Naturism Becomes a Part of Family Life

Thursday dawned a bright and sunny day with every indication that it would
also be a hot one.  At both the Riggle's and the Brown's, the kids were
careful not to be alone together naked.  They remembered their one
experience of skinny dipping together and were eager to try it again, but
alone, they could only think of the many new experiences they had each had
in just the past few days.

The Brown's dropped Rex and Brigitte off at the Riggle house when they left
for work and were soon followed by Steve and Janet.  Since the kids had all
gotten up rather late, they first sat down to a breakfast of cereal and
toast.  While Brigitte and Rex were dressed for swimming, Rusty and Nancy
were still in their pajamas.  Nancy wasn't wearing the bottoms of hers and
the arm holes were rather large and loose, so Rex got several glimpses of

For Steve and Janet, the surprise was brief and encouraging.  Having seen
the kids swimming nude the previous weekend certainly lessened the severity
of the surprise, and having discussed with the Browns the idea of

reality of standing here face to face not only with their own children but
also with Rex and Brigitte.  For the kids, Steve and Janet's appearance

Rex's parents, they didn't know how Rusty's parents were going to react to
the same situation, especially since the girls were present this time. And
none of the kids knew that their parents had all talked about this very

that the plans they had made with Bob and Ann Brown to discuss a common

moved ahead a couple of days.  Remembering how Bob and Ann had described

Janet now took the same approach.

So with Rusty standing uncertainly at the end of the diving board with his

slide, hands of the side rails to keep himself from sliding into the water,

breasts, and knowing that Steve would follow her lead, Janet quickly

Just then, Rex's hands lost their grip on the sides of the slide and with a
yelp of surprise, he slid down the slide and into the pool with a
tremendous splash.  His sudden entry into the pool and the conversation was
so unexpected and comical that everyone laughed.  The ice seemed to break
and the atmosphere was at once much less strained.

Looking at her Dad, Nancy asked, "Do you want us to get our suits on now?"

After a brief but knowing glance at his wife, Steve answered, "Well, I
guess that's pretty much up to you.  It seems to me you guys have become
pretty comfortable with one another without suits, so as long as you're
behaving yourselves and you don't mind us around, I think your Mom and I
agree that the decision is up to you kids."

"I agree with your Dad, Nanc.  There is something your Dad and I and Bob
and Ann have been wanting to discuss with you kids for some time now, and
it looks like tonight's a good night to have that discussion.  So you guys
decide for yourselves and let us know.
  In the meantime, I'm going to go call the Brown's and invite them over
for a cookout."

With that, Steve and Janet went back into the house and the four youngsters
moved to the spa to discuss this strange turn of events.

Rex was the first to speak as the kids settled into the spa, "Wow, can you
imagine that?  They don't seem any more bothered by us being naked than my
Mom and Dad were when Rusty and I went to breakfast naked."

Nancy, sitting directly across from Rex, added, "Yeah!  I've always known
Mom to be pretty much in control of her emotions, and I've always been able
to talk to her about sex and stuff, but this is a big surprise.  I would
have expected her to be upset finding all of us naked together."

Brigitte, who was sitting on the step with her breasts resting right at the
water's surface, added, "Something about their reaction seems strange to
me.  I agree with you guys.  Why aren't they more upset about this?  I
mean, after all, it isn't every day that parents come home and find their

too."

At this point, Rex spoke up.  "I wonder what our folks and your folks want
to talk to us about.  From what your Mom said, they have been planning it
for awhile, so it can't be just what your Mom and Dad found when they got
home tonight."

"That brings up the subject of us getting into our swim suits," Rusty
added.
  "Mom and Dad said it's up to us to decide, so let's decide."

Nancy spoke up, "I guess I feel OK about it now.  I mean, Mom has seen me
naked before and now that Dad has without going off like a rocket, I'm
comfortable with them being here.  But Brigitte, how do you and Rex feel
about being naked with Mom and Dad around?
  Would you rather get dressed?"

Rex answered first, "Well, I don't know about Brigitte, but Rusty and I
have already been naked with my Mom and Dad, and now we've been there with
your folks, too.  I mean, with Rusty and me standing and sitting frozen on
the post with your Mom and Dad standing there, we don't have anything left
to hide.  So I guess I'm game if the rest of you are."

To which Brigitte added, "Well, I haven't been naked in my Dad's presence
for several years, but if it isn't any worse than what we just experienced,
I guess I'm game, too.  But how do you feel, Nancy, about being naked when
my Mom and Dad show up for dinner?"

After thinking about it for a minute, Nancy responded, "Well it seems I'm
the only one here who hasn't been seen without clothes on by all four of
our parents.  And since I have really enjoyed being able to be naked with
you guys without worrying about what my body looks like or how our bodies
react to one another, I'd really like to be able to continue.
  I mean, I hope being naked together can become a regular thing for us.
So, if that means being naked in front of your folks, I guess that's just
something I'm going to have to do.  Listening to you guys, it doesn't sound
like it will be too hard, no pun intended, guys," she added, looking boldly

With a nod of confirmation from each of the youngsters, Rusty stood up and
said, "Well, I think we should all go in together and tell the folks of our

So together the kids left the spa and dried off.  Then they went in to the
kitchen where they found Steve and Janet preparing burgers and trimmings

and then asked if they needed to get dressed before the Brown's arrived.

"Not unless you want to," Janet replied.  "We told them what the situation
is and they agree with us that it's your decision.  If you guys are
comfortable with your nudity in our presence, we can handle it,
too. They'll be here in about twenty minutes.  Dad will light the grill in
a few minutes and we'll plan to start the burgers and corn as soon as Bob
and Ann arrive.  Then we can talk after dinner."

With that, the kids fixed themselves something to drink and ran back
outside to the pool.  When the Brown's arrived, the Riggle's brought them
up to date on the kids' decision so they would be prepared when they went
out to the pool.  The adults were all rather pleased that the matter had
essentially been taken out of their hands.  They were all looking forward
to the discussion they would have after dinner, but they were just as
prepared to handle it earlier if the kids brought up the subject of family
nudism.

As the four adults stepped out of the house, the kids stopped their pool
activities to say hello.  Once the kids realized that Bob and Ann were just
as comfortable with their nudity as were Steve and Janet, play resumed.
When dinner was ready, the kids threw towels around their shoulders and sat
at the table naked with their parents.  Conversation was light and jovial
with nothing said about the lack of clothing or the kids behavior.

As soon as the girls had helped their Moms clear the table and the boys had
helped their Dads clean the grill and store it back in the garage, the two
families sat down around the table for their discussion.

Janet began, "Kids, it is obviously time for you to know that for some
time, now, your parents have been practicing nudists.  That's the reason we

lifestyle?  Would you be interested in coming to the resort with us next

parents had just given them.  None of them had really thought of their

Brigitte was the first to answer.  "Well, I like it a lot.  This is the

Rex added, "I feel good about being naked here at home, but I don't know if
I'm ready to try it somewhere else yet.  I mean, after all, this is the
first time we've tried it and us kids are the only ones with our clothes
off."

Finally, Nancy spoke what was on everybody's mind.  "How can we know if we
want to try it somewhere else until we know what it's like at home?  Give
us a couple of days to get used to the idea and ask us on Friday.  And by
the way, when are you guys going to take your clothes off?  I feel like I'm
on display here."

"Well, there's no time like the present," said Steve.

That said, the parents went inside to get out of their clothes, and the
kids went back to the pool.  On their way, Rusty turned on the heater to
the spa so it would be warming up as the sun went down.  The kids had just
lined up at the diving board when their parents all walked out of the house
with nothing but towels draped around their shoulders.  After a quick look,
the kids continued their diving as the parents began to lounge and float
around at the shallow end.

Some time after dark, they all crowded into the spa to warm up before going
inside. Being crammed up against the girls, the boys were glad the blower
was on and the light was off because the bubbles and darkness hid things
they didn't want their parents to see.  What the parents couldn't see was
