Chapter 231

A Few Days Later

Lucas smiled, feeling the love surrounding him, the young man carrying his son in his arms.

"Goes Noah's!" Little Justy said, clapping, Lucas smiling and kissing his forehead.

"Yes, my son. Going to see Noah." he smiled, his soulmates smiling at him, his hand in Josh's.

Lance and Justin followed behind them, little Joshy in Justin's arms.

"Another family gathering of love." Lance said, Lucas smiling back at him.

"Our community of love surrounds us, my loves." he said, Josh kissing his cheek.

"Your love surrounds all of us." he smiled, Lucas winking at him.

"Got to keep all the hot men happy." he said, the young man feeling a hand on his ass now, Lucas smiling at Josh.

"One can't seem to get enough." he said, Justin smiling at him, patting Lucas' backside.

"You've rocked our worlds all week, Luke. I can never get enough of you." he said, little Joshy giggling in his arms.

"Dada's happy." he smiled, everyone smiling at Justin.

"Always, son." Lance said, kissing his husband's lips, the small group walking through the stone front gates to Adam's home.

It was late afternoon Saturday, the community invited to Adam's home for a week-ending dinner party.

"He said not to bring anything, my love." Josh said, he and Lance each carrying a box.

"My Divinity cake lures my love into all their souls. We'll walk back empty-handed, guaranteed." Lucas smiled, everyone smiling at him.

"Me wants to see Noah!" Little Justy said, Lucas kissing his head again.

"Almost there, commander!" he smiled, the boy giggling.

"Noah bro! Me loves him." the boy smiled, wanting down from his father's embrace.

Lucas smiled, setting the boy down on the ground, Justin doing the same for a struggling Joshy.

"They're raring to go.  And focused on Noah." Lucas said, the two boys walking ahead of their fathers, Josh and Justin following closely behind.

"They have our HD's gusto for life. They're going to run us into the ground." Lance smiled, Lucas' arm now around him.

"Their love will run our hearts with happiness." he said, the two kissing, Josh and Justin smiling back at them.

The group walked up the front steps, Josh and Justin helping their sons climb them.

The front door opened, Adam smiling at his guests, his eyes meeting Lucas' violet pools.

"Welcome to our home again, my friends." he said, a small boy in his arms clapping his hands.

"Noah!" Little Justy said, Adam smiling and going to his knees, the two boys beside him immediately, both kissing little Noah on the face.

"Baas!" the small child gurgled, Adam smiling at his son.

"He's been antsy the last few minutes. I believe he felt their coming happiness." the man smiled, the boys grinning up at him.

"We always feel each other, Unky Adam!" Little Joshy said, Noah cooing at the two boys.

"He felt their love, Adam. As I feel yours." Lucas said, Adam smiling, rising to his feet with his son in his arms, his lips meeting Lucas' in a kiss of love.

"I feel yours always, Luke." he smiled when they broke their kiss, the other three men kissing the singer and small boy on their cheeks.

"Come on in, guys. Everyone's on the patio or in the pool." Adam smiled, the four following him with their sons walking ahead of them.

Josh and Lance put down their boxes in the kitchen as they passed through, Adam looking at them, then Lucas.

"My cakes of love, Adam. I told you I'd be bringing dessert." Lucas smiled, Adam smiling at him.

"You covered in whipped cream upstairs will be delicious." he smiled, Josh laughing.

"We haven't tried that yet." Justin said, Josh rolling his eyes.

"The boy has one train of thought." he said, Justin smiling and kissing his lips, Lance slapping Justin's ass.

"And boy, what a caboose!" he said, Lucas and everyone laughing.

Justin blushed, Adam smiling at him.

"I've boarded that train. It's so love-filled." he said, Justin smiling at him, his arm going around his friend.

"We all are on the tracks of our lives." he said, everyone smiling, the group walking out onto the patio.

Everyone greeted them, the younger ones and some of the men in the pool waving.

"You're late, Carver-Belmont! I'm starving!" Joey yelled from the pool deck chairs, his wife and kids in the pool.

"I only brought dessert, Fatone! Haven't you been stuffing that bear, Adam?" he smiled, Trish kissing his cheek after hugging him, Lucas kissing little Julian in her arms.

"His hands have been full of treats since he got here an hour ago." Usher smiled, hugging Lance, Pierce hugging Justin.

Joey smiled at them waving, Chris walking up to him with a platter of cheese and crackers.

"The whale's dry. I see no blubber showing." Lucas smiled, Piney laughing and hugging him, everyone joining together.
Colton and his soulmates waved from the pool, Lucas waving back, seeing the five surrounded with wet love.

"We swam all morning. Now we will bathe in the love." Piney said, Lucas smiling at him.

"As did we. Love wet is always wonderful."  Lance said, Piney smiling at him, Lucas sitting down with his sister and Finn and Skyler.

Chris walked up onto the patio, still carrying the tray, it now half empty, the man smiling.

"That bear is bottomless." he said, Piney smiling at his husband.

"He just needs the right honey." he smiled, Chris smiling and sitting down in his lap, the two kissing.

"Watch him, Piney. Your own bear may start roaring. He's got the honey he needs." Lucas smiled, Chris giving him a one finger salute, the young man laughing.

Piney smiled when the two broke their kiss, Chris smiling at Lucas.

"All set for Monday, Luke?" Chris said, everyone looking at him with glaring eyes, Lucas smiling at him, the man softly blushing.

"Right off the bat, my friend? It's alright, everyone. I know and feel your concerns. Let's leave next week to its revealing truths." he said, Josh leaning over and kissing his lips.
"We all love you, Lucky." he said, when he broke their kiss, Lucas smiling at him.

"I have so much love. The days ahead will be filled with it." he said, Chris' eyes meeting his again.

"Sorry, Luke. We've all been talking the last little while.  Monday starts the last path. We're all concerned.  We know you just want to relax." he said, rising from Piney's lap, Lucas rising from his seat as well, smiling at his friend.

"I know, Chris. I feel all your concerns, love and wonder." he said, Chris' hand going to his shoulder.

"We've all seen so much, Luke. So much wonder and unbelievable magic." he said, Lucas smiling at him.

"I knew there was a Peeping Tom behind the bushes last night, guys." he said, looking at his husbands, everyone laughing.

Chris blushed, slapping Lucas's chest.

"That's not what I meant, and you damn well know it!" he said, Lucas laughing, kissing Chris' cheek.

"The pool's awaiting you, Orca." he smiled, Chris stepping back, Lucas laughing again.

"Relax. The wetness of Piney's love is all you need. For now." he smiled, the young man's eyes going to two people walking up from the pool onto the patio.

"Hello, mother-to-be! Don't you look happy, glowing with love, my friends?" he smiled, Felix and Sheila smiling at him, the two hugging Lucas.

"Hello, Lucas. We were both touched that you asked us to come here this afternoon." Sheila smiled,  Justin shaking Felix's hand now, she looking at Lucas with wonder, Lucas kissing her cheek.

"Our community of love always welcomes dear friends and family." he said, Felix smiling at him, Josh and Lance welcoming him, a look of wonder in his eyes as well.

"Lose the wondrous worship, my friends. I'm just Lucas as I've always been. We're family." he said, Pierce smiling at his old friends.

"Carlisles stand together, Lucas." Felix said, Lucas smiling at him, waving a finger.

"Sorry, I meant Luke." the young doctor said, Lucas smiling again.

"You only have a few months left, my friends. Your little pink bundle of joy will lighten your hearts as I shall lighten all." he smiled, the two surprised, staring at Lucas.

"We just found out the sex yesterday, Luke!" Sheila said, the surrounding parents looking at them with smiles.

"Lucas always feels the coming love." Finn grinned, slapping the young man on the ass, Finn sitting beside his standing form.

"The boy can't keep his hands off my ass. Do something with your Chewbacca, Sky." he said, Finn blushing, Skyler laughing, smiling at the couple in front of them.

"A little girl for you? How wonderful!" she smiled, the two nodding, looking at Lucas.

"A sister for our sons and their friends. Our community of youthful love grows." he smiled, Sheila shaking her head with wonder.

"Your magic is astounding, Luke." she said, Lucas smiling at her.

"You haven't seen all of it yet." he smiled, Pierce smiling as Felix looked at him.

"You've shown such wonders the last few weeks, Luke. My old friend Pierce revealing his angelic self." he said, Pierce smiling at the young man.
The two had talked since the revelation, their friendship still rock-solid.

"He was always an angel to all his friends. The goodness always flowed from him." Felix said, Pierce smiling, his husbands smiling at the young doctor.

"Friends for life, Felix." he said, the doctor smiling.

"What happens this week, Luke? My family stands with you. If you need us there we shall stand with you." he said, Lucas smiling, patting both on the shoulders.

"I welcome your friendship, and your love. I've secured rooms for both of you at the Havens." he smiled, the two smiling at him, Chris smiling at both.

"Our clan grows." he smiled, the two smiling at the famous singer.

"Thank you, Luke. I cleared our schedules just in case." the doctor said, Lucas nodding.

"We can always use a doctor on call." he said, Felix laughing.

"Pierce is more experienced in general medicine than me.  I'm a pediatrician." he said, Lucas smiling at him.

"Your skills will come in handy, my friend. Mine even moreso." he said, Josh looking at his husband, everyone looking confused by Lucas' words.

"Welcome to the group, Felix. We leave for Vermont Monday morning at seven from our place." Lucas said, the doctor and his wife smiling at him.

"We'll be here first thing that morning."
"Right now I have to show my culinary magic. Lead on to the kitchen, Adam." Lucas smiled, Adam smiling at him.

"You're our guest tonight, Luke." he said, Lucas' arm going around him.

"We're family, Levine. Put me to work, master." he said, Adam nodding and smiling.

"Follow me, biatch. " Adam laughed, the two men heading for the kitchen.

"He's so unbelievable." Sheila said, her husband kissing her cheek.

"He's a man of magic and love." he said, everyone smiling at him.

"Please join us, Sheila. When's your due date?" Trish said, the young woman smiling, she and her husband sitting down with her, Jessica and Cindy, little Joshy in Jessica's lap, Justy in Cindy's.

Adam smiled at Lucas, the young man flipping skewers of meat on the barbecue.

"That sauce is so tasty, Luke." he said, running a finger into the bowl by the skewers, bringing it to his lips.

"My own secret recipe. I love covering meat in it. You like whipped cream, I like something meatier." he winked, Adam laughing, the two at the barbecue off the patio.

Josh smiled towards his man, Justin kissing his cheek.

"He's happy, Josh.  Next week's coming drama hasn't claimed his soul." Lance said, Finn smiling at the three.

"He's Luke, guys. He always shows his love with calmness and reality. His being calm calms me." he said, the three nodding.

"He's so amazing." Felix said, seated with them now, everyone having moved from the pool, the patio filled with everyone, all awaiting the coming feast.

"Has he given any clue as to what's to come next week?" Usher said, he and Pierce setting the tables with silverware and glasses.

Josh looked up at his old friend, Usher smiling at him.

"Just that love, and magic are going to flow greatly. That's all he's said." Josh said, Felix looking at him.

"I envy you the greatness of his love, Josh. He's a man of strong courage, life and greatness." he said, Josh smiling at him.

"He's my life, Felix." he said, Justin kissing his cheek, little Joshy now in his lap, sucking on a bottle.

"He's all our lives, Josh." he said, Lance and Josh smiling, the doctor smiling at all three.

"I sense we're here for another reason, Josh." Felix said, Sheila kissing his cheek, looking towards the young man at the end of the patio.

"His love draws all in, Felix." Colton said, he and his soulmates at another table with the two Chrises.

The doctor smiled, staring at the young man.

"You're a surprising individual as well, Colton. The magic you possess, the greatness of your destiny. We're all shocked with wonder." he said, the young man smiling.

"I follow his love, I follow his path. He guides us all with his love." Colton smiled, Enrique kissing his lips.

"We feel his love in yours, Colty." Haras smiled, the young man smiling at his four soulmates.

"So amazing." Felix said, Lucas smiling from the barbecue, he and Adam both carrying two platters each of meat dishes.

"Dinner is ready everyone." Adam said, his husbands taking the platters from them, walking into the house with them.

The two walked back out, a buffet set up inside.

They joined Adam, the three joining hands, Lucas sitting down with his soulmates.

"Welcome to our home, everyone. This is another sanctuary of love for all of you. We welcome you into our family and our love." Pierce said, everyone clapping, smiling at the trio.

"Less talking, more eating!" Joey and Chris yelled from their table, the three laughing.

"Meet Joey and Chris, the last two at the buffet line." Usher grinned, the two blushing.

"Please, everyone. I'd like you all to raise your glasses." Adam said, looking towards Lucas.

"Please join us, Luke." he said, the young man smiling, picking up his now filled wine glass, Josh having filled all theirs.

The man smiled, walking up to the threesome, Adam's hand going to his shoulder.

"We stand in the center of love's soul. Your loving soul, Luke. You've brought all of us here together tonight to bask in each other's love, and more importantly, to bask in yours. We all thank you for what we have, for what you've given us. A community of love, a community of life. New faces join the love, new children adding to the love ahead. Tonight is the calmness before the storm. The storm of uncertainty. We all feel your calming love. It calms all of our souls. Monday  we all venture into the unknown. Onto the path of your guiding love. I sense within my own soul--within the deeper magic within me--a greater truth shall show itself. And the beauty to come may shock all our souls forever. Tonight, I'd like to propose a toast to your love, Lucas. To the love you give all of us. Would everyone please raise their glasses and toast the love that surrounds us? To Lucas' love!" Adam said, his face wearing a calm vision of total love.

Lucas smiled, raising his glass, everyone joining him.

"To Lucas' love!" they all said in unison, the young man tasting the sweet Italian wine, smiling at everyone.

"Thank you, my friend, my confidant. My love is for all of you. It's around you, it's within you, and it's waiting inside in the dishes of deliciousness created by myself and you Adam. Let's dine on each other's love." he smiled, Finn grinning.

"I ain't touching that love! I know where's it's been!" he laughed, others laughing as well.

Lucas smiled, his friend grinning at him.

"Join the bear and Orca at the back of the line, Chewbacca. We all need our meal hair-free." he smiled, everyone laughing more, Finn blushing, Joey and Chris lowering their heads with blushing redness.

"Nah, why spoil the fun. Join the front of the line of happiness, guys." he grinned, everyone rising from their seats, following the threesome of love and Lucas into the house.

Joey and Chris grinned, Finn at their side, following ahead of everyone else.

Lucas smiled, sipping at his third class of wine, his husband's arms around him.

Everyone was relaxing around the patio, stomachs filled with happiness, love showing close.

"That was delicious, Adam." Nick smiled, Gio rubbing his stomach.

"As four plates showed, my love." Gideon said, Nick smiling at him.

"You can thank Lucas, it was his secret sauce on all the meat." Adam smiled, Usher's black hand on his own stomach, kneading it, Pierce smiling at his husbands.

"Sautéed in love, my friends." Lucas smiled, Chris smirking at him.

"I hope I never find out the secret ingredients. Something tells me it's downright nasty." he grinned, Joey laughing.

"No whale blubber touched it, Orca." Lucas smiled, Chris blushing, Piney kissing his cheek.

"You're fed my love. You'll sink if you keep baiting him." he said, Lucas laughing, Chris looking at Lucas with concern.

"Relax, you'll remain dry for now.  But don't tempt fate." he said, Chris smiling at him with relief.

"Thanks, Luke."

The young man smiled, looking around the patio, all his life surrounding him.

"The water waits for the love it needs. We'll all feel its wetness shortly." he smiled, everyone smiling at him, Pierce smiling at Lucas, the young doctor having been walking around filling everyone's coffee and tea cups.

He sat down beside his husbands, his blue pools meeting Lucas' violet.

"Speak from the heart, Pierce." he said, the young man smiling at him.

"You let the conversation postpone itself earlier, Luke. We've all talked the last few days as Chris said. We're all waiting with bated breath for what's to come. Can't you give us an inkling of what to expect?" he said, Usher's arm going around the young man, the black man surrounded by his life.

Lucas smiled, rising from his seat, going to the patio's steps, staring at the calm pool in the center of the backyard.

"I feel all your love and concern my friends. And the needs within your souls." he said, turning back, everyone's eyes on him.

"We love you, Luke. We all want you safe." Jessica said, Cindy's hand in hers.

"I am safe within all your love, you all need to understand that." he said, Hemi smiling at Lucas, the Egyptian surrounded by his soulmates.

"We do, Lucas. We all feel your love in our souls." he said, Lucas smiling at the young man.

"You have more in your soul than anyone here, Hemi. Life for you has been unending." he said, the young man smiling, rising to his feet, walking up to Lucas, the man's hand going to the young man's shoulder.

"I have a greater life now, Lucas. Thanks to you. Four of unending love and life." he said, the young Egyptian looking at his four soulmates.

"It's a life you always deserved, Hemidon. Through the courage and goodness of your own soul God has marked you with the love you needed. I envy them the beautiful love you give."
Hemi smiled, his four soulmates staring at him with total love.

"I am the most loved. And you are the one who gave me that love, Lucas." he said, Lucas kissing his cheek, the young man smiling, returning to his soulmates, wrapped in their arms of love.

Lucas smiled, looking around at everyone, the young man sighing.

"Next week begins the final path. The path to righteousness and truth. To goodness and its prevailing life." he said, Adam rising from his seat, walking up to the young man, Lucas smiling at him.

"You make it sound like it's a life-affirming moment ahead, Luke." he said, Lucas smiling at him.

"It shall be for all, Adam. Goodness will show its greatness in so many ways. You will all see its redeeming love." he said, Adam's hand going to his shoulder, the two staring into each other's eyes.

"And what of you, Lucas? Will you have to sacrifice all for us to have all?" he said, everyone looking at the young man with showing love.

"My life is love, Adam. You've all felt it. You will always feel it. My path is my own, as it was always destined to be. God gave me that choice himself. I walk the path now of my choosing." he said, Adam nodding.

"And where does that path lead you, Luke?" he said, Lucas seeing the love and concern in his blue pools.

"To happiness, Adam. To the happiness I've always wanted." he smiled, the young man looking towards his family, five sets of eyes locked with his.

"I've been given a special love, a love for my soul's happiness. I've been guaranteed that I will always have it." Lucas said, his violet pools going to the pool behind him, staring at the calm water.

Adam's arm went around the young man, Lucas feeling his closeness.

"We all love you, Lucas. We all need you in our lives, your family most of all. You love is like a wetness that bathes our souls. We can't live without it."
Lucas smiled, turning around in the man's arms, everyone staring at the two men.

"You never will, Adam. I'm forever in all your souls." Lucas smiled, Adam smiling, releasing him from the closeness of his love.
"Return to your men, Adam. Angel love needs you." he said, Pierce smiling at Lucas, Adam returning to his and Usher's arms.

Lucas smiled, Josh rising from his seat, handing little Joshy to Lance, little Justy seated in Justin's lap.

The man walked up to his husband, their arms going around each other.

"Everyone's talked to all three of us all week, Luke. Your love they all need, we most of all. We all feel the reality of what next week will bring. The unbelievable and perhaps the unfathomable. But we all will walk that path following you. Your love will make us all follow you. We all love you." Josh said, Lucas smiling, taking Josh's hands in his, the two looking into each other's eyes.

"I love you, my Joshua. My heart came alive the day I was saved from a nasty fall by these strong arms. I stared into your blue pools of love and was lost in them forever. You are my soulmate, the rock of my existence. I can face any future, any past, any truth with your love wrapped around my soul. With all the love wrapped around my soul." he said, everyone staring at the young man, Josh's eyes filled with tears.

Lucas smiled, wiping Josh's smooth cheeks.

"Don't cry my love."
"I love you, Lucas. My love is yours forever." he said, Lucas smiled, kissing him on the lips, Justin and Lance smiling at the two, their sons smiling as well.

"Daddy and Papa loves." Little Joshy said, little Justy giggling.

"Time fix that." Little Justy said, giggling, Justin and Lance rising to their feet walking up to the two men, Lucas smiling at all four.

"My heart is blessed with so much love. With three of deep love and two of growing love. Life is good." he said, Little Justy climbing into Lucas' arms.

"Love comes, Daddy. Time's going to fix all." he smiled, Lucas smiling, staring into his son's blue and green pools.

"It shall, Justy. Poppa will make them see that." he smiled, staring into Lance's green pools.

"What will I see, Luke?" he said, Lucas smiling at him.

"Life, Lance. The life that's all around us."
Lance nodded, not sure of what Lucas was referring to.

Lucas smiled, looking around at everyone.

"Life moves forward, my friends. Don't let your hearts be clouded with concern. You've seen a lot of magic and love surrounding me. There will be more, and yes, maybe even greater, but I will always be there. The center of life is love. Let's just walk the path together, our love ours." he smiled, everyone smiling at him.

"The magic's been unbelievable, Luke." Felix said, Lucas smiling at him.

"It will only be more unbelievable." he smiled, looking into the young doctor's blue pools.

His violet pools went to Pierce's blue, the other young doctor smiling at him.

"Right now, we need to work off the weight of the deliciousness we have had. Let's hit the pool of love, everyone. I need an angel in my arms. I need to thank the cook!" Lucas smiled, Adam's eyes widening when Lucas' strong arms went around him.

"No, Luke!" he screamed, Lucas carrying him down the steps, the man running and diving in to the pool, Adam struggling in his strong arms.

Everyone laughed, rising to their feet, the two men coming to the surface of the pool's rippling water, Lucas' arms around Adam.

"Dessert looks delicious!" he smiled widely, his hands pulling Adam's shirt off in the water.

Colton smiled, looking around at everyone.

"Dad's love has stirred the waters of life. Let's all bathe in it." he smiled, the young man running, his shirt leaving his chest, diving into the pool, his soulmates on his heels, their muscular beauty showing in moments.

Little Joshy clapped his hands together, smiling at his fathers.

"Daddy's love! Me needs!" he said, Lance smiling, he and his husbands carrying their children to their wet father.

The six joined in the pool, Adam now in his husbands' wet arms.

The man stared at Lucas, two violet pools of love shining back.

Adam felt a wetness in his soul, the man lost in the love he felt growing there.

Hours Later

Adam stirred, feeling the warmth wrapped around him.

He smiled, opening his eyes, staring into a face of smooth beauty.

Pierce lay beside him, their faces inches apart.

Adam felt another warmth wrapped around him, feeling Usher's muscled beauty against his other side.

He saw Usher's arm across his tattooed chest, his hand resting on Pierce's abdomen.

Adam smiled, remembering the night's passion, the long hours of worshipping love.

His blue pools going to the open balcony door, the night's passion heating the room, the cooler breezes now cooling it.

He moved his husband's arm, Usher mumbling in his sleep.

Adam moved, moving over Pierce's naked form, the man's arms wrapping around him, stopping his motion.

"It's early, babe." Pierce softly said, not opening his eyes.

Adam smiled, leaning down and kissing his warm lips.

"I have to pee, my love." he said, Pierce sighing in his half sleep, releasing Adam's naked form, the man moving out of the bed, standing at its side.

He smiled, staring down at his husbands, their muscular forms showing all their beauty.

Usher suddenly moved, his body going against Pierce's naked form, the two cuddling together.

Adam smiled, covering their nakedness, kissing each on their cheeks, the two men softly smiling in their sleep.

Adam grabbed his robe off the chair by the windows, putting it on.

He walked to the bathroom, closing the door behind him quietly.

A few moments later he walked out, quietly exiting their bedroom, closing its door behind him.

Downstairs Adam walked out onto the patio's quietness, walking across it and walking up to the pool's edge.

He stared at the calm dark water, sitting down on the pool's edge.

He felt the coolness of the water on his legs, his feet moving in the liquid.

He sighed, his mind flooding with thoughts and emotions.

He closed his eyes, feeling the love flowing through him.

What do I feel hidden within our soul, Lucas?
What do I feel you don't want me to feel?

"I never want you to feel anything but my love."

Adam jumped at the voice, the man feeling two arms wrap around him, stopping him from falling forward into the pool.

"Steady, my friend." Lucas smiled, the man now sitting beside him.

Adam stared into his softly glowing emerald pools, a soft greenness felt in his own.

"You scared the bejesus out of me, Luke!" he said, Lucas smiling at him.

"Sorry, Adam. I was drawn to your soul." the young man said, Adam looking around the backyard, finding them alone.

"I felt your roaming love, my friend. My magic senses all around me. It woke me up. I had to follow the love to you." Lucas said, Adam staring at him.

"You. . .you felt my soul?" he said, Lucas smiled, leaning forward and kissing the man's soft lips.

"You and your two stallions of love have kept me awake all night, my friend. The love of the community was intense tonight, you three the greatest." he said, Adam softly blushing, looking up towards his bedroom.

"Their love fills my soul, Luke." he said, Lucas smiling, licking his lips.

"So, I taste." he said, Adam softly smiling.

"I haven't brushed my teeth." he said, Lucas lightly laughing, their eyes meeting.

"Angel love is singular in its intensity." Lucas said, his emerald eyes looking at the pool's calm surface.

"Are you really here, Luke? Or is this your wandering soul?" Adam said, Lucas smiling at him.

"My soul moves in many ways, Adam. My love is really here. What's going on, my friend?"

Adam sighed, looking at the calm water in front of him.

"I don't know, Luke. I feel something deep within my soul.  Something hidden from myself, and I sense, hidden from you as well. I felt it flow through me when you flew out of those golden waters." Adam said, Lucas staring at him.

"What did it feel like?" he said, his eyes looking upwards.

"It felt like a vessel of love. Of total love. So concentrated that it felt all-consuming. And then I thought I heard a voice deep within me."

Lucas stared at the water, then looked at Adam.

"A voice? What did it say?" he said, Adam's eyes meeting his.

"It said `I am only myself, as I want to be.'."

Lucas stared at him for a moment, nodding his head, looking back at the water.

"My soul flows through you, Adam. I think you have its center within you now."
Adam's arm went around Lucas' clothed form, the man wearing the same clothes as he'd worn to the party that night.

"Why, Lucas? Why are you a part of me now? I welcome the love, and I'm here for you always." he said, Lucas smiling at him.

"You are a part of me, Adam. You always have been. I've felt your soul walking with mine all through my life."
Adam looked surprised, Lucas smiling and kissing his lips again.

"We are friends forever, my friend. And you will be the salvation of my soul. Only I don't think it's the soul I think I'll have." Lucas said, staring at the water again.

"I'm here for you, Lucas. In any way you need." Adam said, Lucas smiling, meeting his blue pools again.

"I know, Adam. Right now, I want you to remember one thing."

"Alright, Luke."

"Life moves on its path, always forward. But life can change. We just have to seek the time for ourselves." he said, Adam staring at him, hearing the profoundness in the sentences he'd spoken.

"Okay, Luke. What exactly does that mean?" Adam said, Lucas smiling at him.

"I don't know, Adam. It was something someone said to me a while back. I sense I needed to voice it." he said, the young man smiling, rising to his feet, offering Adam his hand, the man taking it, Lucas pulling him upwards.

The two stood on the pool's edge, Lucas smiling at Adam.

His eyes moved upwards, smiling.

"Your twosome of love is awake, heading for your love. I love all three." Lucas said, the man leaning forward, kissing Adam deeply, the man lost in the love flowing through him.

"Adam?" Adam heard in front of him, opening his eyes, staring into a pair of brown and blue pools.

"My loves?" he said, looking around.

"What are doing out here, my love? You left our love." Pierce said, his naked form wrapping around Adam's robed form.

"Sorry, my loves. I couldn't sleep." he said, looking around the dark pool area, no sign of Lucas anywhere.

Usher's arms wrapped around both men, both taking in his naked blackness.

"It's cool out here, my love. Let's go back to our warm bed." he said, Adam's blue pools staring into his brown.

"Are you alright, Adam?" Pierce said, Adam staring at the calm water in front of him.

"Yes, my love. Just weighing some things in my soul." he said, Pierce's eyes meeting Usher's brown pools.

"You need sleep, my love." he said, Adam smiling at him, then at Usher.

"I need your love, my loves. I need to feel total love." he said, his lips meeting Pierce's, Usher smiling.

"Someone's got his third wind." he smiled, feeling Adam's hand wrap around his black shaft.

"I'm awake and I'm hungry." he smiled, Pierce and Usher smiling.

"Let's go to bed, my angels." Usher smiled, Pierce's form suddenly changing, two large white wings behind him, his arms going around the two men in front of him.

"I'm hungry as well." he said, his lips meeting Adam's, Usher and Adam feeling their bodies leave the pool's marble surface.

Within moments the two felt their feet find their balcony's marble flooring, their eyes opening, staring into Pierce's glowing golden pools.

"Can't waste time. I need you both." he said, the man staring into Adam's now softly glowing emerald green pools.
"I need more." he said, his robe falling from his body, his husbands' eyes scanning his tattooed beauty.

The three smiled, walking into their bedroom, Adam's hands on both his soulmate's naked asses.

Below their bedroom a solitary form stood on the pool's edge, staring up at the room, seeing the soft glowing magic surrounding it.

Lucas' face changed, another form standing at the water's edge.

"I need you to sense it, Adam. I need you to save him." the form said, two large golden wings extending behind its large form, a radiating love filling the night, the form disappearing.*

Monday Morning

Lucas smiled, sipping at the coffee in his hand, feeling its surrounding warmth.

He looked around the airplane, seeing his family and friends surrounding him.

Some were lightly sleeping, others quietly chatting together or in twosomes.

Lance sat beside Lucas, their husbands on the plane's carpeted floor, playing with their two sons, Justy and Joshy wide awake and happy.

"They've got their second wind, my love." Lucas said, Lance smiling and kissing his cheek.

"Their fathers' happiness sparks their own." he said, little Joshy laughing, Justin giving him a raspberry on his exposed tummy.

"Four kids laughing and loving together." Lucas smiled, Lance kissing his cheek.

"That we did last night. I still feel the warmth inside me. Thrice flowed." he said, Lucas winking at him.

"And we didn't have to use diapers to keep it in. Thanks to the vacuum." he said, Lance laughing loudly.

"What's so funny, Lance?" Finn said, the man seated on the floor beside the others, his two infants on a blanket in front of him.

"Just talking about who needs new diapers, Finny. You soiled yet?" Lance smiled, Lucas laughing.
Finn rolled his eyes, giving Lance a one finger salute, Skyler slapping him on the back of the head behind him.

"Be nice, Finny." she said, Finn rubbing his head.

She smiled, leaning down, whispering into his ear.

"But not as nice as last night." she said, kissing his cheek, Finn smiling at her.

"Hetero love. How average." Justin said, Finn smirking at him.

"Lucas has to deal with the average. Three carrots to play with when he needs a zucchini." Finn laughed, Chris laughing from another seat, Piney snuggled beside him.

Finn felt the pillow hit him in the face, knocking him backwards, the force strong behind it.

He raised his head, Lucas smiling at him.

"Leave my men alone, Finnegan. And is that an offer? I hope your zucchini's firm and not half baked."

Everyone laughed, Finn blushing, tossing the pillow back at Lucas.

"Dream on, needy Lukey!" he smiled, Lucas winking at him.

He snuggled against Lance, continuing to sip his coffee.

It was Monday morning, the group now on two private jets heading for Vermont.

Getting out of their community of love had been an ordeal, the media's needs surrounding them.

Their caravan of vehicles had been surrounded, the world's need following them.

"Back in the real world, Luke." Lance said, Lucas nodding, setting his coffee cup down on the table in front of him, smiling at his husbands looking up at him from the carpeted floor.

"Yes, Lance. Back on the path of life." he said, Lance nodding, snuggling against him.

"That was a hair-raising scene at the airport, Luke. Thank God your father had the private jets ready." Chris said, Piney nodding.

"The world follows with trepidation, Chris. Its breath has slowed, awaiting what it cannot fathom. Soon life will follow its true path, and all will face that life." Lucas said, Lance kissing his cheek.

"Ever the mystery you are, babe." he said, Lucas smiling at him.

"You've seen all of me, Lancy. The only mystery is trying to figure out exactly what Finn is. Man, or beast?" he smiled, Finn saluting him, everyone laughing, Lucas' humor softening the mood in the plane.

"I need to take a short nap. Your love last night was taxing, but beyond beautiful." Lucas smiled closing his eyes, Lance kissing his lips.

Josh and Justin smiled up at their husband, Lucas snuggling into Lance's arms, his emerald eyes meeting their blue.

Everyone in the plane quietly looked at Lucas, their conversations quieting.

A Few Hours Later

Lucas drove the vehicle through afternoon sunshine, the autumn leaves surrounding them.

Four other vehicles followed, the man driving towards his family's ancient home.

"Beautiful day, Luke." Justin said behind him, he and Josh in the backseat with their sons, both in car seats.
"The fall's colors warm our hearts although the breezes carry the coolness of approaching winter." Lucas smiled, the car's heater on, the day sunny but cool.

"You in front a roaring fireplace in my arms will warm me." Lance said, seated beside Lucas, the man smiling at him.

"No fun there with Justin stuck between us. On second thought, a lot of fun."

Josh laughed, Justin blushing, Josh leaning over his sons and kissing his friend's lips.

"I'll be right there under you, Timberlake." he smiled, Justin smiling at him.

"I'd sooner have you in me." he said seductively, Lance and Lucas smirking.

"HD to the core. Just how we love you, our bearskin rug."

Justin beamed, little Joshy looking up at him.

"Going see Grampas, Dada?" he said, Justin smiled, leaning down and kissing his forehead.

"Yes, Joshy. All your grampas and your great-grampa." he smiled, the boy and his brother clapping their hands.

"Family great!" Justy said, Josh tucking the blanket more around his son.

"I hope the mansion's got those fireplaces booming. It's going to be a cold night." he said, Lucas smiling back at him in the rear-view mirror.

"We have our own warmth, my loves. Our sons will be toasty."

The two boys smiled, playing with toys in their hands, their fathers smiling at them.

"What's the word from the manor?" Lucas said, Lance having just hung up his cellphone moments ago, having called ahead.

"The place is surrounded, Luke. Your father says reporters have been camped out all week. They know you're coming."

"Later sexy." Lucas winked, Lance smirking.

"Speaking of one-track minds." he said, Lucas blowing him a kiss.

Justin and Josh laughed, Lucas smiling at both behind him.

Lance saw the "Kurucu's Haven Ahead" sign on his right, looking at Lucas.

"We're almost there, Luke." he said, Lucas nodding.

"Call Harry behind us, Lance. Tell him all vehicles should be locked and all windows up. They'll be demanding. But I'm sure my father's well prepared." he said, Lance nodding, punching numbers into his cell.

A few minutes later, Lucas turned his vehicle onto the last turn in the road, Harry's vehicle now ahead of his own.

Lucas took in all the vehicles lining both sides on the long road, people surrounding them.

He saw the gates at the end of the road, the bear and eagle statues surrounded.

"Straight ahead, no stopping." Lance said, Lucas' eyes on the road ahead.

Justin and Josh surrounded their sons, looking around at all the showing television and news reporter vans, people surrounding them.

They also saw a long line of armed men ahead of them, spanning both sides of the road, the reporters trapped behind them.

"You father is prepared, Lucky." Justin said, Lucas smiling at him.

"I assumed as much." he said, driving forward, his friends following him, Alain at Harry's side ahead of them.

They made it to the gates, the noise around them not muffled by the glass windows.

"They're on a tear." Lance said, cameras going off on both sides of the vehicles.

"I'll give them a small taste." Lucas said, stopping his vehicle a few yards from the front entrance, Harry's vehicle right in front of it.

"What are you doing, Luke?" Josh said, Lucas smiling at him, opening his vehicle's door.

The young man climbed out of the vehicle, the noise surrounding them silenced, the only sound the clicking and whirling of cameras.

He looked around, everyone staring at him, his eyes glowing emerald green.

Harry and Alain had moved out of their vehicle, Finn and Skyler within it staring at Lucas with concern.

"Good afternoon, everyone. I see the world's eyes are readying. Welcome to Vermont, the center of life." Lucas said, Alain and Harry now at his sides, everyone staring at the angel and young man, Alain's wings now showing.

"I am surrounded by love, you are surrounded by life. Prepare for the greatness of both."

"Lucas what is going to happen?" a reporter in front of him behind the armed guards said, Lucas smiling at him.

The world seemed to be focusing on the young man standing beside the vehicle, an angel beside him.

"You'll all see shortly. Tomorrow shines with life." he said, smiling, looking around, then up into the sky.

"Today it shines with wetness. Life flows through the waters of life." Lucas smiled, walking back to his vehicle, Alain and Harry returning to theirs, Alain's wings now gone.

Lucas smiled from his driver's seat, the areas suddenly beginning to fill with falling leaves.

Then rain began, its wetness sparkling with small sparkles of light, all the reporters staring at the falling rain with shock.

It was as if the sky was filled with stars.

Lucas smiled, driving forward, the iron gates of his grandfather's home opening, Alain driving through, Lucas smiling and following, three other vehicles following.

"Good God, Luke! What the hell was that?!" Justin said, Lucas smiling into the rear-view mirror.

"God's tears are the stars of our lives. Let's all sparkle with happiness." he said, the young man staring at his left hand, a small scar showing there.

He smiled, heading to his grandfather's love.

We venture back to Kurucu's Haven.

And the final path ahead.

It seems Adam has had a visit from someone.

Someone disguised as Lucas perhaps.

Or was it the real Lucas?
Golden wings disappearing into the night.

The path continues to its surprising endings.

I hope you'll all continue on the road.

Up next, warming introductions and revealing surprises.

It only gets wilder from here.

Hugs, Angel.
