Chase McPhee % It wasn't a case of fighting for dominance, instead sweet romance falling into place and when it came to cementing their lives in place, it was Randy's twenty-four year old lover, Nick, setting precedence, "I just want you to know, I'm never going back to the woods." Not wishing this to be a lop-sided affair, Randy says as he firms up his 9c, "unless I'm with you?" It made Nick smile, Randy giving in to something he enjoyed doing, "yeah, but I guess what I meant is, never will do anything behind your back." When Randy thinks of it, getting ready to impale Nick right up the middle, "damn right. If anything, it'll be me doing it behind your back!" It made Nick laugh, until he felt the tip of Randy's tool at the door to his cave, made its prescense known, "easy does it." However, having never fucked a guy, Randy didn't know the difference between easy or ramming speed, which causes Nick to gasp for air, "oh shit, Rand," he grabs the iron railing at the top of the bed, arching his back! Halfway in, Randy says, "did I do something wrong?" Lying, Nick says, "no." Once they got into it, the pulling back and pushing in, nothing was wrong. Everything was right, Nick thinking about all those dudes who he 'did' for the first time, only to savor in his own pain-pleasuring. % They did wind up stopping at the green grocery for Cherry Vanilla ice cream, stopping by a sign on the locked door, and taking Elton's arm, like he was ready to trip over into the precipice, "closed for business?" Evident of the arm clenching his bicep, Elton looks down, but then ahead, "I wonder what that's about?" Both peered into the store, which normally should have lights on, even when closed for the evening. There were a few, but nothing that would suggest closing for good. "There's got to be an explanation," Marc says. With cell phone dialing itself, Elton asks, "what are you doing?" "Just so happens I have Greg's phone number," Marc says, then like a stern businessman, "we'll get to the bottom of this yet." With more concern, Elton says, "I guess that means no Cherry Vanilla?" Finding it 'cute', Marc reaches over and gives Elton a peck on the cheek. Elton can hear the connection made. After Marc hangs up, "what does Greg say?" "Nothing. It went right to message. That's strange." "Wow. This changes everything," Elton says, still in disbelief there's a 'closed' sign on the window. Marc assures, "don't worry. We'll get to the bottom of this yet." "You already said that." A cute smile to Elton, Marc confesses, "oh yeah, I did, didn't I?" Putting his phone away, he could see Elton shell-shocked and as they get in his roadster, "still up for some ice cream?" "Sure," Elton says. Marc could tell it was not the same excitement of a half hour ago, "what's on your mind?" "Well, for one thing, if I don't have a job, even though I have a scholarship, I'll never be able to make ends meet." "We'll think of something. Um, you know how to drive a bus?" "No," Elton says glumly. "Just kidding. There must be something you could be good at doing. We just have to find it." "Yeah," Elton says, "good at being a failure." "Don't talk like that. I said we'll work it out and we will." Except for his brother, there was no one else in the world he could count on, "thanks." "You're welcome," Marc rubs Elton's knee like a physical therapist trying to ease the pain. As he was driving, his cell plays a cute tune, Marc quickly gazing at it lighting up the dashboard, "it's Greg." Elton very distraught over the whole episode, punches the red rectangle on the readout, not even asking permission to access it. His temperament, the force behind the power, didn't even think of this being Marc's car, not Greg being his regional manager, "yeah, Greg, what the hell is happening at the store? Marc and I were by there. We saw the, 'store closed' sign." Marc had to smile at the alpha attitude, saying, "it wasn't that big of a sign," which had Elton shushing him with a slap to the chest. He sat there silently behind the wheel, but because Elton's fingertip didn't miss his left nip, the livewire effect shot right down to the driver's seat! Greg tried explaining there was more happening behind the scene at the store than anyone could imagine, kept secret mainly by two of the employees, store manager and the manager of the meat department. This was followed by Elton questioning "aha, aha," taking in everything Greg was saying. "I really can't share much, since the INS is involved, but at their request, I've taken action to close the store until things can be straightened out." "Damn," Elton says. Marc asks, "what about the employees?" Greg says, "oh, they'll be taken care of, but what I am suggesting to everyone, the investigation might go on for a long period of time and anyone who is interested can relocate to one of our other stores, or I will personally help them find employment in the area." Of himself, Elton says, "I'm in college. I can't afford to lose my job." "Oh, the good part," Greg cheers up the situation, "we're a small store in the chain. Our attorney has informed me everyone will be guaranteed one month salary, unless they find other employment within that time frame." "I see," Elton replies. What they didn't know, but could only guess, if they were in Greg's shoes, "is Marc there?" "I'm the designated driver," Marc announces. "I know Alton and I weren't too polite at the motel, and it's been a hell of a day, was wondering if you can find some forgiveness in your heart, maybe I can come over to your place?" Marc looks to Elton. Elton looks to Marc, mouths the words, 'does he know we're together?' At least that's what Elton thought, something along 'more than friends'. Marc throws both hands up to signify, 'I don't know'. From the silence, Greg gathers, "never mind. I'll find something else to calm my nerves." Marc is totally bonked, Elton saying, "of course not, Greg. Sure you can come over." "He can?" Marc questions. Since Elton had spoken up, Greg says, "thank you very much, Elton." "Under one condition," Elton says. "Sure, whatever it is, it's yours," Greg replies. Marc's mouth watered, thinking of Greg's shaft, that he's never seen, except for pants-bulging! Elton says, "on your way over can you stop off and pick up a half gallon of Cherry Vanilla ice cream?" "I'm a Mint Chip type of guy, but sure, Cherry Vanilla it is!" Marc speaks up, "and Greg?" "Yes?" "Don't forget the maraschino cherries and whipped cream." "Anything else?" Elton says, "if they have it, butterscotch and chocolate topping." "I better get going then," the call is disconnected. "Rude!" Marc laughs it off. Elton then says, "we better stop for some burgers. My stomach will be doing flip-flops on just ice cream." "Same," Marc agrees. Right after, "oh wait," he places a hand on Elton's arm. "What?" "Greg doesn't know where I live." Elton says, "that makes two of us." Getting the hidden dig, Marc says, "I was going to give it to you after our first date." "This is a date?" "Of course. On a first date we kiss. Second date, we fuck." Elton interrupts, "you suck?" "A specialty of hime," Marc smiles with a grin, "but what I was going to say, before you put your 2 cents in, by the third date we could be making a baby!" Marc lets out a cheeky laugh. "And where does the Cherry Vanilla come in?" Marc was glad their joking around had gotten Elton out of the dark funk he was in. However, Elton was not just thinking of himself, "I wonder if Nick knows what's happened?" It got Marc to thinking, "you and Nick, you're friends? I mean, you're not more than that or anything?" "Of course not. He's with Randy now, I think." Elton cracks a smile, teasing, "you're not the only one into hot men, you know?" Teasing, Marc says, "now, you talking about Nick, or me?" "Oh, I think you're pretty hot for an older guy!" Slowly their humorous banter lifted both their spirits, Marc glad Elton was at least left with a smile on his face. However, that wasn't enough, far as Marc was concerned, "I'm dying to find out what you're going to do with a half gallon of Cherry Vanilla ice cream?" "Um, yeah, me too, but would you mind if I gave Nick a call?" "Of course, now that I know he's not going to steal you away from me!" "He's with Randy. Remember?" "Oh. Right. I forgot," Marc says. Making the call, Elton is amazed that, being his phone, it's going through the dash of Marc's car, "that's strange." "Mi car y su car!" "Dumb," Elton says as the call rings through. Picking up after three rings, Nick says, "yeah, what is it, Elton?" With a snoddy tone, Elton and Marc exchange glances, which has Elton saying, "I hope I'm not catching you in the middle of anything important." In the background they hear Randy, who seems to be quite close to Nick's phone, "whoever it is, tell them you'll get back to them. My shaft is starting to wilt!" Nick shushes Randy. Marc takes the opportunity, "oh my, Nick, I guess 'we have' caught you at a bad time!" Under other circumstances, Elton would find it comical, instead alludes to the reason of his call, "did you hear the store is closed?" Apparently Nick hadn't heard, "really? That sucks. Closed? For good?" "Yup." "What am I going to do to pay my rent?" Elton goes on to explain what he knows. Nick blames, "how come Greg didn't mention this to us?" "He didn't know, I guess." Too bad they weren't a fly on Nick's bedroom wall, being able to see Randy creep up behind Marc, slipping a finger under his butt! "Not now, Randy," Nick says, excusing himself, "sorry about that Elton." Marc was smiling, thinking Randy choosing to tease Nick! "It's okay. In a few minutes we're going to meet with Greg, at Marc's place. When I find out more, I'll let you know." "I really would like to find out first hand. Do you think Marc would mind if I drop by?" Marc says, "you're on speaker, Nick. I can hear what you're saying. Of course you can come over," and in thinking a devious thought, "and bring whoever you like." "Yeah," Randy is looking over Nick's shoulder, finger still at play, "that'd be great." It's then Marc rattles off his address. Terminating the call, Elton says, "I hope that's okay?" "Of course, but maybe we should put in a call to Greg, to double up on the ice cream order!" Elton did have to phone Greg, give him Marc's address. Marc rattles it off, after which Greg says, "I'm going to try one more store. Oh wait, any interest in waffle cones, 'free of charge'?" which did leave Elton with 'forced-laughing', back at Greg's snickering! Abruptly they get disconnected, without Greg's goodbye. "That was weird," Elton takes notice. "Yeah, agreed," Marc says. Compelled to add, "as a kid I used to snip off the bottom and suck all that juicy cold through it. Kind of felt like something, if you know what I mean?" Elton rolled his eyes and moving on, "what age were you at, when you knew you were gay?" "Oh, I didn't know what it was called, but way back in fourth grade I knew I had more of an interest in boys and men." Curious, Elton asks, "and which men would that be?" Marc was about to bestow the names of two male actors, when Greg thwarts his plan. "Elton, glad you called." "Greg," Elton feels totally comfortable calling his regional manager, or maybe former (?) higher-up, "I didn't call you, you called me, dah?" "Oh. That's right," Greg chuckles. "The reason for your call, Greg?" "Listen, the store was out of butterscotch. Any other requests?" Marc and Elton respond in unison, "no!" However, Marc is not too hasty in letting things so, "actually, Greg, if they have a coupla cans of whipped cream?" "Of course. How can you make a banana split without!" That's when Elton gives Marc the elbow, literally pushing him back in his seat, after which he says, "bye Greg," presses the disconnect button. Giddy, Marc says, "I wonder what Greg's recipe is for a banana split?" It had occurred to Elton, Greg cross-referencing bananas with dick, "I'm sure he has the recipe memorized." It did irk Marc, Elton not getting the whimsical side of the situation, "I think Greg was trying to throw in a little joke, if you know what I mean?" "I'm not stoopid, Marc. Did you forget we're supposed to pick up some burgers?" "I did and no, I don't think you're stupid. In fact I think you're kind of smart." A lull in the conversation has them staring at each other. "In fact," Marc places a hand on Elton's forearm, "I not only think you're smart, but a very handsome man!" "Really?" Elton skips over it, feeling a little flushed with squishy feelings, "where can we get some burgers?" Marc puts his car in gear, but in his mind he wasn't forgetting his feelings for Elton. When they pull up to the burger joint, there was a sign which read, 'under new management', which leaves Marc with the thought, "so, they can't stay open while they are switching managers?" Rather than debate, Elton says, "where is there another burger stand?" "There's not," Marc says, parked over some empty parking space lines. "Then we'll have to find a supermarket, I suppose?" "Right," Marc says, still engaged with the vision of Elton's looks. As they again set out on a journey, Elton gets to thinking of just what is it that Marc sees in him. Here is this 33-year old former bus driver, who apparently has been stalking him, only to single him out and... "By the way, Marc, how long had you been stalking me before you got up the nerve to say something to me?" Driving to a market he knew of, Marc says, "uh yeah, about that, it wasn't exactly a mental thing." "Mental?" "Well it was, being that studying you each time you got on the bus." Not which it didn't sit well with Elton, but wanting to find out exactly why an older guy would want to be in the company of younger, cub-like guy, "studying me. Like how do you mean that, like you're putting me under a microscope?" Feeling beyond saying anything which would constitute embarrassment, Marc jokes, "I doubt your banana could even fit under a microscope!" Elton waits for Marc's laughter to die down, "so let me get this straight. You're only into young guys' dick size?" The light had turned from red to green, but Marc wasn't making a move, other than to defend himself, "not on your life, or mind for that matter!" Seeing he drew from Marc a reaction which sounded like hurt feelings, Elton tries repairing the situation, "I didn't think so. Really. Sorry." It's then Marc gets the beep from the guy behind him, which prompts rolling through the intersection and being the supermarket was on the right, signals himself over a lane, pulling in a side street, accessing the parking lot. When finally pulling in a slot and killing the engine, "I don't care what size your dick is, Elton. I think you're hot, which I know might sound like an older guy trying to pick up some young guy, but it's not the case." Elton knew Marc was upset, by the way he spoke, "I'm sorry I ticked you off." Marc felt compelled to check, "I hope you're okay with me?" It was more or less a mutual feeling, both getting the idea that water had started to re-flow under the bridge over troubled waters, Elton turning from serious to silly, "not sure. I haven't seen the size of your dick yet?" In disagreeing, as they exited Marc's sporty car, each is taking on the blame, which has Marc cuddling Elton with an arm around the back of the waist. "Uh, careful where you put your hands, buddy!" Like they had been a couple for several months, Marc leaves his arm behind Elton's back, taking to rubbing a hand up and down, "whatsamatter, you don't like a hands-on approach?" Elton let it go over his head. All those months riding the bus, with the occasional substitute bus driver, never having an inkling ofbeing 'studied'. Yet, here he is today, with that man and regardless that he's ten years older, feels happy about himself, which hasn't always been the case. Marc grabs a carriage from the corral. Elton says, "here, let me hold the door for you," cradled with a smile. The automatic doors opening, Marc says, "thanks, son!" Elton follows Marc in, thinking about some things. One, Marc being older, did he look upon him as a 'father' image? Secondly, if he did, what kind of reservations would follow? The father he had was a nasty SOB. How would it differ having an older man care about him and his welfare? Lost in thought, Marc says, snapping a finger, "earth to Elton, earth to..." "I'm right here." "I realize that, but where were you two minutes ago?" "Thinking." "Of me?" "It started out that way." Still in an uppity mood, Marc says, "so, now which hot man has taken your thoughts away?" "None," Elton looks to Marc. "Well, I guess that's good, but what else is on your mind, besides getting me naked and all alone in my bedroom?" "That is a nice thought, but more I was thinking of the impact of not having a steady job, how it's going to affect everything. Right now it looks like the domino effect happening. My brother, Eddie, tried convincing me of staying with him and his partner, instead of a dorm, but I thought I would feel like an intruder." With porno-thoughts flooding, Marc says, "like catching either of them in the morning, having freshly rolled out of bed?" "Trust me, that hasn't crossed my mind!" Sharing a moment of hard rock candy, made them laugh it up. When it reaches rock bottom, Elton says, "but it did convince me to get my own apartment and now, I'm probably have to give it up and go live with them." "Is there anything terribly wrong with that?" "Other than Eddie having his own life to himself, I'm not too crazy with having to unfold an iron sofa bed, dressing it with sheets, removing the bedding in the morning, folding it up, only to have to repeat the same day in and day out. I like my privacy, too?" "What a shame. You wouldn't have any privacy either, if you came to live with me!" "That's different," he knows Marc kids, slapping him across the chest in jest. He was able to give Elton glances, waiting, just in case his whimsy suggestion fell on ears open to accept such an idea. When it doesn't come, Marc whistles, like calling a dog's attention, "anything yet?" "I'm thinking." "Problem is, I only have one bed. There is a futon sofa, but I already know where you stand on that." Perhaps he thought Marc had dry humor, Elton says, "you think it would hold me, if I stood on it?" "You're as bad as me!" Not a love tap to the chest, Elton feels the back of Marc's hand on his belly. Because of his past, the bullies taking advantage of more than a slap, a sucker punch, his feelings do connect, but now with someone who is loving, kind and it gives him a giddy sense of security. "I might have to put some of my stuff in storage." Marc says, "I have a big garage. I'm sure we can fit anything you want to store away in it?" "I don't want to deprive you of your car space?" "I've got a two car garage. Only one I use for my car." "That might work, but I'd have to pay you for rental space." Marc felt awesome winning Elton over, but with other things on his mind, "are we talking garage space or the house?" "You don't even know me, Marc, and you're asking me to move in with you?" Thinking, Marc says, "are you afraid what people will think, rooming with an old man?" "Age is just a number, and I don't care what people will think." "Great," Marc thinks he has it in the bag, "then it's a done deal." The done deal was abruptly put on hold for the minute, "hey Marc, Elton!" Elton was a little startled, seeing his regional manager, who when last he saw him, was outfitted in a suit, not a tank top, shorts and sneakers, "Greg?" After watching Elton's eyes travel from head to toe and back, Greg says, "I had the opportunity to change before going shopping." 'That opportunity' comes around the corner from an aisle, "oh, hi there, guys." Dressed in the same manner, Alton appears, pushing the cart Greg helped fill. Marc researches it, "I see you picked out the ice cream, but what's this?" Alton says, "well, we just thought, since you have a grill, maybe we should party with some steaks, swim, the usual stuff bachelors get together for?" "Oh really?" Marc stands with arms folded across his middle, under his pecs. Elton sees a side of Marc he hasn't, big boss type, putting employees to the test, much like his former boss has done on occasion. It tickles him to think it, wondering who will be the boss in the bedroom! "Yeah," Greg furthers. "We stopped by your place on the way here to drop off a bag of charcoal. Come to find out, I didn't even need your address." A big flock of questions flock Marc's mind, "oh really? And that would be, because?" Greg looks to Alton for answers. "Well, it's part of my job to know, you know," the investigative side of Alton's profession kicking things up, tries acting subtly, "inquiring minds want to know!" Not which Marc was bent out of shape about, "so you used the police database to find out where I live? Isn't that compromising things?" Fluffing out his tank top, over his paunchy stomach, Alton says, "um, I don't look at it that way, but yeah, maybe." "So," Marc begins interrogating, "so, you and peeping Tom here, have ventured onto my property, peeked into my windows, catching me stripping down for the night, or skinny dipping in the pool?" "Never," Alton defend himself. "Of course not," Greg claims. "I didn't even know where you lived until Alton took me there." Ribbing an elbow into Greg's side, Alton says, "sure, blame it all on me!" Elton says, "great. You all stand here and talk about it. I've gotta whizz." He was thinking more about 'his' store, the one which now seems closed for good, that when Elton is at the end of the aisle, runs into a deadend, instead of the mens room. Turning around he runs chest up against an obstacle. "Need some help there, buddy?" Elton stood at 6'1, but the 'wall' he met definitely topped that by a few inches taller, "yeah," he was stunned. "What is it you're looking for?" The dude broke a sealed bottom of a box with a bare fist, then collapses it almost by will! "I need to use the mens room." "No problem," the gargantuan guy leads Elton along the back wall. "Uh," Elton says, but feels led to further, "um," he reads the white badge with blue writing, "thanks Sherman." "Have we met?" Elton could only hope, "I don't think so, but you could probably pose as a player on a basketball team," he giggles it away. "You've seen me play?" Sherman says. "No. Where do you play?" Sherman nods, "the college, up the road." "Oh, that's where I go. Maybe I saw you, but I have to admit, I've never seen a basketball game there." Suddenly Elton was really feeling the need to piss, "uh, we'll have to talk later. I gotta like, really go?" "Go then," Sherman says, thinking, probably the reason Elton's crotch was swelling up! Sherman knew he shouldn't be neglecting his duties, but unlike the other employees, has always attended to stocking the shelves, not trying to cut corners to goof off in the breakroom beyond allotted time nor stood around speaking with customers, with intentions of scoring a date. He did know he carried clout, being an asset to his college team's basketball games, which in itself is most likely why his boss liked him. With the box folded under his arm, Sherman stood there, which after a few moments he began to psycho-analyze the reason for doing so. After about three minutes, Elton comes out, "whew, I just made it." Not which he was stalking Elton's lower anatomy, "oops, your fly's open." Looking down, then left to right, "anyone see?" "Nope, don't think so, only me." Mental thoughts flooded both men's minds, Elton saying, "oh," zipping up, then gazing into Sherman's eyes. Lying he says, "I mean, it's not like I was staring," he swallows, "down there." Even after two minutes, Elton has gotten wise, "well, maybe I could do the same for you sometime, Sherman. You know, in case your zipper is open?" Being found out, Sherman says, "I hope I didn't get you mad, um?" Officially introducing himself, "Elton Johnson." Not shaking hands, bumping fists, "Sherman Sweetwater, and I hope you don't think badly of me for, you know?" Looking around to make sure no one is in earshot, Elton gets the nerve to say, "how big do you get when excited?" It did draw Sherman into a jaw-dropping pose, "really? You," upon thinking only a certain species of man would know, "you really want to know?" Having thought about it before, of how being gay the primary, than branching out to the fetishes, all the things being gay has to offer a guy, like s&m, or involving oneself in politics, Elton says, "now that you mention it, I am curious." Stating it upfront, after Sherman does a perimeter check, he lowers his voice, "there's not many who know I am gay. Being on the college basketball team, I keep a low profile, if you know what I mean?" "Of course," banking on past experiences, "I've been there myself. Your secret is safe with me." Was safe, until Elton's three friends come from around the corner, Marc saying, "there you are!" "Hi guys," Elton says. Frankly, he didn't want to give away Sherman's secret, mixes a little truth with fibbing, "this is my friend Sherman from college. He's on the basketball team." Each of them wanted to shake Sherman's hand, Alton saying, "oh yes, I think I might have been to one of your games." That wink Alton gives him when he shakes his hand, gets Sherman worried, but plays it cool, "well I hope you were rooting for the home team?" Greg, who is following the unsaid language between the two, "me too, Alton!" While those three chatted, Marc teamed up with Elton, their conversation coming to term, "I hope it's okay, I was thinking about inviting Sherman back to your place for some steaks?" Agreeing, Marc says, "and dessert?" For some reason, the first two minutes of his conversation was engaged between the three of them, but Sherman gets an idea he's become a thiry party observer, breaking off without saying and coming back into Elton and Marc's space. Already discussed, Elton says, "Marc and I wondered if you're up for a couple of steaks, back at his place?" "A big guy like me? I could settle on two?" Marc and Elton didn't catch on right away, until Sherman eyes up their junk and licks his lips! % % Copyright 2023 T.
