Boy From The Shed - Chapter 19

They slept in a little later than normal as it was Saturday, the boys
joined the dads and cuddled with them for a bit until they all needed to
pee and had to get up. The boys got to the bathroom first and all three
stood around the toilet bowl and crossed streams as they pee'd and
giggled. Mike and Leo followed while the boys ran downstairs to watch
TV. Mike and Leo shared a quick shower and got dressed. Leo made everyone
breakfast and the boys all ate in the lounge.

Martin dropped off Max and Jason, when they saw the other boys were still
naked, they removed their own clothes to join them. Martin laughed as he
saw his son throwing his clothes off and joined Mike and Leo for a quick
coffee in the kitchen. He was a little embarrassed after kissing Leo
yesterday and wondered if Leo had told Mike and if Mike was upset about
it. Leo and Mike could see their friend was a little unsure and they both
gave him a hug. Mike gave Martin a short but loving kiss on the lips and
immediately dissuaded any concerns he had.

"I'm going to take Timmy clothes shopping, you want to stay with the
others?" Leo asked Mike,

"Yeah that's fine... I'll make some food for us to take with us to the
railway museum" Mike said,

Leo went and told Timmy to come and get dressed to go shopping, Tanner
asked if they were going and Leo told them they could stay at home. Tanner
and Max insisted on coming so Leo agreed, they all got dressed with Leo
helping Timmy and got in the car, leaving Mike with Jacob and Jason. They
arrived at the clothing store and looked around the boys section and picked
out some clothes.

"Lets go try them on and make sure they fit" Leo said with a basket full of
clothes.

Thankfully the store had a family sized fitting room as Tanner and Max had
picked up a few clothes they had liked and Leo had given in to buying
them. Once the door to the room was locked Leo stood Timmy up on the bench
seat that ran along the walls. He took Timmy's coat off and hung it on one
of the hooks on the wall, behind Leo Tanner and Max were also taking their
coats off to try on clothes. Leo lifted Timmy's t-shirt off as the little
boy raised his arms. He placed it down on the bench and picked up a new
t-shirt and pulled it over Timmy's head, the boy put his arms in and Leo
pulled it down. Happy it fit Leo lifted it off again leaving Timmy

Leo asked the boys if they had fun and they all said yes, he reminded them
to be careful about where they play with each other but told them he had
enjoyed it as well. Mike was a little jealous when they got home and Leo
told him what they had done and said next time he's taking them clothes
shopping and laughed.

It was now about 10:30am so all the boys changed into whatever clothes they
wanted to wear and loaded up in to the car. Mike loaded up the food he had
made and Leo made sure there were plenty of tools and blankets in the car
too. The weather as I've said before is really shitty in the UK and you
never know when your going to get rained on. With everything packed they
started the drive to Bluebell Railway.

On the drive the boys discussed the adventure Leo, Tanner, Max and Timmy
had had in the fitting room earlier today. They really had enjoyed it and
Jason and Jacob were eager to have their own adventure with Mike. Leo
finally told Mike he had booked Timmy on the holiday with them, it was only
two weeks away now and Mike said he'd talk to Timmy's mom. He then told him
he had also got Timmy a bike and shared the cost with Martin,

"Any more secrets?" Mike laughed,

More giggling from the back caught Leo's attention as Mike drove and he
looked into the back of the car and saw the boys were naked. Thankfully the
windows are heavily tinted in the back so no-one would ever see them. Leo
laughed as the boys grinned at him,

"We are raising a bunch of nudists you know" Leo said to Mike,

"Naked again?" Mike asked laughing too,

"Yep"

"Just naked?" Mike asked raising an eyebrow,

"Yeah... their leaving their willys alone" Leo giggled,

Five minutes before they arrived at Bluebell Railway Leo told the boys to
get dressed and they did, however Mike did notice as he opened the side
door and stood there that the boys had odd socks on now as their clothes
had been mixed up and none of them cared. Jacob and Tanner had each others
trousers on too. The boys helped Timmy get dressed and he did have all his
own clothes on. Mike made sure they all had their own shoes on before he
let them out the car.

Leo led them all to the entrance and showed them the E-ticket. Once in the
boys needed to pee so they all went off together leaving Mike and Leo to
plan where to go first. When the boys returned Leo led them to the museum
first were they got to try on old railway uniforms, over their
clothes. They liked the model railway and got to drive the little
trains. None of them had ever seen a model railway before and they were
quite taken with it, this gave Leo and Mike some ideas about Christmas
presents.

After they had enjoyed the museum they went to the signal box and got to
pull on the huge levers and the signal man showed them how they worked. It
was soon time for the steam train to depart, so they headed down to the
platform and boarded the train. They enjoyed the smoke and the steam as the
train pulled off sounding it's whistle, the boys stuck their faces to the
windows and watched the countryside go by.

Little Timmy climbed up into Mike's lap, he was a little sleepy after the
fun they had had at the museum and station. Mike held his boy close and
soon the little tyke was napping. Leo saw Jacob kicking his shoes off and
even though they were in an enclosed cabin, remind the boy to keep his
clothes on. Jacob grinned at his dad and just sat there swinging his socked
feet, the others soon had their footwear off too apart from Timmy who was

They had a 40 minute ride to the last station and then twenty minutes
before the train went back. They got their shoe back on and they all went
to get a drink and pee. On the return journey they all played I spy and had
a lot of fun. Once again the boys had removed their shoes for the forty
minute ride. Jacob lay back on the seats and put his feet up on Mike's
lap. Mike gentle massaged his sons socked feet and Jacob relaxed and
enjoyed it. Timmy sat on the other side of Mike on the long padded bench
seat and presented his feet to Mike as well and so ended up rubbing both

Everyone was happy and relaxed, and all too soon the train ride was
over. Shoes on and they were off for one last look around the station and a
visit to the toilets before the hour long journey home. As soon as the boys
were in the car, almost as if they had planned it, their clothes came
off. Leo had given them the blankets in case they wanted to sleep and the
boys chatted for a bit and played I spy again but soon went quiet. Mike
looked back as Leo was driving this time and saw that the boys were
asleep. Timmy had been covered up by Tanner and Max by the look of it and
the others just sat there slumped into each other asleep.

When they got home, Mike woke the boys and made sure they had a blanket
round them as they padded naked into the house, Leo had opened the front
door for them and came back to grab their clothes. Mike carried Timmy in
wrapped in a blanket and playfully dropped the boy on the sofa, the little
boy laughed and stood up on the sofa with his arms out

"Again...again!" he shouted and Mike picked him up and dropped him again
and again and again.

"We need to get a trampoline" Leo said when he came in and saw Mike

The other boys heard and agreed exuberantly. Mike laughed and told them to
wait and see what Santa brings. Mike showered Timmy quickly and creamed him
up in the lounge because the boys wanted to watch a movie and it was nearly
six o'clock. Leo decided to order some pizza's. Leo put the film on they
wanted to watch and the boys settled down on the sofas. Tanner and Max
snuggled up together, Timmy and Jacob snuggled with Mike and Leo had Jason.

After an hour of movie watching and snuggling the pizza's arrived and Leo
got up to grab them and pay the delivery guy, Mike got some plates and Leo
opened the pizza boxes on the coffee table and the hungry boys dove
in. Five happy naked little boys knelt around the coffee table and munched
on the pizzas, Mike got them all drinks and Leo got paper towels for their
hands.

They resumed the movie while they ate and washed their hands when they were
done. The first movie ended at 7:30 so the dads agreed to another on. Leo
and Mike went up stairs to change into sleeping shorts and t-shirts. They
all snuggled down as before, after a few minutes Jacob asked Mike to take
his clothes off and Timmy pulled on Mike's t-shirt. Once he was naked the
boys snuggled back up and ten minutes later Timmy was asleep. Jason wanted
the same from Leo so the two of them ended up naked and snuggled up. Tanner
was spooned up behind Max with his arm round his boyfriend and a blanket
over them, they weren't really paying much attention to the film, they just

After the film had ended Tanner and Max headed for the boys room with hugs
and kisses from the dads, Mike carried Timmy up and Leo guided Jacob and
Jason into the dads bed as well. Tanner and Max snuggled up and went to
sleep, Leo snuggled with Jason and they too fell asleep. Mike had put Timmy
in the middle of the bed and the other boys either side of him. Mike
climbed in next to Jacob and wrapped his arm over the boy and kissed him
good night, as they cuddled they too fell asleep, happy and content.


Mike woke to the feeling of a little hand running it's fingers through his
chest hair, when his eye's finally opened he saw little Timmy snuggled up
to his side and a look of concentration on his face. Mike brought his hand
and arm up from behind the boy as Timmy's head lay on his shoulder and held
the boy close. Timmy broke the silence with,

"Will you be my daddy...and can I live here.... like forever?..." he asked
sadly,

Mike froze, he didn't know what to say, he couldn't make promises to this
sweet boy he couldn't for sure keep. Yet here was this little boy who
desperately wanted him as his daddy, and he wanted Timmy as his son. But
Timmy wasn't his like Jacob was, Timmy's mum could demand him back at any
moment and there would be nothing he or Leo could do about it. It hurt not
being able to tell Timmy what he wanted to hear, he knew this little sweet
boy had finally found a happy place and people who really cared about him
and loved him, but Mike could not promise something he had no power to
keep. As much as Mike knew Timmy's mum would continue to let the boy spend
time with them, he knew that simply asking for Timmy to live with them
could provoke her to revoke the privileges they already had.

"Timmy... we will always love you... and I want to be your daddy more than
anything in the world... but your mom...."

Mike paused, he didn't want to make Timmy's mom seem like the problem to
Timmy,

"Your mom loves you too..." Mike said changing direction,

"No she doesn't" Timmy interrupted,

"Yes she does... she has a hard time showing it... but she does.... she
lets you come round here because she loves you... she lets us look after
you because she loves you..."

"If she loves me then she should let you be my daddy and live here" Timmy
argued,

"Oh honey it's not that simple... but look, me and Leo are already like
dads to you, you spend a lot of time with us and we take care of you and
love you"

"But I want to live here... not with them!" Timmy cried,

Mike felt really bad, had they offered Timmy so much love that the thought
of going home was hurting him terribly, have they been irresponsible with
the way they have treated him, has he let his own feelings cloud his
judgement and hurt the sweet little boy he loves.

"I know you do but it's not up to us, and you only go home to sleep during
the week"

"Then why go there to sleep... can't I just stay here instead... with you?"
Timmy wept,

"But your mum loves you and wants to spend time with you too"

"It's not fair!" Timmy shouted out of frustration,

Leo had been awake for a while now and Timmy shouting had woken Jacob and
Jason. Leo got up and took the two boys out of the bedroom and
downstairs. He got them on the sofa together and put a blanket over them
and reassured them it will be alright. They were asking why Timmy was so
upset and all Leo could say was that the little boy didn't want to go home.

Mike stroked Timmy's back to help try and calm him down,

"I know Timmy, but sometimes things are unfair... you still have me and Leo
and the boys even if you don't sleep here all the time. Jason and Max don't
stay here as much as you do" Mike pointed out try to get a grasp on the
situation.

"But they don't have to live with him!" Timmy shouted kneeling up and away
from Mike,

"What does he do Timmy...why don't you want to live there" Mike pressed
him,

"He...he calls me names... scabby boy..." Timmy wept , Mike sat up and
pulled Timmy onto his lap and held him,

"And what else" he pushed,

"He makes me stay in my room.... like all the time.... unless I'm playing
outside"

"And what else?" Mike said his anger building inside,

"He shouts at me and scares me"

"Anything else?" Mike asked calmly holding in his emotions,

"He says......he says..... he wished I would just die...." Timmy hugged
Mike tightly ,

Mike rubbed Timmy's back and comforted the distraught boy. Leo who had been
listening at the door went into the boys room and called Timmy's mom,

"Are you up" asked Leo without saying hello,

"Err yeah what's wrong?" Timmy's mom asked,

"Timmy's just opened up about how your husband treats him and talks to
him... we need to talk now" Leo said firmly,

"Ohh...OK... like just me?" she asked hesitantly,

"No both of you... you need to make a choice... Timmy can't keep going
through this... we need to talk it out. I'll come over now"

"OK" she said defeatedly and Leo hung up,

Leo returned to Mike and Timmy,

"I'm going out... I'm going to see Timmy's mom...alone" Leo said firmly
when Mike looked at him,

"No I want to come too" Mike said seething with anger,

"No Mike... you nearly lost it last time and after what Timmy's just said I
can't risk you going there and getting into trouble"

Mike knew Leo was right, he wanted to kick the fuck out of Timmy's stepdad
and would if he saw him right now. Leo sat down next to them and stroked
Timmy's hair lovingly,

"Just leave it to me, she has a choice to make or we will make it for her"
Mike understood, it was the same choice Jacobs mum had faced.

"Just be careful... OK" Mike pleaded,

"I will... but this ends today... one way or another" Leo said quietly,

Leo felt there were only 3 possible outcomes, either the stepdad leaves,
Timmy stays with him and Mike full-time or Leo calls social services and
with the hospital records and Timmy's statement Timmy would be taken into
care.

After a kiss and cuddle Leo left and went down stairs, he told Jacob and
Jason he was going out and they could go back up to Mike and Timmy if they
wanted. On the way to Timmy's house Leo got nervous, he needed help and
could only think of one person,

"Martin.. I need your help... like right now" Leo asked desperately,

"OK... anything little man... tell me what you need" Martin asked sensing
the stress in Leo voice,

"Can you meet me outside Timmy's house?"

"Yeah of course... is shit going down?" Martin asked knowing about Timmy
and his family,

"Yeah..."

"I'll be there in five minutes... hang tight OK?" Martin said while getting
dressed quickly,

"Thanks.." Leo gratefully said,

Martin arrived four minutes later and Leo filled him in, the big man was
furious but kept it together, the two of them approached the house and
knocked on the door. They were let in, Timmy's mom knew Martin from him
dropping Timmy home during the week. She nervously led them into the lounge
were Timmy's dad sat in PJ bottoms and shirtless on a arm chair. The
tension in the air was palpable.

"What the fuck now?" the man demanded before he saw Leo wasn't alone,

Leo and Martin sat down next to each other on the sofa and Leo composed his
thoughts,

"Why do you hate Timmy so much?" Leo started,

"Not that it's any of your fucking business... but I never wanted him, she
hid him till we were married" stepdad spat,

"So that gives you the right to abuse him?... keeping him in his room all
the time and calling him disgusting names?" Leo asked angrily, Martin put
his hand on Leo's and squeezed it to calm him,

"It's my fucking house and I'll do what the fuck I want"

"That doesn't give you the right to tell him you wished he would die!"

"Well fuck it, I do... I want my child when it's born not him the scabby
fucker"

"What... you got a baby on the way?"

"Yeah... one that I want... not tricked into accepting"

"But you have never accepted him, you just abuse him and wish he would die"

"Look fuck off, I'm done here so get the fuck out" stepdad said standing
up.

Martin stood up and stood in front of stepdad, he towered over the skinny
vile man.

"We're not done till this is sorted, your wife needs to make a choice"
Martin said calmly,

"Either she chooses you or Timmy" he continued,

"I can't choose... I want them both" she said shaking,

"Timmy can't stay in this abusive environment... your damaging
him... hurting him... he's scared, scared to be here, he's at our house
right now distraught at the thought of coming here tomorrow... he woke us
up screaming and shouting he's so upset" Leo explained,

"Well fucking keep him then!" stepdad shouted happy to be rid of the boy
who was a constant reminder that his pregnant wife was a conniving lying
bitch,

"It's not your decision to make, his mom has to choose, Leo's house and see
Timmy when ever she wants or social services and fight through the courts,
after you have both been prosecuted for child neglect" Martin told him,

"Fuck off... what they going to do us for... keeping him in his room and
calling him names?"

"That and the hospital records clearly show the neglect... if Timmy had
been admitted to hospital one more time they were going to take him from
you... he's been on the at risk register for a while now and they have been
building a case. With what Timmy told us and what you have said here today,
they will charge you and even if not convicted they would take Timmy away
from you and possibly your new baby" Leo said adding as much jeopardy as he
could, trying to sway Timmy's mum.

After an excruciating few seconds, Timmy's mom sighed and looked at Leo,

"I can see him whenever I want?" Timmy's mom said defeatedly,

"Yes... anytime... we'll take good care of him... he can be happy and
hopefully you two can as well" Leo said calmly,

"I love him you know... I didn't ask to be in this situation" Timmy mum
wept,

"You fucking hid him from me! This is your fault" stepdad shouted still
enraged,

"We'll take you on days out with us when you want... you'll still be in his
life and it's because you love him your making the right decision" Leo said
ignoring stepdads outburst.

"OK... he can live with you" Timmy's mum said finally choosing her husband
and baby over Timmy,

"You want to come with us and we'll tell him together?" Leo asked,

"Please..." she said accepting this was happening,

"OK... shall we take anything he might want from his room with us?"

"Yeah..."

"OK I'll help you and Martin can stay down here with him" Leo said
encouraging her to move,

Leo wanted to get out of the house as soon as possible, the stepdad was
pushing him to the limit of self control, and after finding out Timmy's mom
had hid the boy from her husband before they were married, essentially
tricking him into marring her, he felt no better about her either. Any
compassion he had felt for Timmy's mom was now gone, she was partly to
blame for this mess. He could understand stepdad being angry, but taking it
out on Timmy was not justified.

They packed Timmy's few belongings in a box and left the house with Timmy's
mom, as they walked away they heard stepdad mutter "fucking queers" and he
shut the door quickly. Both Leo and Martin let it go, they had gotten what
they came for. They had Timmy. Leo knew they would have to find a way to
make it legal, but that could happen later. Martin drove to Leo's behind
Leo and Timmy's mum. He would have been going there soon anyway. Martin
called Mike,

"Make sure the boys are dressed or upstairs"

"Why?"

"We are just pulling up outside with Timmy's mom, don't worry it's all
good"

Martin hung up as he parked and Mike made sure all the boys were upstairs
and put a t-shirt and boxers on Timmy. He carried Timmy downstairs as Leo,
Timmy's mom and Martin came in the front door. Timmy held on tight to Mike
when he saw his mom. They all sat down in the lounge with Timmy firmly
attached to Mike.

"Timmy your mom has something to tell you" Leo said smiling,

Timmy looked at his mom as Mike turned him to face her.

"Timmy I... I have talked to Leo and he says you can live here if you
want.... I love you Timmy but I think you would be happier here...right?"
she said holding back the tears as she was giving away her son.

"I want to live here... I want Mike and Leo to be my daddies" Timmy said
defiantly,

It was clear that although Timmy's mom said she loved her son, Timmy really
did not love her at all. Which he didn't, she had not protected him, she
brought a strange and angry man in to his life, tried to force him to let
her put cream on him, never hugged him or kissed him, didn't wash his
clothes much, left him alone in his room day after day. Now he had seen
what love is, the love two caring dads had shown him, he knew what he
wanted and it was not her.

"Then you can live here...OK"

Timmy spun around and hugged Mike fiercely,

"Thank you ... thank you..." he shouted,

Timmy's mom felt a pang of jealousy, she was sad that Timmy would rather
live here than with her. But it was done, she thought this was better than
him being taken into care and didn't want to cause more stress at home with
the risk of being prosecuted. At least she had a new child on the way. As
much as she would have liked to believe that she was doing this for Timmy,
the truth is she was doing this for herself. Timmy had made his choice and
so had she.

She left shortly after saying she would call to arrange to meet up with
Timmy. Leo and Mike had their doubts about that. Leo called the other boys
down and Martin who had gone up to snuggle with his son. They all sat down
and Timmy was asked to tell the boys the good news. They were ecstatic and
hugged Timmy, glad that their littlest brother was going to stay forever.

Leo and Mike hugged each other and Mike simply said "Thank you"

Martin, Mike and Leo went to the kitchen to get coffee and to fill Mike in
on what happened at Timmy's old house.

"Wow... she really is a piece of work" Mike exclaimed,

"Yep... they kind of deserve each other..." Leo said,

"So now what?" Martin asked,

"Well I'll talk to Tom, who helped us with getting Jacob and see what he
thinks" Mike suggested,

"I think we should get some bunk-beds and put one set in the boys room
keeping the double bed but push it into the corner of the room, then put
another set in the 3rd bedroom where the baby will be"

"OK.. that makes sense... we do need more bed space" Mike agreed,

"You should probably give them each their own bed... even if they do like
to share... it would give them a space that is theirs" Martin suggested,

"I think your right, they may not want to share forever anyway, Tanner and
Max already like having time alone" Mike noted,

"Why don't we give Tanner and Max the nursery for now and get them
bunk-beds with the fold out sofa on the bottom" Leo suggested,

"Or... you could build them a mezzanine with a 4 foot wide double mattress
and put a small sofa under it and some draws to give more room and
storage!" Mike said grinning at Leo, knowing Leo loves building stuff.

"Oh yes... I like that idea" Leo smiled excited,

"I think that's decided then" Martin laughed,

The dads headed up stairs checking in on the boys on the way and went to
Leo's old office, they stood around and made plans, as men do, and got very
excited about making stuff for the boys. They concluded there would be
plenty of room even with a cot and baby stuff. Leo walked across to the
boys room and pondered. Mike and Martin joined him.

"I think the double bed and bunk-beds in here will be too much, there would
not be enough room for draws and stuff" Leo concluded,

"So... why don't we build 4 foot bunk-beds for them? And get rid of the
large double bed" Mike spoke making Leo grin,

"Just what I was thinking" Leo enthused,

"OK then... make a plan and let's get started!" Martin said smiling,

"What now?" Leo asked,

"Yeah... I'll stay and help and together we can get it done!"

"Oh my god!... give me ten minutes with the boys and I'll have it planned"

Mike went and got the boys and they sat on the bed while Leo explained what
was happening, they all gave him their ideas and he drew up a plan. Martin
and Mike went out to get wood and mattresses while the boys helped clear
their room. The nursery/ Tanner's room was already empty. Leo got his tools
out and brought them upstairs with plastic sheeting to cover the carpets
while they worked. Leo also got the boys dressed so they could help without
risking getting scratched or hurt.

The boys were excited to not only be getting new very cool beds, but also
to be working with their dads. When Mike and Martin got back they all
helped make a simple 4 post frame in the corner of Tanner's room, it was
built 4 and a half foot high and bolted to the walls. A 4 foot sheet of
thick ply wood was cut down to make the base. Their was enough room under
it for a small two seat sofa and a large set of draws at the end of
it. They built sides using 18mm MDF and shaped it with a lower portion for
climbing up and into bed. All the edges were rounded off with a router. It
took only an hour to build and the boys were pleased with it as were the
dads.

In the boys room they used a 4 by 8 foot sheet of MDF on its end to make
one end of the bed and cut windows in it. They framed it up with smooth
timber, in the style of a cabin bed. They built a ladder out of wood. The
boys loved it and by late afternoon they were done. After cleaning up the
mattresses were put on the new beds and with new bed linen and duvets
everything was complete. Mike and Martin took the old double bed down and
put it in the garage, making sure the boys didn't follow them and see the
bikes.

The boys all jumped and rolled around on their new beds and thanked the
dads for building them. Max jumped into his fathers arms and gave him a
pleading look, Martin laughed,

"You want something like this too huh?" he said smiling at his son,

"Pleaseee daddy!" he asked with his best puppy eyes fluttering,

"OK... maybe next weekend?" he said looking at Leo and Mike,

"Yeah we'll come over and help you and daddy build a bed..OK?" Leo said,

"Yesssss!" Max shouted.

"What about you?" Mike asked Jason,

"It's OK I like my bed" Jason told him,

"OK then maybe we can do something else for you" Mike suggested,

"OK!" Jason said happily,

They made a list of other things they would need for both the rooms, like
lamps and more draws. Leo would get on that next week. Martin told Max and
Jason it was time to go home and the boys and dads all hugged. Mike ran a
bath as all the boys and the dads were filthy, he took Jacob and Timmy with
him and they shared a bath together. They played around and got boners when
they washed but didn't do anything really naughty, they were too tired. Leo
and Tanner got dinner on the go and jumped in the bath after Mike and the
boys were done. Mike creamed up Timmy quickly while Leo washed Tanner and
Tanner washed Leo then they cuddled for a bit in the warm water.

They ate dinner at the table and relaxed on the sofas afterwards. Since
they hadn't put any clothes on after their baths, Jacob didn't need to ask
Mike to get naked. They all snuggled up, Mike with Jacob and Timmy, Leo
with Tanner and watched a movie. At bed time even though they all had their
own beds they choose to sleep together in Jacob's bed, the top bunk in the
boys room. After kisses and cuddles they soon fell asleep. Mike and Leo
went to bed and talked about the day for a bit, even though it had been a
rough start to the day, it had ended really well, there were things still
to sort out, but that would be for another day. They fell asleep all of
them happy and content.
