From Last Chapter:

The judge sat back still looking at Brian right in the eye saying, "Brian I
do not want to see you in my court room again.  With that said, this court
stands in recess.  Brian the court clerk will have some documents for you
to sign and after that you are free to leave.  Good luck son."  The judge
then looked over at Sean saying, "Sean I wish you good luck as well and I
hope to hear nothing but good things about you."  With that the judge stood
as the bailiff called for everyone to stand.

Once the judge had left Brian collapsed in his chair sopping in his hands.
Both his mom and dad came around the railing to hug and console their son.
Sean was the first of our group to move from our seats and walked straight
over to Brian and his family.  Brian had calmed down a bit and stood up
when he noticed Sean standing in front of him.

 We all watched as Sean extended his hand out to shake Brian's hand.  We
couldn't hear what he said but Brian smiled.  Sean then shook Brian's
father's hand before extending his hand to Brian's mother who instead of
shaking Sean's hand, pulled him into a hug.

The rest of us all made our way to where Sean and Brian where.  Steve and I
introduced ourselves and then everyone else to Brian and his family.  On
one really knew what to say but I got the feeling they were just as glad as
we were that this was now all behind us.  Well at least all but Dennis'
trial.

*********** Chapter 45 ***********

After we all left the court house we stopped to get something to eat.  It
was nice to have everyone there to include Colby's mom.  I got the feeling
that Colby really missed having her in his life on a day to day basis. As
we were sitting there I could see that I was going to have to sit down and
have a talk with Colby to make sure that he was doing ok.  It's going to be
a tough few weeks on him with his dad's trial approaching.

After we finished eating we went home to change.  Since we all had the rest
of the day off we figured we would go out to the ranch and do some work out
there.  I was amazed at how much had changed since the last time I had been
out at the ranch.  Most days the boys ran out after school to feed and
water the horses and it had been almost a month since I had been out there.


I was really surprised at how much the contractors had gotten done already.
It seams with Jose coordinating most everything for us things are going to
get done quick.  The goal is for the house, mess hall and new barn to be
done by the time school lets out in the spring.  That way when Eric, Dave
and TJ finish their semester out at their current school they could move up
here.

You could see the slap foundations for the main house and the two bunk
houses, one running off each of the back corners of the main house.  The
framing was in place for the mess hall building which will be directly
behind the main house.  Basically the four buildings form a diamond if you
would look at them from above.  All the buildings will be connected by a
covered porch running between each building so in bad weather one could
walk between each building without getting wet.  And then in the middle of
all of it will be Connor's pool.  At least that was he is calling it since
it was his idea when we were talking about the design.

After we walked around looking at how much work they contractors had gotten
done already we figured we had better get out of their way so we drove down
to the old barn.  On the way we saw the materials for the new barn that is
going to be much bigger and closer to the back of the mess hall the the
current one.

Once we got down to the barn we all helped getting the barn cleaned out and
the stalls loaded with new straw.  The boys decided they wanted to take
their horses out for a ride.  Sean said, "We need to ride out and check the
level of the stock ponds.  Grandpa Jose asked me to check them the next
time we were out here ridding."

Steve said, "Sounds like you have your marching orders then.  Mike and I
will just hang out here and enjoy the nice weather."  You got to love the
Texas weather in January.  It wasn't to bad in the sun.  Have to enjoy
being in the sun now so when summer gets here and it's 105 degrees out you
can't be in the sun at all.

The boys all got their horses saddled.  Aaron needed a little help with his
but soon enough all four where all climbing up into the saddle and heading
out to check the stock ponds.

Steve and I found a blanket to lay out on the ground on the back side of
the barn, out of sight from all the workers working on the house.  It felt
so nice to lay out in the sun.  Haven't done that in many years.  Steve
laid down next to me grabbing my hand and we just laid there for awhile
holding hands enjoying the warm sun on our bodies.  I think we both fell
asleep for a bit.  I woke up to Steve's lips touching mine.  His lips are
so soft.  We made out for what seamed like hours.  It was so nice to be
able to lay out in the sun and make out with Steve without any one being
able to see us.  I think I'm really going to enjoy living out here in the
country.

Steve started kissing his way down the left side of my neck, which drove me
crazy.  At the same time I felt his right hand move down my abs, stopping
on my hardening cock.  In moments he had me rock hard and straining against
my jeans aching to be released.  Somehow Steve managed to undo the front of
my paints, reaching into my briefs and grabbing a hold of my rock hard dick
stroking it slowly up and down it's shaft.

As I started to moan a bit, Steve stopped his assault on my neck and moved

While Steve and I were having our fun behind the barn the boys had made
there way out to the furthest stock pond.  Once they got there Aaron
moaned, "I need to take a break!  My ass is sore as hell!"  The rest of the
boys all laughed as they stopped their horses and climbed down.

All four seamed to be walking a little bow legged after their long ride.
Especially Aaron.  He has the least amount of time riding horses.  Once
they were down off the horses they led them down to the edge of the water
and let the horses get a drink.  After the horses had their fill of water
they all walked the horses back up the bank and tied them up.  Colby and
Sean walked over to a grassy area under a huge oak tree laid down in the
nice grass.  Aaron said, "I think I need to keep walking around a bit to
stretch my legs or I will never make it back.

Aaron really wasn't in that much pain but sensed Colby wanted some alone
time with Sean.  Sensing this he said, "Come on Conner, want to walk around
the pond with me?"  Aaron and Connor grabbed the rains to their horses and
started to walk around to the other side of the pone while Colby and Sean
laid in the cool grass.  Once Arron and Connor were out of ear shot Colby
rolled over on his side and then leaned over on Sean.

Colby looked into Sean's eyes saying, "I'm so proud of you and how you
handled yourself in court today.  You are one amazing person."  With that
Colby leaned down and gave his boyfriend a kiss.

Sean pulled his boyfriend in and enjoyed the little make out session.  Sean
really like making out with his boyfriend.  He loved how soft Colby's soft
lips felt against his and the felling of his tongue wrestling with his
tongue.  He especially liked the little squeaks and moans Colby made while
they were making out.

After they made out for a little bit Colby laid his head on Sean's chest
and slowly ran his hand around his abs enjoying there alone time.  Sean was
slowly running his fingers through Colby's hair as he thought about all
that had happened today.

As Sean ran his hands through Colby's hair he said, "I think we should
invite Brian out here to the ranch some time so we can all get to know each
other better."

Colby sat up on one elbow and looked at Sean with a very questioning look
on his face saying, "Let me get this straight.  You want to invite the guy
that beat you to an inch of your life so we can get to know him better?
Are you insane?"

Sean smiled a little, "Maybe I am but I really think that Brain is trying
to change his mind set and I think by bringing him out here so he can get
to know us better it will help him see that we are not any different to his
other friends except that we like guys."  Colby said, "I don't know.  What
happens if he thinks you are trying to turn him gay and takes you off out
here somewhere and beats the hell out of you again or god for bit even
worse, kills you?"

Sean laughed a little bit, "I really don't think that he would do that but
it's not like him and I would ever be out here alone.  We always come out
here as a group, you me, Aaron and Connor.  We can just invite him to come
out with all of us some time."

Colby thought for a minute, trying to come up with something to convince
his boyfriend that inviting the guy that almost killed you out to your
ranch was not a good idea.  He couldn't so he said, "You better run this by
your dads and make sure they are ok with it.  Not sure they will think it
is a good idea."  With that Colby laid his head back down on Sean's chest
while they waited for Aaron and Connor to get back from there walk around
the pond.

Once they got back they all started back towards the barn.  While they were
riding Sean told Aaron and Connor of his plan to invite Brian out to the
ranch.  They both sided with Colby and didn't think it was a good idea but
Sean was convinced that it was a good idea.

It took them almost and hour to ride back to the barn.  Once back they
tended to their horses before heading back up to where the main house is
being built where they found Steve and I watching the workers.  Sean had
asked the rest of the boys not to say anything to me or Steve about his
idea of inviting Brian.  He told them he wanted to thing about it a bit
before he brought up the idea to Steve and I.

On the way back home we stopped at our favorite BBQ joint for some dinner.
I noticed during the ride back into town the boys seamed a little quiet for
some reason.  Once we were got our food and sat down at a table I said,
"Are you guys OK?  You guys are usually talking up a storm when we come
home from the ranch but today you are all very quiet."

I noticed the three of them all look at Sean before all making excuses that
they were all just really tired from the trial and then the long ride
today.  I looked over at Steve and I could see that he also knew something
was up with the boys.  We both knew our boys well enough that they would
come to us when they were ready to talk to us so we didn't push the issue
any more for the night and went back to enjoying our BBQ plates.
