*=Gone but not forgotten

Larry surprised us all even knowing his test scores claimed he was a genius he proved them all wrong. They had truly underestimated his abilities and he completed a double major (two five year program) in under four years. We were proud parents when we watched the pomp of a Harvard Graduation and even prouder when our son received his diploma proudly wearing our six star breast badge. David wasn't dumb but he had to be studious to obtain good grades and had a dedicated study companion in Date. (Not to mention the majority of men stationed at the Castle.) It took David the full five years to complete his Master Degree in Business Administration but we were so proud to watch him receive his diploma. To no ones surprise POTUS was the commencement speaker and so many of his comments were obviously directed at Date and David.

After his mandatory attendance at the Chancellors reception POTUS shocked everyone when he appeared at the entrance to the Castle requesting admission. (Like anyone was going to refuse him?) Commenting to Roger and Juan he needed some good Army grub before he was forced to return to Washington, he was immediately invited to stay for their evening meal.

After enjoying their evening meal and praising their mess staff POTUS took the time to be introduce and meet the young men who would be the military "brain trust" of our future. Afterwards, he asked if he could be taken to David and Date's quarters, he needed to talk with them.

Date snapped to attention when he opened the door to see POTUS seeking admission and David was in shock considering the condition of their quarters. "Relax, I've raised teenagers and this isn't going to shock me!" Closing the door he commented he needed a private conversation and even your fathers don't know what I'm about to tell you.

General Jackson has told SecDef and me he wants to separate and retire to have enough time to adopt a family and enjoy them while he is still young. That means we will have three of the top administrative positions at Fort Connor opening soon. Date, my young friend... I am offering you the position of Base Command and the four stars that comes with it. I don't need an immediate answer but I'd appreciate one within a week. Losing the top three will make it challenging but it also means you'll get to select YOUR OWN MEN and develop YOUR OWN PROGRAM. You are the best man for the job and you both have to be in agreement and committed. The last thing I want is to cause problems for two wonderful men I also consider part of my family. I'm returning to the battles of the White House and I await your decision.

Oliver and I should know by now reading the profiles of the young men selected by SD and Angus was like reading a horror novel of sadistic abuse of such beautiful young people. Every time we want to adopt every one of them and I wish at times I had David's money so I could be a father to them all. David has a unique opportunity to impact so many young lives and I know my son will rise to the challenge.

Within ten days Angus was on our com announcing our time and destination to meet our son and see if he wants to join this unique family. This time we chose a younger child whose parents had died in a military accident leaving him without any living relatives. This was a decision we chose without hesitation and we hoped our "son" would want to become part of our family.

Seeing our uniforms he came running into our arms, hanging around my neck and smothering me with hugs and kisses. Oliver immediately demanded parody and our obvious new son complied with enthusiasm. Sitting him down we told him we needed to explain about our lives and our duties including a brief overview of Fort Connor. It never fazed him and he took both of our hands and walked us back to the administrator's office. The administrator asked him one last time if he was certain he wanted to go with us and have a temporary placement to see if it was a good match our son gave a loud commanding YES that would make any drill sergeant proud.

Why wasn't Oliver and I shocked when we entered our quarters to find Larry, Willy, Date and David waiting to meet their new brother. Packages abounded in our great room and the little guy was in overdrive tearing into them. We adults just sat back and watched our newest addition and felt the love fill the room. Yes, he had a family and he didn't even know he had the richest brother in the United States.

We saw his eyes bulge when he opened his last two boxes to find a high end gamming laptop and a laptop backpack. I swear every video game sold was loaded on the huge mega-terabyte drive. David whispered in my ear that his dads weren't the only ones who planned on spoiling their brother. Finally, making it to his bedroom he looked at the strange clothing on his bed. David explained these were a gift from the men of Fort Connor to their newest little brother. You'll find them mighty comfortable to wear around camp.

When our new son returned from retreat and our evening meal he was exhausted and we helped him with his shower, tucked him in bed and kissed him goodnight. As we returned to our Great Room David and Date said they had to have a family meeting as we had to make a decision that would affect all of us.

I don't know which shocked us more. The news of General Jackson separating from the Army and retiring or POTUS offering Date four stars and the position of Base Command of Fort Connor. Date (and David) needed to know our feelings because they would do nothing to cause dissent within our family. Oliver and I looked at each other and commented we approve IF we are allowed to administer your Oath of Commission here at Fort Connor at a formal retreat of all your friends.

A very happy POTUS notified SecDef of the selection of the new Base Commander and asked to be notified when General Jackson wanted to make it official. As I was assuring Date that Colonel Raman and Colonel Stevens would help him with the transition as well as our HR team finding a great selections of men to fill the assistant base commander position and more importantly his adjutant. A good adjutant is more important than a competent Base Commander which made two Colonels present embarrassed and blushing like a virgin bride.

The Fort Connor grapevine was blazing with the news and the consensus of the men was that finally the Army made a smart decision. They would be proud to have Date as their Four Star Base Commander.

Oliver and I beamed with pride as we administered the Commission Oath to Date and saluted this honorable Samurai and recipient of so many military honors including the Medal of Honor. David followed in the footsteps of the Worthingtons and present Date with an outstanding (ONE OF A KIND) hand engraved gold inlaid Glock. It would only be used for ceremonies but would be treasured by Date for the rest of his life.

It was fast approaching Date and David's anniversary and David wanted to make it so special for Date. POTUS offered and they accepted a small family only wedding in the White House Rose Garden after David had been emancipated. Even with the prestige of the Chief Justice of the United State officiating David wanted them to be married in the eyes of God in the Chapel at Fort Connor.

The conspiracy took on a life of its own the minute David contacted Logan and asked what Jeweler Mama Bear used. Looking at her gem collection that had been donated to the Smithsonian he was astonished at the detail of the mountings and the quality of the gems.

Date always loved the simplicity of the rings Oliver and I wore and I knew from him trying them on Oliver's ring was a perfect fit. David borrowed it and flew off to Washington for a day of shopping. His first stop was at the jewelers who Logan had contacted and informed them of the individual who would be contacting them today.

The owner of the store met David and graciously escorted him to his office. His needs were simple, a wide white gold band with three cushion blood red rubies in a flush mount. The jewelry staff sized his finger and then took the ring provided and sized it. David was assured any adjustment necessary could be done if the rings needed to be resized. Selecting the band width desired the jeweler then presented David with an assortment of rubies in a variety of cuts and if he wished to select a different type of stone. He was told that Rubies are actually more expensive than Diamonds if he wanted to reconsider the type of gem to be mounted. David selected the highest quality rubies available and was told it would take a week to ten days due to rubies of this quality would need to be special ordered. The final bill for the two rings never fazed our young billionaire as he handed the jeweler his platinum card and asked to have the rings delivered to Logan Worthington. Logan could send them by secure military pouch to his fathers who were co-conspirators in the venture.

Two weeks later after a wonderful meal enjoyed by all in the family General Masamune and David walked hand in hand to our memorial garden the most beautiful place at Fort Connor. David fell on his knees, grasp Date hands and begged him to be his partner for life. Told he wanted to have a church wedding here at Fort Connor with his family and friends present. Opening his ring box and giving it to Date he pledge his life and loyalty to his partner for all eternity. Both men were in tears as they knocked on the door of the Chaplain and asked if he would perform a marriage ceremony here at Fort Connor in his Chapel. Yes, it was a small family wedding if you can call 300+ people attending small. Difficult to throw out "gate crashers" when it is the President, SecDef, Joint Chiefs and the Chief Justice.

Logan drew the short straw and had to deliver the bad news that David had to buy his own private corporate jet. POTUS and SecDef didn't want any appearance of impropriety using military aircraft for personal business. He always had access to a Worthington plane in an emergency but he really did need to have one of his own. Logan would have the sales reps for various plane companies give him their presentation and know whatever plane you select can be customized for you. You are a Mega Business Executive so don't think cheap or small. Your plane is an extension of who you are and what you are. Just make certain it can land at Fort Connor. Use that as your primary starting point in selecting a plane.

It can be stored and serviced at Fort Connor and your account billed as it is done for Worthington Planes that land and stay over at Fort Connor. Just let me help you before you sign the contract. There are many nuisances you won't be aware of and I won't know which to be of concern until you make a selection. I'm extending you a few days of R&R at the Penthouse if you two lovers can be separated for that long without going into sexual withdrawal.

SD and Angus added to the mix stating David needed six armored vehicles for his and Larry's use and their security details. We can handle the purchase for you we just need your approval. APPROVED! David was learning quickly he needed a mega smart business manager and he knew the right person, he was stealing Larry away from the Worthington Brain Trust regardless of the cost. Nepotism be damn, he was trusted and has always been his best friend. David was graciously offering Larry the opportunity and when he saw his reluctance he said "at double your current salary"! The Worthington had no regrets as they knew Larry would assist them if needed in the future. He was indeed loyal to his brother and David knew he had a business manager that he would trust with his life as well as his fortune.

Next major project was securing an architect and customizing HIS penthouse. David wanted a Gothic design with state of the art security and electronics. His next stop was to Hayao to design and oversee the electronics and security of his penthouse. If any of the Worthington give you any flack on helping out your friend just tell them I also offered you a permanent position at triple your existing salary. I doubt if they will then mind you doing a little private consulting for a family friend. We both know how much they value you and I couldn't have a better person on my design team. Logan referred David to the finest Architectural firm in Washington and one he could also assist if information was required and David wasn't available. The Architects were informed COST wasn't a consideration. His residence had to be the ultimate in quality and security. They would have a 3D CAD presentation for him in ten days. Within a year his Penthouse was remodeled ahead of schedule and under budget. (A miracle for any architectural firm.) The furnishings were another story and David made every effort to exceed even the opulence of Mama Bear.

When David asked the hotel owners who held the Marriott Franchise to have a secure parking area they were reluctant to provide it at any cost. He simply had his attorneys meet with them and comment if they failed to agree there would be a hostile takeover of your stock and you will be eliminated from your current positions. It is a far better decision to give our client a 100 year lease and allow him to have a secure parking area next to his private elevator.

David was learning the ways of the business world and he had a "power" named Larry that wasn't shy about giving him pointers when he needed to throw around his weight. The day finally arrived when his Penthouse was finished and David reserved the entire restaurant at the Marriott for a private party. After enjoying a five star meal his guest joined our family to be astounded at the beauty of his residence. As the evening died down and we parents adjourned to our designated bedroom amazed at the appointments of furnishings that were equal to none. As Date took David's hand and walked off to their bedroom I knew they had only one way they would celebrate their new home. (And, YES, all the bedroom walls were soundproofed.)

David was ecstatic Date loved their new home. He had it built for the man he loved. It would always be OUR home even when you have to spend long hours at Fort Connor we will have a place to retreat and renew the love we share. Our fathers are always welcome and we hope they will visit with us often.

A late brunch was served in the Penthouse the next morning and it was now time to surprise our new four star general and his executive partner. Right on que, Angus knocked at the door and was granted entrance. Handing the portfolio to me I turned to our sons and announced it is time to start your families. PARODY SUCKS so Oliver and I won't be the only dads with bruised nuts from a son yelling INCOMMING as he flies into bed to be with his dads.

Angus then took the portfolios and handed them to David, Date, Larry and Willy commenting SD told me not to leave until you made your selection. I could get to enjoy your lifestyle as he surfed the buffet and indulged in the "good life". I told our sons Oliver and I are here to help you but it has to be your decision.

By evening Angus called his partner and told him he wouldn't be home tonight. SD told him to stay until the selection was made and they are taking forever. Keep the bed warm and if I can get home before you have to leave for work I'll make it up to you big time. I looked at Oliver and smiled knowing Angus and his partner were still in love. By midnight Angus found a spare bedroom, a cold shower and slipped into an empty bed. (SD would pay dearly for him spending the night away from his partner.) At 1000 hours the next day Angus called SD and informed him they still hadn't made a decision. Did he want him to continue to stay and wait. The entire room heard the word YES as it echoed from his cell phone.

Angus turned to David and commented I sure hope you feed me well because I'm starved. What's for breakfast? A late lunch was served and it appeared Willy and Larry had made their decision. Date and David still had some consideration as David wanted the Japanese-American boy so Date's heritage could continue. Date wanted a white Anglo Saxon boy so David's heritage could continue. Fathers to the rescue: ADOPT THEM BOTH! SD may have a coronary but you'll love them and God knows you can afford two sons. Looks like my knee will be working overtime.

Angus apologized saying he had to get back to the office and give SD the good news. Don't be surprised if he takes a few days off to recover from the wonderful shock. We'll let you know as soon as you can meet the young men.

Angus could pull the required information off of their security clearances and basically all they had to do is sign on the dotted line to start the adoption process. When our sons retired to their bedroom they looked at their partners and the realization of what they had done began to set in. We have a son(s) to love, to cherish, to nurture, to raise to be adults who will contribute to society and also be humanitarians. Date and David decided their sons would live with Date at Fort Connor and Willy and Larry would raise their son at the Penthouse. David would split his time between the Penthouse and Fort Connor as his commitments required. David didn't want to be an absentee father but he knew he had a responsibility that his money and prestige was required in person at times to benefit others.

The day arrived that Larry and Willy met their son and returned to the Penthouse to meet his new Uncles. After adjusting to "culture shock" of living in an urban mansion he settled into his first home cooked meal of hamburgers (what else). Remarkably, the adults followed suit and enjoyed medium rare hamburgers with a tossed salad. (Of course, vanilla ice cream with double hot fudge for desert.)

After dinner, David and Date asked their new nephew what they could tell him about the two young boys they hoped would become part of our family. The small Asian boy was shy, introverted and usually stayed by himself. The other boy was his roommate and the two were as opposite as you can get. The other young man was muscular, athletic, extraverted, secure, confident and I wondered if he could adjust to our world.

The day of truth finally arrived as David and Date entered the orphanage. The administrator was elated to meet the men who were donating for the construction of their new orphanage so they could help so many more children. David only comment to please keep that information between us. We want our sons to want us to be their parents out of love not because of our money.

The two boys asked to meet you together and remarkable as opposite as they are they truly are committed to each other. The older boy was definitely the "alpha" of the two and took the lead. We introduced ourselves and to our surprise he commented he knew all about us. After all, this is the 21 century and just about everything is available on the internet. The little guy deserves a family like you. As for me, I'm soiled goods and I deserve what I get. The little one wrapped his arms around the legs of the older boy saying he didn't want to go unless he did also.

We immediately took control of the conversation saying if you really know everything about us then you know we didn't make this decision lightly. It is a package deal, both of you or none. If you really care for the little guy then you'll "can" the pity and help us to make the four of us a family. If you didn't Google our fathers then you are indeed in for a shock.

Date took a weeks leave from Fort Connor and Oliver and I filled in for him. HR was still vetting candidates to fill the vacancies so to say we were overworked was an understatement. And, we had to face a very unhappy doctor who we assured this was only temporary for a short period of time.

After the abduction and shootout in front of his shop our friendly tailor offered to do the fitting in the Penthouse and bring fabric samples for us to choose from. David surprised the tailor when he ordered a dozen suits, shirts, ties and an overcoat made from the ballistic armor. His youngest son needed two sets of casual clothing and one complete suit. His oldest son would require two complete suits and five sets of casual clothes. He can select his own material.

We had the concierge desk have a dozen briefs delivered for our young son and our older son preferred bikini underwear which we smiled and ordered an assorted dozen. Adding socks, shoes and sneakers we spent a mint and the sun hadn't set yet. Little did we know clothes for our kids had a six month life of usage and we would be doing this all over again. (Now I know why our dads kept us in black BDUs most of the time.)

Willy and Larry flew into Fort Connor and asked Doc if he would examine their son to make certain no one miss anything. Assuring two nervous fathers their son was in excellent shape he just needed a couple of shots to update his records. They held their son in both of their arms as Doc gave him his boosters and carefully and with a minimum of discomfort placed the tracking chip in his hip. One down, two more to go.

At the end of the week David, Date and their two sons were welcomed by all the men of Fort Connor. They were starting to realize they had a family of 200+ brothers and indeed they were in awe when they saw their grandfathers. Oliver just said not to be too impressed, your grandfather only walks across the swimming pool on Saturday nights. Arriving in medical Doc did his usual blood workup and then brought all their young sons immunizations up to date and chipping him went without incident.

When it came to our older son we told him he needed to be totally honest with Doc with him being soiled goods. No one is going to be judgmental and we only want the best future possible for you. We fathers were told he doubted if he could tell this more than once so would we please be with him as he made a total confession. He was destitute and on the street. The only way he had to survive was to sell his body. He sucked more cock than most of the street whores did any night and finally to get ahead he offered up his virgin ass and found after the pain went away it was actually enjoyable. So you have a real pervert as a son if you really want to adopt me.

We assured our son that no power on earth would prevent us from adopting him. Doc is going to draw a lot of blood and then we will see if anything else needs to be done. We couldn't believe the quantity of blood tubes Doc had drawn but knowing Doc he was ever being proactive. We knew our son couldn't be in better hands. When the tests came back the next day our oldest son had a very nasty STD. He would require some potent IV antibiotics for weeks depending upon how resistance the STD is. That's the good news. The bad news is Doc want to do a complete GI study and our son isn't going to enjoy it.

We walked our son to Medical and to him it seemed like a march to a firing squad. Doc explained to him the problem and the treatment he would have. But, Doc wanted to make certain he didn't have anything hiding in his GI tract that might have been transmitted. It was obvious one or more persons hadn't used safe sex with him. I'll give you some mild sedation during the exam so you'll have no idea of what is happening. But, the prep is most unpleasant. I'll have a male nurse give you multiple enemas until the return is totally clear so I can visualize every part of your intestine.

Our son grasp us in tears and told us to send him back, he wasn't worth all the trouble he was already causing. Assuring him that wasn't an option. We begged him to let Doc run the tests. None of us wanted anything bad to happen to such a beautiful young man. Stifling his tears, he asked Doc when he wanted to run the tests. Doc only smiled and comment: "No time like the present" as he handed our son an exam gown.

Three hours later Doc exited the exam room saying your soon took it better than any of you would. It took eight two gallon enemas to clean him out which made David and Date cringe in empathy. Your son had a couple of small tears which I repaired but no abscesses and nothing that would indicate a risk of a GI bleed. He is sleeping off his sedation and other than having a sore throat and a gut that will feel like someone played a soccer match in it. As for his ass, it is going to be pretty tender for a few days so I'll order a soft diet for him. Make sure the mess staff reads the memo... at times they ignore my messages till they have the opportunity to read them amass.

I put a shunt in his arm so I didn't have to do a needle stick every day. It is an easy removal once we are done with his IV therapy. We'll keep it covered with a bandage and he can have a normal life while we treat him.

Our fathers had kept the little guy busy all day so he wouldn't have to worry about his big brother. When the three of us returned from Medical "gramps" announced the little guy had overworked his knee and he needed a break. Our young son ran to his new "brother" and cried he was so worried about him. "Gramps" announced dinner was in our quarters tonight and he assured everyone DOUBLE vanilla ice cream with MEGA hot fudge topping for desert. (Ok, Dads... who is holding their head at 0200 as they are tossing their desert?) Oh, the fun of being grandparents.

I smiled at my sons as they left for their quarters. I whispered in Date's ear his bedroom wasn't soundproof so he might want to nicely ask the maintenance staff to correct that oversight. A bottle of 20 year old single malt will get the job done quicker for you.

We tucked our new son into bed and kissed him goodnight. We bonded almost immediately and I never tired of him crawling into my lap while I was at my desk working and smother his father with hugs and kisses. Oliver got jealous at times and I assured him of parody when he got home in the evening.

David and Date were told the little guy wanted his brother in his room at night. We had maintenance immediately change out the beds and they were happy considering the source of the request. We kissed our little son goodnight as we tucked him in without incident but when it came to our older son he was adamant he was straight and didn't need anyone kissing him goodnight. We told him it had nothing to do with his sexuality it was something our fathers did for us and we want you to know you have a loving and secure home for as long as we live. It took a couple of week but finally his body language said he was ready to accept a night time kiss from his fathers. We were happy to comply with his request.

It wasn't long before the little guy came running into our bedroom at dawn screaming incoming as our nuts crawled into our guts. The little guy was airborne and the lucky father hugged and kissed him because the left over father was the recipient of his older brother and if he missed his landing zone the poor father not only ended up with his nuts packed in ice the balance of the day but was the recipient of a smiling "grandfather" commenting how well he knew the experience. Paybacks are hell! But, oh so good when savored.

Oliver and I didn't get much of a sex life during the summer but when school started at least we could slip away for a quickie. We didn't want to close our bedroom door at night in case our young son needed us. Yes, we were over protective fathers who hadn't realized the value of a "baby monitor".

David and Date were much luckier as they had a protective older brother to take care of his younger brother at night. They enjoyed a great sex life as soon as maintenance soundproofed their bedroom. "Big Brother" was smart enough to know his fathers needed an active sex life and made certain to keep the little guy occupied so his fathers had ample opportunities. They definitely made the right decision adopting both sons.

Willie and Larry hated having to plan their lives in advance so their security detail could be proactive. (The price you pay for having a mega rich brother!) Talking with Logan he told Willie and Larry he never regretted living and going to school at Fort Connor. He knew the contributions his fathers made to the security of this country and the destiny that awaited him as being a Worthington. There are excellent schools who have a high security environment for children of influential individuals. The drawback is your sons will become the friends of snobs and I doubt if that is the environment you desire. Give Fort Connor a try and I doubt if you will ever have a reason to question your decision.

Start your son off with some short long weekend visits with his relatives. I'm certain as they learn to love Fort Connor they will by action and deed convince your son to join them in residence. Don't be surprise if you son come begging to live with your father or brother at Fort Connor. It really is a great place to grow up as you are well aware.

Willie and Larry set up their son when they asked "gramps" to invite him for a long weekend stay. The grapevine was active announcing the plans to convince our young addition that he wanted to stay at Fort Connor. Other than a very upset stomach from too much ice cream he loved all the attention given to him by the men. (Napoleon was running extra miles for a month after cleaning out all the bowels of leftover ice cream given to him.)

Oliver and I started planning our required LONG vacation and were asking our family to clear their schedule and join us. Now, where do we want to go? David thought back to the wonderful time he spent vacationing with his family in the Virgin Island and decided he was going to do something special for his entire family.

Sharing with Logan his dream he asked for the name of the best Attorney group to make it happen. They made the real estate purchase and got some fantastic tax incentives from the government provided they employ local construction and employed local workers when this dream ocean waterfront hotel opened. Now it was time for Worthington HR to find a manager who could operate this project and make a profit. The top floor was reserved for David and his family and not available to the public. It had a state of the art security system and a panoramic view worthy of a multi billionaire.

When the architect submitted his drawing and 3D CAD presentation David demanded the entire building be constructed to Category 5 hurricane standards. Yes, the construction cost would be higher but the reduced insurance costs would compensation for the increase. By the time the building was nearing completion Worthington HR had the ideal candidate to manage the project and with an offer of double his current salary he was on the next jet to the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The new manager made certain the finishing details were of the highest quality and the rooms worthy of a five star establishments. He had no problem stealing not only the chef but the entire kitchen staff from his previous establishment as the management always criticized and never praised its employees. Now he knew for certain he would be opening a five star establishment.

Knowing the pre-existing commitment to hire local employees not only was that donet but exceed what the Governor expected. He also made joint ventures with local business so vacationers could sign up through the hotel to enjoy the amities of the island. Scuba Diving, Sail Boating, Wind Surfing, a midnight banquet under the stars, the list of options was endless and by the end of the first year the number of return visits was over 60% and they had a 80% occupancy overall.

David made a formal announcement to his family they were all taking a vacation to the U.S. Virgin Island compliments of him. Date had his 2nd in command up and running and an experienced Adjutant to assist as needed. This was truly going to be a family vacation. When asked where they would be staying David only commented there was a new hotel on the beach and he knew the family would enjoy it.

As the behemoth landed at the Airport the Governor met the jet and started to laud the group with lavish praise for vacationing on his island. We knew something was up just not what yet.

We had a police escort to the new five star hotel and we were indeed impressed with its beauty. The manager met us at the main entrance and escorted us to the private elevator. The penthouse was beyond beautiful and the views outstanding. I turned to David and told him he should buy this place, it is fantastic. He just smiled at me and said he didn't have to buy it he had it built. We have one of the most beautiful places on earth to enjoy being a family together. Anytime any of you want to get away the Penthouse is yours.

Angus was ecstatic with the profit the hotel showed the first year. Absolutely unheard of with tourist resorts. David didn't care if it was a "loss leader", it was a place our family could share together and renew the bonds that kept us committed to each other. (And, YES David soundproofed all the bedrooms!)
