Betty and Noah had promised to assist, since Jeremy, Robert, and Ken would make a little speech after the Principal's introduction. Most of the boys in the school knew what they had done in Spain and how they had lived until they ran away in the British frigate; those events were unusual for the aristocratic people present in the Assembly. However, Adele declined the invitation to assist, because she thought it would be a sad moment for Jeremy and for her, remembering those days. ******************* After two days resting in the village, Jeff, Maria, and the girls were onboard of the mid-morning train from Bordeaux to Paris; it was Thursday, December 15th. The girls and their mother were enchanted, enjoying the trip to Paris. They had a whole department in the train for them, so the little children did not restrain their moves and did what they liked most: being children. Little Elisabeth said. "Mammy, look at those caws! It is raining outside and they don't mind. If I were them I would try to find a shed or something to prevent the rain." "They don't mind the rain," Christy said teaching her little daughter. "Do you know how you can find out when it's going to rain?" The elder girl asked staring at her parents. Maria and Jeff grinned; her father said. I'm not a weatherman, so I don't know." The little rascal girl grinned. "If you watch the cow's horns sweating, that means it is going to rain." Jeff and Maria did not catch the joke at the moment and started laughing. Elisabeth did not understand why her parents were laughing. "Why do you laugh, Dad?" "Because horns don't ever sweat, so if the horns are wet is due to the falling rain, like those cows you can see." Then looking at Christy, he asked. "Who taught you the joke?" She proudly said: "My brother Jeremy did." They kept silence for a moment and then added: "I would like to hug him and Robert just now. I have missed them a lot, Dad." She paused. "Does he know that his mom has passed away?" "We don't know, dear. Probably Aunty Betty or your grandpa had told him." I don't think he has missed her very much. Aunty Jacinta was very good for me, and especially for Elisabeth; we loved her, but she always was away, except the last year." She paused again. "I think that Jeremy loved you more than to his own mom." "Please Christy; don't say this and never when he's present!" The girl was to argue with her mother but kept silence. "Let's watch the cows' horn sweating, Elisabeth." The children parents stared at each other, as Jeff said: "That's the consequence of having a brilliant daughter." "Yes, you are right." She paused. "I'm dying for hugging those rascal boys." She changed the subject. "I think you should call your father as soon as you can, he's a busy man and likes to plan everything in advance." At that moment the train slowed until it stopped; a man in uniform was announcing the train's ten minutes stop. "I'll descend; I want to buy a newspaper with fresh news." He went to the station newsstand and returned immediately with the newspaper "Le Monde" on his hand. "Is there anything interesting on the news?" Maria asked. "There is bad news, my dear wife. I wasn't wrong when I talked about those Nazis. They have sent a large contingent of troops to Austria. I fear this is the first act of the tragedy. Also, they are claiming part of Poland as German territory. Someone should have the balls to stop them; of course, not our Prime Minister," Jeff said with resentment. Maria hugged her husband as she said: "It seems we are cursed, Jeff; we leave a war and go into another one." "Yes. I think little Jeff will come into life in no good circumstances." "How do you know it'll be a boy? It could be a girl." She kissed tenderly her husband, as Christy said: "Mom, please don't plan any girl name; we are enough; we need a boy as Jeremy or Robert." She dragged the girl to her chest and kissed her. "We'll accept and love for equal a boy or a girl. Don't we? Tomorrow morning we'll go to purchase a lovely dress for you and for Elisabeth. I want you to be the most elegant and beautiful girls of London." They arrived at Austerlitz rail station in the mid-afternoon; they were a little bit tired, so they went to the Hotel "Champ Elysees" and after some time, Maria and the girls went for a walk and to watch some elegant shop windows. Jeff remained in the hotel and placed a long distance phone call to London. The family was taking the afternoon tea in the living room when the phone rang. Adele went and took the receiver; the operator told her it was an international call, so she left the receiver. "Grandpa, it's a long distance call for you; it is from Paris." It was not strange he received such a call, especially on those days as the situation in Germany worsened. He closed the door and took the receiver. "Hullo!" "Hullo Dad, it is me, Jeff!" Noah's voice disappeared for seconds; he had to sit down as his legs failed to sustain him. He heard again. "Dad, are you still there?" "Jeff, my son!!!" He almost shouted as some tears were trying to dribble down his old cheeks. Finally, he could say: "Where are you, my son?" "We are in Paris, we have just arrived; Maria and the girls have gone for a walk, though it is rather cold here." He did not wait for the answer from his progenitor as he continued asking. "How are you and Aunty Betty? I expect my boys and little Adele are well." "We all are very well, my son. It's, it's so great hearing your voice!!!" They continued speaking for almost half an hour; Betty was preoccupied and for a moment stood: "I think grandpa has some problems; I'll try to help him. You just remain here; I'll come back in one minute." But she returned with Noah immediately. The man seemed he had seen God. The happiness that he felt in those moments was so great that the children clearly noticed it. Adele then said. "Grandpa, it seems you have been with the Holy Spirit." All laughed, but Noah made an effort, took the girl in his arms and said: "For me, it is even better than the Spirit. Remember, I'm agnostic." He kissed the little girl and dropped her in her seat. The boys were on tenterhooks; they guessed something important was happening but did not know what. Jeremy stared at Adele who normally was aware of everything, but the girl moved her shoulders advising she did not. On the bed that night the boys speculated about what could have changed their grandpa so drastically. However, they were too busy with their examinations and needed to be rested and fit the next day. Sunday was quickly approaching and they had to make the annual speech to start the Assembly. Robert then said. "Jer, what do you think has happened in Paris to keep it so secret?" "I don't really know, Rob. Grandpa knows how to conceal his emotions; nevertheless, it must be something very important to behave as he did. On the other hand, my mind is engaged preparing what I have to say. I would like not to act in front of all our schoolmates." "You don't need to act, anyway! You can write your speech and read it. Perhaps I'll do it." Jeremy stared at his friend tenderly. "You must learn how to lie. I know you won't do that; you are too bright to make things as the others. I'll do the same as you do. I'll write the headlines and make a good and short speech." They laughed and cuddled, as usual, drifting to sleep. Also, Betty was on tenterhooks; they had not been alone until they were under the soft and warm covers in their bed. She then asked her husband. "Now hot man, what is passing thru your mind?" Noah grinned as he caressed her smooth cheeks that he had loved since they were young children. "Simple, my beautiful Betty: Jeff, Maria, and the girls are in Paris." She expected anything, except this. The woman caressed her husband face and kissed a peck on the lips before answering. "My Jeff!!! My little Jeff!!! I have thought many times I wouldn't see him again. He's returning home..." She repeated the sentence for herself, slow as a pray. She paused. "How has it happened?" "Things are going very bad for the Republic; practically the war is over. The Republic's people are trying to reach some type of agreement with the coming dictatorship to prevent reprisals before they formally surrender. They escaped onboard of a friend's fishing boat to Bordeaux; there remained two days resting since Maria is expecting a baby. They had just arrived today to Paris; of course, his first words were to find out how you and his boys were. A lump formed in my throat for the first time in my long life; I couldn't speak for some seconds. He insisted and you know the length of our conversation." "That means he and the girls will be here on Friday 16th as the maximum. What shall we do with the boys? We must tell them." "We should; but they are engrossed in examinations and this would surely distract them, and most likely, to fail. Saturday morning will take place the last examination. I told Jeff and Maria and she wants to see her sons as soon as possible. Jeff has an important appointment in Paris on Saturday morning; therefore they cannot resume their trip until the same day on midday. In summary, we arranged to meet the boys on Sunday after the School general assembly. They'll come on the last ship and train of Saturday, so we'll wait for them at Victoria rail Station while the children are sleeping. I'll reserve rooms in a hotel to prevent the children being awoken. On Sunday we'll be here together. What do you think?" "It'll be much adjusted for them and for the girls." She paused. "We could do differently; I want them to feel welcome here and not to a hotel; Maria needs to see her children immediately after their arrival; no matter whether we wake them up or not. I'll prepare the west side rooms for them. The Assembly is at 11:00 am, so Robert and Jeremy will leave at 9:00, ignoring that their parents and sisters are here." "They won't forgive us for years. But they like this type of surprises. Let's go ahead Betty; the boys won't notice we are arranging the rooms; we can tell everybody, including the assistants, we are receiving some persons from Germany if they ask." "Yes, you are right. Let's sleep, I have a lot to do and prepare. I'll tell Edward to get ready the car to go out later Saturday; as if we were going to the Opera." The adults were excited and that night took them longer to get to sleep. Betty's mind was working fast; she had many ideas storming into her brain, but one started to take shape. The Association, to which they belong to, its aim was to rescue children in danger. It needed a lot of money, and she knew where to get a good bite. Next morning while the children were at school, she raised the phone and dialled a number. "Excuse me; may I speak to Mr Pitt, if he's in London? My name is Elisabeth Gilles." "You are lucky Mrs Gilles; he normally is in the US, but he's here for some business. Hold on a minute." Betty heard how someone called to James Pitt; he was the newsman that made that report about Jeremy and Robert when they were awarded by the Republic in Spain; this report granted him the nomination for the 1938 Pulitzer Prize. "Mrs Gilles, I'm Pitt. Can I help you?" She grinned. "Mr Pitt, do you remember two boys condoned by the Spanish Republic..." He politely interrupted her. "Mrs Gilles, if I lived hundreds of years I wouldn't forget Robert and Jeremy. Do you know anything about them?" "Yes. They are like my grandchildren." She heard how the man exclaimed in surprise; she then continued. "If you can spare some minutes..." She fixed an encounter for half an hour later. There they talked about the boys and told the man about the Assembly. She ended: "I need to get authorization from their parents and my husband, but you and your man must get ready to take the pictures in the Assembly place. "I'll assist that Assembly, even without pictures it will be a great report. In any case, we can't cause any harm to the boys, since the Republic has practically lost the War." They said goodbye and she returned home. Next day, Friday, the boys woke up even earlier. Jeremy said: "I almost couldn't get to sleep last night, and this morning I heard Margaret and Edward moving things on the west side of the house. Someone's coming; Edward must know who they are." "Yesterday I overheard our literature teacher talking with the Principal; it seems things aren't going very well in Germany. They have sent many troops to Austria and to the border with Poland. Probably grandpa is preparing accommodation here for some German Jew boys or girls." "Rob, they haven't mentioned going to France or Germany to pick someone up." "Well, I believe they alternate their functions; if one week they travel next will stay here. Anyway, let's get up; today's Friday and tomorrow will be a busy day for us unless we prefer to lose our place on the Board." "Never!!! After the work we have done I want to keep it, even if I couldn't suck your dick for a full year." They laughed. "You are a naughty boy!" Robert jabbed his best friend and quickly went to the bathroom. Some minutes later they were in the kitchen having a large English breakfast, together with the little blond Adele. Margaret seemed a little bit concerned as Jeremy asked her. "Margaret, we heard this morning about some moves on the Westside. Are we having visitors on the weekend?" The young woman did not know much about it, but she wanted to please the boy, helping him to forget about his mom being passed away. "I don't know, but for sure some persons are coming later on Sunday. Edward has cancelled his date with his girl, but he's very happy; that means extra money for his always empty pocket. Don't worry, if I hear anything interesting I'll tell you, boys." "C'mon Jer, or we will be late," Robert said. The boys and the little girl took their bag packs and went out to catch their buses. That Friday Robert and Jeremy went to the library to take a quick look thru the material for the hard examination they would have just an hour later. About midday, before lunch, the Principal called them and Ken to his office. They feared the worst, but as they entered the man rose from his seat to greet them. "Come in, boys. I've never called any student to this office after an examination as hard as yours, but you deserve this little ceremony." He extracted three yellow envelopes and gave them to the boys as he added: "You are our best students in your grades. I expect to keep you here until you go to the College." The three boys, breaking all protocols, thanked noisily the man. He then extended his hand and shook it with each boy. When they quietened, the man continued. "Today you are free of any other examination; however, tomorrow morning Saturday, you'll have the last one that has not much influence on the final qualification. After it, you should spend some time preparing your little speech to the Assembly. You can choose the matter, but not the duration. I suggest ten minutes each is a fair time. That's all. "Thank you sir; we'll try to attach to that time." They went out as Ken said: "What's about of having some fun after lunch?" They grinned, but Jeremy said. "Thank you, Ken; but believe me, I'm not in the mood these days." The Scotch boy hugged his friend. He knew the bad news he had received from Spain, so he understood his answer. "Sorry Jeremy, I just wanted to cheer you up, so you could forget for a few hours your sorrow. I'm stupid." Jeremy separated as he said: No Ken; you aren't a stupid, but a good and intelligent friend of us. You must know we admire you, Robert is always saying we have been very lucky having you as a friend, and he's right." Robert then changed the subject. "Now let's go for lunch I'm starving." "Yes, let's go." Ken echoed. The day went by and the boys returned home. Before dinner took place, they asked Margaret and Edward about the newcomers, but could not provide further information. That night, when they were under the covers noticed that both were hard. Robert sighed because that meant his friend had got over the loss of his mother. They were watching each other's face as Robert rubbed Jeremy's cheeks with the back of his hand. "Jer, do you realise that you have changed a lot during the past six months? Now you are a real handsome boy, and your dick has increased its size a lot in length and gross." Jeremy grinned at his friend; they were naked and comfortably under the cover. Then all the sudden Jeremy took his friend's hand. "Come with me!" He dragged Robert from the hand, put the main lights on, and closed the door; just in case Betty could see them. He opened one of the doors or the large wardrobe where they kept their clothes. Jeremy placed himself behind his friend and opened one of the doors that had a full image mirror. "Now, who is this boy?" Jeremy said pointing out to his friend's image on the large mirror. Robert got impressed, not about his face that he watched every day when combing his hair, but his hard cock... "God, you are right, Jer!!! We are almost five inches long!!! I didn't realise it." He smiled. Watching themselves for seconds, undo everything and went under the covers again. Then he added: "Jer, let's have some fun... or aren't you in the mood yet?" "I'm in the mood for you, but I didn't like with Ken because you must remember what happened last time, and I don't want it to be repeated." Robert did not lose one second; he turned around and went on a 69 position. They took each other cock in their wanting mouths and started sucking their penises eagerly as if the following day was the last of their lives. Most likely, due to the tension they had had during the past days with examinations, their orgasms took a little more time to come; but it was as never before; they thought would pass out. They were in front, not on top. Their bodies tensed as washing boards; stopped breathing, and tremendous orgasms hit them. It seemed their lives were draining thru their dicks. They stopped sucking as they were breathing hard; glorious relaxes and bliss overtook them, closing their eyes. Sometime later, Robert recovered his original position in front of his friend. This time Jeremy was the one to caresses his friend beautiful face. Suddenly both in unison said: "I have something to tell you!!!" They laughed. Robert them dragged his best friend's face and their lips glued, introducing their tongues for almost one minute. Then he said. "Is that flavouring what you wanted to tell me about?" "Yes. I wouldn't have recognized it, but the night we spent with Ken I took a little portion of his stuff with the tip of my finger and tasted and smelled it. Yes, it is our first semen, and I'm very glad and happy to be here with you close to me. "I did the same. You are right. Now we are men for the rest of our lives." They hugged very tight and in seconds they were hard asleep. CHAPTER 24 ----------------- Saturday, December 17th was a very busy day for Jeff and Maria in Paris, though the young woman was anxious to continue the trip to England. Her sons, as she called Robert and Jeremy, were all the time in her mind. Of course, she imagined them as when they left that day with the messages into the stick. Some tears trickled along her face, and Christy noticed it. "Mom, why are you weeping?" She stared at her intelligent daughter and kissed a peck on her smooth cheek. "I'm thinking in your brothers Robert and Jeremy. I wonder how they are. You have changed a lot during the past months; surely they have done the same, even more, because they'll be soon into puberty, and in that age boys and girls grow very fast." "Are you sure I have changed? I don't notice anything; I don't have tits, as many older girls in the school have." Maria grinned. "Tomorrow you'll see them..." The girl interrupted her mother. "Are we leaving today?" "Yes, but a little late; most likely you'll be asleep when we arrive at London; so tomorrow, when you get up we'll go to something like a school party; then we'll meet them." At that moment the little Elizabeth jumped on her Mom's lap. "Mon, I have missed a lot Jeremy and I want to hug and kiss him many times." "And what's about Robert? Isn't he also our brother? Christy pointed out to her younger sister. The little girl seemed trapped. "I have missed Robert, too; but he isn't going to marry me; he prefers you. That's why I love my Jeremy." Her sister was to explain all about marriages, but their mother stopped her. "It's enough about the subject. Let's have a walk while Daddy finishes what he's doing." The girls cheered up noisily, got their coats and gloves and went out. For Robert, Jeremy and Ken it was practically an uneventful day, except for the last examination; most of the day they stayed at the library preparing the little speech and talking about many things. After lunch, they went for a walk, though it was chilly outside. Suddenly Robert said: "This weather reminds me our snowed mountains and the town slopes where we slide with our wood boards... Will it be the same now? Jer, do you remember when Mrs Pepa killed the fat pig? She gave me the pig's bladder and after inflating it, we enjoyed stroking everybody with it." Ken seemed they were talking about another planet. Jeremy kept silence for some seconds, and then said with some resentment: "Fucking bastard Fascists! We won't see that again Rob; so please, don't mention it. Those to whom we mostly stroked with the bladder are now under a grave or missing their parents. We better forget it." Ken now understood the tragedy that those boys had lived and still were living thru their memories. As usual, he tried they forget. He changed the subject. "Do you know something, boys? Last night I had a wet dream." "Really? And who were the actors?" Robert asked. "It was only one; and you may believe it or not, but it was a Scottish girl that I knew last summer in Harrogate, Yorkshire. This town is a beautiful place with many hotels and other resorts. We were in the Valley Gardens; we entered into a secluded shed and we fucked." "But you are a queer, Ken. How could you stay with a girl and fucking her?" "I don't know, boys. Maybe I'm not as queer as I believed; I enjoyed it very much." They ruffled the freckled boy hair and started running to their dorm. They spent the few hours that still had to pass to go home revising the work they had done about their speech. Following the alphabetical order, the first to speak would be Jeremy, then Ken and the last one Robert. They heard the bell announcing all examinations and classes had finish until January 3rd, 1939; except the General Assembly of the next day. The boys were excited, tired and exhausted when they arrived home. The only thing they wanted was to take a warm shower, have a good dinner and sleep. Even they forgot about the visitors that would come around midnight. Adele had rejected the idea to go to the boy's school; she had to prepare a work with the subject "What Christmas means to you", and needed to make up her mind to finish it before Christmas day came, in order to enjoy those days and walk hand in hand with her dear boy. As usual, after dinner they went to the living-room; the girl soon gave a goodnight kiss to the adults and boys and went to bed. Then Robert asked his Grandpa. "Grandpa, are you going to the Opera tonight?" "Yes. We like a lot the play and music since we were children. Aunty Betty and I acted in a performance in the school theatre; she seemed a real bird with that white short dress..." The man sighed. Betty then said: "And you a real and strong prince. I remember that when I was on top of you I feared the force of your body could fail and drop me on the floor." She smiled. "But you didn't, as the sweet music of "The Swan Lake" of Master Tchaikovsky swept thru my body. That evening I decided..." She stopped as a storm of thoughts invaded her mind. "What did you decide, Aunty?" Robert dared to ask. She fixed her sight on the boys, especially on Jeremy's abysmal eyes and could not answer, but tenderly smiled to them. "It had nothing to do with today's circumstances. It's gone forever, as many things that we would like to retain." She paused. "Well boys, Grandpa and I need to get ready, and I suppose you are tired with so many examinations. "You suppose well, Aunty. We are near asleep and need to rest. I wonder how we'll behave tomorrow in the General Assembly." They rose and kissed the adults goodnights. "Enjoy yourselves with the Swan Lake." The boys walked up to their room. Before going under the covers, they visited Adele's bed placing a tender kiss on her curly blond hair. Jeremy remained a few seconds near her face and whispered: "I love you, my little witch." Adele, in spite of being in bed from a couple of hours before, she was not fully asleep, probably waiting for that kiss. She murmured for herself "I love you, my prince." Then she really got hard asleep. Due to what was coming next day, Jeremy and Robert decided to rest, too; so that night there was not anything else to discuss or enjoy, as they usually did on Saturdays' nights. It was late as Edward drove the Roll-Royce car thru the deserted streets of London. He parked the car as Betty and Noah descended from it and entered into the large hall of Victoria Rail Station. The driver did not know who they were waiting for; he stared at the panel of arrivals and there was only one entry related to a train coming from Dover, due in two minutes time. Noah extracted his golden watch as they watched a train running into Quay 1. As the train slowly ran until stopping, they could watch a hand waiving thru one of the first class windows. Immediately a young man agile descended and hugged Noah and Betty effusively. Clearly, he did not behave as most of his class people would do, clearly, expressing his feelings. Edward did not recognize him. "Jeff my son!!! My dear son!!!" Betty and Noah hugged the young man. When they separated, dried their tears as he said: "I'm going to help Maria with the girls." He extracted a small paper slip, stared at Edward and said: "Please young man, collect our luggage while we get ready the little girls." Jeff entered into the train and Maria came down, repeating the scene. "The girls are almost asleep, especially Elizabeth; she is too young and at this time she's in bed for a few hours." Maria returned to the wagon and helped Jeff. As she said, the four-year-old girl was asleep in her father's arms; and Christy gave her hand to her mother. "Please dear, kiss your grandparents." With some reluctance, the girl kissed the old man and woman. She then asked: "Where are Robert and Jeremy? Why they haven't come, Mom?" "They don't know you were coming and went to bed just an hour ago. We'll see them within a few minutes." The group went to where the vehicle was parked while Jeff checked and helped Edward with the luggage. The driver was stunned; he could not believe about the man's good manners. "Was he one of the brothers that went to help in the Spanish War? They had called him "son" so he must be." He thought. Soon they accommodated into the large and luxury car as he started the engine. He smoothly drove the car to their residence. "How are my sons, Betty? Are they well?" The woman and Noah grinned. "You won't recognize them; the change has been so great... They are as two halves of the same orange. The school has considered them as an example to follow in honesty and hard work. Tomorrow both will open the General Assembly with a little speech." "How happy Jacinta would have felt watching her son..." Noah then said: "Maria, Jeremy is now known as Jeremy Gilles, as Robert. He's very happy with his name. When he knew about his mother's death he told us: "I hope Mama Maria feels proud of me, carrying her surname. Maria, we'll have time to talk all about this, but he's a very special boy, as Robert your son, is. This doesn't mean he has lost his original name, to this he must be adopted. The Law in this country is very flexible in this respect." Maria had to bite her hankie to prevent her cries; fortunately, Christy was hard asleep again. They entered the house; Jeff carrying Christy and Noah the little Elizabeth. It was warm inside; then they changed the girls' clothes and tucked them in their respective beds, leaving the door ajar and a little red bulb on, between the two rooms. Maria was anxious. "Betty, can we see them?" "Of course, my daughter. They are your sons. "Thanks. I'll never forget what you have done for them." "You are wrong, Maria. We are the ones to thank you. These boys and the little girl, Adele, brought us the happiness we never thought to have. Noah is another man since they came to this house. With the time I'll relate you many anecdotes that made us the happiest old couple of the world." As Betty ended the sentence they entered in the boys' room. Maria and Jeff approached the bed shared by the two friends; they watched the two boys sleeping as some tears dribbled down Maria's cheeks. Yes, they could not recognize them if they were seen in the streets. The large eyelashes of her son with his head near Jeremy backbone made her to deeply sight. She noticed how Robert's arm was over his friend's chest, as protecting him. "They haven't forgotten their custom of sleeping together since they were two years old; especially when they had something to do together." She kneeled on the carpeted floor and filled the boys' faces with tender kisses. "Sons, my sons, my dear sons!" She murmured. "I have missed you very much..." She could not continue as a bump formed in her throat and the boys moaned in their dreams. It was very difficult to wake the boys up on those first hours of the night. She dried her large black eyes as her husband hugged her tenderly. Jeff then tenderly said: "Let's sleep; tomorrow will be a great day for them and for us, and we need to be fit and well." Reluctantly she abandoned the room thru Adele's door, stopping in front of the girl's bed. Before she could ask anything, Betty said: "She's Adele Montalba, future Marchioness of Montalba; we are much attached; however, her real preferences are on Jeremy; she adores the boy as many of us do, including Robert, your son." "Yes, even myself," Maria said. "He always conquered the hearts of anyone who neared him. My little Elisabeth is mad about him. I'm sure that tomorrow she'll ask for Jeremy before doing for her brother Robert." She paused as they walked thru the corridors to their room. "Maria, do you know who his great love is?" Maria stopped surprised as she heard Betty's question. "Is he in love with someone? It wouldn't be strange; he'll be a teenager within a few months." Betty grinned. "No. I'm not referring to that kind of love, but real and clean adoration. You, Maria!!! In any of the many conversations we have had, always you, his Mama Maria are the object of his thoughts." Maria sighed as a bump formed in her throat. After some seconds she said: "I know that, Betty. I know that!!!" She remarked. "We'll talk about this and other things tomorrow." She kissed Betty on the cheeks and said goodnights. She entered into her room and Jeff hugged his wife tenderly and asked her with his eyes. "There's nothing new for me, Jeff. Jeremy and Robert have changed physically very much in these long months, but still, they are our boys, even their affection to us has increased more than when they left." As usual, the boys got up early; quickly they washed and combed their hair, while Adele got also ready, though she did not go anywhere, she loved watching her boy so fresh and early, and the most important was the kiss that he always gave her before the separation. While they were having breakfast, Robert asked Margaret. "Did anyone come last night, Margaret?" "Yes; they are in the west side rooms. I wonder who they are, but according to the instructions I have received, they are, at least, four persons. I'll try to find out with Edward; they returned very late and are sleeping; though your Aunty will be here very soon. "Well, never mind; at lunch, we'll see them, if they still are here. See you later!" Jeremy and Robert kissed a peck to Adele, as the little girl sighed. They arrived at their school; it was a beehive of students wearing the school uniforms preparing the Great Annual Assembly. The Principal called the three boys and gave them instructions how to start. Soon parents and family members of the students started to arrive occupying randomly the seats; at 10:30 the large meeting room was practically full. All students had been instructed that parents and visitors had a preference; the boys should go to the upper seats on the first floor. Jeff, Maria and the girls woke up about 9:00 am. After they washed and combed their hair, Betty was ready and took them to the dining-room; she introduced them to Margaret and Adele that had already her breakfast. She kissed them good morning as she carefully observed the two sisters; definitely, she thought the little Elisabeth was the one she liked, and much more when the little girl said: "Adele, I like your hair and your eyes; they are blue as those of my brother's Jeremy." The girl grinned as she continued: "Do you know something? He's my boyfriend and we'll get married next year when I grow up, now he's too old for me. I want to see him as soon as possible." Christy then said: "You can't marry him because he's as our elder brother, as Robert is; besides, he may have an older girl as girlfriend while he has been here alone." "I don't mind. If he has a girlfriend she'll be mine, too." Christy left both girls together chatting and arguing as Margaret could not keep back her laugh with the conversation held by the two sisters. The little Elisabeth then addressed to Adele. "Do you like Jeremy, Adele?" The girl blushed a little sheepishly. "Everybody likes Jeremy, Lisa." The name and the confirmation made the little girl to openly smile. "I like you, Adele. I must go upstairs with Mom and Dad. We are going to see my brothers in their school as... as." "Assembly." Adele completed out. I'll stay here waiting for you; I expect you'll tell me all about the meeting." The little girl grinned and started running to the main stairs up to their rooms; she entered and said to her family: "I like Adele; she has a beautiful blond hair and blue eyes as Jer. And you know? She has called me Lisa. Isn't it lovely?" "Yes. He's a good orphan girl; so be careful not to mention anything about her parents. They disappeared during a bombing in Madrid; however, she has found a mother on Aunty Betty. They are very much attached to each other." The girls were tempted to ask more about Adele, but her mother had told them many times curiosity was not a good thing. "C'mon Mother and girls; we are short of time; the car is already waiting for us outside. It is chilly, but there isn't any rain." The whole troop went downstairs; the girls looked gorgeous, dressed in their velvet light blue clothes; Adele now felt a little bit envy for not going to the boys' school; she thought had committed a mistake rejecting going to the Assembly. CHAPTER 25 ----------------- They arrived at the school and entered in the large hall room full of adults and children, mostly boys. Two teenagers accommodated them near the bottom of the Assembly room. They had come too late to get better seats. As the boys asked their names, one of the lads said: "We are very sorry Mr Gilles, you should be in a better place; your sons deserve we treat you as best as we can; unfortunately we can't do anything." Before Jeff could answer, the boy added: "Do you want me to inform Jeremy or Robert that you are already here?" "No, thanks; it has been our fault for coming so late." The boys went to help other persons as they sat down. The little Elisabeth chose to be in the first seat of the row near the passage; otherwise, she could not see anything. At that moment everybody kept silence as the Principal appeared on the stage. He then started. "Good morning to everybody. We thank all of you, parents and children, for assisting to our Annual Meeting. This year we have changed the pattern of our Assembly, leaving as real protagonists the students. The first to speak will be three special boys that probably you have already heard about them; they are in alphabetical order Jeremy, Ken and Robert." Hard applauses came, especially from the students. The first to approach the microphone was Jeremy, without any paper on his hands. A dead silence came inviting the boy to start speaking; Ken and Robert were sat at the bottom of the stage waiting their turn. Suddenly, a very pitchy voice shouted from the bottom of the large room as a little girl ran thru the passage of the aisle. "Jer!!! Jer!!! I love you!!!" The boy did not move for a few of seconds, but his agile mind immediately realised who was calling him. He did not doubt and jumped from the stage followed up by Robert that had heard the little girl; she ran to meet her brothers; in the middle of the passage, the little girl jumped on the boy's arms hugging and kissing her brother. Elisabeth also followed her sister and went into Robert's. A great stir formed in the crowded room; some felt that was an inconvenience, but most envied the boys and girls. The little girls dragged the boys to where their parents were. Tears, kisses and embraces filled that part of the room. Jeff took his family to the hall to continue the encounter. In the stage Kent knew what had happened, he felt the happiest boy of the school. With emotion, he approached the microphone as the crowd started quieting. When the silence was restored, but not the murmurs, he bravely said: "Ladies and gentlemen; boys and girls: please let me inform you what has just happened. What would you have done if, without warning, you find that your parents and sisters are still alive, after leaving them in the middle of a cruel war as the Spanish Civil War? That's what they have done." A hard ovation came from all assistants. Then he continued: "Since my best friends Jeremy and Robert Gilles enjoy their family, we'll continue with the schedule." Ken could observe how a strange man was shorthand writing all that Jeremy and Robert said; they were so emotional that did not note the man and his photographer assistant presence. While the Assembly continued, Noah decided to return home with the whole family. Edward had to go and come twice to transport all the family to their residence. It was a real family feast for everybody that afternoon and evening, including the personnel working in the house. Maria could not stop caressing her two boys; the two young girls were sat on them; little Lisa, as they had started calling Elisabeth, was on Jeremy's lap with her little arms around the boy's chest; as if she feared someone could take the boy out from her. Christy on his new father's; chatting about the adventures that the boys had been in. Adele had eyes only for Betty, apart from those moments that she spent with Jeremy. In fact, the woman had gained Adele and Jeremy's hearts, as Noah had conquered his grandson's. Their life returned to normal within a few days of emotions and all of them become preparing everything for the coming Christmas Day; however, some important events occurred during these days. From the moment that the boys found they were men, Robert had stopped joining his best friend's bed, except on Saturdays; those evenings were considered as sacred for them to interchange their ideas, news and most of the times their sex. Betty had prepared a room for Robert in the west wing of the house, near his parents, but Jeremy remained in his, near Betty and Noah; and, above all, close to his little angel. The boys were for each other, rather than for themselves. They liked to masturbate frequently, but alone, except on rare occasions that they did together. Jeremy did not miss him in his bed; that place was taken over by Adele that never failed him. He could not stop loving the discreet and smart girl; she did it in a way that nobody, or almost nobody, could see her, except her mother Betty. On the other hand, they never talked about sex or things that could lead to it. Betty was seriously concerned because her most loved persons one day could fail; after all, they deeply loved each other. This problem was the base for a conversation between Maria and Betty some days after their arrival. The two women were sat down in a little comfortable room facing the garden, after the afternoon tea. The children were playing outside and had made two groups: Jeremy, Adele and Lisa on one side, and Robert and Christy on the other. Pointing out to Jeremy and Adele, Betty said: "They are always together, no admitting anyone to interfere with them, except the little Lisa to whom both dearly love! I'm really concerned, Maria." Maria placed sweetly her hand on the old woman's lap." "Betty, you have been more than half a year daily treating them in very critical situations, and I find you know very well Adele, but you have failed some with Jeremy, in spite he loves you even more than he does to me. He's more trustworthy than you believe. If you want I can speak to him, but I must tell you beforehand he won't change; moreover, he may retract into himself and never allow anybody to speak about this subject in his presence." "I think you are right Maria. You are a mother and know better than me about this subject. Carefully I'll try to deal this with Adele; but she's more or less as Jeremy is, even stronger than the boy is. I don't dare to tell them clearly anything because they have conquered my heart, as Peter and Jeff did a long time ago. I fear could put at risk and lose their love to me." She sighed and continued. "Maria they are for me as those children I couldn't have." "I understand you. Betty, be very careful and patient, this is a delicate matter and much with children. They may or may not forget it, but surely you may risk your relationship with the girl and the boy." At that moment Adele entered trying to hide from Robert. "Mom, hide me in order Robert can't find me!" She had her cheek red with excitement." "Quickly, go behind the heavy curtains! But try to conceal your shoes!" She left the adults and ran where Betty had instructed her. Robert came and looked around, trying to find the eight-year-old girl. As he could not, he returned outside. When the boy was gone, Adele went where Betty and Maria were, and kissed Betty. "Thanks, mom; you are great!" Betty dried a tear with her hanky and said: "I can't put at risk this Maria. I can't." The pregnant young woman watched tenderly her friend. "Don't worry Betty; I'll try to do it myself with Jeremy, but maybe I'll pay a high cost for this action." Maria used to go every day after breakfast for a walk, in order to keep her fit and well as her tummy was getting bigger and bigger. She always requested the company of one of the elder children. This time Jeremy was available, even he offered himself. "How is little Jeff getting on, Mama?" She smiled as the boy blushed. "At least he's very alive, my son. Uncle Jeff has advised me to walk every day, but without getting tired. "May I accompany you today, Mama?" "I wouldn't get a better company. Please change into casual clothes and bring two umbrellas. It isn't raining, but it is overcast. Here we never know when is going to rain; absolutely different from our homeland." The boy left and soon he came back with the umbrellas. As they were walking on the soft grass he said. "Please Mama, don't mention Spain, I get very sad, as Rob does. We have agreed never talk about it unless it is absolutely necessary." She caressed the boy's cheek and kissed him a peck. "Jeremy, we can't act as the ostrich does; we must face reality." "Yes, you are right; but the reality is sometimes too sad. I can't forget Uncle Peter, Manuel, Adele's Grandpa or my parents. It might be less painful when the time elapses and we grow up, though we'll never forget it." Maria thought it wasn't easy to deal with this intelligent and matured boy. "You are right, my son." She made a pause. "We all have suffered the terrible war and its consequences: Robert, you, Adele..." Then she stopped and they sat on an old dead trunk. "Jeremy you know how much we love you; it needn't say it. But I want to ask you a few questions related to Adele if you allow me." "You can ask me anything Mama, you are my mother and I'm your son; so you have the right to do it." The boy put some emphasis demonstrating the woman how proud he was about his family. "I have known that the girl shares your bed often..." The boy bent his head and sighed as a bump formed in his throat, while the images of the little girl stormed into his mind. After some time of a dead silence, he sighed again. Then he answered Maria softly, but with determination. "If you were not who you are, and what you represent for me, at this moment I would have felt very, very sad and never allow you to talk to me again." The boy's words impacted on the woman; she now was aware the great mistake she had committed exposing crudely the problem to her dear boy. He did not allow her to rectify as he continued almost as a pray murmuring. "Adele, my angel; her father deserted her when she was three years old, going to the Canary Islands to join the Fascist forces; he died two years ago during the uprising. About two years ago, her mother was killed by a fascist bomb in Madrid, while they were purchasing; miraculously my angel resulted lightly wounded. Just eight months ago she watched how her Grandpa suddenly passed away, due to a heart attack in a crowded northern rail station. There we found her sat down on a wooden bench crying inconsolably, alone and abandoned." The boy paused as the images of those moments filled his mind. "I'm sorry son, I didn't mean..." He did not hear and continued. "Our hearts melted with compassion, as couldn't be different. I couldn't resist the temptation and hugged her as my dearest friend, your son, whispered in my ear "we are her brothers." We convinced her we were searching for her and that we were her brothers. She smiled at me and I took her on my back and joined the mayor Martinez, who changed our passport. During the trip onboard of the frigate, she didn't separate from me a single minute; even when she needed to go to the toilette I had to accompany her, rejecting the young women in charge of helping us. Fortunately, we were very lucky as Aunty Betty received us." He paused for a while as a bump had formed in his throat recalling those events. "Jeremy, I'm sorry," Maria said. As before, he did not answer the woman as if he had not heard her; resuming his account. "My angel couldn't sleep alone the first nights, the nightmare visited her every night; she needed to cuddle in my arms, being protected the whole night. I'll never forget the help and comprehension that we received from Rob. Even you being his mother, you'll never realise how great he is! In summary, she needed to feel safe and she chose me for her safety. Unfortunately, you adults, see in this conduct dirtiness and sex. Robert and I deeply love her; we have discussed many times about what others may think about it, but we don't mind. I never asked her to come to my bed; equally, I'll never ask her to leave it. I'm not and never will be like her father was. She's our little angel. She is extremely bright, more or less as my brother Rob is, and wouldn't understand my rejection." Maria was very concerned because she had introduced the matter. "Jeremy, my son, I'm awfully sorry for what I have said." The boy did not say anything; he extracted a clean hanky and wiped his lovely green eyes. Then he continued. "I don't know what she thinks about our relationship; she's too young to understand it. We have never mentioned this matter; I love her with all my heart like I love Rob; I would give my life for her if it was needed. However, when we grow up and become adults, I'm sure I'll appreciate her even more than now. She will always be my angel, as Rob will be my brother, no matter what happens to us. He frequently says how lucky I'm as she chose me." "In spite of the age difference now, you and Adele are twin souls, the same as Robert and you are halves of the same orange. I think the time will solve this problem better than any measure." The boy grinned sadly. "During the past ten years, Robert and I have shared the same bed; we have spent countless nights having fun, programming pranks, laughing about everything, making ticklish and caressing each other. In summary, being boys. I'll never forget the enjoyment and fun of those moments. We never thought we were doing dirty things. I admired and loved you more than ever did to my mother, because you were perfectly aware and never stopped us. After all, we were children, as Adele is. Why contaminate our minds as if we were adults?" Maria had observed that after the Assembly, Robert had almost stopped going to his friend's bed. She also had seen the stains of semen on the boy's bed sheets. She understood the "problem" has been naturally solved by Mother Nature, as most likely Adele's would be, she thought. She did not add anything. Let's go back my son; it is getting too chilly and little Jeff could get a cold." They smiled as the woman placed her arm around the boy's shoulders tenderly. Jeremy stared gently at his adopted mother. "Yes, Mama. Let's come back home." After her conversation with Jeremy, the four adults discussed the matter while the children were in their rooms. Jeff then said: "If I knew you were going to speak to Jeremy about this subject, I would have stopped you, Maria. He's a very special and sensitive boy and loves deeply the little girl. On the other hand, Adele is also a discrete girl, proof of it is the fact that nobody knows what she innocently does; therefore, I recommend to stop any comment or advice to the girl or to Jeremy again, if we want to keep them with us." "You are right, son," Noah argued. Then Jeff changed the subject. "Dad, I have decided to spend the next year on training about new medicaments and sicknesses. I need to update my knowledge in many areas that the war did not allow me to study. I'm more than trained in surgery; probably in one year, I have operated more than any other surgeon would do here during his entire life. In order to be near the family, I'll apply to the University of London to carry out the training." "That's an excellent idea; while you are in the training, we'll complete the reform of our Hospital. The Government is more than pleased with our decision. The confidential news we have shows that Hitler will attack Poland next year; if that is confirmed, I'm afraid Britain will help the Polish people and unfortunately, we'll need many hospitals." Maria then murmured. "Our little Jeff has chosen a bad time to come to this mad world!" Christmas came and all the family went to the White House to spend them. They received the pleasant visit of Gabriel. He had changed a lot and was much taller and very handsome. They invited him to spend a few days with them, a thing that Christy thanked her mom. The girl and boy hit, becoming inseparable friends. One of those days also joined them, Jessica and Nelly Jenkins, however, Jeremy greeted them as good and educated boy, but he did not make anything to resume their sexual relationship. On the other hand, winter was not the appropriate time for this business. Nelly tried to attract Jeremy to her conversation, but he and Adele had something to do in the library and declined the invitation. "Nelly was very interested in you, Jer. Why didn't you attend her?" Adele said as the boy grinned. "Angel, what would you do if Aunty Betty placed in front of you to choose some boiling vegetables and a good chocolate tart?" The boy chuckled because he knew how fond Adele was of sweets. "You are a very naughty boy; of course, I would choose the tart." "Then, what? I know how that vegetable tastes and I don't want to repeat it. Most likely, our brother Rob, who is very fond of peas and onions, will take advantage of it. The girl laughed loudly." "I repeat you are a very rascal boy; I'm not a tart, but an eight-year-old girl." The boy looked at the door, and watching nobody could hear him, said: "Certainly you are a girl, but within a few years you'll be the sweetest witch of the world, at least for me." The girl eyes beamed as hot embers and sighed. In a quick move, she kissed the boy's cheek and ran upstairs. On her way up, she met Aunty Betty, and without any warning, she kissed her. "I love you, Aunty Betty!" She then continued running to her room. "I would like to know what has caused that sudden outburst of love; though I guess it. I wouldn't do anything to stop it." She murmured for herself. That night Robert felt the need to stay in Jeremy's bed for a while; he enjoyed his brother's closeness and talk. Lately they had broken that custom of sleeping together, in fact, he was the one to be blamed; nevertheless, from time to time he enjoyed those contacts, though he knew Adele would thank him to forget her adored boy, she wouldn't say a single word about it. Jeremy grinned as his friend went under the comfortable duvet. "Are you missing a good suck? Wasn't enough Jessica's mouth?" Robert grinned and sighed, wondering how Jeremy knew it; though as his mom said, they were two halves of the same orange. He kissed tenderly Jeremy's backbone and ruffled his hair. "You are incorrigible, brother. How do you know she sucked my dick?" On the other hand, you spoiled the moment with Nelly; she likes you more than I thought. In fact, they have come because Nelly wanted you to fuck her again." Jeremy, as many times before, turned over facing his friend. "I don't want her grandpa and brother believes I'm a fortune-seeker. I have heard they are very rich people." Robert laughed loudly as he made ticklish to the other boy. "Who really is the incorrigible? It is too soon for that; however, in this instance, she's the real fortune-seeker. You are the greatest and clever boy of the school, and you have into your head a very bright cerebrum. That's the real fortune, so she is right." "You are underestimating yourself; only with those large eyelashes, you can hypnotize anyone you wanted. Besides I have many things to think about rather than to fuck her." Robert caressed her friend's face with the tip of his fingers. "I like to touch you Jer; it is something I can't stop." "Nobody is stopping you." Robert grinned. "By the way Rob, as you know my plan is to study medicine; the school activities are easy for us and I would like to spend my free time doing something useful. I suppose Uncle Jeff has his old books here..." "Yes, and I know where they are. You can find them in the last cabinet of the library, near the green window. Now you must pay me for the information." Saying this, Robert went under the covers and took a 69 position; in seconds he had his friend hard cock into his mouth. Jeremy did the same and soon they were moaning in pleasure until Mother Nature produced the elixir of their clear semen. "I had forgotten these lovely moments." Jeremy jabbed his friend when he recovered his normal position in front of him. "I want to tell you something, brother; but I'll leave it for another night, it's a serious matter, but I need to think about it before we talk." "I guess what could be, but you well know I don't like speculating. By the way, do you know that Mom is aware we are shooting the white stuff?" "She's isn't silly and is like a hound catching smells; so if you in your dreams with Nelly or Jessica expelled it on your sheets, it wasn't difficult to find out." Robert smiled, touched his friend's dick and abandoned the bed. Soon they were asleep. CHAPTER 26 ---------------- After breakfast Jeremy went into the library, he did not need much effort to find what he was looking for. The books were perfectly ordered on the shelves and separated from the rest. He chose one on the first row, took it to the large table, sat down and opened it. He started watching some pictures referring to men who had lived in the past. He was engrossed in his reading and did not notice Jeff's presence near him. Tenderly the man placed his arm around the boy's shoulders. "Is it interesting, Jeremy?" The boy stood sheepishly and blushed since he had not asked permission to read the books. "I'm sorry Uncle Jeff. I should have asked you before using these books." The man caressed the boy's hair. "You shouldn't be sorry about this, Jeremy. Books are for reading them. But are you really interested in Medicine?" Jeremy again blushed. "That's my dream, Uncle Jeff. To be a good MD some time, like you are. The school is easy for me and I think I can spend my free time reading books about what I most like." Jeff then sat near the boy. He had heard about Jeremy's intentions but he thought it was just childish words. "Nothing would please me more than someone from this family follows my steps. Robert doesn't like even to hear about Medicine and I thought you were the same. However, I see I was wrong." Robert took the book and smiled as he examined it. "Is it correct reading it?" Robert again grinned and sat down near the boy. "Jeremy, do you remember how we started the shed in the mountains near the cave?" That question surprised the boy, it had nothing to do with Medicine; he was perplexed. Jeff then looked into those beautiful eyes and watched the confusion in them. "Well... I remember you gave us an axe and we went to find some straight wood branches. When we came you were making holes on the floor with a hoe, as the builders make as foundations." "Good boy memory!" He smiled and rubbed Jeremy's shoulder. "Exactly! First, we made the foundations; we could not start making the ceiling before the foundations. That's what you have started in Medicine with that book. It is too soon for you to read it." He took the book and returned it to the bookshelf; then took another one and gave it to the boy. In the cover, it read: - Introduction to Medicine. Part One- "You should start from the foundations; as you get on, I'll give you others, as interesting as this one. I'm sure you'll enjoy them as I did." The boy stood and hugged the man softly. "Thanks, Uncle Jeff. I'll ask you whenever I need some help and guide." The man ruffled the boy hair again and sat on the large couch, starting to read the morning press, while Jeremy did the same on the book. It was a great book because mostly it referred to the History of the Medicine and the life of those men who made history about Medicine long before the Roman Empire started. Christmas day arrived with some presents for everyone; it was a little bit strange for boys and girls since they expected their presents for the Three Kings Day; they did not understand about Father Christmas, but the women convinced the little ones with some explanations. However, the great day was the last day of December, especially for Adele; they would eat the 12 grapes, one for each month as the clock bell stroke sounded with the last minute of the year, and the New Year 1939 arrived. Everybody hugged and kissed. Quickly, Adele dragged Jeremy to a hidden pantry and without any warning, she pushed the boy's head to her and kissed him on the lips long and tender. As they separated, Jeremy could watch the little girl pink cheeks and some water in her blue eyes. "I love you, Jeremy." She ran upstairs as the boy walked up to the large salon where the family still was welcoming the New Year. Most of them, except Robert, had not noticed their absence. Betty sat on the stool in front of the piano and played some well-known tunes that Gabriel and Christy danced; they were the stars of that night. Some minutes later Adele came with no trace of her tears; as she approached to where Betty was, she pressed Jeremy's hand and he responded in the same way. They grinned at each other; everything was as she had planned. They sang forming a choir; after the last song Maria's children surrounded her, and Jeremy and Adele did the same on Betty. With emotion she hugged her children; Jeremy murmured in her ear for Adele to hear: "Thanks Mother for your understanding and love." Maria noticed it with a pang in her heart. She understood had partially lost the boy's love; however, the boy after kissing Betty went to Maria and hugged her warmly; she sighed. 1939 was a key year for the family since some events marked their lives. In February Mr Pitt was awarded the Pulitzer Prize as he published the second part of the two Spanish shepherd boys, without adding any pictures, but full information regarding their lives in Britain. Two events took place in the same day with a difference of a few hours: On April 1st, early in the morning, came to this world the little Jeff; he weighed more than eight pounds. Some hours later the Spanish Fascist Regime declared the end of the Civil War; the Republic had been defeated and a dictatorship has been installed. "Poor Spain!" declared the press of that day. On September the Nazis invaded Poland, as Robert had predicted, Britain then declared the War on Germany. We will not explain what happened in Britain on those years, it is well known; however, Jeff predictions were completed. Year after year the children grew and celebrate to be alive. England and all Western countries paid a high cost for their indolent behaviour with the Nazis. The affection of Adele for Jeremy was genuine; nevertheless, three years later, when she became a woman, having her first menstruation, she foresaw the danger of visiting the boy's bed, though they never did anything to endanger their clean love. She confessed it to Betty. "I don't want to put my boy in the dilemma to accept or reject my request of having sex, and I'm not strong enough to stop it." The boy deeply thanked her for her brave determination; however, that even increased his love for his "Angel". However, when she was almost twelve, one of those Saturdays nights that Noah and Betty were attending an important meeting she failed herself. She anxiously wanted and needed the contact with her boy after a hard day helping in the rescue of persons from the debris and destruction caused by the Nazis' bombs. She had had a hard day and felt the night kiss from Jeremy on her smooth cheek, nevertheless, she made as she was asleep. She then sighed; yet a few hours later, she woke up thinking about the boy. She did not think on anything, except on those corpses she had seen after the bombing; definitely, she needed to be comforted. She got up, and in silence, went under the cover near her future husband. As usual, the boy was naked and his penis was very hard. It was springtime and the weather was not cold; she did not doubt a second as she uncovered the beautiful body and took the boy's tool into her mouth. This time Jeremy woke up and glanced at his girl; she stopped sucking as their eyes met. She expected her boy might scold her, but she was wrong, he smiled, extended his now strong teenager arms and dragged the girl to his chest. Adele started to cry. "Please, my angel, don't cry, otherwise I'll do the same. You are not alone in this business, I need you as much as you need me, but we must be very careful and take special care." She grinned and sighed; then made a move to take off her panties, but the boy tenderly kissed and stopped her. "Keep them where they are; we can enjoy without taking that final step, still we aren't prepared." Before she could argue Jeremy stick his lips on hers as their tongues swirled inside desperately. She went on top of her boy, and for the first time, she felt his hard penis pushing against her vagina. She went mad. Fortunately, the adults were not there and Robert and his parents were on the other side of the building and could not hear their groans as they climaxed harder than ever before. In the bliss of their love, they touched each other softly. "Why am I so lucky having you, my boy?" Jeremy then touched the girl's golden ringlets and gave a peck on her snub nose. "Because you are great and deserve all the best of this World, my angel." She happily smiled and cuddled in the boy's arms. He then added: "We must be very careful, but you can come anytime we have a chance; we'll have enough care in order nothing happen to us. I could go to your bed, but I promised Mama Maria I'll never put us at risk." "That's fine with me. I didn't promise anything to anyone, except to you. I'll love you forever." She kissed tenderly her boy as she felt the happiest girl of the world. Before they took the normal position to drift to sleep, Jeremy said: "Adele, I need to take a decision, but I want your advice before I go ahead since it could affect both of us." These words alarmed the girl; Jeremy rarely used her own normal name, except in exceptional moments, and this seemed one of them. She got serious as she rubbed the boy's chin with the tip of her fingers. "I'm only a girl of twelve and I wonder if I can help you; but if it would affect both of us, it means that I have to put all my heart on my opinion. Please go ahead." She kept silence. "As you well know, Aunty Betty couldn't have children of her own, and has found on us what she missed very much." He paused, but the girl continued in silence. He then resumed his talking. "My parents are buried in my village and I only have a few cousins; besides, I have promised never return to our homeland, especially while the Fascists govern our country..." Adele interrupted him. "You are not alone, my handsome boy. I'll be near you for the rest of my life for bad and for good if you allow me to do so." The boy felt how a bump was forming in his throat with the girl's words; then he dragged her to him and hugged very tight. Without separating from her he continued. "Some time ago, Aunty Betty said she would be very happy being my legal mother; in other words: she would adopt me, then I would be Jeremy Northwood, not Gilles. She also added that it would be great for her if she could also adopt you, but she knew how much we loved each other and that would mean we were brother and sister, preventing a future marriage between us." Jeremy separated from Helen. "What do you think?" The girl kept silence for a few moments. "She's right. I'll never be your sister, but your wife and have beautiful children with you; that is our dream and I'll fight it to come true. She's a good woman and dearly loves us; therefore, it is a good idea, it doesn't jeopardize our plans, but we must put it clear to her that we don't need her money. We'll accept you being adopted because we love her. On the other hand, this might raise suspicions and jealousy in Robert's family; not in himself." "Also I have thought to tell Rob before anything happens. He's my brother. I think I should tell Aunty Betty that Rob should also be considered as her heir." The girl stared at the boy's large green eyes and kissed them. "That would honour you even more. Please do it as soon as you can and before answering Aunty Betty." "Do you realise that we are talking as adults?" She grinned slyly. "Of course; we have done tonight adult's things, aren't we?" He told Robert what his ideas were in respect of him. He understood and both boys hugged. Aunty Betty and Noah felt the happiest couple of the world with this decision. As soon as Jeremy was 18 y/o they carried out the ceremony before de Judge of adopting him as her legal son and heir. When they returned home, Betty took a key. "Jeremy, Robert, Adele, please come with me; I'll show you something that only a few persons have seen, amongst them your father, Robert, and Uncle Jeff." She went down to the basement where a large oil-paint was hanging. Easily she moved the paint that was hinged; behind there was an iron door that she opened with a key. The boys were amazed; it was a middle-sized room with many shelves; it had a hole in the ceiling for ventilation. The atmosphere inside was dry. "This is the secret place where my MD ancestors kept all critical information regarding the Crown and other important families. If we released the information written in those files, it would be a great scandal for the Real House. In those times many princes weren't what they seemed to be." Robert then interrupted Betty. "Aunty, I had heard about the tricks they used during their reigns; especially when they weren't able to conceive a baby or wanted to get rid of some of them." "Jeremy's grandfather, of course not yours, my son." They laughed as she continued. "He was very close to important persons; they used him as a Surgeon because knew how faithful and trustful he was. He wrote everything as records and kept here. Many tried to find the hideout, but never found it; so they respected him and his descendants. He kept this information to prevent his family from being attacked." "Aunty Betty, did Jeremy continued with that task?" "As far as I know he didn't. He had a great prestige and money and didn't need anything from any of them." She then took a well-cared chest and placed it on a table; then pushed a little resort and it displayed the content. Many medical tools probably made from stainless steel. Jeremy opened wide his large green eyes in disbelief. "Is this the box that Jeremy purchased in Cape Town as a present for his grandfather?" "Yes, it is. It has a great value for collectors or museums, but today the stainless steel has replaced the gold and silver in this type of instruments; however, probably someone in somewhere had discovered the stainless steel many years before Europe did." In spite of the hard circumstances: the Nazis bombing, especially London; the lack of many things they used to have; the death of friends under the bombing rubbles, as Jessica; and many other sad events, they survived and continued living. The children became adolescents. Adele loved Jeremy, and Gabriel did to Christy. The older boys, supported England, even asked to take part in the fight; but as Noah said, that was a War of men and women, not children. Whenever they had time available, Robert and Gabriel joined a squad of boys and girls to help to extract people trapped under the debris after the bombing or looking after orphan children and injured persons. Jeff's Hospital was full of wounded people, especially children. Jeremy and Adele spent many hours looking after them; Jeremy also participated in the operation theatre as an assistant helping Jeff, learning in advance what he would be taught in the University later. Adele had become a beautiful teenager; she was almost as tall as Jeremy and Robert were. On August 1944, as usual, they celebrated their birthday: Gabriel was 17, the boys 18, and Adele 14. They had had a very hard day and were very tired. The previous day, in spite of the sirens roar, one V1 bomb exploded not far from where Adele was helping some children; the wave of the impact reached her and the children, fortunately causing little cuts on her smooth skin. Jeremy did not know anything until they were toasting. After the last song, she took her boy's hand and disappeared. Jeremy guessed what was coming next as Robert sighed and grinned. Adele dragged him to the large stairs; he thought she wanted to show him something, but she pulled the boy up to the loft. She extracted a key and opened the door; put on the electric bulb as she pushed the door back with her butt. The boy was astounded; he did not know the existence of that comfy little room within the attic, though he had been in there a few times. She spun and placed her arms around Jeremy's neck. "Now you are mine." She dragged the boy's face to her and both kissed tenderly. Jeremy thought he was in a dream and would wake up at any moment. "Don't even protest because I'm determined to end up with my virginity." "Adele, you are only fourteen and I don't mind to wait until you like or want. Watching you almost every day is more than what I expected." Tenderly she pulled the boy to the bed and sat down on the edge. "That's correct. Please look at these scratches and little wounds! My mother had hundred of them on her white body, as the blood came out as little fountains. No Jer, I don't want to wait; we have loved each other since that moment in the rail station, and right now we don't know what's going to happen to us. From now on, I want to enjoy with you every minute of our lives. You are my only love and forever." "You are incorrigible. Nothing is going to happen to us; besides, we have been partially enjoying our love from almost two years ago, my beautiful angel; on the other hand, you may get pregnant and it is not the time to raise a baby..." She sighed. "It would be great to have a baby with those beautiful eyes of yours!" She murmured. She started to undress the boy as Jeremy was effortless to stop her. When he was entirely naked realised what really was happening. His cock was harder than ever before and he knew he could not stop her; moreover, he applauded her decision, once more. Some minutes later the couple was completely nude and Adele dropped herself on top of her long-time adored boy. Tenderly, they started making full love for the first time, without any restriction. During that year and with the complicity of Robert, she had visited Jeremy's bed many times and they enjoyed their bodies but never reached the final step: the penetration. This time they put all their energies and love without fearing anything or anybody; as if those moments were the last ones of their young lives. After some minutes came what they had been waiting for since that far day in the rail station: the culmination of their love. The following morning they received the great news: The allied troop's invasion of France had been a great success; now they would continue advancing to the very heart of Germany. CHAPTER 27 ---------------- The War ended, and with it, all old Victorian customs and moral restrictions. Boys and girls started to access to the University, though still with some reservations from some layers of the old society. The practices carried out by Jeremy with Jeff and other surgeons during those years in the hospital, made him a trainee on surgery that his masters appreciated. He reached his doctorate two years before the normal time with the highest qualifications. Adele followed him up and soon she came to be a great specialist MD on children sicknesses; she had married Jeremy as soon as she was 18 y/o. After getting married she appointed Noah and Robert's Company for the task of looking after her fortune. Some years later, the Spanish Dictatorship recognized the possession of her aristocratic title of Marchioness of Montalba, but she rejected it in favour of her future children. They had two boys and one girl, named Jeremy, Robert and Elisabeth. The boys had light brown hair and blue eyes, only the girl had blond hair as she had and blue eyes; however, none of them had inherited their father's intense green eyes. Their first grandson, Jeff, had inherited Jeremy's green eyes. Jeremy prestige, like a neurosurgeon, had reached Spain long time ago and was invited to participate in some summits and congresses; however, like many other Spaniards, he kindly declined the invitations, he used to say: "I love my origin country, but I'll never return while my homeland is being ruled by a dictator." On 1982 on their 55th birthday, Robert and Jeremy and their respective families visited their old village. Of course, after a so long time, most of the old people had disappeared; however, some of his friends and many others still were there. The Mayor, a socialist, was one of them, which informed them about their old companion's lives. Democracy has been restored in Spain five years before, and now the country was governed by the Socialist Party. The Mayor explained: "For example, Raul joined the Jesuits in Pamplona and is a great scientific in Astronomy; has he known you were coming he would have been here today. Elisa married a good civil engineer and now is living in the Capital city; she has five children. The Major Martinez flew to Mexico before the war ended, carrying Julia and his little son with them. I know they are well and have a prosperous company since he was a university graduated agronomist." The group went to the cemetery with a large bunch of red roses each family. Firstly, Robert placed his flowers on his father's grave, and a few minutes later Jeremy did the same on his parent's. The emotion caught the now men, as they recalled in silence their progenitors. However, the Mayor had a great surprise for the two families. After a lunch in the Town Hall and surrounded by old friends, Robert expressed their will to visit their old school. "It is on the program, my friends. However, I must tell you that we demolished the school and built a new one not far from there, it has a lot of free space for the children to play and enjoy; in its place, we have built a monument dedicated to those who bravely fought against the Fascists and their dictatorship. "I didn't know this, Rafael," Jeremy said. "You'll unveil it this afternoon. It has been financed by all our friends and a generous amount of money received from a secret person, whom even I don't know myself; it is absolutely anonymous." After many congratulations and hugs, all member of the Town Hall headed by the Mayor walked up to the place. There they found a well-cared park and garden crowded with many people and children of all ages from the nearby school. The monument was covered with a large curtain to conceal the figures. The Mayor wanted to make a little speech, but he thought no words were needed. "Thanks, Rafael, to you and to all persons who contributed to this large monument." The Mayor then said: "Jeremy, Robert, please choose one member from each of your family to uncover it." Robert and Jeremy exchanged a stare and chose the youngest boy and girl of each family; both of the same age: 12 y/o Manuel and Adele. The boy and girl blushed with honour as they approached the large monument. They pulled down from the cords as a sign from the Mayor, uncovering the figures. Jeremy, Robert and Adele did not expect what they were watching; the three hugged as hard applauses came from the crowd assisting to the event. Nelly (Robert's wife) pulled Adele to her. "Who are they, mom?" The girl asked. "The boy on the left holding the stick is your father; the other boy is Uncle Jeremy, and the little girl is Aunty Adele." When the mutual hug was broken, the Mayor took a manual loudspeaker and explained the meaning to the persons assisting to the inauguration. Most of them knew them when they were children. The Mayor continued explaining. "The persons forming the group, melted in bronze in natural size, are today here near us, after more than forty years. In some ways, they fought against the dictatorship in order to bring democracy and freedom to Spain. As many of you know, they acted as couriers between the Fascists and Republicans lines, conveying vital information, which saved many lives. As you can see, they have on their little chests the medal decoration awarded by the President of the Republic for their bravery. Being children, like most of you, they risked their lives and paid a high cost with the murder of their progenitors; that's why they never came back to their homeland until democracy and freedom have been reinstalled in Spain." A roar of applause started again, even some wanted they spoke; but the well-known MD and Economist declined to speak; they were too touched and emotional. End of the 1st story.
