June Monday, Cameron asked, "Hey Aaron, anything shaking this weekend you
know of?"

"I guess since you seem more excited about than me.  I just know I'll get
snake bit, chiggers and poison ivy."

Cameron laughed, "No, you won't.  I can't promise that but I never have."

"If you say so," Aaron said.

The two headed to their cars and said they'd see each other that night.
The two were best friends since the seventh grade when Aaron moved into the
medium sized town.  Both had just finished their junior years in high
school and had already made plans to room together in college after high
school.

With plans in place and supplies bought for the weekend camping trip,
Cameron headed over to Aaron's house.  They loaded his bag and groceries
before heading off to Lake Thomas.

"All I'm say right now is they better have good phone reception," Aaron
stated right after getting in Cameron's SUV.

"So what if they don't?"

tent site.  They chose one away from the madness they could see from the

Cameron pulled out the small tent and set it up.

"You've got to be shitting me, Cameron.  Both of us in that tent," Aaron
