The Married and Gay Playhouse The idea came form some chat with an online buddy. We are both married and gay/bi. We hit it off, exchanged some hot pictures and decided we really wanted to meet. Of course the story is always the same. Where? We are both married and even if we had free time at home you don't want to bring just any man into your marital residence. It's weird and risky. Hotels seem seedy and can get expensive over time. Public places run the risk of being arrested. I usually end up meeting at my office or their office. That also runs the risk that the cleaning people will show up early or late or some employee will come in because they forgot their cell phone or whatever. So you always have an eye toward the door and never feel totally free. One mistake and you are "out!" We eventually met and had a great time, but it fizzled soon because of the lack of a place to meet. About a month after this, I was chatting with another married guy and we agreed to meet for coffee and if we clicked, he said we could go to his vacant rental property. We clicked right away and agreed to go to the house. It was a large old house, just outside of town with no neighbors terribly close by because of an expressway ramp on one side and some undeveloped land on the other side. It was a 5 bedroom house close to the university and he was hoping to break it up into several apartments for student housing. Both being landlords we had lots to talk about and when we got to the house we ended up talking so much we realized we were connecting as friends more than sexually. We still stripped down and jerked off together, but the sexual spark for anything more was just not there. He gave me a tour of the house and it was in pretty good shape actually. Move-in condition, but would take a lot of work to make into apartments. With 5 bedrooms, close to an expressway, secluded parking off the street, it seemed the perfect place to meet a man discretely. He told me if I ever wanted to bring a friend over, he would let me use it. Well the idea started there. A club for married and gay/bi men to meet. Imagine it. Men can either pay a monthly fee for access or a per use charge. The house is stocked with lube, condoms and other, er, um, tools that may be of use. There could be open meetings for the guys to meet, times when group stuff happens and bedrooms you reserve for meetings with your favorite buddy. No single gay men allowed. They have their own places. Just married and bi-gay men. If you think this is a limited pool of people you are wrong. It's been shocking to realize how many men like us there are out there and it's been comforting to know I was not the only freak in the world. We wrote a business plan. We bought beds and other furniture at the thrift stores. We bought shades and draperies for the windows, linens for the beds and a washing machine and dryer. We wrote a "no-outing" pledge and an "always safe" pledge that all participants would have to agree to before they would learn the location. We developed a web site with a special events calendar and room sign up procedures, we bought a pass code lock for the door and each of the bedrooms, so that the web site would give you the code to access the house and room you had reserved. That eliminated over booking the place. There were different rates for different rooms and different times of day We had so much fun developing our business plan because it was like making a dream come true. The two of us never got physical after that first time, but we both brought back other men to the house and realized we were on to something very special here. We announced the "Married & Gay Play-House" was "cuming soon" on several gay web sites and within a week have over 20 inquires. We offered web site sign ups, scheduled several informational meetings and offered private tours as well. One of the private tours I conducted was with an amazingly hot guy young guy with the biggest cock I had ever seen. We ended up naked before we even got finished with the house tour and 69ed on the kitchen table. I made him pay the one time usage fee for that. I felt like a whore when I took his money, but I liked that feeling. The first informational meeting had 11 married guys and several ended up in the bedrooms and all over whatever piece of furniture they could find. We ended the meeting with all of us in a jerk circle (my first) and then signed up each and every one for a membership. Not only was I making a dream come true from all these guys, I was making money and the monthly cost per member was less than the cost of one hotel room. Within the first six month we had covered most of the initial start up costs and we were so popular we decided we needed to get more selective. Mostly, we had made dozens of men very happy. We have a few bartered memberships for a couple of really hot guys who were too poor to pay. They take care of keeping the place clean and maintained, keeping the linens washed and stocked, doing the yard work, etc. We just started collecting money for a sauna and hot tub fund. We even found a doctor that does confidential HIV/STD screenings. I met a wonderful, sexy married guy at one of the meetings two months ago and we meet twice a week for the most mind blowing sex you can ever imagine. I always knew I was a bottom, but now I finally get to experience it regularly with a great guy I enjoy. It is made even better by the fact that we are free to explore without looking at the door wondering if the boss will show up or if my wife will be home early. The "Married Men Play-House" is a hit. I am thinking of franchising it nationwide. Frank PART II? Since this is a "club" you married and gay gentlemen get to participate. Email me your stories about what you do at our new club. And I will add them to this series. Please follow standard nifty guidelines. That will make this series a virtual club for all of us. At least until my dream of a real place like this can come true. frankruss@hotmail.com
