Date: Sun, 31 Jul 2016 14:20:50 +0100 From: Adam Stewart Subject: Missing Person Missing Person By Adam Stewart 1. The twenty sixth of June would forever remain in Casper's mind. It was the date he met Oscar at a gay club in London's Soho. They were both twenty-three and both had blonde hair; Casper being Danish and Oscar Swedish, both having been born in England. They immediately became lovers and had wonderful sex. Although both were versatile, Oscar loved being fucked by his boyfriend's big cock and Casper loved fucking him. Casper was a pharmacist at the local STD clinic and Oscar was the senior chef at a financial company in the City. Both loved their jobs and their life together. The only person who caused a problem between them was a guy called Julian who was a year younger and had been a long term school friend of Casper's. Julian was a loner, having been rejected by his parents when he told them he was gay, and had always enjoyed Casper's company so hung around with him as much as he could. He'd trained as a nurse and when a job came up at the STD clinic where Casper worked, he immediately applied and got the job. Oscar found Julian's continual presence tedious but he accepted it because he knew Casper felt sorry for him, which was one of the many traits which Oscar loved about his boyfriend, even though Julian's constant presence caused occasional arguments between the two lovers. After being together for just over a year, Casper and Oscar became Civil Partners. It was a wonderful day with all their friends even though Casper's mother refused to attend because she didn't approve of her son's sexuality; his father had died when Casper was eighteen so never knew that his son was gay. Casper often regretted not telling him but knowing his mother's negative views on homosexuality, he kept his preference for men hidden until he met Oscar. His parents had accepted their only child's sexuality without question and loved Casper like a son. They attended the Civil Partnership and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It was the twenty sixth of June the following year when Casper came home from work and found his partner missing. Although they'd agreed that the anniversary of their civil partnership would be the date they'd celebrate, Oscar had planned to make a special meal on the twenty sixth. Since he finished work before Casper, he was always home and busy preparing their meal when Casper arrived. As soon as he opened the front door he sensed something was wrong. Oscar always called out a welcome from the kitchen of their one bed flat as soon as he stepped over the threshold but on this particular evening there was silence. "I'm home my love" he called out even though he could tell the place was empty. There were no comforting noises coming from the kitchen or anywhere else and there was no aroma coming from one of Oscar's wonderful meals. He threw his jacket and bag onto the floor and rushed from room to room which didn't take long since there were only four including the bathroom but there was nothing and no sign of Oscar having been home. The flat looked exactly like they'd left it that morning before setting off to work. "Where are you" he yelled, now in a state of panic. He knew that Oscar always called or texted him if he'd been held up at work for some reason or on the train home. They lived in Hackney which entailed four stops on the London Overground to Liverpool Street for Oscar and then a short walk to his company in the City. Casper sat down on the sofa in the lounge and racked his brain. Had they arranged to go out for a meal instead of Oscar cooking at home? He checked his diary and there was nothing. They both always used their electronic diaries so he was sure the plan was to eat at home and Oscar had not said anything about going out that morning. Over the next half hour, he called Oscar's mobile phone six times leaving a message for him to call him immediately. He also sent three text messages but there was no response. He was now worried so called his company in the hope that someone would still be there. The night porter answered and said he'd check the kitchen area. "I'm sorry sir, but everywhere is locked up and nobody is around" he reported when he called back five minutes later. Casper was now convinced that Oscar had been involved in an accident of some sort. Being in the health service he knew which hospitals covered which area so he contacted them all to see if Oscar had been admitted. Each and everyone told him that nobody by Oscar's name or description had been admitted. He then called Oscar's parents who lived in Wimbledon to see if he'd gone there for some reason and omitted to let Casper know. "No my love, he's not here" Oscar's mother told him. "The last time we spoke was several days ago to see how we were. You know what he's like, he always keeps in touch." Casper nodded knowing how much his partner loved his parents which was more than he could say for his mother. They'd not spoken or been in contact with each other since her refusal to attend their CP ceremony a year before. Realising how worried Casper was, Oscar's mother tried to calm him. "I'm sure there's a simple explanation and he'll come waltzing in shortly." In reality she knew her son would always make contact to explain his absence so she was as worried as Casper. They agreed that as soon as either heard from Oscar, they'd be in contact. Forgetting all about food, Casper sat down and went through everything that had happened and what they'd talked about over the past week and beyond. He was one hundred percent certain that his lover had not gone off with another guy. They loved each other without question and neither looked at another man apart from admiring their body in passing. Their relationship was as solid as a rock so the only explanation he could think of was that he'd had an accident and so far had not been found. He waited until ten o'clock that evening having made several more calls to Oscar's mobile. He called Oscar's parents again and this time spoke to his father. "His mother is worried out of her mind as I'm sure you are son. As you know only too well, it's most unlike Oscar not to have contacted you." "I've double checked the hospitals again but nobody of his name or description has been admitted today and I've called his boss who said Oscar seemed his usual self when he spoke to him this afternoon. He also asked security to check the kitchen just to make sure he hadn't had an accident there without anyone knowing but the place is empty and everything looks normal. He can't have left me, can he?" "Don't be daft son; Oscar's love for you is without question. Something serious has happened and I suggest you call the police immediately." Casper agreed so called their local police station in Hackney. "Could you come in and see us to give full details sir, and bring some photos of him please plus anything else which you feel would assist us." Casper said he'd be along within the next half hour. He grabbed the photo album they used for miscellaneous photos of each other and also put several onto a USB stick from their last holiday. He also took a copy of Oscar's birth certificate in case they wanted that and typed up a description of Oscar including items that would distinguish him from others such as a description of his watch, their civil partnership ring and other jewellery that he wore on a daily basis. When he was done, he stuffed everything into his briefcase and set off for the police station which was ten minutes' walk away. The desk sergeant asked him to take a seat whilst he found another officer to deal with him. Everything was done in a matter of fact kind of way and Casper guessed they must deal with numerous reports of missing persons. Finally, an officer appeared and took Casper into a small interview room. As he sat down, Casper wondered how many criminals had sat in the very same chair. The officer listened to what Casper had to say and made notes. He looked at the photos and read Casper's notes, impressed by the detail. He confirmed that nobody of Oscar's description had been involved in any reported accident within the Hackney area but would circulate the details to surrounding areas. "And you say your relationship was solid." "Yes" "And any arguments recently however minor?" "None. I'm convinced that something has happened to him otherwise he'd have called me." The officer nodded and made a note of Casper's comments before telling him to go home and to call if Oscar suddenly turned up. "I'll call you if I get any news" he added. Seeing there was nothing else he could do, Casper walked home with a sad heart. As he unlocked the front door he listened out for sounds of Oscar but there was nothing. He slumped in a chair and suddenly felt his stomach rumble. He'd not eaten anything since lunchtime and it was now almost midnight. "Where are you my love?" he wailed. He sent a text to Oscar's father to tell him he'd reported Oscar as a missing person. "All we can do is wait" he added. He was exhausted so curled up on the sofa. He couldn't face going to bed, just in case the man he loved so much finally arrived even though he knew at the bottom of his heart that the chance of that was remote. The more he thought about the situation, the more he knew something terrible had happened to the man of his dreams. He woke in the early hours of the morning with an aching body so moved into the bedroom and collapsed on the bed still in his clothes, apart from his shoes which he'd kicked off earlier. He was so exhausted from tiredness and worry that he fell asleep. It was daylight when he woke and he could here the usual morning hustle and bustle going on outside. "Fuck; I feel and smell fucking awful" he said out loud. He stripped off and dragged himself to the bathroom. He completed his ablutions and as he dried himself he saw his reflection in the mirror. "What's happened to you my love; I miss you so much." Having got dressed, he felt his stomach rumble again. He had to eat otherwise he'd feint and that was the last thing he wanted. "I've got to find out what has happened to you my love" he told himself. He pondered whether or not to go into work but eventually decided he wouldn't be able to concentrate which could be dangerous in his job so he called his boss and she told him that of course he must take leave until he had some news. "If there's anything we can do Casper, let us know. You must be so worried." Casper said he was and felt tears well up inside him. When he'd ended the call he burst into tears. The situation had suddenly hit him and he knew he was never going to see the man he loved so much alive ever again. A few hours later, Julian called. "What's going on? Why has Oscar left you?" "He's not left me" Casper replied angrily, "he's disappeared and I fear the worst". "Oh; when I heard he'd not come home last night I assumed he'd left you." "Why? You must know how much we loved each other." "Yeah, I suppose so" Julian replied casually, "I'll come round as soon as my shift ends; I'm on early shift today." "There's no need" Casper replied somewhat annoyed at Julian's assumption that Josh had left him since he spent enough time with them and they'd never hidden their love for each other. "Of course I must; you need company at a time like this and I don't suppose you've eaten anything." Casper was too tired to argue so ended the call. He wondered whether he should call the police again to see if they had any news but the officer he'd spoken to said he'd be in contact as soon as he had any news. Instead, he decided to lay on the bed and get some rest. It was early afternoon when his mobile woke him up. It was Oscar's mum. "I'm assuming there's no news but thought I'd call to see how you're coping." He thanked her for calling and said he'd not heard anything. "Would you like me to come up?" Casper thanked her for the offer but saw no point until they had some news. He said he'd contact the police station again that evening if they hadn't called and he'd call her. He'd no sooner ended the call when his door intercom buzzed. He checked the video camera and saw it was Julian. He let out a low groan but pressed the button to let him in. "How are you darling?" Julian said as soon as he was inside the flat and threw his arms around his best friend having dumped on the floor the bags he'd been carrying. "Still no word I assume; where the fuck can he have gone?" Casper found himself being hugged and kissed as if they were lovers. Although he'd always liked Julian he'd never wanted him as a lover despite a brief fling during their teenage years. As their bodies pressed together, Julian felt his cock go hard. He'd always had the hots for Casper. "I've brought some food darling so I can make you a meal." "Didn't know you could cook" Casper smirked. "I'm not as good as Oscar but I can produce edible food" he replied indignantly. Casper wasn't in the mood to argue so watched Julian take his bag of groceries into the kitchen and take over. "What's this?" he asked pointing to a rucksack on the hall floor. "Oh, just a few clothes; thought I'd stay over because you shouldn't be alone." "There's no need." "Of course there is darling; it's the least I can do." As Julian said this he gave Casper another big hug and a passionate kiss on the lips. He also felt his cock get hard again. "Never fear darling, I'm here for you." Casper didn't know what to say. He appreciated his friend's concern but he appeared to be taking over Oscar's place. He knew that Julian was very fond of him which was why he spent so much time with him. He also knew that Julian had few friends so put his eagerness to help down to that. He decided to leave Julian to prepare the meal so sat down in the living room. "Meal's ready" Julian called some while later so Casper went into the kitchen. He and Oscar always ate at the small kitchen table except when there was more than the two of them. He smiled when he saw what Julian had prepared. It was a readymade meat pie which he'd heated up in the oven with potatoes and greens he'd cooked. They ate in silence as Casper thought about all the wonderful meals his partner made. When their plates were empty, Julian jumped up, cleared them away and pulled a readymade trifle from the fridge. Casper said nothing and pulled off the foil top before dipping his spoon into it. Oscar would have been horrified but Julian was doing his best so he couldn't say anything. When they'd cleared away the dishes, Casper called the police station and spoke to the officer he'd seen the previous evening. "No news I'm afraid Mr Olsen. Details of Mr Berg have been circulated to other stations but nothing has come up yet. I take it you've checked his family and friends." Casper confirmed that he had done so including his work place but nobody had any information. "If there's nothing by tomorrow morning, the case will be handed over to our investigation team so call me tomorrow and I'll let you know who's handling it. I'm really sorry." "Any news?" Julian asked. Casper shook his head as he sat down. "Well, I don't suppose the police will bother too much; they must have dozens of reported disappearances on their books." "And what if he's been murdered?" Casper retorted. "What makes you think that? He'll turn up in due course." Casper felt like throwing Julian out but he'd been a good friend over the years even if he had got up Oscar's nose on occasions so he said nothing. He called Oscar's parents and spoke to his dad. "I'm so sorry Casper; you must be frantic by now. Are you sure you don't want one of us to come to London or you're welcome to come here if you'd like." Casper declined the kind offer and said a friend was with him so he wasn't alone. When he'd finished the call he felt tired again so told Julian he was going to bed. "Yeah, don't worry about me; I'll bunk down somewhere." Casper gave no thought to where Julian would sleep; he'd invited himself so he could sort that out. As soon as he'd stripped naked, cleaned his teeth and climbed beneath the duvet, he fell asleep. During the night he dreamt of Oscar and placed a hand on the warm body beside him; it felt good. He slowly woke as the morning light started to appear. As usual he had an erection and felt across to the warm body beside him. "Mm" he smiled as he felt between the body's legs and took hold of his erection. "You want me to fuck you my love?" Julian was awake and grinned. "Yeah, can't wait to feel your gorgeous cock inside me." Casper opened his eyes. "What the fuck; what are you doing here?" "It's okay my darling; I'm here for you." Casper was now fully awake and everything came flooding back into his head. "Oh fuck" he cried and felt tears run down his face. Julian immediately took him into his arms and comforted him. He kissed him on the lips and pressed his erection against Casper's now flaccid organ. Even when soft it was bigger than his. He'd always admired Casper's big cock but he hadn't had the opportunity to hold it or feel it inside him for many a year. In their teens they'd had a fling and Casper had fucked him frequently but that was now a dim memory. He now intended to change that if he had a chance. He reached down and took Casper's organ into his hand, squeezing it gently as he did so. As always, it reacted and slowly grew. "What the fuck are you doing Julian?" "I want to help you feel better; I know you miss him but I'm here for you." "And what gives you the right to sleep in my bed and in his place?" "I had to sleep somewhere darling and I certainly wasn't going to sleep on the floor or your sofa" he grinned. "Besides, you need another warm body beside you to comfort you." Casper rolled his eyes in exasperation. He should never have agreed to Julian staying but hadn't got the heart to throw him out. "Hadn't you better get up for work?" "Not on duty today so I can look after you. Are you sure you don't want to fuck me with this or would you prefer me to suck you off?" "Julian; my partner has disappeared off the face of the earth. The last thing I want is sex with you." "You used to, I seem to remember" Julian grinned. "Go and shower. You can then make yourself useful by getting breakfast whilst I shower." "Anything you say my darling but I'm here whenever you need me to satisfy your needs." "Fuck off" Casper smiled. For some reason he couldn't be cross with the guy. He'd known him for too many years and knew he was eccentric. He also knew that Julian was genuinely fond of him so didn't want to offend him. 2. After they'd eaten breakfast, Casper called the police station. "The case has been passed to Detective Inspector Scott and he'd like to see you as soon as possible." Casper said he'd go immediately to the office where the DI operated from. It was a fifteen minutes' walk away but Casper was glad to have the walk to get his mind in gear. "I'll come with you" Julian said but Casper said there was no need. "Of course I will; it's the least I can do." Once again Casper let himself be overridden and agreed. As they walked, Casper ignored Julian's chatter and closed his mind to what he was wittering on about. He wasn't sure whether Julian was trying to distract him from the issue at hand or just trying to be a good friend and help him through a difficult period. He suspected the latter but said nothing and ignored him. "Please, take a seat and Detective Inspector Scott will be with you shortly" the guy at reception told them. After just a few minutes a very attractive guy appeared who looked only a little older than Casper's twenty-five years. "Hi, I'm Detective Inspector Matt Scott" he announced. Casper immediately stood up and took the offered hand. "Casper Olsen" The two men shook hands and admired each other; their hands still grasped as both had feelings of desire. "Please, let's go to my office; you must be fraught with worry about Mr Berg." Casper immediately liked the DI; not only because he was delectable but he exuded compassion and professionalism. Julian stood up as if to join them but the DI told him to wait there. "I'd rather talk with Mr Olsen alone please." Julian glared at the officer and was about to object but Casper told him to wait. "Or you can go home and I'll speak to you later if you'd prefer." Julian immediately sat down; he had no intention of leaving his friend. The officer noted the interaction between the two guys and made a mental note of it. His office was down a corridor at the far end and once inside he indicated for Casper to sit down in front of his desk. Normally he'd have sat behind it but there was something about the guy that made him want to be more informal. He pulled up another chair and sat at an angle to Casper within a foot of each other. Normally, Casper would have felt uneasy but there was something about the officer that calmed him and for a brief moment he even wondered whether the other guy was married or not. He was certainly very attractive and Casper's body reacted as it always did when he was in the presence of a good looking, sexy guy. "May I call you Casper?" Casper nodded and briefly glanced into the officer's crotch. He had a large package and for a moment his mind drifted away from the reason why he was there. "Please call me Matt; it's so much more personal than Inspector or officer don't you think." Casper smiled and nodded. "I've read the file and the excellent description you gave the officer the other night and I've looked through the photos you gave us. As you know, there's been no reports of any accidents or anyone being found that resembles your partner. I've also had one of my team check all the hospitals in the area and nobody of Oscar's description has been admitted. Before I go any further I'd like to go through a few things which I suspect you've already been asked but I need as full a picture as possible." Matt then asked Casper to go through how and where they met, how long they'd known each other and when the civil partnership took place. "And how would you describe your relationship?" "We loved each other passionately right from the beginning and that love never waned. It doesn't matter who you ask, everyone will say the same. Oscar was the most wonderful man you could wish for. He loved life, he loved his job, he loved his parents, all his friends and he loved me as I loved him." "You refer to him in the past tense; why?" "Because I'm convinced something terrible has happened to him. In no way would he up sticks and leave me. If he didn't like something he'd always talk before taking action and I know he'd have contacted me if he could." Matt nodded as he took in what Casper was saying. He believed the guy and was fairly certain this was not a case involving a romantic fallout. "Is there anyone who you can think of who'd want to harm him?" "No; everyone loved him; he was the kindest man you could wish to meet." "You clearly loved him and from what you say, he loved you. I'm envious; I so wish I could have a relationship with a man who loved me as much as you guys did." Casper suddenly realised what Matt was saying. "So he's gay" he thought to himself. "I'm sure you must have had some disagreements or arguments like most couples do; does anything come to mind recently?" Casper shook his head. "The only thing that I know got under Oscar's skin was Julian; Mr Turner outside." He then explained how he and Julian had been friends from school and said how he'd been rejected by his parents when he told them he was gay. "He's a lonely guy with very few friends so I'd let him hang around with us whenever he wanted and Oscar tolerated him but there was no bad feeling of any sort." Matt nodded and made a mental file note of that information. He then asked Casper for a list of all their friends and colleagues plus details of Oscar's job and the name of his boss. Casper pulled out his mobile and went through the list of contacts. He wondered why Matt wanted the information but guessed he might talk to them to confirm what he'd said. He certainly had no problem with that and wouldn't say anything to anyone because he wanted to know what had happened to his partner. "Any ideas what could have happened to him?" "I never speculate until I've got all the facts but what I can tell you Casper is that I'll get to the bottom of this and won't give up until I do. You have my word on that." "Thank you; thank you very much." "In the meantime Casper, try not to think the worst; I know it's not easy for you." As Matt said these words he leant forward and gave Casper's knee a comforting pat. He never normally got this personal with someone he was questioning but there was something about this gorgeous guy that made him want to do so. "I'll keep in daily contact with you so you know what's happening. I'd also like to speak to Mr Turner immediately if you don't mind so I'll get my sergeant to run you home. Is that okay?" Casper said that was fine by him although he had a feeling Julian wouldn't be so pleased but said nothing. Matt picked up his phone and asked his sergeant to join them. He was another equally attractive guy so Casper was more than happy to go off with him once he and Matt had shaken hands. This time, Matt gave Casper a double handshake and gently squeezed his hand as he did so. They smiled at each other and said goodbye. The sergeant led Casper out through a back entrance to the car park so he didn't pass Julian in the waiting room. "Detective Inspector Scott is the best. He'll get to the bottom of this I can assure you" the sergeant said as they made their way back to Casper's flat. "Mr Turner. Could I have a word with you please" Matt said with a polite smile to Julian who was surprised not to see Casper. Matt took him into a nearby interview room and introduced himself as Detective Inspector Scott. He then spent the next forty-five minutes questioning him on his relationship with Casper and Oscar. He noted several inconsistencies but said nothing. When the interview finished, Matt said he could leave and that Casper had been taken home. Julian was not pleased and scowled at Matt. He walked briskly back to Casper's flat. "What the fuck did you tell that Inspector about me?" he shouted as soon as he was through the front door of Casper's flat. "That we were long term school friends; why?" "The bastard grilled me as if I knew something about Oscar's disappearance. Typical fucking police." Casper said nothing knowing how kind he'd found Matt. "I'm going out to buy some provisions but I expect you'll want to go home." Julian was flummoxed for a moment but then said "I'll come back this evening; you need someone with you". Casper was tempted to tell him not to bother but knew the company would be welcome so said he'd see him later and that he'd be cooking their evening meal. He'd lived with a professional chef for two years so had learned something about cooking food which didn't involve heating up readymade meals. That night, Casper let Julian join him in his bed. He wasn't too happy about it but decided not to rock the boat. He needed company and Julian was the best person to provide that now that Oscar had gone. He was now convinced that something terrible had happened to the man he loved but what, he didn't know; with Matt Scott's help he was determined to find out. One thing he was adamant on was there would be no sex between them. Julian was not pleased but he could see that Casper was resolute so he'd have to work on him because now Oscar was out of the picture he had every intention of filling his place. Keeping to his word, Matt either called or visited Casper every day to update him on what his team had been doing although several key elements were kept back for the time being. He'd spoken to Oscar's work colleagues and his boss as well as close friends. All had confirmed that Casper and Oscar were devoted to each other so any thought that Oscar had found someone else or walked away from the relationship was very unlikely. This left the possibility that he'd been kidnapped but it was now five days since his sudden disappearance and nobody had so far tried to blackmail Casper for his return. Matt also decided from what he'd been told that there was no evidence of this having happened. If he'd been involved in an accident there'd have been evidence by now and there was no indication that Oscar was depressed and suicidal. This only left one option; murder, but why, was a question Matt had so far not determined. For the moment he decided to keep those thoughts to himself rather than cause Casper more grief. Matt realised his relationship with Casper was more than a professional one but he tried to keep his feelings hidden. A week after Oscar had disappeared some evidence came to light. "Would you mind popping into my office as soon as you can Casper; I've got something I'd like you to look at." Casper said he'd be along that morning. He'd not yet returned to work but had agreed with his boss he'd do so the following week since there seemed little point now in staying at home in the hope that Oscar would appear. Julian had made himself comfortable in the flat and spent every night there despite Casper's insistence that there was no need but Julian said it was what friends were for and of course he must be there for him. Casper smiled to himself. What Julian really meant was that it was a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time with the guy he'd always had the hots for but Casper was too easy going and let him take advantage of the situation, even down to sex, although so far that had not been more than an odd suck and a grope each night. Casper wasn't too happy about the situation but he agreed, in view of the support that Julian had given him. "We found this watch on a homeless guy" Matt explained once Casper had sat down in front of his desk and he'd moved another chair to sit close to him. He just couldn't get this guy out of his mind and as hard as he tried, telling himself he was a professional and shouldn't think the way he did, the more he dreamt about the beautiful guy sitting near to him. Casper picked up the watch which was enclosed in a plastic bag and gasped. "It's Oscar's. His parents gave it to him on his twenty-first birthday. It's an expensive one. What was this guy doing with it; where did he find it?" Matt placed a hand on Casper's to calm him down. Just the feel of his flesh against his sent his body into a frenzy of desire. He looked into Casper's eyes and saw tears forming. He realised the significance of the watch without Matt telling him. "I'm sorry" Matt almost whispered and he so wanted to take the other guy into his arms and console him. "We're now treating the case as murder. The guy who had the watch is not suspected of murder. He's a simple harmless guy who we've known for some time. He claims he murdered Oscar in a local park and buried him at sea which of course is not possible. We're now searching the park where he claims he found it but so far we've found no other evidence. I'm so sorry Casper; this must be devastating for you." Casper nodded as he wiped away his tears which were now running down his face. "I knew right from the start that something like this had happened. But why? Why should someone want to kill a wonderful, beautiful guy like Oscar? He was the kindest, warmest person you could ever wish to meet. I never heard anyone saying bad things about him. Everyone thought he was a wonderful man." Matt patted Casper's hand again which did nothing to quell the feelings rushing through his body but he needed to show that he felt for him. "I know. Everyone we've spoken to has said the same thing." Apart from one person and Matt had doubts about him although he couldn't find any evidence to suggest he'd harmed Oscar. "Tell me; was Mr Turner jealous of your relationship with Oscar?" Casper turned to look at Matt with an enquiring look. "No; not to my knowledge. I know he's always been very fond of me and we had a fling for a brief period when we were both eighteen but he knew I had no strong feelings for him and we both moved on. When I met Oscar he seemed very happy for me." "But you say he clung on to you and that Oscar wasn't too happy about having him around so much." "Julian is a lonely guy; he doesn't make friends easily so hangs on to those he does have and because we were buddies at school, he's always wanted to be close to me. Oscar knew that so accepted the situation. You surely don't suspect he has anything to do with this." "I'm just exploring all avenues" Matt replied as he patted Casper's hand again and smiled gently. Casper nodded and returned the smile. Oh how that smile made Matt's whole body go into a flutter. The more he met him, the more he was falling for him but this was certainly not the right time to show how he felt. "Thanks for coming in Casper; I'll keep in touch. I really am so sorry." Casper stood up and Matt shook him warmly by the hand with another on his arm. He so wanted to take the guy into his arms and kiss him but his professionalism took over and he held back. As Casper walked home he thought about Julian. Was he jealous of Oscar? Surely not. When Julian arrived back from work, Casper told him that the police were now treating Oscar's disappearance as a murder investigation but decided not to mention that his watch had been found. "Oh my god; surely not. What makes them think that?" "What else can it be? I know he wouldn't leave me and there's no evidence that he's been involved in an accident." "Yeah, suppose so. I'm so sorry my darling but I'm here to look after you." Julian immediately took Casper into his arms and kissed him passionately on the lips. Casper wanted to push him away but he didn't for some reason. He certainly wasn't attracted to Julian and he definitely didn't want him to replace Oscar, so if that was his plan, he'd be sadly mistaken but for the time being he had his uses. Seeing that Casper didn't embrace him as passionately as he'd hoped, he moved away from him. "He'll come round eventually; I'm certain of that" he told himself. "What delicious meal are we having this evening?" "Is your stomach all you're interested in? Casper grinned. "No; I'm interested in you Casper. I love you; and you need me." Casper turned away to take the pork chops he was cooking out of the oven. Did he need Julian? He wasn't sure he did and he certainly couldn't return his love even though he had some feelings for him as a friend. That night in bed, Julian tried to take things further. "I need you Casper and you need me. Make love to me, please." He should have replied "no" but instead he said "I'm tired". "In that case I'll do all the work. Just lay back and enjoy." Before Casper could reply, Julian dived under the covers and took Casper's cock into his mouth. As much as he tried to stop his organ reacting, it was soon hard inside Julian's mouth. He was good at sucking cock which was one of the things that attracted him when they got to know each other at school. As Julian worked his magic, Casper thought back to those carefree days. They were good but the last two years with Oscar were the best. He loved the beautiful guy from the moment he met him and had imagined spending the rest of his life with him. How things could change, so suddenly. "Who the hell killed you my love?" "What was that?" Julian yelled from beneath the duvet before returning to the big cock in his mouth. He loved Casper's cock, always had and he'd missed it during the past two years or more. 3. "A Detective Inspector Scott is here to see you Casper" the receptionist said. Casper's heart started to beat faster as he walked to reception to fetch Matt. It was now a month since that dreadful day and just over three weeks since Casper had returned to work. News about the disappearance of Oscar had spread around the clinic and everyone was very supportive. Some had met Oscar so knew what a lovely man he was. The police had also made a public appeal for information from anyone who'd seen Oscar on that night and Casper wondered whether it was this that had caused Matt to visit him at work since normally he either called him or visited him at home. He'd found Matt to be a lovely man. He was kind and understanding. In many ways he was like Oscar. "I'm sorry to disturb you at work Casper but I have some news." "Let's go to my dispensing room. Margaret, would you mind informing any patient who is waiting to see me that I'll be with them as soon as I can." Fortunately, it was a quiet afternoon so Casper knew there'd only be the odd one or two patients who'd need to see him for their drugs. When they'd sat down beside each other, Matt paused, leaned forward and took Casper's hand. "A body has been found in the river." Casper took an intake of breath. He'd been waiting for this moment for the past month but now it had arrived he wasn't sure what he felt. "It's Oscar isn't it." Matt nodded. "We're fairly certain it is but I need you to make a positive identification. I'm so sorry Casper." For a moment, Casper just sat there not sure what to say or do. He then felt tears running down his face as the realisation set in that he'd never see his loved one alive again even though he'd been sure all along that he was dead. Matt couldn't sit and watch Casper's grief any longer. Although he knew it was unprofessional he jumped forward and took the guy into his arms. Casper leant into him willingly so Matt hugged him tighter having seen that he wasn't being rejected. As he hugged, he lightly rubbed Casper's back to console him. He was tempted to give him a kiss on the cheek but decided not to for the moment. "I'm so sorry. I know how much you loved him." Casper nodded and snuggled his chin against the older man's shoulder. They remained like that for several minutes before Casper calmed down. "Do you have any idea how he died?" They pulled apart and Matt held Casper's hand. "A full autopsy has yet to be undertaken but initial tests show that he'd been injected with an overdose of a drug of some sort. There's something else we've discovered. The public appeal we made brought forward a bartender at a bar near to where Oscar worked. Did he tend to drink after work before going home?" Casper shook his head. "Only very occasionally if someone in his team was celebrating a birthday or something but he generally always came straight home. If he wasn't doing so, he always called me or sent me a text." Matt nodded before continuing. "The bartender who contacted us said she recognised Oscar as being a customer who'd come into the bar late afternoon and met a guy. From what she saw Oscar shook hands with the guy and sat opposite him; it looked like a meeting of two professional guys. The odd thing was that the first guy had already bought a drink in readiness for Oscar. Very soon after he'd drunk some of that he appeared to be unwell. The other guy immediately helped Oscar up and led him outside leaving their unfinished drinks on the table. As the bartender collected them she noticed the guy take Oscar to a car parked outside. She wasn't sure what make it was apart from being fairly old by the look of it. Having got Oscar into the car it drove off. Her description of the other guy was vague since he was wearing a hoodie." "You reckon this was the guy who killed him?" "Could be; he may have drugged him to get him into the car and then injected him with an overdose. The full autopsy will tell us more." "When do you want me to come and formally identify his body?" "As soon as you can please. I could run you to the mortuary now if you're free." Casper called his boss and told her the news. She came to see him immediately and Casper introduced her to Matt. "You must go immediately Casper. I'll handle any other patients waiting to see you." Casper thanked her as he removed his white coat and donned his jacket. He followed Matt to his car still thinking about what Matt had told him. Who was this bastard who'd killed his lover? Matt led Casper into the mortuary where Oscar's body lay and the technician lifted the cover over his face. Casper gasped as he saw his lover. Even in death he looked beautiful. Casper nodded. "Yes, that's Oscar." Matt put his arm around him and led him back to his office to sign the necessary paperwork to confirm that it was indeed Oscar's body. He then explained that a full autopsy would be done and that they were searching the river bank where the body was found and for a way upstream. It was reckoned that the body was dumped in the water further upstream and it had floated down to where it was found. "I'll run you home." Casper said there was no need but Matt insisted. Besides thinking it wasn't a good idea to let Casper walk home alone, he wanted the opportunity of being with him again. When they got back to the flat, Casper offered Matt a cup of tea. He readily accepted even though he had a pile of work to get through at the office. As he sipped his tea, he again admired the beauty of Casper. He couldn't get his mind off him. "Probably a stupid question but how are you copying?" "Okay; Julian is staying with me at present so I'm not alone. Matt grimaced. He still wasn't sure about the clingy school friend but so far he'd not found anything to suggest he had anything to do with Oscar's death. "Are you okay about that?" Casper shrugged his shoulders. "He means well and the company is welcome for the time being but eventually I shall have to tell him to leave. Should have done so ages ago but I feel sorry for him. "If you need company anytime don't hesitate to give me a call. I'd be happy to have a meal with you or go to a bar." Casper smiled at Matt. He was a sweet guy and the more they met, the more he liked him. He didn't match his picture of a normal policeman, not that he'd had dealings with one before. "Thanks; I may well take up that offer." Just then, the front door opened and Julian marched in. "Hello darling; I'm home." Matt and Casper looked at each other and shook their heads. "Ah, Mr Plod is here" Julian remarked on seeing Matt. "I'll leave you to it" Matt said to Casper, ignoring Julian's remark. "I'll be in touch once we have more news" he added and glanced at Julian to see his reaction. Julian remained silent and gave nothing away. "Thank you Inspector Scott" Casper said deliberately and followed Matt to the door. "Don't forget, I'm here if you need me" Matt whispered as Casper showed him out. "Thanks" he replied and placed a hand on Matt's arm. "You're an insensitive bastard aren't you" Casper said on returning to the living room. Julian looked at him innocently. "Calling him Mr Plod; you're a fucking idiot." "Well, the police generally are pretty useless and all he does is ingratiate himself to you." "What's that supposed to mean?" Casper replied with a tone of anger. He was rapidly getting tired of Julian. "Let's face it, they're not anywhere nearer to finding out what happened so all he's doing is keeping you sweet so you won't complain." "Is that so" Casper replied sarcastically, "well, Mr Clever Clogs, they have made considerable progress". For a brief moment, Julian's face went white before asking "What have they found?" "I think you should go home Julian; I don't need you tonight." Julian was shocked. He'd thought his plan to woo Casper was going well. "But you need me" he implored. "Not tonight thank you" Casper replied firmly. Seeing he wasn't going to win the argument, Julian about turned and left. Casper was relieved. He wanted time alone to grieve but the first thing he had to do was contact Oscar's parents. Fortunately, it was his father who answered the phone. "Oh my god, I'm so sorry Casper. Would you like us to come up?" Casper was tempted to say yes but saw no point. He couldn't put them up and from what Matt had said, it would be some time before the body was released. "Keep in touch son; we're here if you need us." "Thanks, but you two have lost a son so if you need me just give me a call." Oscar's father thanked him for the offer and said he'd break the news to his wife. Like Casper, they too were resigned to the fact that their son was dead. What they now needed to know was who had done this terrible deed and why. Matt meanwhile had asked his sergeant to investigate Julian Turner some more. They'd checked the police criminal records and found nothing but something niggled Matt and he had a feeling that Mr Julian Turner had something to hide. What, he didn't know but he was determined to find out. The investigation along the river had not produced much apart from car tyre marks right up against the river edge further upstream. Was this where the body was dumped into the water? Possibly but that was all the evidence they had. The sergeant had already checked to see if Julian owned a car but he didn't. Had he hired one? Unlikely since the bartender had said the car was old and it seemed unlikely it had been borrowed for a murder. Matt asked uniform to give him a list of stolen vehicles around the time of Oscar's disappearance. There were six on the list but all except one were relatively new cars. The sixth was an old Ford Escort. "I want it found" Matt told uniform having spoken to the registered owner who'd confirmed the car was stolen from outside his house the day before Oscar's disappearance. Matt had a feeling this was the vehicle used. His sergeant eventually found that although Julian had no police record, he had come into contact with the juvenile court when he was seventeen for violence against another boy. It made Matt wonder whether Julian had been jealous of Oscar's relationship with Casper. He knew the guy had the hots for him which was probably why he hung around Casper so much. "Bring him in for questioning" Matt told his sergeant. He'd also have liked to search his flat but without a search warrant that was not possible and until he had more evidence against Julian he was unlikely to get one. "What the fuck does he want now? I've already told him I know nothing about Oscar's disappearance." "You can either come willingly or I can arrest you. It's up to you" the sergeant told him. Julian decided the former was the best option so picked up his jacket and went meekly. When they arrived back at base, the sergeant took Julian to an interview room and told him to wait. Matt viewed him through the one-way glass window to see his reactions. Julian looked agitated, which is what he wanted before commencing the interview. After a few minutes he and the sergeant went sweeping into the interview room and Julian felt nervous. "I can't tell you anymore" he said trying to look confident. "Where were you on the evening of 26 June, the night of Oscar Berg's disappearance?" "At home if I remember correctly." "I suggest you think about it and remember correctly" Matt responded with a face that showed he meant business. Julian shrugged his shoulders, looked down at his hands and scrunched his face before answering. "I was on early shift that day so would have left about three thirty and went home." "And after that; did you go out again?" Julian shuffled in his chair. "No". "Quite sure?" "Yeah; what's this all about?" "We now know that Oscar Berg was murdered so we're conducting a murder enquiry and are interviewing those who knew him. Do you own a car?" "Are you joking; on the pitiful pay a nurse in the NHS gets? Of course I don't." "Do you have a driving license?" Julian sat silent for a moment wondering how to reply. "We can easily check with the DVLA." "Then why ask?" "To see if you're being honest with us" Matt replied before turning to his sergeant. "Contact the DVLA will you please sergeant." "Yes, sir" "Yeah I do" Julian replied. "When did you last drive a motor vehicle?" Julian shrugged his shoulders. "Can't remember." "That's all; you can leave now" Matt said in a dismissive tone. Julian stood up, glared at Matt and walked out. When he'd gone, Matt picked up his case notes file and walked back to his office with his sergeant following. "I don't trust that guy" the sergeant commented. "Neither do I; he's hiding something and probably lying but we don't have enough evidence yet. We must keep looking." 4. Casper slumped down on the sofa as soon as he got home. He'd had a busy day and Julian had tried several times to speak to him but each time Casper had said he was too busy to talk. It was now three days since he'd told him to leave and he couldn't decide what to do. He was fond of Julian but his persistent attempts to take Oscar's place annoyed him. He certainly didn't want a relationship with him. He never had. His short fling with Julian in their teens was just that with no future. He'd only gone along with it to experience gay sex. He prepared his meal and whilst it was cooking went to change as usual. As he did so he noticed the clothes that Julian had put in his wardrobe without his agreement. He flung them out onto the floor. He found a black bin bag and picked each item up to place it inside. He'd take them to work the next day and tell Julian he'd remain friends but on his terms. As he folded a jacket a wallet fell out of the pocket. "What the fuck" he exclaimed. He immediately recognised it as Oscar's. It was an expensive leather one he'd given to his lover as an engagement present. He opened it but it was empty apart from something in the small coin compartment. He unzipped that and gasped as he looked inside. There inside was a gold onyx signet ring. It was one that Casper had given Oscar when they first met and Oscar always wore it. He'd had their linked initials engraved on the underside which only they knew about. "How the fuck did you get this Julian?" He then realised there was only one way. He pondered whether to go straight round to Julian and confront him as he was about to take the ring out. He stopped. "No; I must leave this to Matt" he told himself and zipped up the compartment. He looked at his watch and saw it was seven o'clock. He pondered whether it was too late to call him but remembered that he'd said to do so whatever the time. He rang the mobile number Matt had given him and gave a sigh of relief when Matt answered. "Ah, you've beaten me to it Casper; I was about to call you. We're fairly sure we know who the killer is." "I think I do too" Casper replied and told him what he'd found. "Have you spoken to Julian about this?" Casper confirmed he hadn't so Matt asked if it was okay to come straight round. Casper agreed and felt a sense of excitement at the knowledge he'd be seeing Matt again despite the realisation that his best friend had something to do with the loss of his loved one. Matt too couldn't wait to be with Casper again, and his feelings were nothing to do with the case which looked as if it was almost over. Casper slowed down the meal and waited anxiously for Matt to arrive. Ten minutes later the door entry buzzer sounded and Casper let Matt in. As soon as he was inside the flat, he grabbed hold of Casper's hand and held it firmly. "Let's sit down" Casper said and led Matt into the living room where they sat side by side on the sofa. They angled their bodies towards each other and Matt asked Casper to show him what he'd found. Matt looked at the wallet and peered inside the coin compartment. He used a pen to pull the ring out without touching it since he'd need to have it checked for fingerprints. "And you say you've not touched the ring." Casper confirmed he hadn't and gave Matt a magnifying glass to see his and Oscar's linked initials engraved on the underside of the ring. "Only Oscar and I knew I'd had that done. It was our secret and as you can see it's not that easy to see without a magnifying glass. He always wore that ring and I'm one hundred percent certain he was wearing it on the morning he disappeared. You'll also see it in all the photographs I gave you. It was his prized possession." "And the wallet; you're convinced it was Oscars." Casper said he was and remembered where he'd bought it. "It was expensive and certainly not the kind of thing Julian could afford unless someone gave him one like it which I doubt." "This is perfect; it fits in with the other evidence we've obtained today." Matt then explained that the car that the bartender had seen and which had been stolen from its owner, had now been found dumped in a carpark not that far away. "We've found fingerprints that match Julian's and hairs that match Oscar's. There are also other hairs which I'm sure are Julian's but we've yet to test those. He's being arrested as we speak for the murder of Oscar and he'll be kept in custody overnight whilst the final tests take place. I'll then interview him in the morning." "But why? Why kill Oscar?" "Jealousy. Let's face it Casper you're a very attractive guy and there's no doubt that Julian's in love with you. He also has a record of being violent in his teen years so my guess is that he killed Oscar in the hope of taking his place." "But he must have known that would never happen; apart from the short fling we had in our teens I've never given any indication that I loved him or had any interest in him apart from being a friend." "Guys like him don't think logically. They get an idea into their head and go at it like a bull in a china shop. Often there's no stopping them. I'm so very sorry Casper; this must be a terrible shock for you." Casper nodded and the tears flooded down his face as the realisation that his best friend had killed his lover finally sank in. Matt immediately took him into his arms. He moved closer and hugged him. He gently ran his hand over Casper's blond hair to console him. Casper put his arms around Matt as if they were lovers and snuggled his head up against Matt's chest. There was something about this guy that made him want to have him close. Matt's hand moved up and down Casper's back and it felt comforting. Without thinking about the consequences, he gently kissed the side of Casper's neck. Casper found the action comforting and looked into Matt's dark brown eyes. "You've been such comfort to me during the past few weeks and provided so much support; I don't know how to thank you enough." Matt looked into Casper's beautiful blue eyes and felt his whole body melt with desire. "You've been a pleasure to support and you certainly didn't deserve to have this happen to you. You're a very special guy Casper and I shall miss seeing you." "It doesn't have to end here if you don't want it to, assuming that the case is now solved." Matt took an intake of breath. Those words made his whole body melt again with desire. "I think I can safely say that we've found the killer so it's now a question of getting him to confess or prove the case against him but I for one would love to continue seeing you Casper; I've grown very fond of you over the time we've known each other." Casper smiled which lifted Matt's heart. "Have you eaten yet this evening?" Matt said he hadn't and was in no hurry to rush off since his sergeant was dealing with the arrest of Julian Turner and he had no plans to go back to the office that night. "In that case you're very welcome to join me for a meal; I'm sure I can stretch what I've prepared for the two of us." Matt smiled and said he'd love to do that. They looked into each other's eyes for a few moments and then both moved their heads towards each other. They kissed on the lips but this soon became passionate and their tongues explored each other's mouths. They also both felt their organs react down below and Casper was tempted to say "let's go to bed" but held his desires back. "It's just as well I'm planning to leave the police" Matt laughed once they'd ended the kiss and he'd followed Casper into the kitchen. "Why? You're good from what I've seen." "I'm fed up with the stress of it all and the long hours. I originally trained as a chef. I only joined the police force because my father was a policeman and wanted me to join too. I foolishly agreed and eventually became a detective but I'd love to do what I enjoy best." Casper's heart jumped with joy. He knew Matt was so much like Oscar and the fact that he loved cooking and was a qualified chef made him even more so. He suggested that he applied for Oscar's job since the company was still looking for a decent chef. "That was beautiful" Matt commented when he'd finished the meal that Casper had prepared. "Not as good as Oscar's cooking but during the time I knew him I learnt quite a lot. He was a fantastic cook and could make wonderful meals from anything." "I'd have loved to have known him. I just hope I can meet his standards." "I'm sure you can" Casper replied and took Matt into his arms. Now he knew what had happened to his partner, he felt a heavy cloud had been lifted. He knew there was still a long way to go and Julian would have to be questioned, formally charged and tried for murder but he was certain that was just a formality now. The hard bit had been done and the truth had at last been found so he could move on which he was sure Oscar would want him to do. "Thanks for everything and I really would like to meet again" he said before giving Matt another kiss on the lips. This too became passionate for a few moments before Matt said he'd better leave. If he didn't, he was sure they'd end up in bed and neither of them were ready for that yet. Matt psyched himself up for the interview with Julian Turner the following morning. It would be his last major case and he wanted to see this bastard put down good and proper. His sergeant attended and as they prepared, he decided he'd recommend him for promotion into the vacant post of Detective Inspector when he resigned which would take place as soon as he'd nailed Turner into the ground. The duty solicitor attended to defend Julian Turner's rights but he'd known Matt for a long time and knew he always played fair and by the book. "Mr Julian Turner, you've been arrested for the murder of Oscar Berg. Anything you say will be taken down and may be used in evidence against you in a subsequent trial. This interview is also being recorded. Do you understand?" "Yeah, yeah; I didn't do it." "That's what we're here to determine so I advise you to tell the truth but first, for the benefit of the tape, please state your full name." "Julian Andrew Turner." Matt picked up the plastic bag containing the leather wallet that Casper said belonged to Oscar. Julian looked at it and Matt sensed nervousness in the suspect. "Do you recognise this?" "Yeah, it's mine" Julian replied having decided to lie since there were no identifying features on it as far as he'd seen. He also guessed it had been found amongst his clothes when the police searched his flat when he was arrested although at the time he wasn't sure what they'd found because everything happened so quickly. "You're quite sure it's yours." "Yeah, I said didn't I." "Where and when did you buy it?" "Can't remember." "But you're sure you did buy it are you?" "Of course; what, you think I nicked it from someone?" "I put it to you that you took it from the body of Oscar Berg when you'd killed him." "Bollocks; I told you I never had anything to do with his murder." Matt moved on and picked up photos of the Ford Escort they'd found. "Have you ever seen this car before?" "No" "Tyre prints matching this car were found on the river bank a mile or so upstream from where Oscar Berg's body was found." "So what; it has nothing to do with me." "And you're sure you've never seen this car before." "I told you before, I don't have a car and have never seen this one." "How is it that your finger prints were found on the gear leaver and the handbrake along with strands of your hair on the driver's seat." Julian said nothing. He thought he'd cleaned the car of his prints. "Don't know." "We also know that this car was used in the murder of Oscar Berg and we've found strands of his hair on the passenger seat." Julian shuffled in his seat and said nothing. "Is this your hoodie?" Julian shrugged his shoulders and said nothing. "It was taken from your flat yesterday evening when you were arrested and it also has strands of your hair on it." "Why ask me if you know it's mine?" "Because I'm trying to give you an opportunity to speak the truth. You were seen in a bar near to where Oscar Berg worked on the evening of the day he was murdered and you purchased two drinks in readiness for his arrival. He arrived some ten minutes later, you each shook hands and having drunk some of the drink you purchased for him he felt unwell." "Do you have evidence of this fact Inspector?" the solicitor asked. "Yes; see the signed statement from the bartender who has identified Mr Turner and the hoodie he was wearing. She also identified the car to which Mr Turner helped Oscar Berg into as soon as he felt unwell." The solicitor nodded having found the statement. He knew Matt would have everything tied up so there was no point in arguing the point. "Having got Oscar Berg into the car, I believe you drove to a local park where you parked up and waited for the lethal dose of the drug you injected into his right arm to kill him. A drug which was stolen from the clinic where you work. You then emptied his pockets and tossed the items into the bushes with the exception of two. Later that night you drove to a spot beside the river where you dumped his body into it. That's the truth isn't it Mr Turner?" Julian said nothing and looked down at his hands. "One of the items you kept was this wallet, wasn't it?" "Told you; it's mine." "Yet you can't remember where or when you purchased it. This is an expensive leather wallet and I have here the receipt for it. I doubt very much you could afford it on your pay as a nurse. It was in fact purchased by Oscar Berg's boyfriend as an engagement present. What have you to say about that?" Julian bristled at the reference to Casper. "If you say so." "You also removed from the third finger of his right hand, this gold onyx signet ring which had also been given to him by his boyfriend. Inside the ring are inscribed his and Oscar's linked initials as shown in this photo." Julian looked at the ring he'd yanked off Oscar's finger. "Never seen it before." "That's interesting since Oscar Berg always wore it as shown in these photographs and you spent a considerable amount of time with him and his partner didn't you; and your finger prints are on the ring along with Oscar Berg's." Julian suddenly lost his temper. "He deserved to die. I've always loved Casper and he stole him from me" he shouted. "So you admit to killing Oscar Berg" Matt said quietly. "Yes, and if I can't have Casper then nobody will so I'll kill him too." The other three in the room looked at him for a moment. "Julian Andrew Turner, you are charged with the murder of Oscar Berg and intent to kill Casper Olsen. Do you have anything to say?" Matt said calmly. Julian shook his head realising he had nowhere to go. The solicitor packed up his papers whilst the sergeant led Julian back into custody where he'd stay until his case was heard. "Well, Matt, I have to congratulate you; yet another success on your part." Matt smiled and thanked him. He wondered whether he'd miss this job but quickly decided he wouldn't. He had a new life ahead of him and if things went to plan, Casper Olsen would be a part of it. "Well done boss; for a while I had a feeling he wasn't going to crack" the sergeant commented once back in Matt's office. "I knew the ring would send him over the top. He knew the significance of that ring between Oscar and Casper, otherwise why would he keep it." "And he kept the wallet" the sergeant added. "That's because he knew he'd never be able to afford one." "But why keep them in a jacket at Casper Olsen's flat?" "All part of his jealousness of Oscar. By having the items within Casper's flat he probably saw it as an act of victory and probably never thought that he'd find them. Had Casper not thrown him out, he probably never would have done." "The guy must be mental." "You're right, he is and will probably end up in a secure establishment for such individuals." Matt said he needed to see the big boss. "Are you going to be around for a while" I need to see you once I've spoken to him." The sergeant nodded wondering why as he watched his boss walk down the corridor. "You're leaving Matt; why? You're the best guy in the team." "I've had enough and want to live a dream of mine. I'm a qualified chef so want to move into catering." At Casper's suggestion the previous evening, he'd applied for the post of chef at Oscar's company and when he'd finished the interview with Julian Turner he saw an email from the Administration Manager saying he was very interested and wanted to have a meeting. He couldn't believe it and felt on top of the world. "Fancy a drink?" he asked his sergeant as it was almost lunchtime. His sergeant jumped at the offer since Matt wasn't known for being a drinker at lunchtime, or anytime for that matter. "I wanted to tell you that I've handed in my resignation and will be leaving in a month's time; I've recommended that you're promoted into my position since you're more than ready for it." The sergeant was speechless; he certainly hadn't expected that. "Why?" "You work hard and deserve it." "I meant why are you leaving but thanks for the recommendation." Matt explained why but didn't mention which job he'd applied for or that Casper had recommended he do so. He wanted to keep their relationship secret for the moment; assuming there was one. 5. "At least it means you don't have to give evidence at his trial" Matt told Casper when he went to see him that evening to say that Julian had confessed to killing Oscar. He also told Casper of Julian's threat to kill him. Casper was shocked and could hardly believe that the guy he'd known for years could do such a thing and harbour such thoughts. "That's what jealousy does to you" Matt said and took Casper into his arms. For a moment they kissed and as it became more passionate they both felt a reaction down below. "Can you stay for a meal?" Casper asked when the kiss ended. "I'd love to but this time I thought I'd cook for you if I may. I took the liberty of buying some food on the way." Casper grinned. "I'd like that." When things were underway and cooking, they stopped to have a glass of wine. "There's something else I want to tell you. I've resigned from my police position and applied for chef in charge at Oscar's company like you suggested. They want to see me and I'm going tomorrow afternoon." "Wow; that's brilliant. You don't hang about do you" Casper laughed. "Are you sure you don't mind me taking over Oscar's job; assuming I get it of course." "Why should I be. They'll love you. You're very similar to Oscar in lots of ways." "And that doesn't bother or upset you. I'm not trying to replace him Casper but I feel there's something between us." "I know you're not and it doesn't upset me. I too feel there's something between us and want to take it further. I've got to move on and I can't think of a better person to do so with." The meal was fantastic and every bit as good as the meals Oscar prepared. When they'd finished eating and cleared away the dishes, Casper took Matt into his arms. "Thank you; you've been a wonderful support for me since that terrible day. I'm not sure I could have got through it without knowing you were doing your utmost to find the killer. I still can't believe the guy responsible was here in this flat all the time. Matt put his arms around Casper and brought their lips together. No words could say how much he loved this guy so he decided to use actions. The kiss was intense and their bodies pressed together. Soon both could feel each other's hardness down below. Both wanted to take things further but were not sure if it was too soon to do so. Their hands explored each other and shirt buttons were undone to expose naked flesh. Matt even placed a hand over Casper's hard cock that was straining to get out of his trousers. "Mm, that feels so good" Casper managed to say between kisses. He returned the favour and felt Matt's hardness. As he'd thought, the guy was well endowed and he looked forward to feeling that inside him. "Do you have to rush off or can you stay for another drink?" Matt nodded, too excited to say `yes'. They parted and Casper grabbed two brandy glasses from the drinks cupboard and the bottle of brandy. They sat down on the sofa beside each other and sipped the golden nectar. Matt placed a hand on Casper's thigh and gently moved it into his crotch. He so wanted to take things to the next stage but didn't want to rush him. Casper was only too willing to move things on so unfastened his trousers and pulled down his zip to give Matt access. Matt took the hint and dipped his hand inside to feel the big hard cock through the thin material of Casper's briefs. They looked at each other and smiled before moving their heads together for another kiss. It was soon passionate and the brandy was forgotten. Matt moved his hand inside Casper's briefs and took hold of the naked flesh. "Ah, fuck; that feels wonderful" Casper exclaimed. Matt grinned and hastily unfastened his own trousers since his erection was aching to be released. Casper plunged his hand straight inside Matt's briefs and grasped the hot organ. "Oh yes" he cried out. He hadn't had sex with a guy for such a long time and he was desperate. They paused for a moment and looked into each other's eyes. They each picked up their brandy and drank some more. "Did you drive here?" "Ah, yes" Matt replied having just taken another swig of his brandy. "Inspector Scott, I don't think you should drive home having drunk a bottle of wine with me and now a large brandy" Casper grinned, "I think you should stay the night" he added with a suggestive tone and a twinkle in his eye. "I think you're right Mr Olsen" Matt grinned and tipped the remainder of his brandy down his throat. When both had finished their brandy, Casper led Matt into the bedroom. "Are you quite sure about this?" Matt asked. "Of course I am" Casper laughed, "stop being a policeman and make love to me". They stood in front of each other and slowly removed each other's shirts. They admired each other before kissing. They next unfastened each other's belts and their trousers fell around their ankles. As they kissed again, feeling the naked flesh now exposed, they kicked off their shoes and their trousers. They paused, kissed and felt each other through the thin material of their briefs. Both knew what they wanted so they slowly eased each other's briefs down their legs to expose their prize. Once the briefs had been kicked to one side, they each took hold of one another's organ. "Mm, beautiful" Casper groaned as he stroked Matt's thick long cock. "It sure is" Matt added as he took hold of Casper's equally large cock. "Are you a top or a bottom?" "Versatile. How about you?" "Mainly a top but I enjoy taking it too." "In that case my arse is all yours" Casper grinned as he pulled the beautiful guy in his arms onto the bed. Because Oscar had much preferred being fucked, he seldom took it but he desperately wanted to feel Matt's gorgeous tool inside him. For some reason by letting Matt fuck him, it didn't feel he was sullying his past relationship with Oscar. He knew he'd always be in his heart but he also knew he had to move on. The funeral had taken place three weeks ago and he'd told all those present that he'd never forget the man who he'd loved with all his heart and who'd been by his side and there whenever he needed him. Oscar's mother told Casper afterwards that he must move on. "You're still a young man Casper and he'd have wanted you to enjoy life even without him." At the time, he couldn't imagine life without his lover but here he was with an equally adorable man and about to let him fuck him. "Do you have condoms and lube handy?" Casper came out of his brief trance and smiled. "In the bedside cabinet" he replied realising he was on his back with his legs high over his chest. Matt had been licking the beautiful entrance he was aching to fuck and Casper could see the big red head of Matt's cock weeping slightly. "You are sure about this aren't you." Casper giggled. "Get that fucking beautiful big cock of yours up my arse and stop asking questions." Matt grinned as he prepared his aching cock. He pushed the large head up against the entrance he'd licked and prepared for this glorious moment and watched it breach the beautiful creature lying in front of him. Once the big head was inside he slowly pushed his long thick shaft into Casper's arse. "Ah yes; that feels so fucking beautiful." "It sure does; I haven't had a cock up my arse for such a long time; it's bliss." "Was Oscar a bottom then? Sorry; crass question to ask in the circumstances." "He preferred being fucked so I obliged but I love being a bottom as well. And don't worry about mentioning Oscar. I shall never forget him but I don't want his ghost to be a barrier between us." Matt nodded, relieved to hear what Casper had said. "Now give my arse a good long hard fuck Inspector." Matt laughed and did precisely that until he'd reached his climax. As he did so he massaged Casper's big erect cock until that too was erupting and producing a pool of thick creamy cum over his chest. When they were both done, Matt pulled out and collapsed on the bed beside Casper. He slipped off his used condom and wrapped it in a tissue Casper had given him whilst he mopped up his own cum. Once clean, they turned towards each other and kissed. "That was the best sex I've had in a long while." "I hope we have more" Casper replied. "I certainly would like to if you would." "That's settled then" Casper smiled and gave his new lover another kiss. The following morning there wasn't time for sex despite both guys having an erection aching to be relieved. Both had jobs to go to but it was agreed that Matt would come again the following evening. He guessed he'd have some explaining to do when he returned home at lunchtime to change for his interview that afternoon but he knew his mother would understand. Matt, who was five years older than Casper, had lived with his mother since his father had been killed on duty three years earlier. She knew her son was gay and had no problem with that but she was constantly on at him to find a nice young man to make a life with. "I want to see you happily settled before I die" she told him so whenever he sent a text to say he wouldn't be home that night she'd question him when they next met and ask "Is this the one?" This time he could honestly say that it very much looked like it. The interview went well and Matt liked the company and the two guys he'd have working for him. The fact that he'd not been in catering since he qualified eight years earlier seemed to be of no consequence to the Administration Manager whose task it was to find a replacement for Oscar. When Matt explained it was him who'd investigated Oscar's murder and that it was Casper who'd suggested he apply for the job, it confirmed the manager's feelings that Matt would be perfect for the job. Whilst his assistant showed him the kitchen, he called Casper for a reference. "From what I've seen he's an excellent chef" Casper said but kept back the fact that he and Matt were now in a relationship. They'd agreed that should be kept secret from everyone until Julian's trial was over and Matt had left the police. When Matt returned from the tour and had spoken to the two guys who'd be his assistants, the manager offered him the post on a six months' probationary period. He'd already found out that catering qualifications didn't really determine how good a chef was at producing good edible food that the staff enjoyed and was within budget. That could only be determined on the job but he had a good feeling about Matt. The pay was less than Matt's current salary but it was less hours and less stressful. "I'll confirm the offer in writing and look forward to seeing you in a month's time. If the police force is prepared to release you earlier, let me know. The current guy we have is slowly killing us off" he laughed. Matt said he had a week's holiday due to him so he might be able to take that to reduce the notice period in which case he'd be able to commence in three weeks. "Excellent; let me know when you send your acceptance." Matt almost danced out and made his way home to tell his mother the news. He'd been tempted to go and see Casper at his place of work but decided he'd wait to tell him the news when he went that evening. His mother was delighted. Ever since her husband had lost his life in the line if duty she'd worried about her only son. "And this young man you're seeing, is it serious?" "It is for me and I'm fairly certain it is for him." She wanted to know more as usual so he told her who Casper was but to keep that secret in case it affected the court case. "You know me son; anything you tell me about your work remains within these four walls but I'd like to meet this Casper when you feel the time is right." Matt smiled and gave his mum a kiss. "You will mum; you will." "So, how did the interview go?" Casper asked as soon as Matt was through the door and they'd kissed. Matt gave a big wide grin. "You got it" Casper exclaimed excitedly, "I knew they'd see you're perfect for the job; congratulations. That deserves a drink." Matt grinned like a schoolboy who'd won his first prize. He felt so happy. "Are you trying to get me over the limit again so I can't drive home?" he laughed. "That was the general idea; assuming you want to stay over again." "Try stopping me" Matt laughed and pulled Casper into a passionate embrace. It didn't take long for hard cocks to be pressing against each other and hands feeling them. "Meal first, sex later" Matt laughed. "I've bought the ingredients for our culinary delight; assuming you'd like me to cook again." "Of course chef; the kitchen is yours and I'm your assistant." Matt gave Casper's butt an affectionate pat and they spent the next half hour preparing their meal which was steak with mushrooms, broccoli and new potatoes. To follow, they had a chocolate mousse which Matt had prepared that afternoon. "Those staff are so going to enjoy their lunches" Casper grinned and gave the new man in his life a big kiss. When the meal was over and the dishes cleared away, Casper took his new lover to bed. Once naked they were soon rolling around sucking cocks and licking arses. It reminded Casper of his and Oscar's early months together. They could never get enough of each other. "I'd like to fuck that beautiful arse of yours" Matt grinned having ended up on top of Casper after another passionate kissing and cuddling session. "My arse is yours to fuck whenever you want it" Casper grinned and lifted his legs high over his head to expose it. Matt grabbed the condoms and lube and soon had his thick hard long cock inside the beautiful channel. "Ah, fuck, yes; that feels so good" Casper exclaimed. Matt took his time, not wanting to come too soon but eventually he couldn't hold back any longer. "Ah, yeah; that feels so good" he yelled as his climax took over and his whole body shook with sexual excitement. He couldn't ever remember enjoying sex so much. 6. Julian's trial was held two weeks after he was charged. Casper decided he had to be there to try and learn why his long term friend found it necessary to murder the guy he loved so much. When asked by the prosecution why he'd murdered Oscar, he again said that he was in love with Casper and Oscar had stolen him. When asked whether Casper had ever professed his love for Julian, he replied "We had sex together". He was then asked when that was and he replied "when we were seventeen". There were several chuckles from the gallery and the judge remarked "So it was a teenage fling but nothing substantial beyond that." Oscar nodded and again said that he loved Casper "he was mine and Oscar stole him from me; he deserved to die". The prosecution then said "And you stated during your police interview that if you couldn't have Mr Olsen then nobody could and you'd kill him too; is that correct?" Julian nodded and the judge asked "Is that a yes?" Julian nodded again and the judge said "I take that to be a yes." Since Julian had pleaded guilty to murder, there was no jury to decide the case so they'd been dismissed at the start of the case. Having considered the evidence, the judge found Julian guilty of first degree murder and intent to murder Casper. "I hereby sentence you to life imprisonment. I also recommend that you be incarcerated in a secure mental established in view of your threat to murder another person and not be released unless a court deems you to be mentally stable again." Julian was led away by the court warders and Casper suddenly realised he was crying. He still found it hard to believe that the guy he'd known for so many years had been the same one who'd stood in the dock. He heard the court official say "All rise" as the judge made his exit. He stood and saw Matt looking at him from his place below. He sat down and placed his head into his hands and sobbed. He heard someone nearby comment that Julian was a mental case and deserved all he got as they made their way out. By the time Matt was by his side he was sitting alone. "I'm so very sorry Casper; you shouldn't have come." "I needed to; I had to hear him admit that he killed Oscar and wanted me dead too. At least I can now move on." "Would you like me to take you home?" Casper nodded. He wanted that very much. When they reached Casper's flat, Matt took him into his arms before they got out of the car. "Shall I leave you on your own tonight?" "No; I need you beside me. I love you Matt." Matt gasped. He so loved Casper but he'd not wanted to push things too fast. "I love you too if you'll have me." Casper smiled and kissed his new lover on the lips. "I need a shower and to change but then I suggest we go out for a meal. I know just the place." Matt nodded with a big grin on his face. He liked that idea. Once inside the flat, they both stripped off and showered together. It was something Casper and Oscar had done frequently since the cubicle was large enough. As soon as the warm water was bathing their naked bodies, both cocks reacted. Matt took Casper into his arms and they kissed. "I never thought I'd love someone else but now Oscar has gone I find I do. I really love you Matt and want you beside me. Would you stay the night?" Matt felt his heart jump with joy; the words were music to his ears. "Of course I will if you're sure; let's go out for a meal and you can decide after that." Casper smiled and kissed Matt again as he fondled his erection. His own organ was also fully erect and he rubbed both together. "I should have had a pee first" Matt chuckled. "No problem; pee over me; Oscar and I used to find it very erotic." Matt was so desperate that he immediately did so even though his cock was still hard. Casper took hold of the peeing organ and waved it all over his belly. He loved the feel of hot pee and used it to rub into his pubes and to massage his own cock which was now rock hard and about to explode. "I'm gonna cum" Casper yelled. "Yeah; cum all over me; I love being smothered in hot cum." Casper giggled as he wanked himself all over Matt's bushy pubic hair whilst he still continued peeing. When both were done, Casper was smothered in piss and Matt in Casper's hot creamy cum. Without saying anything, Casper crouched down and took Matt's semi hard cock into his mouth. He could taste the tang of his pee but it didn't bother him. He sucked and sucked, kneading Matt's balls as he did so. Matt gasped as he felt his climax rise. "Ah; fuck; I'm coming." Casper grinned but continued sucking until he could taste Matt's beautiful cum in his mouth. "That was fucking awesome" Matt exclaimed when he'd finally come down and pulled Casper up for a passionate kiss. "I've never done anything like that before. Did you and Oscar do that with each other?" "Frequently; we both loved kinky sex and took every advantage to experience it in all kinds of positions and places." "I look forward to that" Matt laughed, "I can see I have a lot to learn since so far my sexual experiences have been somewhat mundane." "Come on, let's dry off, get dressed and go out. Would you like a pair of sweatpants to wear?" Matt said he'd love a pair to save wearing his suit so Casper delved in the wardrobe to find a pair for himself and his new boyfriend. "Oscar and I often used to wear sweatpants and to make it sexier we'd not wear anything underneath." "Wow; that sounds fun; I'm up for that." They both slipped on the sweatpants and Casper found a T shirt for Matt to wear. Since he wore the same size shoe he also offered Matt a pair of trainers. Once dressed in their casual gear, they set off to a restaurant around the corner. Matt found it very sexy as his cock swung loose inside the sweatpants and could see Casper's doing the same. "This is causing me to get a hard-on" he giggled as they walked along. "That's the idea" Casper laughed. The restaurant was quiet so they chose a round table in one corner. Casper sat as close as he could to Matt without making it too obvious. When they'd ordered and the young waiter had served their drinks, Casper ran his foot up and down Matt's leg. "Are you still hard?" he grinned. "Yep; especially after drooling over that young waiter. I can see why you like coming here." Casper grinned and moved a hand beneath the table whilst keeping an eye on the waiter. He was taking an order from another couple who'd come in so had his back to them. He felt into Matt's crotch and took hold of the stiff organ through the material of the sweatpants. "Ah fuck yes; that feels good" Matt muttered between his teeth. Casper grinned as he removed his hand. Matt placed a hand on Casper's leg and slowly moved it into his crotch as he kept an eye on the waiter and the other two diners who were a young couple so only interested in themselves. He finally reached the prize he was seeking and gave it a squeeze. "Fuck; you're rock hard" he whispered. "That's what you do to me Inspector Scott" Casper giggled. "Only another few days before you can call me chef instead of that title" Matt grinned, relieved that he'd made the decision to leave the police. He'd never really enjoyed the job but at least it had meant he met Casper, despite the terrible circumstances. The meal as usual was great and Matt told the young waiter that he'd thoroughly enjoyed it. "Thank you sir; it's always good to know." "He's a chef and appreciates good food so please give our compliments to the chef" Casper smiled as he gazed into the young lad's eyes. "Thank you sir; I will" the lad replied feeling his face go red. He'd immediately recognised the two gays and although they were older than him, he imagined what they'd be like in bed. He'd so far not come out to his parents even though he didn't think they'd object but he was a shy lad and this job was meant to bring him out. "I've not seen you in here before; are you new?" "Yes sir; only started four days ago." "Well; you can tell your boss from me that you're doing very well and deserve a rise" Matt smiled. The lad went puce red as he cleared away the plates. He had a feeling the two guys were chatting him up and he enjoyed the experience. When they reached home, Casper pulled Matt into his arms and kissed him. As he did so he felt the growing organ inside Matt's sweatpants. He thrust a hand down inside and grabbed hold of the swelling organ. Matt gasped and did the same to Casper. Within minutes they were both stark naked with hard cocks rubbing against each other. Without saying anything, Casper led Matt into the bedroom and offered himself. Just the look of the younger man's arse sent Matt's mind into a spin as he imagined having his now hard cock deep inside. He grabbed a condom and prepared his organ before pushing into the waiting hole. "Ah fuck; yes" Casper exclaimed as Matt's long thick cock filled him up. "That feels so fucking good." "Sure does babe; it's fucking awesome" Matt groaned as he thrust in and out. As he did so he grabbed hold of Casper's cock. In unison with his own strokes, he massaged the now long hard cock. He kept the action going for quite some time before Casper yelled that he was about to spill and Matt did the same. When they were both done, they collapsed on the bed beside each other. "I so hate these fucking things" Matt commented as he pulled off the used condom. "Oscar and I never used them because we were monogamous. I'm happy to do the same with you provided we both test beforehand." "Are you serious?" "Sure; I'd trust you. Have you ever had bareback sex?" Matt said he hadn't because up to now he'd never had a regular boyfriend but having met Casper that had all changed so they agreed they'd visit the STD clinic together and get tested. Before finally going to sleep, they talked and pleasured each other. Matt loved sucking Casper's cock and he certainly never objected and let him continue until he'd shot another load. "You've got such a lovely cock to suck" Matt muttered in between deep throat sucks. Casper just lay back enjoying the attention and as he did so, he thought of Oscar. This so reminded him of their early days but things were the other way around. It was Oscar who'd laid back and enjoyed what Casper did but both were happy. Over the next few days they met each evening after work and had a meal together. Sometimes Matt would stay the night and on other occasions he'd go home to get a fresh set of clothes for the next day. At last his final day with the police arrived. His team insisted on taking him out for a drink and saying farewell. Matt so wanted to include Casper but they decided that was not a wise thing to do since several members of the team had met him but that night he'd be spending it with Casper once he'd given his excuses to get away. "Have you met someone" his assistant whispered as Matt made his final farewell to everyone. Matt wondered how to respond but in the end admitted he had. "I thought you had; you've seemed different over the past few weeks. What's he like?" "Very nice" Matt grinned not wanting to say anymore. "You should have brought him along so we could all see him." "That's exactly why I didn't" Matt laughed, "It's early days and I didn't want him to be put off by this lot". His assistant laughed and gave Matt a big hug. He'd known his boss was gay for some while even though he'd kept it quiet. As soon as he was through Casper's front door, the pair of them were in a tight embrace and as usual cocks were soon hard. They went into the bedroom and Matt stripped off his suit for the last time since he'd certainly not need it in his new job. "I'd like a shower to wash away all vestiges of the police" Matt chuckled. "Want me to join you and rub you down?" Casper laughed. "Of course, and not just rub me down" Matt giggled as they both stripped naked and walked into the bathroom with raging erections. Once in the shower, they sucked one another's cocks and Matt again peed over Casper. What he didn't know was that Casper had deliberately drunk as much as he could before Matt had arrived home so also had a full bladder. Suddenly he gushed out and Matt enjoyed the feel of the hot piss spraying over his body. When they were both done, he went down on Casper's organ and sucked him dry. Matt then massaged himself over Casper until he too had spilt his load. That evening in bed, they fucked each other again but this time they dispensed with condoms. Their tests had shown they were okay and the doctor had given them both a clean bill of health. "Ah yes; that feels so good" Matt exclaimed as his naked cock slipped in and out of Casper's arse until he felt his climax rise and he shot it inside him. 7. Matt had spent the whole weekend with Casper prior to him starting his new job as senior chef on the Monday morning. He was both excited and nervous at the thought of commencing a new career but he was certain he'd made the right choice. He was greeted by the Administration Manager who made him feel very welcome. They agreed that Matt's previous job, and in particular his involvement in Oscar's murder, would not be divulged to the staff. If asked where he'd come from, he'd just say a large organisation and let people assume that was in a catering role. The two guys who would be assisting Matt were delightful. One was a good looking nineteen-year-old, but sadly not gay, and the other was in his late twenties and married. Matt just hoped that his lack of experience wouldn't be too apparent but he was used to managing a team so that was not a problem. He'd spent the past three weeks going through his course notes with particular reference to catering for large numbers. Fortunately, the practical experience he had gained during his training was with a large company so at least he had some knowledge to draw on. He'd also spoken to the chef where he was stationed who'd given him some useful tips and menu ideas. As it happened, he needn't have worried since the younger guy was very inexperienced and the older guy was happier being an assistant rather than the chef in charge. Matt had worked out menus before starting and asked the administration manager to order what he needed. As soon as he was decked out in his whites, he set the assistants to work. They were more than pleased since the temp who'd been looking after things had been hopeless, resulting in food not being ready. When the staff started appearing for lunch, they were delighted to see food ready and the range of dishes. "That was delicious" one guy commented to Matt, "we've not had food as good as that since Oscar was here; god rest his soul. I take it you know the poor guy was murdered." Matt nodded and agreed it was a terrible affair before serving the next person with their desert. "So, how did it go?" Casper asked when Matt came to greet him on his arrival home from work. They'd agreed that Matt would spend several nights a week with him including the weekends so Casper had given him a key to the flat as Matt would invariably arrive before him. Matt said it had gone well and he'd received several glowing comments about the food. "I told you they'd love you just like I do." They kissed and as usual their bodies reacted but the meal was almost ready so Casper quickly washed and changed out of his work clothes. "That was delicious" Casper said when he'd cleared his plate. It reminded him of Oscar. He so loved coming home to his meals. He was tempted to ask Matt to move in with him but didn't want to look too pushy. Had he known, the same thoughts had gone through Matt's mind but he wanted Casper to make the first move. "Mum would like to meet you" Matt said when the meal was over, "Would you be willing?" "Of course, I'd love to; so you've told her about me." Matt smiled. "You can't keep much from mum so she knows all about you and who you are. She's desperate for me to find a steady boyfriend to settle down with." "I hope she approves of me then" Casper laughed nervously. "Don't be daft; she'll adore you just like I do." Casper grinned and pulled his new lover into his arms. They kissed and were soon stripping each other off. Once on the bed they got down to serious business. First Casper rimmed Matt's arse and he loved the feel of the guy's hot tongue over his hole. He then told him to stuff his stiff cock in which Casper was happy to do. Now they'd dispensed with protection, he grabbed the lube and then stuffed his hot rod into the beautiful hole. "Ah fuck" Matt cried out enjoying the feel of Casper's long thick cock up his arse. Since meeting Casper he'd not enjoyed sex so much. Casper kept fucking until he felt his load about to shoot. "I'm gonna cum" he cried. "Yeah, let it go man; love the feel of your hot juice up my arse." Casper let rip and filled his lover with his hot cum. When he'd finished he licked the beautiful hot arse clean. Matt told him to kneel on the bed because he too wanted to shoot his load inside of Casper's tight arse. "Ah fuck; that feels so good my love" Matt cried as he stuffed his cock in and out of the hot arse. On the Saturday, Matt took Casper to meet his mum. If all went well, he'd stay the night. As soon as Matt had introduced him to his mum, she welcomed him, giving him a kiss and a hug. She said how sorry she was for his loss and what a terrible time it must have been for him. Matt had told his mum who Casper was just a few days before so she knew all about Oscar's murder. "I'm so pleased he's left the police force; I worried every day that he'd be shot or injured. The world seems to have gone mad. I believe it was you who suggested he apply for the catering job he's now got." Casper nodded and said Matt was a great cook. She agreed as they watched Matt prepare lunch. "She likes you" Matt whispered after they'd eaten lunch and Casper had insisted on helping with the clearing up whilst Matt's mum sat down. "She's told me you're the man for me" he giggled and she's cool about you staying over and sleeping with me. It's the first time I've ever had someone sleep here with me so we're breaking new ground." "I feel honoured" Casper chuckled remembering back to the first time he and Oscar had slept at his home. When they'd finished the clearing up, Matt placed his hands on Casper's shoulders and looked into his eyes. "I really love you Casper." "And I really love you" Casper replied and gave Matt a kiss. "I'd like to spend the rest of my life with you Casper. How do you feel about that?" For a moment Casper was speechless. He loved Matt as much as he'd loved Oscar but hadn't thought he'd want to become that committed. "It feels good" he managed to say. Suddenly, Matt went on his knees in front of him. "Would you marry me Casper Olsen?" Casper gasped and immediately said yes as he pulled Matt to his feet. They kissed passionately for several moments before Matt told him to wait there. He rushed into the hallway and grabbed his jacket. When he returned, he presented Casper with a gold pendant that had a small diamond set in it. "It's beautiful" Casper gasped and Matt hung it around his neck. He'd taken to wearing the gold signet ring that had originally been Oscar's so he could always feel that he was near to him. Having this meant he had a permanent reminder of Matt and he loved it. They kissed again and were in a passionate embrace when Matt's mum came into the kitchen to see why the clearing up was taking so long. "I've asked Casper to marry me and he's accepted" Matt told his mum excitedly. "That's wonderful news and about time. I was beginning to think he'd never find a man to love" she laughed and gave Casper a big hug. "Welcome to the family Casper. As you know it's only me and my son but you're very welcome to be a part of it. I understand your own parents have both passed away." Casper nodded remembering the suddenness of his mother's death the previous year before showing her the gold pendant Matt had just given him. She loved it and kissed her son. "So when are you two going to move in together?" "Are you trying to get rid of me mother?" Matt laughed. "It's time you had a life of your own son; you've looked after me long enough. I'm perfectly capable of looking after myself but you're both welcome to come and see me as often as you like." Matt looked at Casper for his reaction. "It's fine by me; you're welcome to move in whenever you like." "Well, there's no time like the present so why don't the pair of you pack up your things Matt and move in tomorrow." "Are you really sure Casper?" "Of course I am" he laughed and gave Matt another kiss whilst his mother looked on. "And you're sure you don't mind living on your own mum." She laughed and told him she was quite sure and it was time he left the nest so after they'd sat and had a cup of coffee Matt and Casper went up to his room to start packing. It didn't take long and they soon had two suitcases of clothes and two cardboard boxes of other personal items packed and stored in the hallway ready to take to Casper's flat the following day. That night they made passionate love trying to keep their noise down to a minimum. It felt odd to Matt fucking a guy knowing his mother was sleeping in the room across the corridor. After breakfast the following morning, they packed Matt's car and said their farewell to his mum. It seemed strange to Matt knowing he'd not be returning there again as his home. Once back at the flat, they unpacked everything and within an hour it looked as if Matt had lived there forever. They kissed and within minutes had removed each other's clothes. "How about a celebration fuck?" Matt laughed. Casper was up for that so immediately jumped on the bed, lifted his legs high over his chest and offered his arse. "That arse looks so beautiful" Matt groaned as he gave it a lick. "I hope you realise I'm gonna fuck it every night and deposit my load inside." "It's all yours anytime you want. Let's see how many loads you can shoot up my arse by the time we make the evening meal." Matt was certainly up for that so he immediately stuffed his cock inside the hot channel and deposited his first load. When he'd done that, he got Casper to suck his cock until he was ready to do it again. With breaks in between, he managed to shoot six loads up Casper's arse before it was time to prepare the meal. "We shall have to see if you can beat that record sometime" Casper laughed. He loved the feel of his new lover's cock up his arse and would never tire of it. Three months later they were standing in front of the Registrar getting married. Matt's mother attended of course but so did Oscar's parents who'd kept in regular contact with Casper ever since the day their son had disappeared. Colleagues from the clinic where Casper worked and some from Matt's new company also attended. They'd never met Casper before so didn't make the connection with Oscar which suited him. It was a wonderful day even though Oscar was in Casper's mind. "He would have loved Matt" Oscar's mother told Casper after the ceremony "so don't feel bad about having someone else in your life; he'd have wanted you to be happy". Casper nodded feeling tears well up in his eyes. She hugged him and gave him a big kiss on the cheek. "We'll always be here for you Casper." He thanked her and dried his eyes. His new husband moved up beside him and took him into his arms. "I know this must be hard for you my love but I'll never leave you, and you know who, is locked up for good. I doubt he'll ever be released." Casper smiled and kissed the new man in his life. Something told him they'd always be happy and have a long life together with lots of wonderful sex. They did live happily ever after and Matt did break the record he'd set when they first moved in together but Casper never forgot his first love who'd become a missing person. ~~~~~ Comments are always welcome so feel free to email me.
