Caleb Chapter 36 The group of friends continued to meet together at breaks and after school whenever they could. Ewan and Allan becoming regular members of the group as well. Natasha returned to school on the Monday after they had had the meeting at Jerry's house with the police. Graeme was the first to speak to her and his conversation showed that he knew nothing of the recordings that had been made of Natasha. Natasha was somewhat subdued and most of her so-called friends didn't even show concern as to why she had missed school. When Caleb saw her sitting by herself one break time, he invited her to join their group. Natasha was worried at first because she thought it might be a trap to trick her into suffering some more abuse, but when Graeme joined them and insisted that he wanted her to join with the group she accepted. A few of the others expressed their thoughts for her having been off school and hoped she was doing okay now and Jerry made sure that none of them got an opportunity to press her for details. Because of this, the conversation soon moved away from Natasha's absence and onto more general topics and before the end of the break session, Natasha was joining and laughing along with the rest. Much to Carol and Jasmine's surprise, Natasha soon became a regular with the group, and as her whole attitude towards everyone at school had changed she found her life becoming more normal and happier. It was at one of the group break meetings just a couple of weeks later that Natasha, accidentally, let slip that her father had been arrested. Again Jerry made sure that any probing questions got batted away. Caleb helped with his ability to think quickly and make comments which drew the attention away from an unanswered question. Natasha picked up on this and when she got the chance she spoke privately with Caleb asking him if he knew something more than he was letting on. "Yes, I do. I'm sorry, but I was the one who found the flash drives that had the pictures and vids on. The only other persons in our group who knows this is Jerry and my sister; but my sister doesn't know you and didn't see the pictures. The others know that we found the flash drives and that they had underage pornography on them, but they do not know it is you who can be seen in them. I'm sorry but we had to turn them into the police. We couldn't stop those people from abusing you, by ourselves, and we felt that was the first thing that needed to be done. I hope you're not mad at us." Caleb told her. "I'm not mad. I'm embarrassed that you've seen that. How much did you see? How much was there?" Natasha asked. "I don't know for sure because I only looked at it until I realised it was you so I only saw a little bit, but judging by the number of files, I'm afraid, there was a lot." Caleb answered her. "You mean you didn't copy them or look at all of them before handing them in?" Natasha asked, clearly surprised. "No! I couldn't do that once I knew it was you. I just knew that they had to be handed in and we did that the same day we found them." Caleb assured her. "And you've not told anyone you know who was featured on them?" "I promise you that none of the others know it was you." "Thank you. That means a lot and makes it easier for me. You're a good guy Caleb. After the way I treated you, you could have just mailed the clips to all the school." Natasha said. "If I'd done that, I would have had to kill myself because I couldn't live with the knowledge of what I'd done. That's why you can be sure I won't tell anyone. It also helped me to understand why you had been the way you were. You didn't need someone being mean back; you needed someone to show you friendship and caring." Caleb said. "Yes, you're right. And it's worked too. Thank you." "Glad I could help. But now that you know, I know. If you ever need to talk, I'll listen. I can't promise to do anything more than that, but I can listen." Caleb offered. "Thank you again. Maybe one day I'll take you up on that offer, but I don't think I'm ready yet." "And that's fine too. I guess you're going to be given some professional help for this anyway?" Caleb said. "Yes. I go for the first meeting tomorrow." "I guess that's not going to be easy either. Will your mum be with you?" Caleb asked. "She'll take me and wait for me, but she's also going to have to get a job as there's no money coming in now." Natasha said. "We know what that's like too. But be strong and support your mum as she supports you and you will become a great team. Believe me that is the only way it will work out." "Thanks, I'll try to remember that." Natasha said. Two weeks after Natasha had spoken with Caleb about what he knew, there was a big spread in the local paper about a paedophile ring that had been broken up. Names were left out by court order as Natasha wasn't the only child of one of the men involved in the ring. Although Natasha had never been abused alongside any other underage girl, the paper reported that there were seven underage girls involved, some of whom had been abused from as young as five years of age. There were five adult males in the ring and they each got a minimum of three life sentences by the time the court cases had completed. The prosecutors had been very clever and brought separate prosecutions against each man for each of the girls he had abused. This way the judge had no option but to impose life sentences as the UK law prescribes a mandatory life sentence for a second offence of having intercourse with a girl under the age of thirteen. Also by ordering the sentences to run sequentially, it meant that even with paroles the five men would still die in prison as their next sentence would kick in straight after being paroled from the previous sentence. About three weeks after the last of the court cases had been heard, Caleb answered a knock on the door to find Inspector Clarke with (now) Sergeant Meyers; both smiling. "Uh, hi, is there a problem?" "Just a little one. We need to find a home for something and thought you might be able to provide it." Gavin Clarke said. "A home? For what?" Caleb asked. "This." Sean Meyers said. He held out a shopping carry bag for Caleb to take. Caleb looked in the bag and then grinned. A few moments later his grin changed to a questioning frown and he looked up at the two policemen, "But isn't this evidence? I know the guys have all been sentenced but I thought you kept all the evidence for years." "Normally that would be the case, but a certain lawyer argued the matter that the box was not the evidence, only what it contained." Gavin said. "And as you were the person who had possession of it when it was handed in, it's yours now. Also I don't think the original owner of it will have much use for it in a cell." "I have one request. Please show us how it works." Sean asked. "Yeah, sure. Do you want to come in and wait while I get what I need?" "Thank you. that would be nice." Gavin answered and the two men were shown through to the lounge where they greeted Sheila. Caleb left them with Sheila while he went to get some magnets from his supplies and then he set about showing them how the pattern on the box was actually a map of what to do. The two men were quite astounded by what Caleb had worked out; and told him which made him blush. Gavin and Sean stayed chatting with Sheila and Caleb for about half an hour and then left as they were still officially on duty. Once they had left, Sheila told Caleb that he would have to show the box to their mum and explain how it worked as well as to the others in their group of friends. "Yeah, I don't mind though. It is quite fun making the hidden bolts work, and I'm kind of proud of what I managed." Caleb admitted. He was about to go and put the box away when there was another knock on the door. Caleb went to answer it and found Ewan and his dad there. "Hi, ... uhm ... do you want to come in?" Caleb stammered, unusually lost for words. "Thank you, and yes please." Brian said. Caleb stood aside; only then did he notice that Ewan was holding a rather large box. "Oh, sorry, do you need a hand with that?" "No, it's okay thanks. I think I can manage." Ewan answered. Caleb showed them through to the lounge where they exchanged greetings with Sheila and Brian helped Ewan put the box down on the floor. He then turned to Caleb and said, "When we were at that meeting at Jerry's house, you told us that you didn't have a printer and I mentioned we had a couple of old ones at home. I thought of giving you one of those ones and took them in to get them serviced. As it turns out they are too outdated to be of any use, but they did buy them back off me, to use for spares. This meant that we could buy you a new printer and some ink and some paper to use in it. Ewan, do you want to get it out and show Caleb what he needs to do to connect it to his laptop." Caleb was standing there with his mouth wide open and his eyes as big as saucers. Sheila, likewise, was silenced with the surprise. Ewan gave Caleb a gentle shove to break his trance like state and said, "Go and grab your laptop so we can see what we need to do." "Thanks, but why us?" Caleb asked as he turned to leave the room. "Because of what you've just said." Brian responded and then waited until Caleb got back with his laptop. Ewan took the laptop out of Caleb's hands and turned it on. He opened the box and from the top of it he lifted out two reams of paper and another box which had several ink cartridges in it; placing them on the coffee table next to Caleb's laptop. Then he lifted out the box with the printer and put his down on the floor so that he could take the printer out of its box and still have some space on the coffee table to put the printer down. "I still don't understand why you'd want to do this for us?" Caleb asked. "Because of the way you are. I know from the questions I asked that the laptop was given to you Caleb, yet now when we bring this gift, you use the term `us' not `me'. Because of your circumstances your laptop is the only thing that can send stuff to this printer, but you don't look on it as yours alone, but that it's for your whole family. You are a very special family and I've heard from Ewan how you also helped with the planning to get those girls who were abusing him, Sheila. When we talked about getting the food from KFC, Caleb, your thoughts were not for your stomach but for your mother. You're a team and I know that this is how you've all survived the hard times you've been through. You helped Ewan, now we're able to help you. Please accept this gift that way." Brian told them. "Thank you. I think Caleb is a little overwhelmed. For a couple of years we have had to struggle completely on our own. Those first months when I was in and out of hospital and we no money coming in at all. Mum hadn't found a job and they told us we couldn't get benefits because the accident was our own doing and dad was drunk. It was really hard and then all of a sudden in just a few weeks, we have this great group of friends with very nice parents and we are being given things we could never afford to get for ourselves. We're not used to this kindness and it is a little overwhelming." Sheila excused Caleb's reaction. "And we don't know how you guys have managed. Many others would have fallen apart and made a pig's ear of their situation, but you guys have held it together against the odds. This is something many of us admire in you all." Brian said. "Do you have a spare socket in this room? You can decide later where you're going to keep the printer, but if we can plug it in here it will help us with setting it up." Ewan interrupted his father's praise giving. "Get the extension for the Hoover." Sheila suggested. Caleb shot off into the hall way and pulled the extension cord out of the hall cupboard. He plugged it into the socket in the hall and unwound the cable as he moved back into the lounge. Ewan got the printer connected up and turned it on. "The printer is wifi enabled so you should be able to send stuff to it from any room in this bungalow." Ewan told them. A short while later, even though the printer had come with a disc, they downloaded and installed the printer driver from the internet, keeping the disc as a back-up. Within minutes they were running a test print, sent off from the laptop. Caleb was still astounded by the kindness being shown to them and was struggling to keep his emotions intact. Ewan noticed this and sat down beside him. He put his arm around Caleb's shoulder and gave him a hug. "Don't be so surprised. You didn't know me from Adam, and yet you were one of the main ones involved in getting me off the hook. I was surprised then because we weren't even friends. Now my family gets to show their appreciation. You're a good guy Caleb and deserve this." This was enough to bring Caleb to tears and he sat on the sofa for several minutes before he could get himself under control. Sheila also had tears in her eyes; move by both the kindness being shown and her feelings for her brother whom she loved dearly. When Caleb raised his head and saw a tear trickling down Sheila's face his own emotions got shoved aside as he jumped up and grabbed a tissue to help dab her eyes and dry her cheeks. Brian and Ewan could only look on with amazement and know that they had done the right thing to bring the printer to Caleb. Helping Sheila was enough to get Caleb back on the straight and narrow and he realised that he had not offered their visitors any refreshments which he did straight away, also apologising for his lack of manners. Both Brian and Ewan declined the offer saying they needed to leave soon. Ten minutes later they were on their way home, feeling rather pleased with themselves. "Wow!" Caleb said, "And it can do scans as well. This is so nice. Who would have believed it?" "If someone had said this would happen a few months ago, I would have laughed at the idea. It's so nice to have some decent friends with great parents." Sheila said. The two didn't know it then, but once a month Ewan was going to give Caleb a ream of paper which his father would buy for them. They also were planning on giving them ink cartridges from time to time so that the Matthews only expense would be the electricity to run the printer. Alf's prediction had been right and Mark began spending more and more time at Caleb's home and got picked up there several times by his father. These visits, while not putting any pressure on Caleb, were the deciding factor along with a few more times spent with Carol and Jasmine. It was during one of these visits that Caleb's heart and mind came together in total agreement. Jerry had collected Sheila and the two of them had gone out for a long walk. Mark and Caleb were already naked and hard when Jerry and Sheila left as their play with each other had begun before Jerry had arrived. The two had closed the door behind Jerry and Sheila and Mark had immediately pulled Caleb into a serious French kiss. Tongues and spit in each other's mouths and hard cocks pressed between them. Mark reached down and cupped Caleb's bum cheeks with his hands and used that grip to lift Caleb off his feet. He carried Caleb through to his room and only then did he break the kiss as he let go and allowed Caleb to fall back onto the bed. For the next hour or so - no one was timing - they edged each other, kissed and caressed the other's body. They learnt that a light tickling on the backside was very erotic when done by someone else; that some action on the backs of their knees also produced a reaction in their cocks; that rubbing a cock in your armpits had an effect as well; and much more besides. When Caleb finally shot his load, and compared it in his mind with the last time Jasmine had wanked him off, he knew that going with guys was what he really wanted and liked. What was more, he also knew that part of making that decision was from how his heart felt toward the person who had just brought him off. Mark was licking Caleb's cum off his body where it had landed after it shot out of his cock in a fountain of spray. "I made a promise to you a few weeks back. Today I'm going to keep that promise. Mark would you please have me as your boyfriend?" Mark stopped mid lick and lifted his head so that he could look at Caleb's face. He saw that Caleb was serious and his own face shone as his mouth split it in two with his grin. "Of course! And would you have me as your boyfriend?" "With pleasure. I love you mate and I'm going to be your boyfriend for as long as I can be." "I love you too and I want you to be my boyfriend until we die." Mark moved up and lay down over Caleb, their tummies sandwiching what cum Mark had not licked up between them. Their lips met and the two boys shared a passionate kiss that was so much better than any kiss they had shared before. By the time they had finished that kiss their cocks were hard again from the caressing each was giving to the other and Mark moved round for them to fit into a sixty-nine to bring each other off again. When Jerry and Sheila got back Mark and Caleb were sitting, still naked, in the lounge watching a program on the telly and holding hands. As Jerry wheeled Sheila into the lounge that was the first thing she noticed. "Have you got an announcement to make?" she asked her brother. "Not so much an announcement, but an acknowledgement. I'm gay and we're boyfriends." Caleb said. "And I'm the happiest teen in the world." Mark said. "Actually I think you'll find that I am the happiest teen in the world." Caleb responded. "You can't be, because I most definitely am." Mark said. "They've only been dating a matter of hours and already are having a lover's tiff. What does that bode for the future?" Jerry teased. "We're very happy for both of you. Caleb that you've decided what you are and who you want to share that with. Mark that you've got the answer that you wanted to your strongest desire." "Yeah, way to go, babe brother. I love you both." Sheila said. "Thanks. Please don't tell anyone else until I've had a chance to tell mum." Caleb requested. "Our lips are sealed until you give us the nod." Jerry said. "But surely Mark will be allowed to tell his parents?" "Of course, but he is going to tell them that I have to wait until I see mum home from work to tell her and so they won't say anything until Mark tells them they can." Caleb explained. Jerry moved over and bent down to give Caleb a hug and then did the same to Mark. "You're going to have a hard time to hide it at school but I think you should do your best to keep it under wraps for as long as possible." "Yeah, it's going to be murder trying not to show how much I love this babe." Mark agreed. "Enough of the babe thing!" Caleb said. "You're going to have think of another thing to call me or you might let it slip at school like you let it slip at the meeting." The four chatted for a bit longer and then Mark had to go and get dressed as his father would be there soon to pick him up. Caleb went with him to help him dress.
