I couldn't believe the number of decisions that needed to be made regarding the funeral service for T&T. As this was also a funeral service for the nation, many considerations were made that would have T&T returning from the grave for the extravagancy we were forced to select.

One of the most crucial decision was the caskets for our two fathers. Not even asking the price we decided upon solid Mahogany caskets for our fathers. Even the Generals who assisted us were shocked at the price of these caskets and frankly price was never a consideration for Jeremy or myself. This was a tribute to two fantastic men who raised me and made me the man I am today. Nothing was too extravagant.

Flowers abounded from dignitaries and individuals from around the world. Every flower shop within 100 miles of Washington DC was sold out and flowers were flown in from around the world to meet the demand. The floral wreaths of POTUS and Harold stood beside the wreath from the men of Alpha Zulu for the funeral service. Jeremy and I had a woven blanket of red roses covering the top of the casket symbolizing the love we had for our two fathers.

Finally, when we left the National Cathedral and proceeded to the Worthington Cemetery, we could let down our guard as POTUS had the air space overhead restricted and any plane approaching would either veer off or be shot down. Ample security armed with combat shotguns would bring down any drone that ventured into our airspace. This would be a private service for family and close friends!

Finally, back at the Penthouse I collapsed in tears in Jeremy's arms accepting the loss of my fathers who raised me and I loved dearly. The assassins had yet to be found and they would pay in blood and never live long enough to enjoy their ill gotten gain.

Worthington Intelligence found the culprits in a country with no extradition treaty with the United States and refused our request to turn them over to US Officials. I'm certain the assassins would have found life imprisonment or death by lethal injection preferable to the slow torture and death inflicted by our "black ops" team that entered the foreign country and confronted them. They died in slow agony and I felt no remorse for either of them. I hoped they spent eternity in hell and eternal damnation.

North Korea couldn't find any paid assassins to take a contract out on my life regardless of the monetary incentives. Even assassins selected from the North Korean military sought political asylum after revealing their assignment given by their government to United States officials.

A message was sent throughout the underworld... accept a contract on any Worthington and the individual would never live long enough to enjoy one dollar of the bounty.

I asked Jeremy if he would join me on a trip to Fort Connor. Not only did I need to spend time among trusted friends I needed the opportunity to contemplate our future in a surrounding in which I felt the ultimate in security. It was no surprise to anyone at Fort Connor I spent most of my time in the Chapel praying or in the Meditation Garden in deep contemplation of the future of Jeremy and myself.

One afternoon I was joined by a young sergeant who had been the private who meant so much to me and Jeremy. He held my hand and only commented: "You live to fulfill the destiny given to you by your two wonderful fathers. Anything else, would bring dishonor to their memory."

As Jeremy and the sergeant's partner joined us, I cried without embarrassment and the healing process had begun. I would face whatever future was ordained for me with Jeremy at my side for support. Unknown to either of us, my workaholic "mad scientist" Yuuto had been working overtime to develop the ultimate in personal protection for me and my partner.

Finally, it was approaching Friday and I had to make the decision to return to Washington and attend the invitation extended by Dale and Dwight or beg off and reschedule. They were only being good friends and frankly I needed some quiet interactions with a fellow imp who also considered T&T "family".

Arriving back in Washington, my com went off and OPS advised me on an urgent call from Yuuto. Asking if we had time to stop by his lab before we had our dinner with Dale and Dwight, I only commented we'd be there in 30 minutes.

Yuuto and his protιgι were all smiles when we entered his personal and restricted lab for research and development. "What have you two mad scientists been up to this time?" Have a seat and let us read you in on our latest development.

As I was knowledgeable of the AI residing at Fort Connor, I was surprised that Yuuto advised my pair of mad scientists had v2.0 ready for deployment. Both men wanted to install it at our Penthouse and at Camp Phoenix. It had already been upgraded at Fort Connor. As we trusted both men with our lives, we OK'd the deployment and asked what needed to be done by us. Advising they needed the list of individuals we wanted on the AI's primary protection list we commented we'd have a list developed by the time he had it installed.

They concluded their presentation commenting when we had dinner with Dale and Dwight that night, we might want to broach the potential of adding this level of security to their Penthouse as well. It only involved expanding the area for which the AI would provide protection.

Both Jeremy and I were in tears when Yuuto activated the AI to see a live size replicate of "Mama Bear" as the wonderful grandmother she had been to us. When given the command to "Protect" the image turned into a ferocious Grizzly Bear with fangs and claws ready to destroy any and all threats to anyone on their primary protection list. (Mama Bear was a sweet Grandmother but she definitely earned her nickname!)

Yuuto only required a small physical footprint for equipment storage but would need to add a high voltage line and T1 Internet line to both facilities. Giving Yuuto final approval we'd discuss the expanded footprint with Dale, Dwight and of course Michael "Allen" Roberts who now considered Penthouse #2 at the Marriot his home.

As we left Yuuto's lab and proceeded to the Penthouse, Jeremy only asked to make certain he was on the primary protection list. He never wanted to confront the "BEAR" persona of "Mama Bear" in a confrontation. I assured Jeremy he was always on any primary list in my life.

As Jeremy and I attacked the endless number of Emails that had accumulated during our absence due to the Funeral of T&T, I could only imagine the thousands of acknowledgements our assistants and secretaries had already processed. My first Email was to my secretary authorizing her to add two "temps" to assist her in processing the volume of mail and Emails she was processing. She immediately Emailed back her sincere thanks for being so considerate.

Emails from my Assistant to the CEO only included those decision which only I could make. I started through the endless number of Emails and never realized how many decisions I made in a five day period. My Assistant and Secretary were well deserving of a large increase in salary. I quickly realized how indispensable they were.

One of the most important Emails in my mail to address was a report from our Maintenance Team that the home built for Pa Vance which Billy Bob now resides was in need of a major refit. It would take the majority of the spring, summer and fall to completely update the facilities and we need to obtain the approval of Billy Bob before we would grant final approval.

I immediately video conference with the Generals at Fort Connor and requested a security team to leave for West Virginia the first of next week. The Generals only harassed me "What Colonel was I head hunting for this time"? (Ha, Ha... not funny!) The Generals assured me they would need to hold a lottery and the men selected would meet us at Andrews by 0800 hours on Monday.

Finally, it was time for some R&R and I advised our Protectors it was dress casual and Dale and Dwight expected them for dinner as well. We enjoyed some fine home cooking as Dwight was more than just a pretty face and hot body... he was a mighty fine home cooking guru as well as the love of Dale's life.

Adjourning to the comfort of their simple family room we enjoyed the Nectar of the Gods and I made a mental note to send our good friend a few cases of this sinful vice. I commented to the duo once Dwight joined us what is the price for this fine evening. As both men smiled like Cheshire Cats, they only commented it would be an evening that would bring fulfillment to our two lives and future.

Handing us the file on two precious red headed imps they commented these were the two perfect imps for you two Executive to adopt and give them a life and future of which they could never dream possible. Also, can you think of a more fitting tribute to your fathers. I looked at Jeremy and he knew we could never say NO to two such precious imps. I now knew what my fathers felt when I entered their life. Love, pride and FEAR! I may have been well educated in the world of business but nothing in life prepared me for being a father and it was something Jeremy had never considered.

Dale only commented, sign the paperwork so I can get it in process and if you change your mind just let us know when you get back from West Virginia and we'll tear up the application. That will give you the better part of a week to make a final determination. We agreed to have the application processed just so you don't tell the imps about the adoption till we make a final decision. (Dale kept his word but "Mama Bear" would answer only to a higher power.)

Arriving at Billy Bob's home in the mountains of West Virginia we were welcomed as family and enjoyed the fine mountain cuisine which both Jeremy and I (and our Protectors) knew better than to ask what we were eating. It was a fine meal and between Jeremy's stress management program and our Protectors running us over the hills around the cabin we burned off every calory we consumed.

The constant screams and moaning from the Hay Loft assured us all our security detail was enjoying the trip and it would be a memory they would have forever. Finally, we had to broach the subject of our trip and Billy Bob who felt any remodeling of his accommodation wasn't needed. It was fine for him and his cousins just as it was. I went into my most emphatic CEO mode and informed Billy Bob it would be done! The only decision he had is where he wanted to live during the reconstruction.

Asking Jeremy if he and the "Cuz's" could use his cabin while their abode was being reconfigured Jeremy only smiled and commented he never had to ask. Billy Bob thanked us and commented the still required constant tending if they were to keep Worthingtons supplied with an adequate amount of Moonshine.

The first item I asked our architectural team to do is reserve a Sky Crane to assure a constant supply of required materials. This definitely would speed up the construction process. One of the major upgrades being done was a state of the art sewage field that required minimum maintenance and only a major cleaning every ten years. (A no brainer!) The rest of the refit would be cosmetic and enlarging the home. Billy Bob would find a gourmet kitchen which to enjoy preparing his wild game and a formal dining room in which to serve guests. Bedrooms were increased with each having an "En Suite". High end finishing throughout not to mention an increased armory just in case it was needed.

When we revealed the Architectural concept in a 3D presentation Billy Bob was appalled at what we proposed. The old "shack" was more than adequate and we now proposed a "Mansion" on his mountain. If we wanted to do anything, a new well at the Still so it wasn't necessary to carry water would be greatly appreciated. It was quickly added to the new design.

Yes, the Vance Family was part of us Worthingtons and would be so long as any Worthington was alive. Billy Bob had more money than he could ever spend and still his life remained simple with few desires beyond his fireplace, rocking chair and coon dog. He quickly became the magnet for every boy on the mountain that was "kicked out" of his home for declaring his love for another man. An abundance of help now existed to make Billy Bob's retirement years as easy as possible for him.

Returning from our trip to West Virginia, entering the main gate at Wright Patterson, the Command Master Sergeant at the Main Gate smartly saluted and commented "Welcome Back Mr. Ambassador, we'll provide an escort to your plane". His comment was sincere and we realized he was only following protocol previously and it was a hard ass Colonel who had provided us with all our problems.

The Base General met us at our plane as we were preparing to leave, and he apologized for the regretful incident we previously encountered at his base. He assured us this action did not reflect upon his base and was solely one individual who had learned the error of his ways. Offering dinner with him and his officers we begged off stating we needed to return to Washington. Perhaps next time. (Actually, ours was a sincere response. This General was truly sincere in his comments.)

Arriving back in Washington on Friday afternoon, we contacted Dale and Dwight and invited them for dinner in the Penthouse. (What a no brainer, pizza at home vs prime rib in the penthouse!) We had a quick meeting with our protectors asking for their feelings about adding two red headed imps to our family and from the smiles on their faces we knew they would support our decision.

As we enjoyed dinner with Dale, Dwight and our two Protectors we then relaxed in our Great Room and commented to Dale we would love to be the fathers of two precious red headed imps. "I'm glad you made the decision because I've already submitted your application with letters of support from POTUS, our Alpha Zulu Generals, SecDef and our Cardinal Chaplain." You will be meeting your sons on Wednesday morning. (INSTANT TERROR STRUCK BOTH JEREMY AND MYSELF! WHAT HAD WE DONE!!!)

After our guests left for the evening and our protectors adjourned to their bedroom, Jeremy and I consumed a double moonshine and just sat looking at each other. We could run a megalith multinational conglomerate but were in terror of two small imps. What was wrong with us. We wanted to be fathers and if only our life had prepared us for this the next stage of our existence on this earth.

If we had known Mama Bear had come to our precious imps every night and talked with them about the wonderful men who would soon be their fathers I don't know if we would have been more relaxed or terrified! After coffee with the Orphanage Director we adjourned to their garden only to have two little red headed imps come running into our arms commented the beautiful Angel in white told us how fantastic fathers you will be for us.

Considering Roger had been a former Angel he knew exactly what had happened. The four sat at the table for hours as Roger and Jeremy answered question after question for these two precious young imps.

Finally, the director emerged from his office and asked our imps if they wanted a trial period to see if they wanted to be a member of our family. We both heard a "YES" as emphatically as we ever heard from the soldiers at Fort Connor. We assured the Orphanage Director we only were more committed to providing these two precious imps the best family and future possible.

As the Orphanage Staff took them to gather their meager belongings Jeremy and I went to the Orphanage Director's office to sign a multiple of forms. I was going to insist Yuuto streamline this process for adoption in the immediate future.

Exiting the Orphanage each of us holding a precious red headed imp in our arms the men of our security detail knew immediately T&T had returned from the grave and only hoped we fathers and the men of Alpha Zulu were ready to have history repeat itself.

As we landed at our Executive Air Field, Jeremy and I decided to multi-task and see what matters urgently required our attention and introduce our new sons to our friends in the office. Entering the main building lobby our sons exclaimed: "Look Daddy... That's the Angel who told us all about you" pointing at the portrait of Mama Bear that graced the wall of our lobby. We now knew this future was preordained and we gladly accepted two precious imps who would be our FOREVER FAMILY!

We quickly addressed any items that required our immediate attention and advised our staff we would be available via Video Com for the next week. As we were casually riding in our Range Rover headed toward the Penthouse our Coms went off and POTUS was congratulating us on becoming new fathers. He couldn't imagine a higher tribute to T&T than what you two are doing. I hope you can arrange for dinner at the White House as soon as you can get these two imps prepared. Just let me know what night, the entire week is available so far. (Yes, miracles do happen even for POTUS!)

The only one we hadn't prepared for the addition of our two sons was Medvěd who really had a "bent tail". She wasn't hostile but she definitely had a "bent tail" and so moody. (Typical for a female!) Encouraging our sons to liberally supply her with Doggie Treats it was only a few days and our sons found her sleeping on the foot of their bed and we knew they had the ultimate in protection. She would be as dedicated to our sons as her father had been to me. I hoped and prayed she would never have to pay the ultimate price.

I took a little self enjoyment as Jeremy and my two new sons walked into the mall and past the establishment that had been so rude to Jeremy when he entered my life. As promised, not one dollar of Worthington money would be spent in his shop for as long as he was the manager. We again bought out the store of his competitor who was elated to provide the service to two such honored customers. Our new sons were indeed two sharp young men as we exited the mall with the competitor's staff brazenly walking past flaunting the purchases made by us Worthingtons. (At times it is nice to shove the knife in and twist it... FIGURATIVELY!)

POTUS and Harold were in "grandfather" mode when we enjoyed dinner at the White House. They were so honored when we asked them to be the God Parents when we had our twin imps baptized. I knew Mama Bear would approve and I knew our Generals at Fort Connor would understand. It was a difficult decision on whom to ask and Jeremy and I discussed the options for days and never reached a decision until we were in the Range Rover and on the way to the White House that evening.

Asking our Cardinal Chaplain to find a date and time in his and POTUS's calendar where they were both available would he please baptize our sons. We had a date and time by the end of the business day. We invited the Generals at Fort Connor to join us at the Vatican Embassy in Washington to share with us in this memorable event.

When we returned to the Orphanage for our 90 day review and final determination we were shocked it went so flawlessly. Within a few hours and a few interviews we four were asked one last time if each was certain this is what they wanted. Each of us gave a resounding emphatic answer of YES! Final paperwork was signed and our two precious imps were renamed after their grandfathers Taylor and Tyler Worthington. Our imps beamed with pride knowing the high honor we had bestowed upon them.

Next on the agenda was a trip to Fort Connor, meeting the men and having Doc give our sons a physical and chipping them. Yes, Doc was a different person when he chipped an imp and Jeremy was really "bitching" about why Doc couldn't have been so considerate with him.

All their bloodwork came back as normal and other than the usual childhood immunization we really had a unique pair of imps joining our family. Our sons didn't appreciate all the shots Doc gave them and really were upset when told they would needed to return in three months for booster shots.

A lot of hugging, kissing and a trip to the Mess for a big bowl of Vanilla Ice Cream with Hot Fudge topping and four spoons mended upset imps. Not to mention an abundance of tokens for the arcade games and the battle of the imps started that would last for years into their future.

As our two precious imps battled it out with their peers over the arcade games, Jeremy and I asked to meet with the Commanding Generals and we requested if they could possible find a Protector or two to be assigned to our new sons. In the meantime, our security detail can do double duty and we still needed to get a tutor for some home schooling as we wanted the first year for them to live with us and bond as a family.

The Generals assured us their HR Dream Team would give our request a high priority. Unknown to us, the Alpha Zulu HR Dream Team was so proactive they already were sorting through thousands of potential soldiers to be the Protectors for our imps.

We decided once the HR Dream Team gave us the list of potential candidates, Jeremy and I would meet with the candidates and include our Protectors in the initial interviews. The "shock and awe" would happen when the final interview and selection would result after a command performance at the White House not only with POTUS and Harold but also with our Six Star Alpha Zulu Command Generals. To say we had stressed out candidates returning from the White House after their final interview would be an understatement of fact.

The final interview with POTUS and the Generals resulted in four equally qualified candidates. We then went for the acid test. We asked each candidate to take both sons on a day trip around Washington to see the historic sights. (All four remaining candidates were not only "easy on the eyes" but also had graduate degrees and would be of great assistance to our imps with their education.) Of course, we sent our security detail and the ultimate in security Medvěd with them as they saw the sights of Washington.

After four days and four trips we had a family meeting over medium rare hamburgers with Texas cut French fries and the treat of Ice Cold Coke-Cola. Asking our sons what they thought of the men who they had gone with this week. Two of them stood out above the others and we passed the most important decision we fathers should have made to date to our young sons. As our HR Dream Team completed their paperwork and security clearance, we announced to our sons they would be their protectors as much as Takeda and Yonatan were ours. Respect them, never try to ditch them or you will find your bare bums over our knees and you'll be sleeping on your stomachs for a week. UNDERSTAND? "YES DADS!"

I asked to meet with the two Protectors our sons had selected and only had one question to ask of them. "Would you take a bullet for either of our sons?" They responded with an emphatic YES!

I asked our new protectors to take our sons on overnight trips to Fort Connor and prepare them for the moment when our sons will ask us to permanently live at Fort Connor. This had been a proven method for encouraging imps to make the transition for years. The Generals and the men of Alpha Zulu knew exactly what we were doing and assisted us in making this transition as easy as possible on the imps.

We never deceived our sons and the men of Alpha Zulu were totally honest with them. Our sons would miss Medvěd sleeping at the foot of their bed and we assured them that Monster or Lupo Jr. could easily be bribed with a few doggie treats if they wanted the additional security.

When we had our sons aptitude tested prior to their first year of electronic schooling, they tested above the norm for their age and it would be a few years before we actually learned how far about the norm they actually were.

As we were nearing the end of our first year as a family together, we had yet to hear our sons request moving to Fort Connor. We hated to mandate it so we asked our sons how they felt about Fort Connor. They told us they loved visiting it but didn't want to disappoint us by asking to live there. We assured them we only wanted them to be happy and if living at Fort Connor is what they desired so long as they took their Protectors with them we would always be available to video conference with them 24/7.

And, make certain to reserve your school breaks to spend with your `ole dads. We will miss you also and want to be together as much as possible.

Unlike our fathers, we wanted to know what our sons were doing at Fort Connor. We'd never criticize them for anything they enjoyed sexually so long as it was consensual and they initiated it. We just wanted to be assured they were developing normally and would have a good future as they grew in life.

T&T were truly the reincarnation of their Grandfathers and were the nymphomaniacs of any parent's nightmares. Jeremy and I had to smile as we read the confidential reports from their Protectors and were both proud of our sons and sorry we weren't there the night they gave their virginity to someone special. Little did we know it was to their Protectors. (Like it really would have surprised us, NOT!)

The entire base at Fort Connor smiled knowing T&T had given up their virginity to someone special and started this new phase of their life development. Not only their "walk of shame" but the smiles on their faces announced to the world there were two less virgins in residence at Fort Connor.

As our sons two protectors video conferenced with us and divulged they were the ones offered our sons precious virginity they felt it would be the firing squad at dawn when they made this admission to the fathers.

Jeremy and I only smiled and commented our sons had fantastic taste in men. Whatever the future holds for the four of you we can't thank you enough for protecting our sons.

More than once our son's Protectors and/or the Alpha Zulu Commanding Generals sent us pics of our sons and their co-conspirators hanging naked from the parade ground flagpoles at dawn. Yes, they truly were following in the footsteps of their grandfathers.

Jeremy and I really enjoyed our lives, the travel, the commitments, the receptions, the international dignitaries we met and the connections that we were making throughout the world. These were contacts that would result in preventing many international crises before they exploded into all out shooting wars.

Even we were surprised when we were nominated for and received the Nobel Peace Prize and the Presidential Medal of Freedom both in the same year. We were now at the top of every "ass kissing list" of every power broker in the world not to mention the "A" list for every social event in Washington. Jeremy and I were committed to the goal of World Peace and protecting our soldiers in uniform.

Both the Nobel Peace Prize and the Presidential Medal of Freedom were displayed proudly in our Great Room of our Penthouse. The highest praise came from our sons when they wrapped their arms around our necks, hugging and kissing us telling us how proud they were to have two such great fathers who did so much for world peace.

Yes, our sons were growing into two fine young men and were the living embodiment of the Worthington Family values.

With the fear instilled in the underworld by the United States Military, the Yakuza and us Worthingtons... we had an unprecedented period of security without any attempt on us by hostile elements. We would pay the price for our feeling of security.

As our Protectors were returning to the Airport with T&T to return to Fort Connor they were attacked by hostiles and even with a running gun battle they were over powered and T&T abducted before assistance could arrive. Both protectors and every member of the security detail went down fighting and received severe life threatening wounds. We knew they would be immediately transported to a trauma center and our major concern was retrieving our sons.

Almost immediately we received a recorded video demanding 50 million US dollars for their safe return. We were given four hours to collect the money and delivery instructions would be forth coming. We didn't need four hours to locate our sons via their chip implants and have our overhead satellite provide Alpha Zulu special op soldiers with a total layout of what they faced in retrieving our sons. The first concern was protecting and retrieving our sons and then neutralizing any hostiles who refused to surrender to authorities.

A controlled blast of an external wall found Alpha Zulu soldier rushing in to extract our sons as additional soldiers preventing any hostiles from preventing the rescue. Then the Generals gave their demand: Surrender and be given due process or fight us and die where you stand. Every man went down fighting and fortunately not one Alpha Zulu soldier was injured. Like Mama Bear both Jeremy and I knew every Worthington dollar spent on Alpha Zulu was truly a worthy investment.

Our sons were traumatized and embarrassed over their soiled under garments, but all we fathers were concerned about was they were SAFE. We knew the Chaplain at Fort Connor would provide the best PTSD counseling available and both Jeremy and I filled with pride when our sons demanded to be taken to their protectors. They wanted to make certain they were fine.

Some very doped up Protectors returned from surgery to see some crying imps holding their hand. Told to go home with their fathers, they would be out of the hospital soon and then we can all return to Fort Connor. The imps accepted the direction of their Protectors as "LAW" and followed their directions without question.

We were shocked but not surprised when the first night in the Penthouse we heard screams of terror in the middle of the night that had both our Protectors, Jeremy and I responding with firepower that would repel a major invasion. We quickly realized it was an episode of PTSD and we gathered both sons and put them between us fathers for the balance of the night. This would be the norm until their protectors were released from the hospital and ready to return to "active duty".

As our Protectors returned to Fort Connor with our sons, Doc met them at the plane and demanded they be immediately transported to Medical. Doc would do his own evaluation if they were fit to return to active duty AND THERE WAS NO APPEAL!

Security took our sons to settle into their imp bunker and the Generals were smart enough to give our sons a few rolls of tokens to keep them occupied while Doc was being Doc.

Released from Medical, we had two red headed imps running into our arms and smothering us with kisses. We knew we wouldn't have much privacy for some time until the Chaplain could help the imps cope with the potential of future PTSD attacks.

Over the next few months as our Protectors bonded even stronger with our imps, the Protectors realized they had intense feelings for each other even stronger than they had for their precious imps. It was no surprise to anyone when the Protectors asked the Chaplain if he could arrange for Premarital Counseling during the times the imps were in school. When their counseling was completed and they approached the Commanding Generals asking for permission to be bound as partner for eternity the Generals commented usually they would approve such request after the Chaplain's counseling had been successfully completed.

But, you two have been put on notice by POTUS... no approval will be granted unless you agree to let the imps fathers purchase your wedding bands. Here is a link to a secure web site. Choose the bands and stones you want, there are no prices listed. Select what you want because if the fathers ever find out different, I wouldn't want to be in your mighty cold boots as you finish your contracts in ALASKA!

Within ten days the rings arrived in the General's secure daily mail and he asked the imps to join him in his office. Telling the imps this is something special your protectors have been waiting for, please give it to them and don't you dare open it. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN SOME MIGHTY SORE BUMS!

As our protectors smiled from ear to ear, they asked our two red headed "monsters" if they would be ring bearers at their wedding. The screams of joy could be heard across Fort Connor. The date was set and POTUS, Harold, Jeremy and I cleared our calendar for both the bachelor party and the Wedding. POTUS and Harold would "give away" one protector and Jeremy and I the other. The Generals were the best men and the chapel was filled to capacity for the event.

Those of us with hangovers from the previous night's bachelor party didn't appreciate the bell tower ringing announcing the start of the marriage ceremony. We were all adults and were paying the price for our over indulgence. POTUS was the only sober one emerging from the bachelor party as the secret service required him to remain coherent and functional at all times.

When the Chaplain concluded the service, our red headed imps jumped into the arms of our newlyweds whispering suggestions in their ears (that were obscene for our protectors) to enjoy on their honeymoon. Well, if our protectors didn't enjoy their honeymoon it wouldn't be because the imps didn't give them a long list of suggestions.

Jeremy and I gave our newlyweds two round trip first class tickets to Hawaii and deluxe accommodations in the Hawaiian Marriott Honeymoon Suite for two weeks. Considering the reports gleaned from our overhead satellite, we all were astonished the pair could even walk to return to Fort Connor. Never say an Army man isn't resilient!

As our sons enjoyed quality time with their Fathers during the honeymoon of their Protectors the unimaginable occurred... someone penetrated the defenses of our Penthouse. We awoke during the night to the silent alarm in our bedroom notifying us and our protectors there was an intruder in the Penthouse.

As we grabbed our pistols from our secure lockbox... both Jeremy and our Protectors rushed into our sons room as they screamed in terror. Dads... there was someone in our room and suddenly the Angel lady appeared and the person disappeared. Yes, Yuuto got a big bonus in his paycheck that week and we wrapped our arms around our sons and took them to our bed for the balance of the night. It appeared Medvěd had been drugged by a pistol dart and was lying unconscious on the Great Room floor. Video conferencing with an Army Vet, he felt confident with the dart used she would be fully recovered by brunch the next day.

Yes, there were risks in being a Worthington, but the love of our family outweighed any and all risks!

Only God knew what the future held but we would give Him thanks for every day we were allowed to be together as a family.
