Chapter Eighteen

"Time is cyclical" Bo was saying as we walked into the room, "the last time ones such as you appeared, the Elders came back and took them away. Look at the evidence from around the Earth. In Egypt some were even worshipped as gods; Anubis, Horus."

"Are you trying to say that those creatures actually existed?" I interrupted.

"Do you doubt your own existence?" Bo asked, "or that of minotaurs, such as the one standing beside you? Over eons of time, history turns to myth and eventually the myth turns back to reality."

"So, the hybrid gods of ancient Earth were real?" I said, still skeptical.

"Wepwawet was a created creature much the same as you" Bo said. "Every time civilization on this planet has advanced enough to map their own genome, hybrids have been created. It is usually a sign the reset is imminent."

"What do you mean reset?" Travis asked.

"When the Elders become aware of this level of advancement among your peoples, they come and take away the creations, then cause some cataclysm to occur so that all your kind are back to the stone age again."

"Again?" I repeated softly.

"Yes, again. As I said it is a cycle. It's been repeating for at least the last million years we've been inside your planet" he replied

"Where do the Elders come from?" Daniel asked.

"Unknown. They travel through a portal much like the ones we use. The Elder portal is in the building we refer to as `the temple' in the center of the city of Shambhala" he said. "We have never learned to operate it; the controls are unlike the simple ones here."

"Wait a minute" I said "you didn't build all this?"

"No, we discovered it while exploring this sector of space. When we first came here, there were only animals on the surface; your race were still hominid apes. Even then, this place was old" he said.

"What about the ancient buildings on the surface, Machu Picchu, the Pyramids?" Travis asked.

"The concept of `ancient' is relative" Bo said, "our people helped build the original Machu Picchu. Our stonework fit so tight a hair couldn't fit between them. To us that doesn't seem that long ago. Now, the place your archaeologists call Göbekli Tepe, the Elders set those stones."

"How long do you think we have before they come?" I asked.

"Our teams have collected roughly a thousand of your group from bases around the world. We estimate there to be another thousand we haven't rescued yet. When we have rescued you all, they will come; they always do."

"So, what becomes of the ones they take away?" Daniel asked.

"We have no idea, none of our race has ever been allowed to go there" Bo said in deep thought. A few minutes later he said "Rest friends, in two days' time you will accompany me to Shambhala, about 3000km from here."

Travis and I accompanied Daniel back to his quarters so we could meet Gilles. All the way up the mountainside the old Three Dog Night song Shambala was stuck in my head.

Wash away my troubles, wash away my pain

With the rain in Shambala

Wash away my sorrow, wash away my shame

With the rain in Shambala

At the door, Daniel asked us to wait while he checked to see whether Gilles was still sleeping. We sat on a bench carved out of the mountain and took in the view of the valley below while we waited. Travis laid his head on my shoulder.

"What's the matter?" I asked.

"Just wondering what is to become of us. Where will these people take us? Do they exterminate those of our kind?" he said, mostly to himself.

"I suppose we'll find out" I said, "although it seems the surface folk have a lot more to worry about than do we."

"A thought occurred to me" Travis said. "The story of Noah's ark...animals of all kinds gathered and put on a ship to be saved for the world after it was cleansed..."

We'd been sitting there a while when we heard grunting; the sounds of rough sex. I know it was not a polite thing to do but I walked over and peeked through the doorway. My friend Daniel was being rooted quite vigorously by a large Charolaise bull-man. I motioned to Travis for us to go back to our quarters and give the two their privacy, we'd meet Gilles later, after he was done `meating' Daniel.

As soon as we walked into our quarters, my clothing found it's way to the floor with the help of Travis. Travis lay on the bed and pulled his legs up, winking his asshole at me. I crawled up between his legs, pulled my foreskin back and pointed my dick at his entrance, which to my surprise was already lubed. I started slowly pushing in but Travis shook his head. "Fuck me rough like the bulls" he said. Still horny from the scene up the hill, I didn't need much encouragement. I slammed my cock in him to the hilt and began to fuck him violently. His body started moving up the bed away from me but I followed until his head met the headboard. The smell of sex and sweat enveloped us, making me even more horny. As I pounded away, he began to flog his dick; causing his hole to tighten around me.

"I'm so close" I growled.

"Pull out and shoot it on my cock" he whined.

I pulled out and began thrashing on my cock until I hit my trigger point and shot ropes of hot cum all over his rapidly moving hand. Travis took my cum and covered his dick with it for lube and continued beating it at a frenzied pace.

"Put it back in me" he said. I shoved my dick back inside and despite just coming I started to fuck him again. By the time I felt him clamp down and begin having his orgasm, I was coming again. It was nowhere near as intense as the first go around but very pleasant none the less.

We lay there for a while kissing; I actually drifted off to sleep once or twice. Travis shook me and said we should get cleaned up in case Daniel and Gilles came down, so we took a shower and cleaned each other and got dressed. I made a pot of tea and we sat out on our balcony, taking tea under the peculiar sunlight. Branches of the trees swept out over the balcony and we were treated to some species of bird with green feathers and a very long tail feathers singing up above our heads. We'd been sitting sipping tea and holding hands for about a half hour when a very sheepish-looking Daniel and the Charolaise bull Gilles showed up.

"Hello again!" Daniel said, "Sorry about earlier, something came up..."

"Oh, it's no problem, we had a pressing issue to attend to here as well" I said, as Travis elbowed me in the ribs.

"Henry and Travis, this is my mate Gilles" he said.

"Bonjour" Gilles said.

"What part of France are you from" I asked.

"Originally from Nièvre, but I was living in Toulouse before this happened" Gilles said, "I worked for GEIPAN."

"The French UFO investigation ministry?" I asked.

"Oui" he replied, "I was the lead investigator before I was captured by the cabal."

"This must be quite the discovery for you, then" I said.

"We've known of the Nordics for a long time, but their stories of the Elders are something altogether more fascinating" he said. "From conversations with the Nordics, I would posit that the ones called the Elders are very likely the same as the Annunaki; in which case, according to Sitchen, they hail from Nibiru. They were the first to alter DNA to change a species of ape into that which we were before being transformed into our current states."

"Fascinating" said a new voice, emerging from the shadows. The voice came from what was clearly a hybrid red kangaroo. "Sidney MacKellan" he said.

"Where have I heard that name before?" I asked.

"If you've ever seen any of a dozen articles or news stories about the discovery of the lost city of Dwarka, you probably encountered me there" he said. Of course, he was the once famous archaeologist who supposedly died in a flaming car crash on the autobahn in Germany late last year.

"Another dead man walking..." I said.

"Too right, mate" he answered, "They were a little stereotypical, if you ask me. I mean putting me in a roo body just because I'm an Aussie."

"Well, if your theory is correct, what do you think these Elders...Annunaki will do with us?" Travis asked.

"Who knows, I've only studied their ruins. I'm sure we'll find out soon" he said.

"Yes, I'm afraid you will" said Loki, as he entered the room, "the portal in the temple is gathering energy, if it continues as it has been the portal should open tomorrow. Coincidentally, or perhaps not, the last of your counterparts will have been gathered by that time as well. Some good news I've heard is that some level of evacuation is going on by those on the surface. Reports of seven generation ships setting off, one more to go. At least humankind will have seed elsewhere in the universe."

"Will your people help them?" Daniel asked.

"Many will help, the Grays, the Tall Whites, ourselves. There are many inhabitable planets, we will nudge them on their way. And don't forget, after every annihilation, your people have always sprung up again here; you're very resilient" he said.

"Loki, as a personal favor, can you get passenger manifests from those generation ships?" I asked, wondering if any of my family or friends made it onboard.

"I'll see what we can do" he said.

We were awake early the following morning. Everyone met in the same village roundhouse we'd been talking in yesterday. Loki took us our entire group to the waiting vehicle that would ferry us over to Shambhala. The vessel was an existing stereotypical example of what we always thought of when thinking about a UFO; saucer-shaped with a ramp extending to the ground, flashing lights around the exterior midline. Due to the number of our group, we were riding in the cargo area. I was seated with Travis tightly clinging to my right side and pressed into a fragrant mountain of beef that was Daniel on my left. Lucky for us, at the speed the vehicle travelled, we were only cramped into the space for less than an hour.

My stomach lurched as the ship abruptly came to a stop and began its descent to the landing pad. When the door opened and the ramp came down, we were more than ready to get out. We were led to the edge of the landing platform, down a white stone staircase into a landscape that reminded me of painter's imaginings of what heaven would look like. The pathway had greenery everywhere, the buildings were all of that same white stone, all along the path little alcoves were set back into the foliage with benches. Several places along the way to the square there were bridges where waterfalls next to the path would form streams and go underneath. As we continued on, the path widened and there were more buildings and people. In Shambhala, our Nordic friends were only one of many peoples; many of the shops we passed had signs with Sanskrit lettering above the doors. As we turned the corner, everything opened up and we could see the temple in the distance. It was a huge pyramidal structure, and almost seemed to glow in the light from the sun. We proceeded through a gate with a Sanskrit sign proclaiming we were entering उत्तरी बाज़ार `Uttaree Bazaar', the Northern Marketplace.

The square here was huge and filled with a virtual menagerie of creatures; apparently the cabal had tried practically every animal as hybrid experiments. On a bench in front of a shop, we saw a man who could have been Ganesha himself, talking to a crowd of people. The sound of a bell in distance caught Loki's attention. He turned to us and said, "it won't be long now. The last ships carrying your people are coming into to landing pads. We need to get to the Temple Square." There was no problem finding the way, the crowd almost carried us along like leaves on a fast moving stream. Down one street, around a corner, down another street, around another corner until we all emptied out into a massive square that appeared to be 3 kilometers square. Gathered around the base of the temple itself were all of `our people'; chimeras of every ilk. We all awaited our fate, yet nobody seemed to be afraid.

As the last groups came in through the east and south gates, the doorway at the top of the temple began to glow with a blue hue and moments later a rather ordinary looking man stepped through.

"Welcome friends, I am Enki, I will guide you on the next leg of your journey" he called out.
