This story deals with a number of different themes including: bb, bg, gg,
teen gg, teen bb, teen bg,  and incest, among others.  Please be warned
if any of these are a trigger for you, read at your own caution.

Introduction:

         It made headlines the world over, the record-breaking amount of
money the Boy Scouts had to pay out over the sexual abuse scandal.  To
keep the scouting program open, everything from top to bottom had to be
evaluated.  New guidelines, procedures, and expectations had to be
written and rewritten to ensure the safety of the scouts had to be the
number one priority.  Survival of the venerable program was on the line.

         I won't bore you with all the new procedures that were now in
place with the scouting program.   Some programs and badges were
eliminated, combined, and/or repurposed.  This is a story of one such
badge.  It was no longer in any manual, the badge had disappeared from
the online store, it was as if the badge had disappeared off the face of
the earth.  Thankfully, the leaders of Boy Scout Troup 6969 and Girl
Scout Troup #9969 had the foresight to buy enough of these badges to last
well into the future.

         Since this badge was no longer recognized as an official badge
for either scouting group, this badge couldn't take place on any scout
campground, and the scout leaders couldn't be involved in any official
way or capacity.  Both troupes were facing disbanding if any of this were
to be leaked to the media, or if local, regional, state, or national
boards ever found out that this was going on.  This badge could never be
put on any official uniform or sash, this made the desire to obtain and
the awarding of this badge all so much sweeter.  It will be worth all the
shit and blood that one will go through for this badge.
