A Neglected Boy "The Twins" CI jacoblion@tutanota.com This Chapter will be told in 2 Parts Part 1 ~ told by Keith ... ... Part 2 ~ told by Jake Part ~ 1 ~ told by Keith At the end of our last chapter, we were back at the farm. The tents were up with the help of Antonio, Kris, Lukas, and Lars. The juicy burgers must have had something in them because Kris, Antonio, Lars, and Lukas were totally `horny' and Kyle and Justin were helping things along with their constant Roman-hands-and-Russian-fingers. Some `things' were obvious. Oh, I forgot to mention that with us being at that campground nothing had happened with Ethan and me or Justin n Kyle and things were a little stiff and straining for freedom. After a quick game of badminton, I told Jake, Kori, Neil, and Peter that we were all tired and wanted to try out our new tents. I think they understood when they noticed the front of our shorts. Lars, Lukas, Kyle, and Justin were already in their tents when I remembered something Ethan and I had been trying. I ran back to the house and returned with some things that would make the night extra fun and most enjoyable. I ran over to the rug-rats tent first and tossed 2 tubes in their tent first. Justin, naked, came running and asked . . . . "Keif what's this stuff, it isn't the same as that other stuff?" . . . . I whispered in his ear ... it's like `Strawberry jelly' ... just put some on Lars dick before you suck him ... he'll love it n so will you and share it with Kyle and Lukas ... I got a hug n kiss from the `naked little brat' and I bet they will use both tubes before midnight. I unzipped our tent door and wasn't surprised to find Kris, Antonio, and Ethan naked and already enjoying themselves. Ethan was getting more than his share of attention at the moment and I was in need of a little of that kind of attention too. I zipped up the tent door and before I could even turn around Kris had his hand on my shoulder and pulled me back on the air mattress. Antonio with one hand was trying to help Kris get my shorts off. If this is any indication of what was going to happen the rest of the night, I think Antonio, Kris, Ethan, and I will be exhausted in the morning. Probably the rug-rats, Lars and Lukas too. Well, indications were wrong! The whole sexual escapade was over in 20 minutes and we just fell asleep. Not at all what I was looking forward to, I was cheated out of multiple sexual adventures. I won't complain about Kris's performance and it did remind me of when he and I first met 2 years ago on Block Island. Definitely, Kris knows just how to make me happy. "Keif, Keif can I come in?" . . . . Justin, no ... go back to your own tent with Kyle n the other brats! ... "Keif, you gots more of that `Strawberry stuff, please?" Grrrr ... I unzipped the tent door ... poked my head out and came face to face with Justin's little nail pointing directly at my nose. Ok, that little thing is really cute and I was about to give him a little tease when here came Lars and his big mouth asking . . . . "Justin did you get it?" ... ... Well, I answered his question with NO! and just what did you guys do with the 2 tubes I gave you? ... ... "Keif it said "spread it on ... lick it off" and we did." . . . . Justin where did you spread it? ... ... "Everywhere Keif it tastes good even on Lars n Lukas grapes, not just his dick n Kyle loves it too." I looked at the naked little brats reached in the tent and gave them 1 more tube of the `Dickalicious'. What I really wanted to do was ... never mind Ethan and I will probably enjoy them when they sneak in bed with us. It's back to school the day after tomorrow. ... OMG ... I've got a report to finish and so does Ethan. That thought caused things to deflate .... Grrrr! I was zipping up the tent door when I felt a certain someone, `Antonio', with his hand on a certain `thing' ... it inflated instantly. I enjoyed what he was doing and wasn't about to stop him ... however, Jake shouting "wake up" ... Kori's making a big `New England' breakfast. ... I'm Cheated again! And what happened to sleeping? All I remember was Lars and Justin begging for more ... they get more action than me and Ethan. Ethan, Antonio, Kris, and I were in and out of the shower and on the back porch helping set the table when 4 guilty-looking brats marched up the steps. ... ... "We're going to shower!" - barked Lukas followed by the other 3 smelling like they had just been picking strawberries. Ethan, Kris, Antonio, and I knew what they had been doing and it wasn't picking strawberries. The 4 tween monsters returned just as Jake and Kori were delivering huge platters of scrambled eggs, bacon, home fried potatoes with onion and green peppers, toast with `strawberry' jam, and that caused some slippery, sly, evil grins from us teens and guilty looks from the `tweens'. Lars and his sidekicks didn't make any eye contact with Jake or Kori. Wonder why? Like Jake and Kori didn't know things happened in the tent with those 4 brats ... right? ... ... Breakfast was almost finished when Kori looking directly at the `tweens' said . . . . "Well, I bet you all had a little fun and got a good night's sleep in your new tents. Now we'll be heading back to New Haven tomorrow so best you pack up your tents. Here is a little gift Jake and I got for you." ............ ............Kori set 2 large Hello Kitty `strawberry sanitizer spray' bottles on the table. One was for Ethan and me and the other for Kyle and Justin. Six people were laughing and the 4 tweens were, turning `red', were looking like they wanted to hide. ... ... Ethan got up and gave the 4 of them a big hug and volunteered Kris and Antonio to help them disinfect their tent before packing it. ... ... Ethan volunteered Kris and Antonio to help 4 horny tweens? ... ... Seriously Ethan what are you thinking? I'm thinking back to what happened in the basement of Zeneli's Pizzeria with Justin, Kyle, Kris, and Antonio. Change of plans ... ... Kris, and Antonio can help Ethan pack our tent and I'll help Kyle, Justin, Lars, and Lukas pack the other tent. ... ... No, that's not a good idea either ... hmmmm Kyle, Lars, and Antonio can help Ethan pack our tent and I'll help Justin, Lukas, and Kris pack "The Twins" tent. ... ... Oh, whatever. We were in Kyle and Justin's tent sucking ... that is sucking the air out of the mattresses. It became a very difficult job with having to push away Kris's hand or pry the hand of Lukas from trying to unzip my shorts. Matters got very difficult when Lukas and Kris were trying to hold me down while Justin was pulling my shorts off. ... ... Finally, I gave up. It was fun. As it ended up, I was quite happy with Lukas sitting on my chest and I think he was more than happy with what I was doing, he's grown a little, and Justin and Kris ... well, let's say they made the day `mucho' fun and exciting. I didn't get cheated this time, ... second time was even better. I think when we put the tents up it took about 20 minutes. Taking the tents down took a little more than an hour but, much more fun. Everyone had a great time and now Ethan and I need to order more `Dickalicious'. The tents were packed and loaded into the storage compartments on the bus just as Jake, Peter, Neil, and Kori rounded the corner with news that Antonio's grandfather, Henry, was on his way for a meeting with `the adults'. The big news was that Liam was also on his way and that means they are discussing the `Summer camp' ... ... Very interesting. We were told, no make that ... it was suggested that `perhaps' it would be good if we took the horses out for a good trail ride. I think Ethan and I got the hint ... the others were a little slow to pick up on the suggestion. ... Kori just had to add . . . . "Don't forget to groom the horses, finish any homework you need to have done." . . . . I think that was for Kyle and Justin. I looked at Kris and Antonio ... both had this very naughty smirk and then Antonio said . . . . "A short ride will be good then we should take our time grooming the horses." ... ... When he was saying that he was rubbing the front of his shorts ... geeeeze this kid is horny 20 hours a day then Lars said he could do it again ... Ok, we all agreed a short ride and then some fun. To make things even better Kori, Jake, Henry are having the meeting down at Neil and Peter's log house so we have some time for that short ride and then give the horses a good grooming. Ethan said he had something that needed grooming. Pretty obvious what some minds were thinking. Yep, the trail ride was short and I guess so was the meeting because as we were returning from the `old apple orchard' so were Kori, Jake, Liam, and the `Judge'. Henry told Antonio and Kris to groom their horses and get ready to head back to New Haven. That news sucked! We unsaddled the horses, groomed them, and turned them out to the upper pasture. Kris and Antonio loaded their backpacks in Henry's SUV just as "Uncle" Liam, that's what Kyle and Justin call him, rounded the corner of the barn with a big smile and some good news shouting ............ ............ "Hey, hurry up n join us on the back porch for some snacks before Henry, Antonio, and Kris have to leave ... ... Oh, Ethan, I found some tubes of `Strawberry stuff' in the trash what's that all about? ... We never had that kind of stuff when we were your age but, Kori, Peter, and I had fun anyway. ... Oh, I'll let Jake tell you guys about the good news." Part ~ 2 ~ Told by Jake Slow down you guys we've got plenty of food for everyone ... and you're not getting any till you wash your hands ... go now n Kyle and Justin wash your face too. ... Liam, you must have told them there was food because they never move that fast for anything else. HEY! ... Justin, Kyle, Lars, and Lukas not in our bathroom go to the rug-rats bathroom and you teens use the kitchen sink and don't leave a mess! . . . . "I'll watch em Uncle Jake" . . . . Oh, thanks a bunch Kris and since when did you start calling me Uncle Jake? ... ... You must be looking to get your `butt' smacked. . . . . "You can if you want Uncle Jake." ... Kris said with a smirk. Henry, that boy of yours is looking for trouble and why is Antonio being so good? ... If I didn't know better, I'd say they've up to no good or tried anyway. ... ... Liam that smirk of yours says you know what they've been doing and probably best Kori, Henry, and I don't know but, I have a hunch it has something to do with `Strawberries' in one form or another. Liam the grill is ready can you help Kori bring out the hotdogs and mini burgers it looks like this crew of delinquents are starving n we better feed them. I was laughing to myself when I said `we better feed them' because sometimes I'd like to feed them to a bunch of hyenas. Nah, now I think of it I'd miss all the damn trouble they cause ... makes me laugh sometimes. "You call them things burgerrrrsssssss" . . . . Ethan gagged Kyle before he could finish saying any more and explained they were called `sliders'. Ethan's timing was perfect n saved Kyle just in time as I think Kori was about to let loose with one of his lectures and Kyle was just being Kyle. The mini burgers slid down with some added cheese and chips and 3 gallons of drink ... the Sprite and OJ drink they seem to crave. ... Ok, 3 gallons may be a slight exaggeration but, it was at least 2 gallons. Henry dragged Antonio and Kris to his SUV with the 2 of them complaining all the way. With Silence and Penny sitting next to Justin and Kyle we all waved to the Judge and his thugs as they drove out of sight. Now it was time for cleanup from our little cookout. Liam and Kori with the aid of Ethan and Keith cleared all the plates and mess from the back porch while Lars, Lukas, Kyle, and Justin played a short game of badminton. Badminton always gives the Whippets and boys a great amount of exercise and that also equals a good appetite for dinner. I only mention dinner now because with these boys ... food is always important. Kori and I have to laugh at the `food' thing. We often think about 2 boys going on 11 and 2 boys going on 18 and the amount of food they consume. It was just a few weeks ago I remember that Kori had made a special pot-roast dinner for our Sunday afternoon. Certainly, there would be some leftovers ... guess again. We did decide to go to our favorite park for an hour of `Frisbee', Penny and Silence included in the fun. Returning home, the walk from the back door through the kitchen required a stop at the refrigerator that concluded with turkey and swiss sandwiches. Neil and Peter helped move everything to the railing on the deck. We hosed down everything and scrubbed the deck so it would be clean and ready for our next visit planned for Thanksgiving. I know the crew will be excited to get the bus on the road for some Thanksgiving adventure. Liam, Kori, Keith, and Ethan wandered out from the kitchen with the news that everything was clean and back in the cupboards where they belong. Then Liam asked . . . . "Dad have you told the rug-rats the news?" ... ... Well, that brought some questioning looks from Keith and Ethan because they had no idea what Liam was talking about and I think I'll make everyone wait till we get back to New Haven. Ethan and Keith weren't about to let the subject drop. So, slight change of plans when Kori suggested that we pack and head for home now and break the news to everyone at dinner. As soon as Kori said dinner Keith said ... "Great Wall of China ... Yes! Let's go home now." ... ... You know it's so funny how Justin and Kyle can't hear half of what Kori and I say, most of the time, but from 200 feet they heard Keith say Great Wall of China. Now 8 little feet and the 4 larger feet of Kyle and Justin are at the top step asking if we're going to the Great Wall of China for dinner. ... ... "Yes, we are", Kori said and then he said ... ... "tomorrow you guys are going to the pediatrician to have your hearing checked." ... ... "Funny Dad, real funny nothing wrong with my hearing" ... Justin told Kori ... then Kori said ... "Justin it's so good to know because Jake and I were concerned you and your brother never seem to hear most of what we say." Rug-rats knew exactly what Kori was talking about and now we were all laughing and Keith and Ethan had those brats up on their shoulders like sacks of potatoes. Liam said . . . . "Good luck ... bet the ride home for you guys will be tons of fun." And with that, he gave everyone a big hug and was off back to Boston. I thought ... just wait till his boys are 10............. The 2-hour ride back to New Haven was torture for Kori and I. Questions never stopped and Keith was worse than the other 3. One good point is that Penny and Silence slept all the way to the last turn down our street and they were up and looking out the window. How do dogs do that? Dogs out and racing around the yard, rug-rats out and helping Ethan and Keith unload ... and Kori and I were already in the shower. *Note: it was just a shower! ... It was almost 6 ... Kori and I were dressed and making a cold drink in the kitchen when we heard the laughing from the bathroom down the hall. Seems that their tub/shower with 4 kids in it all at the same time can make the situation call for a little laughter. I'm thinking it must be exciting to have all 4 of them all soaped up trying to squeeze by each other to get under the spray. ... Or, is something else going on? ... ... Nah, too early for that stuff, ... On second thought I guess they can have a little fun anytime. Kori was standing next to me when the boys, all 4 boys, walked out on the back porch. Kori looked at me, with that beautiful smile of his, and said . . . . "They are incredibly handsome." . . . . it wasn't the words it was the tone, the sound of Kori's voice that said what he really meant, and that was how proud and how much he loved them. ... I think Kori is beginning to mellow. All 4 boys were dressed in their very best classic Ralph Lauren dress shorts and polo shirts. In typical fashion, it was no socks with their boat shoes. All 4 were wearing the most beautiful smiles. They didn't even complain when Kori said . . . . "Family photo time." . . . . and was off to the bedroom for his camera and tripod. Now remembering that Kori is a bit of a perfectionist we were all assuming this would take forever ... I had to apologize to Kori for even thinking it. The entire photo session lasted 6 minutes and he managed to get 4 photos in that time. I'll think of some kind of reward for him later. Kori drove and Ethan was first to notice we were going in the wrong direction and heading away from Great Wall of China. Questions followed and Kyle wanted some answers. We all love Kyle for getting right to the point and his ability to `not' be tactful or diplomatic in the way he may ask questions or deliver his comments regarding situations. Kori explained that with 4 handsome and well-dressed boys we were certainly overdressed for a Chinese Buffet. Without asking Kori had made the decision to take us to a dinner club. ... ... Wrong Decision Kori! ... ... OMG ... instant complaining from everyone including me. Keith can be a little like Kyle at times and so can Ethan but, it was when Justin said ... "Dad, you're losing your mind we want Chinese turnaround and go back." The rug-rat spoke and the SUV whipped into a 7-11 stop and grap store and headed right back toward our favorite Chinese restaurant. "What were you thinking Dad? Only other place we might be happy with would be the dining hall on campus." ... ... no, no, no Justin it's not fair `other Dad' said Chinese." ... Kyle was referring to me and he's really right; not the dining hall on campus; squealing girls and K-pop music ... Chinese is much better. We arrived at China Wall. Opened the door and walked in and immediately felt like everyone was looking at us, and they were. Kyle and Justin made a mad dash to that huge fish tank. ... "Miss Lee you gots one dead n it's floating on top!" ... ... I'm sure everyone could hear Justin but, just in case they didn't he repeated it ... "Yup, it's dead for sure Miss Lee." Now I realize that this is the better idea because the Dinner Club doesn't have a huge fish tank with a puffed-up dead fish floating. ... ... There were about 40 people looking and laughing. Once again, our 2 Korean boys are the center of attention; you'd think Kori and I would get used to it ... seeing that it happens so frequently. So, they can be cute and do get attention. Our drinks hadn't even been set on the table when one of our very, very handsome teens, the one we call Ethan, started with . . . . "So, what is all this exciting news `Dads' (it was the way he said `Dads' with emphasis) and does it have anything to do with our next trip?" . . . . I think Kori was about to burst if he didn't tell the boys what was going on. I couldn't stop him and he just started . . . . "W e l l," .... He was dragging things out then he continued . . . . "let's go to the buffet and get some of our favorites then I'll tell you." . . . . I guess the rug-rats already had that idea because they were there sampling this and that. Food was more important than any ole exciting news, we'll just see when they hear the `news'. Kori, Keith, Ethan, and I made our way to the buffet and passed the brats as they were heading back to the table. I sampled my favorites chicken and mushroom over rice, fried shrimp, lobster in a nice sauce, beef and broccoli, and a little taste of the egg fu young. Kori and I have taught the boys to take just little bits and go back as often as they wish, no heaping plates. Returning to the table there was whispering going on with those two kids and it soon involved the teens. There were smiles, smirks, eyes moving quickly to the right, as if pointing, and then under the napkin pointing. Kori cleared this throat. Kyle looked at Kori then me and without turning his head he pointed under his napkin at the man at the table next to us. I glanced towards that table. OMG ... there is no way you can carry that much food without help and he must have asked a busboy to help carry the 3 plates back to his table. Each plate was loaded to look like Mt Vesuvius. The steam coming from the top of one plate looked like it was about to erupt. Speaking of erupting we had all we could do not to erupt in laughter. I wanted to move but Miss Lee has nearly made this our table. Keith has often remarked that it should have a reserved sign with our names. Now it is time to let the boys in on the exciting news but first, Justin and Kyle need a little more chicken on a stick and some of that slimy Okra, I can't eat it. We waited for them ... then Ethan looked toward Justin and Kyle ............ ............ Justin and Kyle were standing at the buffet next to the pan with the chicken on a stick. The man who likes large helpings was right in front of the pan of chicken on a stick, and with his hand was placing one after another on his plate. He finished and returned to his table next to ours. Kyle and Justin returned to our table without any chicken on a stick. Now Kori wasn't letting anyone move before he gave the exciting news and he started . . . . "Don't move ... important, exciting news ... in 4 weeks we're going on a trip. That is 2 days before Thanksgiving." ... ... "Where Dad" Kyle interrupted ... "I'm trying to tell you Kyle if you'll let me ... we need to go to Providence; you know up to Rhode Island to watch an Alitalia plane arrive and Antonio, Kris and Henry are going too." Well, that was all Kori got out before those 2 Asian kids erupted and began dancing and singing. Miss Lee just loves to see them dance and then she put on that K-pop music. The restaurant got loud with clapping, cheers and laughter. Things went good till Justin bumped into that man. What a grump and shouted at the boys to get away from him. Miss Lee politely moved him to a more private table and told him his dinner was taken care of and asked if there was anything `special' he would like. He told her he'd like some real Szechuan beef with the real peppers, not those American things ... We all enjoyed his request. Soon a piping hot dish of Szechuan beef was delivered with a new set of chopsticks. He dove into the plate as if he had not eaten in days or weeks. Not being very good at using chopsticks he simply lifted the plate to his mouth and using the sticks shoved the beef specialty from the plate to the waiting open mouth. ... We think he had pushed about half the serving in his mouth before the heat of the "real" peppers hit. Kyle and Justin were dancing and the music was playing. Many people were amused watching the boys and the `grumpy man' who looked like he was crying. Sometimes you get what you asked for and certainly deserved. Everyone was back at the table and now very excited to know Marco and Lorenzo would be here early. I had the pleasure of giving the rest of the news some good and some a little not so good. Lorenzo and Marco will be arriving early and staying until New Year's Day ... great news. I looked at the boys and then told them Lorenzo and Marco will return to Naples on New Year's Day with Antonio and Kris who will be on an exchange student program hosted by their school. They will be staying in Naples and living with Alina, Marco, and Lorenzo for the remainder of the school year. Before I could explain that this was also when we would start our trips and homeschooling as well as Ethan and Keith sampling a few online courses Justin and Kyle wanted to know if they could be in one of those exchange programs. It was obvious that they weren't so happy about Antonio and Kris going off to Naples Italy. Ethan and Keith said . . . . "We think Antonio and Kris will have a great time; they'll do lots of exploring. The next news settled things down and that was when I told them that the summer camp has been changed to a full-time residential program for abused and abandoned boys. Then they all wanted to know as much of the story of summer camp to the resident program as we could tell them. ... With a little Italian ice cream to finish our dinner, we headed for home. Now for the best part ... ... Kori and I explained that the idea of a western town was just what Peter and Neil thought too. We opened Kori's laptop and showed them two idea photos of what the cabins would look like and some of the other buildings. It was getting late and time for bed. Keith and Ethan headed for the bathroom down the hall and Kyle and Justin took Penny and Silence out. I wasn't in the mood for anything. I'm not sure how I was feeling. I was relaxed but not happy or sad. I wasn't looking for anything other than a good night's sleep. I think Kori was feeling the same. We watched Kyle and Justin with the dogs. He looked at me and said . . . "Jake, now I know how you felt when I first lived with you. I don't know how you did it, I don't know how to tell you how much I love you. After all these years it seems like there should be words to describe that love and there isn't." . . . . Kori held my hand as we watched our boys running with their dogs. We didn't talk, we didn't even look at each other. There was this feeling that we've had so many times before. Unconditional love. He's right, there are no words to explain that depth of love. Well, those thoughts vanished quickly as 2 boys and 2 dogs came bounding up the steps. ... ... "Showers" ... now I'm not sure when Kyle and Justin said "Showers", in unison, was it a question, a request, or an order. In any case, the dogs got a snack and Kori and I along with 2 munchkins took a shower. It was the rug-rats favorite kind of shower. The spray was set to gentle rain and the water quite warm. They were lathered from head to toe. I think tonight we used most of the bottle of `strawberry shampoo'. Kyle and Justin giggled and laughed when Kori and I poke our fingers between their toes. Sometimes "The Twins" hug each other when we wash their backs with the ultra-soft `sea sponges'. Washing their backs, from feet all the way to their necks, finished they always turn and remind Kori and me not to miss anything. I think it's the feeling of the sea sponges that they really like. It's just washing and nothing more but, of course `little things' do get excited. The 2 boys and 2 dogs disappeared down the hall to their bedroom. I was a little disappointed that is until those rug-rats came bouncing back up the hall in `pajamas' ... seriously they never wear PJ's. Before Kori or I could even say a word, they ran past us and with the dogs dove right in the center of our bed. ... It's Ok, we're used to it. Now I'm happy and so is Kori. Kori slid in on his side and I slid in on my side. Justin backed up against me grabbed my left arm and pulled it over him. Then in almost a whisper I heard him say . . . . "Dad hug me tight." . . . . I did, I looked over at Kori and it was more like a mirror image with his arm around Kyle. Justin turned quickly to face me. His nose almost against mine. His breath sweet peppermint and his hair smelled of strawberry. His right hand ever so softly touched my face, I heard him say ... "Dad, I love you." Sleep came quickly to "The Twins" and I imagine that Justin and Kyle were again off on some beautiful island playing with Emerald colored dragons. ... My mind at rest; I drifted off to sleep hearing his words ... "Dad I love you" Comments to jacoblion@tutanota.com To be Continued A note to my readers ...
