Size Does Matter (To Me) Part VI: And the band started leaving 'Cause they all stopped breathing Friday: BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP, SLAM... It was five AM, and Alex had already hit the snooze button four times. Groaning as he finally sat up, he looked down at Mini. She hadn't even stirred. Standing up and stretching, his hand bumped the ceiling, and not for the first time scratched his knuckle on the stucco. Cursing at himself, he ran his hand down his furry body to scratch his balls. Pushing the piss hard dick out of the way, he pulled his sack down a few times to loosen them up. Mini still had not moved, so he gave her a little nudge with his toe. Her head came up, the look on her face said what the hell do you want with me? And put her head back down. He nudged her again and said "Come on, you moody bitch. Your going outside and need to eat before we leave." Alex had to practically push her into the kitchen. He poured her a bowl of kibble. In the few seconds it took him to grab some juice out of the fridge, she was finished. "You must be part vacuum. I didn't even hear you chew it." She just looked up at him wagging her tail, then turned to the back door. He let her out, and headed for the bathroom. His hard on was nowhere near going down yet, so it could wait till he was in the shower. Looking in the mirror, he saw a ruggedly handsome face with a square jaw and small scar above his left eye. He had got that sledding as a kid. Picking up the trimmer, he cleaned up his full beard making sure to have straight lines to accentuate his features. After brushing his teeth, he ran his hands through his thick black hair. Should hit old man Sam's barbershop today. When he bought the house it needed a lot of work, and the master bath was the first thing to be remodeled. The old tub was completely ripped out, and a huge shower stall that could fit four was installed. One of the two shower heads had a douche wand attached. It came in handy for preparation for the bathhouse trips, and could just be fun sometimes. Two dildos were suction cupped to the tiles. One was only about six inches but very thick, it was more like a butt plug. The other was about nine inches, and a standard thickness. Alex wished he could take his time and play but he and Mini had to be on their way. As he lathered up his hard on relaxed enough and he let fly. As his big dick always hung straight down, the warm piss flowed down his legs and all over his feet. It never bothered him that much, he had heard it even helped prevent athletes foot. With feet that big, he was glad he never had that problem. All clean and dry, he pulled on some socks and a pair of cotton boxers, the ones with smiley faces on them. Knowing he was going to be on his feet all day, he chose the most warn but respectable jeans he had. A tight crotch would not do when walking around town. A wife beater under his freshly dry cleaned uniform shirt shouldn't be too hot. His grizzly belt and hiking boots rounded it all off. When out in the sun, his cowboy hat with the leather tassels and silver sheriffs star would do. Grabbing Mini's leash, he headed out the back door. As soon as she saw the leash, she came bounding up to him lifting hear head to expose her collar. The only thing she loved more then eating was going for a walk. He had to half lift her into the truck, and then they headed off. A quick stop at the diner to pick up an egg sandwich to go, and they were pulling into the station. As they walked into the building Linda jumped up from her desk, squealing at seeing Mini. Wrapping her arms around the big dog, she squeezed Mini in a hug. "Now what are you doing here, you big puppy?" "The last time I had to leave her alone all day, she tore apart my kitchen looking for food, and left piles all over the house. So she is going to walk around with me for half the day, then my mom is going to meet me later, and take her home with her." Alex bent down and unhooked the leash, and Mini took off into the office, and laid under one of the desks. Linda looked back at Mini puzzled. "Why did she go lay under Conner's desk? I figured she would go for yours." Chuckling, Alex shook his head. "She has some fascination with him ever since she met him, whenever he is around she stares at him and moans." Conner's family moved here from Ireland when he was ten, so he still had a bit of an accent and bright red hair. Tapping a finger to her chin, Linda thought on it. "Hmm, maybe she just doesn't like gingers. You know dogs have better senses then we do. And she can tell he has no soul." Alex burst out laughing at that. "You've been watching too much South Park." By eight o'clock everyone had arrived. And Conner let out a shout when he sat at his desk to find a face staring at him between his legs whimpering. "God dammit Alex, did you put her there? Keep her away from me, she creeps me out." The whole room bust into laughter at that. They all headed out to the staging area in the schools parking lot. Most of the volunteers were already there. Alex gave a short speech about how much the department appreciated their help, and told everyone to have fun out there, and keep a watch for any trouble. He spent most of the day walking up and down the fairway and strolling down main street. Mini got all the attention, all the kids wanted to pet her, and all the ladies fawned all over her. A few times when they passed a food stand or one of the restaurants, someone would toss her a piece of food. She was getting so spoiled she no longer just walked but strutted along. At two o'clock they found Alex's mom Liz outside the butcher shop. She had been dating Mike for about a year now. "Thank god I found you_ if I have to hear 'Awe, shes so cute' one more time, I'm going to be sick." As he handed her the leash she reached down and scratched behind Mini's ear. "You poor thing, is the big man jealous of you? Don't worry, we will go over to the park, and you can play with the other dogs." Alex bent down and kissed her on the forehead. "Thanks mom, I'll pick her up Sunday night." Afterward, he headed back to the station, and caught an hour's power nap so he could make it till midnight. Then it's back home to get some sleep, and start all over again the next day. Shane woke to the TV playing too load in the living room, and the smell of bacon in the air. Looking at the clock, he saw it was going on ten o'clock. Just two days. He only has to put up with them for two days. He grabbed some clothes and padded to the bathroom, a quick shower and he had to get to the mall. Zach had to do some last minute alterations to their costumes, then they had to get one last practice in before tomorrow. Walking into the kitchen, Max and Trish were just finishing eating. "Max, you can go turn off the TV now he's up." Ignoring her Shane got a protein shake out of the fridge and downed it. "I have to get going, I have a lot going on this weekend. If you go out, make sure you lock the door." "Oh, no you don't. I did not bring my son out to bum fuck nowhere to see his uncle just to be blown off. We are coming with you. You can show us what is here, that you didn't have back in Detroit." Trish wasn't going to take no for an answer, so he resigned himself to his fate. "Hurry up then, I need to go do a last fitting, and do some shopping before I have to be back here." She looked puzzled "Fitting? It's the holiday weekend. What place is going to make you a suit?" Shaking his head "Not that its any of your business, but the band I'm in is doing a concert tomorrow night, and one of the guys is making us outfits to wear. His mom owns a tailor shop, and he needs me to come in to finish it. Then we have a last practice tonight here in my basement. So if your coming get your ass in gear, and lets go. He is expecting me in twenty minutes." Too stunned by his brazenness, she hurried off and got Max ready to go. She had never seen him stand up for himself like that. She was proud. But that evil looking make over had to go. The drive to the mall was quiet and awkward. He was too pissed at her, and she didn't know what to say. Arriving at the mall he told them to go ahead and wander around, 'cause> he didn't know how long he would be. The alterations went quickly. Luckily the pants fit perfectly, so no accidents today. The white puffy under shirt was just a little too long in the cuffs, and the tunic a bit too tight. Zach told him that each of the guys were going to wear something with the triforce symbol on it, and Hot Topic or Spencers would have something for him. Spencers was a bust, all they had was a necklace and after having to wear a collar for Todd, that wasn't going to happen. At Hot Topic there were a few shirts but that wouldn't do since they were already wearing something. The stuff in the jewelry stand was more promising. They had a nice variety. So he got a belt buckle and pair of triangle stud earrings caught his eye, but he didn't have any piercings. The sales clerk came up to help him. He was young, maybe seventeen at most, slim with spiky blonde hair with the tips frosted different colors. Hoops in an eyebrow and nose and giant gaping holes in both his earlobes. If you had to classify him, he would be a punk twink. He had very flamboyant mannerisms and a lisp. "How can I help you?" Gesturing to the glass case_,_ Shane pointed to the buckle. "I'll just take the triforce buckle." Stepping behind the counter, the clerk opened it up, and pulled it out. "I noticed you checking out our triangle earrings too. It's nice to see family around here." Shane looked at the clerk with a raised eyebrow. "What do you mean?" The kid winked at him "Well triangles are a symbol for gay pride." He licked his lips "If you take them next door to the jewelers, they could pierce your ear, and you could wear them. I think you would look cute with them." Shane was dumbfounded, was this kid really hitting on him? Later Trish and Max were enjoying tacos at the food court, when Shane plopped down at their table. She looked up at him and choked, "What the hell has gotten into you?" He had gotten both ears pierced with the triangles, and an extra hoop at the top of his right ear. Shrugging, he just handed a Hot Topic bag to Max. "Here, wear these tomorrow when you come to the fireworks." Looking in the bag, Max jumped up and gave him a hug. "Thanks Uncle Shane, mom never lets me get any shirts this cool." As she glowered over at him, he tossed a tiny bag at her. "When I saw that, I thought of you." Inside was a little box containing a pendent of a mother holding a child. Before she could say anything, he picked up the rest of his bags. "Well, if you two are done, we need to get home. The guys will be there soon." Saturday: Yesterday's reports were not much of a surprise. A few drunk and disorder-lies and a few bouts of theft, but nothing major. Tonight would be busier with the concert and fireworks. The day flew by and at six the schools junior and senior bands started playing. They weren't too bad, but a few times the songs just got butchered. They ended with the Star Spangled Banner as the town councilmen took the stage, along with Herb and the fire chief. Alex was out in the crowd keeping an eye out. Liz walked up to him and gave him a hug. "I hope your ready for this." Releasing her he looked worried "Ready for what?" Just then he noticed it had gone quiet, and everyone was looking at him. "Um, honey they're waiting for you." and she gave him a shove toward the stage. Stepping up Herb took the microphone. "See, he's so busy looking out for you, he forgets himself." Laughter came from the audience at that. He handed the mic to Alex, and just said good luck. Stammering, he took off his hat trying to give himself a second to think. Then it came to him, just fuck it and do it. "Okay, I know you don't want to hear some long speech, and frankly I don't want to give one. You all know me, and what I'm about. So lets just have a good time, and enjoy the rest of the night." They let out a cheer and he walked off. Herb followed him off as he went back stage. "Well played boy, just keep it simple." Liz and Jessica were waiting for them. They both gave him a kiss, but Jessica put a lot more into it. "Jess, get off my son, your old enough to be his mother." She backed off with a shit eatin' grin. "It's not my fault you gave birth to the hottest stud in the state." They all had a laugh at that. Then they watched an odd scene of five oddly dressed men set up their instruments. As Alex watched the show, he couldn't take his eye off Shane. He loved the new look the guy had. Still geeky, yet even sexier with that devilish goatee. The earrings and the outfit gave him a bit of a punkish appeal. It's said that you could tell how good a lover a man was, depending on how well he could dance. And this guy had some moves. About half way through the show a call came over the radio, "Alex we need you over at the beer tent, now!" Pushing his way through the crowd and running as soon as he was clear, he arrived at the beer tent. Two of the cruisers were there with the lights flashing. One of the tents supports had been knocked over, and that corner of the tent collapsed. The deputies were taking statements, and Conner was over at one of the cruisers talking to a blonde woman with a black eye. "Alright, what the hell is going on here?" "Your best friend here," Conner said as he pointed to the cruiser, "got pissed drunk and started a fight. And when his lady friend here tried to stop him, he hit her, and knocked her into the tent post." Alex looked into the car, and it was none other then Sean Davies, the Senator's son. Turning to the woman, she looked a bit shaken but not too bad off. "Are you OK, miss? Do you need an ambulance?" She waved the question off. "No, it looks worse then it is. I have five older brothers, and I'm used to it." "Well, we should have you checked out anyway. I will have someone take you over to the first aid stand." He motioned with his hand, and one of the volunteers took her away. "How the fuck did this happen? There is supposed to be someone here at all times." Conner looked down in shame. "I was on the other side of the tent helping someone up that tripped when the shouting started. By the time I made my way over, the tent was already coming down. I got everyone out, and had to drag that shit head by his shirt, because he's so drunk he could barely stand." Alex looked back. Sean was screaming to be let out, and kicking the door. "It sounds like you did the right thing, but how did this get started?" "Um, thanks, but I should have been faster. The witnesses all say the bartender refused to serve him anymore, and he just took a swing at him, and wouldn't stop. His unlucky date tried to pull him off, and he hit her through the pole." Putting a hand on the red heads shoulder, "Don't sell yourself short, you did what you could, and that's what matters." As they discussed what to do next, they heard glass shatter behind them. Sean had kicked out the window, and was trying to get out. He was just screaming how his father would have all their heads for this. They had to pull him out and cuff his legs together, then put him in the other cruiser with a deputy to sit with him. Alex ended up spending the rest of the night at the station having to deal with this mess. It didn't help when the Senator showed up, demanding the release of his son. Earlier in the evening The Lords of Hyrule were taking the stage. Each were wearing light green trousers, white slightly puffy shirts open half way down their chests, and dark green tunics. On each of their heads sat a pointed dark green hat that fell to the back. As they took their places, Shane could hear Max in the front shout out, "Oh my god, they all look like Link." Shane couldn't help but smile at his nephew wearing the Zelda shirt and cap he got him. They started playing Joy To The World by Three Dog Night and transitioned to Dancing In The Streets by Martha & The Vandellas. Two of the required songs done, they played various songs from the eighty's and ninety's. People were up dancing around and singing to the songs. More then once, he could see that giant guy Alex mouthing the words to songs, and could swear he was staring at Shane. Usually they only had the cramped stage at the Dirty Jug or his basement to play on, but up here with all the room, he found himself grooving to the music. His hips swaying around, and feet always on the move. At some point he lost sight of Alex, and at the corner of the stage he caught site of that punk kid from Hot Topic. As they finished up, they had two more songs to play; Celebrate Good Times by Cool And The Gang, and just as they finished the National Anthem, the first firework went off. The audience erupted in cheers, and kept going as the first round of fireworks exploded over head. The guys took a bow, and hurried off stage. They jumped for joy, it was a huge success. Hearts were pumping as they congratulated each other. As they separated to go find their friends and family, the punk kid came up to Shane. "Wow, you were amazing up there." Shane just blushed, "Thanks, I've never had so much fun." The kid grabbed his hand and pulled him toward the street. "What are you doing, let me go." Looking back and smiling the kid shook his head. "Not yet. I'm going to show you just how much better this night can get." He pulled Shane between some buildings and into a dark secluded corner. "I've wanted you since I first saw you in the store. And seeing you up there got me so hot for you. Don't tell me you don't want it, your hard as a rock." Looking down, the kids hand was holding his cock, and it felt so good. He went down on one knee, running his other hand into Shane's shirt through the chest hair, and tweaked a nipple. Once down, he used both hands to unbuckle and lower Shane's pants and boxer briefs. His cock springing free, he let out a gasp. He couldn't believe this was happening, and wasn't about to let it stop. The kid avoided his dick at first, and buried his face in his pubes, inhaling his musk and lapped at his balls. Shane's head flew back, and he moaned. He had only had two blow jobs before, and he forgot how good it could feel. He could feel the kids tongue work its way tortuously up his pole, and flicked the precum forming on its tip. He pulled back, bringing his hand up, and stroked its length. "Damn you taste good, I want your load so bad." He wrapped his lips around the crown, and swallowed all seven inches in one go. Shane cried out, he couldn't take much more of this, the excitement of the night and the kids cock sucking skills were too much. As he bobbed his head, his tongue fluttered all over and his hand pulled on his balls rolling them around. Shane was barely able to whisper "I'm cumming," before his load shot out of his dick. The kid tried to pull back so just the head was in his mouth, but the first shot went right down his throat. Six shots later, his mouth was filled to bursting, and he swished it around his mouth savoring the salty tangy taste before swallowing. Shane had to hold onto his shoulder to keep from collapsing, his legs had gone to jelly. No orgasm had ever felt that good. Standing up, the kid tucked Shane's dick back into his pants, and did him up. "Thanks, that's the best load I've tasted all week. We should do this again." Before Shane could say anything, the kid was jogging out of the ally and down the street. He worked his way wobbly back to the stage area, and found Trish and Max just as the second round of fireworks were finishing. The whole thing took less then five minutes. As the last round of fireworks finished, he had to join the guys to break down their instruments. Jessica was waiting for them on the stage. "The boss said you guys could just put everything in the bar tonight, and can pick it up anytime tomorrow. He will be there at noon to open up." They graciously accepted, so they wouldn't have to worry about their stuff being just locked in their cars for the rest of the night. Jessica led them over to the bar, and let them in quickly. They stashed their stuff on the stage, and as they left she grabbed each in turn and kissed them as thanks for such a great time. Shane was last and he tried to just get a quick peck and go, but she shoved him into the door and gave him one of her patented earth shattering kisses, squeezing his ass in the process. "How would you like to keep me company tonight, sweety." Stammering, he politely disentangled himself "Um, thanks, but my sister and nephew are waiting for me." Lucky for him, Max came running up to him. "Hurry Uncle Shane, moms waiting over at the ice cream, she is getting us chocolate." Shane shrugged his shoulders, and she smiled and waved him off. "Maybe some other time then, sweety." As he left, Jessica walked back in, a little sad that all night she could only attract one guys attention tonight, and he had hurried off after asking her a few strange questions. Sunday: Shane woke up still in a euphoria after last night. Once they had ice cream, people kept coming up to him showering him in attention. He took a quick shower, and made a full breakfast with Max before Trish woke up. Still excited about last nights hubbub, Max insisted they play some Zelda on the Wii till well after lunch. He was getting ready to go pick up his stuff from the bar, when there was a knock at the door. Trish answered it and Deputy Conner asked to see Shane. They wanted him down at the station for questioning. Alex pulled into the station around eleven o'clock still exhausted. The few extra hours of sleep had been no help after all the turmoil of last night. The senator was not happy, but they would not do anything special for him. His son would stay in jail till at least Tuesday, when he could be put before a judge for a bail hearing. At noon he was finishing up paper work when a shrill cry came from Linda. Racing over to her desk, he found her crying and the phone dropped to the floor. She couldn't stop, so he picked up the phone. Alex's patrol Jeep and several cruisers flew across town, sirens wailing and lights flashing. They pulled into the Dirty Jugs parking lot. People were around the door, but the bartender was keeping them away. The owner was sitting on the curb, vomit down his front and silently weeping. The deputies pushed everyone back as Alex and Conner walked inside. Jessica was thrown on one of the tables, her head beaten in by a guitar, and a knife was sticking out of her chest. Conner froze in shock, and Alex turned away, Losing what little he had eaten, tears fell from his eyes. Who could have done this to her? Big enough twist for you guys? I had a hard time with this part. I know what I wanted to happen, but couldn't figure out how to get there with all the jumping around. I think having the story more spread out like it was in the beginning will help, but I wanted a good series of events to set the tone for where I'm going to take this. Nothing like a good murder//mystery/comedy/romance to keep it interesting. Huge thanks to Brett for editing for me I suck at that kind of thing and he did a great job, and had some great suggestions. If you haven't figured it out, I'm a big gamer, and really enjoyed incorporating that into the story. Finally the title of the last part was The Middle by Jimmy Eat World.
