"Wait here." I watched as Gregor hurried off to his office, returning moments later with a box. "I was hoping both you and Davy would be here, but here you are. My sister just finished them, she sends her apologies for the delay." He put the box down and opened it, inside were three teddies. "This is for Draco, this one for Arran, and this one is for Andrew. She didn't want him to feel left out." ********************** Operation Pied Piper – Part 133c - Forts picks up the story I was having a really hard time believing that yet another couple of weeks had passed since the Murrays had moved in to Archie's farm and Will had become my head groom. But finally, today I had a meeting with Mishcon and was expecting the news Davy and I had been so patiently waiting for. Well, maybe in my case, it was impatiently waiting. I glanced at my watch. Where were they? I was sitting with Archie, McPhee, Dima, and Robert, now not so patiently, awaiting the arrival of Mishcon and Athol. Originally, the meeting was just going to be the four of us and Mishcon, but Dad had heard about it and wanted to join us, too. I wasn't sure what Dad was up to, really. I was expecting Mishcon to tell me the purchase was complete. Now you are probably all wondering where Davy was. Today he couldn't get out of teaching, so he was giving a lesson as I speak. For me, the more important part of the meeting was talking place to explain to McPhee that he could do the job at the now much larger properties, which included both the Pittodrie and Dalrymple Estates. He was getting himself into a terrible state of knots, worrying that he wouldn't be up to the job. Hence the reason Archie was here too, he had kindly offered to help Chris. Privately, Archie told me Dad was concerned about McPhee's lack of experience, too. Davy, Dima, Archie, and I had come up with a plan. Davy had helped a lot, reminding me of the old adage, "How do you eat an elephant?" "In bite-sized pieces!" So, the first part of the plan was the inspection of all the properties on the Dalrymple Estate, and the Pittodrie one, for that matter, listing the necessary improvements each required. I think that's why Dad was desperate to be part of the meeting. Yes, it would cost a lot of money, but at the end of it, the entire estate would be worth more, and the tenants, more importantly, would hopefully be happier people. These improvements would run hand in hand with the building of the new estate workers' cottages we had already agreed to. "What can be keeping them?" I glanced at Chris, "We are supposed to be meeting Will at Pittodrie this morning, too." I glanced at my watch again. * With the door slightly open, we heard them coming down the corridor, obviously deep in conversation. "So, he has brought a pig in a poke then?" Dad sounded exasperated. "I wouldn't exactly say that, but..." Mishcon was obviously trying to reassure him. I winked at Dima. I called out, "We can hear you, you know!" It went quiet outside the door and then Dad's head peered round. "Sorry we are a bit late." I chuckled, "Dima, who do you think has "brought a pig in a poke?"" Dad blushed, so did Mishcon. Dima laughed, "You, by the sounds of it." Dad and Mishcon sat down, both obviously embarrassed to have been overheard. "So shall we begin?" I looked directly at Mishcon. He cleared his throat as he shuffled some papers, "Forts, what I was trying to say to your father is that... Well, there is a lot of work to do to bring the Dalrymple Estate up to scratch... I didn't mean..." "Just tell me what the problem is, or should I say are." Mishcon sighed, "You and Davy want to bring up the quality of the housing on the estate." "Both of the estates, Pittodrie too. We don't live like paupers, the least I can do is make sure none of our tenants do either." Mishcon nodded and removed a sheet of paper from his folder. He slid it across the table to me and then handed a copy to Dima and McPhee. Mishcon began reading, "There are one hundred and eighty houses on the Dalrymple Estate and eighty on the Pittodrie Estate, that's a total of two hundred and sixty houses on both estates. Now, they all have to be inspected, and assessments made as to what work is required on each of them." "Mishcon, wait! This paper doesn't say how many people live on the estate. Do you know?" Mishcon looked at Robert, who pulled out another sheet of paper from the folder and handed it to him. "Six hundred adults, currently of which four hundred and fifty are women, their menfolk off fighting, and six hundred and fifty children from babies to the age of sixteen, school leaving age, and finally sixty-five, boys and girls from sixteen to just under eighteen. That's a total of, let me see, one thousand, three hundred and fifteen in total." Dad groaned and shook his head. "Son..." "Dad, please..." "But son you can't..." "Dad!... Please... Allow Mishcon to continue." "Returning to the houses. A sample of them shows that most are without bathrooms or indoor toilets. The majority are significantly over crowded and consist of only one or at most two rooms. The majority are without electricity... Shall I go on?" I nodded and returned to the sheet about the people. "Are all of these people employed on the estates?" "Forts, the majority of these houses are small tenant farms, poor arable land, few if any livestock... Dunbar wasn't interested in the people's welfare, just their rents." "Your recommendations?" Mishcon glanced at Dad, who murmured, "Sell it. Cut your losses." "That's not happening. Mishcon?" Dad groaned again, "Son, you have to face facts..." I could feel I was losing my cool, "Mishcon, how much?" "I would say on average two hundred pounds per home. Some will be more, some less." Dad began scribbling on the piece of paper, he groaned again. "Fifty-two thousand pounds! Forts! It can't be done. You just spent one hundred and sixty thousand pounds buying the estate! And another, GOD knows how much on the brickworks, quarry and cement factory! Then there are the new cottages you want built! And that's not to mention all the money Count Samara is spending on those Russian trinkets! Forts for Christ's sake, son." I fixed my expression. The figures sounded astronomical to even me. "Mishcon, your advice?" "Forts, what can I say? Yes, you can afford it. The question remains, should you be doing it?" Robert shuffled in his seat next to Mishcon and in a low voice said, "Surely the question should be: Will it enhance the living conditions of your and Davy's tenants, and ultimately increase the productivity and the value of the estate?" Mishcon and Dad both glared at him. Was Robert the only person at the table who thought like Davy and I did? I turned to Dima and McPhee, "What do you both think?" McPhee looked me straight in the eye, "Forts, the figures are staggering, frightening even, but Robert makes a good point. You and Davy will be among a very few landowners who give a shit about their tenants, and I have no doubt they will repay that with hard work and loyalty to you both." I nodded. "Dima, what about you?" Dima laughed, "I think you are crazy, Prince. But I know what you are going to do, and I love you for it." I felt myself smile, "Mum, you haven't said anything. What do you think?" Archie smiled, "I know you will do what is right, you always do." "ARCHIE!" Dad snapped, then shook his head. "Thanks Mum." I turned to Mishcon, "Can you get the necessary people in place to start the property surveys?" Robert leant forward again before Mishcon could speak, "Forts, some of it could be done by getting your tenants to fill out a property questionnaire. Maybe even asking them what improvements they would like to see and in what order. What we think is important may not be to them." McPhee leant over, "Robert has a good point." I nodded, "Mishcon, I want Robert to work on this with Chris." Mishcon glanced at Robert and then back to me, "Certainly, Forts." Dad stood up, "Forts, please, son. I am really getting worried about all this spending. Please, for me, ask Mishcon to make a complete accounting of all your assets. I am sure you don't even know everything you own. He should also include an accounting of all the cash you have on hand." Dad reached for my arm, "Please son, for me, if no one else." I saw Archie give me a knowing nod of his head. "Okay Dad. Mishcon, can you get that arranged, and we can continue this meeting next week?" "Yes Forts." ** Harding continues the story Lillis was out walking in the grounds again with Professor Hamilton. This was his third trip to the castle to spend some time with him. I was sitting reading his initial draft report. Douglas and I had now spoken, and he was pretty convinced that 'ALL' of Lillis' problems were due to his dysfunctional relationship with his domineering, cold father. It was Douglas' opinion that beneath that sometimes-hard exterior was a desperately unhappy young man who just wanted to be loved. I had told him that it may take more than just saying that to convince Athol, Davy and especially Forts for that matter, and he had better make his arguments convincing. The draft report made concerning reading. One after another, it listed and detailed numerous incidents of some pretty shocking behaviour. It recorded everything from thefts of money, damaging property, assaulting staff to, finally, the killing of his father's favourite cat. All of this had been volunteered by Lillis during his chats with Professor Hamilton. Hamilton thought this was a huge positive, I wasn't so sure. I closed the report with the last line chasing round in my head, "This young man needs someone to trust him and give him some real responsibility; then I am sure the true man within will shine out." This was going to be a hard sell to everyone. And was I really prepared to add my voice in support, after what he had done to Drew, Kevin and Brookmeyer, not forgetting Draco? I opened the file again as the door burst open and Drew ran in. "Professor, Professor... it's bigger... it's bigger and hairier..." He began to pull up his kilt, "Look." I jumped up, "Hang on, hang on, close the door first." "Oh yes," Drew blushed in his excitement. The door banged shut, and he came over grinning. "Well, let me have a look at you, up you get on the examination table." Drew was grinning from ear to ear as he pulled up his kilt, exposing his cock, balls, and all the way up to his belly button. "Look... Hairs... even here!" He thrust his stomach out. There was definitely a faint treasure trail appearing and the bush above his pubes was thicker, too. He took hold of his cock and began yanking it, "Look, my cock is bigger too!" I nodded. "When did you last check yourself?" "A few weeks ago... I didn't think I would ever get bigger and hairier and had given up. Then this morning, I felt them in the showers." He babbled out. "Look..." As I leant down to look closer, he grabbed me in a hug. "Thank you, thank you. Chris' cum has really worked!" I nodded again, smiling at him, although I wasn't as convinced as he obviously was. "Yes, it certainly seems to have." Drew froze for a moment, "You don't think it was Lillis' do you?" I know what I wanted to say, but smiled instead, "Well, it won't have hurt." Drew seemed to think about it for a second, "Not as much as his punches did." I ruffled his hair. "No. Have you spoken to Lillis since?" Drew shook his head, his voice dropped, "I heard that Forts and Davy were speaking to him now." I helped Drew down off the couch. "Yes," I leant down and whispered in Drew's ear, "Lillis is a troubled lad. He needs all of our support." Drews eyes burned into me, I waited for him to speak. Just then, the door opened and Lillis came in with Hamilton. Drew looked from me to him. "You!" "Drew." Lillis stopped and glanced at me and then at Drew, his eyes taking in the faint signs of bruises still on Drew's face. We all stood in silence. It felt like for ages, when in fact it was only a couple of seconds. Lillis glanced back at Hamilton, who nodded towards Drew. Lillis turned back and swallowed. His voice trembling, "Drew..." He went to step forward, but as Drew backed up, he stopped. "I haven't seen you to say... how sorry..." Tears rolled down Lillis' face as he broke down. He turned back to Hamilton and collapsed into his arms, sobbing. "How sorry I am for what I did to you." Hamilton clapped him gently on the back as he comforted him. Drew looked at me, confused. He had never expected to see the bully Lillis, who he hated, crying, vulnerable even. Lillis managed to pull himself together and turned back to Drew and me. "I am so sorry for hurting you Drew, really I am." Drew glanced at me and then crossed to Lillis and put his arms round him. "Thank you. Maybe we can be friends now?" Lillis nodded and through tear-filled eyes said, "I would like that." Hamilton mouthed to me, "See..." I nodded. Drew and Lillis broke apart, Drew glanced back at me and then back to Lillis, he kissed his cheek and whispered, "Thank you for your cum." He dashed for the door and left, leaving a bewildered looking Lillis. Lillis rubbed his face, wiping away the tears, "Can I just go and wash my face? I promise to come straight back." Hamilton nodded at me behind Lillis' back. "Yes, okay, but don't be too long." Lillis smiled and mouthed, "Thank you." Then left. Hamilton came over to my desk, "'Thank you for your cum.' What's that all about?" I chuckled, "It's a long story. Remind me to tell you when we have both had a drink." * While Hamilton and I sat discussing his report once more, the door burst open again. "Chris, you know you should knock." "Sorry Con. Oops, excuse me, Professor Hamilton. Con, I am in a rush. Forts wants me to go with him to Pittodrie right now. I just need to pick up a few things. Sorry to interrupt." "How did the meeting go?" Chris pulled a face, "Good, I think, It is going to be a lot of work though." The door opened again as Lillis returned. "Oh, excuse me, hello McPhee." "Hi Lillis." Chris smiled as Lillis came in. "Did I hear you are going to be doing a lot of work with my father's old Dalrymple Estate?" Chris glanced at me. Me and my big mouth. "Yes, that's correct. There is a lot to be done." Lillis looked to the floor, "I know the estate well, if I can be of any help, please just ask. I could show you about, I know it quite well." Chris looked over at Hamilton and me, then turned back to Lillis. "Yes, that would be helpful. At least until you have to go back to full-time lessons." Hamilton scribbled on a piece of paper and slid it to me. "This is just what the boy needs. Great!" Chris grabbed the bits he needed and headed for the door. "I will catch up with you once I get back, Lillis. Bye Professor, Con." He gave me a smile and wink and was gone. ** Forts picks up the story I was happy to leave that meeting. My head was spinning. I needed some fresh air. "There you are! Hello Will," Will and I had finally met up. Confusion had reigned. I had intended on meeting him at the Pittodrie stables. But our messages had crossed and Will turned up at Castle Fraser. "Hello Sir,... sorry, Forts." I winked, "That's better." Will smiled back. "You have met Prince Dima, McPhee, and Darius already, I think?" "Yes, I have met them all before... Very pleased to see you again, gentlemen." I put my arm across Will's shoulders, "You're looking really smart in your new clothes. Those jodhpurs are nearly as revealing as mine and Chris'" "I heard that." Chris called back. "Come on, let us get saddled up and over to Pittodrie. Are you okay with riding back? We can see what Colin and George are up to." Will, cast his eyes to the ground, "Working, I hope... S... Forts." I shook my head, smiling. What did I have to do to get Will acting normally around me? "I am sure they are. Are you okay with riding back to Pittodrie?" I chuckled, "You know how much Davy complains about his bum hurting when he rides, so I don't get to do it as often as I would like." Discretion being the better part of valour, Will didn't answer that. "And it has been a while since I rode Pegasus. He will be getting cross with me. He can get quite stroppy if he thinks I am ignoring him." I laughed. We began walking down to the stables. Will looked preoccupied, "Forts, can I ask you a question?" "Of course you can... What's up?" "I don't mean to speak out of turn, but I haven't seen or spoken to Niki since you made him my boss." "Ah, that is why I made you the head groom. Niki isn't one for organisation or anything like that. All he wants to do is ride Valentin, his horse..." "Oh, okay." Will bit his lip. I put my arm round his waist, "I am really expecting you to take over the running of the stables, really. Is that is okay?" "Certainly. I just wasn't sure what I should be doing... You know, with him, my boss and all." We carried on talking as we tacked up Pegasus and Thunder for the two of us. Dima, Darius and Chris sorted out their own mounts. "Are you sure you are okay with more responsibility?" "Will nodded, if you think I am up to it." We both mounted up. "I wouldn't have given it to you if I didn't." Will still didn't look convinced, "Will, I know you are only a teenager. To be honest, I am not that much older than you. But I believe you can do this." He nodded, "Thank you Forts." I winked, "Oh... Did I mention you will have another dozen horses to look after over at Pittodrie soon? I also want you to arrange for all the wagons and carts to be moved from here to Pittodrie. You will be responsible for ensuring they are kept in good order too." "Yes Forts." I slapped Thunder on the rump as I spurred on Pegasus. "You may need that third groom sooner than you think." Will laughed, "I think you are right!" * On the ride over, it was obvious Chris wanted a word with me. Will dropped back to talk to Dima and Darius. "Forts." "Go on Chris, what's bothering you? Are you worried about the meeting this morning?" "Not so much now, it's something else I want to ask you." "That sounds ominous, go on." "Forts, would you or Davy have any objections to me asking Lillis to show me round the Dalrymple Estate? He says he knows it well and well..." "Personally no. Do you think he will accept, if you ask him?" Chris watched my eyes closely, "He suggested it." "Hmmm... Did he? You don't suspect he just wants to lord it over you again?" Chris looked contemplative, "No." Then winked and smiled, "I wouldn't let him, anyway." "Fine, well, give it a try and see how you get on, then." "Thank you Forts." Chris rode back to Dima and Will came up alongside me again. We turned on to the Pittodrie Carriage Drive. I gave him a wink, "Come on, last one, there is a Mary!" At my command to go, Pegasus reared up on his hind legs and sprung forward. Adrenaline flooding my body as we took off at speed. The others, all in hot pursuit. * We arrived in the stable yard. Will looked worried, he glanced at me, "Where are they? They had better not have let me down." We all dismounted. I found myself scrambling to keep up with Will as he marched over to the little staff rest area. He burst through the door, "GEORGE, COLIN!" I arrived at the now open door the second after Will. Will was shaking his head, he glanced at me, real fear in his eyes. "Sir, I am so sorry." George was on his knees, his hard cock in his hand. Colin was standing in front of him. His larger, glistening, but rapidly deflating cock in George's other hand. He was holding his work shirt pulled up around his chest and his dungarees unfastened and languishing around his ankles. Both George and Colin froze before George scrambled to get up, and they both tried to sort out their clothes. Will was shaking his head, "I am so sorry Sir." I felt Dima and McPhee appear behind me. I couldn't stop myself laughing, "Why, what have you done, Will? It is these two rascals who need to apologise." Chris eased himself alongside me, "Do you want me to deal with it, Forts?" I smiled, "Why do you want a blow job too?" Dima guffawed behind us. Chris blushed, "No,... I meant." "I know what you meant, Chris. I am joking." I looked at George and Colin, "You two finish off, get dressed, and see us in the office in a minute. Come on, Will, it looks like they were both enjoying that." I began to pull the door closed. I stuck my head back round the door and winked. "Don't be too long." ********************** Folks, I really hope you're enjoying the story.
