I enjoyed writing this chapter to go from the reflectiveness that Jeremy went through in Chapters 1 and 2 to the events in this chapter. Let me know your thoughts. I hope that I managed it. Previously The club was quiet on a Tuesday night. He had a soft drink, enough beer at the pub with Jake. He reflected yet again on his life at university. It was so much easier with the team, classes, exams, off to the club, evenings with the odd guy he met at the LGBT club, planning and attending LGBT events. There was a rhythm each day. His life still had a rhythm but very different. Certainly Wayne with a wife and kid had a life so different than his. He asked a couple of guys for a dance and finally decided that it was time to leave. For the first time in a long time the club had not changed his mood, his nostalgia. He knew that this feeling was only temporary but .... A young, good looking guy came up to him as he headed for the door. "You look as if you are leaving. Like a dance, I noticed that you didn't dance a lot. Looked lost in thought." "You noticed. Yeah a little nostalgic tonight. Thanks for the offer but I don't think that I would be very good company, dancing or anything else." "I might be able to change that for you." "Perhaps, but no, not tonight. Please, it is not you. I see a good looking, bright young man who would try HARD to change my mood." Little wan smile as he said it. They both chuckled at how he emphasized the 'hard'. "Perhaps another night." That was a first for Jeremy. As he reflected in the car, he had just turned down a guy who would have tried very hard to brighten his evening. He figured that sometimes days and feelings like this were not a bad thing. He would work on his plan. Present The dads were pleased to be asked to use their house for the bachelor party. They too remembered some of the great evenings with Jeremy's university friends but they quickly asked Jeremy if he wanted them around. They treated Jake as a second son so they were happy to have the party at their home. They discussed it and finally it was decided that they would spend the night at Jeremy's condo. Very soon Jake was back in touch with the date for the wedding, the Saturday before the long weekend in May and they set a night for the party. Marie was overjoyed that they would hold it on a Saturday night a week before the wedding. They knew that probably only people in town would attend. However, they did send out invitations to all the football team just in case someone might be in town. The plan was that there would be a BBQ and some games outside until it was dark. Then the party would go inside for the real action. Jeremy worked hard the rest of the week. Michael had given him the forensic case to look over. It was interesting. It had some curious angles to it that intrigued him. He enjoyed working with Michael seeing how his mind worked on the overall picture of the case. Jeremy took some time to look through some online journals to see if anything would help. He learned a lot but was still drawing blanks. He told himself that that was why he had asked to work with Michael. He wanted to learn. He, Wayne and David got together to make plans and organize all the things that were needed for the party which was possibly going to be quite large. There were guys from the football team, friends of Jake from work and young relatives from both his family and some from Marie's who he had gotten to know and enjoy. They worked on an email and Wayne agreed to be the one to send it out to football team members as he had kept more in touch with them than Jeremy had. Jeremy would send out all the others and tabulate their responses. Yves' name had come up as person from Marie's side. Yves' parents were friends of Marie's parents and Marie knew him. Apparently it was a business and friendship connection through a French speaking business group. Jeremy drew the line. He wanted nothing to do with him and he certainly didn't want him in his 'home'. He had no control over the wedding list but he had some say in the bachelor party. The guys were OK with it. The one name that drew a smile from Jeremy was good old Brent, the teammate who had outed him in his first year of university. He and Jeremy had come to terms with each other in the second year when Jeremy was voted captain of the team. While they would never be friends, each knew that if the other was in trouble, they would be backed up. In fact, it had been Jeremy who had stopped a possible fight at a campus pub that could have had Brent cut from the team. When Brent sobered the next day, it had been Jeremy who had given him crap for what he had done. The guys on the team, no longer silent, let Brent know that Jeremy had stepped in physically to help him. They were never friends but they would always cover each other's back. As it turned out, Brent was on the wedding list, a friend of Jake's, and while he was out of town, he had a business trip that he could start on the Saturday of the party and he would work that week on business and stay over for the wedding. The weeks leading to the wedding were packed with things to do. He wrote his toast to the bride and groom and had decided to do anything that he said about Jake in English and anything about Marie in French. It gave him great pleasure to construct a speech that was serious, funny and in two languages about two people that he treasured. He ordered and was fitted for his tux. He had to admit that it looked damn sexy on him. He worked hard with Michael and realized why he was so admired in his field. When he was working a case, his mind never stopped. He could almost feel him organizing, analyzing the figures and their relationships. No wonder he had so many requests to speak and present keynote addresses, articulate and filled with insights. His insights were so deep. A role model. He learned more in those weeks than in some courses that he had taken. Michael had told Jamie that he was impressed with the way Jeremy approached the case and his insights. He had supper with him and Stephen Bourgeois, his partner of many years. He recognized all the signs of their trust and love for each other. Sometimes it was like watching his dads. Even more reason to use these men as role models! It was Saturday, the week before the wedding. Rented and borrowed tables and chairs had been set up in the basement. There were some computer terminals arranged in the den. There was food, munchies, beer and wine. They rented glasses, dishes and cutlery that had been picked up by David and Mark who were going to stay the day and act as servers, guides and organizers for the evening. Mark was an impressive guy both in size and manner. He had said that he would deal with anyone who got out of line. He had a manner and way of talking so that people accepted what he said and he had the physical presence if that didn't work. Much of the team were the first to arrive. What a blast, meeting and catching up with all the guys. Some still single, some had girlfriends, a lot married and several with kids like Wayne. They sent everyone out to the patio. A few of the team members found the soccer balls they had left out and made up two teams. A few guys not on their old team joined in. The rest talked and drank. Brent left the game and came over to Jeremy. "Hey, you guys have done a great job. I have been to a few of the pub crawls and you know, this is more fun. It is great to see all you guys again. By the way, thanks." Jeremy gave him silence and the look to explain himself. "I guess I learned more from you than I ever imagined. We were at a family party this Christmas and one of my cousins, who I am close to, was outed by another cousin. Nasty bastard." He chuckled knowing full well what he had said. "None of us had any idea that he was gay. It sure stopped the party. To my horror, the room went quiet and the poor sucker was alone; no one was coming to help him. I remembered the locker room, the reaction there and then your words. So I went over and put my arm on his shoulder and looked at everyone and said two words, 'so what'. Then I launched into your speech. He was no different than he was minutes ago or weeks ago. He was still himself, a hard working, bright, friendly guy. He was still their friend, cousin, son. I told them that if they couldn't see that, they didn't deserve him. I looked at all of them and said that he was my cousin and always would be." He paused looking quietly at Jeremy. "I guess that is my small, late apology. I hope that helps make up for what I did all those years ago, in some small way." Jeremy was genuinely touched, completely amazed. This was not the Brent that he had in his mind. "Wow, Brent! Makes up for it in a big way." Jeremy looked thoughtful. "By the way, I really owed you for that day. Didn't know it at the time." He smiled. "I think that I had been pretending to everyone around me that I wasn't gay up to that day. Oh I was off to clubs and meeting guys but otherwise, I was trying to live a non gay life. It forced me to be who I was and be damned about who thought what. I went out that next day and joined the LGBT group and became an executive member in the following years." He paused. "I guess that is my way to say thanks to you." Jeremy held out his hand and they shook. With a little smile, Brent, "If I remember, one of your dads would react differently, a bit more demonstrably." With an even bigger smile, "Philipo." He embraced Brent in a hug and Brent hugged back. Wayne, "Enough of the touchy feely shit. We need to get the meat on the BBQ." It broke the moment but both guys knew that they now had a different relationship for the future. It felt good, especially to Jeremy, like an old wound fully healed. Huge plaudits for the meats, salads and especially the potato salad. Then the wedding cake with a ceremonial cutting of it by Jake with the many off colour comments by all the guys. One of the guys, had actually made a figure of the bride and groom having sex with the groom's very large cock only half way in. Well any one who has been to such a party can imagine the comments and how long they went on. They had Jake red faced and out of breath from laughing. There were a few incriminating pictures. They sorted themselves into different card games and there was a sign up for the computers. Jeremy played some boisterous euchre for a while and then just wandered, talking to guys, some he knew and some he got to know. It was loud and hearty. David and Mark were watching the intake of alcohol. They had alerted the guys to whose house it was and the fact that they didn't want to end up in court because someone had drunk too much. There had been a reminder that there were beds, couches and inflatable mattresses for anyone who wanted to stay. Around 10 there was a knock on the front door and Mark answered it hoping it was not the police. There were a few guys relaxing and catching up on the patio but they were not noisy. There stood a very good looking young lady in very tight clothing. "Sorry, miss, you must have the wrong number." "No, I have a message to deliver to Jake." Mark knew immediately. "David, would you get Jeremy to the front door?" Turning back to the young lady, "Just a minute please." Jeremy arrived. It only took him a few seconds. A message for Jake, yeah! Jeremy's immediate reaction to himself, oh shit. Then he figured that the team must have set this up. Go with the flow. "Miss, you are looking very good this evening. I'll take you to Jake." "Wouldn't have minded you being Jake. With a smile, "I am the only one here like it but I play with and for the other team. She scanned him from head to toe and with a lascivious smile, "More's the pity. I guess I'll have to settle for Jake." "That won't be a waste of your time. Hey, ask for John William Robert Stapely. Come on, he is playing cards in the basement." From their looks of anticipation, it was the team, Wayne, Brent and several others who had arranged this. Big smiles "I have a message for John William Robert Stapely." Like magic, the crowd moved back and the guys took the table away, careful not to mix up the cards; they had some of their priorities right. There was his buddy Jake sitting looking totally bewildered but Jeremy knew him well enough to see the lights go on. Jake quickly realized what was happening and who organized it. He looked right at Jeremy who pointed to his chest and nodded no. Then the eyes fastened on the young lady who was advancing while shedding her blouse. The bra left nothing to the imagination. She pulled out small speakers from the bag she was carrying and plugged in her iPod. She started to dance to the music in front of Jake. She was good and when she slipped off her jeans; again her under garment left little to the imagination. She looked at Jeremy and handed her clothes to him whispering that he was the only one here that she could trust. They smiled at each other. By the time she had finished, she had danced, striped off Jake's shirt and t shirt, sat and moved on his lap. The guys had clapped in rhythm and made various comments to Jake. Nothing too offensive and only good comments about the young lady. The guys were gentlemen. Quite a few pictures were taken. Finally she took out a scroll and read it in a lovely, soft voice. "Jake, from all your soccer buddies and all your friends here, in the spirit of tonight we wish you much love with your wonderful Marie." The young lady leaned over and gave him kiss on the lips. She stood and left the room. There was applause and lots of questions as to why his legs were crossed or challenges for him to stand up. Jake just laughed. Jeremy gave the young lady her clothes and showed her into the nearest bathroom. She soon returned. "Thanks, you have a nice bunch of guys. You'd be surprise how awful it is sometimes." She looked at Jeremy, "If you ever changed teams, talk to your guys and phone me." David and Mark closed the bar shortly after 12, warning the guys about driving and their options for drives or sleeping over. Jeremy had played quite a few hands of cards and one of the guys who had played euchre with him as partner came up to him to thank him for the party. He vaguely remembered him. Tim, Jim? It was all a bit of blur. They had won several hands together. He remembered that. "Sorry, in all the noise and meeting people, I have forgotten your name but we did win a couple of hands of euchre together." "Timothy. You played well. Thanks. This is really nice send off for Jake. I am a friend of Marie's family, known her since we were kids and I have gotten to know Jake. A great guy. You and he handled the surprise nicely. One of the best bachelor parties that I have attended." "We'll talk at the wedding after my duties have been performed and I shall remember. Timothy. See you in a week. Thanks for the compliments by the way." There were an endless number of goodbyes especially from the football team. One of the last to go was Brent. "Nice job Jeremy. You handled the young lady like a pro. You OK with it." "She said that it was of the best that she has been at. Complimented the guys. Thanks for the surprise. It helped make the evening. See you next week." "I am in town for the week. Supper, lunch, sometime next week? Here is my card." "You know, I would really like to but I have a lot on at work and all this. I'll really try. If I can't manage it, have a good week. They exchanged cell numbers." They bumped fists. Jocks to the end. "Oh, thank your dads. This place was just right. By the way, it must look great with the rug down. Oriental?" Jeremy nodded yes. "Your dads are great." More surprising words from Brent. The rest of the guys left and there were plans afoot for some football scrimmages and some card nights. Just what Jeremy had hoped for. He was busy that week but he managed an hour and a bit with Brent at pub near work. He was surprised at how interesting and fun he was to be with. He learned about his new girlfriend and if the picture he carried with him was anywhere close to correct, she was a beauty. But even more, she was a young lawyer who by all accounts was bright and had captivated Brent. Jeremy left knowing that the two of them had connected on a totally different level. He arrived at Jake's early on the Saturday morning. He had done a final check for the ring, all his outfit and a copy of his speech. They had a great morning together. Jake had no doubts about what he was doing and just had the jitters about doing everything right with no mistakes. He and Jeremy talked about university days and shared a lot of their hopes for the next years. As they left for the church, Jeremy realized yet again that this was a milestone in Jake's life and their relationship; it would change but there would always be the bond no matter what. Finally, they were standing at the front of the church. Jeremy had given Jake a huge hug just before they left the room for the front of the church and Jake had returned it with his thanks. In his own way, Jeremy loved this guy like a brother. It felt so good to be standing beside him as the first notes of the Trumpet Voluntary sounded. They turned as one to look at the most beautiful sight of Marie in her magnificent gown. Jeremy put his hand on his friend's shoulder. "You are a lucky man. God bless. You are going to do so well." "Thanks for everything Jeremy." It went off with not a hitch. Jeremy was thrilled when he heard the words 'I pronounce you husband and wife'. He could see the love as the two kissed gently. There were the usual photographs, the receiving line where Jeremy met so many people that he would never remember all the names. His speech was one of the highlights of the night. He had heard a little note of surprise when he switched to French for his comments about Marie. His comments were funny, tender and loving. Her parents had come up to him as the tables were moved and the dance floor was being arranged. Her father insisted on the best scotch at the bar. Her mother was effusive in her praise of everything that he had done for the newlyweds. Jeremy danced with all the bridesmaids and with both mothers of the bride and groom. Brent had come up to him. His usual cryptic comment 'not a bad dancer with the girls for a gay guy'. Jeremy had replied that he was flexible. That got a chuckle from Brent. Jeremy decided to take a break. He had done the meet and greet and had attended to all his duties. He just wanted to take a break, watch and reflect. He was at the bar when the young guy who thanked him at the party came up. Jeremy looked at him. "Timothy! Told you that I would remember your name and not just your card playing ability." In a few seconds, he took the guy in. Tall about 6'1, not a big guy but well proportioned, nice broad back and shoulders. He had had his hair styled; it really set off his face. His hair was light brown and his skin was a lovely tone of light brown with a touch of olive under tone, with hazel eyes that seemed to sparkle. Quite a combination. They held each others gaze for few seconds. Jeremy told himself to stop this, off limits. "Jeremy, your speech was incredible. I have known Marie since I was a kid and you know her so well." "You understood what I said." Speaking in French, "I come from a mixed family. Dad is French Canadian and mom is English so I was brought up in both languages. I attended elementary school and half of secondary in French and then switched to English for the second half. University was in English as well and that is what I shall probably work in but we shall see. You speak really well." Replying in French, "A little rusty but it comes back almost instantly. I was in French Immersion. Did some courses in French at university. Had to look up a couple of words for the speech." He shrugged but smiled. "What do you do to pay for that expensive haircut and very nice suit?" "I hope this doesn't finish this conversation. I am a lawyer." Quickly, "You?" "I am an accountant and hope to be a forensic accountant." "Hey, possibly we shall be the butt of lawyer and accountant jokes." Both guys were impressed with the credentials of the other. They chatted for a bit. Timothy made a reference to a film, the Imitation Game, that was drawing very good critical reviews. Jeremy looked at him. "Have you seen that film?" Timothy nodded yes. Jeremy continued. "I have seen it. Great film. Bloody shame what they did to Turning." It was obvious that both of them had not only enjoyed the film but had lots of comment about the cinematography and the structure of the film. Jeremy looked at him. "You obviously like film. Have you seen the Theory of Everything? I hear that it is excellent." Timothy indicated that he hadn't but would like to. Timothy looking as if he didn't know where to go from here, "I guess I should let you get back to dancing. You cut quite figure out there with the young ladies. From the looks of it, you could have your pick tonight." Jeremy wasn't sure what to say. Then he figured that at this point in the festivities, it didn't really matter. "I don't want to shock you but to be honest, those young ladies are really of no interest to me." "Ah, you have one who isn't here tonight. Too bad." "No ...." He hesitated. "I hope that this doesn't put a stop to a good time with an interesting guy. While I would never do anything to spoil Marie's wedding, I would rather ask you to dance." He smiled with a little twinkle in his eye. There, he had said it, probably the end of the conversation. There was total silence and Timothy looked surprised and speechless. Jeremy figured that he had really put his foot in his mouth. Timothy finally looked as if he had come to a decision. "If it wouldn't cause such a disruption, I would accept." He paused looking pensively at Jeremy. "I had no idea about you." It was Jeremy's turn to look lost for words. "Serious? Not just trying to break any awkwardness." Finally, screwing up his courage, "Never more serious. One thing I don't fool around about. I am a good dancer even if I don't have nice boobs and curves." "Never have been a fan of boobs. I like hardness, in all the right place." He gave Timothy an intense look with just the trace of smile. Timothy did smile. Almost before he even thought about it, "Want to go to movie and see the Theory of Everything?" "Are you asking me out on a date?" "As a lawyer, to cover myself, I would have to say that I was asking you to see a movie with me. But I guess I can't stop you from calling it what you want." "A date it is." Jeremy's gentle smile, "Do you have a phone with you? Why don't we set it up now?" Each got out their phones and found a time and a place. "How about supper first. Have to eat. Give you a chance to see if you can put up with me." "Well, I have so far. Might be a bit of a task. An accountant? Hmm. Only, time will tell." He tried to look serious but failed when the grin spread across his face, lighting up his eyes.. Jeremy watched as that tight, hard ass walked off. Jesus, what had he done, he asked himself. Here at the wedding, he had a date with a good looking, interesting lawyer. Who would have thought? OK Jeremy, off to finish your duties. However, there was little extra spring in his step. As he danced with some more of the guests, his gaze glanced around and several times saw Timothy talking to Marie, then to bridesmaids. Timothy too asked a couple of the girls to dance. Timothy was a good dancer. Jeremy especially liked his fast moves. OK Jeremy told himself don't get too far ahead, supper and a movie. Timothy was surprised at himself. He hadn't done anything like this in a long time. He told himself to go slowly. Jeremy was a jock. He saw how he interacted with his teammates at the bachelor party. Maybe they weren't close enough in interests. However, Jeremy knew a lot about film and expressed himself very well. Not a phony. Don't jump ahead, he warned himself. Supper and a movie. Jeremy saw his buddy and his very beautiful bride off. He stayed to the end acting as one of the hosts. He had a lot compliments from many of the guests for all that he had said and done. Many were especially complimentary on his speech in both languages. Marie's parents in particular couldn't thank him enough. Jake's parents had always treated him as one of their sons and there were hugs from Jake's dad and a big kiss from his mother. All in all a very successful day, months actually. He sighed to himself as he saw Yves coming towards him. It had been a long but good day. Why this, now? He had to admit that Yves looked stunning in what must have been a very expensive suit and his styled hair. "Jeremy, you did a good job. You look even better than I remember." Jeremy couldn't help himself, it just came out. "Yves, you certainly are better dressed than the last time I remember seeing you." Yves face had a look of total surprise at his words. Jeremy sighed again at his own lack of control. "I am so happy for Jake and Marie. It was a great day for them. Thank you for the compliments." He turned to go. "You do know that that guy meant nothing to me." "It sure meant something to me. Yves, I am a bit tired and I am going to go. Glad you enjoyed the day." From the look on his face, Yves was not used to being told to get lost. Strangely, the encounter did not make Jeremy feel better or worse. It was just Yves and he immediately replaced him with Timothy in his mind. He had spent a lot of Sunday at church and then with the family. He had enjoyed the time with his cousins and especially Momma as they grilled him about the wedding and made him practically repeat his speech. As usual, he felt so surrounded by love and attention. He had brought some food and Momma gave him her lecture on why he shouldn't have done it but he did what he watched Jamie do so many times, a smile and little shrug. For that, he got a cuff on the arm and great, big Momma hug. The first two days of the week crept by like slow pouring, cold molasses. He managed not to make a complete idiot of himself at work, just managed. The nights were worse and he didn't want to go out to the club. Wednesday finally came. He hurried home. He showered and he knew exactly what he wanted to do. He chose his wardrobe carefully and styled his own hair. He looked pretty good. Little did he know that at a gym close by after a shower, Timothy was doing the same thing. He had known that it would be a busy day at work and he was leaving early to join Jeremy. But he was damned if he was going to turn up smelling from the day of work and in work clothes. He had chosen and taken with him some of his favourite leisure clothes. He looked at himself in the mirror as he was about to leave. He took an honest look and figured that while Jeremy was an exceptional looking guy, he himself wasn't bad. He was so looking forward to the evening. He lived at home and told his parent that he might be a bit late. He made up an excuse of staying at work and then going to a movie with some friends from work, possibly a pub after the movie. That gave him some time as they had chosen a fairly early start for the film. Jeremy had just been shown to a table when Timothy spotted him as he entered. Both smiled and shook hands. They decided to order and then talk as time was limited. Ordering done, Jeremy stopped and looked up at Timothy, "Looking pretty good, sir. I would almost say that you are dressed up to impress someone." "Oh, such powers of observation and deduction. I suspect that you know that because you spent a bit of time in front of the mirror yourself. Did a nice job on the hair, by the way." Both guys were smiling and they knew that there was no rejoinder necessary; both guilty. Jeremy looked at him. "Well, have to look good on the first date at least." He emphasized 'date'.and he winked as a smile crept across his face. "My week seemed so slow after all the events of the last weeks. Boring but you know what kept me going?" "Coffee?" Jeremy had just taken a sip of his draft and almost sprayed it out of his mouth. Still chuckling, "Good one. No! Knowing that I was going to a movie with a bright, young lawyer. Pretty well dressed one at that. Tell me about yourself. Play any sports?" "Played hockey when I was young. Didn't like it. Played soccer in high school. Not bad, mediocre I would have to admit. You?" "Football/soccer was my passion. Played on the university team as a starting striker. Now I just play for the fun of it to stay in shape. Do you do anything else? You look to be in good shape." "I work out." He made a show of posing with his muscles and they both laughed. "I discovered that I could ski, not competitively but I can ski almost any run, any where. I like moguls." To Jeremy's questioning look. "You know the big bumps in hills. Exciting and challenging.." "Always wanted to try it but we didn't have a lot of money and it just was not an option. Football was a lot cheaper and I loved it. I would like to try skiing sometime." To Timothy, there sure didn't seem to be a lack of money where they had the bachelor party and Jeremy referred to that as his home. Timothy was about to ask about lack of money but the food came. Both were hungry and that stopped the flow of the conversation. Then it was finish quickly and off to the movie. Both were riveted by the performance. The transformation that the actor, Eddie Redmayne, managed to perform from young man with problems to a brilliant mind in a deformed body was so convincing. As they left the theatre, there were many voices exclaiming about the movie. Jeremy stopped on the street. "I don't really want to go to a pub but I would love to talk some more. I have a small balcony. Want to come back to continue talking about the film and for a drink?" It was exactly what Timothy had planned for with what he had told his parents. His answer was a definite yes. "Jeremy, a nice, cozy place. Is it yours?" "Yeah, I am the luckiest guy in the world. My dads gave it to me as a graduation present. A lot of the furniture is from Pops and Momma and the rest of the family. I have bought some. I like it. It suits me right now. What can I get you? Beer, wine, booze?" "A nice cold beer would be just great, red or darker if you have it. Oh, hell give me anything." Jeremy came back with a red and Timothy took a sip and sighed with pleasure. "Can I ask some personal questions?" Jeremy shrugged a go ahead. "You said that there was not a lot of money when you were growing up. We had the bachelor party at your 'home'; pretty damn nice place. Your dads gave you this condo. Money scarce?" "Ah, of course, you don't know. My family name was Jackowski not Marchese-Milner." He told him the story. "Fascinating. You have a father, a mother and two dads. How many grandparents?" He chuckled. "I have even given up counting. Some of them don't talk to me or my mother now. Momma and Pops are Philipo's parents. Wonderful, wonderful people. They and all his brothers and sister have adopted me. Jamie's family treat me the same as Momma and Pops. I see my mother's family occasionally but they are not too keen on gays. I only see my father occasionally and never his family. OK, enough of my family. I met your mother and father. They seem pretty connected to the French Canadian community." "Dad has done really well and we lack for nothing. They have put me through law school which I always wanted. Actually, I was thinking. Have you ever done any water skiing? Some people find if they can do it easily and like it, they often like winter skiing. We have a really nice old fashioned chalet with a fairly powerful motor boat which use for water skiing all the time" "Sounds interesting. Hey, it is getting a little chilly out here. Let's move in." Timothy sat on the sofa and Jeremy went to get a couple more beer. He handed the bottle to Timothy and then went and put on some music. He sat on the sofa close to Timothy. He tipped his bottle in salute. "Timothy, thanks for the suggestion. I have really enjoyed the evening." "So have I. What is the music?" "I know that it is a bit of a strange piece for now. It is a piece that Jamie introduced me to, Prokofiev's Classical Symphony. I really like it. I find it both reflective and invigorating." "A man of very wide tastes. You know, I looked up the definition of date. The short version is to meet someone to find out if you want to spend more time with them." "Not a bad definition and ?" "I would like to date again." "So would I." Timothy hesitated a bit and suddenly feeling bolder, "Can we seal the deal with a kiss?" "Oh my, Timothy kisses on the first date!" "When the person is right, yep." They moved closer together and leaned into each other. Their lips touched. Jeremy put his arms on Timothy's shoulders. Timothy put his around Jeremy. Their eyes were closed. The pressure became a little stronger. Jeremy felt the tip of Timothy's tongue on his lips. There was only one answer to that. He opened his mouth and the tip of his tongue was on Timothy's. At first it was gentle and very sexy. Jeremy pushed in a bit more. Suddenly, tongues were in each other's mouths, dueling. Now very erotic. Hands clamped harder on Timothy's shoulders; arms tightened around Jeremy's body. Timothy shuddered; Jeremy groaned. Almost by telepathy, they slowly disengaged. Their eyes opened almost in disbelief. The looks were intense. Jeremy smiled. "I would like to seal the deal again." Timothy's answer was to start again but this time he was more aggressive, not what Jeremy expected, not that he would complain. Eventually, they broke apart. Both scanned the other's body. Yeah there was a reaction. Timothy was surprised. He was attracted to this guy; he was not the guy he had imagined. He was not just the jock. He had a great career. He liked good film and classical music. He was very sexy. All that posed a major problem for him with his parents. He would have to deal with that when they met again. His mind flashed back to his mention of water skiing and a plan was forming in his head. It might work. This was another first for Jeremy. This was all he wanted tonight, a kiss to seal the deal. He wasn't sure exactly what the deal was but he knew that he wanted to explore it more. This guy had taken him by surprise. He was not a football or hockey team player but he loved skiing and working out. He liked good film and music. He was bright and a lawyer with a well know firm.
