It is intended for mature audiences only, so if you are not of legal adult status in your political jurisdiction, exit the story now. This story may be posted to the Nifty Archives only. Do not post it to Web sites or other venues without the written permission of the author. The protagonist, Nick Marshall, made his debut in the Nifty Archives in a series of stories called "Unusual Christmas." You might find it interesting to read those, but this story is a free-standing piece. I've got several more stories about Nick and his adventures that I will probably post in the next few weeks. They're all set in my hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana, aka, The Big Easy. Like all writers, I appreciate feedback. Nick's Adventure with Jody, Part Two We slept till noon the next day, Sunday. I woke up first and went to take a piss, and Jody was awake when I got back to bed. "Morning," he said. "Hi," I said in response. He got up and took a piss, too. When he came back to bed, I was stretching hard. He jumped in and started running his hands across my chest. It felt really good to have his hands on me. He got in bed next to me, and we pulled the covers back up. It was late March and probably a beautiful day outside, but it was chilly in my room. We snuggled for a little while, and Jody said he was starting to get hard. "Me, too," I said. He got down under the covers and started sucking my dick. I just lay there, enjoying the warmth of his body on mine and his mouth around my rod. I didn't have the energy to do anything in return. That would have to wait until he had finished. It didn't take him long to bring me off, and he must have swallowed all my cum because there wasn't any around when he finally pulled off of me. He got back up next to me on the pillows, and I started playing with his nipple that was closest to me. He moved my hand away, though. "That blow-job was to say thanks for being a friend to me. I want you bad, but I also want to wait. A guy as nice as you shouldn't have to work this early on a Sunday." I liked the way he said that. I really didn't feel like doing anything to him, so I just said thanks. We lay there for a few more minutes. Then we got up and went downstairs--naked. It had become a sort of tradition among us that we didn't wear clothes around the house on Sunday mornings--really until around three in the afternoon--if the weather was warm. We stopped in the kitchen and got some coffee. We went outside to the patio, where Scott, Matt, and Philip were lounging around reading the paper. I wondered where Philip's boyfriend was, but I didn't ask. I introduced Jody to Scott and Matt, but they both knew him. "I didn't realize y'all were brothers," Jody said. "Now that I look at the three of you, I should have. Y'all look like fuckin' triplets or something." We laughed. "Why didn't you tell me your brother owned the clubs, man," Jody said to me. "Actually, all three of them own the clubs together," Philip said. "You and I work for them." "So you're my boss," Jody said to me. "Not exactly," I said. "Scott runs the clubs. I'm just a fill-in. Hell, I had to fuckin' audition for your cousin." We both laughed at that. I got up and got cigarettes for me and Jody from the nearly-new pack on the table next to Matt. "No, go ahead and help yourself. By all means," Matt said in his sarcastic voice. "Stingy bastard," I said. "I think I will, fuckface." This is the way we talk to each other all the time. It's a brother thing, I guess. We also gang up on one guy. Sometimes it's me and Scott against Matt, sometimes me and Matt against Scott, and sometimes it's Scott and Matt against me. We do it in fun, but sometimes I get the feeling people who don't know us well misunderstand what's going on. "Hey, look, man, I got a pack right upstairs," Jody said. "I'll go get them." Everybody but Jody laughed. "What's goin' on?" "I was just teasing my little brother," Matt said. "You take anything you want as long as you're a guest in this house. And I mean that." "He really does," Philip said. "For example, I'm taking his car when I leave." We all laughed hard at that one. "Take Nick's," Matt said, and we all laughed again. After the verbal horseplay, I got the sports section of the paper and read about the NCAA playoffs. I checked the Prep Listings to see if my name was there for track (We had had a meet Thursday, and it hadn't been reported.), and I found it. I had placed first in the mile and second in pole vaulting, and both events were reported. "Is everybody finished with sports," I asked. Everybody said they were. Jody hadn't looked at the section, but he apparently wasn't interested. I carefully tore out the Prep Listings section for my scrapbook. Colton wasn't a big school, but a lot of people with money sent their kids there. The newspaper recognized that some of their best advertizers had boys at that school, so we get good sports coverage. Better, in fact, than most of the Catholic schools and all of the public schools. I lay back in a lounge chair, enjoying the sun. I had been spending time every week in the tanning beds there, at Alvin's, and at one of the clubs, so I was well on my way to a nice, even, all-over tan. After a period of silence, Philip asked, "When do y'all have Spring Break?" "Not this week, but next week. I mean, starting a week from tomorrow," I said. "The same with me," Matt said. "Are y'all hanging around here," Philip asked. He had some kind of book that he was working in, and I figured it must be his schedule book for the clubs. "Hell, no," Matt said. "I'm going to Florida. Panama City Beach. The happening place for Spring Break." "And I'm leaving Friday for Paris," I said. "I'll be gone three weeks." Colton was big into foreign languages, and they set up these home visits with people in France and Spain for guys taking French and Spanish. I had gone to Spain in the seventh, eighth, and ninth grades, and this was to be my third year in France. These visits were a great chance to practice the languages. I was already fluent in Spanish, and my French was pretty good. I knew it would get a whole lot better after three weeks of total emersion in the language. "So you guys are out at the clubs." Matt, too, was a fill-in, like Jody and me. "That's right," we said together. "What about you, Jody? What are your Spring Break plans?" "I don't got none. I ain't in school." "So you'll be available pretty much the whole time?" "Damn straight." We laughed at his eagerness. "By the way, Jody and Nick, I don't need y'all tonight. The emergency is over. But Jody, I'm going to need you Tuesday night, and every night after that until a week from next Sunday. I'll probably need you beyond that, too, so don't fall in love." "So what does that amount to? Eighteen days in a row," Jody asked. "Something like that," Philip said. "Hotdamn, it's Christmas," Jody said. We all laughed. "Speaking of Jody's working reminds me he needs a place to live. Do we have anything vacant, Scott?" We owned a bunch of rental properties all over the city, only most of them were kind of upscale, maybe too much so for Jody's budget. "I have no idea," he said. "I can check, though. What are you looking for, Jody?" "Hell, I don't know. An apartment, I guess. One bedroom would do me fine. Furnished." "We've got some one-bedrooms, but none of them are furnished. We can scare up some furniture for you, probably. The basics, at least." Scott picked up the chordless phone that was on the table and punched in a number. After what must have been three rings, he said, "Ella, this is Scott Marshall. Fine, thanks. And you? Great. Listen, Ella, I hate to call you on a Sunday, but . . . Well, I appreciate that." Ella ran a rental agency, and we pumped big bucks her way every year in commissions. "I've got a friend who's pretty desperate to find a place to live. A one-bedroom. We got anything?" There was a pause as Ella check her computer listings. Scott lit a cigarette, and in a minute he resumed. "Three? That's great. Hold on." Scott put his hand over the mouthpiece and addressed Jody. "She's got three places, all in the five-hundred-dollar range. You interested?" Jody didn't know what to say, I could tell. "You're not going to get anything decent for less than that," Scott said. He had recently taken an interest in our business dealings, so he was up on things like that. "Hell," I said, "that's one night at the clubs. Take it." "I guess I am," Jody said. "You want to look at them this afternoon," Scott asked. "I guess." I nodded yes. "Ella, he's interested. Can he see them this afternoon?" There was another pause while Ella checked who might be available to show the apartments. "Great. He and my brother Nick will meet you at your office at three. Thanks, Ella. I owe you one. No, that's what I meant. I owe you ten percent. Thanks, again. Bye." "Phew, man, that was fast," Jody said. Then, "What time is it?" "Time to get something to eat," I said. "It's 1:15," Philip said. "Let's go get dressed and stop at McDonalds or someplace," I said. "I really am hungry." As we were getting up to leave, it occurred to me we might be able to lower the rent for Jody. "So, Scott, why can't we let Jody live in the place for less than the official rent?" Scott looked at Philip, who shrugged. "I guess there's no reason we couldn't. We wouldn't feel it, that's for sure. We could give Ella her ten percent of the regular rent." Scott thought for a few seconds. "That's a great fucking idea, Bubba. Let's say two hundred a month. How does that sound, Jody?" "Aw, you guys. . . ." "Stop it," Scott said. "The apartment costs you two hundred dollars a month. Period." "Thank you, Scott," Jody said. "I really owe you, guy." "You just take good care of my very little brother, there. He's very special to us." Scott lisped the last sentence, imitating a queer, I guess. "Yeah, he's a special pain in the ass," Matt said. "Leave me alone, or I'll give you a real pain in the ass, shithead," I said to Matt, grinning. "Get the fuck out of my house. Both of you," Matt said. We got up to leave. "Thanks, Bubba," I said to Scott. He just grinned at me. Jody and I ate and met Ella at her office. She took us to the three apartments, and Jody was impressed by all of them. "What kind of furniture do you have," Ella asked when we were back at her office to close the deal. "None," he said. "No appliances or anything?" "No. Nothing." "Then I'd suggest you go with the place at Fairfield Oaks. It's got a full complement of kitchen appliances, and it also has a washer and dryer. It's $550 a month, and it's worth it." I pulled Ella aside and explained the deal about the rent. "Er, Jody. I think I'll need two checks: one for the first month--$200--and one for the deposit, also $200." He wrote a check for the deposit and a second one for the first month's rent. Ella told him to come in the next day and she'd help him get the power, water, telephone, and cable TV transferred to his name. In the meantime, the apartment was his. We left Ella's office and drove back to Fairfield Oaks. The place was bigger and nicer than I had noticed the first time through. Jody was beaming the whole time. "I can't fuckin' believe that this place is mine," he said. "You wouldn't believe some of the shitholes we've lived in. This is a fuckin' palace compared to them." "Why don't we get some shopping done," I said. "What do you mean," he asked. "Well, you gonna need dishes, a coffee maker, sheets, a bed, a TV, a phone. All kinds of shit." "I guess you're right. Where?" "Let's go to Wal-Mart. They've got pretty good stuff, and they're open." We went to Wal-Mart and bought a truck load of shit. It came to just over a thousand bucks. They didn't want to take his check, since he wasn't in their computer and all, but I guaranteed it with my American Express card. They were only too happy to cooperate, then. We took the stuff to Jody's apartment. All of it was cheap, but Jody loved it. The place came with blinds, and, when I mentioned we'd forgotten about curtains, he said blinds were all he needed. We went back to my house and scrounged around the attic for stuff he could use. There was a lot of furniture up there, and we found a kitchen table and chairs set, some livingroom furniture that must have been in the maids' quarters, and some other stuff that we didn't want but that he could use. There was even a double bed with a mattress and spring. We loaded as much of it as possible into the back of a pickup truck we had at the house, and we moved him in. He drove the truck, and I drove my car. It took us a couple of hours to get the stuff moved in and set up, and by then we had raging appetites. I called Pizza Hut from my car phone because Jody didn't have a phone yet, and we waited for the pizza man. I had grabbed two six packs of beer, a six pack of cokes, and a bottle of so-so scotch from our house before we left, so we had some liquid refreshment. The cold beer tasted especially good. We had both taken off our shirts to do the heavy work of moving the furniture, and we were both covered with sweat after our labors. After we ate, we lounged on the living room furniture, which wasn't too bad. Jody had been sitting in a chair across from the sofa I was sitting on, but he got up and sat next to me. He took my hand in his and held it. "I don't think I know how to thank you for all that you and your brothers have done for me. I guess you're what they call a real friend in need." After he said that, he gently kissed me on my mouth. It wasn't a sexual kiss; it was a kiss of genuine appreciation and affection. After a long moment of looking me rigidly in the eyes, Jody started crying softly. "Dude," I said. "What's the matter?" "My life has been so fucked up the last month that I never thought it would get right. Now, I'm set up in an apartment, I've got a good job, and I've got a friend who really cares about me. I just don't know what to make of all of this." "Things are looking up, that's all." "Yeah, I guess. I hope it don't all come crashing down on me, though." "Be optimistic. Look on the bright side. Don't be sad." "I'm not sad. I'm happy. That's why I'm crying. Don't you ever cry when you're happy?" I don't, but I didn't tell him that. Instead, I wiped the tears from his face with my hand. "Will you spend the night with me," he asked. "I'd already decided I would," I said. "And I'll spend all day tomorrow with you, too. I'm not going to school. There's still a hell of a lot of work to do around this place, and I'll help you do it." With that, the tears started again. This was starting to make me a little uncomfortable. I decided to distract him from all this "happiness." I started rubbing his chest, making his nipples hard. He moaned with pleasure when I did that, and he did the same to me. I took him by his hand and led him to the bedroom. I pulled back the comforter on the newly-made bed, and I started undoing his pants. He took the hint and started unbuttoning mine, as well. In a second we were both naked and hard. He pulled me to him and kissed me deeply and passionately. Our cocks touched, and the feeling sent an electric charge through me. It must have had the same effect on him because, when we broke our kiss, we stood close to one another and let our cocks rub each other. I really liked that. "God, that feels good," I said. "I love to do that." "Me, too," he said. We continued rubbing against each other's cocks for several minutes, and then we climbed into bed. "Jody," I said, "I want you to fuck me. I want you to stick your dick into me as far as it will go and rock gently back and forth till we both explode." I got on my back and hoisted my legs back as far as they would go. Jody got between them, his cock deep inside me and mine rubbing against his stomach and chest. I wrapped my legs around him, and we were as close to being one entity as I had ever known. He was very gentle with me, and my ass sang with pleasure. The pressure on my cock and balls as they rubbed against him only added to the sensation, and I concentrated on this fuck more than I had on any in a long time. It felt like every cell in my body was washed again and again in the sweet nectar of pure enjoyment. We lasted like this for a long, long time. Finally, though, we both reached the point of no return, and we blasted our loads with intense fury. It was one of the hardest comes of my life, and I felt dizzy as my hard contraction sent me over the edge. It was truly wonderful. When we were finished, Jody collapsed on top of me, and I held him to me. Eventually, of course, we separated. "That was the best fuck I've ever had--man or woman," he said. "It was for me, too," I said. We held each other and snuggled like kittens. In a little while we got up for cigarettes and a drink. We cleaned ourselves up and went into the living room. We sat on the sofa, very close to one another, and talked. He wanted to know about my parents, so I told him about how their private plane went down in a terrible storm the previous November on their way back from a business trip to Houston. My mom, dad, and Uncle Matt were killed, and so was the pilot. I told him about school and my athletic interests, and he was genuinely impressed that I could run a mile and that I was quarterback of our football team. I told him about my upcoming trip to Paris and about the foreign language program at Colton. "Shit, I wish I could have gone to a school like that," he said. "I've gone to public schools all my life, and they ain't for shit in this city. They stuck me in a class for kids with learning disabilities, and I haven't learned much of nothing. I told you what my schedule was when I quit. I was still only a freshman, even though I was eighteen. That was kind of humiliating. I catch on to stuff pretty quick if I hear somebody talk about it, but if I gotta read, I'm lost." "How about sports," I asked. "I love sports, but I didn't play any at school. This was my first year at that school, and I was too old for freshman teams and not experienced enough for junior varsity or varsity. The fact is, I'm a loser when it comes to sports, too." I hated to hear him say that about himself. "You've got a good build," I said. "Somebody must have taught you how to work out." "Yeah. I had three PE's every day. They worked my ass pretty good on the physical side, I guess. Plus, I think I respond pretty good to training." "What about girls? You ever have a girlfriend?" "Yeah, I did. For three years. She dumped me, though. Said she wanted more out of life than I could give her. Hell, I gave her a baby. That's what she wanted." "You've got a kid," I asked. "Yeah. He's a year old. I don't never see him, though. Her mom and step-dad got really pissed at me when she turned up pregnant, and the deal was they wouldn't demand any child support as long as I left him alone. Courtney and I would still sneak around together for a while, but eventually she met somebody else. I've seen Jason a few times, though. Once I just turned up at her house about a month after he was born. A couple of other times she brought him with her when we went out. She was gone all last summer to her grandmother's in Lafayette, and when she came back she was kind of cool toward me. I heard at school that she had dropped out and moved to Lafayette. I think she must have met some guy there." "So, tell me about Tony," I said. "He's the best, man. He's my best friend. We're like you and your brothers. His mother and my mother are sisters. He don't know who his father is, and he lived with his mom in a shack near the Quarter. She took off when he was fourteen, and he moved in with us. We shared a bed until he was eighteen, and then he moved out. He's only twenty-two, but he looks older because he's been through a lot. He basically showed me most of what I know about sex. We had some real good times together, especially when my mom had to work nights." "My brother Scott seems to like him and have a lot of confidence in him." "Oh, yeah, man. He's the best." I had never known anybody like Jody before. He could be sensitive, but I also suspected he could be tough as nails when the occasion presented itself. I really liked that guy. Around 11 o'clock Jody made us each another drink, a strong one. When we finished them, we both decided we were pooped. We went to bed then, curled up around each other. In no time we were both asleep. I woke up at 6:30 the next morning, the same time I get up on every school day. I thought about the day's assignments at school and decided to stick with my decision not to go. I hated to miss school, and I never did unless I was really, really sick, which was almost never. I felt a little guilty about skipping, but I went ahead and called the school on my cellphone I'd brought in from the car to tell them I wouldn't be there because I was feeling bad. I got an answering machine, but that would be enough for me not to get in trouble. Jody was already up and in the kitchen making coffee. When I went in there, he brought me a cup of coffee with cream and sugar. "Good morning, sleepy head," he said. "I've been up an hour already." "What the fuck for," I asked. "I'm excited, I guess. I'm in my own place and all, and I just couldn't sleep any more." He grinned an innocent grin, and I grinned back. "Well, I'm glad you didn't wake my ass up that early," I said, jokingly. We drank our coffee and smoked cigarettes in silence. I like to read the newspaper in the morning, but there wasn't one. Jody had the TV on in the living room on the news, so I half listened to that as I finished waking up. After a while, Jody said, "Let's make a list of everything we gotta do today, okay?" "Sure," I said. He started writing a list: "Get my stuff from Tony's. Buy groceries and shit. See about the electricity, water, phone, and cable TV. Buy ashtrays and shit." We were using a saucer that came with the dishes we bought at Wal-Mart as an ashtray. "Go to pawn shop." "Go to pawn shop? What the hell are you going to pawn," I asked in my innocence. "I ain't gonna pawn nothing," he said. "I'm gonna go shopping." "At a pawn shop?" "Hell, yeah. You can get all kinds of stuff at pawn shops. I want to get a stereo and maybe a VCR. I buy stuff from pawn shops all the time. You can get some really good stuff cheap." "Okay," I said, still a little skeptical. "Can you think of anything else we need to do," he asked me. "Take shower. Get breakfast." He laughed. We drank another cup of coffee and smoked another cigarette. Every few minutes he would get up and walk around the kitchen or out into the living room. He would come back smiling. Finally I said, "I'm hitting the shower. You want to come?" He grinned and followed me. Once in the shower, Jody got amorous. He kissed me passionately as the water poured down on us. Our tongues danced in each other's mouths as we squirmed closer and closer to one another. The hot water felt really good, and having him press his body against mine felt even better. We were both hard in no time. "This is like the night we met," he said. "I love to take a shower with you." I didn't know what to say to that, and I wasn't sure what he meant by it. I lathered up his hair, and he did the same to me. I played with his ears while I did it, and that turned him on more than I expected it would. We rinsed our hair and started washing each other by hand. I soaped his face really well, and I didn't feel any beard stubble. When he washed my face, he commented on my stubble, saying he wished his beard would come in. I turned him around and washed his back, from his neck to his feet. I spent more than enough time on his crack, and I stuck two of my fingers up his ass on the way down. He then washed my back, doing the same thing. I started on his front, concentrating on his nipples. Our cocks were rubbing against one another as they had done the night before, and the sensation was almost too much to bear. He washed my front the same way, and twice he bucked involuntarily so that I thought he was about to come. He didn't, though. "Let me wash your insides," I said. I soaped up my cock really well and turned him around facing the wall. He leaned over slightly to give me a better angle, and I drove my iron-hard cock all the way in on the first try. After my turn, he washed me out in the same way. We both came very hard both times. "Our cocks are filthy now," I said. I soaped up mine first, and then his, and we stood facing one another, rubbing our cocks together. We didn't touch any other place. It took us a while to come, but, when we did, the top of my head just about blew off. It was 8 o'clock by the time we dressed. It was too early, still, to do some of the things on the list, but breakfast was a real possibility. We went to Shoney's for their breakfast bar, and we ate like bears waking up from hibernation. After breakfast, we went to the grocery store. We had fun buying stuff. Most of it was either frozen dinners or junk food, but it would at least fill up the refrigerator and pantry. He bought four cartons of Marlboros. When I looked at him funny, he said, "You only gotta do this once a month, right?" We both laughed. We both also knew that he was probably right. "Hey, let me stock your bar," I said. He started to object, but I insisted, saying it was my housewarming gift. I bought two half-gallons of J&B scotch, two halfs of Wild Turkey, two of Absolut vodka, two of Bombay gin, and one each of Canadian Club, rum, and taquila. I threw in some vermouth, white creme de menthe, and brandy for good measure. I don't know who I thought would drink all that shit, but I also knew it wouldn't go bad. The girl at the check-out didn't challenge me on the liquor, as I knew she wouldn't. We packed all the stuff in my trunk and took it to Jody's place. He put on another pot of coffee while we put the groceries away, and, when we had finished, we had a leisurely cup of coffee before we started the next round of errands. We got through the list of things to do pretty quickly, and by noon we only had the trip to Tony's place to go. Tony didn't live very far away, so we got there in a few minutes. There weren't any cars around, so it appeared that no one was home. Jody had a key, though, and he let us in. At first glance, it was obvious this was a bachelors' apartment. There was shit everywhere in the living room, and the kitchen sink was piled with dishes. Jody's clothes were hanging in the laundry room off the kitchen. He didn't have many. His socks and a couple of pairs of underwear were in a grocery-store bag on the floor. He had a few other things in another bag, but that was basically all of his wardrobe. Jody wrote a note for Tony and left it on the refrigerator door, one of the few places in the kitchen that wasn't completely cluttered. Just as we were leaving, Tony drove up. "Hey, what's going on," he asked by way of greeting. "Well, cuz, I'm getting out of your way. I got an apartment, so I'm collecting up my stuff." We put the stuff down and followed Tony back into the kitchen. He offered us cokes and got them out of the refrigerator. He read the note on the door but didn't say anything. "So where is this place," he asked, after he had settled at the table. He lit a cigarette, and Jody and I lit up, too. Jody told him where the place was and all the details. "Can you afford to live by yourself," he asked with real concern in his voice. "Probably not too well, but as long as I keep making good money dancing, I don't see why not. I might meet another boy who's looking for a place to live, though. I hadn't really thought of that." "I'll keep an eye out for you. By the way, I put a new battery in your car this morning. It works great." "Thanks, Tony. How much do I owe you?" Tony pulled a receipt out of his shirt pocket. "Sixty-two and change. Forget the change." Jody paid him in cash. "You better start saving for a new car, Jody. That piece of shit ain't gonna last much longer." "I'm way ahead of you," Jody said. "Or at least I was until I got the apartment. I'll save, though. Don't worry about that." After some more small talk, we stood up and got ready to leave. "Tony, I don't know how to thank you for taking care of me this last month. I love you, man. You know that." Jody's voice got a little shakey, like maybe he was getting ready to cry. Tony grabbed him hard and started kissing him. Then he abruptly pulled away, as though he remembered I was there. He looked at me, embarrassed. "Don't worry. He's cool," Jody said. I thought maybe Tony and Jody might like to be alone, so I told Jody I'd get his stuff to the apartment and he could follow me in his car. I winked at him, and he smiled. Jody met me back at his place about an hour later. "Thanks for taking care of this stuff for me," he said. "And thanks for leaving when you did." "No problem, man," I said. I hung around until four or so, and then I headed home. I had school work to do, and I knew if I didn't get started I'd be up really late. I talked to Jody every day for the next three days, but with school, track, getting ready for my trip, and his job, we didn't get together before I left for Paris. We stayed friends after I came home, but our relationship never developed further. Jody became a regular dancer at the clubs, and he continued to knock down four or five hundred dollars every night he danced. Eventually, he married one of his private clients and moved to L.A. to try his luck at modeling. I see his picture in magazines now and then, and, when I do, I remember our adventure. The End
