Awakening in the morning, they stretched, kissed and wandered into the bath
to relieve themselves. "Let's get in the shower and try something new," said
Tommy.

"if you trust me, let's get a bit kinky". So they stepped into the shower and

They first went to the Mercedes Benz dealership so Tommy could pick out a car.
The director of sales greeted Robbie with a smile and asked how things were
going. He introduced Tommy as his life partner. They started to look around and
just in front of him, he found one right away. It was a metallic Burgundy with
camel interior and all the features (the bells and whistles) he wanted. Looking at
Robbie with hopeful eyes, Robbie nodded and said it was SO him.  They both
got in and took a test drive and were thrilled with the way the car handled and

When the test drive was over, they walked into the Manager's office. The
Manager drew up a contract, added a few signatures and a major discount since
Robbie's family owned the dealership. Robbie wanted to have them do a dealer
demo (just give him the car to Tommy) but he knew Tommy would reject the
offer. They were going to detail the car quickly and they could pick it up after
2:00 PM.  They were all smiles and they both thanked Frank, the Manager, and
went off to find coffee and chat until the car was ready. Robbie asked how
Tommy was feeling and he replied better every day with his handsome and sexy

They started to discuss when Tommy wanted to start packing to move in?
Tommy said, "Would yesterday, be soon enough?"  They decided they would go
to Tommy's apartment after they picked up the car and start making lists of
what to bring other than clothes and personal items. They looked at some store
windows and then it was time to go pick up the car so they strolled back to the
dealership and found Tommy's new car was sitting gleaming in the sun. It was

making lists.

They went into Tommy's bedroom and looked to see how many clothes boxes
they would need as well as boxes for other things. Tommy, for the first time in a

actually had, and then adding the casual clothes, shoes, shorts, and athletic
clothes, he was overwhelmed. While packing and sorting, Tommy said he was
going to weed out things he didn't wear anymore and donate a bunch of stuff to
the homeless shelter for men. Robbie said what a fine idea and said he would
do the same in his dressing room. What is the old saying if you haven't worn it
in two years, get RID OF IT!

So, plans were made for packing and moving. It was now nearing 5:30 so they
went and picked up Tommy's new 'Benz' and parked in his parking space. They
decided to walk to a nearby restaurant, have a drink and bit of dinner, while still
discussing the move. Tommy again thanked Robbie for the deal he got for the
car and was beyond elated with it! They had a delightful dinner and many things
were discussed about the move. Since today was Tuesday, they would have
things packed and moved by a moving company that Tommy's family often
used. They would go over and sort through things and have the shelter come
and pick them up for a nice donation.

They retrieved their cars and drove home. What a day this had been. The new
car, packing and other discussions, dinner out and now home. They were both a
bit done in and decided to have an early night. They locked up, turned on the
alarm. They undressed each other slowly, romantically, kissing here and there,

into his father's office, knocking first at the closed door. His Father said to come
in and greeted his son with a smile and a hearty welcome. Robbie took a seat in
front of the desk and asked what was up. Tomas Sr. said he got some disturbing
reports that there was something wrong with one of the restaurants. The one
down in Burlingame, There, seemed to be some money problems, Sales were up
but the deposits of money were off and it needed to be looked into
immediately. Robbie asked for the figures and the tally sheets, Robbie glanced
over the figures and said he would study this and come up with a solution ASAP.
Thanking his father, he went back to his office and really started to look at the
figures. They were most definitely off. He thought he would go down there this
morning to take a look at things in the restaurant (with a surprise visit) to see
what was going on and look at their house accounts. He called his father's office
and reported what he was going to do, Thomas agreed and said Robbie had full
reign, of course, to do whatever needed to be done.

Robbie called Tommy and gave him his schedule for the day now knowing what
was planned for work. He simply explained about the problem with the
restaurant and what he was going to do about it. Tommy said, if he needed
some help he was happy to do anything that was needed of him. They both said
"I LOVE YOU!" and then ended the call.

Robbie went and got in his car and drove down the Peninsula to see what the
hell was going on with that restaurant and that manager. He could imagine
what was going on with him but wondered why he would do something so
underhanded. John had been with the company for several years and had
always done a great job.

Robbie arrived about 10 and the staff was setting things up for the lunch crowd.
They were always busy at lunch with the business crowd and then busier at
night especially on Thur., Fri and Sat. nights. It was a very popular place for
wedding receptions and other kinds of parties as well. They had a 2 fairly large
banquet rooms. One could hold up to about 200 and the other slightly smaller
would hold about 90 and were always booked way in advance. The prices were
reasonable, the food was exceptional, the staff always polite and the service
was beyond great.

Robbie walked in and was greeted by the front of house staff. He walked back
to the office and surprised John, as he had not called first. He wanted this to be
a total surprise and it was by all accounts. John looked totally flustered as he sat
with a large amount of cash in front of him and was totaling last night's receipts
along with the charge slips. Good morning John and how are things going?
Robbie inquired. What is the total take from last night including the banquet in
the small room. John stammered a bit and said he was almost done and could
give a total, soon...

Robbie got an espresso and talked to some of the wait staff to see how things
were going? They said fine, but one waiter asked to speak to Robbie privately.
So, the moved over to a quiet area and David, the waiter told Robbie that Dave
had been acting a little quiet and stand offish for the last several weeks?
He seemed not as friendly as he normally was and was acting a little guarded at
times and would NEVER allow anyone in the office alone?

Robbie thought about this and wondered what was wrong. He went back to the
office again and John looked startled. "Let me see the receipts and the checks
for last night." John asked why he wanted them and Robbie curtly replied,
"BECAUSE THIS IS MY RESTAURANT, AND I HAVE A RIGHT TO LOOK AT
ANYTHING I DAMN WELL PLEASE!!" Now, hand them over! Reluctantly, John
handed over the receipts and left the office mumbling about going to the toilet.

Robbie started to go through the receipts and straight way noticed a large
discrepancy in the cash takings for the night before.... It seems, that about $300
was missing from the total.

He looked over the last several days and nights and found that almost every
night there was money missing. And from what he could see so far it amounted
to almost $3500, maybe more. He was shocked. The he suddenly noticed that
John had not come back from the toilet, and he had been working in the office
for almost 20 minutes by then. So, he went to look for him. He checked the
men's room, no John, then asked the staff, if they had seen John and one server
said, he saw him leave out the front door about 15 min ago saying he had an
errand to take care of and to carry on. Robbie immediately thought. 'I've got
him now and called his Father and asked what he should do?' Daniel said to call
the police and have him arrested, after explaining what was going on. He called
the police and gave them a brief explanation of what happened then gave them
the make and model of his car, his cell # and his home address.

The police said they would take care of it and call immediately when John was
arrested. I said I wanted to see him the minute he was caught!! About 20 min
after the APB was sent out I received a call form police headquarters in
Burlingame and said that John had been caught and was at the police station. I
called Father and he immediately drove down and met me at headquarters. I
waited in the lobby and my Father was dropped off by his driver. I had
explained to Father what I had found and what I had done. Needless to say, he
was FURIOUS, to say the least.

When his Father walked in and have never seen him so mad EVER! He said
where is the SOB!! He is in a holding cell replied the Sargent and we were taken
into a conference room and told to wait. A few minutes later, a police man led
John in to the room. He was hand cuffed and looked dreadful. He was told to sit
down, and he did looking at the floor and he almost started to sob, with tears
running silently down his cheeks. My father looked at him and said just three
simple words," WHY JOHN?... WHY?"

John sat silent for a few minutes, look up with tear stained face and said, no real
reason. He said he had grown up fairly poor, his father ran off when he was
little.  His mother had struggled and always worked 2-3 jobs and still barely
made ends meet. The main reason was because they had so much and he
struggled all the time. No car (as it had died with no money to replace it or even
fix it!), a cheap studio apt with ratty old ugly furniture in a fairly bad
neighborhood. He was lucky though he had health insurance through the
restaurant but still wanted to live a normal life, and THAT TOOK MONEY!!! You
all had so much and thought you wouldn't miss it.

"THAT is no excuse for what you did!! If you needed help all you had to do was
ask!!" Said Robbie. "Haven't I always been fair with all the employees? To steal
and try to undermine everything we have worked so hard for.
To hurt your fellow workers who have done nothing but be your friends. We
trusted you with running our restaurant and this I how you pay us back? This is
just wrong, and for that, we are going to prosecute you to the fullest! Where is
all the money and how much in total did you take from the restaurant?"

John looked in disbelief at his former boss. He slowly said, there is some money
hidden in a friend's garage but most is in my studio. All I can say is I am truly
sorry. What is your friend's name and what is the address? You know this makes
him accessory to the fact so he is in trouble... "NO!" screams John. "He knows
nothing, I just said I needed to store some old boxes of stuff and he knows
nothing about the money, I SWEAR!!" "There is just under $4,500, minus a
couple of hundred. You can have it all back."

"No matter, we are calling our lawyers and they will deal with this for us. and by
the way...... YOU are SO FIRED!"

Robbie and his Father walked out of police station, exhausted and stood talking
on the sidewalk. Daniel said, he just couldn't believe what John had done. He
also said there would be a complete audit of all the restaurants to see if
anything else was wrong, although they had not heard of any other of their
restaurants in this kind of situation. They hugged and went to their cars and said
they would chat more later today. As his dad was getting in his car with his
driver, Robbie said quietly, "I love you dad!!" And Daniel, smiled, and got in the
back seat of the chauffeured dark grey and silver Bentley and drove away.
Robbie was going back to the restaurant and mop things up there and then had
to decide about another manager.

The Asst. Manager, Robert, who had been doing a great job and had the
experience. He had been there several years and was very personable, and very
good looking. He was great with the customers. They would chat when he got
back to the restaurant.

When he entered the front door most everyone walked up and asked what
happened. Since the restaurant was due to open shortly he gave a quick
explanation and said that John was no longer employed there and asked for
Robert to see him in the office now.

When Robbie was seated at the desk, Robert walked in and said, Yes Boss...
What's up?  Robbie simply said, I want you to be the new manager starting right
now, with a nice raise in pay! More hours of course. No problem, he said and
was of course a bit shocked at the news but delighted, and with that and he
strolled out to open "his" restaurant. He had a big smile as he was so happy
with his new assignment and being the boss was great. He got on well with
everyone. He told the wait staff he was the new manager, and they clapped and
yelled congrats!! They were happy for him and knew he would do a fantastic
job.

A short while later, the Police Capt. called and said they had found the money
and they would take finger prints and catalog everything. When they got it
sorted and counted they would call back with the total amount of the money.
Robbie said, "Great." They would talk with the DA and see if they needed to
keep the money for the trial. Robbie said he would wait to hear the results.

Robbie picked up his cell and called Tommy to let him know what was going on.
Tommy was so relieved to hear that Robbie was ok!! "I love you so much, when
do you think you will be home?" Robbie said he loved him too and would most
likely be home about 5:00 or so and he would bring dinner from the restaurant.
Tommy said fine and then saying, "I love you once again." He hung up and went
back to work.

Robbie sat back and just reveled at his luck. One, in finding Tommy and how
lucky he was, finding the best thing that had ever happened to him, the love
and care he received, his family so receptive to his life style, he business he had
just encountered and how quickly it had been for the most part resolved.

Tommy ordered dinner for them both, He thought the special for the night was
just great, it was La Boeuf Bourguignonne, with wide Pappardelle pasta and
steamed Broccolini Almandine. Robbie was excited to get home and hug his
lover, kiss him deeply and tell him how much he loved him and then sit down to
the feast he was bringing home for them. This dish was a specialty of the house
and a guest favorite. It was his own recipe he had tweaked while at the CIA.

Robbie got in his car after bidding the staff a goodbye and sorry for all the mess.
He bid Robert a fond farewell and that he was grateful for him stepping in and
taking over as the new manager. Robert said, that that was his job and would
not let him down!

The drive into town was great and had very little traffic. He was grateful for
that. He called Tommy on his mobile and said he was headed to the office for a
short while and then would be home waiting for him with "bated breath!!"
Tommy smiled and was excited about seeing his love. "I love you darling and
will see you at home." Tommy said he would be home about 5:00 or so. They
hung up after saying they loved each other. (They never left a phone
conversation without an, I LOVE YOU.)

Robbie pulled into the parking garage into his VIP assigned parking place, next
to the elevator. Once in the elevator, he was whisked up to the Penthouse floor
that held the executive offices of Blackford Corp. He was greeted by the
Executive Asst. and waked straight to his father's office and knocked gently and
walked in. His father was seated at his desk going over some papers and smiled
when he saw his son.  Robbie walked over and hugged his Dad and proceeded
to tell him everything since he left. His Father said he had had a phone call from
the DA's office and that Dave was in custody, they had recovered just $4,100
and that it would be released to them by the end of the week. His dad had
called their law office and explained what was going on and to get things
prepared for the trial.

The secretary who answered the phone seemed a little off and said she would
take care of things. She said she would have one of the partners call back
shortly. After waiting over an hour, Daniel called back, gave his name and asked
to speak to Jared Williams, the senior partner. When Jared came on the line, he
asked to whom he was speaking. Shocked Daniel said, rather coarsely, "That
would be me, Daniel Blackford, your biggest client, and I am very, VERY
unhappy in being treated this way, I called over an hour ago and was told by
some lame-brained secretary, that she would take care of it and give you the
message and I sat here for over an hour waiting for you to call me back, over a
very important matter, regarding a theft at one of our restaurants and
embezzlement." If this is how you treat your good clients, who have been with
you for many years, then perhaps I should be looking for other legal counsel,
and a new law firm!"

"Now Daniel, there is no need to get on your 'high horse'. Let me know what
the problem is and we will get to the bottom of this so-called mess, you've
gotten yourself into." We can straighten this little mess right out. I will get back
when I have a little more time to discuss this matter." Daniel, now extremely
furious about the comments that were said to him, "When you have the
time??? And you are calling this a little mess, when you don't have a clue about
what is going on!!" "Like I said, this is a case of embezzlement, theft and under-
handedness by a manager of one of our restaurants" It's not the money, but the
principle of the thing, and since you don't seem to be interested in my business
when you said, you will get back to me to settle this so called 'little mess' and
those were YOUR words NOT MINE! Then, I guess it is time for me to find
another law firm who is interested in taking care of my MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR
Corporation and that they can spare the time to do a little work for me, that I
pay you a fortune every year to take care of our needs!!"

"Good bye Mr. Williams and good luck!!". Slamming the phone down and
letting out a huge sigh, Daniel, sat back in his office chair, and thought to
himself, He knew just who to call... and he did.

He called Robbie's office and asked his son to come down to his office and they
needed to have a chat about what just occurred on the phone. Robbie appeared
at his father's office and strolled in and as he was sitting down, said "what's up
dad?" Daniel, then went into an explanation of what happened on the phone
moments ago and Robbie's, eyes grew large and shaking his head, said, "YOU'RE
KIDDING RIGHT??!!" "Are you really going to change firms after all these years?"
I certainly am! These people have let a few things slide here and there and
finally, I am DONE!!"

"I wanted to ask you your opinion about getting the Gilman Firm to represent
us." I have known them for a while and they have a sterling reputation. I am
sure they would be happy to take our business. Done deal then, I will make an
appointment for tomorrow. "You and I can go over there and see what is what. I
have done a little research and they are as good or better than the rumors I
have heard through the Corporate grapevine. I will be excited to have a new
and energetic law firm handling our business. Sometimes it is good to shake
things up a bit to get the juices flowing!"

So, Daniel picked up the phone and called Gilman & Son, Attorneys at Law and
asked to speak Thomas Gilman, gave his name and in about five seconds
Thomas picked up the line and said." Hi, Daniel, what a nice surprise, and what
may I do for you today?" "Well, Thom, I would like to make an appointment at
the earliest time tomorrow say about 10:30 or so to discuss a very important
matter. I think you will be happy with the outcome, then maybe we could have
lunch and close on this matter." Maybe, young Tommy and my Robbie could
join us as well? "Let me just ring my Secretary and go over my schedule, I'll be
right back. So, Daniel was put on hold for about 1 min and Thom was back...
"Could we make it 11:30 AM? That works better for my schedule?" "That works
great for me as well, and I am sure the boys will not have a problem with this.
After all we are their bosses." Both men laughed and said good bye and both
hung up each with a huge smile. Robbie was smiling as he looked forward to
this great business deal and hopefully uniting both families together.
