Richard had no idea how he had found the place, which was not in the greatest neighborhood, and very small. There wasn't a menu. When they sat down, the waiter, who didn't speak much English, tried to explain what they were eating, and went back to the kitchen. There were about 12 people in the restaurant, and only about 24 seats, and everyone did seem to be enjoying themselves. "davey, did you happen to catch the name of the place? I certainly couldn't pronounce it." "No sir, I can't pronounce it, but Otto told me it was a good place to eat. I think there are cards at the front. We can get one, and maybe Carla can pronounce it." Harris sat back, and relaxed. It wasn't hard here. There was a sense of being in someone's dining room, rather than the more formal atmosphere like Sasha's. He sighed to himself. His goal was to make Sasha's informal, but the restaurant business was unforgiving. A place like Sasha's simply couldn't be your living room. Richard must have been shaking his head yes, because davey took his hand and squeezed it. "Sir, something is on your mind. Care to share?" Richard smiled a bit, and squeezed back. "Ah, davey, there's always something on my mind, but there IS something pretty important . I need to bring it up at family dinner, but I really owe you the info first." Davey looked concerned. "You don't talk like this much, Sir. Please, go ahead. I'm not sure I can help, but I'll try." Richard took another big sigh, and then he just let it out. "Davey, I'm very seriously considering selling Sasha's." "OH, Sir, I have to be honest. If I had had ten guesses as to what you were going to say, that was not one of them. That's your baby. Can I ask why?" "Oh, it won't be much of a surprise davey. I love that restaurant. But it's exhausting. The hours are killing, constantly being on call to cover when someone doesn't show up, the ordering, the staff management. " He paused. "I'm thinking of getting out of Sasha's, and looking for a place like this one. " "You know Sir, I know we kid you a lot about your not exercising, not working out, being lazy, but I don't think I've seen anyone else who works as hard as you do. So I think I understand why you're so tired. Sir, you need a break. I know we're talking about a vacation, but I think you need more. Much more." "Thank you davey. I'm so glad that you 'get' what I'm talking about. There's more, too. " He paused. "You know, you love your job, and you shouldn't even consider leaving, or changing it." He smiled. "But davey, if all goes well, you're going to be a dad. But of an infant. They're tough davey. They need constant care. And you just can't leave anytime you need to and take care of your kid. But if I'm home, I can sort of substitute in for you. I know how to change diapers, I can burp a baby, I can do most of that stuff." "Sir, I didn't know. How did you learn?" "Ah. You don't know about my little sister. The one who doesn't talk to me anymore. She lives on the other side of the country. We're 8 years apart . Mom worked, Dad worked, so "little Richie" as they called me, learned all about baby care." "This is new to me Sir. And it's clearly painful . Please don't feel obligated to tell anymore. But thank you for being so concerned about this. " Now davey paused. "Because there was something I wanted to tell you - the clinic called and they want to move UP my appointment for sperm harvesting." "DAVEY. That's wonderful. I'm so glad. OH, the sooner we have a little davey in the house, the better." The waiter brought over food, and put it in front of them. He told them what it was, but neither one of them understood. The plates didn't match, the cutlery didn't either, but with one bite, Harris knew: food that was cooked like this, was what he wanted to do. " "davey, part of the reason for this vacation, is for me to learn some more about the foods I love and know. I'd love to do a restaurant that featured one cuisine. One cuisine only. Maybe even just a "take it or leave it" menu, no more than 20 -25 people. " He paused again. "I'd love to see Mike in a job that is more comfortable for him than the school." "He loves that job Sir." "Well, it will be his choice. Paul is going to need a job though. He's not destined for college, that's for sure." "I know. I worry what he's going to do," and Harris laughed. "Paul is going to be fine. He's a hard worker, and he's diligent. You know, someone told me once, that 90% of success is showing up on time. He's got that." Davey grabbed Harris' hand "I think that's right, Sir. You showed up right on time. I'm glad you did." Harris took davey's hand and kissed it. "Now look. If you're flirting with me to trick me out of my dessert, that's not working." Davey licked his lips. "You're looking at dessert sir. " Notwithstanding davey's flirting, Harris made sure he had his crepes. Davey insisted on paying, and as they left, one of the waiters found some English and thanked them, and asked them to come back. Holding davey's hand, Richard looked back, wistfully, at the restaurant. He squeezed davey's hand again. "would you be ok if I gave up the big place, and took a small one?" Davey looked at him sincerely "As long as you kept me with you, I'm fine with anything. Now let's go home and have dessert." Neither of the men were into doing something like pouring ice cream or syrup over the other, but Harris did get davey's wrists into the restraints at the side of the bed. He sneered when davey asked "please Sir. I'm so hot for you. Can you take the cage off for tonight," and answered. "I could... but I'm not going to. It's Sunday. It'll come off on Wednesday. " "Well then..." and davey tried to push his legs together. A little rib tickling took care of that and his legs were back up over Harris' legs. He felt the pounding as Harris, fully invigorated by that dinner, took him long and hard. At dinner on Monday, as everyone was gathered, Richard noticed that Mike had cut his hair. It still looked good, but he had gone from Fabio to Michael York. "Mike, it looks good, but, can I ask..." Mike blushed. He pointed to Paul. "This one has way too many ways to control me. I figured if I cut my hair, that would just get rid of one of them. I didn't ask him though. " Paul looked at him. "No, you didn't. And next time, I'll tickle you for an hour instead of half hour." Davey laughed. "Are we sure that Mike is YOUR son, and Paul is not," which made Harris blush. He looked at davey and said one word "Thursday," which made davey blush. Then Richard cleared his throats. "Family, I have to make an announcement and ask for advice. I'm thinking of selling Sasha's. " Carla dropped her knife when she heard that and looked up. Normally, she could tell what her friend was thinking before he did. This one caught her off guard. In fact, it caught all of them off guard. "Now, now. I would NOT be getting out of the restaurant business, and it wouldn't be tomorrow. But as I told davey last night, I'm tired people. I'm really, REALLY tired. That place is draining me. I want to be available for davey when his child joins us, and I just want to be more available." He looked at Mike. "I didn't get to see you for 18 years, son, and I almost never get to see you now." And he looked at Paul. "And yes, I see SO much of myself in you, Paul, and I love watching it. I just want to see more. " He looked at Carla. "When was the last time you and I got thrown out of a place for dancing on a table?" Carla suppressed a laugh, badly. "WAIT. YOU TWO. DANCING. ON A TABLE? GETTING THROWN OUT?, " came out of Paul. "This calls for an explanation. Carla smiled. "It was Ferrara. We had been stomping around, looking for 'the palace of the duke of Ferrara' from the Sondheim song. We didn't find it, but we DID find a little cafe'. Very sweet, very lovely, and then we started singing 'A Little Night Music.' ALL of it. " She laughed. "Well, the customers joined us and all was fine for a while, but Richard and I had had WAY too much to drink, and we decided to waltz on our table. THAT didn't go over well." "You need dance lessons dad," said Mike, which provoked a big round of laughter. "Ok, ok, enough of this silliness. Back to the point. We're all going to Europe this summer, and I want to look around, and get an idea for a cuisine that is new to the US. I'll find one. And then find a small place - no more than 20, 25 seats. No menu: you eat what we cooked." He looked at Carla. "Maybe you could help with that one," and her eyes got wide. "OH, RICHARD. THAT WOULD BE GREAT," and he looked at Paul "You've got enough skill to manage a place like that. It'll be a learning curve, but you could handle it. " He continued, looking at Mike "And here's our sommelier and head waiter. Dressed up every night." He saw Paul's eyes go wide. "Mike dressed up every night? HOT." Jason didn't let his emotions show, but he said "Do you have an idea for the sale, Sir." "Actually , I do. I've been talking to Lawanda about it for weeks. She's interested. She doesn't have ALL the capital but we could draw up papers. " "Sir, I think it's feasible. I'll need to look at it some more, but I am fairly certain: you could make this work.: "Richard, I never thought of you as a stay at home mom, joked Carla. "Neither did I darling. Nor do I see myself that way. I'll be at that restaurant every day, but I won't feel like I'm on call. I won't need to argue with mongers about the price of the fish - that's why we'll have this guy." He pointed to Paul. I think this could work. But I want your votes. Not now, but in a couple of weeks. If we don't have a unanimous decision, it won't happen. " "Richard, thank you for including us all in this. It's an important decision and it's really yours. " Sam spoke "But you've made us part of a family, and now, you're asking for us to participate. Whatever the decision is, I think you've just shown us all how important we are to you." Jason had gotten up and wheeled in the liquor cart from the library. "I think this calls for a toast. I'm pouring." After dinner, there was the TV that wasn't so new anymore, but it was there. Mike and Paul went off to Mike's room - Paul almost never used his - and Carla and Sam went upstairs. Jason left to go home to his wife. It was just Harris and davey, on the sofa, davey curled up into Harris' arm. " You know Sir, there's no time like the present. " "For what davey?" "He dropped his voice. "For a blow job Sir. " Harris smiled and began to get up. "No no. Not in the bedroom. Right here. Right now." Davey got on his knees, and began opening Harris' pants. "DAVEY. What if the boys come through?" He looked up. "They can either watch and learn something, or they can run back in horror. I don't care. But I want your cock. NOW." And he proved it. He slid down Harris' shaft, licking, sucking, pulling and then sliding back. "OH DEAR. My lamb. My sweet, sweet lamb," Harris smiled as davey kept up his work. Harris looped his finger in the collar davey wore. "Best decision I ever made, was making sure you knew you were mine." He pushed davey's head down on his cock. TAKE CARE OF THAT BOY. MAKE YOUR MAN HAPPY. " Davey looked up for just a minute to say "yes Sir." before he went back to work. He could have had Harris cum in minutes, but he drew it out. The evening before, and tonight, had made him realize just how much he loved this man.. It took him over 30 minutes to finish, and as Harris was getting closer, he put a finger to his lips to tell him to keep quiet. Harris tried. His jizz flew all over. Davey stood in front of him, to make sure he didn't stain the carpet. He reached down, and took some of Harri's jizz and put it in his mouth. "Not as sweet as you, but sweet." Davey sat down next to Harris, and they hugged and cuddled. From the side, they heard Mike's voice. "GUYS. Don't you have a room? GEEZ." It wasn't the first, or the last time that night, that Harris and davey had a good belly laugh.
