Date: Wed, 17 Jul 2019 16:49:36 -0700 From: Stephen Wakefield Subject: Chapter 15, Robbie's True Love II 15. Both pairs of lovers fell into a deep sleep in their separate bedrooms after a wonderful night of sexual escapades. Tommy woke with a most delightful feeling. He had been dreaming of a fabulous blowjob and came slowly awake, finding the covers pulled back and Robbie sucking up and down on his 10" rock- hard, leaking cock. The release of Tommy's cum into his hungry mouth made Robbie cum at the same time. It felt sooooo good! In the next bedroom, Carlton awoke with almost the same feeling since Ben was deep throating his hard 8" cock and had licked his index finger. He was just starting to prob his hole. He came quickly into Ben's eager mouth. After he shot, he pulled Ben forward and shared the hot load of cum in his mouth. Stroking Ben's hard dripping cock, it took only seconds for him to shoot a load all over Carlton's hairy chest while kissing with wild abandoned, coating both their chests with cum that sprayed all over. The men settled down and Carlton dragged Ben into the shower after saying how much he loved him. The two men enjoyed a warm, wonderful shower together washing each other while kissing. They dried off and went to get dressed for breakfast and begin the day. The four men met at the pool for breakfast at the appointed time, 10:00 AM. The coffee was great and the service was so good. Their server was blond, tan and gorgeous, built like the proverbial `Brick Shit House', wearing a tight white tank top and very short tan shorts and sandals. From what they could see, he was well hung too!! (Not that they were interested, but like the saying goes, `Just because you're on a diet, doesn't mean you can't look at the pastries!') Breakfast over, they went to the front desk to check on the cars they had rented for the week. The cars were waiting out front. Tommy and Robbie's Mercedes was a cream- colored convertible. Ben and Carlton's was a dark red hard top. Both were new and looked comfortable. Ben and Carlton sped off to meet friends for the day but didn't know what their friends had planned. Robbie had an appointment with the realtor to look at the first restaurant they had viewed on line. Ben and Carlton said they would see each other in the morning since they did not know what time they would return that evening. Carlton wanted to see the famous La Brea Tar Pits. Robbie said that was fine because they were looking at two different properties and they would have a full day ahead. They would have dinner out that evening and then meet to discuss the properties. Tommy and Robbie left shortly to meet the realtor at his office in Beverly Hills on Wilshire Blvd. The gold gilded sign on the window said Wakefield Realty Investments and the office was very stylish. They arrived on time and met Mr. Timothy Wakefield. He was an attractive man about 5'9" with weight appropriate, dark blond hair and a handsome face. He was very well dressed and looked about 35-40ish. There was a black Bentley parked in front. Evidently he did very well. They were greeted warmly and were offered coffee which they declined for the moment. Timothy walked them over to a conference table where, he had things ready for inspection. Everything was neat and in order, with two separate folders, one for each property. Everyone sat down and Timothy went on to explain were they were going that day and what he expected them to see. Both Robbie and Tommy were excited. Timothy gathered the folders and they headed outside. Timothy told his manager he would be available by phone if needed. They walked to the Bentley and Robbie got into the front passenger seat while Tommy slid into the back seat of the luxurious car. Timothy got behind the wheel and drove them to the first location. It was a good-sized restaurant named `Blakes' and only about three blocks away from the office. It had a fairly large parking lot right next door with a sign that read: `Restaurant Parking Only'. The restaurant was closed and had a large for sale sign underneath it. Another sign reading `SALE PENDING' was in the front window. They approached the front door and Timothy pulled out a set of keys and unlocked the door. The three men stepped into a great looking space. Obviously the place had been very well tended. A sign at the entrance said that capacity was 175 in the main dining room. It had a banquet room in the back that sat 125. Seems the owners had a death in the family. As the part owner and head chef had suffered a heart attack and actually died in the restaurant while cooking on a busy Saturday evening. What a shock that had been for everyone. The family didn't have the gumption and the `know how' to carry on, so they decided to sell and move away. They found ledgers with all the sales for the last two years with detailed cost sheets for supplies, bar, food and employee cost. They were asking $3.2 million including the existing lease for the parking lot and transfer of the liquor license. Robbie felt it was a really good price. They would have to do little decorating, change a few things here and there, change the color scheme, bring in new table clothes/napkins, change the art work and upgrade the light fixtures (more of an update than anything else). They were going to take the findings of the accounting firm with them to go over in the next day or two. Both Robbie and Tommy were excited and pleased with how everything was working out with this place and were now looking forward to seeing the other place. Robbie almost took the offer on the spot, but Tommy, seeing it in his eyes, shook his head slightly "NO"! So they set off to the other establishment. They took off in the Bentley once again and drove for about half an hour to the other property. Both men looked very disappointedly at the next place. Even though it was a Beverly Hills address, it looked shabby and in need of major remodeling on the outside. There was also no parking lot next to the building. Timothy let them in and if they thought the outside looked bad, the inside was even worse. Timothy said the place had been abandoned about 7 months ago and the owners fled in the night, leaving mountains of debt. The restaurant was called "Anthony's." The inside looked a shambles, tables over turned, petrified food in the kitchen OMGÉthis was not even worth discussing. It looked like they had left in the middle of meal service and turned off the stoves and ovens and left. Robbie just said after about three minutes, "OH HELL NO!!! We are out of here now. If the figures check out we will take the first place. Give us a couple of days and we will get back to you with a firm proposal." Timothy smiled a gentle smile and said of course. His commission would be great and hopefully had two very happy clients. They walked to the Bentley and drove back to the office. All three men chatted about the disastrous second place. Timothy had not really seen the place before and immediately was going to drop the offer to represent the bank who was holding the paper. He would write a formal letter that afternoon describing the conditions and his desire to drop the project, with a plea just to tear it down and build something new or even a parking lot. What a disaster it was! It was filthy and smelled terribly. He would be glad to get rid of it. Timothy pulled up in front of the office and asked the men to please have lunch with him at his country club. Tommy and Robbie accepted. Timothy had to do some short business and instructed his manager to write a letter to the bank handling the last restaurant, of what they saw. Timothy had taken pics of the place and said to include them with the letter. He was glad to get rid of that monstrosity. He had the men follow him to the club in their car and had them park in visitors' parking. Upon walking in he was greeted warmly and signed Robbie and Tommy in as his guests for luncheon. They were escorted past the main dining room and out to the patio to a delightful table with a fabulous view of the golf course and gardens. It really was very beautiful. Robbie and Tommy both requested iced tea with mint and lemon. Timothy ordered a lemonade with a splash of vodka. They perused the menu and Tommy ordered a Chef salad while Robbie ordered a Cobb salad. Timothy ordered a club sandwich that had a small salad on the side. The service was attentive, but not pushy. While waiting on their lunch, Timothy, once again, said how sorry he was about the disastrous last restaurant. He had seen pics that someone sent but had not had time to go see it in person. He assured them that this would never happen againÉEVER!!! Robbie said, "Hey, mistakes happen, but please, before you list a property, it should be thoroughly checked out. My family and I own a lot of real estate as does Tommy's family. But, I must happily say, the first restaurant was exactly what I was looking for!" Lunch arrived and the men dug in finding the food wto be really good. It gave Robbie some new ideas about menus for the restaurants. He was always looking for any and all improvements he could present things that were inventive and kept up with the times. During lunch, Timothy asked what restaurants they owned and Robbie realized he had not told Timothy about his restaurant chain. Robbie smiled and apologized for not providing that information. He said with humility, that he was President of "Blackford's" in and around San Francisco and they had 10 locations at the moment and he wanted to expand and do something down South. Timothy was gob-smacked and told them that he had been to his restaurants numerous times and was very, very impressed by the the food and the decor was always fabulous. He then stated that he knew he would have a hit on his hands in Beverly Hills and it was the type of restaurant the area needed. The salads the salads that were served were really great, using fresh ingredients and were very flavorful. More iced tea was poured. Robbie asked Timothy how long he had been in business and if had a girl friend or significant other. Timothy smiled shyly and said he and his partner had been together since high school. Tony was his name and he taught political science at USC. They had just bought a home up on Mulholland Drive with a fabulous view. It had four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and had a pool with a spa. By the pool was an outdoor kitchen. They actually got it in a foreclosure sale for a song, about $200k under the asking price. Timothy did quite well in the real estate business and it was growing all the time since sold business as well as residential real estate. He asked about their home and Tommy told him about the house that their parents had bought for them. He shared they had them moved in and settled by the time they got back from their honeymoon. He explained they had been together now for almost four years and were deeply in love. He shared that they were completely monogamous. They had a fabulous house-keeper/cook who ran the house and their lives but they loved her to death. Her name is Elsa and she is one lady you don't mess with! Timothy laughed and said they were looking for someone but so far no luck. But they would keep trying. They had talked to some friends who had live in housekeepers and had asked if they knew of anyone who would be interested in working for a great gay couple? He winked at the boys. Timothy signed the bill and Robbie left a generous tip. As they walked out to their cars. Robbie said he would send the figures to his lawyer and accountant and would go from there. It should take a day or two, but Robbie said he had wanted it so it just needed approval from the powers that be. Tommy said he wanted to do some shopping and perhaps take a walk around Beverly Hills. They were both excited about the restaurant and when they got to their car, Robbie called his dad and told him the story and then sent pictures of the restaurant. Daniel was pleased and happy but said the decision was his. If he wanted it, then get it!! Rodeo Drive was fun, watching all the people as well as the windows. They stopped in several stores and did find a few small things. A light weight silk and cashmere V-neck sweater for Tommy in a beautiful shade of light green that did his complexion and eyes great service. Robbie found a gorgeous silk blazer for in a medium blue that looked stunning on him. They really didn't need any more jewelry and were just about to buy a $3 million restaurant and possibly another restaurant in the desert and maybe a new house; only time would tell. As they drove around, Ben called and asked if they had plans for the evening. Tommy said they were free, so Ben and Carlton invited them to a party with their friends for a nice bar-b-que. It was up in the Hollywood Hills and they would meet back at the hotel at 5:00 and drive up together. Their friend's names were Sam and Art. Sam owns a chain of seven dry-cleaning stores and Art owned a large secretarial service that supplied administrative assistance, office personal and temps for different businesses. He was well known in the area and did very well. Sam was 35, had light red hair, well built, and very good looking. Art was also super good looking. He was also muscled, had dark brown hair, blue eyes and a small mustache, and has a hairy chest. Sam was smooth chested with a small treasure trail. They had been married now for two years but had been together for five years and totally in love. It was nearly 4:00 PM when Robbie and Tommy drove back to the hotel and wanted a nap before going up the in the Hollywood Hills for dinner. Ben had said it was a very casual, shorts and tee's gathering and to bring a bathing suit as they also had a pool. Back at the hotel, they checked for messages at the desk and asked if there was a secure Fax machine in the suite? The answer was yes and to feel free to use it anytime for no cost. Robbie replied `thanks' and off they went. They walked to their bungalow and entered. They seemed to be alone. Robbie sent the papers to his Accountant and Tommy reviewed the documents as his lawyer, then sent a set to his Dad for inspection. It was early enough to get a reply by early afternoon tomorrow. They were excited and hoped everything checked out. Then, to the bedroom where they stripped down and crawled into bed where they came together, kissed deeply and smiled. Robbie asked, "So, what did you think of the first restaurant today and only the first one. The second was beyond disaster and needed to be torn down and totally forgotten!!" Tommy laughed and said he was completely right about the last one, but the first one was great and he really thought you were going to write a check right there!!" Robbie laughing as well said, "I was tempted, but I did him give a check to hold on the property with intent to buy. I will pay for it all once everything is OK'ed. Their kisses led to more amorous petting, caressing and finely down to some old-fashioned, great cock-sucking in a 69 position where they came in each other's hungry mouths and savored the taste of each other. They turned around and kissed each other again while sharing each other's essence. They drifted off for a short nap, when Carlton and Ben returned waking them. Tommy sort of opened one eye and peeked in the open door smiling as their friends were naked and wrapped in each other's arms. Robbie was awake now and called out to Ben. Ben came into the bedroom and said it was now 5:30. They were due at Sam and Art's in an hour. He explained again that dress was very casual, so shorts, tee's and sandals would to be fine. Ben went off to clean up and Tommy and Robbie jumped in the bathroom for a quick rise off in the spacious shower. Dressed and waiting on the living room, Ben and Carlton approved as Robbie and Tommy came in dressed the same manner. They headed out the door and Ben said he would drive since he knew the way. Carlton asked about the properties and Robbie filled them in. "We can take you by the one we liked in the morning for your opinion. The second one was beyond a total disaster and need to get torn down. We will explain that one later and I can show you pictures. God it was awful!" The realtor was great and first one is a real bargain at the price they are asking. It includes a fairly large parking lot next door and includes the liquor license. I sent faxes to our lawyer, Dad, and Accountant this afternoon. We should hear back by tomorrow afternoon. We really loved the place, so we're anxious to see and hear your thoughts." The drive to Art and Sam's was scenic and they made good time. The house from the outside was striking and the view was spectacular. They rang the bell and it played Bali Hi from South Pacific. Robbie thought `what a great touch.' They were admitted by Art who introduced himself. The men walked into the living room where they met Sam. After a quick tour of the house, they were led out to the patio. Art asked what everyone would like to drink. Both Robbie and Tommy asked for Chardonnay, while Ben asked for a scotch/rocks and Carlton asked for a Cab. There were hors'd oeuvres set out which looked delicious. There was shrimp with cocktail sauce, assorted veggies and dip and Guacamole' with tortilla chips. There was smoke coming from the bar-b-que and it smelled wonderful. Drinks were served and everyone sat down to get acquainted. The normal questions were asked and jokes were told that had everyone laughing. The view of the city was spectacular! The dining table was set with a flower arrangement in the center surrounded by large glassed-in candles which were lit and glowing. When the hors `d oeuvres finished, Sam started bring sides to the table as Art opened the lid to the grill and pulled out a stunning leg of lamb. There was mint jelly on the table, assorted mixed veggies and grilled potatoes came out with the lamb. It all smelled and looked wonderful. All sat while Sam lifted his glass to make a toast. "Here's to old friends and to new ones as well. Now let's eat." The conversation started with Art asking about the new restaurant Robbie was hoping to buy. "Where is this place? We understand you have several restaurants in `Frisco'? Both Robbie and Tommy looked shocked at the comment about `Frisco'! Robbie looked at Art and stated that one NEVER, EVER refers to San Francisco as `Frisco'! It's sort of an unspoken rule, but we are very funny about it. and yes, I do own and operate 10 restaurants in and around the `City'. I am looking to expand a bit so we have nearly chosen a place in Beverley Hills called `Blake's. It is at top of my list and we have put a deposit down, pending that the figures check out. He said they had faxed all the pending paperwork to his accountant, Tommy's law firm and his Dad. Robbie said they were impressed by the location and with some minor changes he could up and running sooner than expected. "The second place was a total disaster called `Anthony's. It was horrible and looked like they stopped cooking and just fled in the middle of meal service. There was food all over, rotten and rotting. It smelled terrible, it was dirty - and I mean FILTHY - and in my opinion, needs to be gutted and torn down." Robbie said they were leaving to drive down to Palm Desert tomorrow afternoon to look at another restaurant and possibly for a second home. But time would tell. Dinner progressed nicely and a fabulous Chocolate and Vanilla layered Crme Brule was served for dessert along with Cappuccino's. After dinner drinks were offered but were declined. It was getting a bit late and they had lots to do in the morning. It was a work night. The men hugged and Timothy, Tommy and Robbie thanked them for a fabulous dinner. They were escorted to the car after exchanging numbers in each other's phones and the hosts had been invited to visit and stay with them, if they ever went up to `The City'. The offer was graciously accepted. Ben drove down the hill and back to the hotel. Tommy and Robbie told Ben and Carlton what great friends they had and the dinner out had been superb. The men were tired after a long day and were ready to retire. They reached their suite and hugged each other good night as each couple went to their respective bedrooms prepared for a night of cuddles and sleep. Well, the saga continues. A new restaurant on the scene now? Will all the figures be acceptable? Hope so. They still are headed to the desert, another new restaurant and maybe a new house?? You'll just have to wait and see.
