Date: Sat, 3 Dec 2011 20:52:40 -0800 (PST) From: Aaron Hull Subject: One or the Other: Chapter Four - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This is my first story that has chapters! My other story is Hayden's Story, it's here under the High School section. If you like this story then you should check it out because there are some similarities except this one doesn't have sex. So if that's what you were looking for I'm sorry. My shorter stories may have sex but this story will contain no sex, there may be references to sex, but I will not go into detail. If you like this story, contact me at wah.stories@yahoo.com. I strongly encourage it. Also, If you want to be on my e-mail list to find out when the next chapter comes out, please include that in the email! I forgot to ask that for Hayden's Story, but one of my epic fans reminded me to do that. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - "You're lucky that BK is on the way to Jordan's or I would have made your asses walk to here." Megan said as Lizzie and I climbed out of her car. "Shut up and leave. Tell your ass...I mean boyfriend...I said hi." I said slamming the car door. Megan and I had a fallout since I came out. Jordan is a homophobe. At first Megan was okay with me being gay, she even hugged me when I cried, but the next day when word had gotten to Jordan, he bashed me around her all the time. The worst part was that she started to bash me in order to keep him from leaving her. Megan drove off. "She's a bigger bitch than she used to be." I tried to hold back the tear but one escaped. "I know." I wiped it away. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ "You look...nice." Trey said as Lizzie and I sat down. Trey, Macy, Hannah, and Jessie were already here, we were only missing the twins now. "Thanks. You look nice too." He smiled. "You two are so cute together." Macy said smiling at us. "Thanks." We said simultaneously. "So, what's taking Tweedle Dum and Dee so long?" Lizzie said. She sat next to Jessie and wrapped her arm around her shoulder. "They're on their way. Kurt fell asleep and forgot to set his alarm." Macy answered. "That sounds just like him." I said laughing. The others joined in. We were soon discussing Kurt's stupidity. Macy was the most vocal about it, which made it even better. When they finally arrived, the six of us couldn't help but laugh at the sight of Kurt with his goofy smile. "What's so funny?" He asked when he sat down beside Macy. Daniel sat next to Hannah. He didn't seem too interested, but Hannah definitely was. "We were just talking." Macy kissed Kurt's cheek. "About?" He asked. "People." "Anyone in particular?" Kurt asked. "Not really." She said giggling. "Oh. Ok." Kurt said smiling at her. "People is code for you, stupid." Daniel said. Kurt looked at Macy, all she could do was laugh. "So, who's ready to get something to eat?" Lizzie asked. "Hell yeah! I'm starving!" Kurt shouted. All the people in Burger King stared at him. We had to hold our laughter in to keep from getting in trouble. "Let's go then!" Lizzie said. They all got up and started to head toward the door. "Why are you guys leaving?" "We're going to the Cheesecake Factory down the road." Lizzie said. "Why didn't anyone tell me?!" I asked. I got up and chased after them. Lizzie was going to answer, but Kurt interrupted her. "Because you would have been all `Oh my god! That place is like waaay to expensive for me! What if I like broke a nail when I picked up the fork? That would be sooo horrible! I mean like I can't have that happen!'" "I may be gay, but I don't sound like that." I said laughing. When we stepped outside, I felt a very cold breeze go by. "Damn it. I forgot my jacket!" I said holding my arms. "Here," Trey started to take off his jacket. But then I heard a quick shuffling sound and felt a jacket land on my shoulders. "There." Daniel said. "I don't need it." I smiled at him. "Thanks." I then looked over at Trey. He didn't look so happy. He slipped his jacket back on. "Looks like Trey has competition." Macy said. "He better not!" Hannah said. She grabbed Daniel's hand and squeezed it. "This guy is all mine." "And this one is all mine." Trey said wrapping his arm around my waist and pulling me into him. I could see Trey glaring at Daniel. Daniel was glaring right back at him, but he kept his hand interlocked with Hannah. "We're not dating. We're going out as friends." I said smiling. "Same difference." Trey said smiling. "Nooo. If we were dating, I'd kiss you right now. And if we were dating, we'd be holding hands." Trey rolled his eyes and smiled. "Whatever." ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ When we got to "the Factory," as Kurt calls it, we got a table and all sat down next to our dates. The table was square so there were two of us on each side. Trey made sure he and I sat opposite Daniel. For about five minutes, I could feel the tension between Trey and Daniel. Lizzie, Macy, Hannah, Jessie, and Kurt were oblivious to it though. "I'm so glad there is no school tomorrow!" Kurt said. "I mean like, it's so stupid." "Don't hate the game. Hate the player." Jessie said. Macy, Daniel, Trey, and I smiled and tried to hold back our laughter. "I don't get it." Kurt said. "Me neither." Lizzie said. That made the five of us laugh. Hannah also looked confused. But I think she was trying to work it out in her head. This cute guy walked up to our table. He was about 6 foot, brown hair with blonde highlights, and green eyes. He looks like he could be a college kid, specifically a freshman. He also looks like he could be a football player. "Hey, I'm Canyon. I'll be your waiter tonight. Are you guys ready to order yet?" "Umm...yeah." Kurt started to say. "I would like the Buffalo Wings...and I think that's it for now." Canyon wrote that down. "Anybody else." "Yeah. We would like the Southern Fried Chicken Sliders." Trey said. He looked over at me and smiled. "Do you want two of those?" Canyon asked. Trey looked at me. "Yeah." I answered. "Anyone else?" "I'd like the Fried Calamari." Hannah said. "The Thai Lettuce Wraps please." Jessie said. "The Buffalo Blast." Lizzie said. "It better be nice and spicy." "I'm gonna have to go with the Factory Nachos." Daniel said. "And I would like the Avocado Egg Rolls." "I think I have it all." Canyon said. "I will be back with your orders soon. Oh, I almost forgot! What do you guys what do drink?" We all told him what we wanted to drink. He then smiled and walked off. At first we were all quiet and most of us watched him walk away. "Okay I'm a lesbian and he turns me on." Lizzie said. We all started laughing very loudly. "You wouldn't cheat on me, would you?" Jessie asked all cute like. "Not sure. But I am sure as hell I'd tap dat ass." Lizzie said. This made us laugh even more. "Here are your drinks." Canyon said coming up to us with a tray of drinks. Trey was nice enough to get up and help Canyon distribute the drinks. "You totes wanna get his number don't you?" Lizzie asked Trey when he had sat back down and Canyon left. "Who wouldn't want his number?" Trey said laughing. "Well, a guy who is in a relationship wouldn't want it." I said looking at Trey. "Remember? We're not dating." He smiled and stuck his tongue out at me. I then leaned in and kissed him on the check. "Now we are." ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ After we finished eating, Lizzie had the audacity to ask Canyon if he was free for the rest of the night. Thankfully he said that he didn't get off 'til closing and he had to wake up early so he couldn't hang with us. I was relieved. We then walked to the movies, which wasn't that far away. Trey kept his eyes on Daniel, Daniel kept his eyes on my and Trey's hands holding, Hannah had her eyes on Daniel, and I was staring into the back of Lizzie's head. Trying to find a way to blame her for all of this. When we got into the movie theatre, we easily got into the movie, despite our ages. I think the ticket person knew Canyon because while he was getting his ticket, the two of them talked for a minute. That might have been the only reason we got to go see it. When we got into the theatre, there was only a family of short Hispanics. Just as soon as the movie was about to start, the worst thing happened. "I don't know why you wanted to come here. This movie theatre sucks ass. I mean, just look at all the gum on the floor." It was Isabella. "I'm sorry, Izzy. Just kick your feet up and you won't have to worry about it." Mason said. They finally came into view. Mason looked over and smiled at us. I was going to wave, but changed my mind when I realized everyone else didn't know that Mason and I were now somewhat friends. "I'm not putting my feet up and look like some kind of animal." Just then Kurt put his feet down. "Then I'll buy you new shoes okay?" Mason said. I could hear the agitated tone in his voice. They sat down a couple rows ahead of us. "Thanks sweetie!" Just then she kissed him on the lips. Well, it was more like leeching onto his face. She went in hard and long. I'm pretty sure that he went hard and long as well because he responded by kissing her back with just as much gusto. "This is a family place." Lizzie said. "Please don't fuck in front of all of us." Mason and Isabella's lips separated. "Who do you think you're talking to?" Isabella said in her bitch voice; her regular voice. "I'm talking to a ripped football stud and his slut of a girlfriend." I could see Mason trying to hold back his laughter. "First off, I am NOT a slut!" Isabella got out of her seat and started to walk back to our row. Lizzie also got up and went over to get up into Isabella's face. "I don't know what it is with all you Mexicans and your loud mouths. I mean, can't any of you just shut the hell up for once." Next thing I knew, Lizzie's fist connected with Isabella's face. Isabella flew back and landed on the floor . "I don't know what it is with all you Italians and you all always being on your backs. I mean, can't any of you learn spreading your legs isn't the only thing girls are for." Lizzie then walked out of the theatre. Jessie got up and ran after her. Mason ran over to Isabella and helped her up. Isabella then started to curse and scream about how she was going to kick Lizzie's ass. They then left. Leaving me, Trey, Kurt, Macy, Hannah, and Daniel alone. Well actually, the family of Hispanics was still here. Once Kurt was sure Isabella was gone, he almost peed himself. "Did you all see that?!" He started shouting with joy. "Lizzie just hit THE bitch! Do you know what that means! We're gonna be friends with a legend!" "Please be quiet." Macy told him. "The movie is about to start and I'm sure that poor family over there doesn't want their children to pick up any more bad things than what they've seen and heard tonight." After that, there was not another word. There was the occasional shriek from Macy or Hannah, we were watching Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, but beside that it was pretty quiet. I noticed that throughout the movie, Trey and I would get closer and closer together but not as close as I wanted to be. I was hoping we'd end up with one of our heads resting on the other's shoulder. "Did any of you wonder why those people let their kids see that movie?" Daniel asked while we were leaving. "I never thought about it." Hannah said. She had her head resting on Daniel's shoulder. They were also holding hands. "I thought it was weird, too." Trey said. "You would think they wouldn't want their children to see a movie like that. Especially since it's like almost midnight." "Shit!" Kurt yelled. "Mom said we had to be home at eleven!" "What?!" Daniel shouted. "She told me earlier while you were in the shower! Dam it! I can't believe I forgot!" Kurt said. "Don't worry guys. I'll just have my dad take you home." Hannah said. "He should be somewhere around here." Just then, a horn went off. "There he is! Come on, guys!" The three of them then ran off to the car. Hannah talked to her dad for a second and then they all got in and left, leaving me, Trey, and Macy there to wait for our rides. We decided to go to Burger King since they're still open and wait for our rides there. We started to walk there and every few steps Trey would try to grab my hand, but I would move it. He soon caught on to my little game and used both hands to finally grab my hand. Macy just smiled at us and commented on how cute we would be together. When we got into Burger King, I realized that I had no money left. The part that sucks is that I found this out when I was paying for my order. Thankfully, Macy and Trey split the cost and paid for my food. I felt bad, but they insisted that I eat when I apologized to the cashier for not having any money. Once we got our food, we went over to one of the huge tables in there, no one was there so we decided to look stupid, and ate. "I just remembered, Jessie's sister was my ride. Megan was forced to take me but refused to pick me up." I said. "I'm sure my dad won't mind taking you home." Macy said. "Where do you live?" "Out near the park?" "Really?" Trey asked. "Yeah." "I live over in that direction too. If Macy doesn't mind then I could have my mom take you home." Trey said smiling. He then looked over at her. I couldn't see his face but I'm sure he was giving her the puppy dog face because she was smiling at him. "Why wouldn't I let you two love birds spend more time together?" Macy said. "We're not dating." I said sternly. "You're just trying to kill me aren't you?" Trey said smiling. "I don't just jump into things, Trey. It's gonna take me a long time to figure out what I want." "Okay, but promise me one thing...as long as you and I have this little thing going on, you won't date Daniel." Trey was looking in my eyes. Well, more like staring deep inside my soul and trying to find the answer himself. I was only able to say one thing. "Daniel is straight." "I think we can all tell he has a thing for you, Spencer." Macy said. "The way he looks at you. The way he looks out for you. The way he says your name. The way he smiles when you're near him. I'm surprised you haven't already like had sex with him." "It's because he's straight." I said again. I've known Daniel for like, ever. There's no way he's gay. I mean, wouldn't he have told me he's gay by now? I know I didn't say anything until like a couple days ago, but he should have been able to come out to me when I came out to him. "Macy is right." Trey said. "Even Hannah can tell that he wants you. That's why she's all over him. Thankfully she stays like that and he gives up on you and goes after her. I want you to be mine." I leaned my head onto his shoulder. "I'm nobody's right now. I'm having too much fun being single and taking advantage of all these sexy guys who want me." "Who would be stupid enough to want you?" Macy asked smiling. "This guy!" Trey said smiling. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Every time I read a story of Nifty, I never read the top part, so just in case you are like me and only read the bottom portion if you liked the story, here is my email again: wah.stories@yahoo.com. Also, if you want to be on my email list to find out when new chapters come out, include that in your email. AND if you email me, please state what story you're referring to. Thanks for reading the first chapter of my story. I'd also like to give thanks to my editor, John. He's like majorly epic and catches my mistakes. I make a lot of them so he deserves as much credit as I do for getting this chapter out. And check out Hayden's Story, it's here in the High School section, if you like this story. Also, I want this story to be somewhat interactive, where yo tell me what you'd like to see happen next. There are no guarantees if it will make it, but there are possibilities. I already have some things planned out, but most are too obvious. I need you al to help me think of new things that no other story has. You will also get credited for that chapter so that's another plus :) Also, check out one of my friend's youtube channel. It's karinnanazario. If you can't find it, then email me and I'll send you some linkage. Like me, she's an inspiring internet sensation and she needs your help as much as I need yours. And tell your friends about her too. Thanks! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
