Kolby woke from a very sound sleep that was a combination of being tired
and drug that he had taken. He slowly reached over and while on top
of the covers gently started rubbing Shane's now hardening dick. He was
about to move his hand under the covers when he was stopped and a strange
voice said " please stop. "

Shane woke up and was just barely awake when he heard Cody say please
stop. He looked over at Cody and saw that he was holding Kolby's hand. He
got out of bed and walked around to the other side of the bed and took
Kolby's arm and asked him to sit up. He lead Kolby in to the
bathroom and helped him sit on the toilet. He started by saying " I am
sorry " You were asleep when I said " Cody could sleep in our bed. "
I don't believe that we would have done anything wrong.

" I was rubbing his dick and was getting him hard " said Kolby  I sure do
think that could have told me your plans even if you had to wake me.

" You should have seen what his step brother did to him "  Shane said  "
I had to help him take off his pants because his legs hurt so bad. I
hope that you believe me.

Kolby said " I do believe you. "  He then stood as asked " Is there
anything I can do to help? "

Shane thought that with Kolby being such a gentle that he would be able
to  do something. You have the most beautifully soft hands I have

Kolby walked out of the bathroom and into the bedroom were Cody was still
laying on the bed. Kolby asked Cody to come and stand in front of him. He
gently reached out and touched the back of Cody. He felt him flinch and
then settle down. He placed his hand palm down on his back and he could
almost feel a burning coming from Cody. It was like his back was of
fire.

Shane walked around in front of Cody and was holding his hands.

Kolby slowly started to lightly rub Cody's back, for the first few
minutes Cody was just making sound of relief. That changed to sighs after
several more minutes and finally Cody yelled stop please. Kolby jerked
his hands off of Cody's back but the damage was already done. Cody
was cumming and shooting all over Shane.

Cody fell to his knees and was crying unmercifully.

Shane knelt down and gently wrapped his arms around Cody and said Please

Kolby asked what the problem was.

Shane said " I think that Cody's step brother beat him and then

Cody still crying said that he would do that several times an night and

The day passed as Shane had had several conversations with Mr.
Fitzgerald

Mr Fitzgerald suggested that rather than try to purchase an existing
building and since Shane had already decided to make the garage an
apartment his suggestion was to just double or triple the size of the
garage and make it two stories. you already live in a residential area
so that would also cut down on trying to rezone.

" Mr Fitzgerald I can see why my grandfather though so highly of you " it
is a great idea and we need to start the project as soon as possible
would tomorrow be soon enough.

Shane said " Mr Fitzgerald you are a miracle worker. " tomorrow would be
fine.

I will have some blue prints drawn up after I hire a contractor and he
come out and checks out the garage. "  Then I will submit it later this
after noon and get the necessary permits. We should be all set for
tomorrow. Would that be all sir asked Mr. Fitzgerald

Shane said " Yes my friend that will  be more than enough. "  Please have
a good day and I will talk to you soon.

Kolby said You know we are all going to be in trouble for missing school
today.

Shane said " leave it to me "  He called the school and said " Kolby was
not in school because he had eye surgery yesterday and Cody stay here to
help him with  get something if he needed.  Shane on the other hand has
just cut school. Please take the necessary steps to punish him.

Kolby inquired as to why he would do that.

I needed to cover you and Cody I don't care if they punish me.

Kolby said said " I need to give you something. "

Cody asked " do you want me to leave the room for a little while? "

Shane said " you two just stay right here I will be back in a little bit.
"    Shane went downstairs and grabbed his coat and headed out the door.
He got in the car and while it was warming up he tried to figure out were
he would go to get what he was looking for. He decided that
he would just go to the drug store and ask for some help. When he arrived
he went in the back bt the druggist and made his inquire. The Dr
back there said that he should use Ice water and then that should start
to heal the bruises as well but advised his that there could be internal
injuries that were not known. That statement scared Shane. He said "
Thanks you for the information and good bye." Shane hurried
back to the house and went inside. Kolby was listening to music with his
headphones. Shane went up stairs and saw that Cody had laid down. He
thought that maybe he was just jumping to conclusions. He stood and
watched Cody sleep for a few minutes and saw that very few seconds he
would jump. He walked over to the cot and gently tapped Cody on the arm

Cody looked up through half open eyes and said "  please don't hurt me
any more. "

Shane softly said " Cody it's Shane please wake up. "

Cody looked and said " Oh I am sorry I did not see you "

Shane said " Get dressed I want to take you to the hospital and have you
checked out"

Cody started to cry and said " No they will call my dad. "

Shane said I have it all figured out. If necessary I will call Mr
Fitzgerald and we can get around that.

Cody was having a have time standing.

Shane looked at him and with out his pants on his legs looked a little
swollen. I will carry you to the car. He got a blanket wrapped it
around Cody and picked his up and carried him out to the car and they
were on their way. When they arrived at the hospital he carried Cody in
and the nurse told him to go into treatment room 3. They waited there for
what seemed to be hours but was really only 20 minutes.
The doctor came in and asked what the problem was. Shane asked Cody to
roll over on his side and then Shane pulled back the covers.
The doctor looked and said " wait right here. " several minutes later two
orderlies came in and took Cody on a gurney and said that he was headed
upstairs to the 4th floor.

Shane went up to the fourth Floor and sat in the waiting room. He would
check at the nurses station every little while to see if there were
any new developments. The nurse kept saying he is in X-ray. Shane decided
that he should call Kolby and let him know what was going on.
He called Kolby and got the answering machine, so he left a message.

The nurse came in and said " your friend is in room 715.  " you can go
and see him if you want.

Shane walk in and saw Cody laying in be and asked how he was doing.

" I feel a little better now " Cody said " can you stay with me for a
little while. "

Shane said " sure I can "

Cody looked very tired He asked if he would have to go back home.

Shane said Mr Fitzgerald is working on getting you out of there and then
you will be able to stay with us until the garage is finished being
built. You know that I will have to leave soon. I will go talk to the
nurse and see what I can find out and then come back.

The nurse told Shane that Cody had some minor internal bleeding but will
be held over night and released tomorrow morning.

Shane said that there will be no one to pick him up till late tomorrow
afternoon. and want to know if he could go home tonight, since all
he was going to do is sleep and he could do that at home.

The nurse asked Shane to wait and called to doctor and the doctor said he
could go home provided that he stayed in bed for the next couple days.
The nurse relayed what the doctor said.

Shane said that he would make sure that he stayed in bed only getting up
to do the bathroom thing.

The nurse handed his the blanket that he was wrapped in when they got
here and then got a wheelchair to take him down to the door.

Shane told her that he would go get the car and meet them at the
entrance. they helped him into the car and then they drove away.
he told Cody that he had to stay in bed and only get up for the bathroom.
I will make sure that you get something to eat in the morning. I
will come home at lunch and get you something and bring you dinner up
to. Please stay in bed and rest it is the only way you are going to get
better. Will you promise me that?

Cody with his eyes half closed said I will do that.

Shane said that you will sleep with Kolby and I will sleep on the cot.

Cody said " I want you to sleep with me I feel much safer with you. "

Shane said " ok i will sleep with you again tonight."  Shane sat on the
side of the bed and just lighty rubbed Cody's shoulder and before he knew
it Cody was sound asleep. He looked at Cody and really felt bad for his
little friend. He looked like one giant bruise. It would be quite a while
before all the bruises were gone and God knows how long before the mental
damage was going to be over for him.


Kolby came up to the room and said " How is he doing. Will he be sleeping
in the bed tonight?

Shane said " he asked if he could and I said yes. "  and then he wanted
to know if I would dleep with again tonight

Kolby iterruppted and said " the big mean old softly just could not say
no could you "  Then he chuckled a little. Kolby asked if it woould be
better if he slept on the cot. That way Cody would have more room.

Shane said " Kolby you don't have to do that. "

Kolby said " well I want to do my part also. "

Shane said " well it is up to you ".  Will you be going to school
tomorrow or would you like my to bring home your homework.

Kolby said " If you could do that then I will stay home and look after
Cody while everyone is gone. "

Shane said " that he was tired and was going to go to bed.

Kolby said Good Night and kissed him on the lips.

Shane got undressed and climbed in bed and with about 10 minutes when he
was about to fall asleep he fely Cody snuggle up next to him.
he just smiled and closed his eyes and was himself sleeping in minutes.

Kolby was laying on the cot and was having a little nit of a hard time
falling asleep and all of a sudden the cot got very comfortable and as he
was falling asleep he said " thanks Lyle "

Mom came up and for the first time looked in om the boys before she went
to bed. She saw them all soundly sleeping and whispered good night boys
and  sweet dreams
