Another great story you may enjoy in Nifty Adult/Youth is "Immigrant" by Jonah A Neglected Boy "The Twins" XIX jacoblion@tutanota.com ............. The show was over and we gathered our crew. Kyle and Justin were in high gear and Ethan, well he was a little `hard' to explain but in what I would call a rather excited state, of mind that is. Between our table and the SUV he had to adjust his shorts twice for some unknown reason. Justin and Kyle were singing and Kori and I have no idea what it was about as it was in Korean; but if "The Twins" are happy we all are happy. I turned to ask Ethan if he had a good time and liked Felipe but either he didn't hear me or his mind was elsewhere. Judging by the smile on his face his mind was elsewhere. No problem rug-rats snapped Ethan back to earth when they hollered . . . "Ethan ! ! Jake asked you a question!" that did it he was back from outer space and said . . . "Sorry Jake ...... what did you say?" I looked at Ethan and with a rather sly smile said . . . "It's Ok Ethan I know you had other `things' on your mind. I just wanted to know if you had a good time and if you liked Felipe?" "Oh sorry" .... is what Ethan said then he continued . . . "Jake thanks for asking, dinner was real good the food at the dining hall is excellent and Felipe is cute and fun but he might be a little, umm, forward for me. Umm but I might like him as a friend." Kyle and Justin gave Ethan a strange look and then in stereo said . . . "Hey Ethan we're your friends and we like fun too." Ethan hugged the boys and just said . . . "Yep you're my best friends." Rug-rats were all smiles and we were home. It was almost time for bed and we were all tired but of course Kyle and Justin wanted just one National Geographic program on Russian Tigers. Ethan kept the boys company while Kori and I looked at charts for our next adventure from Mystic to somewhere toward Cape Cod. Kori and I looked at the Charts for Rhode Island Sound and Buzzards Bay. We looked at sailing times, high and low tides and the weather for the next two weeks which looked very good. We decided after stopping at Block Island for the night we would go on to Martha's Vineyard. Kori called the harbor master at Martha's Vineyard only to find out that we would have to go to Cuttyhunk first for 2 days then we could have a mooring at Martha's Vineyard. https://edgartownharbor.com/ We chose Edgartown Harbor at Martha's Vineyard because we know just how amazing and beautiful this place is. Then Kori immediately called the Cuttyhunk Marina and booked us for two nights and we were very lucky as the dock master there said they only had 2 slips remaining. http://www.cuttyhunkmarina.net/aboutus/ (Beautiful photos under the dropdowns -- Home and about us.) Bookings were made and we walked in to tell the boys' time for bed. The Three Musketeers were fast asleep and Kori had this big smile as he said . . . "Jake remember when Liam and I would fall asleep on your lap like that?" I turned gave Kori a kiss and we got the boys to bed. What came next was a little surprise. Ethan was about halfway to his room when he turned, hugged Kori and kissed him on the cheek. I stopped short said nothing and Ethan just as quickly turned and walked into his room and closed the door. Kori turned and looked at me with a rather stunned look. We knew all three boys would be fast asleep in minutes so ............. It was time for a nice warm shower, the kind of shower Kori and I like best, the kind of shower Kori liked when he was 12 and 13 ....... Oh he was such challenge back then. Kori and I should have realized when we bought this house that our large bedroom windows face the East. There is a love hate relationship with the sun and this morning it is definitely a hate relationship. It's not even 7am and for some unknown reason the sun has decided that if it's up so should we be up. Out of bed I mean. Now I know we have shades and curtains and they are the ones they call blackout curtains it's just a matter of remembering to close them before going to bed. I was even madder really pissed off actually that stud muffin remained sound asleep. I thought to myself . . . "Self get even do something evil like push Kori out of bed." Just then the damn bedroom door flew open like some tornado hit it and the whirling dervishes dressed in nothing at all attacked like some Tasmanian devil screaming . . . "We're hungry ..... get up Kori" ..... ahhh how I love those cute little boys. At some point in the last few weeks I had thought Justin and Kyle needed a little firmer hand, to be taught how to behave better ...... nah I like them just how they are! . . . . . Kori reluctantly got dressed and made his way to the kitchen but not after pinning the rug-rats to the floor and tickled them to a near pee accident. Ethan had escaped everything to this point and then opened his bedroom door. *****Surprise Ethan***** rug-rats on attack! At this point Kori looked at Ethan and asked . . . "Ethan I bet you're sorry you didn't just stay on Block Island." Ethan was on his back on the floor with Kyle and Justin sitting on him as if they just won a wrestling match. Kori and I had a view of what were some very sexy boxer briefs not leaving anything to the imagination. But we had already seen Ethan naked skinny dipping. Just he looked very sexy in those boxers. Wow! Ethan was finally back on his feet and breakfast was on the table and "everyone" had clothes on. We had the best time this morning all talking about the past 5 days and what we were planning for our next adventure. After breakfast Ethan called his parents and from what we could hear he was happy to be with us. I know the feeling was mutual and Ethan just seemed to fit well in our family. Kori the boys and I really love having Ethan with us. We were to go shopping then run to the boat for a good cleaning and re-stock for our next great exploration into the wilds of Nantucket Sound and Buzzards Bay. I've known a few old buzzards like Jonah, Geeeez don't go tell him I said that! .... I rather live to see another day. Now a question did arise from our teen boy . . . "Jake, Kori you think maybe we could have lunch or dinner over at the dining hall? My treat." Umm was that smile a little devilish? Kori was about to have some fun with that when Kyle and Justin jumped right in with . . . "Sure Ethan great idea and Jake and Kori love it there too." Kori looked right at Justin and Kyle and said . . . "Hey who asked you I thought we could go to Great Wall and have Chinese." ......... The look on Ethan's face; he was so disappointed until Kori said . . . "Ok dinner but you all have to scrub Jabbering bow to stern port and starboard decks. It was smiles again and a few minutes later Kori noticed Ethan texting. Now I wonder who he was texting. We hit a few places for things we needed for the trip to Block Island, Cuttyhunk and Martha's Vineyard. SUV packed it was off to Mystic and the boat. We washed Jabbering from stem to stern polished all the bright work, filled the water tank and checked the engine. Last thing was to release lines and fuel up. Justin and Kyle worked with Ethan to clean the deck. Kori and I were noticing the big brother relationship and Ethan now was really a big part of "The Twins" life. The day went quick and found us again at the University dining hall. It was just a repeat of last night and now Ethan has a friend. Kori and I watched Justin, Kyle, Ethan, Felipe and crew as they danced what looked like a well rehearsed routine. It was enough to get about half the dining room up to join them. Kori thought they had been watching this K-Pop group and 2 of the boys in it look like older brothers of Kyle and Justin. See if you agree ...... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zd5GGvWWnzU Soon all the boys were at our table, all the boys. Ethan started . . . "Kori, Jake did you like it? Justin and Kyle have been teaching us the steps but you didn't know it and just thought we were having fun." Then Felipe . . . "Hey Dr. Roberts I bet you don't know what K-Pop is ........." Kori jumped in and opened his big mouth and said . . . "All right you guys Dr. Roberts and I happen to not only know what K-Pop is but next time we're here we'll show you." Geeeez Kori you have such a big mouth ..... Try closing it! I must have turned all shades of red and Ethan said . . . "Jake your all red you do know how to dance don't you?" ..... I'm ready to do something like `KILL' ...... Then rug-rats came to my rescue and said . . . "You guys Stop! Jake n Kori can dance we seen em they stand and just rock back n forth." That was it rug-rats crew were laughing so hard till Kori stood up and they all ran. I looked at rug-rats and Ethan and pretended to be mad as I said . . . "Car now!" Kori and I got in the SUV, I looked at the boys and said . . . "Ok you little brats, (now they were laughing) you have the next 9 or 10 days to teach Kori and I that routine or you're grounded! And Ethan you'll spend the rest of the summer in a tent!" Ok so now we are all laughing but as soon as we were home the TV was on and Kori and I were glued to that K-Pop group on YouTube called Boyfriend. Rug-rats and Ethan were right there with the same steps. Now Kori and I have to admit we actually like it; and it has nothing to do with the cuteness of the dancers, maybe. It was time for Kyle and Justin to go to bed so they jumped in their shower and were in bed in minutes and Ethan told them a story. Kori and I were still watching the video for about the eighth time when Ethan came in and said . . . "Can I talk to you?" well Kori and I were not sure but had an idea it was something with or about Felipe. Kori looked at Ethan and said . . . "Always Ethan you can talk to both of us or either of us anytime." Ethan started . . . "You know I've been talking to Felipe and we've been texting and I really like him and .... Well Felipe likes me and he asked me if I wanted to maybe stay with him overnight at his dorm while his roommate is gone. The thing is I like Felipe as a friend, he's funny, but not the way Felipe likes me. He asked me if I had done stuff with another boy; I told him no and then he said it would be fun. How do I tell him I like him but just as a friend?" I think Kori had this one and quickly said . . . "Ethan Jake and I know how you feel. We are happy that you like Felipe as a friend and you both can have lots of fun together if that is what you want. I think if you're honest with Felipe and tell him you're just not ready to take that step he will understand and remain your friend. There is the other thing and that is Jake and I are your guardians for the summer and to honest we would be in a difficult position if we were to let you stay on campus with a university student. I'm sure you understand that one." Things were quiet for a few seconds then Ethan had this huge smile and said . . . "Thanks I feel much better but I bet Felipe can help us teach you and Jake the dance routine." We all laughed at that and it was off to bed. I told Kori I wasn't sure I could handle two or three hours of Felipe with Ethan and the twins all together. Sleep came quickly as did morning. We woke to find Kyle and Justin snuggled between Kori and I and we never even knew they had snuck in bed with us. There was a gentle knock on the door and then appeared a sleepy Ethan. Ethan took one look at all of us and said . . . "Ahh A party can I join too?" . . . Now to be honest I thought he was just kidding but big mouth Kori said sure there is always room for one more ...... Kori was kidding ... `I think' ... but next thing we knew Ethan was in bed, with us. That would be me, Kori, Justin, and Kyle and now Ethan. There were giggles, some poking a little tickling and I think a roaming hand or two because big mouth Kyle exclaimed . . . "Ethan's got a stiffy and it's really hard." . . . Justin was not to be left out and said . . . "Me too, see" as he kicked the covers off. Now Justin and Kyle were naked and they both had little stiffies; but Ethan had been surprised by Justin kicking the covers off and his not so little "stiffie" had slipped through the fly opening in his boxers. A second later he was on his stomach and trying to cover his head with a pillow as Justin was saying . . . "I wanna see." I took the rug-rats to their shower and said . . . "Shower, dress nice we're going to the boat right after breakfast. I returned to the kitchen to find Kori chuckling to himself and he just couldn't stop. I asked . . . "Kori where's Ethan?" . . . his response . . . "Shower" . . . and that was it as Kori just could not stop chuckling. I had to ask . . . What's so funny Kori?" . . . Kori replied . . . "I think that happened to me and Peter a few times when Liam or Ning kicked off the covers don't you remember?" I broke out in laughter as I did remember more than a few times and it was much more that just with Peter. I can remember quite a few times with Kori, and Peter, and Peter and Garret, and Kori, Peter and Riku. I told Kori . . . "Yes I remember all that and the times you and Peter or Riku were in the shower and would not shut your hall bathroom door." Then Kori and I both laughed and both thought this might not be the last time for Ethan either. Ethan joined Kori and I in the kitchen before Justin and Kyle and said . . . "Thanks for the excitement" . . . and I said don't mention it Ethan we all enjoyed the fun. Rug-rats appeared and they had already forgotten everything and just wanted to know what was for breakfast. Kori and I had made French toast with fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee, and Tea which was inhaled in about 2 minutes. Kyle and Justin were standing at the front door saying . . . "What's the hold up?" ......... Where do they learn this stuff? We had bags packed and were loading the SUV when Justin said . . . "I gotta pee." Ethan opened the back door; Justin ran in and was back in less than 2 minutes and in his seat. Kori asked . . . "Justin did you flush the toilet and shut off the light?" . . . Justin unbuckled his seat buckle, back in the house but this time with Ethan to check and before they returned Kyle said . . . "I gotta pee too." ..... It's Ok we're getting used to it . . . the key to the situation is to remain calm they've just turned 9 everything will be just fine. Kori started the SUV we were all fastened in and in minutes we were on I95 North to Mystic. We all were singing an old whaling tune "What Shall We do With the Drunken Sailor? "The Twins" would giggle and crack up every time we got to the part when we sing "Shave his belly with a rusty razor". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qGyPuey-1Jw The 55 miles were over in a flash and now it was load the remainder of items and pack away clothes and shove off. The cabins were finished and Ethan was fine in the salon and really enjoyed what was the biggest bed and there was plenty of room should he end up with company sometime in the night. Kori started the diesel engine and we dropped our dock lines as we backed away from our slip. In minutes we were in Fishers Island Sound and passing Watch Hill Point. Now we were in Block Island Sound again with good wind and Kori had set a course of 120 degrees for Block Island. Kori handed off the helm to Ethan and looked at Justin and Kyle and said . . . "Hey go get your clothes back on, Now!" as he and I tightened all the lines and made sure everything was neat, we didn't need any accidents on deck. Rug-rats soon reappeared pouting but that soon ended when I said . . . "Looks like we can get in some snorkeling when we get to Grace Cove." Now everyone had smiles because the boys knew that means skinny dipping. The sail was just perfect and soon dolphins were alongside playing a game of tag with the bow of Jabbering. Kyle and Justin were happy and shooting video with their new GoPro camera as the dolphins rubbed against the bow then would take off and jump high in the air. This was a perfect sail and Ethan handled Jabbering with skill and soon we were in the still, calm waters of Grace's Cove. We were so excited because there must have been 50 or 60 dolphins all around us and Justin and Kyle couldn't wait to get in with them. Ok this time it was swim suits for all no skinny dipping. I remained in the cockpit while Kori, Ethan and the twins were in the water with the dolphins. It was fun to watch the dolphins as they would come close to the boys and look inquisitively, intellectually curious but not to the point that the boys could touch them. Kori came aboard and in a flash I was in the water. It was the most amazing and thrilling experience I have ever had. I could feel sound vibrations as the dolphins continued with constant jabbering with each other and Kyle and Justin just couldn't believe it. The water was perfect and to help us stay longer we put on our life vests. Ethan had an idea and asked Kori to throw down the beach ball. OMG we could not believe what happened next ......... Ethan tossed the ball to Justin and Justin tossed it to a dolphin. The dolphin tossed it high in the air and when it came down he flipped the ball up to Kori on the boat. Soon we had all taken a turn being on the boat and tossing the ball back at one of the dolphins. Kyle asked . . . "How does the dolphin flip the ball directly to me every time?" . . . Now that was a great question .... Sometimes we would throw the ball to a dolphin and that dolphin would pass it to another dolphin then flip it directly to the hands of whoever was on the boat. It was getting late and we knew we had to up anchor and make for the Great Salt Pond and find a mooring. As we all climbed aboard Jabbering something interestingly strange happened. All the dolphins that had been playing with us, about 9, came very close to our starboard side within five feet and began making this loud squeaking sound and flipping their heads. Ethan grabbed the beach ball and held it up . . . Wow the result was so thrilling to watch . . . . . . All the dolphins became very excited and got louder. They were pushing themselves up out of the water and throwing their heads backwards. Ethan threw the ball to one of the dolphins and the ball was instantly pass from one dolphin to another then back to Ethan. Kori had started the engine and Ethan threw the ball as far as he could as we began to motor away. The dolphin that was the furthest from us flipped the ball to another and they began to play as we headed back toward the entrance to Great Salt Pond. The dolphins were getting further and further away but still playing with the beach ball we gave them. All of a sudden right next to the cockpit two large dolphins came straight out of the water their eyes were looking right at us it also looked like they were smiling. They dropped back into water and were gone. Justin and Kyle had already gone below and were downloading the video from the GoPro to their computer. Kori had us at the entrance of Great Salt Pond and as we entered there were a few waves and horn blasts. Our favorite lady was still there and hollered out as we passed . . . "Hey where are those good looking boys?" Like little rabbits the rug-rats appeared and were waving. Kori made the sharp turn into Cormorant pond and soon we were tied to a mooring. ...To be continued ... A Neglected Boy "The Twins XX" ** Wow** ...
