My Million Dollar Lust

I have just returned to California after many years gone from it. I was
born and raised there. And the only reason why I left was many years back
after a few really bad years, I just couldn't afford it. To live there or
to play there. So I went elsewhere and worked my way back to my state I

It took me near 20 years to to return to California. But after finally

lug into the office every day. And in southern california traffic, it's

My house search started with going to a realtor. I found one that Alex had
worked with to get his house. She was nice and she should me some nice
properties. But so far nothing that spoke to me.

"It's nice" i would say

But none had a wow factor. So I had to get an apartment until i could do a
better search. I left Alex's place a promised. Then moved into a nice on
bedroom in Santa Monica. I could see the beach from where I was. So that
was nice.

Then one day I was driving to a place the realtor had said she wanted me to
see. I was driving down the coast. The sea looked gorgeous from the road
above.  Then I turned a corner and went up a road that was apparently the
wrong road. I was going to turn around once I had a chance.

That's when I saw it. This house that was to my right. Glass and stone. It
was stunning. I screeched to a stop when I saw the 'for sale' sign. So I

So I took down the number and called my realtor. I knew it was probably out
of my budget. But I still wanted to see it. So when my realtor called me
back she seemed taken aback that I was interested in that house.

Then she mentioned that the guy who was the realtor on the property was a

call I looked him up. He had a website for his company. It showed all the
expensive multi million dollar homes he has sold. I almost called her back
to cancel. That is until I saw his personal profile.
