Half-term felt like it had passed in the blink of an eye and before he knew it, he was saying goodbye to his many siblings once again. There was one less goodbye than usual, though. For once, Blane had not returned to their family home for the break. Instead he had spent the week with Levi (or Mr Trent as Chris was supposed to call him at school). "Wow, could you sound less enthused to be here?" Edward asked, shaking his head as he drove along to the car park. "I thought you liked it here," he said with slight concern, though he gave a slight grin as he added, "Cos you NEVER shut up about it!" Chris chuckled at the comment. Edward was one of his favourite people (outside of Kingswood, anyway). He had worked for the Smith family for most of Chris' life and he hovered somewhere between big brother, second father and close friend for Chris. While the Smith family were his employers, they treated him like a member of the family. "I love it here," Chris said wistfully, thinking for a moment before he added, "There's just... a lot going on!" "Anything I should be worried about?" Edward asked as he parked the car. "Nah, it's nothing big" Chris insisted, shaking his head. "Just lots of little things!" Edward exhaled slowly as he frowned at the boy. "Well lots of little things CAN add up to a big thing. Anything you wanna talk about? I'm in no hurry to leave," he offered. "Thanks," Chris smiled, "But I'm okay. It's mostly just me being... I dunno, overdramatic probably!" "You? Over-dramatic?" Edward scoffed with a smirk before adding dramatically, "NEVER!" "Shut up!" Chris giggled, reaching over to shove the young man. "No chance," Edward grinned, grabbing both of Chris' hands, initially to defend himself and then to pull him into a hug. "You know I'm there if you need me, even when you're not at home, right?" he whispered as he held Chris. Chris let out a slightly happier sigh as he gripped on tightly, then replied softly, "I know, thanks!" A few minutes later, Chris was unloaded with his minimal luggage which he insisted he could carry himself as he waved off Edward as he drove away. It was still relatively early in the day, so the school was not yet thrumming with life as it would be my mid-afternoon, so it was a relatively quiet walk up to the Home Building. The relative solitude gave him a brief moment to reflect on his life at the school, mentally preparing himself to resume the term. His mind wandered first to Danny, because Danny was always first in Chris' mind. Having already formed one of the strongest and most sickeningly-perfect relationships in the school (with Chris' own mentor, no less) Danny seemed to have vanished into it even more and over the past couple of months. He had broken the tradition of a midnight celebration of Chris' birthday, he had utterly blanked Chris following the music showcase (despite the song choice being picked specifically FOR him) and overall he just seemed to be drifting away. Then there were Chris' ex-boyfriends, Nicky and Mikey... Mike... Chris still couldn't get used to the name change. The current dynamic was somewhat strange. He had made peace with Nicky, who had dumped Chris in an accidentally savage public display, and the two were slowly moving back towards friendship. Whereas Mike, who had broken up with Chris quietly and fairly amicably, was the one giving Chris the cold shoulder for reasons that still eluded him. It made time as a group in the dorm exceptionally challenging. David had started the term resenting Chris for his involvement in James' departure from the dorm. Admittedly part of that resentment came from the fact Chris had only revealed the news it in the heat of an argument, which made it an even more traumatic moment for the youngest member of the dorm. Much like with Nicky, Chris had made peace with David and it seemed they would be back to being friends eventually, but that day seemed painfully slow in arriving. That brought Chris' mental musings onto Mark, the new boy who had filled the vacant spot left by James. Chris had befriended the new boy in an attempt to help him settle in and avoid getting caught up in the many issues in their room. It had been nice getting to know him, especially while feeling so estranged from his other friends, though Chris had recently come to the realisation that in doing so he might have been harming Mark's integration into the dorm more than helping it. Chris was one of the few students at the school lucky enough to have a family member close by, as his big brother Blane had now worked as TA for the last year while working on his teaching qualifications. It was not something Chris had been delighted about at first, feeling his elder sibling was intruding on his territory, but over time he had come to love having him around. However, even Blane felt more distant recently, thanks to his ongoing relationship with Mr Trent! Now it felt like the two adults were too engrossed in each other to really have time for Chris! Chris' one oasis in a sea of misery and isolation was Mr Beecham, or just `Owen' as Chris usually got to call him when they were alone. The teacher and student had bonded early in Chris' time at the school, occasionally crossing the line into inappropriateness. That part aside, the young teacher did his best to continue offering Chris a safe space to open up and talk when he needed to. As Chris made his way inside the Home Building he realised Mr Beecham was probably the one person he actually looked forward to seeing. "Helloooo, Earth to Chris!" a voice suddenly said as a hand grabbed Chris' shoulder. Shaken from his wistful thoughts, Chris jumped at the sudden grab from behind, let out a slight yelp of surprise and immediately blushed as the few other people in the Home Building's atrium glanced his way, sniggering. "Wow, you were miles away!" Mr Beecham said, shaking his head. Ignoring the surprise and the embarrassment over his own reaction, Chris burst into a huge grin as he called out, "Hiiiii!" He dropped his bags and shamelessly grabbed the man in an enthusiastic hug. "Hey buddy," Mr Beecham said with a slight chuckle as he hugged Chris in return. "You're back early!" Chris said as he pulled away. "I never left," the teacher shrugged as he nodded over to the one of the benches at the back of the atrium. "Oh, stuck on half-term duty again?" Chris asked as he followed over to take a seat. While Mr Beecham had been one of Chris' teachers from his first day of Year 7, the two had truly bonded during his first half-term break, when Chris had stayed at the school instead of returning home and Mr Beecham had been designated to chaperone. "Yup. No break for me," the teacher shrugged. "Did ya have fun?" Chris asked, giving a wry grin as he elbowed the man playfully. The teacher chuckled and said, "You know the rule. What happens at half-term, stays at half-term!" "Dammit, it's annoying being on the other side of that!" Chris pouted, having spouted the line himself many times when asked by his friends what he had got up to the time he stayed. "So, erm... you decided to let me unlock you yet?" he asked, lowering his voice. "Actually, that's what I wanted to talk to you about," Mr Beecham said quietly, pouting slightly. "Ooh, yay," Chris grinned, but as he saw the expression on the teacher's face, he visibly deflated as he said, "Oh... not yay then?" Mr Beecham shook his head. "No, I'm afraid not," he said softly, placing a hand on Chris' back. "I... kinda have someone now. A... a keyholder, well... he's more than just that!" "Oh," Chris said, his gaze dropping to the ground. "I'm sorry, Chris. I know I told you last time was our... last time, and I meant what I said before, I will ALWAYS be someone you can come talk to when you're feeling low, and..." "It's Bran, isn't it!" Chris suddenly declared, looking back at the teacher again. "Wh... what... why... what..." the man stuttered. Chris grinned. Bran, or Brandon Porter, was a Year 13 student who Chris had met during the same half-term he had bonded with Owen. Chris had an undeniable crush on Mr Beecham, but for Bran it was much more than a crush. He loved him. The two had come close to getting together before ultimately deciding they shouldn't take the risk, especially with Bran only being fifteen at the time. It hadn't been hard for Chris to guess who Mr Beecham was talking about. Bran was well known for staying at the school during half-term, so with the revelation coming right after the break, it wasn't a huge leap. Being only a week from turning eighteen, their relationship would still be against school rules, but would no longer technically be illegal. "You don't need to say anything," Chris insisted. "Maybe... just a nod," he suggested. Mr Beecham took a deep breath in and out, then gave a slight nod. Chris smiled again. "I can't be mad at that. I know what you mean to each other. I'm happy for you!" he said sincerely. "Gutted for me, obviously. I thought I was gonna have my own pet Owen, but hey, I'll live!" "Thanks," the teacher chuckled. "But I really did mean it. This... doesn't change us. I will ALWAYS be here for you, Chris!" "Thanks," Chris said gratefully, concealing how upset he was with increasing ease. After a quick conversation about what Chris had got up to over the break, the two parted ways, with Chris heading up to the dorm, which he found empty. He could hear chatter coming from down the hallway and knew there were others from his Year back as well, but he decided against going looking for anyone. As much as Chris hated being alone - and it really was something he despised - he decided to take the opportunity to enjoy the solitude as he climbed into his bunk and pulled the covers up over his head. Everything sucked. Even the whole Mr Beecham thing was screwed up now. It was only the fact he quickly drifted off to sleep that stopped him from just bursting into tears over it all. ***** "D'ya think they'll like it?" David asked nervously as he sat in the back of the car, his dads sat in the front. "Do YOU like it?" Peter asked, glancing at his son in the mirror. David's hair, which he had already drastically restyled over the summer, had changed once again. The style was similar, though this time intended to keep it from falling down to cover David's face. The big change this time was the colour, having gone from near jet-black to bubble-gum pink. "I love it," David grinned happily, though the smile quickly dropped away as he said, "But I was asking about the others. You think they'll like it?" "Is it important to you that your friends like the same things you do?" Peter asked, raising an eyebrow. "Daaaaad, tell him!" David whined to the man in the passenger seat. Xavier smirked, but suppressed it as he turned slightly, not wanting to upset their son. "Peter, I don't think David approves of the deflective style of conversation you are currently engaging in and is, in fact, seeking a simple yes or no answer!" He looked back at David, smiled a little sarcastically and asked, "That better?" "Now you're just taking the piss!" David huffed as he sat back in his seat, arms folded, pouting. "Yes. Yes I am!" Xavier sniggered. Receiving brief side-eye from his husband, he shook his head as he turned to look at the pouting boy in the back seat and said, "Relax, they're gonna love it as much as we do!" He paused as he got a smile from David, then smirked and said, "Especially James!" "James isn't around anymore," David said sulkily. "What? Since when?" Peter asked, glancing back in the mirror again. "Just... whenever," David shrugged, regretting even saying it. Peter nodded slightly to himself. "Oh, would this maybe be since the end of last term?" he asked, eyebrows raising. "Oh!" Xavier said, catching on as well. "Maybe," David said, unsurprised they had figured out the correlation between James' departure and his mood over the summer. "But it's no big deal!" "David, if your best friend left the school that's a VERY big deal," Peter said with obvious concern. "I do wish you'd told us!" "Well he hasn't, like, LEFT left," David shrugged, trying to make light of it. The two men looked at each other momentarily in confusion before Xavier asked, "Then... what kind of... left did he... leave?" Getting an eye roll from Peter for the incoherent question he just shrugged as they waited for David's response. "He... got skipped ahead," David said. He didn't really want to talk about it, but at the same time was glad to be telling his dads about it. "So he's in year ten now?" Xavier asked. "Oh, and not in your dorm either then?" "That's right," David nodded, "But year eleven actually. That's how smart he is!" he said, sounding momentarily proud before he scowled and added quietly, "At least how smart he THOUGHT he was!" "Well at least he's not gone entirely then. You can still show off the new hairdo!" Xavier smiled. "We don't talk anymore!" David snapped. "Oh," Peter exclaimed in surprise. "That's... surprising. I know we didn't know James THAT well but he never seemed the type to just... forget his friends when he moved on!" David let out a hearty sigh as he admitted, "Actually it's more... me not talking to him!" "Why not?" Xavier asked, now shifting in his seat to look back at David more directly. "Like I said. He left!" David pouted. "And he wasn't even gonna tell me about it. He was just gonna leave. He's a dickhead!" "Hey, mind the language," Xavier said disapprovingly. "Sorry," David quickly apologised. The two men exchanged glances and almost unnoticeable nods. David was a smart boy, which meant he could usually argue or reason his way out of most things. It was time to deploy their secret weapon against him – silence. After several seconds, David sighed a little. A few more seconds and he did it again a little louder. "I thought you'd, like... be telling me I was wrong!" Xavier just looked back and shrugged. "I mean... yeah, I think I'm totally justified for being annoyed he didn't tell me about it," David insisted, though he frowned as he thought about it, "But I guess that WAS mostly because he just didn't want to upset me or anything!" He waited again, looking back and forth between his dads, expecting some kind of comment. "But he DID leave, which wasn't nice!" David insisted, then paused for a few moments as he mused, "But that's probably because it was an amazing opportunity that he woulda been stupid not to take!" Xavier and Peter continued to exchange side-eye, carefully planning how far to let David wander through his own thoughts. "I mean... it's not like HE'S tried to talk to me, after all," David reasoned, then screwed his face up thoughtfully as he said, "But that's probably cos I told him not to!" Another pause. "But it DID sound like he's struggling now, which'll teach him for thinking he's so smart!" he said with a smirk that quickly dropped away as he said, "But knowing him, he's not telling anyone how hard it is and is probably facing it all on his own!" He began to look a little distressed as he said, "Actually, he did tell ME how hard it was." He raised his head again, staring back and forth between his dads as he said, "Oh my god, he told me how hard it was. He's never admitted to struggling with anything, but he told me that and I just... walked away!" Xavier gave Peter a questioning glance and got a nod in return. "So it sounds like you probably know what you need to do," Peter reasoned. "Yeah," David nodded, looking sad, "I gotta get my best friend back!" ***** "Oh, I don't know this one!" Mr Davies said as he lifted Danny's bag out of the back of the car. "This is Aaron," Danny said, holding back a smirk as he playfully threw an arm around Aaron. "Are you in Danny's dorm?" Mrs Davies asked the boy curiously. "No ma'am," Aaron said politely, looking increasingly nervous. "He's in my Year," Danny commented, "But thankfully not my dorm. I don't think I could put up with the smell!" "Danny, don't be rude!" Mrs Davies snapped at her son. "Not being rude," Danny said, giving Aaron a sudden squeeze. He heard a slight whimper in return as he went on, "Just stating facts. Aaron's known for having a SLIGHT problem." As he heard a louder moan from Aaron, he jumped away and stared at the boy's crotch where a large wet patch was appearing. "Oh, speaking if which, there he goes again!" "Oh. Oh my!" Mrs Davies exclaimed as she saw the boy wet himself. Aaron stood there as he felt the warmth engulf his crotch and start running down his leg. His cheeks blazed crimson as he wet himself in front of Danny and his parents. "I... I'm sorry!" he stuttered awkwardly. "Oh, I'm... sure it can't be helped!" Mr Davies said, visibly feeling bad for the boy. Danny was barely holding back his own laughter, something which did not go unnoticed by his parents. "Danny! Help your friend out, you're being impolite!" Mrs Davies snapped. "Go help him. Your father will take your bags up to your dorm!" "But... but..." Danny stuttered, unsure how he was the one being yelled at when Aaron was the one who'd made a mess of himself. "Ugh, fine!" he huffed. "Come on!" he snapped, grabbing Aaron to turn him around. He leaned in close and whispered, "And no covering up. Everyone needs to see it!" Aaron sniffed, clearly on the verge of tears as he squeaked, "Okay!" "Ugh, don't start blubbering!" Danny scowled as he dragged Aaron along, passing a group of younger boys who openly laughed at the wet trousers. "You did MUCH worse to me!" he snapped, though it was as much for his own benefit as it was to taunt Aaron. "Yeah, and I said I'm sorry!" Aaron sniffed. "Oh. Ohhh. You said you're sorry! That makes everything okay then!" Danny said sarcastically. "That makes it okay that you made me FUCK MYSELF with a dildo in front of half the first floor!" "I know, I know and I'm still sorry," Aaron whimpered. "Yeah, you will be! I'm only just getting started!" Danny growled. He was most certainly NOT just getting started. Aaron's punishment had started before half-term, the guilty boy having opted for punishment at the hands of his fellow students in order to avoid being turned in to the faculty for the long-running prank he had played on Danny. Aaron had spent the week naked, a fairly standard Kingswood punishment, though Danny had gone out of his way to make it worse, often making Aaron do or say embarrassing things to highlight his nudity. He had wandered through the Dining Hall with a raging erection, pleasured himself multiple times in the first floor Common Room or showers with other students around and this was the third time he had now wet himself for Danny's amusement. "I really am sorry, Danny. I know I did way too much to you, but please, I don't know how much more of this I can take!" Aaron pleaded. He began to cry softly as they walked along, another group of students taunting him for both his `accident' and his tears. Danny felt a knot in his stomach as they wandered into the shower room. He had spent the half-term break thinking up more ways to torture the other boy, allowing himself to get worse and worse ideas in his head. He had a whole range of vicious ideas lined up to get his revenge, but as he heard the boy crying, he felt a wave of nausea wash over him. "Ugh, fine," he huffed. "Get yourself cleaned up and then... I dunno, I guess I'll be in contact about what's next, but it won't be today. Take the rest of the day off!" "R... really?" Aaron asked, suddenly looking hopeful. "Yes!" Danny snapped as he turned to the door. "Danny, wait!" Aaron called after him. As the other boy stopped and looked back, his glare absolutely withering, Aaron said, "I do mean it. I really am sorry. I wasn't just saying it to try and make you go easy on me. I... if I... made you feel even half of what I've felt, then... then that makes me the biggest cunt in the world for doing that to you and I'm really so, so sorry!" Danny stared back for a moment. He wanted to be angry, not only for the things Aaron had made him do, but also because the other boy seemingly couldn't handle receiving similar in return. He wasn't that close to Aaron. Sure, they shared some classes and had spent a fair bit of time together the previous year when Danny had offered his support to Aaron when he was football captain, but they weren't really what he would call `friends'. Yet as he stood looking at the distressed, sobbing boy he couldn't help feeling sorry for him. On the verge of outright stating that he was done `punishing' him, Danny just sighed and said, "Okay, I get it," then turned to leave. As he stepped out onto the first-floor walkway, he spotted his father approaching. Giving him a smile, he held his hand out to take one of the many bags the man was carrying. "Your friend okay?" Mr Davies asked with obvious concern. "Yeah," Danny replied quietly. "Good," the man said as they wandered along slowly. "Dad," Danny mused thoughtfully, "I know you and mum always say two wrongs don't make a right, but how does that work with, like, punishing people for doing bad things?" "Oof, that one's a thinker," the man mused, stopping as he nodded thoughtfully. "You got something specific in mind, sport?" he asked, hoping for a slight assist. Danny glanced back along the hallway to the door to the shower room for just a moment, but hoped his dad hadn't noticed. "Not really," he lied. "But... let's say someone does something... mean to someone. Does that mean it's fair to do something mean back to them in return?" "Huh, we have you home all week and you hide away in your room for most of it and then we're two minutes from parting ways and you finally start an actual conversation," Mr Davies smirked, shaking his head. "You have worse timing than your mother." "I'm nowhere near THAT bad!" Danny chuckled as they moved aside to let another boy and his parents pass. "True, and for that I'm grateful," the man sniggered. "As for your question, I don't know. It's one that has no answer AND a lot of answers." "Wow, helpful, thanks," Danny said sarcastically. "Sorry," he quickly apologised as his dad scowled at him. "What I mean is, it can be a matter of perspective or opinion. Some people say an eye for an eye, but then there's a quote from Gandhi that says an eye for an eye will leave the whole world blind," Mr Davies explained. "So which side of it do YOU fall on?" Danny asked curiously. "Geez, put me on the spot, why don't ya!" his dad said, shaking his head. "I don't really know and really only you can decide how YOU feel about things like that, but... I like to think me and your mum did a good job with ya, buddy. So I'd say if you're figuring out a thing like this then just... do what YOU think is right. You've got a good head on your shoulders when you remember to actually use it." Danny tried not to smile at the compliment, but it slipped through anyway. Blushing a little he said shyly, "Thanks dad." ***** "Well, I guess you really showed that bush who's the boss!" Josh smirked, having just watched Mike take his temper out on a nearby shrub. "Shut up, dickface," Mike scowled. He was in his usual post-break bad mood, having been forced to spend time with a family he hated. He had grabbed Josh immediately upon his return just to have someone to vent to, and his rant had ended up in what could only be described as a savage example of extreme herbicide against the innocent bush. "Come on, we should get out of here before someone discovers the body!" Josh sniggered, glancing down at the broken branches and leaves scattered across the path. "I don't take the piss when you get annoyed," Mike scowled as he followed along behind Josh. "Fuck off, you totally do!" Josh argued. Mike looked thoughtful for a moment then shrugged and said, "Yeah, I guess I do. Whatever. Either way, I'm pissed and you're meant to be supportive!" "Nuh-uh," Josh shook his head insistently. "You want supportive, go find some other twat like Rob or Danny. I'm here for insults and violence. That's kind of our thing!" "Yeah, well... I don't wanna be violent!" Mike pouted. Josh glanced back down the path at the remains of the bush then to Mike as he smirked without saying a word. He didn't need to; the point was obvious. "Fine, I don't wanna be violent to PEOPLE," Mike insisted, then raised his eyebrows as he looked up and down and said, "And I use that term VERY loosely!" "Oy, I'm people!" Josh snapped. Before Mike could reply, a large looming figure appeared from around the corner, apparently heading for the Sports Complex that loomed behind the two boys. "Mr Rudd!" Josh suddenly squeaked as he saw the imposing man ahead of them. "Oh, Mike, John, good to see you back," the teacher nodded as he passed the two boys. "Y... yes sir," Josh stuttered. "Good to... see you too, sir!" He watched the man passed them, his eyes fixed on him but getting nothing in return. "B... bye sir," he said awkwardly as the man continued on. Mike immediately started sniggering. "You're so lame," he taunted as they veered off the main path into the ornamental gardens. "Shut up!" Josh snapped. "I was just being polite!" "No, you were trying to suck up!" Mike said, shaking his head. "Hi sir, good to see you sir, I love you sir, I want to climb you like a mountain, sir!" he mocked. "Shut up!" Josh snapped again. "I... I don't... just... I was JUST being polite!" he repeated. "Okay... JOHN!" Mike teased before bursting into laughter. "It... it's... an easy mistake," Josh defended the man. "Mate, it's fuckin' tragic," Mike scoffed, laughing. "You're in love with a man who don't even know your fucking name!" "SHUT UP!" Josh snapped one more time, this time accompanying it with a punch to Mike's stomach. "Fucker!" Mike grunted as he doubled over, grabbing his stomach. "You totally deserved that!" Josh insisted, folding his arms petulantly. "And you deserve," Mike started, then swiped out to hit Josh... and found nothing but air as the spritely boy dodged the strike. "Oy, stand still!" "No fucking chance," Josh said, taking off at a run. "GET BACK HERE AND LET ME PUNCH YOU!" Mike yelled after him as he gave chase. Josh had no problem keeping away from Mike. While his pursuer was quick on his feet, speed was what Josh was known for. It was a secret weapon used by both the football and rugby teams but also served him well in both his martial arts and dance clubs. He knew he could evade Mike all day and took great pleasure in calling further taunts back to him as he kept a safe distance. "Give up yet?" Josh called back as he sensed Mike slowing down. "Not... giving up..." Mike panted, coming to a halt, leaning down to place his hands on his knees as he caught his breath. "Just... planning your... death!" he said breathlessly. "On a scale from one to `not even a fucking little bit', guess how scared I am!" Josh teased. "You're such a dickhead," Mike scowled, shaking his head. "That mean you give up?" Josh called back. "It means I stopped caring," Mike said, trying to save face. "Ha, loser," Josh taunted, moving back. "By the way, I know you're gonna attack me as soon as I'm close, but no matter how that turns out, this is still a victory for me!" "Oh you think you know me SO well," Mike said moodily as Josh got close. As soon as the other boy was in range, he swung his arm out and punched him in the balls. "Yup... called it..." Josh grunted as he doubled over in pain. The two boys stood silently for a few moments as Josh recovered from the hit, the two eyeing each other suspiciously. In perfect synchronicity, they lunged at each other. Mike went for Josh's head to try and grab him in a headlock while Josh aimed lower, hoping to get a revenge strike to Mike's balls. They struggled against each other, both getting in several hits before parting for a moment. "Are you done?" Josh asked, poised and ready if another strike was to follow. "Yes," Mike said gruffly. The second Josh lowered his hands a little, he lunged again, this time knocking him over onto the ground. The two boys rolled around, each trying to get the upper hand while slipping in occasional hits but remaining fairly equally matched. Each time one of them tried to pull away, they received another hit, getting pulled back in, each getting increasingly sore and exhausted. Finally, worn out, breathless and sweaty, Josh flopped onto his back and declared. "You win, you win!" "Thank fuck!" Mike panted, leaning up against him, struggling to catch his breath. They remained silent for a few moments as Mike slowly nestled in closer, his head resting on Josh' chest as he felt an arm casually wrapped around him. "Are we cuddling?" Mike asked curiously. "No, just recovering," Josh insisted. "Hmm," Mike hummed. "Well... recovering feels nice," he said a little awkwardly. Josh lay quietly for a few moments before he said softly, "Mike!" "Yeah?" Mike asked, not moving. "I've got a boner!" Josh said bluntly. He was fully expecting immediate mockery. What he did not expect was the other boy's hand to suddenly make its way to his crotch. "Huh, so you do," Mike chuckled. Josh let out a slight moan as he felt Mike's hand gently touch him. "Must be from seeing Mr Rudd!" Mike teased. "Shut up!" Josh huffed. "Sorry," Mike sniggered. "Oh, erm... by the way..." he said, pausing a moment. "Hmm?" Josh hummed. "I've got a boner too!" Mike admitted. "Oh I know," Josh sniggered, moving his hip slightly, feeling the firmness against it. "Should we... do something?" Mike asked, unsure whether he should (or even wanted to) do anything about it, especially considering Josh's aversion to non-solo sexual activity. "Hmmm, nah," Josh replied, shaking his head slightly. "Well... not this time!" "'Kay," Mike said softly, nuzzling against him as they continued recovering from their brawl. ***** "Thank you sir, may I have another!" Luke grunted as he felt the sharp sting of a cane across his buttocks. "Fuck, I love it when he says that!" Jazz giggled. "I know right," Rob agreed, waving the cane like some kind of sexual lightsaber. The three boys were occupying one of the private rooms in the Kingswood Underground, having arranged to meet up upon their return from half-term. It had originally been planned for just Rob and Luke, the couple always keen to spend time together after being apart, but Jazz had asked to join them and both had seemed happy with the idea. Luke was currently restrained on a stand, his arms and legs secured in place, his reddened buttocks prominently on display, now highlighted by some darker red lines from the cane Rob was using on him. "You guys are gonna... make me cum!" Luke grunted, feeling somewhat helpless as he glanced back at the two younger boys. "Yeah, kinda the idea," Rob sniggered. "No, I mean without touching me down there!" Luke said, somewhere between amazed and embarrassed. He had always enjoyed being spanked, though that had usually just been a hand or occasionally a small paddle. They had started off that way, but this was their first foray into any of the more painful equipment. "From... the cane!" he added, to be completely clear. "Oh, well we wouldn't want that," Rob said, shaking his head, then laughed as he swung the cane again. It made a swishing noise as it cut through the air followed by a loud crack as it connected with Luke's rear. "Jesus!" Luke yelped. "Th... thank you... s... sir... ugh, another... please!" "Damn, I wish MY boyfriend was this kinky!" Jazz said with a grin. "I know right," Rob agreed again. "Sometimes it's like..." he stopped mid-sentence as the comment clicked in his head. "Your... boyfriend?" he asked shakily. "Yeah, I thought I misheard that!" Luke exclaimed, glancing back questioningly too. "Since when do you have a boyfriend?" Rob asked, feeling a little nauseous. Jazz smiled a little awkwardly as he said, "I guess officially, like... two days!" "Oh, it's Kayden!" Luke exclaimed, nodding as much as his position allowed. "Who? Wait. What?" Rob asked, a little lost. "He spent half-term with Kayden, from his dorm," Luke explained. "I thought you knew that!" "Oh, erm... yeah," Rob lied. He had no idea at all. "So... stuff happened?" Jazz grinned and nodded excitedly. "Yeah," he said, beaming proudly. "This was kinda my way of telling you both!" "Thanks, it's... good to know," Luke said, exchanging unhappy glances with Rob. "Yeah, thanks," Rob agreed. "Well considering at one point I thought you guys might actually BE my boyfriends, I figured it was only fair you be the first ones I tell!" Jazz said with a slight shrug. "Wait, we what?" Rob asked nervously. "Well... you know what we were like when I visited before. I kinda thought that might carry on, but I guess it was just, like... I dunno, a holiday romance or something," Jazz explained. "When nothing else happened I figured I should... move on, and then... Kayden happened!" Rob and Luke continued to stare at each other. They had both wanted more with Jazz, but nothing had ever come of it, though that was likely because they never actually had the nerve to tell him. And now... it was too late! Rob suddenly started, "Actually we were thinking... "That we should finish what we're doing here and then talk about you and you new boyfriend!" Luke quickly interjected, knowing where Rob was heading. "No, I was..." Rob started again, but stopped as he got a stern glare from the restrained older boy. "Yeah, we should finish here!" he reluctantly agreed. "You, erm... you should let Luke suck you while I keep caning him!" "Oh no, what a terrible idea," Jazz said sarcastically with a slight giggle as he moved up towards Luke's head. "Wait, are you even allowed to be with... other guys?" Rob asked, doing his best to hide the horrifying feeling of being `other guys'. "Erm, I dunno," Jazz shrugged as he pulled out his dick. He playfully slapped Luke's cheek with it then out it into his mouth as he said, "We haven't really discussed that, but we haven't said we're NOT, so... I think I'm good for now!" "For now," Rob repeated softly with a gentle sigh. "Huh?" Jazz hummed curiously. "Oh, nothing," Rob said, forcing a smile. "But if this might be our last time, we should make it fun!" He swatted the cane down hard, getting a yelp of pleasured pain from his boyfriend, though it was muffled by Jazz's dick in his mouth. Fifteen minutes and one very sore butt later, the boys finished up, though neither Rob nor Luke could really put on much of a show of keenness. "This was fun," Jazz said, giving each of the two a brief peck on the cheek, though he added a playful butt slap to Luke just for good measure, sniggering as he winced. "Thanks guys, I'll se ya later!" he said before running off happily. "I knew we shoulda just said something," Luke pouted as soon as Jazz was gone. "I know," Rob sighed. "I thought you said he just wanted to be friends!" Luke said, a little moodily. "I thought he did!" Rob snapped back. "I mean... they literally sang `you're my best friend'. That felt like a pretty clear message!" "Wait, you... I thought you actually spoke to him. The way you said it, it sounded like you'd actually aske the question, but you... you based it on their SONG CHOICE?" Luke asked, shaking his head incredulously. "You never even spoke to him about it!" "I know, I know, I'm stupid," Rob growled. "And now I don't get to be with him because YOU made a stupid assumption!" Luke grumbled. Rob stared back in disgust for a moment. "You don't get to..." he started repeating but paused shaking his head. "Oh, well I'm SO sorry you don't get to be with the guy you like and just got stuck with the STUPID person who messed it up for you!" Luke's face screwed up in obvious frustration as he started, "Wait, no, I didn't mean..." "No, forget it. I'm leaving!" Rob snapped as he stormed out of the room. ***** Chris had stirred a few times as he heard people coming in and out of the dorm throughout the afternoon, but he didn't wake up properly until he felt a heavy weight land on top of him suddenly. Letting out a grunt of surprise, he pulled the covers back a little ready to swear at whoever had jumped on him but paused as he saw a brief glimpse of blonde hair. "Danny!" he declared excitedly as he pulled the covers back, but as he saw Mark instead, he added a dejected, "Oh!" "Wow, charming!" Mark said, raising his eyebrows. "Sorry," Chris sighed. "Welcome back!" Mark frowned slightly at the comment but rather than say anything else, he just gave a quiet, "Thanks!" He quickly smiled as he explained, "Nicky just asked me to go and shoot some hoops with him, but then we bumped into Josh and Mike and they said they wanna take us on so now it's like a two-on-two thing. You wanna come and watch?" Did he want to come and watch his ex-boyfriend play basketball against his OTHER ex-boyfriend, along with the boy he had nearly isolated from everyone by being his friend? The eye roll Chris gave would have been enough to answer for him, but he shook his head and said quietly, "No, I'm good thanks. Have fun though." "You sure?" Mark asked, frowning. "Very!" Chris insisted. "So you're just gonna... lay here instead?" Mark asked, obviously concerned. "No, I'm..." Chris paused, quickly thinking of an excuse, "I'm meeting up with Blane soon!" "Oh, okay. Well message when you're done. We might still be playing," Mark said cheerfully before climbing off the bed. Chris watched him head out of the dorm and let out a gentle sigh. Half a term of hanging with Chris and Mark had barely interacted with anyone. Suddenly, with Chris keeping away, he was off socialising with half the dorm. Happy as he was for Mark, all it did was make Chris feel increasingly bad about what he had done. "He really is better off without me," Chris mumbled to himself as he sat up and pulled his knees up close to his chest. "Everyone is!" he added with a sigh. He glanced across briefly to Josh's bunk. His own choice of words had brought Josh's suicide attempt in Year 7 to mind. Shaking his head, he insisted to himself, "Not like that, obviously! It'll never be that bad!" He looked around the dorm and was struck by a sudden realisation – he was alone! In all of his time at Kingswood, one thing that had driven him more than anything else was making sure he was NEVER alone. He had shared beds with other boys almost every night, he had organised his time to always be with other people, he had even had a diagnosis of mild autophobia from Dr Arkwright, everything was based around making sure other people were beside him at all times... but what if being around him had been holding other people back, like he had been doing to Mark? A quick glance to the side and he saw Danny's bunk, pushed right up next to his own as it had been since Year 7. Two years of sharing a bed. He was fourteen now and still couldn't sleep alone? "That's... pathetic!" Chris mumbled as he shook his head, disgusted at himself. "No more!" he said firmly as he climbed off the bunk. Grabbing the side of it, he pulled as hard as he could and the bunk bed slowly slid across the floor with a loud screech. He walked round to the opposite side and grabbed Danny's bunk and did the same there, then stood back to look at the thirty-centimetre gap he had made between them. He felt a sudden churning in his stomach as he stared at it, a feeling of unpleasant discomfort radiating out from his core, his hands twitching in response as he considered the implications of it. Just as he was about to try and start pushing it back, Danny walked into the dorm. "Oh, hi," Danny said with a grin as he saw Chris standing alone. His eyes immediately fell to their bunk, the slight change sticking out blindingly obviously in the room that rarely changed. He stared for a second, then at Chris and asked, "Did you... do that?" "Erm... err... yeah," Chris stuttered awkwardly. "B... but..." Danny hesitated for just a moment then smiled as he said, "Aww, our little Chrissy's finally growing up! You finally ready to fly solo?" Chris was unsure what to say. He had expected Danny to be as upset by the sight of it as he felt himself. Seeing Danny being okay with it... no, not just okay... HAPPY about it, paired with his own self-loathing stopped him from saying anything to disagree with Danny's comments. "Yeah, I guess so," he said reluctantly. "I guess... everything changes... eventually," Danny said. For a brief moment his eyes shot to Mark's bunk as he thought about Chris' apparent new best friend. `Wow, he couldn't wait to be rid of me!' Chris thought to himself as he said, "Yeah, I guess so! Erm... I gotta... go do a thing," he said as he headed for the door. "Oh, okay," Danny nodded. "Erm... have fun." "Yeah, you too," Chris replied, then frowned at his own stupid choice of words as he ran out the door. "Oh hey Chris, you like my..." David started, passing him in the hall. "Oh, never mind," he mumbled as Chris hurried past without saying anything. "What's with him?" David asked as he walked into the dorm. Just as Danny had, David immediately noticed the change. "Oh crap. Did he see that? Who did it? Is he upset?" "Erm, no," Danny said, still taking the whole thing in. He sat down gently on his own, now-single bunk and said softly, "Actually, it was... his idea!" "No way," David said as he dropped his bags near his wardrobe. "Are you... okay?" he asked hurrying over to Danny's side. "I don't know," Danny replied shakily. David sat down beside the other boy and put an arm around him. Danny sighed as he leaned heavily against David, grateful for the comforting contact. He glanced sideways and managed a genuine smile as he said, "Your hair looks freaking adorable, by the way!" David gave a playful giggle as he said, "Thanks Danny!" ***** "You sure you don't wanna come with us?" Mark asked as he wandered along the side of the basketball court with Nicky. "Yeah," Nicky nodded. "I appreciate the offer," he paused to look round at Mike who was currently bickering with Josh over the loss they had just experienced on the court, "But things are still kinda weird between me and Mikey. I don't wanna make things weird for you." "Weird would actually be kinda normal for you guys!" Mark sniggered. "But this was fun, we should totally hang out again some time." "Yeah, and you should totally join the Basketball team!" Nicky nodded with a smile. Mark shrugged, "Nah, I'm not really that good. We just beat those two cos we're... erm, what did Mike call us?" "Giant freaks of nature, I think it was," Nicky said, shaking his head. While he was not thrilled about the insult, it was a step forward from just being outright ignored by his ex-boyfriend/former best friend. "That was it," Mark chuckled. "Anyway, I'd best go save Josh," he said, seeing him now grabbed in a headlock. "Catch ya later!" Nicky smiled as he waved the new boy off. It felt like a good start to the second half of the term. Having now done a few things with Mark, the shyness he always felt around new people was dying down. Spending time with Mike had been nice too, albeit in a competitive environment where Mike had spoken to him purely through grunts and unnecessarily-offensive trash talk. As he wandered along the path back towards the Home Building, he spotted a couple of familiar faces just inside the entrance to the ornamental gardens. "Hey guys," he said, smiling at the three Year 8 boys from dorm 1.05. "Hey Nicky," "Hi!" "Hiya!" they called back, smiling but looking a little awkward. The boys' attempts to look inconspicuous as they stood there managed to make them all the more conspicuous and Nicky had to suppress a smirk as he walked closer. He had gotten to know the younger boys quite well now, having spent several evenings hanging out in their dorm, primarily to get away from the awkwardness of his own dorm. Stood before him was Leo Hodgson, Nathan Hopkins and Freddie Higgins, or as they had been known since they all elected insane nicknames back in Year 7, Podge, Froggy and Kreuger. They had their reasons for their nickname, they made no sense and nobody questioned it – it just was what it was. "And what are you guys up to?" Nicky asked as he sauntered closer to them. "Nothing, just... erm... hanging out," Froggy said shiftily. "Mmm-huh," Nicky hummed, continuing to move closer. "Nothing to see here. You can... carry on going where you were going!" Podge insisted, getting an immediate eye roll from the other two boys for the blinding obviousness of the lie. "Nothing to see?" Nicky asked, barely holding back his smile. "So you're not hiding something behind you?" he asked, the three boys stood so close together it was obvious they were trying to make a human wall. "Nope. Nothing. Keep on walking," Froggy said, looking almost resigned to what he knew was about to happen. "Ugh, give it up guys. That's one point to the others!" a voice grumbled from behind them. "Shhhhut up!" Froggy growled angrily at the comment. "Oh, so it's a someONE, not a someTHING," Nicky smirked. "Who ya hiding?" Reluctantly the three boys parted to reveal Gabriel Nelson, or Angel as he had been nicknamed the previous year. "Lose something?" Nicky asked with a hug grin as he saw the boy standing there, completely naked. "No idea what you mean," Angel replied, standing up and trying to look casual, his small dick flopping around as he moved. "We're playing a game!" Froggy stated. "Oh this'll be good," Nicky sniggered, shaking his head. He knew from his time with the younger boys that they loved making up stupid games. "Let's hear it!" "So there's two teams. Both teams have to go to a random location around the school, then one member of the team has to get naked, then it's a race back to the dorm," Kreuger explained. "First ones back win, but you get a time penalty for each person who sees your naked team member!" "Yeah, which we've already got from you," Froggy said moodily, "And we don't wanna waste any more time on you, so... go away!" He looked momentarily guilty at the comment. While he and the rest of his dorm liked Nicky, and the feeling was mutual, their relationship had not gotten off to the best start and they had spent much of the previous year bullying him before they eventually reconciled. "I mean that in a nice way," he added with an awkward grin. "Fair enough," Nicky giggled. "Lemme just enjoy the view for a moment first," he said, looking the naked boy up and down. "Oooooh," the other three chorused, taunting their friend for getting checked out by the older boy. "Okay, all done," Nicky sniggered. "Have fun and good luck guys," he said as he turned and walked away. Nicky was still giggling to himself over what he had seen when he reached the Home Building. He was about to head inside when he spotted another familiar face further on. Sat on a bench beneath a large tree along the path to the School Building was Chris... alone! He wandered along and was only a few metres away before Chris noticed him and looked his way. "Hey," Nicky said with a meek smile. "Oh, hi," Chris said, attempting a smile... unsuccessfully. "You okay?" Nicky asked as he came to a stop in front of him. "Yeah, I just... wanted to be alone," Chris said quietly. Nicky smirked loudly, getting a frown from Chris in return. "Oh please, you've literally never wanted to be alone your entire life!" Chris actually managed a slight chuckle as he nodded reluctantly and said, "Yeah, good point." "So what's up?" Nicky asked as he sat beside him on the bench. He felt a strange awkwardness as he sat down. It was on that exact bench several months earlier that a conversation with Angel that had led to his decision to end his relationship with Mike and Chris. He tried to put that aside as he looked at the boy beside him. "Nothing, I'm fine," Chris lied poorly. "I thought... we were gonna try being friends again," Nicky said cautiously. "That means you can talk to me!" Chris looked back at Nicky for a few moments, then frowned as he reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone. Nicky watched curiously as he asked, "What are you..." "Just a sec!" Chris interjected. He tapped a few buttons and music started playing. Nicky recognised the song from the first note. It was Save Your Tears by The Weeknd, the song they had been rehearsing for the music contest when Nicky dumped Chris. It made his stomach lurch. "Chris, why are you..." "Hold up," Chris interjected again. They listened as it got through the intro. As it got to the lines, `You look so happy when I'm not with you,' Chris paused it and looked at Nicky. "That line, it's... is it true?" Nicky couldn't reply. It was taking all of the strength he had not to just burst into tears. He had tried to listen to that song several times over the summer but had eventually accepted it was just one that would always be too painful. "You look happy," Chris said, wistfully rather than accusingly, "Like, most of the time now. You're not with me anymore and you just look... happy!" "Chris, I..." Nicky started, but wasn't quite sure what to say. "It's okay," Chris shrugged. "I really don't think you're the only one!" "Whadda you mean?" Nicky asked, cocking his head curiously. "Doesn't matter," Chris sighed. Nicky frowned heavily as he said, "Kinda feels like it does matter!" "Yeah, well I say it doesn't!" Chris snapped sharply. "Okay," Nicky nodded, recoiling slightly at the tone. One of the many issues he had been working on addressing with Dr Arkwright over the past few months was his absolute aversion to any kind of confrontation. Chris' tone felt like it sent a jolt of electricity through him and his immediate instinct had been to run. `When fight or flight kicks in, you default to flight' was how Dr Arkwright had put it. Taking a few moments to calm and ground himself, Nicky exhaled a slow deep breath. Silence hung between them for a few moments, both seemingly gathering themselves. "I AM happy," Nicky stated, flinching a little as he saw the hurt expression on Chris' face. "But it's not BECAUSE I'm not with you!" "Sure," Chris said incredulously, shaking his head. "It's not!" Nicky said firmly. His tone seemingly surprised Chris who turned to look at him. "I screwed up the BEST thing to ever happen to me, because I knew I had issues I had to deal with. Sure, I maybe could have dealt with those issues without screwing everything up, but... well, that's just how messed up I was!" he explained. "And ya know what, now that I'm actually getting better and dealing with the shit that'd been holding me back, I can say honestly that I AM happy, but I'm happy because of me, not because of NOT being with you." "You mean that?" Chris asked quietly. "Yeah," Nicky nodded. "I hate that I hurt you and I miss having you as a friend, which is why I was so glad when you said we could try to get back to that, but if being around me... seeing me happy... is hurting you..." "It's not!" Chris insisted. He took a deep breath in then growled angrily as he exhaled. "I think I'm just... feeling sorry for myself, that's all." "Yeah, I've been there," Nicky sniggered, reaching out to put an arm around the other boy. "And I get it if you don't wanna talk about other stuff, or why you've got this STUPID idea about being happy because of not being with you, but... that couldn't be MORE untrue. There's a line from a song that says, to know you is to love you!" "And what song would that be exactly?" Chris asked with a smirk. Nicky shrugged. "Fuck knows, but it's bound to be in one somewhere!" he giggled. Chris leaned against Nicky and sat quietly for a few moments before he sighed, "It's actually a Madonna song," he said with a wry grin, then added, "Thanks, I needed this!" "You're welcome," Nicky said back softly, giving him a gentle squeeze. "I mean... I need other things too, but this is a good start!" Chris smirked. "Oh yeah, what `other things', huh?" Nicky asked coyly. "Well I was sitting looking up at that window," Chris said, pointing over at the School Building, "Cos that's where we fucked after I confessed to cheating on No Nut November." As Nicky nodded, Chris pointed the other way, to the front of the Home Building and said, "And there was that time we snuck out with Danny and Mikey..." "Mike!" Nicky interjected with a smirk. "Mike," Chris corrected himself, rolling his eyes, "And we all jerked off together. And over there..." "Okay, I get the idea. You're thinking about sex and we've done it everywhere, I get it!" Nicky giggled. Chris smirked for a second then let out a sigh as he said, "Yeah, but everyone I do stuff with has kinda... dumped me, so... it's just a sad wank at bedtime for me!" He let out a slight whimper as he thought about bedtime... and his single bunk. "Well..." Nicky started, then stopped himself, shaking his head. "Well what?" Chris asked, hopefully. "No, forget it. Bad idea," Nicky insisted, trying to convince himself he was only thinking it thanks to residual horniness of seeing Angel playing his naked game. "If the idea is `friends with benefits', then I agree... it's a terrible idea," Chris agreed, nodding solemnly for a moment before he smirked and said, "But terrible ideas is kinda what we do, right?" "Oh you are SO not wrong!" Nicky grinned. He stood up and held his hand out to Chris. He gestured to the School Building and asked, "Wanna pick another window to make a memory at?" Chris snorted with laughter as he followed along behind Nicky. A few minutes later they had picked a random classroom, the whole building sitting empty with classes yet to resume. Despite the joke about picking a window, they actually chose a room on the back of the building, simply to avoid being caught or seen. Chris had sat on a desk as they went into the room, watching as Nicky double-checked the hallway. Despite his decreasing sense of discomfort at being seen naked, getting caught having sex in a classroom was still high on his list of stuff to avoid. He turned to face Chris and approached gingerly. "You... erm... you sure you're okay with this?" he asked nervously. "I mean... with this being... just sex!" "It's not JUST sex," Chris insisted, shaking his head. "It's friend sex," he said with a smile. "But I DO know that's ALL it is. I think we kinda already established I'm still a bit caught up on... someone," he said, giving a gentle sigh as he avoided saying Danny's name. "Plus you're still totally into Mikey... ugh, Mike... fuck, I can't stop doing that!" "Wait, what?" Nicky asked, frowning curiously. "The name thing. It's hard to change," Chris shrugged. "Erm no... that whole... `totally into Mikey' thing?" Nicky asked, shaking his head. "Mike!" Chris corrected him with a grin. As he got a scowl in return, he smiled and said, "Come on. Me and you... we had our reasons for getting together and it was fun and all, but... you and Mike... you know that's different, right?" As Nicky stared back, slightly pale, he added, "Okay, maybe you don't know!" Nicky continued to stare for a moment as he thought about the other boy. "Fuuuuuck," he whispered, looking thoughtful. He quickly shook his head and said, "Okay, I can NOT deal with that right now, so... let's just do this!" "Wow, the romance really is gone," Chris sniggered. He rolled onto his back and waggled his legs in the air as he called out, "Okay, big boy. Fuck away!" "You're so stupid," Nicky giggled, as he grabbed Chris' ankles for a moment. He stared down between Chris' legs at the boy laying there. It was a strange feeling. There he was, the boy he had shared his lazy Saturday mornings with in Year 7, the boy he had loved and cherished through Year 8 and now... he was something else in Year 9 and beyond it would seem. As wistfully as he thought back on their past, having the adorable, sexual and affectionate boy back as his friend almost felt worth the pain of the past few months. Shaking himself from his thoughts, Nicky let go of the ankles and reached down to grab the back of Chris' sweatpants and underwear. With a hefty yank, he pulled them up to reveal Chris' butt. If this was just a fuck, that was all he needed. Next he fished his own rapidly-swelling cock out, playfully slapping one of Chris' buttocks with it. "Oh, I need..." he started, but stopped as Chris reached toward him with a small pack of lube. "Always be prepared!" Chris giggled. Nicky laughed as he took it, ripping it open before he squeezed most of it out onto one hand, the rest onto the other. Massaging the slippery goo onto both his own cock and Chris' butt at the same time, moments later he was ready and beginning to push himself inside. "Jeebus, has that thing grown?" Chris moaned as he felt the large dick slowly pushing into him. "Probably," Nicky sniggered. "I'm worried it might never stop!" As much as he joked, it actually was a genuine fear of his. Having started developing early, his penis had always been bigger than his peers, yet the growth was slow and gradual, showing no sign of stopping yet. He had not long turned fourteen and already sported twenty-three centimetres at full arousal. Much more and he might end up too big for anyone to be willing (or able) to take. "D'you want me to stop?" he asked cautiously, only halfway in. "Fuck no!" Chris yelped as he pulled back on his knees to try and spread his hole a little more. He sniggered and said, "Bad choice of phrase. I suppose I technically mean fuck... yes please!" Nicky giggled at the comment and leaned forward a little more. The slow continuous groan from Chris was one of both pleasure and pain. It was one he had most definitely grown used to in the couple of years since he began fucking and it excited him every bit as much as the feeling of a hole around his shaft. "Ugh, I forgot how tight you are," he moaned contentedly as he pulled back and slid back in a little further. "Can't talk," Chris grunted. "Too busy... enjoying!" Nicky chuckled again, then reached out to grab one of Chris' hands. As their fingers interlinked, he stared down between Chris' legs again. As Chris opened his beautiful, emerald-green eyes, Nicky smiled sweetly and got the same in return. Neither of them said anything further as Nicky continued his slow, pleasurable fuck. Neither was in a rush, and both seemed to be enjoying the pleasantly familiar sensations of each other's bodies, so Nicky took his time. Chris' hand eventually parted from Nicky's, finding its way into his underwear instead as he casually played with himself. He stroked himself slowly as Nicky thrust over and over into him, occasionally reaching down to tease his balls or occasionally run his finger around his straining hole, gently grazing Nicky's shaft as it slid back and forth. "Ugh, I'm gonna cum soon," Chris moaned, the exclamation more borne from a strong desire to shoot than actually being close. "Yeah, me too," Nicky whispered, gently increasing his pace in response. As the speed steadily grew, so too did their shared moans and whimpers, growing in both volume and intensity until they both ejaculated in a crescendo of delight, Nicky's load inside Chris and Chris' load shooting into his underwear. Nicky kept his dick inside the other boy for several moments after their shared orgasm had subsided. As he pulled out and began to zip up, Chris sat up, grinning dopily. "Feel better now?" Nicky asked, casually draping his arms over Chris' shoulders. "Mmmyeah," Chris said with a gentle nod. With a dreamy smile, he leaned forward to rest his head against Nicky's chest, letting out a contented sigh as he felt arms around him. ***** Dinner time had seen the boys of dorm 1.09 resume their agreed routine of eating their evening meal together. It was nice to be back and despite the many lingering tensions, it was a lively and enjoyable meal, followed by a similarly lively evening hanging out in the Common Room. There was a slight moment of awkwardness in the dorm once they were all ready for bed, with the `divide' between Chris and Danny's bunks the only thing anything wanted to talk about, though none of them actually dared to bring it up. When the two boys climbed into bed without so much as a word or a flinch, the rest of the dorm seemed to accept it wasn't a big thing , it just... was what it was! The usual `wank time' followed lights out, with all eight boys happily playing with themselves under cover of darkness. While it would usually be a very quiet, solitary time for them, having spent the week apart, chatter had crept in. "It's kinda nice having privacy for it at home," David had commented, "But it does feel kinda weird doing it without seven other guys knocking one out!" It had caused a few conversations to break out, though a few of the dorm's occupants quickly demanded silence, particularly Mike who had asked, "How d'you expect me to cum listening to you lot natter on about group dynamics or whatever?" Reluctant silence had followed, quickly broken by the grunts, groans, moans, splatters and gasps of eight orgasms. "I guess it won't be seven other guys for that much longer," David said once the past-wank clean-up was complete and silence returned to the dorm. "Before we know it we'll be up on the second floor and I'll just have three of you wankers to share with!" "It's not like it's next week!" Rob replied. "I mean, that's... what... like ten months away!" "Yeah, but only seven months til we have to decide who's going into what dorm!" David explained. "And only six months til we gotta pick our GCSEs!" "Pfft," Josh scoffed, "I don't think that far ahead. I'll worry about it when it happens!" "Well how about this?" David asked, sitting up to look round at the other bunks around the dark dorm. "It's only three months til we gotta pick the new year sevens we'll mentor!" "Wait, what?" Josh asked, sitting up to stare down at David's bunk below. "Yeah, that can't be right!" Nicky insisted. "They sent out the schedule over half-term to your school email address!" David explained. Shaking his head he asked, "Don't you guys read your emails?" "I didn't even know I had a school email address!" Chris muttered, getting a few sniggers from the others. "But seriously. It's not... I mean... it can't be that soon!" Josh said, sounding a little alarmed. "I'm not... ready to mentor anyone yet!" "He's not wrong. They'd probably be dead in a week!" Rob sniggered. He reached out to playfully shove Josh as he added, "Just kidding, mate," but found nothing but air. Danny and Chris' bunk separation meant his own bunk was now further from Josh's. "Yeah, you'll be fine," David insisted. "Nuh-uh," Josh grunted, shaking his head. "It's too soon. I can't... just... I'll tell `em I can't do it!" "Way to go," Mike grunted sardonically, looking down to David's bunk, "You broke Josh!" "I didn't mean to," David pouted. The conversation continued for several minutes, with Josh freaking himself out, David feeling guilty and Mike deliberately stirring things up. Chris and Danny both stayed out of it, silently observing as they laid in their separate beds. By the time the rest of the dorm had argued themselves out and begun falling asleep, both Chris and Danny were both still sitting wide awake. `Tell him you were wrong!' Chris thought to himself. `Tell him it was a mistake and you wanna share again!' He glanced briefly to the side and thought, `No, I let Nicky go and he's doing great. Maybe that's what Danny needs too.' He stared blankly ahead, forcing himself not to look round again. Danny spotted slight movement, but as he looked to the side, Chris looked away. `He can't even look at you anymore!' he thought to himself. `Or probably more like... can't take his eyes off Mark. Ugh, stop being petty. You want him to be happy. Maybe he can find with Mark what you have with Brian. He's your friend, be happy for him!' He sighed at the confusing thoughts then glanced to the side and whispered, "Night Chris!" "Night," Chris replied softly before he sighed, shuffled down to get comfortable and tried to get some sleep... on his own! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed.
