright vibrant colors, the liquid shining in loving brightness.

Reds, blues, greens, yellows and every color of the rainbow fell through the water, the six grooms in tears, staring at its spectacular beauty.

“Our love is a rainbow. It’s so beautiful.” Adam said, Usher and Pierce’s arms going around him.

“God unites us under his rainbow of love and our own. We can smile today as we see your lives begin.” Lewis smiled, turning around and smiling at the audience.

“Welcome to love’s new path, young men. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you our two new threesomes of marital love.” Lewis smiled, everyone rising from their seats, the clearing filling with applause and happiness.

Lucas felt the man’s toned physique against his, his arms holding him tight.

“Thank you, Lucas! Thank you for this life!” Adam said, his voice filled with emotion, Lucas smiling softly, patting his back.

“You’re welcome, Adam.” Lucas said, the young man pulling back, Adam the last of the six to hug him with emotion, the other five smiling at the young man, Josh smiling at his man’s soft look.

“I wish you all a lifetime of happiness, my friends. Josh and I are here for you always.” Lucas said, the six staring at him with loving friendship.

“Excuse me, everyone.” Lucas said, walking away from the group, Josh’s blue eyes following him.

“Is he okay, Josh?” Gideon said, Josh smiling at him.

“He’s Lucas, Gid. His love never ends.” the man smiled, looking at the two threesomes, everyone surrounding them, the six having been hugged, kissed and congratulated by everyone.

“Right now you six need to mingle. Your families need you.” Josh smiled, Gideon smiling as Nick guided him and Gio towards Nick’s family.

Usher’s mother walked up to Usher and his husbands, the man smiling as she hugged Adam, the man smiling as well, Pierce smiling as she pulled him into the hug as well.

Josh smiled, feeling a hand settle on his ass, another arm going around his waist.

“Where’s our Lucky gone off to, Joshy?” Justin said, his lips meeting his.

“He needed a moment, I believe.” Josh said, the man’s eyes seeing Lucas now standing at the pool’s edge behind the white boulder.

“That rainbow waterfall was unbelievable. The symbolism, the connection with the song and the ceremony. The man’s amazing.” Lance said, Josh smiling at him.

“He’s our Lucky, Lancy. I think we’re in for an unbelievable day tomorrow ourselves.” Josh smiled, Justin smiling more.

“He’ll make it special for all of us. As special as he made it for them.” Justin smiled, Lance kissing his cheek across Josh’s chest.

“Even more, I believe. His love knows no end.” Josh smiled, the three smiling at each other.

“Get a room guys.”

The three turned, Finn smiling at them, little Julian in his arms.

“Your eyes are wet, Finny. Your wedding’s not till tomorrow.” Justin smiled, Finn blushing.

“Okay, it was moving. Lucas knows how to throw a wedding.” he smiled, Skyler smiling, her daughter in her arms.

“Wait till tomorrow, babe. You’ll be bawling.” she smiled, Justin laughing.

“I think we all will.” he smiled, Finn smiling at him.

“Join together guys.”

They all turned, Colton smiling at them, his camera in his hand, the young man the official photographer.

“Luke wants pictures of everyone in love.” Jonathan smiled, standing beside his boyfriend.

Justin smiled, pulling his Lance into his arms, their lips meeting, Colton grinning and snapping photographs.

Josh smiled, the man feeling an arm going around him.

“Welcome back, my love.” he smiled, Lucas’ lips meeting his.

“The love was thick, my love. I just needed a breath.” he smiled, Finn smiling at him.

“Hell of a show, Luke.” he smiled, Lucas smiling at him.

“You ain’t seen nothing yet.” Lucas smiled, his eyes going to the six grooms, the young man smiling.

“Pictures await, new triads of love.” he said, Adam smiling at him.

‘We all want one with you, Luke.” he said, the other five nodding.

“Sure thing, boys. I’ll get my thong.”

Everyone laughed, Lucas smiling and looking towards the rainbow waterfall, its colors still vibrant.

“The waterfall of your love will make a great backdrop. Come on everyone.” he smiled, he and Josh walking towards the boulder, the triads of love following them.

Justin took Lance’s hand in his, the man smiling at him, the two walking with others back towards the platform and the boulder.

Lance’s eyes were on Lucas, the man’s thoughts his own.

Lucas smiled, the young man tapping a wine glass on the table behind him.

The noise quieted everyone down, all eyes smiling towards the young man, he standing in front of two long tables of marital love.

The six groomsmen sat together, two threesomes of love separate and whole.

The beach in front of the cabanas had been transformed into a dining paradise.

Everyone had marveled at its flower-filled beauty, its creation a mystery to everyone.

Two square tables were on the edge of the beach, the groomsmen’s back to the ocean.

In front of them were lots of round tables, all covered in white linen, all filled with plates, glasses and silverware.

Large bouquets of flowers filled each table, pillars of flowers surrounding the whole area.

None of this had been set up when everyone had left for the wedding.

All eyes had looked towards Lucas when they’d walked onto the beach from the pool, their eyes taking in the transformation.

“The fairies of love create their own visions of love’s beauty.” he’d said, smiling and walking towards the other end of the area.

A large buffet table was set up on that end of the area, its length filled with food of unimaginable deliciousness.

Chris had leaned into Josh, whispering into his ear.

“Where did he get all this food? And when did he have time to set up all this? He was with us the last hour.” he’d said, his eyes showing awed wonder.

The largest smiles of awed wonder had been on the faces of the six grooms.

They’d seen that Lucas had indeed taken care of everything.

The man now smiled out at everyone, the beach quiet but for the crashing waves behind the grooms.

“Good evening, everyone. Welcome to the feast of our threesomes’ love. Let us dine together in our happiness for all six. Today begins their adventure. The sun now sets on the day’s happiness, but the path of love just begins. Let’s seek nourishment with their happiness. Their love will light all of our lives. I’ll prove that to you now.” Lucas smiled, the young man moving, walking over to a Tiki torch that was beside the main table, its body painted white, red roses attached to its front.

“Would Adam, Usher and Pierce stand here please? Would Nick, Gideon and Gio stand beside the other torch on the other side of the table?” Lucas smiled, the six men rising from their seats behind the table, three joining Lucas, the other three standing on the other side of the table.

Lucas smiled at all six, the young man then smiling out at everyone seated in front of them.

His eyes moved towards the water, the sun almost set behind the horizon.

“As I said, their love will light all of our lives.  A kiss will light all their love.” Lucas smiled, Adam smiling at him.

He pulled Pierce into his arms, their lips meeting, Usher smiling beside them.

The torch beside them instantly came to life, a flame igniting brightly.

Nick grinned, pulling Gideon into his arms, their lips meeting, their torch igniting.

Everyone smiled, clapping.

“Their emotional love will light all of the torches around us tonight. If you feel the darkness creeping in as the night lengthens, then stand and ask for the light of their love. We need not clink glasses to shine in its brightness.” Lucas smiled, Adam smiling widely.

“It’s getting dark back here!” Chris yelled from the tables by the buffet, Joey laughing beside him.

Adam grinned, pulling Usher against him, their lips meeting.

The torch behind Chris’ table instantly lit.

Everyone laughed, Lucas smiling at all six men as they turned back to their table.

“It may be as bright as the sun tonight.” Josh smiled from his table in front of Lucas.

Lucas smiled at him, the young man looking out at everyone again.

“The food is ready. Would our dear friend Reverend Saunders honor us with Grace?” Lucas smiled, Reverend Saunders smiled, and rising from his seat.

“Let us all bow our heads to God’s love.” he smiled, everyone bowing their heads.

“Bless us this day for the friends, family and love surrounding us. We join together to seek sustenance in the good food prepared for us. We join together to celebrate the uniting love of the six before us. Six men of youthful love and passionate beauty. They walk forward on a path set with love. We all shall join with them, giving them our love and friendship. Thank you God for joining us all on this island of love. Your angel of giving love unites us all. With love, good food and joining happiness. We all are so blessed. We walk forward through the festivities, our love and yours uniting us. Amen.”

Everyone replied Amen, Lucas smiling at everyone.

“Let’s allow our six friends of love to guide us to the food and their happiness.” Lucas said, the six grooms smiling and rising from their seats, walking towards the buffet table, their hands joined.

Lucas smiled, Josh’s hand going in his.

The two followed them, others rising from their tables in the warm evening sunset.

Lucas smiled, two arms around his waist, two blue eyes staring into his.

“Thank you for everything, Lucas.” Gideon said, Lucas smiling at him.

“You can thank your men for that, Gideon. Your love is what they needed. Their love is yours.”
Gideon smiled, hugging Lucas closer.

It was after dinner, the evening turned over to a wedding reception.

The two threesomes had disappeared into Lucas’ cottage for an hour or so, Lucas and his friends pulling the tables back, getting the area ready for a night of dancing and happiness.

All the Tiki torches were now lit, the six grooms kissing often through dinner, the beach flooding with their love’s light.

The two threesomes had walked back onto the beach with applause from their families and friends, the six dancing their joined first dance of married love.

Everyone had smiled, Colton taking pictures all through dinner and now the evening’s celebrations.

Here now Gideon was with Lucas, the two hugging after a slow dance.

“It’s only been eight months, Lucas. Eight months since Mom passed away and you walked into my life with your giving love. What you’ve done for my niece and nephew, and for me.” Gideon said, Lucas feeling the emotion in the man’s voice.

“We were always destined to meet as friends, Gideon. You and they are now family.” Lucas smiled, Gideon smiling widely.

“I never had a brother.” he said, Lucas smiling and kissing his cheek.

“You do now.”

Gideon smiled, another arm going around him, his blue pools meeting two other blue pools.

“You’re tired of us already, my love?” Nick smiled, Lucas smiling at him.

“We’re just cementing family bonds, Nick.” Gideon smiled, Nick looking at Lucas.

“Oh? How so?” he smiled, Gideon smiling.

“I have a new brother, Nicky.” Gideon smiled, Nick seeing the happiness on his husband’s face.

Nick smiled at Lucas.

“Awesome. Aaron and I are rock solid in our brotherly bond.  You and Luke will be the same.”

Lucas smiled, his hand going to Gideon’s shoulder, smiling at him.

“As your brother, I can now tell you that you have excellent taste. Those two are beyond delicious!” Lucas smiled, Gideon laughing, smiling at a blushing Nick.

“Don’t I know it?! And no calories!”

Lucas laughed loudly, Lance smiling and walking up to the three.

“Did I miss something?” he smiled, his arm going around Lucas’ waist.

“No, Lance. Just brothers laughing together.” Gideon smiled, Nick’s arm going around his waist.

“Let’s dance, beautiful.” Lance smiled, staring at Lucas.

“Some hot green-eyed monster is stealing me! Alert the townsfolk!”

Nick and Gideon both laughed, Lance smiling and pulling Lucas onto the dance floor.

Lucas smiled, Lance’s arms going around his suited form.

“A wonderful day, Lucas.” Lance smiled, Lucas smiling into his green pools.

“A day of love, Lancy. I was surrounded by all three of my love. Seeing their love shine makes our own shine.” he smiled, Lance smiling at him.

“I love you, Lucas. I can sense when you’re quiet, when you’re troubled in your soul. I love you.” Lance said, Lucas’ eyes lowering.

“You’re almost as perceptive as my Joshua. I’ve seen his eyes watching me all evening.”
Lance smiled, kissing Lucas’ soft lips, the man feeling his love.

“He and I both talked. Justin’s oblivious to it, but we both sensed your quietness. Is everything alright in that giving heart of yours?” Lance smiled, Lucas seeing the deep love shining in his handsome face.

“I love you, Lance. I love our Jus as well. And I love our Joshua with all my soul.”
“We know, Luke. We all have your love. We have each other’s.”
Lucas smiled, Lance seeing a look of deep love come across his face.

“Tomorrow is a choice, Lance. A choice all our friends and ourselves will make. Love and happiness, life and love.”
“We’ve all chosen our loves, Luke. Tomorrow brings our new paths.”

Lucas smiled, nodding, his head going against Lance’s shoulder, the two dancing close together.

“Yes, my love. New paths.” he said, Lance holding him close.

His eyes met Josh’s, the man dancing with Harry across from them, Lance shaking his head softly in the negative.

He danced with Lucas, the young man remaining silent.

His violet pools were staring out into the dark waters, the sun now totally gone.

Yes, choices of love.
It’s time I made mine.

He closed his violet pools, feeling the warmth of Lance’s body against him.

And his mind felt the waters falling.

Two threesomes of love stood together, their arms wrapped around each other.

Before them their families and friends stood, all smiling at them.

It was after eleven, the night’s festivities waning down.

Lucas stood between the two threesomes, six smiles of love and happiness greeting his.

“The day ends, my friends. Your night of new love begins. New love echoes in all your hearts.” Lucas smiled, the six smiling at each other.

Lucas stood in front of two of the cabanas, both decorated with streamers and flowers, their verandas filled with baskets of roses.

Above each was a sign of new love.

The six smiled, their eyes on Lucas.

“Your love shacks await, Gentlemen. Welcome to the new love you’ll feel.” he smiled, the six moving forward, hugging the young man separately.

“Thank you, Lucas. For today’s happiness.” Adam said, Lucas smiling at him.

“We’ll leave you alone tonight, boys. But try to keep the lions at bay.” Lucas smiled, Nick laughing.

“Where’s the fun in that?” he smiled, his mother kissing his cheek.

“We love you, Nick.” she said, Nick tearing up, all the men hugged by their families and friends.

The two threesomes joined hands, walking up the steps of their cabanas, waving goodbye at everyone, walking into their cottages.

Lucas felt Josh’s arm going around him, the young man smiling, looking into his blue eyes.

“Time runs out on us, my love. We need to take a walk.” he smiled, Lucas nodding his head.

The two men smiled at Lance and Justin, their hands together.

“We’ll be back shortly, guys.” Justin said, everyone smiling at them.

Other couples of tomorrow’s love were joining hands, walking off into the darkness for their own moments of love.

Lucas smiled, looking towards the cabanas in front of him.

“Bask in their love, bask in the new life ahead.” he said, Josh smiling at him, the two walking off down the beach, Justin and Lance following.

Lucas murmured, the two lips attached to his filled with need and love.

He sighed, pulling his lips back, Josh murmuring.

“We can’t kiss for hours, my love. We have years ahead for that.” Lucas smiled, Josh opening his eyes, Lucas seeing the tears in them.

“I love you, Lucas.” he said, Lucas feeling all the love in those words.

“I love you, my Joshua.” Lucas smiled, his eyes looking to their left, their two friends wrapped in each other’s arms, Justin laying on top of Lance’s toned body.

“I feel our tiger’s need. He’s going to be so amorous tonight.” Lucas smiled, Josh kissing his lips.

“Want to talk about it my love?” Josh said, kissing his neck now.

Lucas sighed, the young man rising from the sand, the four men laying together on the beach far from the lights of the party.

He walked to the water’s edge, his toes feeling the wetness tickling them, his shoes and socks laying in the sand.

He felt Josh’s arms wrapping around him, his lips on his neck again.

Lucas turned in his arms, their eyes meeting in the soft moonlit darkness.

“I love you, Joshua. For tomorrow’s happiness I’ll risk all.” Lucas said, Josh staring at him.

“What’s going on, my love?”

Lucas lowered his head, laying it against Josh’s chest.

“It was my choice. To have all is to give all.” he softly said, Josh holding him close.

“On this night of our parting let’s not talk of choices, my love. I choose you, and you choose me. That’s all that matters.” Josh said, Lucas raising his head again, looking towards Justin and Lance, the two still kissing on the sand.

“I love you, Joshua. And I love them. Tomorrow begins the true path. And I’ll have all I need. Tomorrow love’s mine. All of it.” he said, Josh smiling at him.

“Tomorrow you’re mine.” he said, Lucas smiling.

“Should we separate them? They look so happy.” Lucas smiled, Josh looking towards their friends.

“Justy’s going to be so needful tonight.” Josh smiled, Lucas kissing his lips.

“Lucky you.” he smiled, Josh smiling.

“And you’ll be in the monster’s grasp.”
Lucas smiled, pulling his man close.

“No, I think it’ll be in me.”

Josh laughed, Lucas smiling.

“I love you, Joshua Chasez.”

“I love you, Lucas Carver-Belmont.”

Lucas smiled, nodding his head.

“You’ll be in my heart all night. And all tomorrow.” Lucas said, Josh smiling.

“Try not to corrupt Finny, you two.”

Lucas laughed, smiling at Justin who’d spoken, he and Lance now at their sides in bare feet as well.

“Where’s the fun in that?” Lance said, Lucas laughing.

“It’s eleven forty-five, Luke.” Justin said, Lucas smiling at him.

“I guess we should head back. Don’t want the in-laws after me.” Lucas smiled.

Justin leaned forward, his lips meeting Lucas’, Lance kissing Josh.

“Before we get absorbed in our families’ surrounding love, I want to say something.” Lucas said, the other three smiling at him.

“I love you three so much. My Joshua I marry tomorrow. Tomorrow you two will wed as well. Our new lives begin. But our love remains ours. I’ve decided on something. I hope the three of you will see the love behind it. This was my choice.” Lucas said, the three staring at him.

“What have you decided, Luke?” Justin said, Lucas smiling at him.

“I’ve decided that I want to live.”

The three looked confused, Lucas’ smile softening their worried faces.

“You three are my life. Tomorrow begins the true path. And our love moves forward. Let’s get back to the searching eyes.” he smiled, picking up his shoes and socks, the others doing the same.

Lucas smiled at the three.

“On to the love. Hold onto your souls, my beauties. It’s going to be a wild ride.” Lucas smiled, the young man taking Josh’s hand in his, the two walking towards the lights.

Justin stared at Lance, their hands going together, following their friends.

End of Chapter 165

And so our two threesomes of love have united.

Under Lucas’ pool and waterfall of rainbow love.

I hope you enjoyed my interpretation of their uniting love.

The legalities of it, as Lewis said, can’t hold a candle to the real love of it.

A day of wedded bliss.

Another on the horizon.

Lucas seems preoccupied about something in his mind.

He keeps talking about a choice.

But that didn’t stop him from creating a day of wonder and magic.

A waterfall of love and a feast of deliciousness.

We can only imagine what tomorrow brings.

Tonight, couples of love separate, and nine ceremonies of love fill the day tomorrow.

Trust in Lucas to throw in some surprises.

Hugs, Angel.
