Chapter 17

Shortly after Andrew's 12th birthday, the pastor had a party for him where he got to blow 12 guys instead of candles. They paid him extra for this wonderful night. He was in his room above the warehouse, sleeping off the bliss of that night. The pastor made sure to please the boy as well.

There were still only six boys staying in the old building. The warehouse below had been abandoned the entire time Andrew had been staying there. The doors and windows on the ground floor were still boarded up. The offices they used were pretty dark during the day from the graffiti and pitch black at night, but they were dry and pretty clean.

Recently, someone broke into the ground floor by pulling off one of the plywood panels covering a back door. They propped the door up to make it look secure, but it was busted down. They were only on the ground floor and didn't bother the boys upstairs, so the boys ignored the intruders and barricaded the stairwell to keep them out.

"Andy, I saw someone from downstairs attempting to open the door at the stairs."I could hear him banging and pushing. I think it was pretty well blocked, but I added some stuff to jam it even more." Ricky told Andrew. "Hopefully, they won't see our ladder on the side and try to come in that way.

Most of the boys slept during the day since they worked late into the night. The people downstairs only came during the day since they needed the daylight to see since there wasn't any power in the building.

Andrew noticed an old yellow GMC van parked up against the building. It was blocking the broken door. He was able to watch as someone came up to the van, opened the back door, and they disappeared. It looks like they went through the van to get into the building. The van had a curtain between the driver's seat and the back. The back windows were covered, and there were just two bubble windows on the sides that were up high and almost completely black. This was the kind of van that parents warned their kids to stay away from. The license plate frame had a saying, "If this van's a rockin', don't come a knockin'." Andrew had to think for a minute before he got it.

There was a rack on the roof of the van and it had a generator on it with a couple of power cords that ran into the building. The generator was really noisy and it kind of shook the van.

The boys figured that as long as the people weren't bothering them, they would be safe and left alone.

Andrew packed a backpack with his dirty clothes and went to the laundromat. The clothes he had were very tight, but they were what the pastor and his men's group liked.

Andrew went to the back, put his clothes in a machine, and waited for it to finish.

While he was sitting there, the people he had seen on the ground floor came out of the building and came across the street. He was getting scared that they saw him and hid in the back behind a big laundry cart.

They walked past the laundromat to the diner. They went inside the diner so Andrew figured they weren't really looking for him and he was safe.

He was reading a book the pastor gave him while he waited for the machine to finish. Andrew really liked this book. It was about a boy who went out on an adventure around the world. He was looking for a lost treasure that would lead him to a magical island. It was good, but really, the author had no idea of what it was like to live on the streets. This boy never seemed to worry about food or shelter, but when you're on the street, that's all you can think about. Andrew had plenty of money, but he knew his earning potential would go down as he got older, and they could lose their safe haven in an instant. He wasn't sure if the pastor could help him, but he thought he should talk to him about what to do after he wasn't desired for sex by the men. He saw the older boys that had to find different tricks each night and they definitely didn't make the kind of money he did, and it was scarier and not as safe. He knew from Ricky's experience that his days were numbered with the pastor.

Andrew liked books since they didn't remind him of the problems he had to deal with and he could escape for a few hours at a time. The washer beeped, and he moved his clothes to the big dryer.

"Hi Andrew. How is my handsome boy today?" Grandma asked as she handed him a bag of homemade cookies.

"I'm fine, Grandma, and thanks for the cookies."I'm just washing my clothes. How are you?"

"I'm doing good. I heard from my grandson the other day. My daughter moved them to New York, and I don't get to talk to them that often."

"I'm glad you were able to talk to him. I hope you can visit them soon." Andrew was making small talk. He was always eager to please and be liked, so he learned how to engage people.

"They want me to come this summer and I hope I can go." She told him.

After his laundry was finished, he folded it up to put it in his backpack. He said his goodbyes to Grandma and gave her a big hug. She no longer inquired about his mother, and Andrew knew she was understanding of his situation. He wondered if she might be able to help him get out of being on the street, but he knew that was probably a long shot, or she would have offered that help already.

"Andrew, could you help me take my things home today? I'm a bit tired and would love it if you could roll my cart to my apartment. It's just two blocks away, just behind the thrift store."

"Of course, Grandma." Andrew took her cart, put his backpack on top, and walked down the street with her. They had a leisurely walk and some idle chat about the weather, the world, and just things to pass the time.

When they got to her apartment, he helped her go inside and pulled her cart. "If you ever need help, Andrew, you know where I live, so just come on over."

"Thank you, Grandma."

"I know you boys are doing what you have to do, and I wish I could solve all of your problems, but I will help as much as I can. I don't want you to think you can't come to me with anything. I won't judge you."

"I know. Thanks again." Andrew ran off with his backpack to find some food before he crashed for the night. He finally had a night off.

Manny was taking a smoke break behind the diner. "Dude, come here, I have a table for you." He took Andrew to the back of the dining room and sat him at a table.

"I can pay Manny. I have money."

"That's great, little dude. What do you want today?"

"I'll have the bacon cheese burger, fries, and a chocolate shake!"

"Let me put that in the system and I'll be right back." Manny ran off for a few minutes and came back. "Those guys that were just in here are up to no good in your building. I overheard them talking about some deal that is going down this weekend. Be careful. I think the one with the long permed hair is the ring leader. Be careful not to be seen by him."

He stepped away and came back with Andrew's food. "Here you go, I need to get you to pay now in case the boss lady comes back."

"Sure, here's $20. Keep the change." Andrew handed over the money.

When he was done, he ran back across the street, quickly climbed the ladder, and went to his room to relax. He didn't have any jobs tonight and, frankly, didn't need the money. Pastor Green was providing enough business that Andrew was set for a while.

Ricky saw Andrew come in. "Andy, I got a trick tonight that wants two boys. Are you in? He said he would pay us each $2,000."

Sure, come get me when you're heading out. "What's he into?"

"He likes to take a lot of pictures with us. He likes to fuck, but mostly he wants the boys to fuck each other. It's pretty easy, and besides, it's not like we ain't fucked before." He laughed. "If I'm getting fucked by another boy, I want it to be you. See you in a bit. Oh, and wear cartoon briefs tonight, he is another boy lover that is into that." Thankfully, Andrew had plenty of those.

Andrew decided he needed to clean up, so he grabbed his clothes and went down the hallway to the janitors' closet where they had a shower. It only had cold water because the building was abandoned and the water heater wasn't on.

Andrew quickly dried off and dressed. He had cartoon briefs under skinny jeans and a skin tight tee. "What man wouldn't want to fuck this ass?" Andrew thought as he slapped his butt.

Andrew went back to his room and straightened things up. He decided his money book was getting so full he would put it in his backpack. He needed to get another book and maybe a new backpack. He tucked a few bills deep into his pants pocket in case he needed cash to get home or food, and he put his bag with his money above the ceiling tiles so nobody would find it.

Ricky and Andrew scaled the ladder and went down the street to the shopping center. They waited over by the exit of the WalMart where they were to meet their trick.

"Ricky, Manny told me he saw the people that were using the downstairs. He said he saw them loading in a bunch of equipment today and that there was a strange smell coming from the building when he walked by this afternoon."

"Yeah, it was smelly when I was out earlier. It didn't smell so bad tonight though." Ricky said.

Just then, their John pulled up in his brand new Mercedes G Wagon that looked like a metal box. He was in the passenger seat, and another man was driving.

Andrew leaned over and whispered to Ricky. "Man Ricky, he's hot. Are you sure this is safe?"

"Relax, Andy. He's a regular of mine and he's cool. You won't believe his house though. It's out of this world. You're safe with me. Just be sure to call him Sir."

The boys got in the back. Ricky sat behind the driver and Andrew sat behind the man. They rode up into the hills that were quite far from the downtown area. Andrew didn't recognize anything around them. This man definitely came a long way to find his boys.

The man spoke to the boys during the ride. "Hi Ricky, this must be Andy? Quite a good looking boy you brought me!"

"Yes, Sir! I'm Andy. I'm looking forward to having some fun tonight!" Andrew responded realizing that while this man liked boys, he wanted them to be confident but obedient. The rest of the drive was just small talk. They soon arrived at the estate that crowned the top of the hill. The views were spectacular.

"Boys, let's go back to the playroom, shall we?"

"Yes, Sir." They both responded. They both giggled a bit.

They went down a very long hallway and entered a huge room. The walls were black. There were lights on the wall that looked like they were from the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland. Andrew remembered them from his one trip to Disneyland when he was 8. That was a scary ride for him with all of the goblins that popped up and the tombstones.

This room was a well equipped dungeon with a couple of fuck tables and fuck benches covered in black leather. There was a big bed that had black rubber sheets and had posts on the corners with bars across the ends and sides at the top of the posts.

There were chains with wrist and ankle cuffs hanging from the walls and the bed.

"Ricky," Andrew whispered, "are you sure this is ok? I'm scared."

"Yeah, dude, relax, it's fun."

"There's a whip on the wall!" Andrew nervously said.
