The time had now come for Matthew Parker, the current Head Prefect of the
Archbishops College Preparatory Schools very own semi self inflicted
humiliation, embarrassment and exposure!

Earlier that week, Matthew Parker had requested permission from the
Reverend Doctor Drysdale, the Deputy Headmaster in charge of Archbishops
College Preparatory School to be allowed to be naked at Sunday swimming,
where he was not, officially on duty as Head Prefect!

Parker, had informed the Reverend Doctor Drysdale that under his Head
Prefects clothing he was yet to grow any pubic hair and so was still
technically a `little boy' as the college referred to boys who were yet to
grow pubes.

He told the Deputy Headmaster that he wanted to take the opportunity that
offered and give last years Head Prefect, Leif Sorensen, moral support and
assistance in his desensitisation at having to swim naked again as Sorensen
was still deemed to be a `little boy' because he had no pubic hair even
though he was now in the Senior School.

What the Deputy Headmaster did not know was that Matthew Parker didn't
actually want to do what he had requested, but that Rowena Drysdale, his
twelve year old daughter had insisted that Matthew Parker make the offer.

Matthew's secret lust for Rowena's naked body and all the sexual things she
allowed him to do to her and she did to him had meant he had done as she
asked despite his extreme reluctance!

Matthew Parker had gone into his meeting with the Deputy Headmaster,
convinced that the Reverend Doctor Drysdale would reject his request and
that would put a quick stop to Rowena Drysdale's plan's.

It was therefore a huge shock when the Deputy Headmaster enthusiastically
endorsed Matthew's request, subject to his parents approval and with that
decision his humiliating fate was basically sealed as Matthew knew his
parents would almost certainly go along with the Deputy Headmasters
recommendation!

Although Matthew was the Head Prefect of the Preparatory School, he only
knew the basic history of Archbishops College and its many traditions. By
the time his meeting with the Reverend Doctor Drysdale had concluded,
Matthew Parker knew a lot more about the traditions associated with the
Preparatory School boys swimming naked.

The Reverend Doctor Drysdale went into a long explanation that informed
Parker how the Board of Governors that managed Archbishops College had
promulgated since 1814, that pubic hair was the absolute determiner of a
boys status and need for modesty at Archbishops College and therefore had
established the rule and tradition that boys with no pubic hair were
considered `little boys' and `little boys' had no need for modesty!

The Reverend Doctor Drysdale informed Parker that from 1814, Preparatory
School boys who had pubic hair were kept shaved but Prefects were not
shaved if they had pubic hair as the Board of Governors had also determined
at that time that Prefects were not `little boys' but were still members of
the Preparatory School.

As the twentieth century progressed, more and more Prefects were developing
earlier in age than in previous centuries. This led to the very common
situation at swimming that more and more Preparatory School Prefects had
pubic hair and a smaller number did not, which caused status and authority
issues amongst the Prefects. So in 1961, The Board of Governors promulgated
a change in the swimming rules that henceforth allowed Preparatory College
Prefects to cover up by wearing the senior college swimming briefs.

This rule change was made possible due to the Board of Governors 1814
ruling that Prefects were part of the Preparatory School but not considered
to be `little boys' whilst holding prefectorial office. Once they
relinquished that office however, the traditional Archbishops College pubic
hair rules would again apply.

Therefore from 1961, a boy who had been a prefect in the preparatory
college, if upon entering the senior college, still had no pubic hair, then
regardless of his prior rank and status as a prefect, he was required to be
naked again during swimming like all the other senior college `little boys'
who were yet to grow pubic hairs!

The board of Governors had rejected a number of requests over the years
since 1961 to allow former preparatory college prefects the privilege of
continuing to wear the black swim briefs, regardless of wether they had or
did not have, pubic hair.

The situation where a Prefect upon entering the senior college, still had
no pubic hair and was thus required to be naked again during swimming, like
all the other senior college `little boys' who were yet to grow pubic
hairs, was not common, but did occurred most years.

The Reverend Doctor Drysdale explained to Matthew Parker that this was the
exact situation which had occurred to last years Head Prefect of the
Preparatory School, Leif Eric Sorensen.

The Deputy Headmaster then made Parker swear to keep the next facts
confidential and not discuss them with anyone.

"Not even Sorensen or Maxwell-Jenkins?" Parker asked, thinking that as the
two previous Head Prefects before Parker, that they might be exempt!

"No, not anyone else, what I am about to tell you must remain totally
confidential" the Reverend Doctor Drysdale responded.

The Deputy Headmaster then proceeded to explain that Sorensen's situation
had led to a proposal from the Headmaster supported by the two Deputy
Headmasters and the Director of Health and Well-being to repeal the 1961
rule allowing Prefects to wear swimming briefs and replace it with a
simple, much more historical and traditional rule based around the pre 1961
rules with one major change.

If adopted the major change with this proposed new rule would be that all
Preparatory School boys, including the Prefects would be deemed `little
boys' and all would swim naked and be kept shaved if they had started to
develop pubic hairs.

This was different to what had occurred from 1814 to 1961 where just those
boys who were not prefects were kept shaved if they started to grow pubic
hair!

The Headmasters proposal argued that a revision to a simple, more
traditional rule that applied to all `little boys' would in particular
greatly reduce the mental stress of boys at swimming who under the current
system would have worn swimming briefs as Prefects but upon entering the
Senior School and having yet to develop pubic hairs, would be required to
again swim naked as `little boys'!

Another part of the proposed rule change was to reintroduce the position of
House Prefect (the senior prefect of a house) which had been abolished in
1974. House Prefects would be selected by the Headmaster and relevant
Deputy Headmaster along with the relevant House Master from one of the
seven Prefects of a house. They would continue to supervise one of the
house dormitories whilst holding the House Prefect position and would again
be permitted to wear the traditional historical Archbishops College House
Prefects Scarlet waistcoat to distinguish them from the other Prefects of
the house.

The recommendation to reintroduce the position of House Prefect was
suggested to enable the House Prefects to carry out very regular hygiene
inspections on the other six dormitory prefects of their house as under the
new rule if adopted, the Prefects would have to be shaved at least weekly.

The House Prefect position would greatly reduce the burden on the two Head
Prefects, who would, in the case of the Senior School Head Prefect, then
only have to carry out hygiene inspections on the the ten house prefects of
the Senior School and also hygiene and shaving inspections on the Head
Prefect of the Preparatory School. In the case of the Head Prefect of the
Preparatory School, he would only have to carry out hygiene and shaving
inspections on the Preparatory School House Prefects.

The Head Prefect of the Senior School by tradition and convention was
normally exempted from Hygiene inspections but could be inspected by the
Deputy Headmaster of the Senior School or the Headmaster if required. The
Head Prefect of the Senior School would also still carry out, as part of
his duties, the Hygiene inspection of the Head Prefect of the Preparatory
School and of the students of Head House in the Senior School.

The new swimming proposal would mean that ordinary Preparatory School boys
and Prefects would all swim naked. As a consequence of this, there would be
no identification possible of Preparatory School Prefects by the wearing of
swimming briefs, so it was proposed that Preparatory School Prefects under
this rule change would be identified in the swimming pool by wearing a
black quarter inch wide flat rubber band around their right wrist whist
swimming naked.

It was also proposed that both Senior and Preparatory Prefects would also
wear these bands during sports and physical education lessons to
distinguish the prefects from other students who otherwise would be wearing
identical sports uniforms. House Prefects would wear a scarlet quarter inch
flat rubber band and the Head Prefect would wear a white quarter inch flat
rubber band around their right wrists.

The Reverend Doctor Drysdale informed Parker that the reason for such
confidentiality was because the proposed new rule was quite a radical
change from the current rule and as it was still being considered by the
Board of Governors, they did not want prolonged disruption with students
and parents worried over the change whilst the Board of Governors were
still consulting with staff and selected parents about the new rule
proposals. The Board had yet to make a formal decision, but the Reverend
Doctor Drysdale informed Parker that approval appeared very likely and
fairly imminent.

The Reverend Doctor Drysdale then informed Parker that his request to swim
naked on Sundays had come at the perfect time. With the Board of Governors
being receptive to the Headmasters proposal, a trial batch of the quarter
inch flat rubber bands had arrived a fortnight ago. This the Reverend
Doctor Drysdale informed Parker would would allow the Deputy Headmaster to
issue the very first trial white band to Parker, which he would wear around
his right wrist whist naked on Sunday.

To Matthew's disbelief, the Reverend Doctor Drysdale actually congratulated
him on his leadership and strong actions about ensuring equality amongst
all the Preparatory School boys at Archbishops College and that he was very
impressed with Matthew's selfless action. He finished up his praise of
Parkers by informing him that he would be informing the Headmaster and
Board of Governors of his actions as added proof to support the new
swimming rule proposal!

Matthew Parker now realised that not only would he be seen naked by those
who attended Sunday swimming, which included girls but also that he would
now be seen as a principal advocate of having Prefects naked and `bald'!
That would not make him popular amongst the cohort of Preparatory School
Prefects but probably would make him popular amongst the ordinary
Preparatory School boys.

At the end of the interview, the Reverend Doctor Drysdale informed Parker
that subject to permission being granted by his parents, his request to
swim naked on Sundays was approved, adding that Parker was not really going
to be totally naked, as he would be wearing his white prefects rubber band!

The Reverend Doctor Drysdale then informed Parker that he would contact his
parents to discuss and explain Parkers naked swimming request.

Later that same afternoon the Deputy Headmaster spoke over the phone with
Mr Algernon Parker and Mrs Lilian Parker, Matthew's father and mother.

Mr Parker had readily approved the request to swim naked after the Reverend
Doctor Drysdale had in confidence explained the proposed swimming rule
changes. Mr Parker agreeing that his eldest sons actions offered an ideal
opportunity to trial what the Deputy Headmaster had outlined.

Matthew's mother had, on her husbands suggestion, made an appointment to
talk in person to the Deputy Headmaster. Both Mr and Mrs Parker had been
surprised that their recently turned thirteen year old son had confessed to
still being a `little boy' as he had actually boasted at home in front of
his younger brother Harry and his parents during the recent summer
holidays, that he already had his pubic hairs!

Mrs Parker had requested that Matthew's younger brother, eleven year old
Harry from the Theta year at Archbishops College also be in attendance, due
to Matthew's previous boasting along with the fact that Matthew had
volunteered to swim naked where all would see that their esteemed current
Head Prefect was still a `little boy'! She felt Harry should know about
this in advance!

Therefore on this Friday afternoon, Matthew, his younger brother Harry and
Mrs Parker were all sitting in the Reverend Doctor Drysdale's study
discussing Matthew Parkers request to be allowed to be naked at Sunday
swimming, where he was not, officially on duty as Head Prefect!

Early in the meeting, Harry Parkers mouth had gaped open and his eyebrows
had raised in shock, on hearing for the first time from the Deputy
Headmaster that his older brother had requested to swim naked at Sunday
swimming and then soon after he was amazed even more by the fact that his
older brother was actually still a hairless `little boy'.

Matthew had always boasted to his brother Harry for as long as Harry could
remember, that as he was older and bigger it meant that he was so much more
mature than Harry! Recently as Harry's height grew closer to his older
brothers, who's height had not grown at the same rate recently as Harry's,
Matthew had also begun claiming to have had pubes, which he said definitely
made him more developed and mature than Harry. It now seemed to Harry from
what he had just heard that, that, was not the case!

For Matthew the worst part was when his mother commented to the Reverend
Doctor Drysdale in front of his brother Harry, "My husband and I thought
that he would be more developed than he is actually now claiming to
be. Only recently Matthew boasted to Harry in front of my husband and I
that he had started to grow pubic hairs, but it now appears from what you
say Reverend Doctor Drysdale, that Matthew has not and is, as the college
refers to it, still actually a `little boy' just like Harry!"

Matthew flushed so hot between his ears from this self inflicted
embarrassing situation that he had made for himself and couldn't form any
words to defend his mothers musings or his brothers smug look!

Then things got even worse!

"Parker please lower your trousers and show your mother and brother that
despite your earlier boasting, you are still a `little boy'!" the Reverend
Doctor Drysdale ordered.

Matthew Parker had no real option but to obey the Reverend Doctor
Drysdale's request to show his mother and brother what they had not seen
for years, so he took a deep breath and looked around, as if contemplating
an escape but in fact checking that all doors were closed and then began by
undoing his belt, then unbuttoning his grey trousers. He pulled the zipper
down and hooked his thumbs inside and pulled down the front of his white
boxer brief prefects underpants.

Matthews mother and his brother Harry along with the Reverend Doctor
Drysdale then got their first look at his still bald pubic area plus about
a half an inch of his penis which was also showing with no pubic hair at
all visible.

Matthew was beside himself with humiliation and embarrassment. It was bad
enough that his mother was looking at his partially exposed private parts,
as it had been years since she had seen this much of Matthew's naked body,
but having his younger brother Harry there to see him partially exposed
like this was even worse, especially when Harry again raised his eyebrows
in disbelief and amazement, upon seeing with his own eyes for the very
first time that his older brother was despite his earlier boasting,
absolutely still a hairless `little boy', hardly more developed than
himself!

Harry couldn't help himself despite the presence of his mother and Deputy
Headmaster, "Oh brother, you're in deep shit, if your going to expose that!
You're no where near as mature as you have been making out!"

"Harry! .... enough with such language and disrespect to your brother ."
Mrs Parker said as she continued to blush from the very rare sight of her
son's partially naked body.

"Well, it's how I see it, mom." Harry replied but he said no more after the
Reverend Doctor Drysdale interjected and warned him that he was very close
to getting a caning for his disrespectful comments about his brother and
Head Prefect.

"Parker minor, I will let you off with a warning this time, due to the
unique situation, but the use of such language and disrespectful comments
to both your mother and your Head Prefect and brother, will result if
repeated in a bare bottom caning for you. I may even ask the Head Prefect
to administer it, do you understand Parker minor?"

"Yes Deputy Headmaster" Harry Parker nervously replied.

"Parker minor, to remind you to behave, I want you to lower your shorts so
your mother can compare your development with your brothers. The College
will not tolerate bullying or disparaging remarks about puberty or boys
bodies. Boys and girls reach puberty at different ages and that is a
perfectly natural part of development. At your brothers age, not everyone
has pubic hair or underarm hair, yet. At least half of the Zeta year boys
probably still do not. Those who do, it doesn't mean anything, they are
still little boys whilst in the Preparatory school, which is why by
tradition all `little boys' who are not Prefects are shaved bald!" the
Reverend Doctor Drysdale explained.

It was now Harry Parkers turn to blush and Matthew looked at Harry with a
sneering satisfaction and some fascination about what Harry would look like
as he went to lower his shorts!

Emboldened by seeing that his older brother was still a `little boy', Harry
lowered his shorts and white briefs much lower than Matthew had done,
enabling his mother, Matthew and the Reverend Doctor Drysdale to get a good
took at all of his genitals.

Harry like Matthew was `bald' but even at eleven years of age, his balls
were almost as plump as Matthews and already looked to hang down almost as
much if not slightly more than Matthews. Harry's penis was also about the
length of Matthew's and may already have been slightly thicker.

While Matthew was starring at his eleven year old brothers quite impressive
genitals he missed the new sneer of superiority on his younger brother's
face.

"Well, there is another surprise", Mrs Parker stated, "Although I didn't
see as much of Matthew, it looks to me like you two are already fairly
evenly matched in development despite your age difference. Wouldn't it be
funny if Harry actually got his pubes before Matthew!"

Matthew did not find anything funny about his younger brother getting his
pubes before him and his mother's comment caused Matthew renewed
humiliation and embarrassment but provided Harry with a great deal of
satisfaction and pride!

Matthew's humiliation and embarrassment soon escalated even more when the
Reverend Doctor Drysdale ordered, "Parker lower your trousers and
underpants to your ankles, so your mother can see fully how you are
developing!"

Again, Matthew Parker had no real option but to obey the Reverend Doctor
Drysdale's request to show his mother and brother everything that they had
not seen for years. Again Matthew took a deep breath and reluctantly hooked
his thumbs inside and pulled his white prefects boxer brief underpants and
trousers right down exposing his plump hairless balls which were yet to
fully drop and his thin boyish penis. There wasn't a hair to be seen on
this newly exposed skin and his mother and brother could now see the
thirteen year olds most private secrets with their own eyes.

Harry knew that Matthew would have great difficulty from now on in bragging
about being more `mature' and more `developed' than him. The sneer of
superiority returned to Harry's face as he thought about the huge role
reversal that would occur if he actually did get his pubes before his older
brother!

Lunch had been long finished by the time the punishment of the three Morris
sisters had concluded, allowing plenty of time for the meal to digest. The
moment of truth had arrived for Matthew Parker, it was time to go swimming!

Rowena Drysdale, whose secret idea this all was, despite her best efforts,
could not totally wipe the smirk of excitement and anticipation from her
face.

Leif Sorensen and Rhys Maxwell-Jenkins both noticed, but put it down to the
excitement of the Morris sisters having, just a short time ago, being
stripped bare naked, exposed and spanked,! At this stage they suspected
nothing about Matthew Parker swimming naked in support of Leif Sorensen,
who, still being a `little boy', still had to swim naked.

Maxwell-Jenkins, Sorensen and Parker walked to the pool a discreet distance
behind the Drysdale and Morris families. In their full uniforms, they made
an impressive sight walking together, with the three white stripe single
breasted waistcoats unique to Head Prefects really standing out!

The reason for the discrete distance was so the three boys could quietly
discuss that afternoons surprise happenings. The boys in a quite whisper,
discussed seeing Diana, Christie and Josie Morris naked and their
subsequent spanking. They also discussed the revelation that Rowena was
spanked just like boys! All three expressed a wish that they could observe
that occurring!

"Did you see how Rowena's cheeks flushed with embarrassment when her mother
made her confess that she has pubes but is yet to have her first period?"
Maxwell-Jenkins asked Sorensen and Parker.

"Yeah I noticed, she was like beet red" Leif Sorensen replied, "I wonder
how much pubes she has, her breasts have started to grow since last year
when she was still flat chested but they are still not very big. "

"What do you think Parker?" Maxwell-Jenkins asked.

Matthew Parker of course knew exactly what Rowena looked like naked but
could not confess to that, but his answer though pretending to guess, was
very accurate!

"Well Maxwell-Jenkins my guess would be that Rowena is only on the cusp of
puberty, slightly more developed than Josie or Christie but not as far
developed as Diana. As she has only recently turned twelve year old, the
pubes she confessed to having are probably still very sparse and you can
see through her clothing that her breasts are still very small, probably
just freshly formed and budding. My guess would be that her breasts are
only a little more developed than Josie's and Christie's!" Matthew Parker
stated.

"Wow Parker" Maxwell-Jenkins exclaimed "Your description was brilliant,
made me hard just listening .... and imagining!

"Too much information Maxwell-Jenkins" Leif Sorensen responded with a
giggle.

Matthew Parker despite his own imminent embarrassment and humiliation also
smiled and giggled at Maxwell-Jenkins comment. Parker like Sorensen was
constantly amazed at how open Maxwell-Jenkins was about all things sexual!

Matthew Parker decided at that instant that now was the time to tell
Sorensen and Maxwell-Jenkins about his naked swimming plans.

"Leif, remember how I promised to have your back!" Parker asked.

"Yes ...... " Sorensen replied, curious because Parker had used his first
name not his surname.

"Oh .... this sounds interesting" Maxwell-Jenkins commented and winked at
Leif, "Parker used your first name, Sorensen!"

"Ignore Maxwell-Jenkins, ..... I also said at that time that I hoped that I
had my pubes by next year, as I would die of embarrassment if I was made to
swim naked.

His comment bought a smile to the faces of both Maxwell-Jenkins and
Sorensen as they remembered how he had first blurted out the secret that he
was yet to get his pubes!

"Leif, .... I have thought through my feelings about not having pubes and
being seen naked and so I have obtained permission from the Reverend Doctor
Drysdale and my parents to be allowed to swim naked at Sunday afternoon
swimming in support of you. As Head Prefect, I believe and my decision is
supported by the Deputy Headmaster and my parents, that my actions will
greatly assist in showing strong leadership around ensuring equality
amongst all the boys at Archbishops College!"

Leif Sorensen and Rhys Maxwell-Jenkins were at first totally speechless at
Parkers announcement and both actually stopped walking and stood staring at
Matthew Parker in disbelief.

"Impressive" Maxwell-Jenkins eventually stated, "You know that by your
selfless actions you have opened yourself up for much ridicule and
embarrassment."

Parker nodded his head in acceptance.

After some time, "Thank you ..... Matthew" was the only comment the stunned
Leif Sorensen could manage, overwhelmed by the fact that Parker, the
current Head Prefect was prepared to expose his naked body to everyone at
the college swimming pool this Sunday in moral support of him having to
swim naked!

"Parker", Maxwell-Jenkins asked, "Are you sure you can handle the fact that
everyone who will be there at this afternoons swimming, which means that as
well as all the college boys, the Morris sisters and other girls including
Rowena Drysdale will see that your barely into the journey of puberty!
Everyone there will see that the current Head Prefect of the Preparatory
School, just like his predecessor, Leif Sorensen, is still a `little boy'
having no pubic hair. Leif and myself will `have your back' but I hope you
have thought this right through!"

"I have Maxwell-Jenkins, I am not going to pretend it will be easy, but
with the support of both of you and the Reverend Doctor Drysdale I will
manage!" Parker replied.

As was usual, when they arrived at the college swimming pool, they were
early and the pool had yet to open! Matthew noticed that there seemed to be
even more tween and teen girls present than when Leif Sorensen had made his
first naked Sunday swim! Had Rowena secretly spread the word of his
imminent exposure to all these girls?

As soon as the Drysdale party had arrived at the swimming pool, Rowena had
gone straight over to join her group of tween and teen girlfriends aged
between eleven and fifteen years of age. The girls were all daughters of
live in college staff. As well as 12 year old Rowena, the group comprised
Rowena's closest friend, Gail Closender aged 11, Angela Goodwin also aged
11, Linda Burns aged 12, Lucy Windsor also aged 12, Wendy Partridge aged
13, Caitlin Berg aged 13 and her sixteen month older sister Jennifer Berg
aged 14 and Katherine Mannering aged 15.

Matthew knew all of the girls and they all knew him and soon all these
girls would see and know what he looked like totally naked, a truly scary
thought that made him shake with nervous fear!

As the girls stood around talking they glanced repeatedly over at Matthew
and the other two boys, just like they had done that Sunday when Sorensen
first swam naked. The grins and giggles on the girls along with their
repeatedly glances over at him made Matthew Parker feel even more nervous
if that were possible!

When the swimming pool opened as the boys and girls went off to the change
rooms, the Reverend Doctor Drysdale went straight to the swimming pools
public address system and announced to everyone present that he had
approved a request from Parker the Head Prefect of the Preparatory School
to swim naked on Sundays, explaining that Parker had strong feelings about
ensuring equality amongst all the boys at Archbishops College and had
requested he be allowed to swim naked in support of last years Head
Prefect, Sorensen.

The announcement caused considerable shock in the swimming pool change
rooms and at pool side. Matthew Parker felt he heard the faint sounds of
cheering and laughing coming all the way from the girls in their change
room.

The thirteen year old Head Prefect of the Preparatory School, was as
always, immaculately presented. As he stood facing the wall of the boys
change room, with Sorensen to his left and Maxwell-Jenkins to his right, he
could almost feel the multitude of eyes that were glancing over at him
after the Deputy Headquarters announcement.

Parker had his thick dark hair brushed neatly across his head and he was
still fully dressed in his well ironed and pressed prefects uniform, but he
knew he would now have to undress and that today, unlike all of the last
school year and so far this year he would not be putting on his special
Head Prefects swimming briefs with their prestigious white waist band, he
would be walking out of the change room and into the pool area totally
naked!

Parker began to undress, the first item he removed was his Prefects black
school blazer which was trimmed with a much thicker gold braid than an
ordinary Prep students blazer. He then loosened his black Prefects tie and
removed it, undid his exclusive white Head Prefects waistcoat and took it
off. Then he unbuttoned his long sleeve white Prefects shirt and removed
it, revealing his white prefects t-shirt.

Next he removed his black shoes and grey socks and then he undid his grey
belt with gold buckle and unzipped his long grey Prefects trousers before
