The last couple of months of junior year dragged by as slowly as possible, and I couldn't wait for summer. Now that I'm in the middle of it, I'm looking forward to getting back to school again. I really want to play football again, and I want the attention back on me. I know it's selfish, but I want everyone to remember that I'm awesome. The whole Luke-and-Cade baseball season seems to be all anyone thinks about. Once the scouts are back at the football games, people might remember me again. Luke and I have spent a lot of time together this summer, even more than I have expected. He's helped me practice kicking, and I go with him to his conditioning and private coaching sessions. We always end up making love for hours afterwards. We get all sweaty and share sexy glances with each other as it gets closer to quitting time. Today, we're at a Saturday afternoon Diamondbacks game. Luke got a bunch of tickets earlier this summer when schools were trying to recruit him. I think it's illegal to be giving him gifts, but no one pays attention to baseball recruiting. The tickets we used today say $88 on them, and they're great seats. We can see every dark-brown projectile tobacco spit on the field. "Dude, I'm so fuckin' horny," Luke says to me during a cheer. "Wow, you made it all the way to the third inning this time!" "Let's go," he smiles. We quickly, but not too quickly, head for the parking lot. We found that it is pretty deserted during the game, and there's little risk at getting caught with my tinted windows. Luke sits in the driver's seat and I lean over and get his dick in my mouth as soon as he gets his shorts pulled down. I bob up and down a few times, and I can tell by the heat that he's ready to squirt. I decide to tease him a little. "Make sure you watch out this time. There was an old lady standing right in front of the car when I finished last time," I say, coming up for air and looking around. "Dude, I was just about to cum, now, you're gonna have to work at it." "Oh darn, I might miss the top of the fourth inning. This will hold my attention a little better anyway." I go back to sucking him and pick up the pace a little. It doesn't take long before he's moaning, sighing with pleasure and rubbing the back of my head while I bring him back to the edge. "Fuck, G... here it comes," he bucks his hips slightly as he squirts in my mouth. He really must've been horny. He gives me a big load, and I know exactly what I'm going to do with it. I hold his cum in my mouth while he dives down on me, and the taste quickly overwhelms me into an intense orgasm of my own. We straighten up, smooth out our clothes and calmly get out of the car. "I want a hot dog," Luke says and looks at me. "Mmhmm," I mumble smiling at him. "Are you seriously going to try to do that?" he laughs as we zigzag through the parking lot. "Mmhmm," I try not to chuckle, as I'd start spraying cum all over someone's car. "There's no way you're not gonna swallow that before I can order you a hot dog," he taunts. "You're too much of a hungry cum-chugger." I shake my head defiantly, holding his load in my mouth. "You know, if you put that cum on a hot dog and then eat it, I'm gonna get all horny, and you'll have to come back out here and blow me again." "Mmhmm," I nod, agreeing with his plan. I know I won't be able to wait to swallow until I get a hot dog, but it's fun to fantasize. Suddenly my phone begins to chime and vibrate in my pocket. Shit! My mom is probably the only person left who can't send a fucking text. I swear, last week she called me to tell me to pick up coffee creamer on the way home from Luke's. Even she could've texted that faster than actually calling me. I roll my eyes as I swallow Luke's cum with a loud gulp and dig my phone out my pocket. "Good stuff?" Luke asks, smiling over his shoulder. "Mmhmm." I see for the first time that it's Josh calling. Josh has never called me... not once. He's always a perfect gentleman as far as communication. He actually asks me in a text if it's okay to text. I accept the call and hold the phone to my ear. "Josh?" "Garrett?" I hear his voice crack and he begins to sob. "Josh what is it? Is it Marco?" I stop in my tracks, and Luke does the same, hearing my end of the conversation. Josh tries to form words through his heaving, but I can't make out anything he's saying. Luke holds out his hand to take my phone, as if he could do any better. I turn around, pretending I could get better reception facing the opposite way. "Josh, slow down!" "I don't know where he is!" Josh finally speaks clearly enough. "Marco is missing," I whisper to Luke while covering the phone with my palm. "Josh, start from the beginning." "Fuck!" Josh groans. "We weren't careful. Someone must've seen us. Someone must've told Marco's dad." "What happened?" "Marco's dad showed up at my house. My mom answered the door. He said that he kicked his faggot son out of his house, and he told my mom to do the same. I mean, who the fuck does that? It's not 1954! I swear, I had no idea Marco's dad was like that." "Why isn't Marco answering his phone?" I ask. "It's off or dead," he sighs. "It's probably dead. Marco's phone is constantly at 3% battery life. He always forgets to charge it. It's the girliest thing about him, I swear! It's actually the only thing we've ever argued about. I keep nagging him to charge his phone, and he still forgets. Now, this is exactly what I've been afraid of. I don't know where he is, and I have no car and... I tried calling some people, but no one can help me find him." "Waze says it will take two hours and twenty minutes to get to Flagstaff from here," Luke says, waving his phone in front of me. "Tell Josh we'll be there in two hours." We run for the car and both go for the driver's side. Luke beats me by a step. "I'll drive," he says, holding out his hand for me to surrender the keys. I look in his eyes, and I know I'm dealing with stubborn Luke. He would actually stand there and argue with me for an hour rather than let me drive. It's true... I do drive a lot more slowly when Luke is in the car with me. I couldn't live with myself if I got in an accident that was my fault and Luke was hurt. Luke doesn't have the same worries when he's driving in a car with me, though. "Just promise me you won't drive more than 90," I sigh, running around to the passenger side. "I won't, Denise!" he snaps. I get in the car in silence and look down at my phone while he pulls aggressively out of the parking spot. He knows how much I hate it when he calls me by his mom's name. We were both in such a good mood at the game. Hell, we just blew each other. Now, we're in for a two-hour drive in silence. Why does he always do this? Well, maybe it's because I know he can't stand it when I bitch about his driving. Last week, he was driving so fast that the tires squealed when he went around a curve. I guess I'm the same way. I can't stand it when anyone complains about my driving, either. Maybe it's a guy thing. Did I actually just purposely say something to annoy him just so I could blame him for getting annoyed? I guess I'm still annoyed from his college announcement. He pulled a LeBron at our school when he gathered the football and baseball teams and coaches, as well as our family and friends together for the big reveal. He had several college baseball caps on a table with one that just said "The Draft." Skipping college and entering the MLB draft is what I always thought he was going to do in the end, anyway. But, there I was, standing with the rest of the crowd, waiting to see his pick with no idea of what he was going to choose... waiting to see HIM pick MY college. I had football scholarships to all of the colleges that were represented by hats on the table, as well as some that Luke didn't even know about. I had to cover my bases once he inevitably entered the draft. Still, I could have gotten into any of those schools on academic merits. Then, he made his choice. He reached for "The Draft" and then quickly plucked up the Arizona State hat and put it on. As everyone erupted in cheers, he looked at me with a big smile, as if I was supposed to be jumping up and down to go to Arizona State. I mean, what the fuck was I working so hard for the last few years... taking AP classes, studying for the SAT? If I would've known, I could've played a lot more Fortnite, taken some of Luke's dumb jock classes, and most importantly, I could've had a fuck-ton more sex. We always swore we'd go to the same college since we became best friends in elementary school, and it never seemed like an issue until this year. Denise was overcome with joy, showering Luke with kisses. My mom was equally happy, wanting me close since David was still in Florida. Still, I wasn't sure about this whole thing. Luke can be such a baby sometimes, and if we go away to college together, I'm going to have to be his boyfriend and his mom, even more than I am now. I cringe, just thinking about it. If he keeps calling me Denise, we may be in for our first fist-fight. After spending much of the rest of the drive sending Josh positive and reassuring texts about how we're going to find Marco, we arrive at Josh's house. As we pull in the driveway, Josh runs out the front door and jumps in the backseat before Luke comes to a complete stop. "Thanks so much, you guys!" he says, breathlessly. "Let's go!" "Where are we going?" Luke turns around to look at him. "Let's just drive to Marco's house... the most direct route," he says, wadding the fabric of his shorts up in his fists. He's still as wound-up as when he first called me. "Don't you think if Marco was walking to your house, he would've been here by now?" I ask. "We just need to start eliminating places. Please, let's just go!" he pleads. We back out of the driveway and Luke sets his Waze app for Marco's house. "So, what the hell happened?" Luke asks. "I don't know," Josh sighs. "Some people at school knew about us, but I don't know who told Marco's dad." "Welcome to the outed-before-you're-ready club, man," I say, reaching my hand back to him, and Josh gives me a high-five. "Yeah, feels great!" He rolls his eyes. "It's going to suck for a while, but kids will find something else to obsess about soon," Luke says like a wise old man. "I can't even fucking THINK about that right now," Josh lets out a little scream that makes Luke and I jump in our seats. "Sorry, I just wanna find Marco." Luke follows the directions to Marco's house, while I scour the houses on the right side of the street and Josh handles the left. "Do you know what he was wearing today?" I ask. "No," Josh says, barely loud enough for me to hear. Luke stops the car a few doors down from Marco's house. "Do you wanna try to talk to Marco's mom? Maybe she'll know something." "I only know them publicly... at their restaurant. His dad was so nice. He's one of those restaurant owners that wanders from table to table, making everyone feel like family. Everyone loves him. Marco is supposed to take over the restaurant when he's old enough. I've never been inside his house when his parents are home, and I don't think they'll want to see me right now." "Does he want to?" I ask. I can't imagine following in my dad's footprints. "Not really, but he said it's nice to have a back-up plan." "C'mon, G." Luke jumps out of the car. "Let's knock on the door and see if we can find out anything." "Be careful!" Josh says. Luke and I run down the street and head up to his porch. We stand side-by-side by the door as Luke rings the doorbell. Nerves grow inside of me, and I look over at Luke. He gives me a half-smile, and for some reason, I'm reminded of exactly why I love him. I smile and laugh, and he gets it. "Love you, too, G," he whispers. We turn and head back to the car once we realize no one is coming to the door. "No luck," Luke says as we get in. "I figured," Josh sighs. "Where to now?" "I have no fucking clue." "Where does he hang out?" "Umm... nowhere really. If he hangs out somewhere besides my house, it's at his restaurant." "Prolly not there," Luke says, pulling over. "How bout the gym?" I ask. "Good idea. Luke, turn right here, and go straight for about ten minutes." Josh points out the window. "Got it," Luke nods. "So, we've talked about how Marco's family reacted. What about yours?" I ask. "Are you gonna be okay?" "I think so. My mom was totally uncool in a really cool way, and she has no idea that she was both uncool and cool at the same time." Josh smiles for the first time. "What the fuck?" Luke says quietly, and we all laugh. "She just seemed angrier about me having sex than me being gay," Josh stares out the window. "I guess I'm pretty lucky, given what Marco's going through." "What about your dad?" I ask. Maybe I'm being too pushy. "My dad will support me or my mom or do whatever it takes so that he isn't torn away from his sports gambling shit or poker, whichever he's into this week." "Sorry," I say, looking down at my hands. "Hey, it's better than having a dad like Marco's." "True," I say. We arrive at the gym but he's not there. We then try a coffee spot Marco likes, a sandwich shop, a GameStop, the soccer field at their high school, the church his family goes to, a park where he and Josh like to walk together, and a lake where they fished once. There's no sign of Marco anywhere. I'm starting to get worried because the sun is going down quickly, but I'm trying my best to stay cheerful and make more suggestions on where to check. "SHIT!" Josh says, taking his phone out of his pants. He's getting a call. "It's my mom, and she's going to tell me to come home." "We can keep looking if you have to go home," Luke says. "Mom, I CAN'T come home! I HAVE to keep-" Suddenly, Josh erupts in tears. I look over at Luke with confusion. "Marco's at Joshie's house," he whispers, making a sudden U-turn in the middle of the street. I look back at Josh, who nods. He sobs into his hands, and I reach out to give him a reassuring pat on the knee. "Next stop on the homo tour of Flagstaff, Joshie's house! Again!" Luke shouts enthusiastically. Josh smacks him on the side of the face from behind. "Hey! No violence against the driver!" "Get him, Josh!" I say. Luke looks at me with surprise and hurt, and I lean over and kiss his shoulder. "Everything's gonna be fine," I say, letting out a sigh of relief. We pull up in the driveway and Josh jumps out of the car. I quickly do the same and run after him, as I don't want to miss any of the drama. Josh starts crying again, which quickly turns into a sob as he sees Marco in the living room. He runs over to Marco, and his knees buckle right as he reaches him. Josh begins to pound his fists against Marco's chest while Marco tries his best to keep Josh from falling to the floor. "Hey, what the fuck?" he asks. I see Josh's mom roll her eyes and walk from the room with her arms folded. Luke finally enters the room and Marco notices us for the first time. "What are you guys doing here?" he asks, finally crumpling to the floor with Josh. "Looking for YOU, fool!" Luke points at him. "So, you all know?" "WHY WEREN'T YOU ANSWERING YOUR PHONE?!?" Josh pounds Marco with his fists again. "My dad smashed my phone against the wall! I had no way to contact you. Wait, how did you know he kicked me out?" "He came over here and told my mom that he kicked you out! And he called us faggots and said she should kick me out!" "I'm gonna kill him." Marco closes his eyes and shakes his head. "You never told me he was like that!" Josh shakes Marco by the shoulders. "I didn't really know. I mean, he made comments every once in a while. He liked to think of himself as the big, macho, Italian mob boss at his restaurant. No one had ever really gone against him on anything in his life." "Where WERE you all day?" Josh pounds on Marco one more time, but he finally softens up, wraps his arms around his back and buries his face in Marco's hoodie. "I just needed to be alone and have some time to think. I don't even know what I'm gonna do." "Where WERE you?" "The library." "The WHAT?" We all laugh. "I needed to go somewhere no one from my school would be, and I just got on one of their computers and watched YouTube and played some games for a while. Then, I walked here so I could think about stuff." "So, what are you gonna do?" I ask. "I still don't know." "Where are you going to stay?" Josh asks. "Do you think there's any way I can stay here?" "No, I'm sorry, Marco." Josh's mom enters through the kitchen, where she's apparently been listening. "I'm glad to see you're all right, but you both have betrayed my trust for months now." "MOM! What did you expect us to do? Be honest and say we're boyfriends? You wouldn't have let us spend any time together!" "I wonder why!" She shakes her head and walks back into the kitchen. "Well, if you won't let Marco stay here, then I won't stay here, either!" Josh yells, as if he just won the argument. "Josh, no!" Marco grabs onto his arm. "You really want to involve the police in this?" Josh's mom calls out from behind the kitchen door. Josh sits back down on the floor next to Marco in defeat, and Marco rubs his shoulders to comfort him. I wish Luke would rub my shoulders more often. "Do you have any other friends you can stay with?" I ask. "I dunno. All of my friends' parents know my parents pretty well." We sit down in Josh's living room and watch Marco call friend after friend on Josh's phone. With each no, his shoulders droop a little bit more. "I guess everyone's afraid of my dad," he says with a nervous laugh. "It seems like everyone's struggling, too. It's not like everyone has an open bed and can feed another mouth for... who knows how long. Plus, I have no clothes, no phone, nothing... and school starts a week from Monday." "I know someone who has an open bed... and an incredibly liberal mom," Luke says suddenly. We all look at him. "You can sleep in my room... in G's bed... for as long as you need to." * * * I have published my first work on Amazon. It is called "Dinger!" and it is the first book in a serial novel, based on "Backdoor Slider". My pen name for Amazon is Finley Cooper. If you could support me by purchasing a copy of the ebook for $3.99, it will allow me to post more work here in the future. Please send me an email if you have any questions. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you'd like pictures (G-rated, of course!) of what I think Garrett and Luke look like, send me an email. I will be posting one chapter of this story every week, and I will be alternating with a new story in the Gay-Incest section called "Mason in the Center". Check it out if a love story between brothers is your thing. Also, check out my story, "We Have the Summer" in the Gay-Incest section, which was just completed!
