Date: Wed, 28 Nov 2012 00:34:38 -0800 (PST) From: Kyle Bryson Subject: Helping Hands - 2 Cleaned and dressed, I asked Jake if he was in any pain. "I'm surprised, but - no - I'm not," he said. "Your friends will be here in a couple of hours. You want to take a nap?" He sighed - "that sounds good." We were already in the master bathroom and bedroom, so I helped him to the king-sized bed in the middle of the room. "I sleep naked," he said. "Sorry, we just got my clothes ON." He laughed. "No problem," I said as I started lifting his shirt. His cock was still plumped up when I removed his shorts and the words just came out of my mouth, "Damn... does that thing ever stop?" "Still a little excited, I guess," he mumbled as I pulled the covers over him. "You comfortable? Let's put a pillow between your knees." I tucked a pillow between his legs and adjusted his balls so that they wouldn't get caught between his legs and heard him take a small gulp of air. "There ya go. So, use this buzzer when you're ready or you need something," I said placing a small buzzer on the nightstand within easy reach. "I have the receiver in the kitchen and will snap it to my hip. I'll just be getting stuff ready and doing a little work out here, but if you need ANYTHING you get me, ok?" He nodded. "Seriously, Jake - no getting up on your own." "Hey - I get it," he said, yawning. "Don't think I can do anything by myself anyway, so I'll call you," he said through another yawn. He closed his eyes and looked incredibly peaceful - and attractive - laying there against the white sheets. I closed the door behind me. I looked at the clock... 2:52. He would be out for a little while and now I needed a shower. I grabbed the buzzer from the kitchen counter and headed for the guest room and bathroom where I put my stuff. It was all the way at the other end of the house and was really a second master suite. Damn - this is a big house. I guessed it was probably 7,000 to 8,000 square feet. <><><><> --JAKE'S POINT OF VIEW-- I woke up and looked at the clock... 4:55 - I think I slept for a couple of hours and felt great, but I really needed to pee. I grabbed the buzzer and pressed it. Within seconds, Eric was in the room. "Hey, how ya feelin?" He asked. "I feel great. Fuckin' better than after a football game, that's for sure... but I need to piss like a horse." "No problem. Let's get you to the bathroom." He was already helping me up and we started making our way to the bathroom. "You're gonna' need to piss like a girl for a while," Eric said. "I don't think it would be easy for me to help you keep your balance AND point your dick at the toilet," he said laughing. He eased me back onto the toilet seat and - again - I was really surprised at how strong he is. My cock was plumped-up from sleeping, but it fell into the toilet on it's own and I felt the piss start to flow... "ahhh," I sighed. Eric stood just outside the bathroom waiting for me. "Your phone went off a couple of times," he said, "but I didn't check it. Figured it was the guys texting you about tonight." He helped me up. "We'll get you dressed then you can sit in the living room." I started laughing. "You keep saying all this 'we' shit, but I can't even wipe my own ass... YOU are the one doing all the work!" "Yeah, well... 'we' is just me being nice, so sue me." <><><><> Eric was right about the texts. Tony, Joey and Chet were riding over together and there would be a few more cars full of my friends. "Eric," I called out. I think he was in the kitchen. "Yeah," he said, walking in. "There might be like 15 or 20 guys here tonight," I know I sounded apologetic. "Dude. It's your house... and you have a maid, so I don't care how many friends you have over, ok?" I smiled. Awesome. Then his face changed a little. "My ONLY concern is that we don't have a lot of underage guys drinking, ok? Neither of us needs that shit." "That's fine," I said, waving my cast in the air. "There might just be a couple of guys under 21 here anyway and I'll just tell them that they're 'dry' tonight." "Cool," he said and started walking back to the kitchen. "So, I have a surprise for you." I heard him grunt then he walked into the living room carrying a large ice chest. He put it on a big towel off to the side of the couch and opened it for me to see. The thing was full of beers and sodas! "Fuckin'-A!" I said. "How cool is that? The guys will be stoked." "Cool." Eric was grinning big. "Want one?" "Only if you'll have one with me," I said. I was really starting to like this guy. Wait? Did I just meet him this morning? Damn... seemed like a long day already. Eric opened a Guinness for each of us, stuck them in coozies and brought mine over to me. "Cheers," he said and we touched beer tops. I squirmed a little on the couch... my shorts were starting to ride up my ass. "You ok?" he asked. "Yeah - shorts are bunching up." He reached over and tugged at the legs of my shorts. "Better?" "I think so... thanks." "No problem." <><><><> We were just finishing our beers when I heard car doors slamming out front. Voices and some jabs being thrown around. Damn, it would be good to hang with my friends tonight. I turned my head and watched Eric head for the door. I didn't really pay much attention to his body in the shower, but he had a great outline... broad shoulders, muscular arms, narrow waist, strong legs, a meaty ass... he had the door open before as they were about to ring the bell. "Hey, come in," he said. They filed in and stood by the front door. "I'm Eric," and he put his hand out. "Joey." Handshake. "Tony K." Handshake. "Chester." (snickers) Handshake. "Nah, I'm 'Chet'," he said. "Will." Handshake. I didn't know Will was riding with these guys. "Hey guys," I yelled from the couch. "Come on in." Holy fuck. Look at you. Damn, you're a mess. How ya' doin', dude? Wow - you in pain? The comments kept coming. Hugs, pats, fist bumps, messing with my hair. "I'm doing better... get some beers, guys." "Don't mind if I do," Chet said. The guys sat down and Eric handed me another open beer. "Thanks," I said, and smiled at him. "Eh," he shrugged and smirked at me. "I'll be over here. Yell if you need me." "So, who else if going to be here?" I asked. "The twins are coming... and Brett (yeah, Brett)... Mikey... Tony T..." "And the 'new couple'," Chet said. I looked at him. "Who?" I asked. I started looking around. Weird looks on the guys faces. "You don't know?" Will asked me. "Know what?" Will cleared his throat. "Glen and Phil hooked up." "Who?" I asked. "Glen Rogers and Phil Smith," he said. "WHAT???" Two of the manliest guys in the whole school. "Wait - that's not funny, dude..." but looking around, they seemed serious. Tony said, "seriously," and took a swig of beer. Nervous laughter from Tony as the other guys chugged their beers. Holy fuck... they were serious! <><><><> "Ok, so what happened?" I asked. "Let's get this over with before they get here," Joey said. He was always the quiet one, but seemed annoyed with this story. Chet, always the talker, started... "A week ago, I saw Glen and Phil at Rory's." [Rory's is our pizza place] "One slice left on the table and I came over and said 'hi'. Glen looked like he was about to shit his pants or something, so I asked him what was wrong." Chet took a deep breath, then kept talking... "You know, Phil and I went to school together. I've known him since - like - elementary school... played ball together, shit, we fucked girls together, so Glen goes to the bathroom... like I said, he looked sick, but before I could ask anything Phil is like, 'can I tell you something as a friend?' and I'm like, 'Sure,' so he says, 'I'm gay.' Just like that. 'I'm gay.' And I didn't say anything. I mean, what do you say to that?" I looked around at the other guys. I could tell they'd already heard the story, so Tony pushed him... "go on." "So," Chet continues, "It was probably only a few seconds, but I thought I'd been sitting there for a while - I felt like it - then Glen comes back to the table and I looked at him and he was white as a ghost. So, I say, "will you two mother-fuckers just tell me what the fuck is going on? And Glen looks at Phil and Phil says, 'Glen and I are here on a date.' Just like that... that's the way he said it." I laughed and took a drink of my beer... but the whole time I was listening, I'm thinking... 'and I just had another guy beat me off in the shower.' Chet kept going... "It's like Phil was waiting to tell someone, so he just blurts everything out like - 'oh, hey, it's raining' - or 'this is a new shirt' or some shit like that. I mean, fuckin-A." Will put his hand on my shoulder and spoke up. "Look, we've all talked about it and decided, 'who gives a fuck?' They're both our friends and they're not hurting anyone, so let them do whatever they want." Tony and Joey were drinking their beers, but they nodded. Chet just had this shit-eating grin on his face. "Ok, look... I really don't care. I don't! [He said it like he was defending himself, putting his arms in the air.] It doesn't bother me - and I told them that - right there at Rory's. I said, 'Good for you two. Have fun.' And I sat and shot the shit with them for a couple of minutes, but I was getting a pizza to go, so I got my stuff and left. But, that's some shit, huh?" He downed the rest of his beer in two gulps. "Yeah," I muttered. "So, does everyone know?" "Word's getting around fast," Joey said. "And most of the team knows... but I don't think too many people care, y'know? I mean, who's gonna' mess with them? Phil's what? 6'3", 210 and Glen's not much behind that..." "I think he's bigger," Tony interrupted. "I've been giving them shit when I can, though," Chet said. We laughed. "I have to! Phil's been my friend forever and he can take it." I head another car door slam out front. "Can someone get the door?" I asked. "I would, but..." They all started laughing. Chet ran for the door and a couple of other guys walked in... then, Chet just stood there for a minute looking out. I was greeting the newcomers, but was conscious of the front door still being open with Chet in the middle of it... and then, Glen walked in followed by Phil. The room started to get a little quiet as guys turned toward the door, but I decided to keep the mood high. "Guys, grab some beers! Hey, it's Phil. Glen. Come see me you mother-fuckers! Get some beer! Drink up!" The noise picked-up almost immediately. Phil came over and gave me a hug, then Glen did the same. I could feel the tension and a little apprehension, but I told them I was glad they made it. "Hey, the game room upstairs still good to go?" Chet asked. "Yeah, but who's bringing the pizza?" I wanted to know. "We're gonna' have it delivered," Chet said. "Guys, pony-up your cash and give it to Will. Will, do you mind ordering the pizzas?" That was Chet... bossy as always, and Will - ALWAYS willing to help - so he was usually the one chosen for ordering the pizzas. "Yeah, that's cool," he said. The guys started handing their money to Will just as Eric walked in. "Eric, I need some cash for pizza," I said. Glen stopped Eric before he could leave the room and looked at me. "No, dude... you supplied the beer and the house. We're good on the pizza." I shrugged. Fine by me. Eric grabbed my hand and pushed some Advil into it. "Take these, ok? They're fine with alcohol and should help if the pain starts up." I popped them into my mouth and swallowed them all at once. The guys started heading upstairs and Will started dialing to order pizzas. A few guys were hanging back, but I told them to go on. "Plenty of people moving around down here... I'm fine. Besides, we've got a game to watch soon." I noticed Glen shuffling around and knew he wanted to talk to me. He sat on the couch next to me right as Will hung up. "You ok down here?" Will asked from behind me. He looked like he wanted to hang around, too, but was already heading toward the stairs. "Yeah, I'm good. Go upstairs with the guys," I answered. He started up the stairs. "I'll come back in a bit." Glen looked like he was about to cry. "How you doing?" he asked me. "I'm fine... how are YOU doing?" I asked. "Can we talk?" He was getting kinda' upset. "You want to go into the other room?" I asked him. "Can you move?" "I can if you help me. Eric?" He came around the corner - "yeah" - "Glen's gonna' help me into the bedroom for a minute, ok?" "Yeah - sure," he said. "Hold onto him, Glen." At over 200 pounds, Glen easily manhandled me off the couch and into the bedroom. I motioned to a chair in the corner and he eased me back into it, then sat on the edge of the bed. "The guys told me about you and Phil," I started, "and - honestly - it doesn't change a thing." His eyes were closed, his head bent forward and his shoulders sagged... here was one of my closest friends dealing with something very heavy for him and I asked myself why I hadn't seen it before. How could this guy be gay and me now know it? He looked up. "I don't know if I'm gay," he said. "I just know that I like Philip and he likes me..." - he took a couple of deep breaths - "and I've never felt like this with anyone else." He kept looking right into my eyes and I didn't want to turn my head or dart my eyes and give him the impression that I wasn't listening. "Phil's a good guy," I said. "He's a great guy... and... I... it just happened. We were drinking beers and talking and... honestly, I don't want to go into all we said, but it was obvious that there was something there, y'know?" [I nodded.] "So I just took the chance and kissed him and - well, that was about a week ago." I smiled and, honestly, wanted to laugh. Not because it was funny, but because I had a very clear picture in my mind of these two linebackers playing tonsil hockey with each other. I just sat there until he said, "Ok, say something." "Well, first - you're making a bigger deal out of this than you need to," I started. "I mean, if you were talking about someone named 'Susan' or 'Alice' we wouldn't be having such a heavy conversation about it. Who cares if you're gay, bi, straight... whatever? You like someone. They like you back and you have a good time together. Dude, I say, 'fuck the rest of the world' and just do it." He came over and hugged me. "Thank you, Jake. Everyone looks up to you and I knew if it was ok with you then it would be ok with everyone." I punched him in the arm with my cast. "That's not true!" I said. "You don't need to worry about what anyone else thinks. Get out of that shit right now because, in the end, it's not me who's working on your love life, it's you. You got me?" He smiled. "Yeah, you're right. I just don't want to fuck things up. I don't know where this is going, but I kinda' can't stop it." "I can't tell you want to do and I'm not a saint, ok? So, I'm not the best person to give advice, but I DO NOT judge you or Phil. You're both good guys and good friends and I think you should do what makes you happy... fuck, I sound like Oprah!" I laughed. He laughed at that one, too. "Let's go back out, ok?" He grabbed me and helped me back to the living room and onto the reclining chair. Will was sitting on the couch looking our way. The door was open the whole time, so I'm sure he heard everything. "Everything ok?" Will asked. "Yep - it's all good," I said as Glen said, "Yeah." <><><><> The rest of the night was fun, but got strained a couple of times when Glen and Phil stood next to each other or went into the kitchen together. They seemed conscious of the fact that it would be weird to see them together, so they played it low-key and mixed with the other guys apart from each other. Every time there was a chance, one of the guys would sit next to me and whisper, "So what do you think of Glen and Phil?" "Hey, heard about Phil and Glen?" or "Can you fuckin' believe the newlyweds?" Only Pete McCord was bold enough to say something negative to me. "Fuckin' queers, huh? You believe that shit? Probably been looking to tap my ass in the showers, 'yknow?" I knew Pete was a little drunk, so I pulled him close and said, "Any guy here could hold you down and fuck you silly any time they wanted and you'd probably love it, so get off it, Pete!" "Whoa - what the fuck's your problem?" he mumbled as he got up... but he got the picture. I noticed Will standing behind me at that point... he just gave me a nod and a mocked a right hook to the chin. I guess I WAS the one everyone wanted to hear from about the 'Glen and Phil situation,' so I mostly said the same thing over and over... "If they are happy then it's none of our business." Shit, I really didn't have time to process it myself, but that's the way I wanted to feel about it. By 9:00 it seemed like everyone was back to normal, except Pete who was almost passed out. I told a couple of guys to cut him off, but he wasn't driving anyway. The TV alternated between the Miami/Celtics game and the Yankees/Angels game, but around 11:00 I started getting really tired. I guess the guys could tell because someone mentioned leaving, then they all were ready to leave. Will was the last to go, insisting on helping Eric get me ready for bed. Will actually helped me brush my teeth - another one I hadn't thought of - but I was thankful for my Sonicare at that point. He helped me sit on the bed and sat down next to me. Will is probably one of my best friends and one of the first guys I met when I started college. Built like the model of a wide receiver, he's lean muscle with 3% body fat, just under 6'3" tall, with strong, fast legs. And he's smart, too. I know he weighs 210 or more, so when he sat on the bed, it gave way under his heavy legs and glutes. We sat there for about 45 minutes, just talking about nothing and everything. He'd laugh about something and go to push me over, then remember that I was hurt. I could tell he felt really bad for me - hell, he said it a half a dozen times. Finally, I yawned one too many times and he realized he needed to head home. He gave me a big hug and asked, "Can I come over tomorrow?" "Sure," I answered. "Come on." "Ok - I'll see you in the morning... probably around 10, ok?" "That ok, Eric?" Eric thought for a minute... "We'll need to get started on therapy sometime, but we can get to it in the afternoon. We WILL stretch a little in the morning, though." I turned back to Will. "Ok - sounds like 10 is a good time. See ya in the morning." <><><><> I heard the door close and Eric came back to get me undressed and into bed. "You don't see it, do you?" he asked. "What?" "He likes you." "Who does? What are you talking about?" I wasn't following him. "Will. I'm not saying he's gay or anything, but he's really protective of you. You're like his big brother or something and he's really beat-up that your hurt like you are." "Oh - yeah - he did seem really down about it, but I don't think it's anything more than that... and I don't need another friend coming out of the closet tonight, ok? I'm still coming to grips with Glen and Phil." Eric helped me off with my shirt, then leaned me back and pulled my shorts down. He pulled me onto my side, then put the pillow between my knees. At this point, I didn't even think about it when he adjusted my junk. With the beer working on me, all I wanted was to go to sleep. "I'll be at the other end of the house," Eric said, "but I'll have the buzzer, so use it if you need me." "Ok." "Ok - see you in the morning." And with that, he closed the door. <><><><> Feel free to write. bryson.kyle@yahoo.com. Thanks for reading. Kyle
