Thomas Crotchet ordered the two new slaves under his care, Terrence Finley and
Rex Dalton, naked except for their plastic groin covers, to march in formation
to the judge's chamber, which was located in an upper floor of the Kansas City Social
Services building.
"If
I see any sloppiness in your march steps up to the chamber, you will be
leathered, leg-braced, and spend several hours hooked up to the `tribunal',
once we return from your sentencing!"
As
Rex and Terrence were led along the hallway down to the elevators, passing the
office workers along the way dressed in their shiny business clothes, the sense
that their lives had changed dramatically was beginning to become painfully
palpable to both boys.
Thomas
was poised, well-groomed, and dressed in the light grey, handsome quality,
suit, that the state's handlers commonly wear; while Rex and Terrence were
naked except for an uncomfortable jock about their groins made of molded
plastic, had thick and painfully tight security bands about the root of their
cocks and balls, and their bodies were shiny with the sweat of
humiliation.
Once they arrived at their floor, the elevators doors opened and Thomas led
them to a large set of double doors, opened it, and they followed him into the
hearing chamber. A bailiff informed Thomas that he could go ahead and
lead his boys before the hearing panel.
Thomas led the boys in front of a long bench, behind which were sitting four
females dressed in dark colored business suits.
One of the panel members, Ms. Dolores Mendoza, a woman in her late thirties,
with dark hair, spoke, "Terrence Finley and Rex Dalton, you have been
apprehended and brought before an arbitration team of the Jackson County Social
Services Agency. In the state of Missouri, as well as in Kansas City,
there are severe penalties associated with trafficking illegal
substances. Please direct your attention to the monitor!"
A large screen monitor came to life, and on it was a video taken in front of a
bank machine, on a corner of their campus that Terrence and Rex knew very
well.
In
the video, Terrence and Rex are seen selling little bags of white powder to
four males. From the video conversations it was clear that Terrence and
Rex had been dealing for a long time. And when the transactions were over
and the boys were alone, Terrence is heard clearly stating to Rex that they had
cleared over six thousand dollars from drug sales in just one month's time.
Judge Mendoza spoke, "Gentlemen, from the video it is clear what business you
have been in, and what crimes you are guilty of. You are accountable for
your actions to the State of Missouri, to the city of Kansas City, and to
Kansas City University."
"We have here your signed admissions agreement with Kansas City University, which,
because you are both receiving state aid under the `Indigent Students Financial
Assistance Program', requires that you be held to the highest standards of
behavior, and which clearly and strictly forbids the use of, and certainly the
sale of, drugs."
"Therefore you are both charged with three felonies. For the State of
Missouri, for the offense of drug trafficking, you are hereby sentenced to
seven years indenturement. For Jackson County/Kansas City, for the
offense of drug trafficking, you are hereby sentenced to four years
indenturement. And to Kansas City University, for the offense of drug
trafficking, you are hereby required to return all financial assistance you
have received up to this date from Kansas City University."
"Because
you, as seniors at Kansas City University, have just recently received the
final installment of your full scholarship funds, you are each indebted to
Kansas City University in the amount of $260,000."
"Under
Missouri law drug trafficking sentences can be served concurrently, and
therefore Terrence Finley and Rex Dalton you are hereby both sentenced to a
term of indenturement with Jackson County for a period of eleven years to begin
immediately!"
"Further,
once released from indentured service, should either one of you be unable to
repay Kansas City University the full amount owed of $260,000 each, you will be
placed on citizen probation for the rest of your natural lives, or until such a
time as the full amount has been repaid to the citizens of Kansas City and the
State of Missouri!"
Judge Mendoza banged her gavel. Terrence and Rex both started
crying. Such was their sense of desperation and loss that Terrence felt
some liquid shit escape from his asshole, as Rex lost some control of his
bladder and dribbled piss into his plastic jock.
Another judge on the panel spoke, sixty year old judge, Ms. Marlissa Crane, and
took on a matronly tone intended to soothe the obviously deeply perturbed
newly-enslaved males; "Although you two gentlemen have committed offenses which
must be recompensed, you can take comfort in knowing that the service to which
you are being assigned will directly benefit not only the welfare of the
residents of the State of Missouri, but also benefit the entire population of
our global community!"
"You are being assigned to Jackson County's Blood, Serum, Endocrinology, Donor,
and Experimentation Program. The service to which you are being assigned
is regarded as one of the most rewarding modes of social service, because you
will not only be supplying the county's blood and serum needs; but as members
of the experimentation program you will be supplying the scientific community
with valuable research data that covers a wealth of medical fields."
"And there is more good news for the both of you gentlemen. Normally,
servants are required to go through an intensive training program that can last
anywhere from three to seven months, depending upon their type of assigned
service. But you boys, however, will not have to go through any type of
servitor training, other than a brief two hour introduction into servant
protocol, where you will be taught expected behavior patterns, basic servitor
display positions, and other such fundamentals of servitor behavior."
"The reason we can forego full servitor training for you is because for the
first several months of your service, you both will be almost completely
immobilized for the entire time."
"In fact, as soon as they take you down and get you oriented, shaved, bathed,
and oiled, they will secure you onto one of the lab's treatment gurneys and you
will begin serving the good people of Jackson County almost immediately."
"Because you boys in the program are fed non-stop a special nutrient rich diet,
they are able to maintain a constant drawing of your blood. You will have
permanent body shunts emplaced into veins and arteries throughout your body,
and thus the lab will be not only drawing blood from you on a constant basis,
but they can also introduce nutrients and experimental substances into your
body on an ongoing basis."
"It may all seem a little forbidding to you now, but once they get you plugged,
shunted, lobed, tubed, and cathetered, you'll see that you two, just like the
other twelve boys currently in the program, will begin feeling good about the
service you are offering to not only our community, but to medical science
throughout the world."
Judge Mendoza then spoke again, "Officers, you may now escort Mr. Finley and
Mr. Dalton to the experimentation labs."
