Chapter 2; After that day at the coffee shop, Sam and I became closer than ever. We started hanging out more; going to movies, going to the mall, going anywhere. He was beginning to fill the void, that empty space that David had left in my chest, when he'd chosen Connor over me. Instead of dreaming of David, I began to dream about Sam. I fantasized constantly, and continually wondered what his arms would feel like, wrapped around me. Each day, every time I saw him, I found myself liking him more and more. There were times that I would catch myself thinking about him, and then realize I'd been thinking about him the whole day. Honestly, I was turning into a mess, and there was no possible way to stop it. ~3 Months Later~ I laughed lightly as I set my backpack on the floor of his small room, taking in my surroundings. He had painted his room a light pale blue, and the only poster on his wall, was a 'Breakfast At Tiffany's' poster. I laughed again, staring up at the poster. "Sam, how in he'll do your parents still believe you're straight?" I teased, flopping down on his unmade bed. He laughed loudly and shook his head, coming over to sit on the edge of the mattress. "Honestly, Cam, I have no fucking idea." We both bursted into a fit of giggles. "Soo," Sam began, drawing the word out. "Trig homework?" I made a face, not a pleasant one, and he laughed at me again. "Take it like a man, pussy." I smacked him on the stomach and leaned forward to grab my backpack off of the floor, taking out my notebook. "These fucking protractor things piss me off," I said, pulling mine out of my backpack and staring at it. Sam giggled. "You have to put zero on the corner." He pointed to the edge of the triangle on my paper in front of me. I tried it, pouting dramatically. "Is it nineteen?" I asked, scribbling in my notebook. He shook his head. "It should be twenty seven. How are you doing it?" I showed him my angle and he shook his head again. "Like this." He wrapped his arms around me and positioned my hands so that they were in the right place, but I wasn't paying attention. My heart was beating so fast it felt close to exploding. His arms felt even better wrapped around me, then countless hours of imagination could ever dream up. It was priceless. He'd never touched me like this before; we'd never even hugged. I turned my head up to look at him, and the look on his face made me weak. "Sam..." I whispered. His face was so incredibly close to mine, and I could feel his warm breath fan across my face as he breathed a little unevenly. "Cameron..." He bit his lip and dropped his eyes down to my lips, whispering softer. "Cameron kiss me." I shivered and brushed my lips gently across his, reaching around to wrap my arms around his neck as my notebook fell to the floor at our feet. He kissed me harder, winding his arms around my lower waist and I went weak against him, leaning completely into him. Running my tongue along his lower lip, I breathed heavily into his mouth while we kissed deeply. He pulled back gasping for air, laying both hands on my red cheeks. "You're amazing," he grunted, rubbing his thumb over my lips. I blushed even deeper. I swear, so help me god, I was falling for this man.
