vinaigrette; The main course was roasted Prime Rib, med rare, with
roasted potatoes with garlic and fresh rosemary, baby English peas with
pearl onions and quartered mushrooms, and finally, a pink tinted
creamy horseradish sauce; For dessert, individual chocolate souffle's
with Cr�me Anglaise. Coffee and after dinner drinks in the living room
was to follow and present openings of one gift each, and the rest to be
opened Christmas morning, with coffee and mimosas, followed by a
sumptuous breakfast feast.

The dining room would look fabulous and the whole house was already
looking festive and ready for the family party. Sam and Daryl were
going to have lunch together - just sandwiches and a bowl of Miss

The cost for the trip for the top rooms on the train would run roughly
$24,230 per person. And then the suites at the hotels as well, it was of

was a cheap gift for such loving and giving parents. Robbie called

They could fly to London on one of their own planes to start their
vacation together. Things were coming down to the wire and some

time for them to go on their trip. Now, during the winter months, or

and asked Tommy for his advice. He also thought that spring would be
better. So that was done.

Things were going well for both Daryl and his Sam at the ranch. His
tutelage from Gerard was great and Daryl was learning more each day
about the ends and outs of running a big house. The new horses were
doing well, and they successfully bred two of the mares and sent one of

One of the other studs was going for that service after Christmas. Sam
knew his job well and the family, especially Daniel, were please with

honeymoon to the Caribbean. This was arranged by Robbie and

Both men were tired and ready for the day to end. They headed home

drink tonight and he wants to see me for a bit. I have invited him here,

Tommy replied, "we told you, this is your home too and you can have
Robert over anytime, just not when we're entertaining as you will be
working, but he is always welcome. You seem to be developing quite a

Bradley smiled and said they were both crazy about each other and
love was starting to form, although they were taking it somewhat
slowly.  We have both been hurt and don't want that again!! But we are

Bradley cleared, Elsa brought over fresh strawberry shortcake with

dessert was gone in minutes. Dinner was delightful.

Tommy and Robbie excused themselves to do a bit of work before they
went to bed. They closed the Study door and started to discuss Elsa and
Alma's cruise on the Dawn Princess leaving San Francisco in middle of
March for 10 days. It was headed to the Mexican Riviera with stops in
LA, Mazatl‡n, Cabo, Puerto Vallarta and Acapulco. They would be
staying at a five-star resort, Las Brisas Hotel, for three days. The Hotel is
world-famous and has stunning views of Acapulco Bay. They also have
pink and white, golden carts for guest to use for touring. (Been there,
done that and it is spectacular. The food is fantastic, and the service is
beyond words!!!)

Sam and Daryl were excited about everyone coming and the fact that
they were almost completely recovered and feeling fit as a flea helped
a great deal. Daryl had decided to get Sam a new saddle and would pick
it up tomorrow. H would hide it for Christmas and give it to him
Christmas morning.

Christmas was just two days away and all was well with all!!!

watched movies on New Year's Day.
