When Cheryl, Katherine, and Ruth walked into the door carrying Roxanne,
John and Henry ran excitedly to see them with Roy right behind. "Mom!" John

Cheryl said. "What? Look, Dwight started it" Roy said, "Mr. Roy there you
go telling on me again" Dwight said as he came into the kitchen. "I was
only doing as grandma told me and kissed Hudson's boo boo better" he added
with a laugh, "That's a good boy" Ruth replied as she patted Dwight's
cheek. "And man did you ever kiss his boo boo" Roy said, "He still hasn't
woken up from his nap" he added. "Not yet" Dwight said with a chuckle,
"Roxanne here needs one don't you cutie?" Ruth said as looked into the
little girl's face.

"Yeah" Roxanne said with a yawn, "While I put her down Roy, Dwight can you
grab Bubba and start to unload the truck and get furniture put together?"
Ruth asked. "Yes mam" Dwight replied, "Of course Ruth, where's it going?"
Roy asked. "It will have to go in the master bedroom with Bill and I, move
what you have to" Ruth replied. "I'll go start, you grab Bubba" Dwight
said, "Right on it" Roy said. When Ruth carried Roxanne into the living
room she found Bill sat on the sofa next to Hudson, who slept soundly. "Did
you girls have fun?" Bill said with a smile, "Oh we had a great time" Ruth
replied. "How did things go here with JJ?" she added and Bill told her
about what had happened. "Poor boy" Ruth said, "Yeah I left Ian and JJ next
door to have some alone time together, Charlie is with Fred playing" Bill
said.

"I'm going to put this one down for a nap with Hudson then I need to help
get things situated" Ruth said as she stripped Roxanne down to her diaper,
"While you do that if you don't mind I need to sit down with Cheryl and
Katherine" Bill said. "Of course, that needs to be discussed and soon" Ruth
said and Bill walked into the kitchen while Ruth bed Roxanne down with
Hudson. "Can I speak with you two outside?" Bill asked when he saw Cheryl
and Katherine, "You keep mentioning you need to talk with us" Cheryl
said. "I must admit you have curious so let's hear it" Katherine said. "Can
we come?" John asked, "Well you can but I got to finish JJ's drawing" Henry
said. "Ok well I'll go with you" John said, "Ok but you got to let me
finish it before you get horny again" Henry said with a giggle. "I make no
promises" John said with a grin, "Ok come on" Henry said with a sigh and
led his boyfriend into the back by the hand. "Those two are something else"
Bill said with a chuckle, "They are almost too cute together sometimes"

Bill. "I have the same problem getting something done with Cheryl around"
she added as she grinned at her girlfriend, "I never hear you complain
about it" Cheryl retorted as she grinned back."Alright girls let's go
outside" Bill said and they went out the back door where they took a seat
the patio table, "Lovely day isn't it?" Bill said. "Alright dad, I know you
didn't bring us out here to discuss the weather" Cheryl said, "Yeah what's
up Bill?" Katherine asked. "Well you know when you girls said you wished
your stay here didn't have to end?" Bill asked. "Yeah it's been great here
this week" Cheryl replied, "I've enjoyed this time, it's really helped me,
I can't thank you enough" Katherine said. "Well what if it doesn't have to
end?" Bill asked, "Dad.." Cheryl replied.

"What do you mean?" Katherine asked, "Well next week I want to start the
hunt for some property and I want us all to live on it together, I don't
think it's good for anyone with us being separated and spread out like we
are" Bill replied. "I will find something adequate enough that everyone
will have their own space of course, I'm not suggesting we all live under
one roof but like a small community of houses" he added. "Dwight, Bubba,
Roy, they are all in agreement, but we need you two, you are vital to our
family and to these boys" he further added. "Ok I'm not following"
Katherine said, "I am and I can't say I'm happy about it" Cheryl said. "Dad
we have been over this" she added, "Honey please don't be so closed minded,
just think about it and I know you will see the positives far out weigh the
negatives" Bill said.

"I want you both to quit your jobs too, your sons need you full time, all
the boys need you, and we need your help in raising them" he added, "Plus I
want you to be the ones to raise Roxanne" he further added. "Dad that isn't
something you can decide on your own" Cheryl said, "I know honey but you
two are great moms and I know you want a daughter" Bill said. "Ok say we do
this, how are we supposed to survive without a job even if we agreed?
Katherine asked. "That's simple, I'll provide for the both of you anything
you need, my entire resources will be at your disposal, you will want for
nothing" Bill replied. "All I want is for you to spend your days with the
boys and Roxanne so everyone can be happy, just look how happy the two of
you have been this week, and how happy they are, it needs to be like this
every day" Bill said. "Bill this is insanity, Cheryl say something"
Katherine said as she looked to her girlfriend deep in thought, "Why are
you doing this? You said you would never use that money to this extent"
Cheryl said. "Things change honey, you've seen that, something I once
thought of more like a curse I suddenly see can be a blessing to us all"
Bill said. "Ok you two, I don't like being talked around" Katherine said,
"I deserve to know what's going on" she added.

"You do" Cheryl said softly, "Dad leave us and let us talk, we'll have you
an answer afterwards" she added. "Remember I'm only trying to do this to
bring our family together" Bill said as he stood from his chair and went
inside the house. "I'm sorry" Cheryl said with a sigh, "No it's ok, I
just..I guess I'm just confused" Katherine said. "I mean it sounds
wonderful and all, like a dream really, but to do what he's talking about,
does he have those kind of resources?" she added, "He does, but he swore
that he would never use it to this extent" Cheryl said. "He's made similar
proposals to me in the past but I've always turned him down" she
added. "Why would you do that?" Katherine asked, "Because money like that
changes you, that's why dad never has been one to touch it much, it led his
brother Theo to an early grave and his father Reginald, or pop pop as I
knew him, saw people as nothing more than pawns to use" Cheryl replied.

"I don't know much about your parents or their upbringing, can you fill me
in so it doesn't all sound so crazy?" she added. "What do you want to
know?" Cheryl asked. "Everything" Katherine replied. "You ever hear of the
millionaires club of Jekyll Island?" Cheryl asked. "I can't say I have"
Katherine replied. "Ultra exclusive club of the wealthiest families, the
Vanderbilts, Morgans, Rockefellers" Cheryl said, "But a name lost to
history is The Ravencrofts" she added. "That's the kind of life dad grew up
in, course he was really young when the club closed down and sold to the
state of Georgia, our family was lucky to not be hit by the depression" she
further added. "Pop pop was a railroad tycoon, made a fortune" she
continued, "His father before him was a real estate magnate, so the family
already had money and I could go on" she further continued.

"That is almost too much to believe" Katherine said, "Theo was it? How did
he die?" she added, "Classic tale of sex, drugs, and alcohol, he used to
throw crazy sex parties up at Ravens Roost apparently" Cheryl replied. "Sex

someone, that's where he met mom" she added. "That sounds like a fairy
tale" Katherine said, "It kind of was, they fell in love at first sight"
Cheryl said.

"Mom was a member of high society herself, her family bred thoroughbred
race horses, but she was the black sheep of her family because of her
bisexuality" she added. "Back in those days it was shameful, especially a
member of high society, they were trying to force her to marry and settle
down, so my parents found that in common" she further added. "In truth both
longed to be free of the shackles their families put on them, so finally
they ran away together, left it all behind to just be free to be who they
were" she continued. "I can certainly relate to that" Katherine said, "They
began to make a life of their own, dad became a banker and mom because a
nurse, they built a normal modest life for themselves, and though they
didn't have much they will tell you they were the happiest they had ever
been up to that point" Cheryl said.

"Eventually they met up with Roy and Sarah who were just normal people and
they found it intoxicating they say, they craved normality after being
raised around such excess" she continued. "Then Michelle and I were born
not too long after and were raised together" she further continued, "I mean
it just sounds incredible" Katherine said.  "I pretty much grew up in two
different worlds, I would leave a life of normality then go visit pop pop
whose life was anything but" Cheryl said. "But it really taught me some
valuable lessons if I'm being honest" she added, "He may have lived in a
giant mansion but it was cold, no warmth or love to be found within those
halls and I longed to be back at home at this modest house full of love"
she further added.

"Then when he would force me to be around other families that had money,
god their kids were insufferable spoiled brats, I hated every second I was
around them" she added, "I wanted to get back to Michelle so bad, thank god
I had her" she further added. "That's why I never wanted John exposed to
any of that, he needs to grow up normal, well as normal as possible, mom
goes to work he goes to school" she continued. "You mean you worked when
you didn't have to just to set an example for your son?" Katherine asked,
"Pretty much but I love nursing, as I've said to you it's up to us how they
turn out, nothing good could come of raising him spoiled and privileged"
Cheryl replied. "God you are an incredible mother, I hope one day to be
half as good of one to Henry" Katherine said, "You are an incredible mother
Katherine don't say that, I mean look at the changes we have seen in Henry
here lately" Cheryl said. "Maybe but I still have a lot of work to do if
I'm ever going to fully correct the mistakes I've made with him" Katherine
said. "Well Cheryl It's certainly an incredible story" she added, "When pop
pop died he left dad everything, mom didn't think she would see a dime
after being shunned but she too inherited her families wealth" Cheryl
said. "But they have always tried to remain normal and use it sparingly,
only when needed" Cheryl said.

"So that explains why they have so much yet live so modestly" Katherine
said, "Yep trying to retain the freedom normality brings" Cheryl said. "So
why now?" Katherine asked, "I don't know, but as he says things changed and
there have certainly been a lot of changes come to our family" Cheryl
replied. "So how do you feel about what he's proposing?" Katherine asked,
"Honestly I find myself torn, It sounds like a dream to be with John and
the boys all the time, even raising Roxanne as our own, but I don't know if
that's right for them, no way anyone can maintain any sense of normalcy
with what he's talking about" Cheryl replied. "Weren't you just telling me
it's up to us how our sons turn out?" Katherine asked, "And what is normal
any more really?" she added.

"The moment I quit worrying about what was normal, what people thought, and
just went with what felt right was the moment I started to live and make
the changes for mine and Henry's betterment" she further added. "And you
and your family taught me that, "Are you using my words against me?" Cheryl
asked with a grin. "Maybe" Katherine replied with a chuckle, "Look Cheryl,
as much improvement as we have seen with Henry, I'm not ignorant to think
it is already fixed, he needs my full commitment to him and this would give
me the opportunity to do that" she added. "Plus the idea of waking up every
day to you, the boys, and raising Roxanne as our own is sitting really well
with me right now" she further added. "You want to get married?" Cheryl
asked with a chuckle, "I'm not sure I'm ready for that just yet, but this
would make an excellent test run to see how we'd do" Katherine replied with
a smile she leaned into Cheryl and kissed her passionately.

"So you really want to do this?" Cheryl asked as their kiss broke, "More
than anything" Katherine replied. "Don't you?" she added, "Yeah I do, plus
I'd do anything for my queen" Cheryl replied with a smile.  "If this is
what you want then you shall have it" she added with a chuckle, "Will you
stop" Katherine said as she joined in the chuckle. "I can't believe he
wants us to raise Roxanne as our own, but I like the idea, we have a
daughter" Cheryl said. "He goes to South Carolina and brings us home a
daughter, hell of a souvenir, most get a t-shirt" Katherine said with a
grin, "I can't believe you said that" Cheryl said as the two burst into
laughter. "Well let's go tell him" she added and the two stood up to return
back inside where they found Bill sat on the sofa with the now awake
Roxanne and Hudson. "Well?" Bill asked, "Hold on a minute dad" Cheryl said
and checked Roxanne's diaper. "You're dry, how about let's go try and
potty" Cheryl asked as she tickled Roxanne's stomach lightly which made her
giggle, "Pee pee" Roxanne said. "Ruth set up her little potty chair in the
bathroom" Bill said, "How about you Hudson, you got to potty?" Cheryl asked
as she took off Roxanne's diaper. "Yes sissy I gots to go potty" Hudson
said, "Ok well come with us" Cheryl said and picked up both Roxanne and
Hudson in her arms.

She promptly carried them to the bathroom while Katherine and Bill started
to discuss everything in length. Cheryl sat Roxanne down on her potty chair
and then Hudson down on the commode so they could both use the

I'll take care of you later" Dwight said with a grin and gave the tip of

absolutely adorable" Cheryl said emotionally and Dwight ruffled Hudson's
hair before he returned to the master bedroom. Cheryl quickly prepared a
nice warm bath with a bit of baking soda and got the two small kids into
it, as she began to wash them Bill came in. "Hey dad you want to jump in?
You take care of Hudson and I'll take care of Roxanne?" Cheryl asked, "Why
sure" Bill replied and began to wash Hudson.

"Grandad!" Hudson exclaimed, "Hey there son" Bill said. "So honey" he added
when Ruth and Dwight emerged in the bathroom, "Now you take care of him,
Bill can come help us" Ruth said sternly. "Yes mam" Dwight said with a sigh
as Cheryl and Bill looked up confused, "Come on Bill, let Dwight handle
Hudson" Ruth said and Bill followed Ruth with a bewildered look about
him. "Everything ok?" Cheryl asked as Dwight knelt down in front of
tub. "Well..when grandma heard I left Hudson in a state because I was busy
she wasn't happy" Dwight replied as Cheryl began to cackle. "My boyfwend
back" Hudson said with a giggle as Dwight began to wash him, "It's not
funny Ms. Cheryl" Dwight said with a grin as he glanced to Cheryl and both
began to laugh.

"Can you lay two towels out on the counter top?" Cheryl asked when the kids
were clean, "Oh yes mam" Dwight replied and laid out towels as
requested. Cheryl picked Roxanne out of the bath and laid her down on her
back on one of the towels. She quickly picked Hudson up out of the bath and

"That's all that matters to me" Christine said. "Do you think he'd let me
hold him a minute?" she added, "What do you think Hudson?" Dwight asked as
he looked into his little boyfriend's face.

"Ok momma can hold me" Hudson replied and Dwight handed Christine his
little boyfriend. "So you love my son?" Christine asked gently as she
looked into Hudson's face, "Yeah he my boyfwend" Hudson replied
happily. "Thank you" Christine said, "For what?" Hudson asked
confused. "For helping make sure he isn't lonely anymore" Christine
replied, "Oh" Hudson said. "You know I always held out hope he'd fine
someone" Christine said, "You are as equally cute as he is handsome" she
added with a smile. "Well I'll give you back to your boyfriend" she further
added and handed Hudson back to Dwight, "You two certainly make for a
striking couple" she continued with a bright smile as she looked upon her
son and his boyfriend. "Thank you momma" Dwight said emotionally as Ruth
appeared behind Christine, "Will you come sit with me on the swing? I would
love to talk to you" Ruth said.

"I'd be glad to" Christine said and followed Ruth to the swing, "Bye Momma"
Hudson said with a wave as Dwight carried him back to the bouncy
house. "Did I hear him call you momma?" Ruth asked as she took a seat on
the swing, "Yeah is that ok?" Christine asked as she sat next to Ruth. "I
think it's great, that boy never has had one, I'm grandma" Ruth
replied. "You know it's so nice to finally meet you, we think the world of
Dwight here" she added with a smile, "It's nice to meet you too mam, thank
you for taking in my son and giving him something I never could" Christine
said emotionally. "You don't have to thank me for that, he means everything
to us, it was an easy decision" Ruth said, "He looks so happy with Hudson
and I mean genuinely happy" Christine said. "They both make each other very
happy" Ruth said, "I know it means a great deal to Dwight that you love and
support him in having Hudson as his boyfriend" she added.

"I've always loved and supported him, I've always been his biggest fan"
Christine said with a smile, "That's why it was so hard when I found out
about his attractions and I knew there was absolutely nothing I could do to
help him" she added as she started to broke down emotionally. "As his momma
I felt so powerless, resigned to watch him waste away alone and isolated,
what could I say or do to make it better?" she further added as broke down
further. "That's a mommas job and yet there was nothing I could do to help
him" she continued, "But you did" she further added as she embraced Ruth in
a hug and broke down sobbing. "Thank you from..the bottom..of my
heart...thank you" she continued through tears, "From one momma to another
you're welcome" Ruth said emotionally. "But get calmed down, I know
Dwight's story, I want to hear yours" she added and worked to get Christine
calmed down, "What do you want..to know?" Christine asked as she sniveled
and wiped her eyes.

"Well our sons our dating so we should get to know each other" Ruth
replied, "Well I grew up doing martial arts much like Dwight, I did well on
the tournament circuit until I got pregnant with Dwight when I was sixteen"
Christine said. "All the tournaments had to stop of course, my parents were
not happy at all, I'd never seen them so disappointed in me" she
added. "But it only got worse when Dwight was born, to them I never did
anything right with him and they were constantly on me" she further
added. "It finally got to the point where I took him and left" she
continued, "My word where did you go?" Ruth asked. "Well I stayed at
friends at first but eventually I wound up doing things I'm not proud of to
support us" Christine replied. "I went into stripping, it was easy money
and a lot of it" she added, "But when we got on our feet I knew I had to do
better for the both of us" she further added.

"So I started to funnel the excess money I made from stripping into
building my martial arts business and it took a while but I was finally
able to leave the stripping world behind and become a legitimate business
owner" she continued. "You must be mighty proud of yourself that couldn't
be easy" Ruth said, "I know Dwight must be proud" she added. "He is, he
knows I was a stripper but he's never been ashamed of that" Christine said,
"And why would he? I'm sure he sees it as his momma doing everything
possible to provide for the two of you" Ruth said. "Thank you" Christine
said emotionally, "What about you?" she added. "Oh just a simple country
girl, met a handsome guy, married and had a baby" Ruth said with a smile,
"Now why do I get the feeling there is a lot more to it than that"
Christine said. "Oh come now" Ruth said, "What we need to talk about now is
how you are going to continue to do everything possible for your son" she
added.

"What do you mean?" Christine asked, Dwight needs you in his life, and I
don't' mean from far" Ruth replied. "My husband and I are putting plans
together to buy a piece of property to provide a place for our entire
family, and you are family to us too" she added. "You want me to live with
you?" Christine asked, "Well yes, we will make sure there is an arrangement
so everyone can have their own space" Ruth replied. "I think it would mean
a lot to him, he now knows his momma loves and supports him fully for who
he is, but needs to continue to see it" she added. "And you will obviously
do anything for your son" she further added, "Something tells me this is an
easy decision" she continued. "I'm almost speechless" Christine said, "You
will be provided for fully, all we ask is for you to continue to be the
momma Dwight needs" Ruth said. "And sounds like Hudson may start to think
of you like one too, as I'm sure the others will in time, they are all good
boys" she added. "Now let's go back and join the party" Ruth said, "But I
didn't agree yet" Christine said. "Sure you did come on" Ruth said as she
stood, "Thank you" Christine said emotionally as she stood and hugged Ruth
again. The pair rejoined the others and over the next three hours, the
adults mingled while Roxanne ran around bubbly in training pants, and the
boys bounced about in the bouncy house naked. It was a celebration of the
uniting of their family, a happy occasion for them all.
